In April, I bought the cable pkg that allows me to see almost every baseball game - I don't think I've missed many Detroit games.

The Series went very well. Rogers pitched like a man possessed. They've just played outstanding baseball.

I can't wait for Sat evening.

How do you get those games that they didn't have TV for???? Wow... technology is a miracle.

This year, Time Warner Cable (TWC) had a deal called "MLB Extra Innings."

I've bought the one through Directv in 04 and 05.

I wondered about it at first - as in 'how did they get the games.'

The reality is that they send you the games from the Fox Sports Channels.

TWC had the games on channels Game 1 through Game 10 - they used those 10 channels to pipe in the Fox Sports Channel that was broadcasting a game.

You can watch 4 or 5 games a day, if you can sit that long.

Well that sucked.

And that play at third where the Cards runner slammed into Inge pissed me off. The runner KNEW that if he ran into Inge, they would call it 'Obstruction,' and he would be safe at the plate.

That's a real bush league play - and I hate that crap.

Legal = yes.

Cheap and cheesy = absolutely.

Otherwise, the Cards played a very good game. This will be a good series.

The Cards are playing great baseball, and right now deserve to win The Series.
