Russian Spetsnaz Videos

Found a couple of videos about the Russian Spetsnaz that I thought would be of interest. Both are from Russian television and are therefore in Russian.

The first one is about 40 minutes long: Otrajenie-Spetsnaz

Some nice pictures of the VSS sniper rifle in action, and some interesting CQB hand to hand moves shown.

And, the second one is only about 7 minutes long: Spetsnaz Selection - Vitiaz Unit (Sound on this one sucks so you will have to really crank it up.)

Not having formal military training personally, it's difficult for me to evaluate the video relative to US military special forces training. That said, they appear to be turning the recruits in the video into machines.
