    Happy New Year...

    Doesn't feel any different.

The snap, crackle, and pops of my joints getting out of bed tell me different.

    Happy New Years all!

Yep, I can agree with the Rice Crispy Knees....

Definitely different, especially with negative numbers in the cold.

Everyone, I hope you all have a very grand New Year this year, the whole year (not celebration night, that's one night I generally go to bed early and rest).

This year I went to bed at 9 PM and was awakened by the explosions on top of Pikes Peak (See: http://www.adaman.org/ ) at Midnight. Five minutes before my friend Cindy from Missouri sent us a text message, and 15 after we received a bunch of "Happy New Year" messages on our phones. At 1:30 my granddaughter was dropped off by my son (along with her friend who spent the night giggling) keeping me awake until 4. At 4 I got more text messages from the son saying he was ok and at a friend's house.

At 0800 the giggling girls started slamming doors, running the shower, dropping shit...

I can't wait to move to a boat where I can anchor out away from humans.

I fell asleep before midnight. Less than an hour to go...ah well.

    Happy New Year.

    Happy New Year.
That's too bad. You missed the Mariah Carey train wreck! I watched it happen live.

Somewhere Milli Vanilli breathed a sigh of relief as no longer being the standard of poor lip synching.
