I hadn't gone to check-in on the Anomalies.Net site for a while ... and now for the past few days I get a 404 ("page not found").
Did the site move? Or is it down?

Just tried it and it came up fine for me. Olav was making some changes and perhaps those changes have just not propagated to your DNS server.

I haven't been able to get to the Anomalies forums for about three weeks now. I thought it was due to my being at work, but it wasn't working at home, and last evening when I tried, I could get to the Anomalies site, but NOT the forums, and it said they were "currently turned off for maintenance"

yes, Olav is working on the forums and if you go to the main page www.anomalies.net and click the top link to forums he posted a note to that effect. The main links direct to the forums are not working because the forum is not up right now.

It does appear to be down. Neither the domain or IP address work.
When I tried the domain I got a "502 Bad Gateway" error.

Olav brought the system back online. Some kind of power outage over the weekend he said, due in part to high winds and lots of rain.
Anyway, I just checked, it's back online as of now.

Olav told me last time there was a big storm and caused power outages, requiring a reboot or something.

I couldn't get there last night, and today it's running very slow, or not at all.
And that's on my 4G Verizon.
