Hillary Clinton Directed Weapon Transfer to al Qaeda

This one. This is what most classified documents look like. If you look at the paragraphs, each is marked with some stuff in parens like: (S/NF) and you will see (U). U is unclassified at any level. S is Secret, TS is Top Secret, the NF is "No Foreign" (disseminiation) and used to be "NOFORN" or is marked that way on the top and bottoms of documents. That document is marked at the top "Secret/NOFORN" which is specific. There are very specific markings for such things and this follows it correctly.

Confirmed: Army Training Slide Calling Hillary an Insider Threat Is Real

Army Confirms: Training Slide That Depicts Hillary Clinton As Insider Threat is Real

An Army spokesman has confirmed that a training slide that lists Hillary Clinton as an "insider threat" is real. The slide -- which shows Hillary Clinton pictured along with the Fort Hood and Navy Yard shooters -- became an internet sensation after it was posted on the U.S. Army W.T.F! Moments Facebook page on Sunday.
    Via the Washington Examiner:
The other photos show retired Gen. David Petraeus, who gave classified information to his biographer and mistress; Nidal Hasan, who carried out the Fort Hood shooting; Edward Snowden, a former NSA contractor who exposed classified information before seeking asylum in Russia; Aaron Alexis, the Navy Yard shooter; and Chelsea Manning, who gave classified information to WikiLeaks.Asked for comment, an Army spokesman confirmed that the photo showed a real training slide that was developed 18 months ago and used locally to teach best practices for handling classified information and maintaining operational security. Maj. Thomas Campbell, a U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command spokesman, said the training slide has been removed.
"As is common with Army training requirements, the local unit was given latitude to develop their own training products to accomplish the overall training objective. This particular presentation had not been reviewed or approved by the unit's leadership, and does not reflect the position of the Army," Campbell said.

Why not? She's perfectly relevant to the topic. There is no better recent example of what not to do with classified material than Hillary Clinton.

FBI Admits Clinton Used Software Designed To "Prevent Recovery" And "Hide Traces Of" Deleted Emails

    ZeroHedge
    by Tyler Durden
    Aug 25, 2016 5:15 PM

South Carolina Representative Trey Gowdy appeared on Fox News today and disclosed new details about the Clinton email scandal that seem to indicate intent to destroy evidence. Per the clip below, Gowdy reveals that Clinton used "BleachBit" to erase the "personal" emails from her private server.

For those not familiar with the software, BleachBit is intended to help users delete files in a way to "prevent recovery" and "hide traces of files deleted." Per the BleachBit website:

Beyond simply deleting files, BleachBit includes advanced features such as shredding files to prevent recovery, wiping free disk space to hide traces of files deleted by other applications, and vacuuming Firefox to make it faster.

During his appearance on Fox, Gowdy clearly indicates that Clinton's use of BleachBit undermines her claims that she only deleted innocuous "personal" emails from her private server.

“If she considered them to be personal, then she and her lawyers had those emails deleted. They didn’t just push the delete button, they had them deleted where even God can't read them.

"They were using something called BleachBit. You don't use BleachBit for yoga emails."

"When you're using BleachBit, it is something you really do not want the world to see."

Gowdy also questioned whether Hillary considered "Clinton Foundation" emails to be "personal" and, if not, asked why the FBI's investigation revealed minimal emails about Foundation-related topics.

So Dear Reader, we leave it to you to decide whether - like FBI Director Comey - you see no "intent" to hide or obfuscate any of the deleted emails; or - like Rep. Gowdy - you see the facts as proving Hillary Clinton's intent to ensure no trace was left of these harmless emails about yoga routines or wedding plans.

The Associated Press’ Julie Pace said, “It’s important to note that the only reason we have the calendars is because the AP had to sue for them. We’ve learned this week that we won’t get the rest of the calendars before the election.”

FBI releases Hillary Clinton email investigation documents

By Matt Zapotosky September 2 at 1:09 PM

The FBI on Friday released a detailed report on its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, as well as what appears to be a summary of her interview with agents, providing the most thorough look yet at the probe that has dogged the campaign of the Democratic presidential nominee.

The documents released total 58 pages, though large portions and sometimes entire pages are redacted.

FBI Director James B. Comey announced in July that his agency would not recommend criminal charges against Clinton for her use of a private email server. Comey said that Clinton and her staffers were “extremely careless” in how they treated classified information, but investigators did not find they intended to mishandle such material. Nor did investigators uncover exacerbating factors — like efforts to obstruct justice — that often lead to charges in similar cases, Comey said.

The FBI turned over to several Congressional committees documents related to the probe and required they only be viewed by those with appropriate security clearances, even though not all of the material was classified, legislators and their staffers have said.

Those documents included an investigative report and summaries of interviews with more than a dozen senior Clinton staffers, other State Department officials, former secretary of state Colin Powell and at least one other person. The documents released Friday appear to be but a fraction of those.

Comey’s announcement in July offered unusual transparency into how the FBI handled the case, and he later answered questions about the matter for nearly five hours during a hearing on Capitol Hill.

People on both sides of the political aisle have criticized Comey for his blunt assessment of Clinton’s conduct and unusual release of materials to Congress. Republicans have said the bureau made inspection of them unnecessarily difficult by inappropriately mingling classified documents with non-classified ones. Democrats have said making the documents available at all — especially the summaries of witness statements — sets a bad precedent and might discourage future witnesses from sitting for voluntary interviews with agents.

Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon has said turning over the documents was “an extraordinarily rare step that was sought solely by Republicans for the purposes of further second-guessing the career professionals at the FBI.” But he has said if the material were going to be shared outside the Justice Department, “they should be released widely so that the public can see them for themselves, rather than allow Republicans to mischaracterize them through selective, partisan leaks.”

Though Fallon seems to have gotten his wish, the public release of the documents will undoubtedly draw more attention to a topic that seems to have fueled negative perceptions of Clinton. A recent Washington Post-ABC News poll found 41 percent of Americans had a favorable impression of Clinton, while 56 percent had an unfavorable one.

    FBI releases Hillary Clinton report

By Evan Perez and Tal Kopan, CNN

Updated 1:23 PM ET, Fri September 2, 2016

The FBI released Friday the notes from Hillary Clinton's interview with the bureau along with the report the agency put together on its investigation, making the information public after giving it to Congress last month.

The bureau is making the information public in response to numerous Freedom of Information Act requests, including from CNN.

"Today the FBI is releasing a summary of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's July 2, 2016 interview with the FBI concerning allegations that classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on a personal e-mail server she used during her tenure," the agency said in a statement. "We also are releasing a factual summary of the FBI's investigation into this matter."

The bureau said it had redacted "classified information or other material exempt from disclosure under FOIA."

Fallout from Clinton's use of a private email server continues to dog the Democratic presidential nominee's campaign, as her lead over her Republican counterpart Donald Trump has been cut in half since her post convention bounce last month. Trump and other Republicans have stepped up their attacks connecting the emails to questions over whether Clinton gave preferential treatment to donors to her family's foundation.

At issue is a report that the FBI compiled after interviewing Clinton over her use of a private email server as secretary of state. The FBI had investigated whether any classified information was criminally mishandled in relation to that server.

FBI Director James Comey in July took the unprecedented step of announcing in a press conference the FBI's conclusion that there was not enough evidence to merit a criminal prosecution, before handing over his findings to the Justice Department.

The DOJ followed that recommendation and decided no prosecution was merited.

After Comey testified about the decision before Congress, members requested access to his agency's report. Last month, the bureau gave members of Congress access to the notes, as well as notes from interviews with other Clinton staff and aides, but kept that version of the report classified.

Comey testified that no transcript of the interview exists, only the notes taken on it. Clinton was not under oath.

The FBI's release Friday did not include the notes of interviews with Clinton's aides.

Interest in the contents of the report had intensified after it was reported that Clinton told the FBI a conversation with former Secretary of State Colin Powell recommending she use private email helped convince her to do so.

Powell repudiated the idea that he shares any responsibility for her choice in the following days, however, and Clinton told CNN's Anderson Cooper that she takes full responsibility.

"I've been asked many, many questions in the past year about emails. And what I've learned is that when I try to explain what happened it can sound like I'm trying to excuse what I did," she told CNN. "And there are no excuses. I want people to know that the decision to have a single e- mail account was mine. I take responsibility for it. I've apologized for it. I would certainly do differently if I could."

Clinton told FBI she relied on others' judgment on classified material

The FBI’s documents provide a glimpse into the probe that Republicans have said reached the wrong conclusion.

    By Louis Nelson

    Updated 09/02/16 01:29 PM EDT

Hillary Clinton told FBI investigators during her interview on July 2 that she relied on other State Department officials to use their judgment when sending sensitive messages to her private email system and that she could not recall being trained by State on handling classified information or retaining records.

The FBI on Friday publicly released documents from its now-closed criminal investigation into Clinton’s use of a personal email server during her tenure as secretary of state, providing a glimpse into the probe that Republicans have said reached the wrong conclusion.

“Clinton did not recall receiving any emails she thought should not be on an unclassified system,” the FBI’s report on Clinton’s interview states. “She relied on State officials to use their judgment when emailing her and could not recall anyone raising concerns with her regarding the sensitivity of the information she received at her email address.”

The report also states, "Clinton could not recall how often she used this authority or any training or guidance provided by State."

Included in the release was the report the bureau filed last month with the Department of Justice recommending against charges for Clinton, as well as the former secretary of state’s 302 document, the FBI’s term for agent notes from Clinton’s interview at the bureau’s headquarters.

The release came in response to multiple Freedom of Information Act requests.

At several points during her interview with the FBI, Clinton said she relied on the judgment of other government officials when it came to the handling of classified information. When reviewing an email from October of 2012, for example, Clinton said that while she did not recall the message specifically, she described an individual involved with the communication as "someone who was well acquainted with handling classified information" and "described him as someone she held in high regard."

She said she "relied on" the individual, whose name is redacted in the FBI notes, and she had "no concern over his judgement and ability to handle classified information."

Even after FBI Director James Comey announced last month that the bureau would not be recommending charges against Clinton, the former secretary of state has struggled to put the scandal behind her. She has been haunted by Comey’s words at the press conference in which he said that the evidence showed that Clinton and her colleagues “were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information,” and by the seemingly continuous trickle of court rulings and fresh discoveries related to the homebrew email system.

Most recently, the State Department announced Tuesday that the FBI has turned over thousands of additional emails it had recovered from Clinton’s server, a cache that could include up to 30 messages related to the 2012 terrorist attack against the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. State Department spokesman John Kirby said the 30 emails were identified “using broad search terms” and therefore are not necessarily related to the Benghazi attack. The emails could also be duplicates of what Clinton has already turned over to the State Department, Kirby said.

The State Department said it will take until the end of September to complete a review of the emails handed over by the FBI, but the Trump campaign still jumped at the chance to hammer Clinton once again over her email troubles.

"Today's disclosure that 30 additional emails about Benghazi were discovered on Hillary Clinton's private server raises additional questions about the more than 30,000 emails she deleted,” Trump’s senior communications adviser Jason Miller said in a statement.

“Hillary Clinton swore before a federal court and told the American people she handed over all of her work-related emails. If Clinton did not consider emails about something as important as Benghazi to be work-related, one has to wonder what is contained in the other emails she attempted to wipe from her server."

Clinton emails wiped clean after NYT story

    By Nikita Vladimirov
    September 02, 2016, 03:23 pm

A number of Hillary Clinton’s private emails were erased weeks after The New York Times published a story reporting on her use of a private email server while secretary of State, according to notes from the FBI’s investigation released on Friday.

The notes include an entry that says that someone mistakenly deleted Clinton’s archived mailbox from her server and exported files.

The deletion took place between March 25 and March 31, the FBI learned in a May 3 interview. The name of the person who deleted the emails was redacted from the FBI’s notes.

“In a follow-up FBI interview on May 3, 2016, ------ Indicated he believed he had an 'oh s--t' moment and sometime between March 25-31, 2015 deleted the Clinton archive mailbox from PRN server and used BleachBit to delete the exported .PST files he had created on the server system containing Clinton;s e-mails,” the FBI notes released on Friday stated.
This is crazy. 3 weeks after NYT publish Clinton email server story, there was a big wipe of her emails conducted pic.twitter.com/tlO0KJWYgz

BleachBit is a special computer software that is designed to “prevent recovery” of files so that, as House Select Committee on Benghazi Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) said last week, “even God can't read them.”

After the conclusion of the investigation in July, the FBI Director James Comey recommended no charges against Clinton but added that the Democratic presidential nominee was “extremely careless” in handling classified material.

The Times story was published on March 2.

Hillary Signed She Received Briefing on Classified Info, But Told FBI She Hadn't

    See the two conflicting documents.

    3:55 PM, Sep 02, 2016 | By Jeryl Bier

Either Hillary Clinton lied to the FBI or she lied on a State Department form as she began her tenure as Secretary of State. This conclusion appears inescapable after Friday's FBI document release related to the Clinton email investigation.

As revealed by those FBI documents, Clinton told agents that she could not recall "any briefing or training by State related to the retention of federal records of handling of classified information".

But the second paragraph of the Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement—which she signed on January 22, 2009—states that "I hereby acknowledge that I have received a security indoctrination concerning the nature and protection of classified information."

A composite of the FBI documents and the nondisclosure agreement is shown below:

The form also notes that classified information is not always so marked, but is still regulated by the agreement.

Several times during her tenure, Clinton acknowledged the importance of handling classified information and the rules at the State Department regarding its protection, as THE WEEKLY STANDARD has noted.

Clinton tells FBI she could not recall all briefings on preserving documents

By Julia Edwards and Jonathan Allen
    September 2, 2016

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Hillary Clinton, under questioning by federal investigators over whether she had been briefed on how to preserve government records as she was about to leave the State Department, said she had suffered a concussion, was working part-time and could not recall every briefing she received.

Clinton, the Democratic Party's presidential candidate, raised the health scare during her 3-1/2-hour interview with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Justice Department prosecutors on July 2, according to an FBI summary released on Friday.

Besides the 11-page interview summary, the FBI also released other details of its investigation into her use of an unauthorized private email system while running the State Department in which it concluded she mishandled classified information but not in a way that warranted a criminal prosecution.

Clinton told investigators she could not recall getting any briefings on how to handle classified information or comply with laws governing the preservation of federal records, the summary of her interview shows.

"However, in December of 2012, Clinton suffered a concussion and then around the New Year had a blood clot," the FBI's summary said. "Based on her doctor's advice, she could only work at State for a few hours a day and could not recall every briefing she received."

The concussion was widely reported at the time, and Republicans have since used it to attack the 68-year-old candidate's health in a way her staff have said is unfounded.

Clinton, who is challenging Republican Donald Trump for the White House in the Nov. 8 election, has been dogged for more than a year by the fallout from her decision to use an unauthorized private email account run from the basement of her Chappaqua, New York, home.

Republicans have repeatedly attacked Clinton over the issue, helping drive opinion polls that show many U.S. voters doubt her trustworthiness.

Trump has repeatedly used the issue as part of his claims that Clinton is dishonest, and his campaign on Friday said the notes from the FBI report reinforced "her tremendously bad judgment and dishonesty."

Clinton has said that in hindsight she regretted using a private email system while secretary of state.

According to the report, Clinton told the FBI that she did not set up a private email server to sidestep the law requiring her to keep her business communications a matter of public record.

At least one federal judge is examining whether this was the case as part of a lawsuit against the State Department concerning public access to Clinton's government records, which the U.S. government said it had no access to in response to requests from members of the public.

The documents also show that Clinton contacted former Secretary of State Colin Powell in 2009 to ask about his use of a personal BlackBerry phone.

In his reply to Clinton via email, Powell told Clinton to "be very careful" because the work-related emails she sent on her BlackBerry could become public record.

"I got around it all by not saying much and not using systems that captured the data," Powell said, according to the summary.

After her use of a private email system became public knowledge in March 2015, Clinton repeatedly said she did not use it to send or receive classified information. The government forbids handling such information outside secure channels.

The FBI has since concluded Clinton was wrong to say that: At least 81 email threads contained information that was classified at the time, although the final number may be more than 2,000, the report says. Some of the emails appear to include discussion of planned future attacks by unmanned U.S. military drones, the FBI report shows.

"CLINTON believed the classification level of future drone strikes depended on the context," the FBI's interview summary said. The U.S. government requires that military plans be classified.

The FBI released its report on Friday afternoon before the Labor Day holiday weekend, a time many Americans are preparing to travel.

State Department spokesman John Kirby said he would not comment on the FBI's findings because the department "does not have full insight into the FBI's investigation."

He declined to say whether State Department officials still discussed the planning of future attacks using drones in unclassified emails.

    by Joel B. Pollak 2 Sep 2016

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton lost several mobile telephones carrying e-mails from her private server during her time in office, according to newly-released FBI documents on the investigation into her mishandling of classified information.

“[Huma] Abedin and [former Clinton aide Monica] Hanley indicated the whereabouts of Clinton’s [mobile] devices would frequently become unknown once she transitioned to a new device,” one report indicates.

On other occasions, a staffer would destroy Clinton’s old mobile phones “by breaking them in half or hitting them with a hammer,” the FBI documents reveal.

The fact that Clinton’s staff attempted to destroy her old smartphones whenever they could indicates that they knew there was sensitive information on the devices.

FBI director James Comey revealed in July that Clinton had sent and received emails that were marked classified at the time, and contained information that she and her aides should have known was classified.

Federal law prohibits the unauthorized transfer, storage, or destruction of classified information. Federal records acts likewise prohibit the destruction of government documents, which would have included work-related emails on Clinton’s server and mobile devices.

When old devices containing government documents are to be destroyed, there are precise procedures to be followed, especially if the devices are storing classified information that could endanger national security in the wrong hands.

Presumably, if Clinton’s old smartphones were lost, the information in her emails would be accessible to whoever had found them or obtained them by other means.

Comey indicated that Clinton’s use of private e-mail had indeed posed a risk of being hacked by hostile powers during her travel abroad. Her cell phones certainly would have been a prime target for foreign spies.

However, the documents do note that Clinton said she did not lose a cell phone while traveling.

One report notes that Clinton is known to have used 11 smartphones while Secretary of State, and 2 thereafter. Investigators sought all 13 mobile devices, but two had been destroyed and none of the others could be found.

Clinton told FBI she thought classified markings were alphabetical paragraphs

    By Sarah Westwood (@sarahcwestwood) • 9/2/16 2:10 PM

Hillary Clinton told FBI agents in July that she thought the classified "C" markings on emails recovered from her private emails were just a way to put paragraphs in alphabetical order.

FBI Director James Comey had said his agents pulled three emails marked classified off her server system in the course of their year-long investigation.

"When asked what the parenthetical 'C' meant before a paragraph ... Clinton stated she did not know and could only speculate it was referencing paragraphs marked in alphabetical order," the FBI wrote in notes from its interview with her.

The FBI released an 11-page summary of the interview alongside 58 pages of notes from the investigation.

The notes indicate Clinton told agents she had a limited understanding of why documents are classified and could not recall ever receiving training on how to handle sensitive material.

This Is How Much It 'Costs' To Get An Ambassadorship: Guccifer 2.0 Leaks DNC 'Pay-To-Play' Donor List

    by Tyler Durden
    Sep 13, 2016 9:12 PM

After addressing a cybersecuirty conference in London, notorious hacker 'Guccifer' shared over 500Mb of documents detailing 100,000 DNC donors contact info and donations. A large number of the largest donors received senior diplomatic or political positions following thge donations, ranging from UK Ambassador to Assistant Attorney General. The DNC released a statement pre-emptively claiming that this was the work of Russia (and reigniting Trump's links to Putin).

    Probably just coincidence...

The DNC responded to the latest hack claim Tuesday through its Interim Chair Donna Brazile, who stated that the “DNC is the victim of a crime,” which she blamed on “Russian state-sponsored agents,” while also cautioning that the hacked documents were still being authenticated by the DNC legal team, as “it is common for Russian hackers to forge documents.” DNC pre-emptively published a statement in an attempt to change the narrative...

Once again blaming Russia (and Trump)... As RT reports, it's not the first time that the name of Vladimir Putin has been brought up in the US presidential campaign, but this time the US president used this “argument” while openly campaigning for Clinton against Trump. The situation has become “really ludicrous and it borders on the ridiculous,” believes Gregory R. Copley, editor of Defense & Foreign Affairs.
“In my 50 odd years covering the US government, I have never seen this level of partisanship within the administration where a sitting president actually regards the opposition party as the enemy of the state,” Copley told RT.

The analyst said that the democrats are “blaming the messenger to revert the attention from the message.”

“The message which Donald Trump delivered on RT was unambiguous in his campaign. Just like the fact that WikiLeaks revelation of the hacked emails was very explicit in showing up what the Democratic party itself was doing,” Copley added.

The US establishment is “sacrificing key bilateral relationships in order to win [a] domestic election,” believes Copley. He added that neither Obama nor Clinton are interested in unifying the country, but they are rather “interested in winning and engaging in what modern democracy seems to have become – the tyranny of the marginal majority over the marginal minority.”

“When you think about the number of times that the Clinton campaign has brought up President Putin and the alleged Russian hacking of Hillary Clinton’s service, it makes you wonder just how desperate they are,” Copley noted. “President Obama has lost literally all prestige in an international community…with the loss of prestige he has become desperate.”

FBI Allowed 2 Hillary Aides To "Destroy" Their Laptops In Newly Exposed "Side Agreements"

    by Tyler Durden
    Oct 3, 2016 1:18 PM

Just when you think the Hillary email scandal can't get any more bizarre and corrupt, it does. According to a just released letter from the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Bob Goodlatte (R - Virginia), to Attorney General Lynch, the FBI apparently struck "side agreements" with both Cheryl Mills an Heather Samuelson to "destroy" their "laptops after concluding its search."

In the attached, Goodlatte questioned why the destruction of the laptops used to sort Clinton's emails was included in immunity deals that already protected Mills and Samuelson from prosecution based on the records recovered from their computers. Furthermore, we learn that according to the immunity agreements, FBI agents limited their search to documents authored before Jan. 2015. The Republican argued such parameters prevented investigators from examining potential proof of the destruction of evidence that may have occurred after that date, and that the deals offered to Mills and Samuelson already protected the aides from prosecution related to their alleged roles in the deletion of federal records.

"Like many things about this case, these new materials raise more questions than answers," Goodlatte wrote of the "side agreements," which lawmakers were allowed to read even though they have not yet been released in full to members of Congress.

The immunity deals for Mills and Samuelson were negotiated before they agreed to hand over their laptops which we now learn were subsequently destroyed.

While we parse the letter to understand what basis for action the FBI may have had when pursuing such a course of action, we can't help but note that the FBI appears to have acted as a co-conspirator in what appears to be an unprecedented case of destruction of key evidence.

Below are some of the key excerpts from the letter (full document attached at the end of this post):

As part of the Judiciary Committee's ongoing oversight of Secretary Clinton's unauthorized use of a private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State, the Justice Department (DOJ) provided in camera review' of certain immunity agreements. After a specific request from the Committee, based on references made in the immunity agreements to certain "side agreements," DOJ subsequently provided in camera review of those "side agreements" between DOJ, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Beth Wilkinson, the lawyer representing both Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson. Like many things about this case, these new materials raise more questions than answers. Please provide a written response to the below questions and make DOJ staff available for a briefing on this matter no later than October 10, 2016.

    1. Why did the FBI agree to destroy both Cheryl Mills' and Heather Samuelson's laptops after concluding its search?

    2. Doesn't the willingness of Ms. Mills and Ms. Samuelson to have their laptops destroyed by the FBI contradict their claim that the laptops could have been withheld because they contained non-relevant, privileged information? If so, doesn't that undermine the claim that the side agreements were necessary?

    7. Please explain why DOJ agreed to limit their search of the Mills and Samuelson laptops to a date no later than January 31, 2015 and therefore give up any opportunity to find evidence related to the destruction of evidence or obstruction of justice related to Secretary Clinton's unauthorized use of a private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State.

    8. Why was this time limit necessary when Ms. Mills and Ms. Samuelson were granted immunity for any potential destruction of evidence charges?

    9. Please confirm whether a grand jury was convened to investigate Secretary Clinton's unauthorized use of a private email server. Disclosure is authorized under Fed. R. Crim. P. 6(e)(3)(A)(i) and (e)(3)(D).
Of course, since this will be promptly spun as just more "plumes of smoke" we hope people will stop trying to "criminalize behavior that is normal."

Clinton Foundation Was Accepting Money From Qatar & Saudi Arabia While Hillary Believed They Were Funding ISIS…

LEAKED: Chelsea Used Fake Names While Raising Big Bucks For Clinton Foundation

    Chris White

    4:33 PM 10/14/2016

Chelsea Clinton set up multiple email accounts under various aliases while working with the Clinton Foundation, one of which she used to solidify donations from left-wing billionaire Tom Steyer, according to leaked emails published Thursday.

“Tom may be interested in supporting the CF (Clinton Foundation),” Chelsea, who sits on the board of the Clinton Foundation, said in a 2012 memo to Democratic operative John Podesta. She was referring to ways in which her mother’s charity could garner monetary and in-kind support from Steyer, a major Democratic moneyman and a former colleague of Podesta’s.

Chelsea, the only daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, used the fake name “Diane Reynolds” during her correspondence with Hillary ‘s right-hand man, among other members of the former secretary of state’s presidential campaign.

The hacked emails also show that Chelsea created another email account under the name “Anna James,” which appears to be a New York University email address. She has served as the Assistant Vice-Provost for the Global Network University of New York University since 2010.

The daughter of the Democratic nominee has used the name “Diane Reynolds” in the past — including when she checks into hotels — but it has resurfaced recently thanks to WikiLeaks. The recent leaks show that Chelsea was actually using the name as a tool during her work with the Clinton Foundation.

Podesta, for his part, condemned the hacked emails Monday, telling reporters he doesn’t know where the unauthentic emails came from. The “Diane Reynolds” memo was one of 4,000 emails that have been leaked over the course of the election season.

The former hedge fund manager for Farallon Capital has become a world-beater in the world of Democratic politics.

Steyer’s political action committee, NextGen Climate, for instance, spent about $20.7 million in independent expenditures in 2014, mostly propping up Democrats and environmental positions. He has spent more than $13 million so far this election year, according to OpenSecrets.org. Steyer has donated about $40 million to Democrats so far this election season.

The memos indicate Chelsea was fishing for ways to get Steyer on board the Clinton Foundation.

“Please let me know how I can help f/u. Bari can give you more color Dennis on Jim and common sense and the new organization his brother Tom is helping fund (you may remember Tom from mom’s campaign as he was a big supporter of hers),” Chelsea wrote, referencing Steyer’s brother, Jim Steyer, and the work the environmentalist billionaire has done for Clinton in the past.

Jim Steyer was included in the email chain, and responded to Chelsea’s initial email by suggesting that his brother was definitely “interested in chatting about collaboration with the Clinton Foundation. They then attempted to schedule a time when Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, and presumably Chelsea Clinton could get together to discuss donations.

The email is perhaps an example of the Clinton camp’s attempt to find legal ways to wrangle Steyer’s help for Clinton without violating campaign finance laws. Election rules bar coordination between political campaigns and outside groups that do independent expenditure work.

“Assume he can’t host an event with her or one of us,” Podesta wrote in another leaked email in April 2015. “Correct?”

“Not easily. If important to do so, let me know and we can come up with our best options (which may not be good),” responded Marc Elias, a lawyer at the firm Perkins Coie. Elias is the campaign’s legal council.

The Chelsea memo was clearly part of an overarching effort to woo the former hedge fund manager into sinking millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation.

Dennis Cheng, who serves as Clinton’s national finance director, seriously considered in 2015 offering Steyer an official title to entice him to prop up their candidate’s campaign, according to leaked emails published Tuesday.

Clinton Foundation Internal Audit: We May Have Misled the IRS

    John Moore/Getty Images

    by Joel B. Pollak14 Oct 2016

An internal audit commissioned by the Clinton Foundation in 2011 revealed that the Clinton’s family charity may have misled the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) when it claimed, under penalty of perjury, that it was enforcing a policy against conflicts of interest.

The audit — apparently requested by Chelsea Clinton, revealed by Wikileaks, and posted by the Daily Caller — was conducted by the law firm Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett. It addressed deficiencies in the Clinton Foundation’s structure and oversight, including the potential for conflicts of interest due to the Hillary Clinton’s role as Secretary of State.

The auditors noted that “some interviewees reported conflicts of those raising funds or donors, some of whom may have an expectation of quid pro quo benefits in return for gifts.” They also flagged a potential problem in the charity’s IRS filing:

… the IRS Form 990, which is signed under penalties of perjury and is publicly available, asks (a) whether the Foundation has a written conflict-of-interest policy, (ii) whether directors, officers, and key employees are required to annually disclose interests that could give rise to conflicts of interest, and (iii) whether the Foundation regularly and consistently monitors and enforces compliance with its conflict-of- interest policy. The Foundation indicated on its 2010 Form 990 that it has a written conflict-of- interest policy, requires annual disclosure of potential conflicts of interest, and monitors and enforces compliance with the policy. However, we did not find evidence of that enforcement.

The auditors concluded with a recommendation (original emphasis): We recommend that the Foundation establish a gift acceptance policy and procedures to ensure that all donors are properly vetted and that no inappropriate quid pro quos are offered to donors in return for contributions.

However, a report compiled in August 2013 on the internal review, published on the Clinton Foundation’s website, implies that the new gift acceptance policy and procedures had not yet been adopted. Hillary Clinton had already left the State Department earlier that year.

Other problems with the Clinton Foundation at the time included that its board did not have a chair, and was not very involved in running the charity. In a footnote, the audit commented: “We were also told that at CHAI [the Clinton Health Access Initiative], [CEO] Ira Magaziner set his own salary.”

The Clearest (No Spin) Summary of FBI Report on Hillary Clinton Email[

    September 30, 2016

    Sharyl Attkisson

    https://sharylattkisson.com/the-clea...clinton-email/

Since this article refers to both President and Mrs. Clinton, they are sometimes referred to by their first names for clarity.

Most of the information is from the FBI report. Some contextual facts and dates have been added.

The Takeaways. The Players. The Timeline.

    The Takeaways

The FBI could not review all of the Hillary Clinton emails under investigation because:

    • The Clintons’ Apple personal server used for Hillary Clinton work email could not be located for the FBI to examine.
    • An Apple MacBook laptop and thumb drive that contained Hillary Clinton email archives were lost, and the FBI couldn’t examine them.
    • 2 BlackBerry devices provided to FBI didn’t have their SIM or SD data cards.
    • 13 Hillary Clinton personal mobile devices were lost, discarded or destroyed. Therefore, the FBI couldn’t examine them.
    • Various server backups were deleted over time, so the FBI couldn’t examine them.
    • After State Dept. notified Hillary Clinton her records would be sought by House Benghazi Committee, copies of her email on the laptops of her attorneys Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson were wiped with BleachBit, and the FBI couldn’t review them.
    • After her emails were subpoenaed, Hillary Clinton’s email archive was also permanently deleted from her then-server “PRN” with BleachBit, and the FBI couldn’t review it.
    • Also after the subpoena, backups of the PRN server were manually deleted.

Even though the FBI did not have a complete record of Hillary Clinton’s emails on three unclassified personal servers, it found:

    • 2,093 emails State Dept. currently classifies as Confidential or Secret. (State Dept. did not address what their classification was at the time they were sent.)
    • 193 emails (81 separate email conversations) that were classified at the time they were sent, ranging from “Confidential” to “Top Secret/Special Access Program.”
    • 68 of the 81 email chains remain classified today.
    • 8 were Top Secret.
    • 37 were Secret.
    • 36 were Confidential.
    • 7 were Special Access Program.
    • 3 were Sensitive Compartmentalized Information.
    • 36 were Not Releasing to Foreign Governments.
    • 2 were Releasable Only to Five Allied Partners.
    • 12 of the suspect email chains were not provided by Hillary’s attorneys. The FBI found them other ways.
    • The email chains contained classified information from 5 other agencies: CIA, DOD, FBI, NGA and NSA.
      [/B]

The Players (as they surface in timeline)

Justin Cooper: President Bill Clinton aide
Bryan Pagliano: Computer technician from Hillary Clinton ‘08 campaign
    Huma Abedin: Hillary Clinton aide
Eric Boswell: State Dept. Assistant Secretary for Diplomatic Security
John Bentel: State Dept. Information Technology official who handled Hillary Clinton’s issues
    Jake Sullivan: Hillary Clinton aide
Cheryl Mills: Hillary Clinton chief of staff and attorney
Raymond Maxwell: Former State Dept. Deputy Assistant Secretary
    Monica Hanley: Hillary Clinton aide
Sid Blumenthal: Hillary Clinton friend and adviser
Heather Samuelson: Hillary Clinton campaign worker and attorney
David Kendall of Williams & Connolly: Hillary Clinton attorney

3 Known Clinton Private Servers: Apple, “Pagliano,” and Platte River Networks (PRN)

    The Timeline

2007: Hillary Clinton announces run for President. Bill Clinton aide Justin Cooper buys an Apple server for a new email system to be located in the Clintons’ Chappaqua, NY residence.

    June 2008:
Hillary drops out of Presidential race. Cooper sets up the Apple server.

Fall 2008: Hillary aide Huma Abedin contacts Hillary campaign computer tech Bryan Pagliano to build 2nd server because the Apple—in use for just a few months—is “antiquated.”

Jan. 2009: Hillary begins transitioning from her personal BlackBerry.net email to a clintonemail.com account on the “antiquated” Apple server.

Jan. 11, 2009: Increase in cyberattack attempts on State Dept. employee personal email accounts.

Jan. 21, 2009: Hillary becomes secretary of state. She declines a State Dept. email address and instead uses her personal BlackBerry in office.

Feb. 2009: Hillary travels to Asia, her first overseas trip as secretary of state.

March 2, 2009: Security memo warns Hillary and Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills that it’s risky to use their personal email and BlackBerry devices.

I cannot stress too strongly…that any unclassified BlackBerry is highly vulnerable in any setting to remotely and covertly monitoring conversations, retrieving e-mails, and exploiting calendars. –State Dept. memo from Eric Boswell of Diplomatic Security 3/2/2009.March 11, 2009: Hillary is told there’s “intelligence concerning this vulnerability during her recent [Feb.] trip to Asia.” She acknowledges to Boswell that she “gets it.”

March 2009: State Dept. official handling Hillary computer security issues, John Bentel, reportedly receives memo showing that Hillary’s private server was set to be installed at her NY home. Bentel would later tell FBI he didn’t know Hillary was using a personal account or server.

March 18, 2009: The server installed by Pagliano replaces the Apple, but Pagliano later tells FBI he didn’t transfer Hillary’s clintonemail.com account. The FBI could never locate or examine Apple server to determine facts.

Feb. 9, 2011: State Dept. staff again raises concerns about Hillary and staff using electronic devices in their offices.

March 2, 2011: State Dept. detects malicious cyber activity aimed at senior officials.

April 2011: Hillary’s immediate staff is briefed again on cybersecurity threats.

The Most Explosive. Wikileaks Clinton Revelations So Far

    http://www.breitbart.com/big-governm...ations-so-far/

    JOHN HAYWARD13 Oct 2016

Here is a rundown of some of the biggest bombshells dropped by WikiLeaks’ disclosure of Hillary Clinton’s speeches and emails, and why each is so important.

    1. Clinton dreams of a world with “open trade and open borders”: Every American should understand that Democrats, and plenty of Republicans, are fighting an all-out war against national sovereignty. Sure, Democrats want new voters, and Republican interests want cheap labor, but they also share a mutual desire to increase the distance between the Ruling Class and voters. In the globalist future, political and business titans will stand atop the world, without having to worry about fulfilling annoying duties to grubby little voters with nostalgic memories of the days when American politicians served America’s interests. Globalism means you’ll never be able to vote against anything.

    2. Clinton courted business elites to support liberal agenda to beat back populism: Clinton’s speeches include numerous examples of something that’s hardly new, or unique to her, but a very important harbinger of things to come if she gets into the White House. Democrats serve their voters a steady stream of anti-business, anti-wealth rhetoric, but they’re keenly interested in using Big Business to promote the agenda of Big Government. Some of the examples in the leaked speeches, such as Clinton urging business interests to beat back the Tea Party and support open-borders immigration, are points of common interest with the GOP Establishment.

    3. Clinton campaign coordinated with Super PAC: No one familiar with the WikiLeaks disclosures should be able to restrain their laughter when Hillary Clinton talks about getting “big money” and “dark money” out of politics. Then again, she should have been laughed off the stage for such tirades long before WikiLeaks started releasing her campaign’s emails.

    4. Clinton admitted she has different “public and private positions” on Wall Street reform: Again, this shouldn’t surprise anyone, but it’s always useful to catch a politician actually admitting she isn’t honest with the public on issues – especially an issue of keen interest to the Democrats who opposed her in the primary. In the same issue, she admitted she’s out of touch with ordinary Americans and “far removed” from middle-class life, which is a refreshing bit of (unintended) candor from such a sanctimonious candidate and Party. Lastly, she said it was an “oversimplification” to blame banks for the 2008 financial meltdown, which is true – and greatly understating the truth of Democrat politicians’ culpability, at that – but not at all what Democrat hyper-partisans want to hear from their leaders.

    5. Clinton campaign asked about using White House executive privilege to hide emails from Congress: “Think we should hold emails to and from POTUS? That’s the heart of his exec privilege. We could get them to ask for that,” John Podesta – current Clinton campaign chair, and former White House counsel – wrote to Hillary’s aide Cheryl Mills, even as the House Benghazi Committee was writing a subpoena for Clinton’s long-hidden correspondence. It’s absolutely shocking that Team Clinton would think Barack Obama was willing to abuse executive privilege to hide vital information from Congress. Wherever did they get that outrageous idea?

    6. Clinton campaign looked for political support from “needy Latinos”: This is the perfect example of an email chain that would set the media on fire, if it came from a Republican political campaign. They seem to have been talking about Latino politicians who were needy, rather than herds of Latino voters, but they were colorfully insulting to some of those politicians.

    7. Collusion with State Department on managing Clinton’s email scandal: It’s pretty clear from these emails that Clinton’s team knew she broke the law, but they were (justifiably) confident they could trump the rule of law with politics… and plenty of help from their good friends in the Obama Administration. Other emails illustrate the Clinton team’s conviction that all Democrat scandals can be overcome with distractions and delaying tactics, counting on that 90% Democrat media to be easily distracted, and to stay quiet while stonewalls are constructed. You will see more collusion and stonewalling in future Democrat Administrations, building on the precedents Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton established. The next Republican Administration that tries it will get a swift and brutal lesson in why scandal management only works when the administrative state and media support the party in power.

    8. “Journalists” secretly working as enthusiastic volunteers for Clinton/Kaine 2016: Another one to file under “no big surprise, but still nice to see it on paper.” The American public needs to understand there is no real division between the government and media when a Democrat is in the White House, especially with this particular Democrat. The press loved Barack Obama and was childishly easy for him to spin at will, even during the queasy Fifty Shades of Grey stages of their romantic relationship, but the press is Hillary Clinton’s campaign. They’re her donors, Clinton Foundation contributors, and often her former (and future!) employees. If you didn’t think the media could be less interested in holding a president accountable than Obama, you’re in for a shock if Clinton wins.

    9. Planting the “seeds of revolution” in the “Middle Ages dictatorship” of the Catholic Church: Democrats view Christians in almost exactly the terms they adamantly refuse to apply to Islamic supremacists. They’re also very determined to infiltrate institutions that resist liberalism, subverting them from within, and destroying them if they refuse to be subverted. Check out the latest news about the National Football League for another example.

    10. Clinton Cash panicked the campaign: They knew how bad this stuff was, and they wasted no time devising strategies to spin it away. They didn’t have much trouble convincing the press to stop bugging Clinton about the galaxy of Clinton Foundation scandals, did they? With Republicans, the media works hard to set up denials that look uncomfortable, or which they think can be demolished by later revelations. With Democrats, not so much.

    11. Flip-flopping on TPP: It’s amazing that a single Sanders voter ever believed Clinton was honest about opposing the Trans-Pacific Partnership, but evidently most of them did, or else they never really cared about the issue as much as they claimed to. Leaked emails reveal how Clinton was not “comfortable” with attacking the trade deal she once gushed over as the “gold standard” for such agreements, but she knew she had to pretend to oppose it to placate union bosses and woo the Sanderistas. Clinton campaign staff talked about her “integrity” as though it were a stack of poker chips, deeming it reasonable to sacrifice a little integrity to keep the Sanders insurrection under control.

    12. Gun control: cherry-picked data and executive orders:
Democrats are going to lose patience with voter opposition to their gun control agenda and begin imposing it, as soon as they no longer have to worry about losing a tough election in the near future. They often worry about the potential backlash from Democrat voters in key states who support gun rights, but they’ll stop worrying about that soon, especially if Clinton does extremely well in those states. A packed Supreme Court will make her even bolder about chipping away at the Second Amendment. No one should be surprised that Democrats like to pick and choose which crimes the public should focus upon, in order to sell the gun control agenda.

    13. Special favors for “Friends of Bill” in Haiti: The Clintons’ use of Haiti as a cash machine was disgusting. The hypocrisy of liberals willing to ignore this carnival of corruption, at the expense of an impoverished black nation, to slip the Clintons back into the White House is unbearable. The corruption of the State Department into a wholly owned subsidiary of Clinton, Inc. should be completely unacceptable.

    14. Iran nuclear deal was “greatest appeasement since Chamberlain gave Czechoslovakia to Hitler”: This email chain quotes Republican Senator Mark Kirk of Illinois saying Obama’s nuclear deal “condemns the next generation to cleaning up a nuclear war in the Persian Gulf,” and Clinton campaign chief John Podesta responding, “Yup.” While the Democrats figure out how to spin that away, the rest of us can reflect that Clinton, Podesta, and other old hands in her inner circle probably have significant differences of opinion with Barack Obama and his teenage-punk approach to foreign policy. Obama and his weird little gang of young advisers thought it would be a great idea to do the opposite of everything his predecessors did, Republican and Democrat alike. The Clinton group worked in one of those preceding Administrations. However, Mrs. Clinton and all of her loyal retainers were willing to stifle their objections to Obama’s foreign policy in the name of party loyalty… even when those objections hinted at a future nuclear war.

    15. Clinton wanted to run against Donald Trump in 2016: The three Republican candidates Clinton’s campaign thought they had the best chance of beating were Trump, Ben Carson, and Senator Ted Cruz. “We need to be elevating the Pied Piper candidates so that they are leaders of the pack and tell the press to them seriously,” said a memo sent to the Democratic National Committee. They were quite confident of their ability to tell the press which Republican candidates it should take seriously.

    16. Clinton knew Libya was a disaster: Her hindsight about the bloody, world-destabilizing fallout from the overthrow of Qaddafi, and the inability of the new Libyan government to provide security for Americans, was 20/20… but what good does that do anyone, especially the Americans who died in Benghazi? It’s laughable to hear Clinton and her supporters brag about her great resume. Her resume is the world outside your window, and what she says about it to her big donors is very different from what she says to the general public.

    17. “Foreign govt donors: all the money is in”: The Clinton team is much more relaxed about discussing big bucks from overseas among themselves. They don’t want the public thinking about how much support Clinton gets from foreign interests, or dwelling on how unsavory some of those interests are. They were reluctant to disclose all of those foreign donors to the Obama Administration as they promised. But the leaked emails show they’re very well aware of how important that imported cash is. This particular email seems to concern locking down foreign financial support for the Clinton Foundation, in case Mrs. and Mr. Clinton find themselves back in the White House next year.

    18. Clinton Foundation audit reveals it may have misled the IRS: One of the perks of Clintonhood is that you can file taxes incorrectly, suffer no penalties whatsoever, and refile the paperwork years later. A 2011 audit of the Clinton Foundation requested by Chelsea Clinton discovered that, despite sworn statements to the IRS, the Foundation didn’t write or enforce the required conflict-of-interest policy… and, wouldn’t you know it, some conflicts of interest do seem to have cropped up! Two years later, long after Hillary Clinton resigned as Secretary of State, gift acceptance policies were still a work in progress.

WikiLeaks Releases Batch #9 – CNN Dares The Sons of Liberty To Read Them….

Posted on October 16, 2016 by sundance

Today WikiLeaks released another batch of emails from the account of Hillary and Bill Clinton’s long time political fixer John Podesta. – SEE HERE –

However, an apoplectic CNN is increasingly alarmed the U.S. electorate would be reading the raw material and making up their own mind. According to Clinton News Nework pundit Chris Cuomo: “All your news are belong to us.”:

…”it’s illegal to possess, ah, these stolen documents, it’s different for the media. So everything you are learning about this, you are learning from us….

WHAT? Oh, my gosh. Quick, join the rebellion. We shall meet at the Old Mill, and read these emails by candlelight, secretly, in the dark of night. We shall create legions of scribes to share the message; and in the tradition of the Sons of Liberty we will make with our defiance such a deafening sound as all media from these days forward are forced to note, even as they despise us in the writing of it.

And as we win, we bring forth the scattered free survivors hiding amid the ruins of our great republic; assembled once more… we sing of our deeds in once forbidden songs, and continue tending the flickering flame of individual liberty as it bursts forth again, as it always must, because we are proud and deplorable…
    Americans!

They, all of the media, would essentially prefer us isolated and comfortable only amid the looming shadows cast by their creations.

Declaring independence from King George was not brought swimmingly along through the will of the majority; nor was it initially a palatable consideration for the overwhelming signatories of the ultimate document.

Ten odd years later, on Monday September 17th, 1787 a positive outcome of the secret constitutional convention -which had been going on for four months- seemed even less likely. Mr. Edmund Randolph of Virginia began the day by predicting that nine of the 13 states would fail to ratify the plan “and confusion must ensue.”

Randolph knew the inherent problems with constructing forms of governance. He knew a nation born of freedom would need to be protected from itself. Demonstrating a clear grasp of democracy’s inherent dangers, Randolph reminded his colleagues during the early weeks of the Constitutional Convention that the purpose for which they had gathered was:

“to provide a cure for the evils under which the United States labored; that in tracing these evils to their origin every man had found it in the turbulence and trials of democracy….”

John Adams, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, countered the fears of Randolph and championed the Constitution in his state precisely because it would not create a democracy:

“Democracy never lasts long,” he noted. “It soon wastes, exhausts and murders itself.” He insisted, “There was never a democracy that ‘did not commit suicide.’”

On that final Monday, Ben Franklin, now 81-years-old, told the assembly he had something to say. Too weak to deliver the speech himself, he asked fellow Pennsylvanian James Wilson to read it for him. Here are excerpts:

Mr. President, I confess that there are several parts of this constitution which I do not at present approve, but I am not sure I shall never approve them. For having lived long, I have experienced many instances of being obliged by better information, or fuller consideration, to change opinions — even on important subjects — which I once thought right but found to be otherwise.

“The older I grow, the more apt I am to doubt my own judgment and to pay more respect to the judgment of others. Most men, indeed as well as most sects in religion, think themselves in possession of all truth — and that, wherever others differ from them, it is so far error.

“When you assemble a number of men to have the advantage of their joint wisdom, you inevitably assemble with those men all their prejudices, their passions, their errors of opinion, their local interests and their selfish views. From such an assembly, can a perfect production be expected?

“Thus I consent, sir, to this constitution. The opinions I have had of its errors, I sacrifice to the public good.

“If every one of us, in returning to our constituents, were to report the objections he has had to it and endeavor to gain partisans in support of them, we might prevent its being generally received — and thereby lose all the salutary effects and great advantages.

“Much of the strength and efficiency of any government in procuring and securing happiness to the people depends on the general opinion of the goodness of the government, as well as of the wisdom and integrity of its governors. I hope, therefore, that we shall act heartily and unanimously in recommending this constitution.

“On the whole, sir, I cannot help expressing a wish that every member of the convention who may still have objections to it would, with me, on this occasion doubt a little of his own infallibility — and to make manifest our unanimity.

For four months, the delegates had been locked in an epic battle over whether our fledgling nation should have a strong federal government. And we have been struggling with those same issues and arguments for the past 230 years.

The reason is the same now as it always has been. There are those, who as a natural course of their disposition, wish to rule the lives of others. Division is the tool that enables them to create the fear they need. Fear is the weapon they use to remove opposition.

There are now, as there have always been, those who hold a collective view of all governance, and individual liberty and freedom principles run directly in opposition to their progressive goals.

Their goals are achieved by destruction of common acceptances, which they view as roadblocks toward the gain of their desires.

Fabian Socialists say break the world and “Remould it Closer To The Heart’s Desire”.

In modern times the instruction ‘break the world’ can just as easily be applied to break the ‘ties-that-bind’, or more specifically break the very constitution which protects us.

Hence, they need you to actually operate against your beliefs of individualism, and they need to continue convincing people to vote against their own individual best interests by voting on behalf of the collective.

The true concern of the average person is that their beliefs are insignificant, irrelevant, or in the minority. The fear is based on isolation; that there are not others thinking the same way… that I am alone.

This is the concept of fear being used as a weapon. The “concern” carried by most ordinary citizens is exactly the same. And the tool, division, is wielded for the exact same purpose.

The methods of the post World War II Fabians are the same methods being deployed in modern America. Only now they are defined by the modern harbinger of radical leftism, Saul Alinsky.

Nothing has changed except the people executing the method to control their opposition.

Isolate – Ridicule – Marginalize: Through the process of ‘isolating the opposition’ they deploy labels such as whackobirds, jihadists, terrorists, extremists, racists et al. All intending to isolate the common sense patriot from their like-minded association.

Through the process of “ridiculing the opposition” they deploy media narratives to diminish the character, integrity, intelligence of the leaders who rise in opposition to the regime.

Through the process of “marginalizing the opposition” they deploy strategies to make the larger mass of the electorate believe the opposing leadership is, and will be, ineffective. Thus the attacks against all prior patriots, and now Donald Trump.

The goal is to make supporting the opposing leadership *appear* futile. Instill fear.

It is EXCEPTIONALLY IMPORTANT that each person teach themselves, and then others, the skill to identify when these strategies are being deployed. It is only when you easily recognize them, from both the regime and from the media, that you can find your own strength and empowerment to push back.

Clinton Ally’s PAC Donated Nearly Half Million In Cash To Senate Campaign Of FBI Director’s Wife…

Bill and Hillary Clinton at Terry McAuliffe’s (Democrat) VA Governor Inauguration 2014

    Conflict of interest?

    Via WSJ:
The political organization of Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, an influential Democrat with longstanding ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton, gave nearly $500,000 to the election campaign of the wife of an official at the Federal Bureau of Investigation who later helped oversee the investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s email use.

Campaign finance records show Mr. McAuliffe’s political-action committee donated $467,500 to the 2015 state Senate campaign of Dr. Jill McCabe, who is married to Andrew McCabe, now the deputy director of the FBI.

Andrew McCabe the deputy director of the FBI and Attorney General Loretta Lynch

The Virginia Democratic Party, over which Mr. McAuliffe exerts considerable control, donated an additional $207,788 worth of support to Dr. McCabe’s campaign in the form of mailers, according to the records.

District 13: Republican Senator Dick Black is an incumbent in a Republican-leaning district.

However, the district includes the fast-growing areas of eastern Loudoun county and northern Prince William county. The district seems to be trending more Democratic.

A perceived sexist tweet directed at Democrat Jill McCabe from Senator Black appears to have made the race closer. Also, McCabe ($275,000) raised considerably more money than Black ($61,000) in September.

    October 19 Prediction: Tossup

Did Republican Senator Dick Black insult women?
That adds up to slightly more than $675,000 to her candidacy from entities either directly under Mr. McAuliffe’s control or strongly influenced by him.

The figure represents more than a third of all the campaign funds Dr. McCabe raised in the effort.

Mr. McAuliffe and other state party leaders recruited Dr. McC

BREAKING: @HillaryClinton’s E-Mail Server Company Got Almost $1 Million In Gov’t Loans After Wiping Emails With BleachBit

Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server company got almost $1 million in government loans starting immediately after they were secretly asked to wipe Hillary Clinton’s name from her e-mails.

Platte River Networks (PRN) got a $493,000 loan from the Small Business Administration in August 2014 and another $350,000 loan in September 2015:

The first half-million dollar loan arrived not one month after PRN employee Paul Combetta was caught accidentally revealing his company was deleting evidence at Hillary’s request in July 2014.

    http://gotnews.com/wp-content/upload...hot.png?eeba1e

The second $350,000 loan came about one year later.

You won’t hear this stuff from the lying mainstream media. Keep the GotNews mission alive: donate at GotNews.com/donate or send tips to editor@gotnews.com. If you’d like to join our research team, contact editor@gotnews.com.

After getting the first loan, PRN moved to a large office space after previously working out of the owner’s condo.

The head of the Small Business Administration is Maria Contreras-Sweet, a Mexican immigrant who was appointed to the office by Barack Obama two months before Hillary’s PRN got the first loan.

WikiLeaks leaks have proven Hillary’s corrupt pay-to-play scheme. GotNews has shined a light on how Hillary gets favors from Hispanic and Democratic government bureaucrats before.

Did Hillary Clinton pay her e-mail server company Platte River Networks (PRN) with almost $1 million in favorable government loans — given out by a political friendly — in order to alter her illegal e-mails and get her name off them?

    It sure looks like it.

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request has been lodged for more information.

    Stay tuned for more.

Loretta Lynch Is Getting Dragged into Hillary’s E-mail Nightmare

The Senate is officially investigating whether the former attorney general promised to go easy on Clinton.

It’s not just Donald Trump who is under scrutiny by Congress. On Friday, reports emerged that bipartisan group of lawmakers on the Senate Judiciary Committee are also looking into former Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s handling of the F.B.I.’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server, which became highly politicized in the months leading up to the 2016 election. According to ABC News, the committee is looking for details on Lynch’s communications with former Clinton campaign aide Amanda Renteria, as well as whether the F.B.I. itself ever investigated the reported communication.

The committee asked Lynch for information about an email, first reported by The New York Times, in which former D.N.C. chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz informed an official at George Soros’s Open Society Foundations that Lynch had assured the Clinton campaign that the investigation into the presidential candidate “would not go too far.” It was this e-mail, many believe, that caused former F.B.I. director James Comey to leave Lynch out of the loop before he ended the investigation, because he was afraid such a letter would compromise the integrity of the investigation.

The Times described the letter as “a document written by a Democratic operative that seemed—at least in the eyes of Mr. Comey and his aides—to raise questions about her independence.” Lynch declined to comment at the time. The Washington Post later reported that some in the intelligence community had concerns that the document, which was leaked by the Russians, may have been unreliable or even fake.

The committee, made up of Senate Judiciary Chairman Charles Grassley, Ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein, and Senators Lindsey Graham and Sheldon Whitehouse, is questioning Lynch and Renteria, as well as Open Society Foundations’ Leonard Benardo and its General Counsel Gail Scovell. Their inquiry is part of the ongoing investigation on Comey’s dismissal, which Trump initially claimed was based on the former F.B.I. director’s mishandling the Clinton e-mail inquiry.
