Aside from the fact that key witnesses seem to die unexpectedly, anyone who dares to investigate the rampant corruption that took place under their watch winds up being jailed.
The ridiculous impeachment charges presented against President Trump is only the latest example, albeit the most ambitious attempt to date, by the corrupt Clinton/Obama defenders in Congress with help from embedded acolytes throughout every department of government.
Former Republican Congressman Steve Stockman was investigating suspicious shipments, allegedly of “dual-use” steel, to Iran, by way of the Ukraine, in violation of Iranian sanctions when he was arrested.
Significantly, the shipments were allegedly of highly-specialized steel suitable for building enrichment centrifuges. The record of the shipments were corroborated by Ukrainian officials and reported by left-leaning Newsweek.
Here’s where things get interesting.
Interpipe, a company owned and operated by Ukrainian Oligarch Viktor Pinchuk, supplied the reportedly specialized steel to Iran in violation of the sanctions. The illicit transaction took place while Hillary Clinton was Barack Obama’s Secretary of State.
To digress for a minute, Pinchuk is a major financial supporter of the Atlantic Council, a far-left think tank, where Dmitri Alperovitch is a senior fellow.
Alperovitch founded and is Chief Technology Officer of Crowdstrike the cyber security firm that former FBI Director Jim Comey allowed the DNC to contract with to examine the DNC server.
CrowdStrike’s hacking attribution analyses have been questioned before and, after three years of investigations into Russia-Trump that have yielded nothing, they should be again.
According to reports:
The International Institute for Strategic Studies, a respected British think tank, disputed CrowdStrike’s analysis of a Russian hack during Ukraine’s war with Russian-backed separatists forcing CrowdStrike to revise and retract portions of its analysis.
Pete Santilli reported, Pinchuk was the top contributor to the Clinton Foundation at that time. Imagine that, any major contributor getting a waiver so that an so-called enemy state can allegedly enrich Plutonium into nuclear weapons.
According to Santilli: Stockman was also in contact with a Ukrainian intelligence official who claimed to have had direct involvement in the development of the Steele Dossier on behalf of the DNC and Hillary Clinton prior to the 2016 election.
Without warning, Steve Stockman was indicted in 2017 for what he called “railroading” at his trial, and was (wrongfully) found guilty of 23 charges. During his trial Stockman was prevented from offering testimony and evidence that would have exonerated him.
On November 17, 2018, the former Congressman was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
He is currently incarcerated at a federal penitentiary in Texas while awaiting a ruling on his appeal.
Our sources have confirmed to us that Santilli’s reporting is factually correct.
Crowdstrike’s ties to the same Ukranian funders of the Clinton Foundation and now Iran’s procurement of steel essential to the production of centrifuges demands further review for a number of reasons.
Chief among those reasons is that we’ve never believed Russia was responsible for the hack of the DNC server because we never thought it possible to transfer that large of a transmission through a hack.
If his can be proven by an examination of the server believed to be in Ukraine’s possession – and that is the crux of the current impeachment effort against President Trump – the entire Russian narrative collusion collapses in its entirety.
That, in turn, would expose a treasonous plot against the POTUS by an opposition political party gone rogue.
Apparently the emoluments clause only applies to President Trump and Democrats will do everything to make sure it stays that way.
More importantly, if Stockman’s claims prove true, this would be just the latest in years of the allegations of the Clinton’s transferring technology and material to our foreign enemies:
-Nuclear and missile technology to China during Bill Clinton’s presidency. The acceptance of forced technology
-Uranium and cyber/military technology (Skolkovo) to Russia by SOS Clinton during Obama’s first term.
-Specialized steel for use in centrifuges and freeing $150 Billion to Iran in exchange for a JCPOA that gave us nothing in return.
The inexplicable Iranian deal appears to be especially close to Obama’s heart.
In February of 2017 Investigative journalist Aaron Klein reported in Breitbart:
“Michael Ledeen, a former consultant to the National Security Council and U.S. Defense Department, penned a column at PJ Media stating Obama opened a back-channel to Iran during the 2008 presidential campaign. Ledeen said the back channel went through retired Ambassador William G. Miller, who also led the 1979 negotiating mission during the Iran hostage crisis. Ladeen wrote that Miller confirmed his back-channel involvement to him.”
“The actual strategy is detente first, and then a full alliance with Iran throughout the Middle East and North Africa.”
How far did the $150 billion go towards funding Iran’s terror campaign to that end? It’s more than enough money to put an $80,000,000 bounty on the head of the U.S. president.
Even today, now that President Trump is trying to curtail Iran’s reign of terror, Democrats have introduced legislation to handcuff him.

Why? Because the President ordered the eradication of Iranian murderer, General Qassem Solameini who was personally responsible for the deaths and dismemberment of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis and Iranians as well as tens of thousands of Americans.

Are they protective members benefiting from involvement with a broader criminal syndicate, or is the diminishment of U.S. military and technological superiority part of a plan to weaken the United States at a time when Russia, Iran, and China are aligning?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi refused to immediately take a phone call from Vice President Mike Pence on Tuesday evening notifying her that Iran had launched missile attacks against at least two U.S. military bases in Iraq.
“Tell him I’ll call him back,” Pelosi said to an aide who handed her a note that the vice president was calling her during a meeting, opting to not immediately take the phone call as U.S. bases in Iraq were under attack and instead call the vice president back.
Pelosi was in a meeting, according to Politico’s Heather Caygle, and was set to open the U.S. House for a new session moments later.
In meeting tonight Speaker Pelosi was handed a note telling her VP Pence was on the phone.
“Tell him I’ll call him back,” she said according to sources in room, noting she had to go open the House for new session.
Two minutes later, she was handed note about air base bombing.

Iran launched a dozen ballistic missile attacks against at least two U.S. military bases in Iraq on Tuesday evening. At this time, it is unclear if there were any casualties and what the extent of damage is.
The Iranian attacks came in response to President Donald Trump’s ordering last week of an airstrike that killed Iranian Quds Force Gen. Qasem Soleimani. Soleimani, a terrorist responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Americans, was one of Iran’s most senior officials for years. His work, including the development and implementation of IEDs or Improvised Explosive Devices against U.S. forces in Iraq for the past decade-plus, has claimed hundreds of American lives and injured thousands more.
Trump ordered the strike on Soleimani, which has escalated already-heightened tensions between the U.S. and Iran, because of Soleimani’s role in an attack on the U.S. embassy in Iraq as well as the death of an American contractor in Iraq. The strike hit Soleimani at the Baghdad airport.
These ballistic missile strikes on U.S. installations in Iraq, Iran said, are meant to be considered the official Iranian response to the Soleimani strike.
President Trump late Tuesday night tweeted that he will have a statement on the Iranian response to the Soleimani strike on Wednesday morning:

Alec Baldwin is again targeting supporters of President Donald Trump, claiming this time that the “desecration of those ideals and the near moral collapse of this country falls squarely in the lap of Trump’s supporters.”

Alec Baldwin has repeatedly lobbed personal attacks at the president and his supporters, seemingly ramping up the vitriol over the last year.
Last July, Baldwin claimed that “our friends in other countries” now believe that a “mass of Americans are outright racists.” The Mission Impossible actor followed that up a month later by saying Trump supporters “have swallowed the poison pills of racist hatred, election fraud, a revolving door of semi-competent or outright awful appointees” because money is all they care about.
The actor, a few months later, appealed to the president’s supporters and asked them to “get rid of him,” presumably in next year’s election. Baldwin ended 2019 by joining other left-wing Hollywood elites in encouraging people to take to the streets for protests in support of the House Democrats’ attempts to impeach President Trump.

Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) told reporters on Monday that the Senate Republican caucus doesn't have the votes to dismiss the articles of impeachment against President Trump, who endorsed an "outright dismissal" over the weekend.
"I think our members generally are not interested in a motion to dismiss. ... Certainly there aren't 51 votes for a motion to dismiss," Blunt, the No. 4 Senate Republican, told reporters after a closed-door leadership meeting.
Republicans have warned for months that they will not dismiss the two articles of impeachment against Trump, predicting a trial will end with votes on either acquitting or convicting him.
But Trump revived talk of trying to dismiss the articles over the weekend, saying the Senate was "giving credence" to the allegations against him by having a trial.
"Many believe that by the Senate giving credence to a trial based on the no evidence, no crime, read the transcripts, 'no pressure' Impeachment Hoax, rather than an outright dismissal, it gives the partisan Democrat Witch Hunt credibility that it otherwise does not have. I agree!" Trump tweeted on Sunday.
Dismissing the articles of impeachment would require 51 votes. Because no Democrats would support the effort, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) could afford to lose only two GOP senators and still successfully dismiss the articles.
Multiple Republicans, including Sens. Susan Collins (Maine) and Rob Portman (Ohio), have indicated they would oppose a motion to dismiss, arguing that both Trump's legal team and House impeachment managers should be able to make their case.
The resolution on the Clinton impeachment trial rules in the 1990s had a motion to dismiss built into it. The motion, made after opening arguments and questions from senators, was ultimately unsuccessful.
Republicans are still crafting the rules resolution for the Trump trial, but some GOP senators have suggested they will not include a specific motion to dismiss in the resolution. That would not, according to aides and senators, prevent a senator from trying to make a motion to dismiss during the trial.
“If 51 senators wanted to have that vote, we could have it at some point. I don’t believe it’s going to be baked into the underlying resolution,” Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), an adviser to McConnell, told The Hill.

Republicans and Democrats alike have been unwilling to reprimand voters or to hold them accountable. But racist voting isn't an accident.

If the Trump era has taught us anything, it's that large numbers of white people in the United States aremotivated at least in part byracism in the voting booth. Donald Trump ran an openly racist campaign for president, calling Mexicans rapists and criminals, regularly retweeting white supremacists and at least initially balking at repudiating former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke. Trump made it clear in his campaign that "Make America Great Again" meant that America was greater when white people's power was more sweeping and more secure. White voters approved of that message by a whopping 58 percent to 37 percent.

Somepoliticians deny the evidence, no doubt because they don't want to alienate white voters, including prejudiced ones. Othercommentators try to parse whether Trump's racism will be a winning strategy in 2020. Terry Smith, a visiting professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, offers a different response in his new book, "Whitelash: Unmasking White Grievance at the Ballot Box." Rather than excuse racist voters or try to figure out how to live with their choices, he argues that racist voting is not just immoral, but illegal. The government, Smith says, has the ability, and the responsibility, to address it.
This sounds radical. But Smith argues that it's in line with the Constitution and with years of court rulings. For example, Smith points out that racist appeals in union elections are illegal and that an election in which one side uses racist appeals can be invalidated by the National Labor Relations Board. Similarly, in the 2016 case Peña v. Rodriguez, the Supreme Court ruled that when a juror expresses overt bigotry, the jury's verdict should be invalidated. https://www.nbcnews.com/think/video/...-1328672835886
"When voters go to the booth, they're not expressing a mere personal preference," Smith told me. According to Smith, voters who pull the levers to harm black people are violating the Constitution. If the Constitution means that overt racist appeals undermine the legality of union elections, it stands to reason that they undermine the legality of other elections, as well.
So how can you tell when voters are acting out of prejudice? Again, Smith says, employment discrimination law provides a useful analogy. In discrimination cases, courts look for pretexts. If someone gives a reason for a hiring decision that is obviously false or makes little sense in context, the court has good reason to believe that prejudice or bias may have influenced the hiring decision.
Trump's unprecedented, compulsive, easily documented lying during the 2016 campaign made him an irrational choice. It's reasonable to conclude that voters were willing to swallow the falsehoods because they liked what they heard: overt racist appeals and incessant lies about rising crime rates. Research has since suggested that plenty of Trump voters were indeed strongly motivated by racist resentment and anti-immigrant animus.
Trump's unprecedented, compulsive, easily documented lying during the 2016 campaign made him an irrational choice.
The usual remedy for racial discrimination is censure or fines — as Trump was subjected to when the Justice Department found that his housing developments were discriminating against black tenants in the 1970s. It's more difficult to censure voters who have violated their constitutional duties. Nullifying elections would be essentially impossible. But Smith argues that there are other options.
"I think we can dismantle some of the features of the electoral system that encourage racialized decision-making," he says. "For instance, you only get a partisan gerrymander by moving people in and out of districts on the basis of their race." Ending this practice at the state and federal levels would be a big step toward reducing the power of racism at the ballot box, as would ending the use of Voter IDs intended to disenfranchise black voters.
Even more ambitiously, Smith suggests expanding the Voting Rights Act to address the racist patterns of voting in Senate elections in the South. Because the majority of white voters in the South vote Republican, and because they outnumber black voters, there isn't a single Democratic senator from the Deep South other than Doug Jones in Alabama, who may well lose his seat in 2020. Smith argues that we could remedy these disparate, racially motivated outcomes by creating Senate districts. Presumably, that would make it at least possible for black voters to elect a senator who would support their interests.
This is clearly a very controversial proposal, and its constitutionality has been debated in the past. But given obvious disparities in representation in the South, it seems worth considering again.
Still, Smith points out, in the long term, "these remedies are a lot more practical than a lot of people might think." Republicans won't always control the presidency and the Senate, and judges don't live forever. Democrats could also expand the number of seats on lower courts or even on the Supreme Court — another controversial proposal known as court-packing. If Democrats decide that responding to racist voting is a vital priority, they could, in time, take steps to do something about it.
It's difficult to address injustice, however, if you're unwilling to say injustice exists. Politicians and pundits, Republican and Democratic alike, have been unwilling to reprimand voters or hold them accountable. But voters are not well-intentioned innocents who are helplessly manipulated by malevolent leaders. They make important decisions as constitutional actors, for which they have moral responsibility. Racist voting isn't an accident. It's a choice that may violate the principles of our Constitution and our legal system. We should say so, and then we should find ways to reduce the harm it causes.

White House Counsel Pat Cipollone blasted House impeachment manager Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) on the floor of the Senate early Wednesday morning during the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump for making “false accusations” against the president and the Senate.
“The only one who should be embarrassed, Mr. Nadler, is you, for the way you addressed this body. This is the United States Senate. You’re not in charge here,” Cipollone said.
The White House counsel was responding to Nadler’s lengthy speech advocating for an amendment to subpoena former National Security Advisor John Bolton. Bolton has said he would be willing to testify, though the House failed to call him to testify during its own impeachment inquiry. Democrats hope that he will shed light on what impeachment managers called a “scheme” by the president to pressure Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 election.
But Nadler began by accusing the White House counsel of lying — a striking breach that would likely have been disciplined in any ordinary court of law. “They lie,” he claimed. “And lie, and lie, and lie,” he repeated.
Nadler went on to argue that if the Senate voted against the Democrats’ proposed amendment to a procedural resolution — which would only accelerate the decision on Bolton to an earlier stage of the trial — they would be “voting against the United States.” When it was Cipollone’s turn to respond, he had clearly had enough.
He said:
Thank you, Mr. Chief Justice, members of the Senate. We came here today to address the false case brought to you by the House managers. … We’ve been respectful of the Senate. We’ve made our arguments to you. And you don’t deserve, and we don’t deserve, what just happened. Mr. Nadler came up here and made false allegations against our team. Turning to address Nadler, Cipollone concluded:

Co-counsel Jay Sekulow then stepped in and attacked Nadler for calling executive privilege “nonsense,” and for arguing that “only guilty people try to hide evidence.”
“To shred the Constitution on the floor of the Senate — to serve what purpose?” Sekulow said. “The Senate is not on trial. The Constitution does not allow what just took place.”
Nadler tried to respond, repeating a false claim that President Trump claimed “monarchical powers” under Article II of the U.S. Constitution, alleging Trump believed “I can do whatever I want.” The claim is a misquote that ignores the context, which is that Trump was talking specifically about the power to fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

You all know why Trump has now left the White House - being seen off by the entire WH staff before he traveled to Ohio - because he won't be back for awhile - to go to his resort in Bedminster, NJ, right?

I can think of THREE THINGS off the top of my head that Obama, Hillary and Biden and A WHOLE LOT OF THE DC SWAMP would be frantic to keep from being exposed:
1) Uranium One: the sale of 25% of US uranium stocks placing them under the direct control of Vladimir Putin and the Russians.
Massive bribes paved the way to get that deal done to sell out our country. People who took that dirty $ are **desperate** to keep it buried.
2) Untold billions of dollars in US aid sent to corrupt foreign governments where US officials not only knew much of this aid was going to be STOLEN, they **kept the money flowing** in exchange for a couple million bucks kicked back to them in DC under the table.
3) The Weiner laptop, which is reported to have had stuff on it that caused veteran NYPD detectives to throw up.
I'll add a fourth:
4) The secret side deals and bribery that went on to get the Iran Deal done, as well as all the Obama White House spying on members of Congress opposed to the deal & reporters investigating the illegal activity.

Trump needs to be in a tightly controlled environment while whatever this is goes down. A lot of people have access to the White House that will NOT have access to him at Bedminster.
The Optima FBI raids in Cleveland and Miami 3 days ago sent a CLEAR SIGNAL to the President's enemies that yes indeed, he and Barr and Rudy are going to see this through.

Those FBI raids in Cleveland & Miami were directly linked to the Ukrainian corruption that caused at least $6 billion in US taxpayer money sent to Ukraine to disappear.
The two offices that were raided were involved in a massive amount of money laundering.
It turns out that two of the Ukrainian oligarch's that ran PrivatBank, a large bank that got $1.8 billion in US aid and 'lost' it, laundered hundreds of millions of dollars through over a dozen shell companies & then used the laundered $ to purchase real estate in Cleveland.
For about a year and a half, ever since @RudyGiuliani revealed he was investigating the money trail of all of this stolen US aid in Ukraine the Democrats & the DNC Media roundly mocked and lampooned him.

We are facing the end of the Republic. It is easily argued that it already expired, the point being that now we face a deep state coup, massive election fraud, huge corruption, an attempted Marxist takeover, and foreign control from China.
Democrats are traitors to the Republic. Republicans are not much better. The rule of law is dead: nothing that Trump has attempted to do has been done. He is surrounded by the deep state. The three letter agencies (of which so many of you are so afraid) have sold out to the dark side. They are part of the deep state.
Many of you are sold on the PSYOP that there is a plan in place. You may follow QAnon. “Trust the plan.” There is no plan. The attorneys who have attempted to fight the election fraud in court are fools. Why? Because they are working in an old system, where they had success with big lawsuits in court, and cannot get their heads around the massive corruption of the rule of law and the court system. They are working in an old system that no longer has merit. The supreme court is not doing its job. The Lawyers will not save you; you have to save yourself.
I would like to be wrong, and I would be happy to be so. But I don’t think so. Unless Trump pulls a plan out of his ass, Biden is getting sworn in on the 20th of January. The reprieve we had during the four years of the Trump Presidency will be over.
Most of America is sleeping. They expect that we will get over this. They expect a ‘return to normal.’ That is not going to happen. In 2021, it will all be over. The Republic will be finally dead. They hate you, and will be after you. That means your livelihood, your family, even your very lives. It always happens with a socialist administration. Even when you tell yourself that “it can’t happen here.” America is the prize, and it will happen here more than anywhere else.
Thus we face huge normalcy bias and denial. And this is the key, what I want to talk about here today.
I wrote a recent article called “Trust in Combat.” What I didn’t do was give you the answer to the problem. I will do so today, however much you don’t want to hear it.
The Trust in Combat article focused on the problems with forming groups, and training, and all the inherent issues about ego that will destroy a group, which is formed before the actual need for that group. Thus, we form groups now which are aimed at surviving hard times, but are operating now in easy times. Thus, ego will play and when it comes time, when you are actually in combat and the rounds are flying, it is likely to all fall down.
And that is the issue. We are either facing war, or perhaps we are not facing war at all, given the somnolence of the American population. We would tell ourselves that at some point, they must wake up. But will they? Or will they go to the camps like the citizens of the USSR? Will they tell themselves that “it will be resolved in the courts.” I really don’t know. I don’t have a crystal ball. I have no idea how this will play out.
I will tell you that there is no point waiting until the Marxist coup is consolidated, and strongly in place. Unless Trump is able to pull something out of the bag (a PSYOP story that will keep many of you hesitating) then what needs to happen is that We The People stand up. But we know that We The People will not do this. The ‘conservatives’ are either corrupt, or as seen with many of the ‘MAGA’ voters, are too focused on picking up litter and being polite, despite the assaults from Antifa. There comes a time to forget about the litter, and be rude as ****. We are facing a civilizational assault on Liberty and the United States Constitution. And all we really care about is picking up litter, being polite, and trying to get by. There is absolutely no point in keeping arms, for resisting tyranny, if you have absolutely no intention of using them. All these quotes about blades of grass and the American Riflemen make me laugh; weapons will be banned and everyone will hand them in, because they were conditioned and told to do so (see how many are wearing masks?) Except, of course, for those who won’t; the problem being that they will be small groups and individuals.
So, however we get there, we will be at war. Whether the left comes for us, and however we resist, whether it be in small or large groups, we will be at war. This means that hardly anyone is trained, or physically fit enough; we will end up in combat as a total shit show. It’s going to be a total disaster and a lot of people will unnecessarily die. But that is just the way it is, because hardly anyone has the foresight to get fit, prepared and trained before such an event. We will be suddenly involved in some sort of Bosnian civil war scenario with absolutely no preparation and no forming of trusted, reliable, teams in advance.
So what is the solution? Individually we must do all we can to get fit, trained and equipped. We just know that we cannot form groups before the war, because of the way we are (‘Rugged Individuals’), and even groups that already exist are most likely flawed because they are not tested in combat (not fully trusted and tested in advance). The moment that the rounds start flying, is exactly the moment when all the unspoken issues of ego and trust start appearing, and before you know it, no one is doing what you trained to do (or not trained?) No one is moving. See my ‘Trust in Combat” article if you have not read it already.
What needs to happen is that, when people finally wake up and realize that they need to fight back, they need discipline and organization. People fight for a couple of things, and those can be summed up as 1) the group, and love of the group / not wanting to appear a coward in front of them and 2) discipline. This discipline can be found in the military with UCMJ, Uniform Code of Military Justice. The military is a legitimate organization where in small teams, the ‘alpha’ personalities are kept in check by a mixture of UCMJ (the hard check) and a general understanding that for the team to succeed, leaders must be supported. If leaders are generally supported, then people will do less dying (assuming competent leadership), and the team will be successful. None of this takes away from the wider discussion of leaders, for example, listening to helpful planning suggestions, not being a nightmare of a leader (effective leadership) and the rest; thus assuming relative competence from leadership, it is a good idea that the leader is supported in his role. Otherwise “we break down, the machine breaks down.”
How does this happen in civilian groups, either formed now or formed after hostilities begin? The leader must be able to rely on his team. He must be able to assume discipline and adherence to orders. When he expects someone to move, they must move. There must be a system of some form of oath, and some form of UCMJ. If people fail to do as ordered in combat, or are willfully disobedient, then they will face effective discipline.
And we know that this is not an acceptable plan for all of you “you are not the boss of me” types. ‘Rugged Individualists” (LOL), who will die as such.
When we talk about some of our favorite things, like the Revolutionary War or the Civil War, and we refer to the organizations of the day, we have to realize that these were either Armies or Militias. The Colonial Militia was an actual military force with leaders and discipline. Yes, I know that the Bosnia x Rwanda situation that we are likely to face is not the same war as they fought, but the point being that you cannot expect men to rise to combat without training and discipline. Without that they are just a mob, and will likely be as effective. And for those that don’t want to hear it, this is also not he same as a ‘militia muster’ with untrained and unfit people showing up to ‘muster’ in a field and then going home. Again, just another form of a mob.
Take it or leave it, I provide this to you as a solution. Given that it is likely to be rejected, all I can tell you is that you are best at home defending your family from the socialist hell that will be unleashed in 2021. That in itself is not an effective remedy, and allows us to be taken down one by one.
As for Trump, if he is going to act, he needs to act now. This situation will not be solved in the courts, it can only be solved by supra-legal action. By which I mean the insurrection act and whole lot of members of the coup going to jail / the firing squad. This has been termed “Crossing the Rubicon” but he must do so mindful of the best interest of the Constitution. Consolidate power, fix it, and step down. This would be truly in the spirit of a Roman ‘Dictator.’ But I don’t think he has it in him, and I don’t believe that he is really playing ‘4D chess.’ Prove me wrong. I would rather be wrong, than face the hell of a civil war, which many of us will not survive, victorious or not.
