Major General dies less than 2 weeks after leaving Ft. Sill.

FORT SILL, OK (KSWO) – Fort Sill is mourning the loss of former Fort Sill Commanding General, Major General John Rossi, who died yesterday, less than two weeks after leaving Fort Sill for Alabama.

General Rossi served as Fort Sill Commander for two years, from June 2014 until July of this year. July 21 was General Rossi’s change of command ceremony on post. It was his last formal act as commander before leaving for his next assignment. General Rossi was recently put in command of the United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command-Army Forces Strategic Command at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama.

The cause of Rossi's death is still under investigation at this time. He leaves behind a wife, three children and one grandchild.

Though General Rossi was only here two years, he had a huge impact on the community. Community leaders, who consider themselves friends of Rossi, say he truly cared about the Lawton and Fort Sill and was a genuinely good person.

Former Fort Sill Commanding General Major General Lee Baxter says Rossi will be genuinely missed by the entire community. Major General Rossi served all around the United States, Korea, Germany, Southwest Asia and Iraq with the Air Defense Artillery.

"He really was a very out front, very polished, professional leader. He was the first non-field artilleryman to command Fort Sill, that had challenges which he met very adroitly, very professionally. He just really stepped up to be a true leader in the community which is what was expected and what he did,” said Retired Major General Lee Baxter.

Baxter says he and Rossi became great friends over the years, rarely going more than a week or 10 days without talking.

"Actually, before General Rossi took command. we had him in our home for an Italian meal, and he and my wife had that in common very early on. So, just a great guy, a pace-setter in the community and he'll be sadly missed,” Baxter said.

Debra Welch is the president and CEO of the Lawton-Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce. She worked with Rossi on several occasions.

"He was very generous with his time, coming out and updating the community on what was going on on post. He wanted to work with us to keep things synchronized," Welch said.

Baxter says the ability to perfectly balance his responsibilities on Fort Sill with his responsibilities in Lawton is just one of the things that made Rossi so special.

"He did that very, very well and had a huge impact on Fort Sill. In the United States, in the country, in the Pentagon, he represented Fort Sill so well. So many of the community leaders will be absolutely dismayed with this, shocked as we all are by this and it just gives us a glimpse of our own mortality. A young, vibrant, very fit man was taken too soon," Baxter said.

There has already been an outpouring of support for the Rossi family.

Major General Rossi's new military home, Redstone Arsenal in Alabama, released a statement today saying, "Our thoughts and prayers are with Major General John G. Rossi's family. We share their grief during this time of loss. Our priority right now is to take care of the family, ensuring they have all the resources they need during this critical time."

'UPDATE: Prominent AFP Clinton Researcher Found Dead

AMERICAN FREE PRESS contacted the State College [Pa.] Police Department this morning for any news on the suicide of Victor Thorn, whose birth name was Scott Robert Makufka.

AFP asked the policeman who answered the phone if the department could provide any updates.

“There was something that occurred on Monday morning, but I don’t know if we’ve released any identities or any details about it at this time.”

AFP asked if he knew when the release might happen.

“I don’t. I don’t know what the status of the investigation is. I have not seen the detective that’s in charge of that today yet. They’ll release it as soon as they can. I don’t know what the holdup is or the details are at this point.”

On July 8, 2016, 27 year-old Democratic staffer Seth Conrad Rich was murdered in Washington DC. The killer or killers took nothing from their victim, leaving behind his wallet, watch and phone.


Shortly after the killing, Redditors and social media users were pursuing a “lead” saying that Rich was en route to the FBI the morning of his murder, apparently intending to speak to special agents about an “ongoing court case” possibly involving the Clinton family.

Seth Rich’s father Joel told reporters, “If it was a robbery — it failed because he still has his watch, he still has his money — he still has his credit cards, still had his phone so it was a wasted effort except we lost a life.”




The Metropolitan police posted a reward for information on Rich’s murder.




On Tuesday Wikileaks offered a $20,000 reward for information on the murder of DNC staffer Seth rich.

Julian Assange seems to suggests on Dutch television program Nieuwsuur that Seth Rich was the source for the Wikileaks-exposed DNC emails and was murdered.

FOUR MURDERS IN THREE WEEKS Directly Linked to Clintons, DNC [video]

Each of the men who were murdered are directly tied to the DNC, Hillary Clinton, or Tim Kaine.

The pattern that emerges from their murders evidences far more than “a conspiracy theory.” If anything, the pattern shows that someone actually conspired to kill these men because of what they knew and to keep them silent.

ON JUNE 28, 2016 Shawn Lucas served the DNC with class action law suit papers. It cites internal emails and memos recently released among the 20,000 that WikiLeaks made public before the Democratic National Convention. The DNC claims that Russia hacked its servers, releasing the emails, which WikiLeaks denies.

The lawsuit alleges that former Democratic National Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz “rigged the primary for Hillary Clinton” (which the emails certainly indicate); and that:

“Wasserman Schultz and the DNC were fraudulent, negligent and misrepresented their true motivations in the Democratic presidential primary.”

Initially, five security guards told Lucas he could not meet with anyone, it was against policy. He politely thanked them and waited in the DNC lobby while he and the videographer talked about the experience. After a DNC staffer arrived in the lobby, Lucas served her with the papers and looked into the camera, saying:

“That is probably one of the most gratifying things I have ever done.
“They’ve been served. Democracy has been witnessed today. Happy July 4th everybody!”

Twelve days later, ON JULY 10, 2016, SETH RICH, the DNC’s Director of Voter Expansion Data, was shot several times in his back one block from his home. The police stated his murder “was a robbery gone wrong.” Rich’s wallet, watch, and cell phone were still on his body. What was “stolen” is unknown. His murder remains unsolved.

In response to the lawsuit, the DNC filed a motion that mentioned Shawn Lucas, but the date doesn’t match the recording of the video, which occurred one week prior to what the DNC states:
“On July 6, 2016, Plaintiffs filed affidavits of service of process, in which Shawn Lucas and Brandon Yoshimura of One Source Process, Inc. claim to have served Rebecca Christopher (described by the affidavits as a ‘Creative Strategist’) with process for both the DNC and its chair at 1:30 p.m. on July 1st…

“In fact, the person with whom Mr. Lucas and Mr. Yoshimura interacted was not Ms. Christopher, but a different DNC employee named Rebecca Herries…Ms. Herries came to the lobby to meet Mr. Lucas and Mr. Yoshimura after she was repeatedly advised by security that Mr. Lucas and Mr. Yoshimura were refusing to leave unless they could hand some legal papers to a DNC staffer.”
(How could Lucas be excited about July 4th, which hadn’t occurred yet, if the papers were served on the 6th?)

Within two weeks of Rich’s murder, another occurred.

ON JULY 25, 2016, JOE MONTANO, the Chairman of DNC before Debbie Wasserman Shultz, allegedly died of a heart attack. He was also a Regional Director for Tim Kaine. He was 47 and had no history of heart problems.

Next, ON AUGUST 1, 2016, VICTOR THORN was found dead on top of a mountain near his home. His death by gunshot was officially ruled a suicide. But, why would he kill himself if he was at the pinnacle of his success? His bestselling books, The Hillary (And Bill) Trilogy, had just been bought for translation and foreign distribution.

Thorn was a well known investigative journalist whose articles appeared in American Free Press and his books about the Clintons were bestsellers, including the recent, Crowning Clinton: Why Hillary Shouldn’t Be in the White House. The Political Insider reported that Thorn was recently reporting on the Clintons involvement with the Mena, Arkansas illegal drug trade.

Then, ON AUGUST 2, 2016, SHAWN LUCAS was found in a bathroom in his home by his girlfriend.
None of these deaths are coincidences, especially because of the timing and the circumstances surrounding them.

Arkancide: lawyer of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange dead

The word Arkancide, probably coined by the website Arkancide, refers to potential witnesses to the Clintons’ dirty dealings in Arkansas suddenly committing suicide by shooting themselves in the back of the head.
Arkansas police and coroners, notably medical examiner Fahmy Malak who answered to then-Arkansas governor Bill Clinton, automatically called these shootings suicides. After Bill Clinton became President the phenomenon moved to Washington D.C., most notably when Hillary Clinton’s ex-lover Vincent Foster was found dead on a D.C. park bench and declared to also have committed suicide.
Now that Hillary is pursuing the presidency, Arkancides have resumed, including these recent cases:

On August 9, 2016, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange intimated that Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich, who was shot dead in Washington, DC, was the source for thousands of hacked DNC emails that expose the DNC as the corrupt arm of Hillary Clinton. WikiLeaks released the emails to the public, to the DNC’s embarassment. See:

Assange promises that emails especially damaging to Hillary’s presidential ambitions will be released right before the November election for maximum impact.
All of which makes WikiLeaks a thorn in the sides of Hillary and the DNC.
On August 15, 2016, WikiLeaks sent out a Twitter alert about another Arkancide — the strange “suicide” by train of Assange’s lawyer, John Jones, a prominent British human rights attorney.

Neil Tyson reports for The Sun that on April 18, 2016, John Jones, one of Britain’s top human rights lawyers who represented Assange, had died in an apparent suicide. (Assange, 44, has been holed-up for four years in the Ecuador Embassy in London, after the Swedish government tried to extradite him for questioning on rape charges.)
A spokesman for British Transport Police (BTP) said it was called to West Hampstead rail station in north London at 7:07 a.m. on Monday, April 18, after a man was struck by a train. The spokesman added that the man “was pronounced dead at the scene. The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious. A file will be prepared for the coroner.”
The man was John Jones.
By all indications, Jones had everything to live for. He was only 48 years old, a successful, well-regarded attorney who lived in a £1.5 million home in Hendon, north London, with his beautiful and accomplished wife, 40-year-old Dr. Misa Zgonec-Rozej, director of an international law consultancy, and their two young children.
John Jones worked at renowned civil rights legal firm Doughty Street in central London, alongside Hollywood actor George Clooney’s wife Amal. He specialized in extradition, war crimes and counter-terrorism, taking cases from the former Yugoslavia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Lebanon and Cambodia. At the time of his Arkancide, Jones was trying to save the lives of Colonel Gaddafi’s son Saif and Libyan spy chief Abdullah al-Senussi. Both had been ordered before a firing squad in Tripoli, but Jones was trying to divert their case to the war crimes tribunal in The Hague, Holland, which does not have the death penalty.

Doughty Street said in a statement: “John was a brilliant and creative lawyer admired and appreciated for his amazing sense of humour, professionalism and deep commitment to justice. His death is a huge loss.”

Hillary Clinton’s Doctor Found Dead!

Add another name to the Clinton body count.

The Clinton’s seem to have very little regard for human life and their past has shown that they will stop at nothing to get what they want. All of the countless bodies dropping like flies around them at very ‘convenient’ times has to be more than a coincidence.

It has been reported that Hillary Clintons doctor, Sandeep Sherlekar, has “died.” Dr. Sherlekar was responsible for treating Hillary Clintons brain injury in December of 2012.



It was ruled that Dr. Sherlekar committed suicide because he was in legal trouble. That is the story the media wants you to believe, but that is a complete lie. There is a clear pattern of foul play leading up to his death, and it should be exposed to the people.

As stated, Dr. Sherlekar treated Hillary Clinton in 2012 when she collapsed, smashed her head on the side of a table, and suffered a concussion. While treating her, it was also determined that Hillary had a brain clot on her brain, as well.

This information is crucial because in 2012, Hillary was eyeing an election run in 2016, and if rumors about her heath and brain injuries were revealed to the public, it would damage her chances of winning the election.

Dr. Sherlekar was devout follower of the Hindu religion. As his patients and coworkers indicated, he was calm, happy, and very much in love with life. It makes no sense for this man to go from being extremely happy and in love with life to killing himself. We are missing something in this story, and the missing clue revolves around the Clintons.

Reports indicate that Hillary’s doctor was an informant between 2012 and 2014. Agents were working to entrap Chief Financial Officer, Vic Wadhwa, of American Spine Center for accepting bribes. At the time, Dr. Sherlekar was also working at the center and knew that Wadhwa received around$459,000 in kickbacks.

Following this investigation, agents turned around and accused Dr. Sherlekar of the same crimes. When Dr. Sherlekar threatened to expose Hillary’s health records, things got bad for him very quickly.

Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State at this time, so she had the perfect opportunity to “get rid of” the man threatening to expose her health records to the public.

Isn’t it very odd that people with information surrounding the Clintons either go missing or mysteriously die? Eventually, we have to realize that all of these deaths are not just coincidental.

What about the recent case of DNC staffer Seth Rich? Rich was rumored, and was almost confirmed by Julian Assange, to have been the source that provided WikiLeaks with all of the information surrounding the DNC and how they rigged the primaries against Bernie Sanders and for Hillary Clinton.

Seth Rich was shot in the back of the head late one evening while walking home. Police ruled it a “robbery,” yet Rich’s family reported that absolutely nothing was missing and that he was not robbed.

Sadly, it is uncertain if we will ever know the truth surrounding this “kill list,” but we know that anyone that gets in the Clintons way becomes an enemy.

One day, she will pay for all of the crimes she has committed. Hopefully, that day is coming soon when President Trump appoints a special prosecutor to formally charge her and put her in prison.

WOMAN WHO WAS INVESTIGATING CLINTON FOUNDATION FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING FOUND DEAD

Monica Petersen was in Haiti working for the Human Trafficking Center and also previously worked for the Colorado Human Trafficking Council’s Data & Research Task Force.

She died a few days ago under suspicious circumstances. Her friends on Facebook are looking for answers. Several close friends have made mentions on various FB posts that friends and family have no clear understanding of what happened to Monica except that she died on Sunday.

Earlier this year a FB friend of Monica re-shared a post by Monica where Monica linked to a blog post critical of Hillary Clinton's dealings in Haiti!!

The latest I'm reading is that the national center for missing and exploited children is tied in somehow. Now that's a dirty charge because they certainly have done some good.

Of course the cynic in me suggests that they go after any garden variety missing child and prosecute them and that gives them credibility but maybe they only persecute people "not on their team" if you know what I'm saying.
They get gatekeeper status and would probably be the best front for a world wide kabal of pedophiles. This is almost like something from a Vampire movie.

A woman investigating human trafficking and pedophile ring connections to the Clinton Foundation has been found dead in a suspicious suicide.
As uncovered on
Reddit, Monica Peterson was working for the Human Trafficking Center in Haiti and had uncovered evidence of a child sex ring and human trafficking scheme connected to the Clintons.

He is a Clinton associate and donor to the Clinton Foundation. In 2015, Carlos Slim became the largest shareholder in the New York Times.

William Engdahl, an author and lecturer with a degree in politics from Princeton suggests in this revealing article that this may explain why we will not be reading about the “murky dealings” of The Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation in Haiti from the New York Times; “formerly America’s most respected newspaper of record.” According to Haiti activist Ezili Dantò: “The Clintons have used governmental power to conduct their private business and called it ‘helping poor Haitians.’”

Hillary Clinton should get far more scrutiny for her scandalous conduct in Haiti; from rigging the March 2011 presidential election for her favored candidate Michel “Sweet Mickey” Martelly (supporter of the CIA created death squad FRAPH) to insuring that her brother Tony Rodham and “a company that barely exists.” got a “sweetheart gold mine concession in Haiti” that “royally cheated” the state of Haiti.




Close friends are starting to raise questions, because the family has been unable to get details about her death.

Monica Petersen Death Raises Questions About Clinton Foundation Sex Trafficking

Monica Petersen was the assistant director at the Human Trafficking Center. She recently died while over in Haiti. Back on November 13th, 2016 the Center on Human Rights Education posted a message on Facebook informing people about her death.

The director of the organization, Professor Claude d’Estrée, wrote…

“I am heartbroken to report that Monica Petersen died today in Haiti. She was a recent graduate of the Korbel School, a Research Fellow and an Assistant Director at the Human Trafficking Center, and had moved to Haiti to teach and start an NGO.”

So what makes the news important? Well, rumors seem to be spreading that Petersen’s death was in relation to her work of uncovering child sex rings and sex trafficking networks in Haiti. It started a while back and she purportedly took up interest after she linked a friend to a post from the Haitian Blogger talking about some discrepancies with the Clinton Foundation in Haiti.

That name sounded familiar already but I couldn't pick it, but after a little bit of google-fu I stumbled across this article from Vanity Fair in 2011 (archived copy)
The whole article is worth a read but here's the critical part :

Is Julian Assange Dead? Wikileaks Founder Possibly Silenced Over ‘Pizzagate’

In 2016, there can hardly be anyone alive who does not know the name of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. As many will be aware Assange has been holed up in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London since 2012. Assange took refuge in the Ecuadorian Embassy to escape extradition to Sweden where he is wanted for an alleged sexual assault on two women. Assange has always claimed he is totally innocent of any of the charges against him. Assange believes that the charges are an attempt by the political elite to silence both him and WikiLeaks.

During the 2016 presidential race, Assange claimed that WikiLeaks would release documents that could have an effect on the presidential election. On November 8, Assange supposedly released a statement through WikiLeaks explaining why they had released information during the campaign. Assange claims that WikiLeaks will continue to publish information that is “of political, diplomatic, historical or ethical importance and which has not been published elsewhere.”

“Assange says ‘in recent months, WikiLeaks and I personally have come under enormous pressure to stop publishing what the Clinton campaign says about itself to itself. That pressure has come from the campaign’s allies, including the Obama administration, and from liberals who are anxious about who will be elected US President.”

Much of the material released by WikiLeaks related to the behavior of Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State. As reported by the Inquisitr, that material included comments, made by Clinton, that suggested that she supported the idea of taking Assange out in a drone strike.

Last month, the Guardian reported that the Ecuadorian Embassy had cut off Assange’s internet access over what it claimed was WikiLeaks interference in the U.S. election.

Officials released a statement saying that the government of Ecuador “respects the principle of non-intervention in the internal affairs of other states” and had cut off the internet access available to Assange because “in recent weeks, WikiLeaks has published a wealth of documents, impacting on the US election campaign.”

The strange thing is that since his internet service was cut off, Assange has disappeared. Before that event, Assange made regular appearances on the balcony of the embassy in London.

So What Does This Have To Do With ‘Pizzagate’?

Many people will be aware that Assange and WikiLeaks released information about John Podesta. Mr. Podesta is a long-term associate of the Clintons and was President Bill Clinton’s Chief of Staff from 1998 until 2001. In the wake of the release of Podesta’s emails, it was widely claimed that Hillary Clinton was involved with a pedophile ring operating out of a Washington Pizza joint called Comet Ping Pong.

Editor’s Comment: The evidence is now overwhelming – whatever the full truth of the matter,

something is very, very suspicious about the “pizza code” that has been discovered in the leaked Podesta emails that many believe is connected to a ring of pedophilia activity. Independent researchers have been scouring the web for supporting information, and have pieced together a disturbing pile of circumstantial evidence connecting many of DC’s most powerful to lewd comments, references to illegal sex acts and child trafficking, dark art and more. It is very likely that this could go to the very top, where powerful people are protected by people with ranking positions inside the power structure.

A 4-year resident surgeon at Washington Hospital Center claims that Seth Rich was alive and recovering well in facility’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after being treated for a total of 3 routine gunshot wounds — that is until a number of law enforcement officers arrived eight hours later kicking most everyone out of the ICU and physically barring doctors and others from attending to Rich.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the 2100 block of Flagler Place, Northwest on Sunday, July 10, 2016.
At approximately 4:19 am, members of the Fifth District were patrolling the area when they heard gunshots. Upon arrival on the scene, members located an adult male victim conscious and breathing, and suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.


The decedent has been identified as 27-year-old Seth Conrad Rich, of Northwest, DC.

The surgeon who witnessed this bizarre behavior decided to come forth with the information despite the fact that he or she may be easy to identify.


Posted on May 17, to 4chan under the power of anonymity the surgeon wrote:

4th year surgery resident here who rotated at WHC (Washington Hospital Center) last year, it won’t be hard to identify me but I feel that I shouldn’t stay silent.


Seth Rich was shot twice, with 3 total gunshot wounds (entry and exit, and entry). He was taken to the OR emergently where we performed an exlap and found a small injury to segment 3 of the liver which was packed and several small bowel injuries (pretty common for gunshots to the back exiting the abdomen) which we resected ~12cm of bowel and left him in discontinuity (didn’t hook everything back up) with the intent of performing a washout in the morning. He did not have any major vascular injuries otherwise. I’ve seen dozens of worse cases than this which survived and nothing about his injuries suggested to me that he’d sustained a fatal wound.

In the meantime he was transferred to the ICU and transfused 2 units of blood when his post-surgery crit came back ~20. He was stable and not on any pressors, and it seemed pretty routine. About 8 hours after he arrived we were swarmed by LEOs and pretty much everyone except the attending and a few nurses was kicked out of the ICU (disallowing visiting hours -normally every odd hour, eg 1am, 3am, etc- is not something we do routinely). It was weird as hell. At turnover that morning we were instructed not to round on the VIP that came in last night (that’s exactly what the attending said, and no one except for me and another resident had any idea who he was talking about).

No one here was allowed to see Seth except for my attending when he died. No code was called. I rounded on patients literally next door but was physically blocked from checking in on him. I’ve never seen anything like it before, and while I can’t say 100% that he was allowed to die, I don’t understand why he was treated like that. Take it how you may, /pol/, I’m just one low level doc. Something’s fishy though, that’s for sure.

FBI Memo Reveals Seth Rich Had DNC Documents On Laptop

If the Seth Rich murder was just an armed robbery why was the FBI looking into it? why is the mainstream media so hell uyent on shutting this story up? why is Sean Hannity being silenced for even covering the murder of Rich? There are many unanswered questions but hopefully this FBI memo can be the first step into uncovering the truth behind the murder of Seth Rich.

In a heavily redacted memo released to me by a source within the FBI we see Seth Rich’s name. The Email states that the laptop contained DNC and Wikileaks information.
At the bottom right it has code that can be used to look up the official FBI memo SCRDC-408
What that code means is name of person being looked into. “SCR” Seth Conrad Rich. Location “DC” with “408” documents. Any FBI Memo, if it’s a target of an investigation will show a code that can be used by journalists to request a FOIA. So FOIA exerts can use that code and get a less redacted version.






The official story is that the laptop was retrieved by the police and has since stayed in their custody. My source says that is true, but he says there is a twist. The Police couldn’t unlock the laptop and called the FBI for assistance to unlock it so a Tech was sent out to unlock the laptop and during that time the FBI retrieved the information off of Rich’s computer. There they found 44,055 emails and 17,764 attachments. Why has no one until now come forward with this info?
The emails detailed DNC Chair D. Shultz talking of freezing other candidates out and Suspicion of Wikileaks within DNC. It also shows on laptop multiple people within DNC what Rich was communicating about.

Haiti Official, Who Exposed The Clinton Foundation, Found Dead In Miami

Klaus Eberwein, a former Haitian government official who was expected to expose the extent of Clinton Foundation corruption and malpractice next week, has been found dead in Miami. He was 50.

Eberwein was due to appear next Tuesday before the Haitian Senate Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission where he was widely expected to testify that the Clinton Foundation misappropriated Haiti earthquake donations from international donors.

According to Miami-Dade’s medical examiner records supervisor, the official cause of death is “gunshot to the head“. Eberwein’s death has been registered as “suicide.”

Eberwein, who had acknowledged his life was in danger, was a fierce critic of the Clinton Foundation’s activities in the Caribbean island, where he served as director general of the government’s economic development agency, Fonds d’assistance économique et social, for three years.

According to Eberwein, a paltry 0.6% of donations granted by international donors to the Clinton Foundation with the express purpose of directly assisting Haitians actually ended up in the hands of Haitian organizations. A further 9.6% ended up with the Haitian government. The remaining 89.8% – or $5.4 billion – was funneled to non-Haitian organizations.

“The Clinton Foundation, they are criminals, they are thieves, they are liars, they are a disgrace,” Eberwein said at a protest outside the Clinton Foundation headquarters in Manhattan last year.

The former director general of Haiti, who also served as an advisor to Haitian President Michel Martelly, was also a partner in a popular pizza restaurant in Haiti, Muncheez, and even has a pizza — the Klaus Special — named after him.

According to the Haiti Libre newspaper, Eberwein was said to be in “good spirits“, with plans for the future. His close friends and business partners are shocked by the idea he may have committed suicide.

“It’s really shocking,” said Muncheez’s owner Gilbert Bailly. “We grew up together; he was like family.”

Bailly said he last spoke to Eberwein two weeks ago and he was in good spirits. They were excited about future business plans and were working on opening a Muncheez restaurant in Sunrise, he said.

The Haitian government issued an official notice thanking Eberwein for his service and mourning his untimely death.

Lawsuit Claims Julian Assange Confirmed DNC Emails Received From Seth Rich – Not a Russian Hack…

A rather stunning report from Gateway Pundit outlines information contained within a lawsuit filing. The lawsuit, filed by Businessman Ed Butowsky, alleges Wikileaks founder Julian Assange confirmed to Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner that the DNC leaked emails were received from Seth Rich and his brother Aaron.

The details contained within the lawsuit filing (full pdf below) are stunning.

If this information is true and accurate, the DOJ claim of a Russian hack –based on assertions by DNC contractor, Crowdstrike– would be entirely false. Additionally the DC murder of Seth Rich would hold a far more alarming motive.

The ramifications here are almost too large to describe.

If this information turns out to be true and accurate, the entire narrative around the DNC “hack” will have been proven to be intentionally manufactured.

Despite the FBI’s prior admissions about never reviewing the DNC servers; and despite their recent admissions about never actually seeing the forensic computer analysis, the U.S.
Department of Justice, specifically Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and former DAG Rod Rosenstein, cannot blame a simple investigative ‘mistake‘ for the wrong attribution of who gave the DNC emails to Wikileaks.

The FBI, the DOJ and the Mueller special counsel have each purposefully claimed specific Russian actors were responsible for hacking the DNC in 2016. If it turns out those claims were based on falsehood, the integrity of the DOJ and Special Counsel collapses.

Mr. Butowsky is making a very serious allegation in this court filing.

Additionally, the previously discussed motive to arrest Julian Assange would now be further enhanced. Heck, the reason for Assange’ arrest would be brutally obvious.

♦Dana Boente was head of DOJ-NSD from May 11th, 2017 through end of October 2017 when he officially announced his intent to retire. However, the timeline gets cloudy here because Boente said he was staying on until an official replacement was announced. There’s no indication of when Boente actually left the DOJ-NSD or the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) role.

On January 23rd, 2018, FBI Director Christopher Wray announced Dana Boente had shifted over to the FBI to be Chief Legal Counsel (replacing James Baker) where Boente remains today. As Mueller was using 19 lawyers, and 50 FBI investigators, Boente was/is the legal counsel to FBI Director Christopher Wray while the Mueller probe was ongoing.

[Remember, Robert Mueller never interviewed Julian Assange. Additionally, it is worth noting for the U.S. side of the legal framework, the charges against Assange are not related to Russian efforts in a hack of the DNC; nor is Assange charged with anything related to the 2016 U.S. election interference activities, the Podesta email release or anything therein as previously described by the DOJ.]

The April 11th, 2019, Julian Assange indictment stemmed from the Eastern District of Virginia. From a review of the indictment we discover it was under seal since March 6th, 2018: (The DOJ sat on the indictment for 13 months, until Mueller finished)

However, on Tuesday April 15th, 2019, more investigative material was released. Again, note the dates: Grand Jury, *December of 2017* This means FBI investigation prior to December ’17..



The investigation of Assange took place prior to December 2017, it is coming from the EDVA where Dana Boente was still, presumably, U.S. Attorney. The grand jury indictment was sealed from March of 2018 until April of 2019.



Why was there a delay?

Why did the DOJ wait until the Mueller report was complete?

Here’s where it gets interesting….

The FBI submission to the Grand Jury in December of 2017 was four months after congressman Dana Rohrabacher talked to Assange in August of 2017: “Assange told a U.S. congressman … he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents … did not come from Russia.”

(August 2017, The Hill Via John Solomon) Julian Assange told a U.S. congressman on Tuesday he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents he published during last year’s election did not come from Russia and promised additional helpful information about the leaks in the near future.

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, a California Republican who is friendly to Russia and chairs an important House subcommittee on Eurasia policy, became the first American congressman to meet with Assange during a three-hour private gathering at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where the WikiLeaks founder has been holed up for years.

Rohrabacher recounted his conversation with Assange to The Hill.

“Our three-hour meeting covered a wide array of issues, including the WikiLeaks exposure of the DNC [Democratic National Committee] emails during last year’s presidential election,” Rohrabacher said, “Julian emphatically stated that the Russians were not involved in the hacking or disclosure of those emails.”

Pressed for more detail on the source of the documents, Rohrabacher said he had information to share privately with President Trump. (read more)

If you overlay the timing, it would appear the FBI took a keen interest in Assange after this August 2017 meeting and gathered specific evidence for a grand jury by December 2017. Then the DOJ sat on the indictment (sealed in March 2018) while the Mueller probe was ongoing; until April 11th, 2019, when a coordinated effort between the U.K. and U.S. was launched. Assange was arrested, and the indictment was unsealed (link).

To me, as a person who has researched this three year fiasco; including the ridiculously false 2016 Russian hacking/interference narrative: “17 intelligence agencies”, JAR report (needed for Obama – December 29th, ’16), and political ICA (January ’17); this looked like a Deep State move to control Julian Assange because the Mueller report was dependent on Russia cybercrimes…. AND that narrative is contingent on the Russia DNC hack story.

he Weissmann/Mueller/Rosenstein report contains claims that Russia hacked the DNC servers as the central element to the Russia interference narrative in the U.S. election. This claim is directly disputed by WikiLeaks and Assange, as outlined during the Dana Rohrabacher interview.

Right there is the FBI motive to shut Assange down when the Mueller report was released.

The DNC hack claim is contingent upon analysis by Crowdstrike computer forensics who were paid by the DNC to look into the issue. The FBI was never allowed to review the servers independently, and now we know the FBI never even looked at a full forensics report from Crowdstrike.

Almost all independent research into this DNC hack narrative challenges the claims of a Russia hack of the DNC servers; and now this bombshell court filing, again if accurate, makes the DOJ claim completely collapse.

Lastly, if we are to believe everything that is factually visible; including the admissions by the FBI and DOJ itself; and it is proven that Seth Rich was indeed the source of the DNC emails and there was no hack; well,… what does that say about Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein, who would have had to know they were pushing abject lies in their dubious Russian indictments.

The ramifications of this court filing are huge.
