Three Illegal Aliens Rape Three Minors At Jasper County Motel, Face Deportation

Three men were arrested after authorities say they raped three girls under the age of 14 at a motel.

Yonatan Ramirez-Diaz, 20, Edwin Marquina-Valesquez, 26, and Melvin Ramirez-Morales, 20, have been arrested for the alleged crime. Authorities say the three suspects are living in the country illegally.

According to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department, the three men picked up three girls in White County and took them to a motel in the area of I-65 and State Road 114 in Jasper County. The three men allegedly raped and assaulted the girls for several hours in the motel room.

After leaving the motel, at least one of the victims was allegedly assaulted again in the car.

Ramirez-Diaz faces preliminary charges of sexual misconduct with minor by force; rape when compelled by force or threat; criminal confinement with victim under 14 years of age; and strangulation

Marquina-Valesquez faces preliminary charges of child molesting defendant is at least 21 years of age; rape when victim is unaware of actions; rape when compelled by force or threat; and criminal confinement, victim under 14 years of age.

Ramirez-Morales faces preliminary charges of child molesting; rape when victim is unaware of actions; rape when compelled by force or threat; and criminal confinement victim under 14 years of age.

All three men are from El Salvador and are in the country illegally and face deportation. They also have a hold from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Ramirez-Diaz and Marquina-Valesquez are being held on a $1 million surety bond and Ramirez-Morales is being held on a $800,000 surety bond.
