Report: Iran used Russian Su-25s to intercept U.S. Predator drone.
Michael Knights, disputed long-held U.S. military assessments that the
Iranian Air Force could not engage Western aircraft. The institute said the Iranian pilots were guided by controllers to within firing range of the Predator.

More interesting is that the Frogfoot is considered a ground attack aircraft comparable to our A-10. Not to say it can't be done as I'm sure the Su-25 carries short range IR missiles like the A-10 carries Sidewinders.
