While listening to Michael Savage last night on the radio, he made an interesting proposal. Resurrecting the Sedition Act.

So my question is, should the Sedition Act be revived and enforced?

While I am as strict a Constitutionalist as one could likely be, I am reminded of the phrase "the Constitution is not a suicide pact". I believe that those who stand against the Constitution, the United States, and the freedoms our citizens enjoy should not be able to have the benefit of those freedoms they are working to destroy.

But that is my opinion. What say you all?
