Board Maintenance
Hi folks!
Just wanted to let everyone know that tomorrow (9/14/2013), around 3:00pm ET (give or take), I'll be temporarily closing the board.
We're going to be migrating to a new hosting server.
Baring any unforeseen circumstances, we should be back up by Monday morning.

Yes, it's after 3:00pm ET and the board is still open!
There's been a delay in migration to our new host. They're still in the process of provisioning our new account.
I will post updates as they become available. Regardless we will be migrated before next weekend and I will attempt to keep downtime to a minimum.

As of now, it is tentatively scheduled for the board to be temporarily closed at 1:00am ET to allow the database to be transferred to our new host.
Downtime should, hopefully, be minimal with the site fully up on our new host by tomorrow morning.

Alright everyone, we're back up!
As should have been expected, there were a couple hiccups with the update but everything should be intact.
Now that we're migrated to our new host, I'm planning on making a couple of smaller updates that should improve the user experience (auto-updating threads, an improved like/thanks system, and other things).
I'll keep you all updated on the progress.
If anyone runs into any issues, please let me know and I'll get them addressed ASAP.

After checking into it for the last couple days, it looks like one casualty of the migration has been the attachments/picture albums here on the site.
For some reason they ended up missing. They aren't in the file system as the board software indicates they should be and I don't see any sign of them in the database.
I've done some digging on the original host and am not sure where they would be there either. Board software says they should be in the file system there and they aren't nor is there anything to indicate they're in the database there either.
I've got duplicate complete backups of the file system and database from the old server so there's a possibility they're in there somewhere but after unsuccessfully trying to locate them within all that, I'd say it is safe to consider them gone. Sincere apologies if this has caused problems for anyone.
I've already cleared out my corrupted photo albums and started fresh, I'd recommend doing the same. I've since created a new album and uploaded a picture with no problem. So feel free to start up new albums and upload pictures (just make sure you've backed them up somewhere!) and, if you've got any posts with attached content, you should be able to go in and re-upload that content with no problem.

I just ran into the same issue.
I suspect it may have something to do with a file having the same file name as something previously uploaded. I don't know if this can be fixed by running a database cleanup/optimization.
Try renaming the file and see if that works.

I don't want to reload all the stuff if its still there but something is not allowing it to connect and come through.

Still cannot upload pictures, tried just now and it is acting the same way it did before.Tried to reload some pics and it is not working for me yet.

Some threads acting funny.
Sometimes they come up with 404 not accessible after you try for a while they finally come (happened twice today) up and post on them you get a 406 error saying not acceptable.

I did run some database optimizations over the weekends.
I'll have to try a couple other tricks to see if they take care of it.
I'll probably be in touch privately and have you be the guinea pig vector.
