Hmm... I drive a Volvo of roughly the same vintage. I wonder what happened to cause the inferno? V70s certainly don't have a reputation of spontaneously bursting into flame.
I posted this video to Reddit and someone responded with yet another burning Volvo...maybe once these get 12+ years old the fuel line rots.

Huh. I have two. One that's 22 years old with 330,000 miles and a 12 year old with 150,000 miles. I better look at my fuel line. I replaced the fuel line on the '94 and roughly 42 fuel pumps.
