Epstein's cause of death still not official after autopsy

Millionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who apparently killed himself while in federal custody in Manhattan, was taken off suicide watch in late July at the request of his attorneys, according to a report.

The disgraced money manager was found unresponsive in his single-inmate cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center early Saturday and was declared dead at NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital.

Epstein had been meeting with his attorneys for up to 12 hours a day before they requested that he be taken off suicide watch, sources familiar with the matter told the Wall Street Journal.

He was found hanging by his neck about 6:30 a.m. Saturday, a source has told The Post.

Epstein was taken off suicide watch — which required a check every 15 minutes — despite a July 23 incident in which he was found with injuries to his neck.

He had been downgraded to “special observation status,” which required two guards to make separate checks on him every 30 minutes, but that procedure was not followed, a source has told Reuters.

Under the status, Epstein also was supposed to have a cellmate, a person familiar with the matter told the Journal.

His cellmate had apparently left, possibly for a court appearance or another appointment, and was not immediately replaced as required by protocol, the source told the newspaper.

In addition, the decision to remove an inmate from suicide watch would normally have to have been OK’d by the jail’s suicide prevention program coordinator and then approved by the warden, according to NBC News, which cited protocols.

“Once an inmate has been placed on watch, the watch may not be terminated, under any circumstance, without the program coordinator or designee performing a face-to-face evaluation,” according to the federal Bureau of Prisons official guidelines issued in 2007.

The New York City medical examiner performed an autopsy Sunday but said more information was needed before a determination is made about the death.

Marc Fernich, one of Epstein’s lawyers, declined to comment to The Post on Monday about the Journal report, citing the ongoing investigation.

Shrieking and shouting was heard from Jeffrey Epstein’s cell on the morning he died, while one of Epstein’s guards at the Metropolitan Correctional Center was not a regular corrections officer.

“On the morning of Jeffrey Epstein’s death there was shouting and shrieking from his jail cell,” reports CBS News. “Corrections officers attempted to revive him while saying “breathe, Epstein, breathe.”

One of the guards assigned to Epstein at the time was also not a “regular corrections officer” at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, according to the report.

Journalist Tim Pool even speculated that “breathe, breathe” could have been shouted as a cover for those same individuals actually murdering Epstein.

“I’m imagining two guys strangling Epstein while leaning out so that other inmates can hear them, ‘Breathe! Oh no he’s choking” Breathe!’ And they’re strangling him like in a sleeper hold,” said Pool.

Pool also noted that the CBS News report contradicts another report out of NBC News which claims that a nearby inmate heard nothing when Epstein died.

As we reported earlier, Epstein is said to have hanged himself using bedsheets, although a former inmate at the same facility this would have been impossible because they’re not much stronger than paper.

Guards at the New York City jail facility where Jeffrey Epstein is said to have killed himself are suspected of falsifying log entries to show they were checking on the alleged sex trafficker and other inmates with greater regularity than was the case, according to a Tuesday report.Surveillance video reviewed after Epstein’s death shows guards at the Metropolitan Correctional Center did not make some of the checks they claimed to have made in their logs, a source told the Associated Press. The New York Times reported, citing unnamed officials, that the guards fell asleep at some point and did not check on him for up to three hours.

The federal jail workers claimed they were checking on inmates in Epstein’s unit every half hour, but investigators now believe that was not the case. The Justice Department on Tuesday said that two guards assigned to watch Epstein had been placed on administrative leave.

The latest revelation, first reported by CBS News, comes amid growing conspiracy theories surrounding Epstein's death as he awaited trial on sex trafficking and conspiracy charges. Prosecutors said he sexually abused dozens of young girls in his New York and Florida residences between 2002 and 2005, allegations that could have landed him behind bars for 45 years.

The 66-year-old disgraced financier was found hanging in his cell on Saturday after using a bedsheet tied to his bunk. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital.

Many lawmakers and conspiracy theorists alike wonder how he could commit suicide inside the Special Housing Unit at the jail facility. Attorney General William Barr said Monday there were "serious irregularities at this facility that are deeply concerning," and said he was demanding "a thorough investigation.”

In the aftermath of Epstein's apparent suicide, his alleged "recruiter" Ghislaine Maxwell now finds herself under the microscope.

Geoffrey Berman, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, has vowed to continue the investigation into Epstein, who, at the time of his death, was in a New York facility awaiting trial on allegations he operated an underage sex trafficking ring. And even though Epstein is now firmly outside the grip of the criminal justice system, his alleged “co-conspirators” do not enjoy a similar reprieve.

Several of Epstein’s accusers have pointed to Maxwell as playing a pivotal role in enlisting his victims, according to thousands of pages of court documents unsealed on Friday -- just hours before Epstein reportedly used his bedsheet to hang himself from a prison bunk -- in relation to a 2015 defamation suit filed against Maxwell.

Those who say they're victims of Epstein and other eyewitnesses to the events surrounding his alleged crimes, have testified Maxwell's role was in arranging massages and sexual favors for Epstein and a circle of his high-profile associates.

But Maxwell allegedly played an even more direct role in the sex abuse on several occasions.

Maxwell and Epstein were accused of molesting two victims in 1996 but the claims -- allegedly reported to the FBI -- fell on deaf ears, according to an affidavit viewed by the Miami Herald.

Maxwell has not released any public statements since Epstein’s arrest in early July. No criminal charges have been brought against her and she has consistently and vehemently denied all allegations of misconduct.




Autopsy finds broken bones in Jeffrey Epstein’s neck, deepening questions around his death

Autopsy found that financier Jeffrey Epstein sustained multiple breaks in his neck bones, according to two people familiar with the findings, deepening the mystery about the circumstances around his death.

Among the bones broken in Epstein’s neck was the hyoid bone, which in men is near the Adam’s apple. Such breaks can occur in those who hang themselves, particularly if they are older, according to forensics experts and studies on the subject. But they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation, the experts said.

The details are the first findings to emerge from the autopsy of Epstein, a convicted sex offender and multimillionaire in federal custody on charges of sex trafficking. He died early Saturday morning after guards found him hanging in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan and he could not be revived.


Attorney General William P. Barr, whose department oversees the Bureau of Prisons facility where Epstein died, has described his death as an “apparent suicide.” Justice officials declined to comment on the new information from Epstein’s autopsy.

The office of New York City’s chief medical examiner, Barbara Sampson, completed an autopsy of Epstein’s body Sunday. But Sampson listed the cause of his death as pending.

Sampson’s office did not comment on the injuries found in the autopsy.

The details add to the bizarre circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death, which have launched a wave of questions and conspiracy theories about how he could have died in federal custody. Even President Trump has egged on speculation, without evidence, that Epstein — whose alleged victims say they were pushed to have sex with his powerful and celebrity friends — might have been killed to keep him from spilling the secrets of others.

The revelation of Epstein’s neck injuries follows reports that officers at the Metropolitan Correctional Center broke protocol and failed to properly monitor him.

Corrections officers had not checked on Epstein for “several” hours before he was found hanging in his cell, a person familiar with the matter said, one of a series of missteps in the hours leading up to his death.

Veteran prosecutors and law enforcement officials were shocked that one of the most high-profile inmates in the country wasn’t more carefully watched. Barr said over the weekend he was “appalled” at serious “irregularities” in jail protocol, and later transferred the jail warden to another facility.

People familiar with the autopsy, who spoke on the condition of anonymity due to the sensitive stage of the investigation, said Sampson’s office is seeking additional information on Epstein’s condition in the hours before his death. That could include video evidence of the jail hallways, which may establish whether anyone entered Epstein’s cell during the night he died; results of a toxicology screening to determine if there was any unusual substance in his body; and interviews with guards and inmates who were near his cell.

Jonathan L. Arden, president of the National Association of Medical Examiners, said a hyoid can be broken in many circumstances, but is more commonly associated with homicidal strangulation than suicidal hanging.

Arden, who was not involved in the Epstein autopsy, said that in general, a finding of a broken hyoid requires pathologists to conduct more extensive investigation. That investigation can include analysis of the location of the noose, how narrow the noose is, and if the body experienced any substantial drop in the course of the hanging.

The age of the deceased is also important, Arden said. The hyoid starts out as three small bones with joint-like connections but hardens during middle age into a u-shape that can break more easily.

“If, hypothetically, the hyoid bone is broken, that would generally raise questions about strangulation, but it is not definitive and does not exclude suicidal hanging,” he said.

A handful of studies conducted over the past decade have produced conflicting results about the likelihood of a hyoid break in a suicide. In a study of 20 suicidal hangings in Thailand, published in 2010, one fourth of the men who hanged themselves had broken hyoids. In a larger study of suicidal hangings of young-adults and middle-aged people in India, conducted from 2010 to 2013, hyoid damage was found in just 16 of 264 cases, or six percent. The study addressed the discrepancies in academic reviews, saying wide variations in findings of hyoid breaks are “possibly due to factors like age of the victim, weight of the victim, type of suspension and height of suspension.”

Hyoid fractures have previously sparked controversy in jailhouse and other contentious deaths.

In 2008, Ronnie L. White, a teenager accused of killing a police officer, died of an apparent suicide in a suburban Washington jail cell. But two days later, the cause of death was changed to homicide when a Maryland state medical examiner discovered the teen had a broken hyoid.

The incident fanned racial tension and fueled conspiracy theories about the suspect’s death in Prince George’s County, Md.

Medical examiners concluded White was probably strangled with a sheet, towel or “crux of the elbow.” The officer who moved his body pleaded guilty to obstruction. But no one was ever charged in White’s death. A federal judge said in 2013 that it remained a mystery whether the inmate was slain or took his own life.

The hyoid bone played a central role in a heated dispute last year over another high-profile death in New York, that of Eric Garner. A New York police officer was accused of using an improper chokehold while trying to arrest Garner and of causing his death. A police officers’ association claimed that an autopsy from Sampson’s office found there was no break of Garner’s hyoid bone, and that this proved that the officer could not have strangled Garner and caused his death.

This “demonstrates conclusively that Mr. Garner did not die of strangulation of the neck from a chokehold,” the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association said.

But Sampson rejected that claim, saying she stood by her conclusion that Garner died of “compression of neck (chokehold), compression of chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police.” Sampson’s office said Garner’s bronchial asthma, obesity and high blood pressure were contributing factors.

In a widely circulated video of the 2014 incident, the officer was seen grabbing Garner around the neck, pushing him and his face into the pavement. Garner is overheard pleading several times: “I can’t breathe.”

Two weeks later, Sampson’s office concluded the officer’s actions were the primary cause of his death.

It’s certainly a conversation starter.

Jeffrey Epstein had an oil painting of Bill Clinton in a blue dress — lounging on a chair in the Oval Office — hanging up in his Manhattan townhouse, according to law enforcement sources.

“It was hanging up there prominently — as soon as you walked in — in a room to the right,” a source told The Post. “Everybody who saw it laughed and smirked.”

But the bizarre home decor didn’t stop there.

Epstein, 66, also kept a mannequin hanging from the ceiling — dressed up in a wedding gown, the source said, noting how the doll was situated above a staircase.

A woman who visited Epstein’s $56 million home confirmed the existence of the Clinton painting to the Daily Mail, but didn’t mention the mannequin. She was able to snap a picture of the painting, which was posted online Wednesday.

In it, the former president can be seen lounging on a chair in the Oval Office — pointing toward the viewer — while wearing red heels and a blue dress similar to the one Monica Lewinsky famously donned during their White House hookup.

A piece dubbed “Parsing Bill” was painted and sold by a New York-based artist named Petrina Ryan-Kleid. Saatchi Art, an online art gallery, describes it as an “oil on canvas” with dimensions of 40 W x 40 H x 2 in. The painting inside Epstein’s home appears to be the same size, and sources told The Post it was also done with oil.

Attempts to reach Ryan-Kleid were unsuccessful on Wednesday night. A relative, when reached by telephone, said he knew of the painting’s existence but was unaware of a connection to Epstein.

The Clinton camp did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

George Webb informs us that there is so much more to Jeffrey Epstein than a child sex trafficking ring and a major blackmailing operation.

Today, he teaches us about the connection between Jeff Epstein, the State Department and Teneo, a private intelligence contractor, co-founded in 2011 by Doug Band, Bill Clinton’s body man during his presidency, who Webb says “was the key guy who was doing pay-to-play deals during that time.”

Webb says Epstein was involved on the logistics end in their scheme, which took information from the State Department, with all of its covert actions happening around the world and that privatized this information for private gain. He says the main conduit for this was Teneo, where Huma Abedin also worked. The information was transferred to Huma’s husband, Anthony Weiner and to Jeff Epstein.

Huma Abedin, as everyone knows was Hillary Clinton’s right-hand woman for nearly all of her adult life, including while Hillary was the head of the State Department. Webb claims Huma and Hillary would step outside of their SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) during coffee breaks and walk down to the parking lot, where Anthony Weiner – or somebody, maybe Imran Awan – would be there to sync their Blackberry mobile phones together.

“That’s basically what James Comey confirmed, that the syncing of the Blackberries to each other was how [Hillary Clinton’s] emails got onto Anthony Weiner’s laptop,” he says.

“Every time Teneo does something in terms of overseas mining, for instance, they don’t want any footprints. If Mark Rich is going to take advantage of some information, let’s say about uranium in the Congo, we don’t want to associate that with anybody at the State Department. You want to keep zero-footprint, you want Jeff flying people back and forth, whether it’s weapons, whether it’s different diplomats, etc. but you want zero footprints.

“So, Jeff Epstein basically was the way of zeroing out the footprint for Teneo. As I said, whether that meant drugs going in one direction or weapons in another or whether it was Mujahideen, etc. and the key way they used to cover this contraband or ratline traffic was through the use of diplomatic passports and diplomatic immunity. You can see Doug Band several times in his email talking about ‘Can we get a few more dip passports for our trip to Africa?’

Teneo created a subsidiary called TENEX (Techsnabexport), a joint venture with Russia that is the foreign trade company for

Rosatom, the Russian state-owned nuclear energy company and one of the world’s leaders in that industry. TENEX became the leading supplier of Russian uranium to the global market, providing uranium enrichment services to over one third of the world’s Western-style nuclear reactors.

Webb describes TENEX as “Basically, ex-KGB agents who now have moved into the energy business…you’re taking information or companies in the United States that might be involved with the Manhattan Project; let’s say different companies involved in the uranium nuclear chain, fuel cycle chain and moving them or taking companies that were involved in the fuel cycle chain in Russia and moving them to third-party locations that you control, whether it be Iran or UAE or some other place, where you can privatize basically the investment that either Russia or the United States has made in these very, very expensive technologies.

“Mainly around this uranium or sometimes plutonium, as well these materials, which can create submarines that can go under water, all the way around the world. They can power nuclear satellites that never go dark, etc.; key technologies that are are differentiators. You can make small, portable nuclear power plants for backup power for key infrastructure, as well as military installations, etc.

“That’s the focus of TENEX, of this joint venture between the Clinton Foundation and these, what we know of as ‘Russian oligarchs’ but really, they came from either a combination of organized crime in the Ukraine area or the combination with ex-KGB, the heads of these organizations. This is the one that Jeff Epstein really focused on.

Webb shows us a video from two years ago when he went on location to the Teneo offices and discovered their cut-out, Transport Logistics, TLI.

“This was the trucking company that was involved in shipping all of this uranium to… TENEX, which he reminds us was the creation of these ex-Soviet Union/KGB guys and the people at Teneo – and the Clinton Foundation.”

Webb says TLI key to the Uranium One story, in which Hillary facilitated the sale of 20% of US uranium production to ROSATOM and it’s “Key to the Mueller cover-up.”

Virgin Islands Senator: ‘Evidence’ from Epstein’s Estate ‘May Have Been Lost’

Evidence of Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes and operations “may have been lost,” warned U.S. Virgin Islands Sen. Oakland Benta (D) in a Monday interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with host Rebecca Mansour and special guest host Matt Boyle.

“What’s going on here is what should have happened a long time ago,” said Benta of federal authorities investigating an island owned by Epstein. “As a result of all that has transpired, the federal government decided [to investigate] now, whether it’s too late or not — because there have been so many people on the island since Mr. Epstein has been incarcerated and, at the same time, there’s valuable information, evidence-wise, that we may have lost.”

Benta added, “What’s going on is that they have seized the island, and they’re moving forward and doing, probably, what you call asset forfeiture, as far as securing what they can.”

Elements of the U.S. Virgin Islands’ government were complicit in Epstein’s crimes, determined Benta.

Benta remarked, “I do pray that once the investigation has taken place, as a result of so many people within this territory who are the leadership of this government, of this territory, hiding behind curtains as parasites, and … bringing young ladies to our shores from elsewhere and destroying their lives at will, with passion, without consideration for the child’s soul. And many individuals who participated in these acts are fathers themselves; they have children as well.”

“I’m very upset that our very government leadership, stewardship of this government, who are part of it — participated and turned a blind eye for financial gain,” stated Benta.

Mansour asked if the U.S. Virgin Islands’ “reputation of being used as a tax shelter” is related to Epstein’s involvement with the territory.

Benta explained, “What has happened with this is the members who are responsible to make sure that the individuals who came in [to the U.S. Virgin Islands] under the program [of economic development] were legitimate, that they, in fact, had the resources as far as what was put on paper, and that they were vetted through Interpol as well as the State Department.”

Benta continued, “What ended up happening was that cash became the access for turning a blind eye and allowing the fraudulent acts to take place on the territory by individuals who did not have what they said they had, and in hiding all of this in hedge funds as they did it, and manipulating and controlling the government of the Virgin Islands. And some senators, who they financed as far as campaigns and other things, a blind eye was turned, and of course, here comes the tax evasion and the fraud … by hiding all that they said they had by fraudulent acts. It was all a scam.”

Epstein’s Own Lawyers Revolt, Move to Challenge Autopsy Conclusion

Lawyers for late financier Jeffrey Epstein are not happy with the autopsy conclusion of the New York City medical examiner’s office and have issued a challenge demanding answers and accountability.

The chief medical examiner concluded that Epstein hung himself in his own jail cell, ending his life.

Several question marks still hover over the controversial millionaire’s death, however.

Sleeping guards falsified records after failing to check on Epstein before his death, and several broken bones were found in his neck that could be indicative of homicide by strangulation.

The mystery surrounding his death and his treatment at the Metropolitan Correctional Center have sparked his lawyers to apparently begin digging for answers on their own.

“We are not satisfied with the conclusions of the medical examiner,” Epstein’s attorneys said in a Friday statement.

The medical examiner is not the only one in the hot seat, either. Epstein’s lawyers made it clear that MCC would not be getting off the hook without an attempt at a full accounting of the events surrounding the financier’s death.

Slamming the “medieval” conditions at MCC, the lawyers made it clear they weren’t done fighting.

“His safety was the responsibility of MCC,” the statement read. “It is indisputable that authorities violated their own protocols.

“The defense team fully intends to conduct its own independent and complete investigation into the circumstances and cause of Mr. Epstein’s death including if necessary legal action to view the pivotal videos — if they exist as they should — of the area proximate to Mr. Epstein’s cell during the time period leading to his death.”

Reid Weingarten, Epstein’s lead attorney, signed the letter along with two others.

MCC and the New York City medical examiner’s office would be making a grave mistake by underestimating him. As NPR reported, Weingarten is no stranger to ruthlessly ferreting out the truth.


Weingarten’s track record speaks for itself. In the 1970s and 1980s, he helped bust lawmakers as part of an FBI corruption sting.

Seven lawmakers were slapped with criminal convictions as a result of the operation.

Weingarten has also directly dealt with every president since Jimmy Carter, including President Donald Trump, and says he is “very proud” of his work with them, regardless of political party.

With Weingarten and other expert lawyers now on the hunt, it looks like we’ll finally start to see some answers about the apparent incompetence and perhaps even corruption of the government agencies charged with Epstein’s safekeeping while he awaited trial.

Convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has quite a network in St. Thomas, VI, from a tax attorney setting up a microwave radio transmission for private comms to Little St. James Island, to owning 50% of a marina with billionaire Andrew Farkas, to a group of fascinating and well-connected ladies on the board of an elite private school that sits on 27-acres where Epstein’s attorney was one of the first students. Coincidentally, many of these individuals have direct ties to former President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Global Initiative, in addition to corrupt former Governor of the Virgin Islands, John de Jongh and his wife Cecile. In fact, a big corruption investigation from years back tie some of these folks together.

• Many of Epstein’s business addresses in Red Hook Quarter St. Thomas, where his 50% ownership in American Yacht Harbor resides, go to the marina – dock B, slip 3. Coincidentally, so does a CPA’s who setup his private comms to Little Saint James.
• This network has tales of past corruption running up through legislators, a Clinton appointee, an Obama campaign bundler, and the former Governor of the Virgin Islands.
• There is an elite preparatory school that resides on 27-acres that is likely a grooming school for high-level positions, and some of the board members have ties to Jeffrey Epstein and the Clintons. Epstein’s attorney Paul Hoffman was one of the original 13 students.
Understanding The Network Diagram Below

To put this complex network into a comprehensible structure, a diagram has been created with color-coded lines so that the connections can be fully understood. What does this represent? Antilles School would appear to be the hub of most of these connections. From there it filters out to the board members, most of whom have been on the board in varying positions for years. The ladies listed in the diagram, in connection with the school, are indicated in red. The founders and original 13 students of the school paint quite a picture as well, with one of the students being Epstein’s attorney Paul Hoffman.

For example, Pamela Berkowsky is a Clinton appointee with a military background, who was made the former governor of the Virgin Island’s chief of staff, until she abruptly resigned over a scandal. This was long after she had served as the assistant chief of staff to secretary of defense William S. Cohen. She is married to Adam Shapiro who operates several medical facilities in St. Thomas, is a plastic surgeon, has a transport pilot license, and was involved in the scandal with Berkowsky. Jeanne Brennan Wiebracht, is a licensed CPA who utilizes Epstein’s address for her business, and is on documentation for an Epstein company that setup microwave radio transmission from St. Thomas to Little St. James Island.

Claire Starkey is involved with the Clinton Global Initiative via her Fintrac company that was founded in 1990 and operates out of countries that overlap with the Clintons agendas.

Marjorie Rawls Roberts was a campaign bundler for Barack Obama, assisted criminals in setting up tax breaks in VI, has worked with the Clinton Global Initiative, and is a political-power-wannabe who would likely do anything just to stand in their shadows. Roberts took Erika Kellerhals under her wing and showed her the ropes, before Kellerhals established her law firm – the firm that maintained the documents for Epstein’s Gratitude For America Ltd. Foundation. Cecile de Jongh, former first lady to the Gov. was the manager for Epstein’s Southern Trust Company, Inc., a company that donated to Antilles School. Amexa Rivadeneira, the director of foundation accounts for Catchafire, who works with the Clinton Global Initiative, used to serve in the senate office of Kirsten Gillibrand.

Oh what a tangled web they weave, and this is just a snippet of what this web has been up to. The details are in the backgrounds and affiliations, as well as locations they’ve operated in. All of these ladies diagrammed below, are not only serving the board of Antilles School, they are a tight-knit group, and are all friends on Facebook.
The Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands (CFVI) is another connecting point, that works with Antilles School, the Clinton Global Initiative, Fintrac, and Catchafire. Aside from serving on the board of Antilles School, Pamela Berkowsky, Clarie Starkey, and two other board members not diagramed here also served on the board of CFVI. Beginning to see the arms of control?

So why is former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder indicated on this diagram? Holder was involved with big investigations into a financial criminal ring that went all the way up through legislatures, telecommunications companies, and the governor himself in the U.S. Virgin Islands. This corruption scandal dragged on for years, and it is alleged that Holder himself had put the brakes on it. The full story and the players involved is documented below.

Take a good look at the diagram below, study it, absorb everything that’s been revealed above, and then scroll down to see the individual resumes of these folks with the key connecting points that ties this all together. The corruption scandal follows the resumes.

In 2008 Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting a minor for prostitution in a plea deal that only required him to spend 13 months in jail, of which he served most of in his Palm Beach office on “work release.” There were dozens of victims, a 50-page indictment on sex trafficking charges that was shelved, and a secret plea deal that concealed the full extent of his crimes and granted immunity to any potential co-conspirators. It stunk, and is now in the spotlight again. A judge recently ruled for the unsealing of up to 2,000 pages of judicial documents to show evidence of whether Epstein and his partner Ghislaine Maxwell were recruiting underage girls in an international sex trafficking operation.

Epstein was taken into custody on July 6, 2019 on charges of sex trafficking minors and conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors. The indictment states he conspired with others to carry out these acts. They have tentatively set his trial for 10-13 months out due to 1,000,000 pages of evidence against Epstein that they are sifting through.

This particular network in St. Thomas is only one of many networks and potential operations that Epstein is involved with. Many of Epstein’s connections have criminal histories, and many sit in very high places.

The Players

Jeanne Brennan Wiebracht

• Weibracht is a licensed CPA with a master’s degree in accounting and BA in psychology. Her business, Accounting Strategies Group, LLC’s address is listed at 6100 Red Hook Quarter B3, St. Thomas, VI 00802. This is boat slip 3 located at dock B in the America Yacht Harbor marina. This is the same address where several of Jeffrey Epstein’s businesses resolve to. Wiebracht is also listed in Epstein’s black book as a contact under his Financial Trust Company on the “Island” section.

• Wiebracht is originally from Holmdel, NJ, moved to Washington D.C. from 1993 – 2003, and then moved to St. Thomas in 1994 just one year after Epstein purchased Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, and four years prior to him purchasing Little St. James Island.
• She has served as a trustee on the board of Antilles School for years. Both of her daughters have attended Antilles School.
• She donated $250 to Obama’s campaign in 2008.
• Her husband Mathias founded See & Ski Powerboat Rentals in 1983, which is located at Dock A, right next to Epstein’s dock B in the same marina. They also own Maritime Yacht Sales in Holmdel, New Jersey. They also service St. John, St. Croix, St. Thomas, and Water Island. • Her brother George Brennan, who still resides in New Jersey, is a mechanical engineer at NAVAIR, whereby he designs ship integration for a system that operates on aircraft carriers, and works with stakeholders. He has been an engineer since 2001 and has worked with ships and aircraft since 2009.
• Her father George G. Brennan, MD, passed away in 2016 in Holmdel, NJ. He specialized in pediatrics and adolescent medicine in the 1960s and served as a doctor for 57 years. He worked with special needs children and worked closely with the Child Study Teams in school districts. He was also a lector and religious education teacher at St. Catharine’s Church of Holmdel, NJ.

PRIVATE COMMS

One of Epstein’s companies is VT&T, LLC, pointing to the same address in Red Hook Quarter, and Jeanne Brennan is listed as the contact for a microwave industrial/business pool license. Basically, this is an 18.7 ghz microwave radio transmission for private communications that runs from Stalley St. Thomas to Little St. James Island and points back. The license was granted on October 17, 2014 and doesn’t expire until October 17, 2024. The equipment is by Dragonwave Inc. Model: 18HY40HFC279V01 HAAM.

On the documentation, it requires a yes or no to the question, “Has the applicant or any party to this application, or any party directly or indirectly controlling the applicant, ever been convicted of a felony by any state or federal court?” They answered YES, as they should.

The equipment was mounted on the lower portion of the tower that was already equipped with numerous other transmitters. Because of that, a company by the name of Micronet Communications, Inc. out of Plano, Texas performed a frequency coordination study according to FCC rules and regulations. This entailed running tests to ensure there was no interference with existing parties. At that time, there were 24 other parties/companies that had equipment on this particular tower, most of whom were bigger name companies.
The coordinates of the tower on Stalley are at the south-east area of St. Thomas, where the tower is quite visible by satellite, and the pin is only feet away from the tower, based on those coordinates. Yet, the coordinates on Little St. James Island do not resolve to a tower or structure, and in fact, fall adjacent to the tennis courts, not too far from the famous sundial. Perhaps the satellite image is prior to 2014 or there is another form of equipment capable of this transmission? Or perhaps the sundial is equipped with something extra special?

Back in 2004, Jeffrey Epstein and his attorney Paul Hoffman were working to get a $1.2 million underwater fiber-optic cable project passed that would run from Red Hook in St. Thomas to Epstein’s island Little St. James.

Cecile de Jongh

• Former first lady to Gov. John de Jongh.
• She was Jeffrey Epstein’s office manager for his Southern Trust Company, Inc., which was a DSB providing extensive DNA database and data mining. Epstein was very invested in science, human behavior, and the brain. One of his projects regarding AI is covered in Eugenics, Infertility & Population Growth Crisis.

• She has served on the board for the Antilles School in the position of treasurer for several years. Her and John are listed as “parent donors – parents of alumni” in the Antilles School Review 2017.
• Cecile is also listed in Epstein’s black book, just above Jeanne.

Pamela Berkowsky

Berkowsky’s background is quite extensive, including being appointed by former President Clinton to serve as the assistant chief of staff to secretary of defense William S. Cohen. In her own words, she documents her background on her LinkedIn account.

• In 1997, the New York Times wrote a short article on the marriage of Berkowsky to Adam Shapiro. At that time, Berkowsky was the Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of the Navy.
• In 2000, she was listed on the Term Member Program for the Council on Foreign Relations, under the seminars and roundtables. Her title at that time was Assistant Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense, U.S. Department of Defense. Other notables are David Rockefeller, Federal Reserve, Harvard, CNN, WaPo, Asia Society, and many more.
• She has been the Practice Administrator for her husbands Virgin Islands Ear, Nose & Throat practice since 2002.
• In 2010 she served on the board of the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands, and had agreed to serve another three-year term.
• Berkowsky served as a trustee for the Antilles School board for several years.
• While working for the governor of the Virgin Islands, Berkowsky tried to pull a fast one on getting her husband’s company special Virgin Islands tax rates, was ousted, and abruptly resigned. This is all referenced in the corruption section below.
• She is the COO of Aerospace Medical Sleep Consultants, which is registered to Pamela and Adam’s Coral Gables home in Florida. It is based out of Miami, FL and St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. According to their website, they improve the safety and efficiency in aviation and the space industry, specifically with sleep disorders and fatigue, but list a myriad of “expertise” in other health-related areas. The industries they serve are quite extensive and cover aviation, spaceflight, air traffic control, maintenance, commercial, governmental, charter operations, military, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and service North America, South America, Caribbean, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.
• She founded Blue Sapphire Strategies, LLC on February 27, 2018, registered to her Coral Gables mansion in Florida.

Adam Shapiro

• Husband to Pamela Berkowsky. As indicated in the corruption section below, Shapiro created a company called JaminDoodle Productions, LLC, which partnered with VI 4D, LLLP to apply for tax breaks to build a 4-D theater for Virgin Island Tourists. They tried to quietly slip this through via Berkowsky’s PBB Blind Trust, which owns 49% of JaminDoodle, so as to receive big tax breaks in the Virgin Islands. Berkowsky abruptly resigned when she was ousted.

• Shapiro has 14 Years of college under his belt with an AB in biochemistry from Cornell University, and MD from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, four years at Albany Medical College for otolaryngology head and neck surgery, and four years at the University of Pittsburgh for facial plastic surgery. Just to throw a dash of humor in, Shapiro attended high school in “Great Neck, NY.”

• Founder and President of Aerospace Medical Sleep Consultants since 2015 in Miami, FL and St. Thomas, VI, that he operates with his wife Pamela.
• Head and neck plastic surgeon.
• Founded Virgin Islands Ear, Nose & Throat, P.C. with offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix.
• Founded Virgin Islands Facial Plastic Surgery.
• Founded Virgin Islands Allergy Center.
• Founded Virgin Islands Hearing and Balance Center and the St. Thomas Sleep Center.
• He obtained his practitioner controlled substance license for schedule II – IV narcotic substances and is a licensed medical doctor and surgeon in the U.S. Virgin Islands,

California, District of Columbia, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Whereas his medical licenses listed on his Virgin Islands Ear, Nose & Throat business doesn’t list Arkansas, he had a temporary license from March 23, 2018 thru November 30, 2019, and a separate one from March 16, 2018 through April 6, 2018. This is all rather strange being as he doesn’t appear to have facilities in these locations. What would he possibly need a medical license for in these states, and a temporary one in Arkansas over the past year+?

According to the Arkansas Medical Board, physicians can apply for a temporary license prior to obtaining a permanent license providing they meet the qualifications and requirements, in addition to other criteria such as “the physician must practice medicine in an area of critical medical shortage in Arkansas.” In other words, either his medical background in sleep issues, plastic surgery, or ear, nose and throat issues would have to be a medical shortage in Arkansas for him to obtain the license. So what it is Dr. Shapiro intends on doing in Arkansas, a location far away from his other practices in St. Thomas, who’s schedule would make a grown man cry? And more importantly, as a transport pilot, what exactly is he transporting, and to where?

• He is a licensed pilot and aircraft commander and former assistant district flight safety officer with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary at Air Station Borinquen in Puerto Rico. He has several certifications dating back to 1993 as a commercial pilot for a single-rating engine both land & seaplane and multi engine land, in addition to a 2015 certification as an airline transport pilot Citation Jet CE-500 type rating.

• From 1995 to present, he is an FAA designated senior aviation medical examiner.
• As a licensed pilot he flew his Beachcraft turboprop to Haiti in 2010 to assist after the earthquake, and brought along a few other doctors.
• In addition to running multiple facilities simultaneously and directing a laboratory at his allergy testing center, he is also a Roy L. Schneider Hospital staff physician, and is an associate professor at the University of the Virgin Islands School of Medicine in St. Thomas and St. Croix.
• He is also friends with most of these women on the board of Antilles School as seen on their facebook accounts and LinkedIn endorsements. His companies donate to Antilles School as well.
• Shapiro’s background is so extensive, it would require multiple people to carry out all of these positions simultaneously, not to mention the medical licenses in numerous states. His extensive background can be viewed here.
Shapiro’s organization created a campaign PAC in 2014, which accrued over $340,000 from physicians all across the country, that was disbursed to both Democrat and Republican candidates for the House of Representatives and Senate in numerous states.

Marjorie Rawls Roberts, P.C. “The Bundler”

• She worked with the London and Washington D.C. law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher from 1981-1985. From 1985-1988 she served as an attorney advisor in the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Tax Policy in D.C. She was chief counsel to the U.S. Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue from 1988-1995. And, from 1995-1999 was the director and VP for Globalvest Management Company, LP, a St. Thomas based investment company managing $1 billion in investments in Russia and Latin America through offshore funds.
• Her schooling entailed the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and holds law degrees from Harvard and Cambridge universities. She is admitted to practice law in California, Washington D.C., the U.S. Virgin Islands, and before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
• Her expertise is in offshore funds, investments, and taxation. She is the U.S. Virgin Islands correspondent for Tax Notes International and on the board of several tax and offshore investment related organizations.
• Roberts was a big campaign bundler for Barack Obama’s 2012 reelection, having pledged to raise between $100,000 and $200,000. She believed Obama was the “Greatest President.” She also donated to Hillary For America’s 2016 campaign.

• She has assisted criminals and ponzi schemers in setting up special tax breaks in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and indicated below under the corruption scandal. Debbie Wasserman Schultz was scheduled to do an Obama fundraiser event with her, but when the scandal broke publicly, Wasserman canceled her trip.
• Having served on the board of the Antilles School for several years, Roberts daughter Marjorie is currently attending Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Following in her mother’s political footsteps, she shares photos of herself with politicians on her facebook page as well.

• Roberts was a big fan of the Clintons as well. In fact, she was so instrumental in assisting the Clinton Global Initiative, they included a big thank you to her in their June 4, 2019 press release.

Marjorie thoroughly enjoys her connections to those in power, going all the way back to her youth, and she really likes to brag about it. On January 7, 2019 she proclaimed “I was walking on Magens Bay and ran into Governor Bill Richardson, who I’ve gotten to know well over the past few years.” Richardson is the former governor of New Mexico, took campaign funds from convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, is tight with Bill Clinton, and happened to be in St. Thomas at the time Albert Bryan Jr. was inaugurated as the USVI’s governor.

UPDATE: A few hours after publishing this story, the Epstein depositions and exhibits were released by court order. There are many name drops, one of them being Bill Richardson. See clip below from court documents. Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Prince Andrew and numerous others were listed as well. More on this in future reports.

In 2007, Albert Bryan Jr. was appointed as the Commissioner of Labor by then Governor John P. de Jongh. During his eight-year tenure, he implemented the Jobs for America’s Graduates Initiative for at-risk youth, secured over $14 million in additional funding for training and improvement of services at the Department of Labor, and $150 million in federal unemployment benefits.

Governor Charles Turnbull of VI was the governor before John de Jongh. Turnbull is in Epstein’s black book as well.

Apparently, Roberts has also worked with Bloomberg on the Energy Committee of the Governor’s Recover and Resiliency Task Force, as she stated back in August 2018. Here, she is in awe of Bill and Hillary Clinton, and even wore a Hillary Clinton for President bracelet to show Bill at the event.

But that’s not all. Roberts always attends the annual Fonkoze board meeting in D.C. – “a micro-finance organization that works exclusively in Haiti – mostly with women and children.” Who else works with Fonkoze? The Clinton Foundation of course. In fact, they have three pages of press releases that include Fonkoze in them – just give it a search.

Fonkoze was founded in 1994 – that magic year – by Anne H. Hastings and Father Joseph Phillipe. They have 44 branches throughout Haiti, serving poor and ultra-poor women in rural Haiti.

Erika Kellerhals

• Marjorie Rawls Roberts took Kellerhals under her wings when she arrived in the Virgin Islands in 2003 from New York.
• In 2008 she launched Kellerhals Ferguson Kroblin PLLC, with locations in St. Thomas, VI and on Wall Street in New York, NY.
• Erika Kellerhals is listed as the Secretary on Jeffrey Epstein’s 2015 tax returns for his company called Gratitude America Ltd. Foundation based out of St. Thomas, VI. It also states that the books are in her care.
• She has served on the Antilles School board for several years.

Claire Starkey

• Starkey has served on the board of Antilles School for several years, and is currently listed as the President on their website.

• She founded Fintrac, Inc. in 1990, the same year the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands (CFVI) was founded. She has also served on the board of CFVI, who does a LOT of work with the Clinton Global Initiative. Fintrac is allegedly an agricultural consulting company that coincidentally operates out of many of the same countries as the Clinton Foundation, such as Haiti, Africa, Jamaica, Central America, and Asia.
• In 2012 they partnered with ‘Feed The Future,’ and were spotlighted by then-Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton, along with other famous guests.
• Starkey once managed a small business program for USAID in the Eastern Caribbean. She is enamored by Bill & Melinda Gates as well as the former World Bank President Jim Yong Kim.
• She donated 4 times, contributing $2400 in 2007-2008 to Obama’s campaign. Ray Waldron from Fintrac also donated $250 to Obama.
• Kimberly Flowers was Fintrac’s communications director from 2011-2015. Prior to that she was the senior communications specialist for USAID from 2010-2011. In fact, she was in Haiti from January 2010 – April 2010 as the public affairs officer in the aftermath of the earthquake. Flowers served for USAID from 2005-2011 and was a Peace Corps volunteer in 1999.
• Ramananda Gupta, another previous staff member of Fintrac, also previously worked for USAID.

Amexa Rivadeneira

• Rivandeneira is the director of foundation accounts for the non-profit Catchafire, who works with the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands and the Clinton Global Initiative.
• She has served on the board of Antilles School.
• Prior to Catchafire, she served in the Senate office of Kirsten Gillibrand
• In a June 5, 2019 press release titled “CFVI and Catchafire Announce Commitment to Action During Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Conference on Tuesday.” This 2-year partnership is to provide support to 150 nonprofit organizations in the Virgin Islands. CGI introduced Catchafire to CFVI for this partnership.

A Few Key Side Notes on The Antilles Board Members Listed Above

A few other names of significance: Juanita Young has also served on the Antilles school board and is listed as a parent in their 2017 review booklet. Angelina Daswani and Vivek Daswani are listed under three separate years for upcoming graduation dates, meaning they are paying over $60,000 per year for their three children to attend. Angelina Daswani is also on the Antilles school board and her husband Vivek was on the board of the Community Foundation for the Virgin Islands back in 2010 working side-by-side with Pamela Berkowsky. According to records, they also own property in Florida, and are listed as merchants of jewelry.

Andrew Farkas

• Deutsche Bank and New York real estate titan.
• In 2007, nearly a year after Epstein was charged for soliciting girls for prostitution, Farkas and Epstein formed a 50-50 partnership in a port deal – American Yacht Harbor, which is located in Red Hook St. Thomas. The boat dock/slip B3 at this marina is where many of Epstein’s business addresses resolve to. It entails a 127 slip marina along with a small shopping center. Up until recently, Epstein was always referred to as a “passive investor” so as to remain anonymous.
• American Yacht Harbor provided slips for supersized yachts, which may have been beneficial for friends, such as Wexner.
• Epstein leased 3,200 sq. feet of office space at the marina, in addition to six boat slips.

• Farkas owns IGY Marinas, which has 17 ports spanning from St. Thomas to Turks & Caicos, St. Lucia, Colombia, Italy, France, New York, Florida, Maine, and Mexico just to name a few.
• The ports in Turks & Caicos, as well as St. Lucia, are both locations where the Clintons, Richard Branson, and several others are running their ‘Ten Island Challenge’ program, whereby they are allegedly there to help with “climate change” by setting up solar farms. However, this venture has expanded to include over 20 islands, has entered the tourism industry, and is supported by Bill Gates, George Soros, Dennis O’Brien, The World Bank, and numerous other individuals and organizations.

A Glimpse Into Antilles School

All of the proud families and contributors’ names can be seen splashed across many of the buildings on campus.
Antilles school is a private preparatory school that first launched in 1950 by founding head Deborah Finch – a woman from St. Croix with a teaching degree from New York

University who wanted to establish a private school.

Jeffrey Epstein’s attorney Paul Hoffman was one of the original 13 students of Antilles School, and has this to say about Finch:

I was fortunate to have gone to a lot of good schools – Andover, Bryanston, Harvard – and Debbie Finch was the best school person I ever met. She was tough, fair and demanding, yet she somehow never left failure open as an option.

Another notable from the original 13 students was Michael Paiewonsky, whose mother helped founded Antilles School and served on its board from 1953 to 1983. Their family background is quite extensive with deep ties throughout the Virgin Islands, holding high political positions, running a publishing house in St. Thomas and Rome, among other things.

Antilles School eventually expanded to a 27-acre campus and Headmaster mark Marin, now deceased, was instrumental in raising big money for the campus from 1979-2001. Today, the school provides $1.3 million annually to assist 55% of the student body.

Dr. Michael Hughs more recently served as headmaster for several years prior to moving to Bethesda Academy in Maryland in 2016. He also used to serve in leadership and academic positions at West Point.

Children begin as young as toddlers and continue through high school. Fees range from $10,900 per year for toddlers all the way up to $20,475 per year for grades 9-12. They have roughly 500 students attending per year with over 100 faculty and support staff.

In addition to the individuals on the board covered throughout this report, dating back to 2000, tax returns reflect that Eliot David, Bob Schmidt, Patricia Murphy Gruber, and Juanita Young go way back as board members prior to the board expanding to numerous trustees and other positions. Gruber has the Peter & Patricia Gruber Foundation, which was founded in 1993, and they contributed $2,000 in campaign funds to New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson in 2007, where Epstein purchased his Zorro Ranch from former Governor Bruce King.

In addition to Marjorie Rawls Roberts being a campaign bundler for Barack Obama, there are several others connected to Antilles School that contributed as well. Paul Horowitz donated $4,600 between 2007-2008 during his time as headmaster of Antilles School. Jeanne Brennan Wiebracht donated $250. Claire Starkey contributed $2400. And, Sandra Colbourne of the VI police department donated $1500.

In short, it would appear that Antilles School was created with intention, but not the intention that is purported. It has deeply rooted connections to criminals, convicted sex offenders, and high-level politicians. It is likely a combination of a “network” that work together to carry out nefarious actions, pay-to-play schemes, potentially money laundering, and acts as a grooming school to bring their children into positions of power.

Financial Corruption Scandal During The Obama Administration Involving Key Players

This is a scandal that ties in former Gov. John P. de Jongh, his attorney general Vincent Frazer, $23 million Clinton donor S. Donald Sussman, friend to the Governor and Jeffrey Epstein – attorney Paul Hoffman, tax attorney Marjorie Rawls Roberts, Clinton’s appointee Pamela Berkowsky, Adam Shapiro – Berkowky’s husband. Former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder was at the reins, yet he decided to put the brakes on arrest teams with sealed indictments in place.

In February 2012, The Daily Caller broke the story on a 13-month criminal investigation into a financial crime ring that involved former Gov. John P. De Jongh Jr., his attorney general, and several legislators that had taken bribes. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder approved the investigation and arrest teams that included 25 federal prosecutors and it was alleged that two had been compromised and allegedly corrupt. It’s important to note that in 2010 an IG report concluded that de Jongh had used $490,000 in public road repair funds improperly to upgrade his mansion, but was never held accountable.

It is alleged that in May 2012, de Jongh was flying to Washington, D.C. to purportedly meet with DOJ officials about this case, including Holder himself.

The investigation began due to the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC) and their subsidiaries books not jiving. The CFC was founded in 1969 in Dulles, Virginia. They were allegedly inflating their own balance sheet and siphoning money from the Rural Telephone Finance Cooperative (RTFC) over to CFC because they were exempt from federal income tax, whereas RTFC was not. A large amount of CFC’s money comes from the federal government, receiving $5.1 billion just between 2005 – 2010. This scandal also included the Governor accepting cash bribes in exchange for facilitating the sale of a telecommunications company to CFC.

By 2011, Paul Pelletier, then the Fraud Section Deputy Chief of the DOJ’s criminal division, had a grand jury underway investigating CFC and other crimes. But, Pelletier officially retired May 13, 2011 before the case was closed and arrests were made. It was later determined that the case had grown exponentially to 26 or 27 prosecutors, a meeting was called, and two corrupt prosecutors who were taking bribes to not move the investigation along, were removed. Arrest teams were put in place, indictments were to be served, and then it all halted.

In October 2011, a raid on one of the Virgin Island’s government building’s central computer system and the office if a senator, took place by 25 agent from the IRS, DEA and the U.S. Marshall Service. It was never stated what this raid was about or if any evidence was seized.

In April 2012 the Daily Caller continued its reporting on these criminal investigations and had confirmed that Marjorie Rawls Roberts was in fact the tax attorney who was helping a company owned by CFC with an application to receive the same offshore tax benefits. These applications all get approved through the Governor. But it’s not just CFC, Roberts helped convicted $7 billion investment fraud schemer R. Allen Stanford with his application as well.

While assisting criminal clients with navigating the Virgin Islands’ tax loopholes, Roberts worked diligently on bundling campaign funds for Obama’s 2012 reelection, having pledged to raise between $100,000 and $200,000. As seen in her facebook photos and comments, she believes “Obama is the greatest President.” Though, she seems pretty smitten on Clinton too. In fact, the majority of Roberts posts reveal her sense of political power connections are of the utmost importance to her.

Given all this heat, DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz canceled her U.S. Virgin Islands fundraiser appearance with Marjorie Rawls Roberts. She was scheduled to appear at the “Obama Victory Fund 2012” event, which was advertised as “Breakfast with DNC Chair, Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.”

Another name on the chopping block in 2012, was U.S. Rep. Chellie Pingree’s husband, S. Donald Sussman. Sussman, who was a resident of USVI, also utilized the VI tax shelter which requires one to be a resident of USVI, but as of 2011 listed his residency as Maine. Sussman was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the University of the Virgin Islands by Gov. John de Jongh in 2008. He later pledged $1,000,000 to the university. Coincidentally, Sussman’s attorney was Paul Hoffman who is a good friend to the Governor and Jeffrey Epstein’s attorney. He’s even noted under “Island” contacts in Epstein’s black book.

In July 2012 John de Jongh’s chief of staff abruptly resigned after her and her husband were caught trying to grant a company they created, the spectacular tax breaks the USVI provides. Who might this person be? Pamela Berkowsky. Adam Shapiro, Berkowsky’s husband, was the manager of a company called JaminDoodle Productions, LLC, which partnered with VI 4D, LLLP to apply for tax breaks to build a 4-D theater for Virgin Island Tourists. They tried to quietly slip this through via Berkowsky’s PBB Blind Trust, which owns 49% of JaminDoodle.

Fast forward to August 18, 2015 – former Gov. John de Jongh was arrested on embezzlement charges after years of local and federal law enforcement officials stalling the investigations. Both de Jongh and former director of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority Julito Frances were arrested on two counts of embezzlement of public monies and neglecting to pay over public monies in violation of the Virgin Islands criminal code. Of course, this had to do with the $490,000 that de Jongh spent on private use as opposed to the other big investigation with CFC.

Though this arrest seemed like a step in the right direction, the charges were dropped with prejudice and the case was permanently dismissed. He did have to pay the Government of the Virgin Islands roughly $380,000 to settle the dispute, but as usual, all other corruption seems to have been swept under the rug.
Gov. John de Jongh celebrated Barack Obama’s inauguration by proclaiming January 20, 2009 as “President Barack Obama Day” in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and gave all government employees the day off.

Common Threads

Some of these folks go back decades with one another. Look at the mapping below.
Haiti:

• Adam Shapiro (Pamela Berkowsky’s husband) flew to Haiti right after the earthquake in 2010 and brought along a few doctors.
• Kimberly Flowers, the communications director for Fintrac from 2011-2015, also went to Haiti from January – April 2010 when she was the public affairs officer for USAID.
• Claire Starkey’s Fintrac company has also worked in Haiti, and Starkey used to manage a small business program for USAID in the Eastern Caribbean.
• Clinton Global Initiative and other Clinton Foundation shell companies have done their fair share of a “workover” in Haiti.
• Marjorie Rawls Roberts worked with Fonkoze USA, a micro-finance organization that works exclusively with Haiti – mostly women and children. Fonkoze has worked with the Clinton Foundation on many occasions.

CFVI was established in 1990 with a $540,000 endowment – the same year Fintrac, Inc. was founded. It is governed by a board of directors, several of whom are in this report. They manage more than 100 named funds, award grants to numerous non-profits, and administer scholarships.
One example, and there are many with the Clinton Global Initiative, is their commitment in 2018 with the American Federation of Teachers and Airlink to conduct extensive preventative health screenings for vision, hearing, and dental needs, to schoolchildren in the U.S. Virgin Islands, following the 2017 hurricane season. 9,000 children to be exact.
In this June 2019 Clinton Foundation press release, they detail how CFVI and Planned Parenthood, along with numerous other organizations, are working together with Clinton Global Initiative on 29 new CGI projects. Over 400 international leaders attended their recent meeting at the University of the Virgin Islands in St. Thomas.

Interesting Find

Notice anything familiar? This is a historical photo from the Virgin Islands that was published in a March, 2019 article about the Virgin Islands history month.

The same pattern can be seen on the Government House in St. Thomas, which was built between 1865-1867, with roman numerals equating to 1874 on the building itself.

It would appear to be a historical pattern/design that Epstein took a liking to and incorporated into one of his structures on Little St. James Island.

Atop the structure sit an interesting character that resembles the ancient Egyptian deity Horus. Perhaps there is much more to this symbolism than meets the eye?

Conclusion

This is but one small network tied to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. He is likely tied to numerous operational networks throughout the Caribbean, in addition to the network surrounding his New Mexico Zorro Ranch I’ve previously reported on. Is it a coincidence that both Yolanda Jones King, wife to former New Mexico AG Gary King, and Pamela Berkowsky both have very high-level ties to defense and military and are connected to Jeffrey Epstein through multiple individuals? Unlikely.

Is it coincidence that Epstein’s attorney Paul Hoffman was one of the 13 original students at Antilles School and that one of the founders was Michael Paiewonsky’s mother? Is it odd that one of former President Bill Clinton’s appointees as assistant chief of staff to secretary of defense was on the board of Antilles School, and that she worked directly with former Governor John de Jongh? Or, that one of Obama’s bundlers and Clinton’s CGI helpers is also on the board? How about Epstein’s CPA private comms gal for Little St. James – just another coincidence? Or, Epstein’s former office manager and wife to the governor, Cecile de Jongh. What exactly is Antilles School up to? Is it a grooming school or is there a lot more to it?

Some of these ladies may look like small potatoes, but don’t be fooled, as these are the ones that are instrumental in carrying out important tasks to running these operations, such as setting up private comms, creating shell companies with incredible tax breaks, being the go-between to higher officials, etc. If these webs are not dismantled from the bottom up they will continue to thrive and operate under other leaders or “handlers.”

In this particular web, every single one of the people listed in this report are Democrats, which is not to say that Republicans are not corrupt, because we know this isn’t the case. So why did Eric Holder put the brakes on the 2012 investigations when arrest teams and sealed indictments were in place? What and who was he protecting? There are certainly a lot of Obama supporters in this club.

Perhaps even more concerning is Clinton appointee Pamela Berkowsky that is wrapped in with all of these folks and whose husband has medical licenses in multiple states, coupled with a transport pilot license.

Though this two-week-long dig may appear to be thorough, this is only spotlighting the surface of these connections. If I had several more weeks to dig, I could probably tell you what they all ate for dinner last Saturday night. That said, all of this still raises the question – are Bill & Hillary Clinton involved with child trafficking, because we know for certain that Jeffrey Epstein is, as well as many of their other friends and colleagues.

THREAD: Here is the Eric Garner/FBI/NYPD/Epstein story in a quick summary

1. Before the election, the NYPD was investigating Anthony Weiner for his sexting with an underage girl. They got a search warrant for his computer.

2. While they were exploring his computer, they found the folder labeled "Insurance Policy" When they looked at what was in that folder they were horrified. The NYPD reports it to the FBI. The FBI sends it up the chain to McCabe. He SITS ON IT. This happens in or around 10/2016

3. Erik Prince goes on Breitbart radio in November of 2016. In his interview he states that what they found on the laptop is horrific, and that there are other indictments that are ready in the case- he states democrat politicians are implicated, there is (cont)

4. (cont) money laundering, and information about BOTH Bill and Hillary Clinton travelling to Epstein Island. He states that the officers at the NYPD and in the FBI were getting angry nothing was being done and were ready to go public because they felt there wouldn't be justice.

5. There were reports that what was found on the laptops made officers cry. During the interview, Prince says that the DOJ threatened that if they leak what was found, the DOJ would indict the officers in the Garner case for murder.

6. McCabe recuses himself from the MYE. Comey reopens the investigation because of the Weiner laptop. Fast forward now to April of 2018. While IG Horowitz is investigating the Mid Year Exam, he also begins a spin off investigation into Andrew McCabe, because McCabe leaked (cont)

7. to the WSJ. McCabe was referred for criminal charges from this OIG investigation. When the report comes out, in it is a section where McCabe states that he was on a conference call with AG Lynch and the NY Field office of the FBI-- about LEAKING.

8. They state that they were admonishing them for leaking in the Eric Garner case and also accuse them of leaking the info McCabe was guilty of leaking to the WSJ, but none of that makes sense. A, they didn't know the info that was leaked to the WSJ and B.

9. I don't think they were leaking ABOUT the Eric Garner case, it is clear at this point they were being THREATENED about the Garner case BECAUSE of the laptop and what they were planning to do in letting the public know about the contents of it.

10. To add more credibility to the threats, Loretta Lynch swapped out the team investing this case from the DOJ right as this call was happening. There are news reports that this is likely done to put pressure on the DOJ to FIND a crime. The SI GJ failed to indict in the case.

11. Now we have corroboration of the Prince interview from the IG of the DOJ. Striking information. It gets better. On 7/6/19, in what appears to be a rehash of the old Palm Beach case. (STAY WITH ME) The DOJ STILL HAS the case of Pantaleo-the same case that Lynch swapped (cont)

12. out the investigative team for two years earlier. William Barr announces on 7/15/19, TEN DAYS after Epstein is arrested, and ONE DAY before the statute of limitations expires, that he will NOT be placing charges on Pantaleo in the case of Eric Garner. No criminal charges.

13. Today, the NYPD fires Officer. They tell him, and 13 minutes later announce it in a press conference. This happens a month after the DOJ declines prosecution. What point am I making?

14. I am speculating that all of this is not an accident. I am thinking as I put these pieces together that there is a chance that the DOJ acted on Epstein in part relying on the Weiner laptop. There are many reasons for this, but people get angry when I get too in the weeds.

15. Let's just say, given this story, I do not think it is a coincidence that the DOJ waited until 10 days after Epsteins arrest and the day before Statute of Limitations to expire to announce the officer would not be criminally charged, nor do I think it is a coincidence (cont)

Jeffrey Epstein signed will just two days before suicide

Jeffrey Epstein signed his will just two days before he hanged himself in his Manhattan jail cell — leaving behind a nearly $600 million fortune, according to court papers exclusively obtained by The Post on Monday.

The court document, filed in the US Virgin Islands, where the convicted sex molester owned two isles — including one that locals dubbed “Pedophile Island’’ — was filed Aug. 8.

The 66-year-old former hedge-fund manager was worth $577,672,654, or about $18 million more than he previously stated in court papers while futilely trying to land bail on federal sex-trafficking charges, the new documents show.
He put all of his holdings in a trust, called The 1953 Trust, after the year he was born.

“It’s done that way for privacy reasons,’’ a city estate lawyer told The Post. “It’s pretty boiler-plate. It’s what we call a ‘pour-over will,’ which means everything pours over to a trust.

“What is more unusual is the date, the fact that all of this was done just days before he died,’’ said the source, who asked to remain anonymous.

“He could have thought, ‘I need to get my ducks in a row.’ ”

The 21-page filing includes a copy of Epstein’s death certificate from Aug. 11, the day after his suicide — and lists “Immediate Cause: Pending Further Study.’’

The city Medical Examiner’s Office has since ruled that Epstein killed himself Aug. 10.

Manhattan federal prosecutors Monday asked the judge overseeing his criminal case to officially toss it in light of his death.

“Because Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, died while this case was pending, and therefore before a final judgement was issued, the indictment must be dismissed under the rule of abatement,” the assistant US attorneys wrote judge Richard Berman, who was overseeing the case.

The federal prosecutors added to the judge that they have notified all of Epstein’s “identified victims” and repeated previous statements from US Attorney Geoffrey Berman that his office isn’t done looking into the alleged sex-trafficking ring that serviced Epstein and his buddies.

Epstein’s will was filed with court officials in St. Thomas.

One of the two Brooklyn lawyers listed as witnessing its signing is Mariel A. Colon Miro — an attorney for drug kingpin Joaquin “El Chapo’’ Guzman. Miro was once accused of flouting court rules by passing a phone to Chapo’s wife so the spouse could communicate with her imprisoned husband. Miro has denied the claim.

The Post’s legal expert said Epstein’ s lawyers likely filed his will in the Virgin Islands to try to keep it “more private, because that is not where people would look.’’ In New York, “There is always a risk that it would be leaked.”

There are no details on the trust’s beneficiaries. The court papers note that Epstein’s only potential heir was his brother, Mark Epstein. But the will adds that Mark only had a claim to his brother’s extensive holdings if Jeffrey hadn’t left behind the document.

Jeffrey Epstein had been sued by a multitude of sex accusers before his death, and the lawsuits are still piling on. The new legal documents note, “Petitioners are investigating potential debts and claims of the Estate and at this time they are unknown.’’

Epstein’s list of holdings in the new documents mainly mirrors what his lawyers previously filed when seeking bail for him, although they include two additions.

One lists “Aviation Assets, Automobiles and Boats,’’ a collection worth $18,551,700, and another involving Epstein’s famous, eccentric, sex-drenched art collection — “fine arts, antiques, collectibles, valuables,’’ according to the papers — which still needs to be appraised.

While the will is new, it is not clear whether it superceded another.

Its executors are two longtime Epstein employees: lawyer Darren Indyke and businessman Richard Kahn. A third man, Boris Nikolic, is listed as an alternate. The executors will receive $250,000 apiece for their work on the estate, in addition to “reasonable’’ expenses related to the job, the papers say.

The men were unable to be reached by phone Monday.

The Biggest Bombshells in Newly Unsealed Epstein Documents

Over 2,000 pages were released Friday about the notorious sex offender and his girlfriend, who is accused of procuring young girls for his abuse.

One of the biggest blows in the decade-plus case of Jeffrey Epstein came on Friday when a federal court unsealed documents from a lawsuit by one of Epstein’s accusers against his mysterious girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell. Virginia Giuffre accused Maxwell of procuring young girls for sexual abuse by Epstein and his powerful friends. (The two sides settled in 2017.) The more than 2,000 pages of documents provide the greatest details yet on allegations against Epstein, including eye-popping claims involving some of the world’s most famous men, allegations of sex slaves, and more.
Here are some of the major revelations:

Directed to Have Sex With World’s Most Powerful Men

Giuffre said in several depositions that Maxwell and Epstein trafficked her to powerful men for sex. In 2016, she said Maxwell specifically instructed her to serve former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, Britain’s Prince Andrew, wealthy financier Glenn Dubin, former Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell, modeling scout Jean-Luc Brunel, and scientist Marvin Minsky. She also says Maxwell and Epstein directed her to have sex with “another prince,” a "foreign president," a well-known prime minister" and the owner of a “large hotel chain.” None of the men named have been charged with a crime and all have denied inappropriate behavior.
Epstein ‘Needed’ Three Orgasms a Day

A woman once employed to be Epstein’s personal masseuse testified that he said he needed “at least three orgasms” every day day. “It was biological, like eating,” said Johanna Sjoberg. “I thought it was a little crazy.

Sjoberg said Maxwell approached her in 2001 a Florida college to be Epsein’s personal assistant. After one day of clerical work, Sjoberg said another woman described as Maxwell’s “sex slave” took her into the his bathroom to give him a massage. Sjoberg said Epstein and the other girl then performed a massage on her while she was naked. While Maxwell admitted in her 2016 deposition that she did employ massage therapists on Epstein’s behest, she had denied the visits were sexual in nature.

Epstein Used “Over 100” Girls and Sex Toys

Juan Alessi, Epstein’s former house manager, testified he saw “probably over 100” girls serve Epstein at his Palm Beach home over 10 years. After each encounter, Alessi said, he would clean up the home’s upstairs massage room. In multiple occasions, he said, he found “vibrators or sex toys” and put them in Maxwell’s closet because he “knew that’s where they kept” such items, along with a “shiny black costume.” Tony Figueroa, Giuffre’s ex-boyfriend, also testified Giuffre said she participated in threesomes with Maxwell and Epstein, usually involving “strap-ons.” He says that Maxwell also asked him to find girls for Epstein. Maxwell has denied anything sexual took place during Epstein’s massages.
Accuser Shopped Short Story “The Billionaire's Playboy Club”

Giuffre wrote and shopped around a fictionalized story about her alleged experiences with Epstein, naming him and Maxwell in the manuscript. The story describes a world where only a “selective clientele” had access to girls “trained to fulfill every sexual desire asked of them, no matter how bizarre the requests might be.” In one passage, she writes, “Jeffrey made his appearance. It was strange seeing him in clothes for the first time. He wasn’t wearing what you’d expect your typical billionaire’s attire to be. He was wearing a pair of sweatpants and a Harvard sweatshirt, which he began to remove immediately.”

Dershowitz’s Name Suggested by Journalist

In 2011, Giuffre was working on her book proposal regarding Epstein when she received an email from journalist Sharon Churcher of the Mail on Sunday, a right-wing UK newspaper: “Don’t forget Alan Dershowitz, JE’s buddy and lawyer,” Churcher wrote. “Good name for your pitch as he repped Claus von Bulow and a movie was made about that case…. We all suspect Alan is a pedo and tho no proof on that, you probably met him when he was hanging out with JE.”

Dershowitz has long denied Giuffre’s allegations that he had sex with her. In the unsealed court documents, Giuffre once again claims that she had intercourse with Dershowitz at several of Epstein’s mansions, and says that she once gave him oral sex in the back of a limousine on the way to his house in Massachusetts while Epstein and another young woman watched.

Swedish Girl Said She Was Held Hostage on Epstein’s Island

Rinaldo Rizzo, a former house manager for Epstein friends Glenn Dubin and Eva Andersson-Dubin, testified that a “distraught” 15-year-old girl told him in 2005 she was pressured to have sex on Epstein’s private island. The butler said the girl, who identified herself as Epstein’s personal assistant, refused and that Epstein’s assistant Sarah Kellen took her passport and phone away and gave them to Maxwell. “She says, ‘I’m not supposed to talk about this,’” he recalled. Maxwell has denied these allegations.

Accuser’s Dad Honored as Mar-a-Lago MVP in Signed Trump Letter

Giuffre’s father, Sky Roberts, was named as Mar-a-Lago’s “most valuable employee” in a letter signed by Donald Trump in April 2000. Roberts worked on the Trump club’s maintenance crew and was relocating to Colorado for a new job. “Should he ever return to Florida, he would be eligible for rehire,” Trump wrote in the letter. Trump and Epstein were friendly for years until the now-president supposedly kicked Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago for acting inappropriately with girls.

Related in U.S. New In a deposition, Giuffre says that Epstein told her that he was friends with Trump, but that she never witnessed the president and Epstein together. “Donald Trump never flirted with me,” she testified, and added that she didn’t see him have sex with girls at Epstein’s homes.

Maxwell Allegedly Had Her Own Sex Slaves

When Maxwell wasn’t allegedly ordering girls to service Epstein and his friends, she abused them herself, according to at least three people. Giuffre said she, Maxwell, and Epstein “were all intimate together on multiple occasions,” her ex-boyfriend Tony Figueroa testified. Johanna Sjoberg testified that Maxwell called a girl who was giving massages to Epstein “her slave.” A former house manager testified that Maxwell received massages from girls, as well. Maxwell denies these claims.

Prince Andrew Allegedly Used a Puppet to Act Out Groping

Epstein and Maxwell allegedly trafficked Giuffre to Britain’s Prince Andrew. One day at Epstein’s mansion in Manhattan, Sjoberg testified she sat on his lap with Giuffre sitting next to him. The prince touched Sjoberg’s breast, she testified, and used a puppet to touch Giuffre’s breast, showing what he would do to her. Prince Andrew has vehemently denied inappropriate behavior with underage women around Epstein.

Lead Detective Had No Evidence Against Maxwell

Epstein’s accusers weren’t the only ones to lob bombs. Attorneys for Maxwell deposed retired Palm Beach police detective Joseph Recarey, who they say “failed to uncover any evidence” against Maxwell. When Recarey was asked to describe “everything that you believe you know about Ghislaine Maxwell’s sexual trafficking conduct,” he replied, “I don’t.” But Giuffre’s lawyers fired back that Recarey knew that Maxwell was involved in illegal sexual activities, that he wanted to speak to her but she didn’t return his calls, and that he concluded her role was to procure girls for Epstein.
Epstein Used “Human ATM Machine” to Pay Girls

Former house manager of the Palm Beach estate, Alfredo Rodriguez, called himself a “human ATM machine” tasked with paying out Epstein’s alleged victims. Girls would come by cab and he was “told to pay them cash” after they finished servicing Epstein and others. Epstein’s assistant Sarah Kellen would tell Rodriguez to call cabs to send the girls back, he testified.

Epstein Ordered Books About How To Use Sex Slaves on Amazon

Palm Beach police recovered receipts from Epstein’s trash that showed he ordered books on Amazon about sadomasochism and how to use sex slaves. A photograph of an Amazon receipt under Epstein’s name showed several titles, including SM 101: A Realistic Introduction, A Workbook for Erotic Slaves and Their Owners, and SlaveCraft: Roadmaps for Erotic Servitude.

Epstein Computers Removed From Home Before Police Raid

Around the time Epstein was under investigation in Florida in 2005, Maxwell’s assistant Adriana Ross and a man removed three computers from the Palm Beach residence, a former house manager testified. When police later turned up at the home, the computers—which allegedly contained nude pictures of underage girls—were gone.

Feds Had Evidence of Child Pornography in Epstein’s Florida Mansion

Giuffre’s lawyers claimed that Maxwell kept photos of underage girls on her computers, and two of Epstein’s housekeepers also testified that they saw photos of young nude females on Maxwell’s devices. Detective Recarey also “found a collage of nude photos of young females in Epstein’s closet [in his Palm Beach mansion], and turned the photos over to the FBI and U.S. Attorneys’ office.” The lawyers also note that a police video disclosed through a FOIA request shows naked images of women throughout the Florida house, including a full nude of Giuffre.

The U.S. Attorney’s office declined to press serious charges against Epstein in 2007 and instead he pleaded guilty to two minor state prostitution charges.

Private jets, parties and eugenics: Jeffrey Epstein's bizarre world of scientists

According to his indictment, over the course of many years Jeffrey Epstein “sexually exploited and abused dozens of minor girls at his homes in Manhattan, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida, among other locations”. It continues: “in order to maintain and increase his supply of victims, Epstein also paid certain of his victims to recruit additional girls to be similarly abused.”

Some of his victims were reportedly as young as 14. Virginia Giuffre was one of those girls, claiming in newly unsealed documents that she was “recruited” at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida by socialite, heiress, and Epstein’s alleged accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell in 2000, when she was just 16. Giuffre now describes her time with Epstein as being forced to be a “sex slave”.

Shortly after her sworn deposition became public Epstein was found dead in his holding cell, apparently from suicide.

Epstein’s lifestyle has been well documented: he owned a private island in the US Virgin Islands and jetted around the world with rich and powerful men, including the Clintons, Trump, Woody Allen, Larry Bird and Prince Andrew.

He had been indicted in 2008, when he walked away with a “sweetheart deal” that gave him minimal jail time and shielded any possible co-conspirators.

One aspect of Epstein’s life of luxury seems incongruously out of place though. He surrounded himself with prominent scientists, Harvard professors, multiple Nobel Prize winners, authors, almost exclusively men – Epstein kept his social gatherings stocked with some of the world’s most eminent figures in this world.

He would host dinners at his Upper East side Manhattan apartment and invite a mix of leading scientists and people from the world of fashion and modeling. One scientist, who preferred to remain anonymous, told Slate that there was virtually no interaction between these two sets of guests . “Sometimes he’d turn to his left and ask some science-y questions. Then he’d turn to his right and ask the model to show him her portfolio.” Slate claimed that a young “female staffer” emerged in the middle of one of these dinners to give Epstein a neck massage while he talked.

When he gathered 21 physicists on his private island for a 2006 meeting about gravity, he reportedly had three to four young women in tow at all times. He also met many scientists at an annual gathering hosted by John Brockman, a literary agent who represented famous science authors such as Stephen Hawking and Jared Diamond. Nobel-winning physicist Murray Gell-Mann, who discovered the quark and was represented by Brockman, thanked Epstein for his financial support in the acknowledgments section of his 1995 book, The Quark and the Jaguar.

A partial list of the biggest scientific names in Epstein’s orbit, according to the New York Times includes “the theoretical physicist and best-selling author Stephen Hawking; the paleontologist and evolutionary biologist Stephen Jay Gould; Oliver Sacks, the neurologist and best-selling author; George M Church, a molecular engineer who has worked to identify genes that could be altered to create superior humans; and the MIT theoretical physicist Frank Wilczek, a Nobel laureate”.

Epstein called himself a “science philanthropist”, and donated handsomely to prestigious organizations such as Harvard, MIT, and the Santa Fe Institute. At one point, he was allegedly giving as much as $20m a year to fund scientists. Some institutions and researchers continued to take Epstein’s money even after his 2008 conviction, like MIT, according to BuzzFeed News.

Joi Ito, the head of MIT’s world-famous Media Lab issued an apology last week for having accepted donations for the Media Lab and his own tech startups. In his open letter on the MIT Media Lab’s website, he said: “I take full responsibility for my error in judgment. I am deeply sorry to the survivors, to the Media Lab, and to the MIT community for bringing such a person into our network.

“Regrettably, over the years, the Lab has received money through some of the foundations that he controlled. I also allowed him to invest in several of my funds which invest in tech startup companies outside of MIT’s.”

Last month Jenna Marshall, a spokesperson for the Santa Fe Institute, said in the BuzzFeed News story that a $25,000 donation in 2010 from Epstein “prompted our leadership to decide not to accept any additional funds from Mr Epstein or related sources”. They were, she said, considering donating an equal amount to a charity working with victims of sex trafficking.

Several years after his 2008 conviction, publications including Forbes, the National Review, and HuffPo all ran stories on Epstein praising him as a selfless philanthropist, “a hedge-funder with a zealous science background”, and “one of the largest backers of cutting-edge science around the world”. None of the articles mentioned his criminal history, and an investigation by the New York Times claimed they were used as part of a public relations campaign to revamp Epstein’s image. All three publications have since deleted or amended articles cited by the New York Times.

By most accounts, he would engage with his guests at his science-related parties but never for very long or very deeply, often derailing conversations by abruptly changing topics or turning other people’s comments into jokes.

Still, some of the scientists seemed smitten. In a 2002 profile of Epstein for New York Magazine, Martin Nowack, now a professor of biology and mathematics and head of the Program for Evolutionary Dynamics at Harvard, said that he once broke out a blackboard during dinner with Epstein and, for two hours, gave a mathematical description of how language works. “Jeffrey has the mind of a physicist. It’s like talking to a colleague in your field. Sometimes he applies what we talk about to his investments. Sometimes it’s for his own curiosity. He has changed my life. Because of his support, I feel I can do anything I want,” Nowack said.

Lawrence Krauss, a physicist who retired from Arizona State University, even continued defending Epstein after his 2008 conviction, telling the Daily Beast in 2011: “As a scientist I always judge things on empirical evidence and he always has women ages 19 to 23 around him, but I’ve never seen anything else, so as a scientist, my presumption is that whatever the problems were I would believe him over other people.” He added, “I don’t feel tarnished in any way by my relationship with Jeffrey; I feel raised by it.”

Other scientists seem to have been drawn to the attention and spotlight that Epstein gave them. Evolutionary biologist George Church, one of the few researchers who has apologized for having contact with Epstein, which he attributes to “nerd tunnel vision”, told STAT News that “he is used to financiers, technologists, and celebrities seeking him out, and has become a quasi-celebrity himself”.

Many of the scientists and researchers began distancing themselves from Epstein after 2008 and have publicly condemned him since his arrest in July. Scoene author Steven Pinker, who was flown to a TED Conference on Epstein’s private jet in 2002, including Daniel Dennetand John Brockman, has recently refuted any suggestions that he knew, or had any relationship with Epstein. In a response published on the @evolutionistrue website, Pinker said: “The annoying irony is that I could never stand the guy, never took research funding from him, and always tried to keep my distance. I think the dislike was mutual – according to a friend, he ‘voted me off the island’.”

“Given my longstanding distaste for everything Epstein, it’s galling to be publicly associated with him based on some photos and mutual associates.”

Dennett has since said he had never heard of Epstein when he boarded the jet.

But while Epstein may not have been able to contribute much to the conversations he cultivated around him, he did have sincere interest in at least some scientific topics.

The New York Times did a deep dive into Epstein’s scientific beliefs in an article titled Jeffrey Epstein Hoped to Seed Human Race With His DNA. The Times’ reporters found that Epstein was apparently fixated on “transhumanism”, the belief that the human species can be deliberately advanced through technological breakthroughs, such as genetic engineering and artificial intelligence.

At its most benign, transhumanism is a belief that humanity’s problems can be improved, upgraded even, through such technology as cybernetics and artificial intelligence – at its most malignant though, transhumanism lines up uncomfortably well with eugenics.

Eugenics is the belief that humanity can be improved by controlled breeding, selecting for preferable traits and minimizing less desirable ones. Alan Dershowitz, professor emeritus of law at Harvard and a former lawyer of Epstein’s, said in the New York Times investigation that Epstein would at times steer conversations about how to improve the human race genetically, an idea that appalled Dershowitz because of the overlap with Nazi theories about eugenics.

Epstein was allegedly fascinated with and inspired by the Repository for Germinal Choice, which was founded in Escondido, California, in 1980 by Robert K Graham, an avowed eugenicist and tycoon who got rich developing shatterproof eyeglass lenses. Graham’s goal was the “strengthening of the human gene pool”and he would accomplish this with the Repository, a sperm bank where all the donors were Nobel laureates. At least that’s how it was supposed to work: according to a 2001 story in Slate, Graham only ever convinced three or five (the stories vary) to actually contribute, and the Repository shuttered in 1999.

But Epstein was apparently taken with the idea. In his version though, rather than a bunch of lettered academics, he’d be the one “strengthening the gene pool”. Starting in the early 2000s, he reportedly told multiple people that he wanted to impregnate as many women as he could to distribute his genes as widely as possible. Several acquaintances told the New York Times that Epstein mentioned using his sprawling New Mexico ranch as a base of operations, and at least one person said he planned to impregnate up to 20 women at a time.

The puzzle at the heart of Epstein’s fandom is how it lasted for so long and why he managed to draw so many scientists into this circle. As Katha Pollit, writing in the Nation last week said: “What I can’t get over is how Epstein successfully weaseled his way into science at the highest level by cultivating major figures in the field socially and spreading his wealth around. Science! The very temple of the pursuit of truth. Call me insufficiently jaded, but am I wrong to expect more of those we rely on to combat all of the nonsense swirling around us?”



Jeffrey Epstein’s Will Leaves $577 Million to Mysterious Trust

Jeffrey Epstein signed his last will and testament on Aug. 8—two days before the 66-year-old sex-offender killed himself in his Manhattan jail cell.

According to the document, which was first revealed by the New York Post, the mysterious money-manager left behind $577,672,654 in personal property.

Epstein is giving all of his property to the “acting Trustees of The 1953 Trust,” though the members of the trust weren’t named in the document.

The will names Epstein’s brother, Mark Epstein, as his sole relative “who would be entitled to share the estate if he had left no will.”

According to the probate petition, Epstein had $56.5 million in cash; $14.3 million in fixed income investments; $112.6 million in equities; and $194.9 million in hedge funds and private equity investments.

The financier recorded $18.5 million in “Aviation Assets, Automobiles and Boats,” while stating that “Fine Arts, Antiques, Collectibles, Valuables & Other Personal Property” are “subject to appraisal/valuation.”

Bridget J. Crawford, a professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, said The 1953 Trust’s beneficiaries are unlikely to become part of the public record.

“He created some sort of trust very shortly before he died to receive all his property, and the reason people do that is to keep private from the public who is the beneficiary,” Crawford told The Daily Beast, adding, “The will is public, but the trust itself is not.”

While Epstein’s accusers and the government can file claims against the estate, the only person who can challenge the validity of the will is the financier’s only relation: Mark Epstein.

“Mark could come forward and say, ‘This is not a valid will, it was executed when he was not of right mind.’ There [could] be multiple possible grounds for doing so—fraud, undue influence, duress for example,” Crawford said.

“That would be a way Mark could overturn the will and take the entire estate.”

Crawford said Epstein’s final wishes will take several years to sort out. Creditors and tax collectors could come forward, seeking to secure assets from the trust. Parties in the trust could challenge it.

And the feds that were prosecuting Epstein could bring a legal action to freeze the estate, too. “That’s why the executors are not paying anybody any money anytime soon,” Crawford said.

Now that the will has been filed, creditors will get notice of probate, “and that will be anyone who is a known creditor of Mr. Epstein’s, including the U.S. government most likely,” Crawford added. “I expect the court to be inundated with claims against the estate. This thing’s going to go on for years.”

In the will, Epstein detailed the companies that hold the titles to his properties in New Mexico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Florida and New York.

He listed 10,000 shares of Maple, Inc.—the Virgin Islands corporation that holds the title to his Manhattan townhouse—as worth $55.9 million.

Another 10,000 shares of Cypress, Inc., which owns his New Mexico ranch, are worth $17.2 million. His Palm Beach mansion, owned through 10,000 shares of Laurel Inc., is worth more than $12.3 million.

SCI JEP, a French company, holds the title to Epstein's seven units at the posh Paris building at 22 Avenue Foch. The document lists 999 shares worth $8.67 million.

Finally, the document details the companies that own his private islands.

The will includes 10,000 shares each of Poplar, Inc., which holds the title to Great St. James Island and is worth more than $22.49 million, and Nautilus, Inc., which owns the $63.87-million Little St. James Island.

The document directs the executors of the estate—Epstein’s longtime lawyers, Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn—to get $250,000 upon the completion of probate. In Aug. 15 court filings, Indyke and Kahn accepted their appointments and enlisted Virgin Islands law firm Kellerhals Ferguson Kroblin PLLC as their attorneys.

Erika Kellerhals, another loyal Epstein lawyer who was named in tax documents for his charities, is a partner of the firm.

Report: FBI Examining Broken Cameras Outside Jeffrey Epstein's Jail Cell

Two surveillance cameras stationed outside the Manhattan prison cell where convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein died are under examination by the FBI’s crime laboratory in Virginia, according to Reuters.

The report comes two days after the Washington Post stated that security footage from at least one camera near Epstein’s cell was deemed unusable by authorities. The Post said the reason behind the cameras faulty condition was unknown.

Earlier this month, New York City’s chief medical examiner determined that Epstein died on August 10th from hanging himself. The New York Post, citing sources familiar with the situation, reported that the disgraced financier was discovered with a bedsheet around his neck that was tied to his bunk bed. “The convicted pedophile, who was 6 feet tall, apparently killed himself by kneeling toward the floor and strangling himself with the makeshift noose,” the Post said.

The 66-year-old faced charges of sex trafficking minor girls and potentially could have named high-profile people who had sex with the girls. He was accused of abusing dozens of underage girls from 2002 to 2005.

Epstein previously was on suicide watch after he was found semiconscious in his cell with marks on his neck on July 23rd. He was removed from suicide watch after roughly a week.

Epstein’s attorneys Martin G. Weinberg, Reid Weingarten, and Michael Miller, said in a statement that they were “not satisfied with the conclusions of the medical examiner.”

“The defense team fully intends to conduct its own independent and complete investigation into the circumstances and cause of Mr. Epstein’s death including if necessary legal action to view the pivotal videos — if they exist as they should — of the area proximate to Mr. Epstein’s cell during the time period leading to his death,” the trio told CNBC.

“No one should die in jail,” the attorneys added. “And no one, not Mr. Epstein who was presumed innocent and had violated no prison disciplinary rule, and not anyone should be imprisoned under the harsh, even medieval conditions at the MCC where Mr. Epstein spent his final hours. His safety was the responsibility of the MCC. It is indisputable that the authorities violated their own protocols.”

Attorney General William Barr said he was “appalled that Epstein died while in federal custody. He directed the FBI and Department of Justice to investigate “serious irregularities” at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in lower Manhattan.
“Epstein’s death raises serious questions that must be answered,” Barr said in a statement.

The Justice Department has reassigned the warden at that jail, Lamine N’Diaye, and two guards were placed on administrative leave.

On Tuesday, roughly two dozen alleged Epstein victims called for federal prosecutors to forge ahead with their investigation and bring the millionaire hedge fund manager’s co-conspirators “to justice.”

“The fact I will never have a chance to face my predator in court eats away at my soul,” Jennifer Araoz, who alleges Epstein raped when she was only 15-years-old, told attendees. “They let this man kill himself and kill the chance of justice for so many others in the process, taking away our ability to speak.”

Project Veritas released an undercover video Tuesday in which ABC News anchor Amy Robach is seen alleging the corporate news network spiked a bombshell report on Jeffrey Epstein three years ago.

Robach, co-anchor of Good Morning America, is seen on video expressing frustration to an ABC News producer that a witness brought forth damning information regarding Epstein, but the network opted against airing the report.

“I’ve had this interview with Virginia [Guiffre],” Robach is seen explaining of the alleged Epstein victim. “We would not put it on the air. I was told ‘Who’s Jeffrey Epstein. No one knows who that is. This is a stupid story.'”

“The Palace found out that we had her whole allegations about Prince Andrew and threatened us a million different ways,” the anchor continues.

“I had it all three years ago,” she adds.

Guiffre has long alleged she was delivered to Britain’s Prince Andrew for paid sex as a teenager.

The jet-setting middle son of Queen Elizabeth II was a longtime friend of the financier who killed himself while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges. But the prince strenuously denies any knowledge of criminal behavior by Epstein and has described himself as “appalled” by allegations from many women who accused Epstein of sexual abuse.

Among them is Giuffre. She has said she was a 15-year-old working at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club when she was recruited to perform sex acts on Epstein.

Giuffre said in a sworn affidavit that she was flown on Epstein’s private planes to his properties in New Mexico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Paris, and New York, and said meetings were also arranged for sex in London and elsewhere with Prince Andrew.

Buckingham Palace officials previously denied that Andrew had any sexual involvement with Giuffre. The palace said it had no additional comment.

ABC News and Amy Robach released statements responding to James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas exposé that revealed bombshell video of Robach expressing anger over ABC News “quashing” her reporting on Jeffrey Epstein.

Here’s the full statement from ABC News:

At the time, not all of our reporting met our standards to air, but we never stopped investigating the story. Ever since we’ve had a team on this investigation and substantial resources dedicated to it. That work has led to a two-hour documentary and 6-part podcast that will air in the new year.

Here is the pertinent part of Robach’s statement:

As a journalist, as the Epstein story continued to unfold last summer, I was caught in a private moment of frustration. I was upset that an important interview I had conducted with Virginia Roberts didn’t air because we could not obtain sufficient corroborating evidence to meet ABC’s editorial standards about her allegations.

On Tuesday morning, O’Keefe released video of Good Morning America co-host Robach, on set, voicing her anger at ABC News for spiking her 2015 reporting on Epstein, the well-heeled Democrat donor who died mysteriously in prison after being arrested for various sexual crimes, including trafficking.

She says Epstein accuser Virginia Guiffre had the goods, and then some, including photographs. Robach names former President Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz, and Prince Andrew. All three deny any wrongdoing.

“I’ve had this interview with Virginia [Guiffre],” Robach says of the year 2015. “We would not put it on the air. I was told, ‘Who’s Jeffrey Epstein? No one knows who that is. This is a stupid story.’”

“I had it all three years ago,” she adds. “She had pictures. She had everything.”

Of Prince Andrew, she says ABC “quashed the story” out of the fear the Palace would not allow the network to interview “Kate and Will.”

“It was unbelievable what we had. We had Clinton. We had everything.”

Robach says Attorney Brad Edwards told her that “there will come a day when we will realize Jeffrey Epstein was the most prolific pedophile this country has ever known.”

In the video below, O’Keefe points out how far apart the candid video is from Robach’s ridiculous statement. He also promises more to come.

Robach’s statement is absurd. In a moment of candor, she does not appear to be bragging; she does not come off like someone who is puffing herself up to impress someone else. And her frustration is not aimed at NOT being able to nail down the story. She’s furious because she HAD the story, and the revelations coming out three years after she had it confirm her reporting… and ABC News “quashed” it.

That’s her word… “quashed.”

And why, when it comes to a friend of the Clintons, when it comes to a high-profile Democrat donor, are we supposed to believe the same ABC News that was happy to spend three years pushing the totally bogus and never confirmed Russia Collusion Hoax, suddenly had an attack of ethical journalism over an already-convicted sex offender?

Well, no one believes that and shame on Amy Robach for toeing the company line. Shame on ABC News for putting “Will and Kate” above all the Epstein victims who might have been warned off years ago by this reporting, and don’t ever let yourself forget that ABC is owned by the Walt Disney Company, and that Disney will always protect the Clintons, but not your children.

Let’s not forget that 2015, the year ABC quashed this, Hillary Clinton was gearing up her presidential run.

Let’s not forget Clintonista George Stephanopoulos is the big star at ABC News.

Journalist Who Broke Bombshell Story About Clinton-Lynch Tarmac Meeting Found Dead

The reporter who broke the bombshell story about the tarmac meeting between former President Bill Clinton and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch in June 2016 was found dead Saturday inside an Alabama residence.

What are the details?

Veteran TV anchor Christopher Sign was found dead by first responders inside a residence early Saturday morning after emergency dispatchers received a 911 call, AL.com reported. Sign was the weeknight anchor for ABC 33/40 in Birmingham.

Lt. Keith Czeskleba said Sign's death is being investigated as an apparent suicide.

Eric Land, VP and general manager of ABC 33/40, said:

Our deepest sympathy is shared with Christopher's loving family and close friends. We have lost a revered colleague who's indelible imprint will serve forever as a hallmark of decency, honesty and journalist integrity. We can only hope to carry on his legacy. May his memory be for blessing.

Sign was 45 years old. He is survived by his wife and three children.

What about the Clinton-Lynch story?

Sign gained national attention in June 2016 when he broke news that Bill Clinton privately met with Lynch on the tarmac of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

At the time, Sign worked for KNXV-TV in Phoenix.

The Clinton-Lynch meeting triggered immediate controversy because it came as the FBI was investigating Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state. The meeting, in fact, came just days before then-FBI Director James Comey announced Hillary Clinton would not face criminal charges for using her private email server despite possibly mishandling classified information.

Both Clinton and Lynch denied discussing the FBI's investigation, instead claiming their conversation, which lasted between 20-30 minutes, was personal in nature.

Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz's report on the FBI's Hillary Clinton email investigation indicated that Lynch's staff that felt "blindsided" and "shocked" that she would meet with Clinton. The IG report said a senior Lynch staffer ended the meeting when she realized its problematic nature.

Sign later wrote a book about the meeting — "Secret on the Tarmac" — and told Fox News last year, "there's so much that doesn't add up" about the meeting.
