Commons Leader David Lidington told MPs a 'police officer has been stabbed' and the 'alleged assailant was shot by armed police' following a 'serious' incident within the parliamentary estate.

Witness Jayne Wilkinson said: 'We were taking photos of Big Ben and we saw all the people running towards us, and then there was an Asian guy in about his 40s carrying a knife about seven or eight inches long.

'And then there were three shots fired, and then we crossed the road and looked over. The man was on the floor with blood.

'He had a lightweight jacket on, dark trousers and a shirt. He was running through those gates, towards Parliament, and the police were chasing him.'

Her partner David Turner added: 'There was a stampede of people running out. You saw the people and you thought 'what the hell is going on'.'

Steve Voake, 55, was walking across the Westminster Bridge and saw at least two bodies lying on the road and one in the water.

'I saw a trainer lying in the road and when I looked more closely I saw that there were a couple of bodies the other side of the road,' he told the Press Association.

'And when I looked over the side there was another body lying in the water with blood all around it.'

Speaking to reporters outside the central London hospital, junior doctor Colleen Anderson from St Thomas' Hospital said a female pedestrian had died.

She also said she treated a police officer in his 30s with a head injury who had been taken to King's College Hospital.

She said: 'I confirmed one fatality. A woman. She was under the wheel of a bus. She died, confirmed her death at the scene.'

A spokesman for the Port of London Authority, which looks after safety on the River Thames, said: 'A female member of the public was recovered from the water near Westminster Bridge. She is alive but undergoing urgent medical treatment on a nearby pier. We believe she fell from the bridge.'

He said the river has been closed from Vauxhall to Embankment 'as part of the security response'.

Mail journalist Quentin Letts saw the incident out of the window of a Commons office. He told the BBC: 'We heard this sound that sounded like a car crash… Then we saw a thick set man in black clothes come through the gates where people would normally drive cars

'This man had something in his hand. It looked like a stick. He was challenged by two policemen. The policeman fell down.

'We could see the man in black moving his arm in a way that suggested he was either striking or stabbing.'

Kevin Schofield, the editor of PoliticsHome.com heard 'a very loud bang' from the press gallery inside the Houses of Parliament followed by lots of shouting and men running around.

He initially thought it was a car crash but then he looked outside the window to a heavily-guarded area outside which is out of bounds to the public.

He told Sky News: 'Someone rushed through, attacked a policeman, a policeman went down, another policeman came and he was rescued.

'The man who had assaulted him got up and he appeared to be carrying either a knife or a gun. Then we heard gunfire, lots of gunfire, maybe five or six rounds.

'All I remember seeing is the man approaching the police officer probably with a knife and then there was gunfire.'

Tourists who were riding the London Eye when the attack took place are currently being held inside the pods of the attraction as a safety measure.

The Ferris wheel's official Twitter account said given its close proximity to the Houses of Parliament, it would be keeping hold 'of all its guests as per tried and tested security procedures'.

Eyewitness Rick Longley described the attack saying: 'We were just walking up to the station and there was a loud bang and a guy, someone, crashed a car and took some pedestrians out.

'They were just laying there and then the whole crowd just surged around the corner by the gates just opposite Big Ben.

'A guy came past my right shoulder with a big knife and just started plunging it into the policeman. I have never seen anything like that. I just can't believe what I just saw.'

After the incident, Radoslaw Sikorski posted a video to Twitter purporting to show people lying injured in the road on Westminster Bridge.

Mr Sikorski, a senior fellow at Harvard's Centre for European Studies, wrote: 'A car on Westminster Bridge has just mowed down at least 5 people.'

The press gallery cafeteria was used a first aid post by officers. One man was present with blood on his shirt. Journalists were confined to their offices and were not allowed to leave the area.

Outside Parliament, around two dozen police officers came onto the estate at around 4.20pm following an extensive briefing.

All the officers were wearing gloves and could be about to begin a detailed finger print search.

The dramatic incident comes weeks after it was revealed that UK security services have foiled 13 potential attacks in less than four years, while counter-terrorism units are running more than 500 investigations at any time.

The official threat level for international terrorism has stood at severe, meaning an attack is 'highly likely', for more than two years.

Liberal Democrat transport spokeswoman Baroness Randerson said countries seem to have been 'singled out based on religious beliefs'.

Shocking pictures showed people lying stricken on the floor while paramedics worked on them as cops confirmed they were treating the incident as a terror attack.

The incident, which has left Westminster under lockdown, comes exactly one year after the attack on Zaventem Airport in Brussels.

Brainwashed extremists left two bombs at the major transport hub, as well as attacking Maalbeek train station in the city centre.

50,000 British Muslims Download Terrorist Manual Featuring Car Attack Tips

Yesterday following the horrific terror attack in London, which left 5 dead including an American tourist and 20 injured, British journalist Tommy Robinson unloaded on other reporters at the scene of the attack in front of the Parliament Building.

Tommy Robinson, a former English Defense League leader, ripped into liberal politicians who have opened the doors to Islamic terror attacks in the UK. During an interview with Rebel Media, Robinson criticized the political leaders of Britain and their choice to allow open borders in which millions of largely unvetted migrants take advantage of.

The reporter asks Robinson why he is so quick to label the event a terrorist attack. He responds by saying, “Because my head is not up my a**.”

Robinson then goes on to cite a report that claims over 50,000 British Muslims downloaded Al Qaeda’s terrorist publication called Inspire, which includes radicalizing messages and even detailed guides on how to carry out terror attacks on the West.

“I have information that shows there was four terrorist attacks last week in France,” shot back Robinson. “There was 12 planned last year. Driving your car like this man has done is exactly what the ‘Inspire’ magazine, which is Al Qaeda’s magazine, which was downloaded by 50,000 British Muslims last year… 50,000 British Muslims downloaded a terrorist manual.”

Robinson said, “The reality is this is a war. These people have been waging war on us for 1400 years, this is nothing new. The whole time this goes on, the political leaders want to invite more, they want to invite more!”

The reference Robinson made to the 50,000 downloads (actually it’s closer to 55,000 according to the article) of Al Qaeda’s terrorist magazine by British citizens appears to come from a report published by The Sun, a UK News outlet, on January 18th, 2015. This report was picked up by another UK news outlet, The International Business Times, and in actuality the timeframe for these 50,000 downloads was in only a 3 months period, not an entire year.

A terrorist magazine which gives step by-step guides on how to make a bomb and urges an attack on the UK is being read by 4,000 Britons a week, according to a report.

The online magazine titled Inspire, released by al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), has been downloaded 55,000 times from UK IP addresses in the past three months, according the Sun on Sunday.

The magazine, infamous for articles with titles such as “How to build a bomb in your Mom’s kitchen”, has been linked to the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing as well as the killing of a Canadian soldier last October.

In March 2013, the magazine also included Charlie Hebdo editor Stephane Charbonnier in their hit list of people “wanted dead or alive for crimes against Islam”, which also included author Salman Rushdie and Dutch politician Gert Wilders.

Charbonnier was one of 12 people killed in the recent terror attack at the officers of the French satirical magazine.

According to reports, between 14 October to 12 January, 54,723 people using a British IP address downloaded an edition of Inspire magazine, the vast majority of which was the spring edition which told readers how to make a car bomb.

The publication also called for readers to commit “lone wolf” style Jihadi attacks on the West.

To be fair, it doesn’t mean that all 55,000 of the British citizens who downloaded this terror manual are Muslims, although it’s logical to assume most of them are since they comprise Al Qaeda’s target audience.

Issues of Al Qaeda’s terrorist magazine, Inspire, has published many articles encouraging “spiritual warriors” to strike at infidels using common items and how to inflict maximum casualties. In one issue of Inspire, which included a “Mujahid Pocketbook” guide to terror, they featured an article titled “The Ultimate Mowing Machine” and showed a picture of a large Ford truck, evidently intending for readers to use large vehicles to “mow down” infidels.




Part of the article reads as follows (translated):

Pick your location and timing carefully. Go for the most crowed locations. … The ideal location is a place where there are a maximum number of pedestrians and the least number of vehicles. In fact if you can get through to ‘pedestrian only’ locations that exist in some downtown (city center) areas, that would be fabulous. There are some places that are closed down for vehicles at certain times due to the swarms of people.”

“If you have access to firearms, carry them with you so that you may use them to finish of your work…”

“… it should be considered a martyrdom operation.”

“This idea could be implemented in countries like Israel, the U.S., Britain, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Denmark, Holland and other countries where the government and public sentiment is in support of the Israeli occupation of Palestine, the American invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq or countries that had a prominent role in the defamation of Muhammad…”

This particular article clearly delivers tips on how to use vehicles as a weapon, which is exactly what one radical Muslim did in yesterday’s London terror attack.

Shockingly, the issue of Inspire magazine that included this article (page 53) can be found in PDF format here, all 74 pages of it, which shows how easily available these materials are for fanatics wishing to unleash a radical Islamic terror attack on innocent citizens or “non-believers”. Oddly enough, the article starts out by saying “America is a terrorist state” and subjects Muslim countries to the “worst forms of terrorism”. As if mowing down innocent civilians with vehicles in Western countries isn’t the worst form of terrorism?

As far back as 2013 the Inspire magazine encouraged using household materials for terror attacks, famously publishing the article titled, “How to build a bomb in the kitchen of your Mom”.

Despite liberal activists criticizing Tommy Robinson for his statements regarding Islam, the speeches and documents coming out of “radical Islamists” are clearly encouraging their followers to commit Jihad against the West.

In fact, it doesn’t get any clearer than tens of thousands of Muslims downloading and reading terrorist handbooks, and even if only the smallest fraction of them carry out terror attacks, it would cause national chaos on an unimaginable scale. This is the very future that Donald Trump is trying to prevent for America, despite biased judges preventing his travel bans from taking place, and it seems no matter how many terror attacks are carried out around the world, liberal activists will still lobby for allowing radicals to enter the country.

The Muslim attackers were screaming “This is for Allah,” but CNN doesn’t know their motives. For CNN and the rest of the establishment propaganda media, “This is for Allah” means “This has nothing to do with Islam.”

(CNN)Details were emerging in the early hours of the United Kingdom’s Sunday morning about what we now know are two “terrorist incidents” in central London….
At 10:08 p.m. Saturday night, London Metropolitan officers responded to reports of a vehicle colliding with pedestrians on London Bridge.
Witness Mark Roberts said he said saw a van speeding across London Bridge towards London Bridge underground station, which suddenly swerved, bounced off the pavement and hit several pedestrians. He said he heard what sounded like gunfire about five to 10 minutes later.
Another witness, Brad Myers, had just left London Bridge when he heard a “boom” behind him, which he thinks was the sound of a car hitting the guardrails or other vehicles. He said he saw someone jump into the water to avoid being hit.
Multiple ambulances were sent to the scene with the first team arriving within six minutes, according to the London Ambulance Service. An advanced trauma team was also sent by car.
As emergency services rushed to respond, reports came in of multiple stabbings at Borough Market, a popular gourmet food market with restaurants that were open and busy on a Saturday night.
Witness Elsbeth Smedley told CNN that a man ran into Elliot restaurant in Borough Market, and stabbed two people before running out.
As they responded to the two incidents, police were then called to a third potential attack — reports of an “incident” in nearby Vauxhall, a residential area, which occurred just before 1 a.m. (8p ET). Police confirmed it was not related.
At 00.25 a.m., police announced the two incidents at London Bridge and Borough Market were “terrorist incidents.” People were warned to avoid the area while emergency vehicles attended to the incidents which police described as “ongoing.”
British Prime Minister Theresa May calls the London Bridge incident a “potential act of terrorism.” On Sunday, she’ll chair a meeting of the government’s Cobra emergency committee.
What we don’t know
How many attackers there were, their motives and whether they were acting together are all questions being asked.
The proximity of the attacks and the timing seem to suggest they were coordinated, but police have not confirmed that….

THE "REAL" SOLUTION TO JIHADIST KNIFE ATTACKS

"One of them had a big knife, then he came in and walked around the restaurant, I guess they just kind of stabbed anyone that they saw and knocked things on the ground and then we just hid."

So this last weekend - mid Ramadan (but the UK authorities are adamant that has nothing to do with it) - yet another series of well coordinated attacks in London. The timing was on cue, and the technology was primitive, yet the effect was successful.

The weapons were simple: Aggression, Motor Vehicles, and Knives. Unless the nanny-state wishes to now castrate the aggression out of all males, prohibit all sharp instruments in an Okinawan-like decree, and force everyone to use public transportation, the ability of the state to prevent the next one is ridiculously impossible as long as the culture that advocates such things is allowed to roam free in the west. That last bit is out of the hands of normal people like us, yet we are the ones that will stand at the front line of the effects of the political decisions made by those in charge. And we will either stand as ready sacrifices to the death cult, or as combatants.

Britain seems to have already chosen out of their self-imposed helplessness. Soon the west, and Europe in particular, will either find its warrior heart and embrace the old ways, or it will be bent over the table and given its fate. In this article, which I am certain will upset the "martial arts" guys, I will discuss the reality of facing a jihadist with a knife bent of "stabbing anyone they see". I will discuss "The Jihadist Vehicle Attacks" later. So here we go -

1). Forget the fantasy of empty hand defenses: Do not think for one minute that your secret Jujitsu or Kung Fu methods will guarantee you winning against a dedicated, motivated, young and fit jihadist armed with a big knife intent on killing you. Add to that his expectation of dying that day...add to that his accomplices, also armed with knives, and you get a clearer picture. And winning does not mean 7 out of 10 in the drills at the dojo...it means we want a solid chance at a 100% success rate because anything less means that you die. Your chances may be better if you have devoted your entire life to nothing but full contact martial arts training (and if your adversaries are unskilled)...but otherwise...unarmed against the knife is a very foolish match to go into.

2). Instead of going Jackie Chan, use a weapon: Yes, I know...it may mean violating the rules. As I have said...and it is almost a cliche now...we live in a time of war and we must make adjustments to the reality and accept that the authorities cannot prevent these events from taking place. So if you live in a free state, carry a firearm with you - EVERYWHERE. Ignore the sign if there is one saying you cannot. If you live in a not so free state, carry a firearm with you anyway and always obey the speed limit. If you live in a country intentionally bereft of any warrior culture, see item three.

3). Always be armed no matter the rules: "But Gabe...we live in (insert oppressed socialist state or nation here) and we can't even buy a picture of a gun here". A modern, educated man with a set of nuts in his bag will always figure out a way to be armed. No guns? OK, get your own knife. Knife versus knife is a far better proposition than unarmed versus knife is it not? My God, at the very least get a big fat stick that you can claim is a cane and that you can crush skulls with. It really is not that difficult if there is courage, and a will, and a defiant heart that denies the state's right to control your destiny. "But Gabe, the rules say I cannot have guns, knives, sticks, anything that could possibly be used as a weapon and they are about to pass laws banning ill will". When you cannot live in safety, and in obedience to the established law, a learned man will happily become a scofflaw. If you disagree with that, I really have nothing for you. Sorry...good luck.

4). Learn to be violent: This is why I am not impressed with the majority of martial arts training. Too much sport. Too much esoteric spiritual stuff. Not enough violence. We need more "martial", and less "art" - as it were. I expect that today, the Monday after the London Bridge attack, the martial arts schools in the UK (and USA) will be filled with eager soccer moms and football dads (cricket-moms and rugby-dads?) looking for the easy solution to this problem. And they will be taught esoteric stuff intended for the "perfection of character", or stuff developed for winning a match somewhere. What they need is to be taught to physically destroy their opponent, crushing windpipes, smashing skulls, breaking bones. The "real karate" that so few schools even understand much less teach. But again, see item 1. I have trained in hand to hand stuff since I was ten years old and I would prefer to not face against a knife empty handed.

5). Learn preemption: It is 2017. Are we already forgetting that there is a true social-religious-political culture living in the west...in truth invited by the west, that seeks to supplant western culture by force and attrition with its own culture? If you see a couple of strong young men, that look like they just got off the boat from Afghanistan moving aggressively toward you with knives in their hands - do we really need to have a time out to explain what their intentions are for you? This is the time to draw and shoot each one of them to the ground, not running or hiding.

6). Keep alert: All the weapons and willingness to violence will not help you in the least if you are asleep at the bar. The first part of all this is staying alert. Sit where you can see the exit, have your back covered or have an equally alert associate watching it. Look around constantly and know who is moving and what is happening. Don't want to live like that you say? Well, western nations, you should have thought about that before you invited the death cult into your country, or voted for fools that did so. You live in a time of war and you will either deny it and hope you are not selected by the next jihadist, or you accept reality and prepare to meet him. That is all. There are no secret techniques to defend against the knife by physically frail and empty handed males. It takes violence and weapons. And in that order.

Noting the children of Islamic immigrants have been responsible for a large number of ISIS-inspired attacks on European soil, the London-born Law and Justice (PiS) MEP said Poland is “learning from the mistakes” of other nations in the West, and so refuses to “open [its] doors to Islamic migrants.”

Asked whether he thinks the politicians running Poland have any good advice on how to avoid terrorism for Britain, which has experienced three Jihadist attacks in three months, and other countries in Western Europe, Czarnecki said the country has “a very specific concept — no Islamic immigrants.

“With regards to Britain, we have already told them on several occasions they need to deport, not tolerate, radical migrants.

“If a radical Muslim cleric in a mosque calls on his brothers in the faith … to fight the infidels, well, I think that there are grounds to expel such an imam.

“Fortunately, Poland does not make these mistakes that other countries have made when it comes to our immigration policy, and so we don’t have these headaches,” stated the MEP,who sits on the European Parliament’s foreign affairs committee.

Speaking in Poland’s parliament at the end of last month after a terror attack in Manchester claimed the lives of 23 adults and children, including a Polish couple, Prime Minister Beata Szydło condemned the “political elites” of Europe and warned the continent must put in place “strong politicians” who are willing to tackle terrorism.

Speaking of the need to act, Szydło said: “Where are you headed Europe?… Rise from your knees and from your lethargy or you will be crying over your children every day.

The PiS premier’s government is currently fighting European Commission plans for every member state signed up to the Common European Asylum System to take in a quota of migrants currently living in Greece and Italy.

Reacting to the European Union’s (EU) setting of a June deadline, by which Poland and Hungary must welcome immigrants or face sanctions, Interior Minister Mariusz Błaszczak insisted that asylum seekers from the third world would inflict damage to the Central European nation “much worse” than could any punishment from Brussels.

'I'm Millwall': Brave football Fan, 47, Reveals How He Was Stabbed Eight Times As He Fought The London Bridge Terrorists With His Bare Hands (And How His Mates Have Sent Him A Learn To Run Handbook)

A football fan was left with shocking injuries after he was stabbed eight times by the London Bridge terrorists as he fought them off with his bare hands to allow fellow drinkers to escape.

Brave Roy Larner launched himself at the trio on Saturday night who he said had run in to the Black & Blue restaurant in Borough Market shouting, 'This is for Allah' and 'Islam, Islam, Islam'.

As staff and customers panicked, the 47-year-old shouted, 'F**k you, I'm Millwall,' before trying to punch the attackers, who have been named as Khuram Butt, Rachid Redouane and Youssef Zaghba.

The 47-year-old has since been hailed as the Lion of London Bridge, a homage to his club's nickname, having potentially saved numerous lives

His actions are said to have saved lives as people were able to escape while Mr Larner fought the terrorists back, getting slashed in his head, chest and hands in the process.

Mr Larner, 47, from Peckham, south London, is recovering from surgery after being slashed 'in the head' multiple times by the assailants.

Speaking from his bed at St Thomas' Hospital in central London, he said: 'I'm a bit better. I've had surgery. They reckon I might have to be in here a week.

'I just did what I had to do.'

He was pictured propping himself up in his hospital bed with a 'learn to run' manual his friends had given him - which they said displayed 'our south east London sense of humour'.

He told The Sun the three murderers started shouting Islamic chants, and said: 'Like an idiot I shouted back at them. I thought, "I need to take the p*** out of these b******s".'

'I took a few steps towards them and said, "F*** you, I’m Millwall," So they started attacking me.'

As he shouted the same message again, the attack got even more frenzied and Roy was forced to swing wildly at the terrorists who killed seven and put 48 people in hospital in their rampage.

He added: 'I was on my own against all three of them, that's why I got hurt so much.

'It was just me, trying to grab them with my bare hands and hold on. I was swinging.

'I got stabbed and sliced eight times. They got me in my head, chest and both hands. There was blood everywhere.'

Luckily, none of the blows he received hit him cleanly and he survived the ordeal gaining himself the nickname the Lion of London Bridge in a nod to the South-East London football club.

His proud mother Phyllis Larner, 78, said: 'Roy is quite nippy and lippy - he definitely wouldn't back down from a fight.

'He wouldn't care who it was or if they had a knife or a gun.

'I got the call on Sunday about 7.30am from his partner Tracey.

'I wasn't shocked to be honest. He wouldn't care who fronts him up. He will give as good as he gets.

'He must have been trying to help friends or something. The men with knives must have come into the pub and started on him and he would have fronted them up.

'He's had surgery and is now in intensive care.'

She said Mr Larner has three brothers but he's the loudest of the bunch.

She said: 'He doesn't care who it is, he says what he has to say. He's not scared of anyone. He's fearless, my son.'

His partner Tracey Wicks is due to visit him in the hospital with their daughter Freya, 14.

His friend Mick Church said: 'I visited Roy today in intensive care. He has lost his glasses and his hands are bandaged up past his elbows.

'He has two 10-inch scars on the side of his face and neck and his lung collapsed.

'Watching him trying to see the mobile phone and use it to answer the call from his daughter was pitiful but we both laughed at the futility of his struggle. A true brave Millwall man through and through who helped so many Saturday, and who now needs help himself.'

Admiration for his actions has poured in since the tragic night resulting in his friend Archie Webber-Brown setting up a petition for Roy to be given the George Cross.

It is the highest award a civilian can receive for showing extreme courage in the face of adversity - the equivalent of the Victoria Cross in the military.

Mr Webber Brown wrote on the Change.org page: 'Roy Larner charged at the terrorists on London Bridge in order to try and stop them and help others escape, he ended up getting himself stabbed multiple times showing great courage and preparing he's body for the ultimate self-sacrifice to help others, he should be acknowledged and rewarded for he's actions.'

The petition calls for Lib-dem parliamentary candidate for Bermondsey Simon Hughes to nominate the Millwall FC supporter for the prestigious award.

A Just Giving page for the heroic football fan has so far raised more than £10,000.

Jayne Jacob, who set up the page, said: 'Roy got caught up in the terror attack at London Bridge and was badly injured whilst protecting lives. He is now in St. Thomas's hospital in intensive care. A Millwall supporter and in my mind a proper hero and deserves our support and aid to help him on his recovery.'

Responding to his courageous act, well-wishers flooded the page with messages of support.

Katy Moss said: 'What a true Gent, as a south-east Londoner myself I take great comfort in knowing that people like you are on the streets. I wish you a speedy recovery and I too would love to shake your hand if our paths ever cross.'

Steven Lawrence wrote: 'You have saved people's lives, hero!'

Kerry McKenzie commented: 'I'm a local girl from Bermondsey and work in London Bridge I take comfort knowing people like Roy exist! Legend in my eyes if I'm ever lucky enough to cross your path in the street I'd shake your hand and say "thank you"'.
