    I believe Ryan is right.

They see the writing on the wall and trying to go full bore into complete and total change.

If they can get it in before the end of 2014, or mid 2015, they can change the laws of elections and keep the AntiChrist is office.

This may be the only tenable response. I'm wondering, however, if this is one facet of their plan. Looking a short distance down the road, is it possible to see a globalist response to internal unrest in the US related to disarming the populace?

My thinking is that this is precisely the road that we are being forced down... to the point we MUST do something about it (whether violent or close too) so they can then clamp down hard, come after anyone with guns, do bad things to those with guns, etc.

In other words, they are trying to bring this to a head, quickly, and force our hands.

Oklahoma is one of those areas where a huge unreported population of illegal immigrants along the I-35 corridor exists also, and so Obama could easily tip the scales electorally if people aren't careful here.

O’Reilly: Immigration Crisis Could Damage Entire Infrastructure of America

    Fox News

"The immigration crisis could very well damage the entire infrastructure of America. There's no question about it." – Bill O'Reilly

    by Fox News Insider // Jun 17 2014 // 9:00pm
As seen on The O'Reilly Factor

In tonight’s Talking Points Memo, Bill O’Reilly remarked on a New York Times story that said humanitarian aid should be given to about 50,000 kids who have illegally entered the United States since last fall, plus the hundreds more who come in each day.

O’Reilly said that liberal America is trying to convince us that poor immigrants are freeing economic oppression. While accepting poor people who are fleeing chaotic governments is a hallmark of America, O’Reilly said, “The harsh reality is we cannot support all the world’s poor, it is impossible.”

“The Factor” host noted that some on the left have wanted open borders for years, but that would break the U.S. financially. He said that many of these children and their parents can’t speak English, have little education and few skills. They can’t compete in the U.S., and O’Reilly said it will take decades for them to become self-sufficient.
“So we are creating an underclass of people totally dependent on American taxpayers, who are already under siege from every direction,” he said.
“The immigration crisis could very well damage the entire infrastructure of America,” he said. “There’s no question about it.”

    Companion Threads:

White House’s Valerie Jarrett dines with Rupert Murdoch to plot immigration strategy

President Obama's longtime senior adviser Valerie Jarrett confessed to breaking bread this week with conservative media titan Rupert Murdoch, a new White House frenemy of sorts on immigration reform.

The two dined at the posh Blue Duck Tavern on Tuesday night in Washington's Foggy Bottom, and Jarrett described the evening as “very enjoyable.”

“Good policy sometimes makes strange bedfellows,” she told reporters at a breakfast hosted by the Christian Science Monitor Friday, adding that she was impressed by Murdoch's passion for passing comprehensive immigration reform.

“He is an immigrant himself and he understands from a business perspective how important immigration reform would be to our economy,” she said. “... Sometimes decisions are tough but it's time for Congress to step up and act now — and that's something he said privately to me, and I was heartened to see him express it publicly.”

The next morning, Wall Street Journal readers awoke to an editorial by Murdoch, the paper's owner, calling on Congress to take action and pass comprehensive immigration reform and stressing its benefits to the business community and the economy.

Jarrett followed her private dinner with Murdoch with a breakfast the next day with the Business Roundtable, whose members were in town to press the case for immigration reform on Capitol Hill.

She said Republicans shouldn't be spooked by former Majority Leader Eric Cantor's stunning primary defeat, which Washington quickly attributed to his support for a middle-ground approach to some aspects of immigration reform.

“Having heard from someone like a Rupert Murdoch [on the issue],” Republicans shouldn't feel scared of it, she said.

Soon This Same Agency Will Control All Your Healthcare Options – Officials seeking shelter for young illegal immigrants thought Island hotel was vacant

Posted on June 25, 2014 by sundance
(Boom-Chica-Waa-Waa) Byblos Niagara Resort and Spa is a 263-room hotel in Grand Island, New York. The resort is fully booked for most of the summer. Government officials, however, apparently thought it was the perfect place to house undocumented children.

You just can’t make this up
    :

The federal agents arrived unannounced at about 10 a.m. to inspect the 263-room property for possible use as housing for some of the 52,000 unaccompanied minors who have been apprehended at the southern border this year.

“They were thinking the hotel was abandoned and closed,” said Scott Swagler, the general manager of the facility, a former Holiday Inn undergoing a $10 million renovation.
One of the visitors was a Customs and Border Patrol agent and another had a badge that said “DHS” (Department of Homeland Security), Swagler said.

The officials proceeded to perform a security analysis of the building, fully intending, it seems, to house illegal immigrant children inside. An email from Health and Human Services to Assemblyman John Ceretto confirmed their plans:

The email, from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), said HHS would “be conducting an initial assessment… to determine whether [the hotel] may be used as a facility for temporarily housing [children] who have come to the United States from other countries without an adult guardian… We have also alerted Governor Cuomo’s office.”
Not only was this embarrassing, it once again exposes the Obama administration’s lack of oversight in just about every area.
    But it gets worse.
Had these federal agents done a quick Google search of the facility, they would have discovered that this hotel, which until recently was a Holiday Inn, hosted a swingers convention in 2009. The renamed resort still has upscale amenities unsuitable for children, according to The Buffalo News.
Chris Collins, a Republican representative from Clarence, NY, spoke for his constituents when he responded to the government’s amusing, yet shameful mistake:
“Attempts today by Washington bureaucrats to transfer undocumented immigrants to the Byblos Niagara Resort in Grand Island further exemplify their incompetence,” Collins said. “Unfortunately, this is no laughing matter.”
Perhaps the Obama administration is too busy dealing with all of its other scandals to focus on our dangerously broken immigration system.
The Byblos Niagara Resort is occupied, and it seems our White House is vacant. (read more)

ALIPAC: Mail your used underwear to illegals, Boehner, and Obama
    June 25, 2014
    http://www.alipac.us/f8/alipac-mail-your-used-underwear-illegals-boehner-obama-305463/

Washington, DC -- ALIPAC.us is calling for tens of thousands of Americans to mail their gently used underwear to Barack Obama and John Boehner to answer Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) need for free underwear for the new surge of illegal immigrants crossing America's borders, enticed by promises of immigration reform amnesty.

While many Americans will be tempted to send the underwear donations unwashed, ALIPAC is reminding citizens that DC is already full of dirty laundry.

"Obama and Boehner have proven once and for all that their talk of passing immigration reform amnesty, instead of enforcing America's existing border and immigration laws, only brings more unwanted and destructive illegal immigration!" said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Instead of using our tax money to buy illegals 42,000 pairs of new underwear, we would like to send the illegals and DC politicians a message by mailing them our used underwear, and some of our pairs are in really bad shape due to the bad economy and all of the jobs illegal immigrants are taking from Americans."

While the American media has firmly established that the new surge of illegal immigrants at America's southern border is being inspired by pushes for immigration reform amnesty and inadequate enforcement of existing laws, the problem goes deeper. Many Border Patrol agents are looking for new jobs since Obama has ordered them to assist gang members and smugglers at the borders.

Yesterday, the Obama administration announced their response to the crisis of their own making would be to reward the nations sending illegals north with millions of dollars in grants, and to reward the illegals with more legal assistance to help them stay in America despite US laws designed to deter them. They also said that Republicans that have refused to give the illegals the immigration reform amnesty legislation they want are also to blame. Yet, Obama is releasing most of the illegal immigrants into America in violation of US laws.

Americans who want to help the illegals and Americans who are upset that John Boehner and Barack Obama are throwing the future for American children under the bus along with their Oaths of Office, the US Constitution, the outcome of our elections, and the current laws of Congress, are encouraged to mail their used underwear to Barack Obama at The White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20500, and John Boehner at Office of the Speaker, H-232 The Capitol, Washington, DC 20515.

Anti-Amnesty Group Calls On Supporters To Mail Underwear To Obama, Boehner In Protest To Illegal Immigration

by Caroline May 25 Jun 2014, 11:10 AM PDT 183 post a comment

An anti-amnesty group is calling on its supporters to mail their “gently used” underwear to President Obama in protest over the flood of illegal immigration through the southern border.

"Instead of using our tax money to buy illegals 42,000 pairs of new underwear, we would like to send the illegals and DC politicians a message by mailing them our used underwear, and some of our pairs are in really bad shape due to the bad economy and all of the jobs illegal immigrants are taking from Americans,” William Gheen, the president of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) said.

This week Breitbart News reported that the Department of Homeland Security is purchasing thousands of pairs of men’s underwear for immigrants held at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center.

The news of the bulk underwear purchase comes as tens of thousands of undocumented unaccompanied immigrant minors and family units stream across the border, amid violence and poverty in Central America and rumors that they can stay in the United States fuel the migration.

According to some Republicans and anti-amnesty advocates like ALIPAC, the rumor of a free pass into America has roots in discussions of amnesty for illegal immigrants. In that vein, Gheen and his group is also calling for people to send their underwear to House Speaker John Boehner.

"Obama and Boehner have proven once and for all that their talk of passing immigration reform amnesty, instead of enforcing America's existing border and immigration laws, only brings more unwanted and destructive illegal immigration,” Gheen added.

Tuesday, Boehner announced a congressional working group to consider solutions to the flood of illegal immigrants crossing the southern border and has said that the House will not act on immigration reform until the Obama administration proves it will enforce the law.

The Obama administration has declared the influx an “urgent humanitarian situation,” mobilizing FEMA and a surge of DHS resources to confront the situation, as well as money to Central America and a campaign urging people not to come illegally to America.

MILITIA AND PATRIOTS FORM ‘HUMAN CHAIN’ AT BORDER TO STOP ILLEGALS!

Militia members and other concerned U.S. citizens are converging on the border town of Laredo, Texas to create a blockade against illegal immigrants crossing into the United States, the organizer of the human chain and protest said on Newsmax TV‘s “MidPoint.”

“This will continue for days and weeks to come” and spread “to other points” along the U.S.-Mexico frontier, Barbie Rogers, founder of the Patriots Information Hotline, said in a telephone interview.
Rogers declined to give an exact head count beyond “more than 50 people” or reveal whether participants are armed, citing worries about their security.

But she said blockaders will follow the same rules of engagement as protesters in an April standoff between federal officials and Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy.

“Just like at the Bundy ranch, there will be no patriot out there on that line that will fire first,” Rogers said.

Her website on Wednesday posted a “call to ACTION for all Militia, III%ers, Oathkeepers, and Patriotic support personnel.”

“We are trying to contact every person and every patriot in the United States to go down and help do something the government should have done a long time ago,” Rogers said.

As for whether blockaders are carrying firearms, she said, “The situation these men are walking into — they have a very good possibility of being shot by the drug cartels down there, the gang members down there, and also by our own government down there.”

A surge of migrants from Central America, many of them unaccompanied children, has caught border officials off guard and left federal and state authorities in Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico scrambling to respond.

Rogers said her organization is stepping into the fray with a message: “We’re trying to say that we the people are fed up.”

“The government promised us a wall down there years ago,” Rogers said. “The money … was supposedly given to put this wall up, and it’s not there. Where is it at? Where’s the money at? The government needs to start having accountability to the people.”

Two political analysts appearing on “MidPoint” criticized the blockade as ineffectual and potentially dangerous.

“There really is nobody who I believe rationally … could think that about 50 or so people could really stop the influx of immigration via just a simple human chain,” said liberal commentator Justin Duckham, senior Washington correspondent for Talk Radio News Service.

“Plus, you also have a situation where, if there are any bad actors and somebody gets hurt, this is going to end up to be a disaster,” he said.

“It’s not a good idea,” said conservative commentator and political strategist Erica Holloway, “and probably not as wise as making sure the people that are supposed to be doing their jobs [in immigration enforcement] are doing their jobs.”

Hundreds of Chinese Teens Trafficked Into US Through Central America

    June 29, 2014

The signs at the Texas border offer a glimpse of the enormity of the problem of unaccompanied minors trying to sneak into the US.

The instructions are printed in English and Spanish, of course — but also, surprisingly, they’re instructions for help are also in Chinese.

Hundreds of Chinese teens are slipping into the US a year, immigration groups say, mostly through Central America and Cuba.

They make their way to New York City, typically on buses, where they are farmed out across the country to work in Chinese restaurants.

Lauren Burke, a lawyer who speaks Mandarin, has worked with some 200 kids under age 18 in the last five years. She now has a caseload of 30 who need legal status.

“Some of them are actually trafficked by their parents. The parents are very complicit,” Burke said. “Sometimes, the family member gets duped by somebody who says . . . ‘I see you can’t afford to send your kid to school anymore. If you send them to America, there are streets paved with gold.’ ”

They take complicated routes to get here, through cities where visas are easily secured. Guatemala and Cuba are favored stops, said Burke, executive director of Atlas: DIY, an advocacy group in Brooklyn.

From Guatemala, they take overland routes to the US border.

One of Burke’s clients who flew from Bejing to Guatemala then took buses to the border. Once there, smugglers was put him in a coffin to cross the border.

Another girl hid in a Guatemalan tour-bus bathroom that was marked out of order.

Those who land in Cuba come to the United States hidden under the floorboards of boats.

Another client took a less typical but equally circuitous route from her home in Fujian province through Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, then New York.

Juliet thought she was coming to live with the dad she hadn’t seen since she was a toddler. Her mom paid a “snakehead,” or smuggler, $80,000 to spirit her to America.

She was 15 when she left China for the monthlong journey to New York. She landed, alone, at JFK Airport with a fake passport and understanding no English.

A day later, her dad sent her on a bus in Chinatown bound for to Illinois, where she was to work in a Chinese restaurant. She doesn’t know if he was paid to send her, but it’s likely.

“I hated it here,” she told The Post. “They didn’t tell me anything.”

Juliet worked as a waitress in Illinois until customers asked her age and why she wasn’t in school. the restaurant owners enrolled her in school. where a classmate alerted her mom, who A parent there alerted a child advocates group.

Juliet eventually met Burke, who took her case. She lived in a Manhattan shelter and a succession of foster homes and graduated from high school.

Now 21, she waits tables and attends nursing school in Rochester. She obtained a green card through a program that helps abused, abandoned, or neglected children.

She says she sends money to her mom to pay off the snakehead.

“I just wish someone would know better before they come here so they wouldn’t have to go through what I had to go through,” she said.

Obama: I'll Act on My Own on Immigration

    WASHINGTON — Jun 30, 2014, 11:23 AM ET
By JIM KUHNHENN and ERICA WERNER Associated Press

In the face of an unyielding Congress, President Barack Obama said Monday he will no longer wait for Republicans to act on immigration and will move on his own to make policy changes in what has been a top second-term priority of his presidency.

Obama said he will refocus immigration enforcement onto a Mexican border that has seen a tide of children crossing illegally from Central America. That means putting resources into deporting people who are the most recent border-crossers or individuals who pose a threat to public safety and national security.

"I take executive action only when we have a serious problem, a serious issue, and Congress chooses to do nothing," Obama said. "And in this situation, the failure of House Republicans to pass a darn bill is bad for our security, it's bad for our economy and it's bad for our future."

Obama said he decided to bypass Congress after House speaker John Boehner informed him last week that the House would not vote on an immigration overhaul this year. A congressional leadership aide said Obama and Boehner spoke privately before an event last week at the white House honoring U.S. golfers who won last year's Presidents Cup,

Obama said there are enough Republicans and Democrats in the House to pass an immigration bill today, and says he would sign it.

But Obama said he's waited for more than a year to give Boehner space to act.

Obama said the thousands of unaccompanied children showing up on the border underscore the need to drop the politics and act on immigration.

Obama's decision effectively declares that a broad based change in immigration policy is dead for the year, and perhaps for the remainder of his administration. Changing immigration laws and providing a path to citizenship for about 11 million immigrants in the country illegally has been one Obama's top priorities as he sought to conclude his presidency with major second-term victory.

Obama's ability to undertake changes on his own is limited.

He is instructing Homeland Security Department Secretary Jeh Johnson and Attorney General Eric Holder to present him with executive actions he can take without congressional approval by the end of the summer.

Still, in responding to the influx of unaccompanied children, Obama plans to concentrate immigration resources on the border areas. The move will effectively further reduce the number of deportations in the country's interior by stressing enforcement action on individuals who are either recent unlawful border crossers or who present a national security, public safety, or border security threat.

The decision coincides with a White House request to Congress for new powers to deport newly arrived immigrant children traveling without their parents.

As such, Obama's actions represent a delicate balancing act between responding to what the White House has called a "humanitarian crisis" over unaccompanied children and a demand from immigration activists to reduce the administration's record number of deportations.

Deportations have spiked under the Obama administration to a total of around 2 million so far — the same number removed during the full eight years of the Bush administration. At the same time, formal removals from the interior have decreased each year of the Obama administration, while the number of deportations from the border has increased.

The Obama administration also has taken steps already to focus deportations on people with more serious criminal records or those who pose a threat. But this so-called "prosecutorial discretion," while harshly criticized by Republicans, never succeeded in calming concerns in immigrant communities about how deportations are conducted.

Obama on Monday was dropping by a meeting at the White House among immigration overhaul advocates and Chief of Staff Denis McDonough and Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett. Many of those advocates reacted harshly to Obama's plan Monday to seek emergency money from Congress that would, among other things, help conduct "an aggressive deterrence strategy focused on the removal and repatriation of recent border crossers."

Obama says he'll act without Congress to 'fix' immigration

    Christi Parsons contact the reporter

President Obama announces plan to fix immigration system "as much ... as I can" by executive action

President Obama said Monday he’s convinced that House Republicans will not take action to reform the U.S. immigration system this year and that he plans to use his executive authority to “fix as much of our immigration system as I can on my own, without Congress.”

Obama set an end-of-summer deadline for officials to give him options for reforms he can implement on his own and promised he would “adopt those recommendations without further delay.”
Speaking in the White House Rose Garden, Obama said that the current crisis of a surge of children arriving at the border is not a valid reason for Congress to hold off on passing comprehensive immigration legislation, as many Republican members of Congress have said.
The “argument seems to be that because the system's broken, we shouldn't make an effort to fix it,” Obama said. “It makes no sense. It's not on the level. It's just politics, plain and simple.”

He also repeated that minors who have arrived in recent months will be sent back to their countries of origin, a message that administration officials have tried to send to Central Americans.

“This is not a situation where these children are slipping through,” Obama said, noting that nearly all are being taken into custody at the border. “Our system is so broken, so unclear, that folks don’t know what the rules are.”

A few weeks ago, Obama had asked his Homeland Security secretary to hold off on submitting a series of recommendations for changing U.S. deportation practices, hoping to give House Republicans space to come up with a legislative package they could support.

But according to the White House version of events, House Speaker John A. Boehner (R-Ohio) told Obama last week that his chamber doesn’t plan to take action this year.
In a statement, Boehner said that he had “told the president what I have been telling him for months: the American people and their elected officials don't trust him to enforce the law as written. Until that changes, it is going to be difficult to make progress on this issue.”

“The crisis at our southern border reminds us all of the critical importance of fixing our broken immigration system,” Boehner said. “It is sad and disappointing that – faced with this challenge – President Obama won't work with us, but is instead intent on going it alone with executive orders that can't and won't fix these problems.” He added that Obama’s previous executive orders “have led directly to the humanitarian crisis.”

Republicans have pointed to Obama’s decision in 2012 to stop deportations of some young people who were brought to the U.S. illegally as children, saying that order, known as DACA, had given families in Central America false hope that children who come to the U.S. now will not be deported.

Administration officials have denied that their policies are to blame. Instead, they have said that GOP refusal to consider reforming immigration has made matters worse by keeping a dysfunctional system in place.

Earlier in the day, the White House began pressing Congress to come up with more than $2 billion in new money to manage the flood of illegal immigrants and unaccompanied children arriving at the southern border, mostly in Texas.

With Republicans opposed, Obama vows to act on his own on immigration

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama vowed to act on his own on U.S. immigration reform on Monday after House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner told him Republicans would not permit a vote on immigration legislation this year.
Obama, in a White House Rose Garden appearance, said he had told his senior advisers to prepare recommendations for him on immigration by the end of the summer and that he would act on them without delay.
Obama said he has directed border officials to allocate resources to increase security along the U.S. border. Amid a controversy over tens of thousands of unaccompanied children from Central America surging across the southern border, Obama said most will be returned to their home countries once their legal cases are adjudicated.

Medical Staff Warned: Keep Your Mouths Shut About Illegal Immigrants Or Face Arrest

    July 1, 2014
    By Todd Starnes

A government-contracted security force threatened to arrest doctors and nurses if they divulged any information about the contagion threat at a refugee camp housing illegal alien children at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, sources say.

In spite of the threat, several former camp workers broke their confidentiality agreements and shared exclusive details with me about the dangerous conditions at the camp. They said taxpayers deserve to know about the contagious diseases and the risks the children pose to Americans. I have agreed to not to disclose their identities because they fear retaliation and prosecution.

“There were several of us who wanted to talk about the camps, but the agents made it clear we would be arrested,” a psychiatric counselor told me. “We were under orders not to say anything.”

The sources said workers were guarded by a security force from the Baptist Family & Children’s Services, which the Department of Health and Human Services hired to run the Lackland Camp.

The sources say security forces called themselves the “Brown Shirts.”

“It was a very submissive atmosphere,” the counselor said. “Once you stepped onto the grounds, you abided by their laws – the Brown Shirt laws.”

She said the workers were stripped of their cellphones and other communication devices. Anyone caught with a phone was immediately fired.

“Everyone was paranoid,” she said. “The children had more rights than the workers.”

She said children in the camp had measles, scabies, chicken pox and strep throat as well as mental and emotional issues.

“It was not a good atmosphere in terms of health,” she said. “I would be talking to children and lice would just be climbing down their hair.”

A former nurse at the camp told me she was horrified by what she saw.

“We have so many kids coming in that there was no way to control all of the sickness – all this stuff coming into the country,” she said. “We were very concerned at one point about strep going around the base.”

Both the counselor and the nurse said their superiors tried to cover up the extent of the illnesses.

“When they found out the kids had scabies, the charge nurse was adamant – ‘Don’t mention that. Don’t say scabies,’” the nurse recounted. “But everybody knew they had scabies. Some of the workers were very concerned about touching things and picking things up. They asked if they should be concerned, but they were told don’t worry about it.”

The nurse said the lice issue was epidemic – but everything was kept “hush-hush.”

“You could see the bugs crawling through their hair,” she said. “After we would rinse out their hair, the sink would be loaded with black bugs.”

The nurse told me she became especially alarmed because their files indicated the children had been transported to Lackland on domestic charter buses and airplanes.

“That’s what alerted me,” she said. “Oh, my God. They’re flying these kids around. Nobody knows that these children have scabies and lice. To tell you the truth, there’s no way to control it.”

I don't mean to upset anyone's Independence Day vacation plans, but were these kids transported to the camps before or after they were deloused? Anyone who flies the friendly skies could be facing a public health concern.

The counselor told me the refugee camp resembled a giant emergency room – off limits to the public.

“They did not want the community to know,” she said. “I initially spoke out at Lackland because I had a concern the children’s mental health care was not being taken care of.”

She said the breaking point came when camp officials refused to hospitalize several children who were suicidal.

“I made a recommendation that a child needed to be sent to a psychiatric unit,” the counselor told me. “He was reaching psychosis. He was suicidal. Instead of treating him, they sent him off to a family in the United States.”

She said she filed a Child Protective Services report and quit her job.

“I didn’t want to lose my license if this kid committed suicide,” she told me. “I was done.”

The counselor kept a detailed journal about what happened during her tenure at the facility.

“When people read that journal they are going to be astonished,” she said. ‘I don’t think they will believe what is going on in America.”

So it was not a great surprise, she said, when she received a call from federal agents demanding that she return to the military base and hand over her journal.

She said she declined to do so.

“I didn’t go back to Lackland,” she said.

Both workers told me while they have no regrets, they want to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals.

“They’re going to crush the system,” the nurse told me. “We can’t sustain this. They are overwhelming the system and I think it’s a travesty.”

Baptist Family & Childen’s Services spokeswoman Krista Piferrer tells me the agency takes “any allegation of malfeasance or inappropriate care of a child very seriously.”

“There are a number of checks and balances to ensure children are receiving appropriate and adequate mental health care,” she said.

Piferrer said the clinicians are supervised by a federal field specialist from HHS’s Office of Refugee Resettlement. She also said BFCS have 58 medical professionals serving at Lackland.

“Every illness, whether it is a headache or something more serious, is recorded in a child’s electronic medical record and posted on WebEOC – a real-time, web-based platform that is visible to not only BFCS but the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services,” she said.

As for those brown shirts, the BFCS said they are “incident management team personnel” – who happen to wear tan shirts.

My sources say Americans should be very concerned about the secrecy of the government camps.

“This is just the beginning,” one source told me. "It is a long-term financial responsibility.”

Gohmert: US Will Become ‘Third World Nation’ If Feds Don’t Enforce Immigration Laws

Image | Posted on by tomfernandez28

WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) — Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, warns that the United States will become a third world nation if the federal government does not enforce its immigration laws.

Speaking to “The Sean Hannity Show,” the Republican lawmaker said the country will be destroyed if the U.S. continues to allow thousands of immigrants to cross the border illegally.

“You’ve got to follow the law. You cannot bring hundreds of thousands of people in this country without destroying the country,” Gohmert told Hannity. “Then there’s no place that people can dream about coming.”

Gohmert stated that it’s the government’s job to defend the U.S. “against anybody that would overwhelm the country and bring it down.”

“It’s always been such an irony, though, that people would flee a country that’s got … drug cartels, people that ignore the law, or bribe people to look the other way,” Gohmert said. “So they don’t have jobs there so they come to the United States because we’ve mostly been a nation of laws where the rule of law matters. But then once they are here, they say now we want you to ignore the rule of law, which ironically is like the country they came from.”

Report: Secret Loopholes Allow NSA To Bypass 4th Amendment Protections

Gohmert continued: “Either we’re going to enforce our law and remain strong economically and otherwise, or we ignore the rule of law and go to being a third world nation.”
Gohmert’s comments come as President Barack Obama announced Monday that he will not rely on Congress and take executive actions to fix much of the immigration system as he can on his own.

Even as Obama blamed House Republicans for frustrating him on immigration, Obama asked Congress for more money and additional authority to deal with the unexpected crisis of a surge of unaccompanied Central American youths arriving by the thousands at the Southern border. Obama wants flexibility to speed the youths’ deportations and $2 billion in new money to hire more immigration judges and open more detention facilities, requests that got a cool reception from congressional Republicans and angered advocates.

Obama’s announcement came almost a year to the day after the Senate passed a historic immigration bill that would have spent billions to secure the border and offered a path to citizenship for many of the 11.5 million people now here illegally. Despite the efforts of an extraordinary coalition of businesses, unions, religious leaders, law enforcement officials and others, the GOP-led House never acted.

“Our country and our economy would be stronger today if House Republicans had allowed a simple yes-or-no vote on this bill or, for that matter, any bill,” Obama said in the Rose Garden. “They’d be following the will of the majority of the American people, who support reform. And instead they’ve proven again and again that they’re unwilling to stand up to the tea party in order to do what’s best for the country.”

Obama said that House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, informed him last week that the House would not be taking up immigration legislation this year.

A growing number of advocates and congressional Democrats already have declared immigration dead, the victim, in part, of internal GOP politics, with the most conservative lawmakers resisting the calls of party leaders to back action and revive the GOP’s standing with Latino voters. The Central American migrant surge, along with the surprise defeat of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor at the hands of an upstart candidate from the right who accused him of backing “amnesty,” helped kill whatever chances remain.

Boehner blamed Obama for the outcome.

“I told the president what I have been telling him for months: the American people and their elected officials don’t trust him to enforce the law as written. Until that changes, it is going to be difficult to make progress on this issue,” he said. Boehner called Obama’s plan to go it alone “sad and disappointing.”

Facebook Secretely Involved Thousands of Users In Massive Social Experiment

Obama directed Homeland Security Department Secretary Jeh Johnson and Attorney General Eric Holder to present him by the end of the summer with steps he can take without congressional approval.

The Border Patrol has apprehended more than 52,000 child immigrants traveling on their own since October.

Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, accused Obama of seeking a “blank check” with no real solutions. “President Obama created this disaster at our Southern border and now he is asking American taxpayers to foot the bill,” said Goodlatte.
