Yes.
Seriously. Yes. They think that is no one is shot, no one should be arrested since there was no harm committed.

Fairfield, OH Pool Fight 911 Call: 'Everything’s Going Crazy'
June 12, 2015
Two adults and two youths have been cited after an incident Tuesday evening at the Fairfield Aquatic Center.
Fairfield police declined to discuss the incident on camera, but according to a report obtained by WLWT, the incident started when aquatic center employees asked some children to leave the pool because of their behavior.

The children told the park ranger their mom said they didn't have to leave, the report states.
Police said that is when one of the mothers aggressively confronted the ranger and then pushed an officer.
Police wrote in the report, that another adult then began striking the officer. Several juveniles, both male and female, then joined in, striking and pushing the officers, the report said.
The report states that one of the adults called to a juvenile to get a Taser from her purse.
During the incident a couple of people called 911, including one of the pool employees.
WLWT obtained the surveillance video and 911 calls from the incident.
"There's two officers here and they are fighting with them. They are beating up the officers and breaking out of the handcuffs. We need you guys immediately," the pool employee said to the 911 dispatcher.
The dispatcher asked, "Do you feel like you are safe right now?"
"Not really," the caller answered.
“Everything’s going crazy and they're videotaping, trying to make it look like a racist thing and it's not at all. They were breaking our policy and we told them they couldn't be here anymore and it's really scary and I don't feel safe,” the employee said.
In the surveillance video, a police officer and a woman can be seen arguing. Within minutes, there's a struggle.
A young girl then tries to get between the two and as they turn the corner, a group of teens surrounds them.
More officers arrived and used pepper spray to get the situation under control.
The moms, Krystal Dixon, 33, and Maya Dixon, 34, were cited for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, as was a 15-year-old boy.
A 12-year-old girl was charged with assault and resisting arrest.
The aquatic center is a city facility. Employees there said they could not comment.
WLWT is working to contact the adults involved to get their side to this story.
Sheesh, my home town! Luckily it was the pool or the kids might have been armed... Though I never knew Fairfield to have much problems with that.
The whole Fairfield/Forrest Park/Springdale area has changed a lot in the last 10 years... :dead:
Okay. It would be of much benefit to track the behavior and boldness of said feral human creatures over say the last 20 years, especially since Obama stepped into office. A case study analysis. It is obvious to me that they have become very bold, aggressive, and anti-authority. Exactly what the Obama admin wanted to happen and what he has been propagating. We aren't too far from the dividend - anarchy and absolute division.
I would imagine that there will be a point where reasonable citizens will rise up and protect themselves and their communities. Of course this will be countered with unconstitutional response from despotic government agencies. We are heading into a future full of uncertainty.
Is there a direct correlation between the patterns we're seeing now and what happened in the 60s? I bet there is. At the peak of Soviet pressure, the counterculture here blew up. Russia is again on the way up and look what's happening to our society.
It really is too bad. I've seen a lot of previously decent neighborhoods go to pot over the last 10-15 years. As mentioned the Fairfield/Forrest Park/Springdale area is one.
Another neighborhood I was discussing with someone recently is Clifton. Clifton used to be an area of Cincinnati with grand, old houses where a lot of old money lived. Gas lights line the streets. My grandparents used to own a place there and I spent a sizable part of my childhood there. Used to go to the local parks and on walks around the block with my grandpa. Since early 2000 a lot of crime from the neighboring shitty areas of Corryville and Avondale has slowly moved in an made what was once an elegant and classy place far less safe. Clifton isn't nearly as bad as Corryville and Avondale just yet because there was so much money there but, I have a feeling in another 10 years it will be a far different place which is sad.
Other neighborhoods that are on the outside of the heavily metro areas have steadily declined as well as the "urban culture" has moved outwards. Though not all the areas are bad, I prefer not to go inside the I-275 loop in general if it can be avoided.
I've even seen some of the urban element migrating to my neck of the woods. http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/c...psa97f6d20.gif What was once a, maybe, once a month sighting is now more like once or twice a week. Guess they've shit all over their neighborhoods and are moving out like locusts. It's mostly along the 3 major routes that go straight into Cincinnati: State Route 52, State Route 125, and State Route 32. All the communities along those roads are seeing it moving in, slowly but surely. I'm pretty certain in 10 years the villages of the area I'm in will be different as well with crime quite a bit higher than it once was. Just one of the reasons I want to relocate to a far more rural state.
Leftist pot stirring is no doubt a big part of what is going on, all by design.
Black Mob Swarms Georgia Walmart to See ‘How Much Damage’ They Could Do
June 30, 2015
Gangs of blacks are targeting Walmart departments stores and other outlets all across the country in targeted attacks while terrorizing on shoppers and perpetrating retail theft and property damage, police say.
The latest black mob was a planned attack on a Walmart in Macon, Georgia on Tuesday where shoppers were injured — including a disabled man in a motorized wheelchair — merchandise was destroyed and stolen, and at least one arrest was made.
The group of about 50 blacks ransacked the Macon Walmart causing an estimated $2,000 in damage, all in an effort to “see how much damage” they could wreak.
During the 1:45 AM attack, mobbing blacks pulled a disabled man from his wheelchair and threw him to the floor.
A black suspect who was later arrested reportedly told a Walmart employee: “This was a planned event, and that they had planned to see how much damage they could cause.”
Police arrested 17-year-old Kharron Nathan Green, of Ashton Drive in northwest Bibb County, when he returned to the store to look for a cell phone he had dropped. Store employees identified him to police.
This isn’t the first time a store was targeted for a black mob assault. It’s a criminal phenomenon that’s becoming increasingly common.
To name but a few instances, last year a Memphis Kroger grocery store was beset upon by a mob of blacks who caroused through the store stealing and damaging things. And in that case, blacks brutally beat a store employee.
In February, a Florida shopping mall was swarmed by hundreds of rampaging blacks. Despite that hundreds participated in the attack, only one suspect was arrested.
For several years, mobs of black teens have targeted and swarmed convenience stores, small clothing stores and gas stations, while destroying, stealing from, and attacking employees and patrons.

The "Movement For Black Lives" convention took place Friday through Sunday.
"This convening presents an opportunity for us to reflect on our histories of struggle, build a sense of fellowship that transcends geographical boundaries and begin to heal from the many traumas we face,” according to the Movement For Black Lives website. “Whether through topical trainings, engaging conversations or just kicking back with each other -- we will strengthen a budding community that is diverse in voices, origin, perspective and strategy.”
This has been one of the most impactful black organizing spaces in history. Let’s take what we have built & bring it back home #m4bl

Dozens Of Teens Rob, Ransack Akron Gas Station
July 27, 2015
About 60 teenagers robbed and ransacked a gas station late Friday in an incident partly captured by a cellphone video, police said.
Akron police say the group, estimated to be between 50 and 70 teens, descended on the Circle K gas station on West Market Street and North Pershing Avenue about 11:45 p.m.
An estimated $200 worth of items were stolen. The group also caused an unknown amount of damage to the store, according to police reports.
The group may have come from a nearby party, according to police.
A couple sitting in a car at the gas station recorded the incident from inside their car and posted it online.
The woman in the video called 911 and reported dozens of teenagers that stole and ransacked the business.
No arrests have been made. Akron police said Monday they are working with the store to identify those involved in the incident.

Violent Fighting Among Teens Prompts Cancellation Of Carrick Church’s Summer Festival
July 23, 2015
Teenagers fighting in the street have forced a church in Carrick to make the difficult decision of canceling the rest of their summer festival.
Pittsburgh Police say they were called to six large fights between teens on Brownsville Road Wednesday night. Witnesses described an out-of-control scene. But by the time additional police arrived on scene, the rowdy teenagers had fled.
The parish priest says he was afraid an elderly person or child could have been trampled by the dozens of teens running from the fights, and that’s why they have canceled the rest of the festival.
“Out of an abundance of caution, the church made the understandable choice not to proceed with the festival,” said district 4 councilwoman Natalia Rudiak in a statement.
People were taking down signs, the rides being dismantled and the tents being packed up Thursday at the St. Basil Parish festival. It was supposed to run through Saturday, but not after what happened.
“Our first night was very difficult because of the fighting and the violence out on the street in front of us,” said Rev. Stephen Kresak, of St. Basil Parish.
Fr. Kresak says they reluctantly decided to cancel the rest of the festival because even with two hired police officers for security, they couldn’t guarantee people’s safety.
“There were many, many kids running,” he said. “In fact, if someone had been on the street when that happened, they would have been trampled.”
Parishioners at the festival during the fighting say they were frightened.
“Yeah. I was actually working inside and I came out and crowds of people were trying to leave,” said Lou Ann Shannon.
“I think people who come here may have thought they weren’t safe and this wasn’t an environment they were comfortable with,” Beverly Lankes said.
Sheena Strickland and her son showed up at shuttered festival Thursday evening. Sadly, they were greeted by a large sign that read the outdoor carnival had been canceled.
“Some kids got out of hand, and now all [neighborhood kids] are being punished,” said Strickland. “It’s not fair.”
Festival organizer Richard Heinz told KDKA-TV’s Ralph Iannotti, “We put a lot of hard work into this, for it to happen the way it did, it’s tough.”
The festival is the church’s big source of revenue and they need to make money to repair the church roof, but it’s also become a tradition, and no one wanted it to end.
“I think is sad. This has been one of the few events that was able to stay in Carrick,” said Shannon.
Police say there were no arrests Thursday and no weapons used in the fighting. They say this same thing has been a problem in the past.
Meanwhile, the church has set up a GoFundMe page hoping to raise the $45,000 they would normally get from the festival.
A benefit concert has been planned for Friday night at Grandview Park in the city’s Allentown neighborhood, and concert proceeds will go to the church.
District 4 Councilwoman Natalia Rudiak’s full statement on the violence that shut down the St. Basil Festival:
“I strive every day to create a more liveable city and I am saddened to learn of the cancellation of St. Basil’s Parish Homecoming Festival due to fighting. Out of an abundance of caution, the church made the understandable choice not to proceed with the festival. This is the church’s main source of funding for the entire year. The Zone 3 Citizens Council will host a fundraiser for St. Basil Parish due to the cancellation of the Festival. We encourage all Pittsburghers to join the community at Grandview Park Friday, July 24 at 7:30. Gone South Band and the Officers of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police from Zone 3 will be in attendance to support St. Basil’s Parish. My heart goes out to the parishioners, neighbors, families, and youth who were affected by this incident and who will not be able to experience the joy and community of continued celebration. But we must remember that this situation was not created overnight, and it will not be solved overnight. It takes partnership between local, state, and federal officials – and community members – to work together on reducing violence and increasing funding for social and youth programs, as well as increasing officers on our streets. I look forward to the Zone 3 fundraiser as an opportunity to continue to build on those partnerships, and continuing this conversation on City Council and in our communities.”

Louisville Mall Shut Down After 2,000 Kids, Teens Fight
December 27, 2015
Mall St. Matthews in Louisville was shut down after as many as 2,000 kids and teens got into several fights, prompting chaos.
Saint Matthews police say it started around 7:00 p.m. Saturday.
Officers say that in the midst of the fighting, some stores were used as safe havens for those trying to escape the chaos.
Eventually, management decided to shut down the mall entirely.
Police say they’ve had enhanced presence at the mall for the past few weeks since another brawl took place on Black Friday.
They said they could not have predicted this.
“This is something that we did not foresee and even with an enhanced police presence when you have that many juveniles with wrong intentions, one feeding upon the other, this is the kind of thing that happens,” said Dennis McDonald with the St. Matthews Police Department.
Saint Matthews Police called for other departments to help them.
Extra buses were called to the area to help clear out crowds, but police say as the mall closed, many of the teens and kids went to other businesses in the area.
Businesses around the mall were encouraged to close for the night as well.
The situation finally began to calm down around 9:30 p.m.
Hmm... No mention of arrests.
I wonder if they were just giving them room to destroy.
The news media aren't showing pictures of these youths. If they were white, you'd have seen a white kid destroying something on a constant loop.
Let's call a spade a spade here.

Thank God my local mall is A) not in a "cultural enrichment zone" and b) not on a bus line. Amazingly it is doing great and doesn't have problems like this.
What, you can't call spades, spades?
Hahaha! Holy shit I missed that reply from Mal before! :lool:
Police Car Damaged In Large Indianapolis Disturbance
February 20, 2016
Dozens of teenagers flooded out of Skateland USA and started brawling late Saturday night on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
According to metro police, the incident started when the teens were asked to leave Skateland USA around 9 p.m. due to capacity issues. The group of at least 100 people then started gathering near 40th Street and High School Road. They became rowdy, yelling profanities and trying to start fights. Skateland USA called police to break up the crowd.
Moments later police officers arrived and sent the teenagers home. At one point, someone threw a rock through a windshield of a patrol car. That was the only violence reported. No one was injured and no arrests were made.
Several cruisers stayed in the area, along with a police helicopter until the crowd dispersed.
A police incident report stated that a single police pepper ball had been deployed at the scene.
Police say a social media flyer earlier in the day may have contributed to the large crowd. Saturday afternoon, Skateland USA posted on Facebook about rumors of a lock-in Saturday night. The Facebook post said there was no lock-in scheduled, and parents should not expect to drop off children for an event of that nature.
Indy police, I'm disappointed! A single, solitary pepper ball? That's it? Try harder next time!
