Now they are trying to blame this on "race relations" instead of terrorism.

And to his mother... THAT IS YOUR SON. He's a MONSTER. Get used to it. He has tried to convert people to Islam. He hated whites. He killed an INNOCENT, OLDER woman, who couldn't defend herself at all. He attacked her from BEHIND giving her NO warning. So Mom, he's a sonofabitch.

Oklahoma beheading: Suspect charged with murder; race called trigger

    By Christine Mai-Duc

Suspect in Oklahoma beheading had made comments about 'not liking white people,' authorties say

'Highly likely' that prosecutor will seek death penalty in Oklahoma beheading case

Authorities in Oklahoma have filed charges against a man they say beheaded a coworker and tried to behead another before he was stopped by the bullet of an off-duty sheriff’s deputy.

Alton Nolen, 30, faces charges of murder, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and assault with a deadly weapon, said Cleveland County Dist. Atty. Greg Mashburn.

If convicted, Nolen could face the death penalty for the murder charge, and life in prison for each of the assault charges, Mashburn said.
Nolen is accused of beheading Colleen Hufford, 54, and then attacking Traci Johnson, 43, during an attack Thursday at the Vaughan Foods processing plant in Moore, Okla. Nolen was allegedly trying to behead Johnson when he was shot by a company executive.

Mark Vaughan, the company’s chief operating officer and a reserve deputy for the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Department, fired three shots. He hit Nolen with a single bullet that traveled through his arm and hit his abdomen, stopping the attack before police arrived, Mashburn said.

Despite reports from witnesses that Nolen had tried to convert several co-workers to Islam, Mashburn said Tuesday that the dispute that led to his suspension “had more to do with race than it did him trying to convert anyone.”

According to Mashburn, Johnson, the surviving victim, had complained that day to the company’s human resources department that Nolen had made some statements about “not liking white people.”

Company officials suspended Nolen that day. He went home, got a knife and came back to the front office seeking revenge against “certain people he felt responsible for getting him suspended and who had wronged him,” the district attorney said.

Johnson was one of those people, but Mashburn said the three people Nolen intended to target were of different sexes and races.

Mashburn said it is “highly likely” that his office will pursue the death penalty in Nolen’s case, but that he will make a final decision after meeting with Hufford’s family.

Nolen is still recovering in the hospital and is expected to be arraigned once he is released. Johnson was released from the hospital over the weekend after being treated for serious cuts to her neck and face, authorities said.

The FBI is assisting in the investigation, looking into Nolen’s background and whether he has any ties to terrorist organizations. Authorities said Nolen had uttered Arabic sayings during the attack, and that Facebook posts from him suggest he had an “infatuation with beheadings.”

    And O'hare....

Here's the dude what done it.

Deeply regretful: Brian Howard is accused of setting a fire in an O'Hare air traffic control center before trying to kill himself. He expressed his remorse through his attorney on Monday

A man accused of setting fire to an air control facility in Chicago on Friday, causing an outage that continues to disrupt flights, appeared in federal court on Monday to hear the charges against him and was ordered held without bond.

Brian Howard, 36, of the Chicago suburb of Naperville, appeared in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois and was charged with damaging an air navigation facility, interfering with its operations and endangering the safety of aircraft in flight.

He did not enter a plea, but through his attorney said 'he deeply regrets' his actions.

For many insiders, who see just how devastating his alleged actions were to air traffic controllers, his regret may not be enough.

'This is the biggest challenge we have faced in the national airspace system since the tragedy of 9/11,' Paul Rinaldi, president of the air traffic controllers union, told NBC News.

'We're going back to manually inputting routes, and you have a very large chunk of airspace that is not being controlled by anybody, and we're re-routing airplanes around this airspace.'

Howard, a telecommunications contractor at the control center for eight years, tried to kill himself with a knife at the center on Friday when he sabotaged the facility, according to the criminal complaint against him.

He was released from hospital on Monday morning and appeared in court with a bandage around his neck.

'He made a tragic mistake in the course of trying to end his own life,' his defense attorney, Ron Safer, told reporters after the hearing.

'Brian tried to take his life,' Safer told reports, including the Chicago Tribune. 'That he did so in a way that inconvenienced … many, many people is unacceptable and he deeply regrets that.'

Court appearance: Howard, 36, (right) appeared in court for the first time on Monday after allegedly setting a fire that left regional and national air traffic snarled for days. Police say the FAA contractor slit his wrists and his own throat after setting the fire. A court sketch appears to show his neck bandaged

The center controls aircraft flying above 5,000 feet over a large part of the central United States. The sabotage on Friday affected more than 3,000 flights.

Howard was disgruntled because he had been told he was being transferred to Hawaii, according to the criminal complaint. He posted a Facebook message early on Friday saying he was going to take his life. Friends who saw the message alerted the police.

Cancellations and delays continued on Monday at Chicago airports, with 300 canceled flights at O'Hare International Airport, according to Chicago's Department of Aviation.

The U.S. aviation safety agency's top official said on Monday he has asked for a review of all U.S. air traffic control contingency plans and security policies following the incident.

Speaking at an industry conference, Federal Aviation Administration Administrator Michael Huerta said the agency won't hesitate to make changes in security policies if needed.

Huerta, in his first public comments since the incident, said 20 of 29 pieces of communications equipment were damaged by the fire and were still being replaced.

Lingering effects: Cancellations and delays continued on Monday at Chicago airports, with 300 canceled flights at O'Hare International Airport, according to Chicago's Department of Aviation. The fire's effects are expected to linger through half of October

CHICAGO AIR TRAFFIC NIGHTMARE FAQs: THE NIGHTMARE LINGERS ON

Air traffic control at Chicago's O'Hare airport was brought to its knees after Brian Howard allegedly set a fire in a control center basement Friday. As the regional and even nationwide effects linger on, what should you know about the situation and about your own travel plans?

Q: How many flights have been canceled?

    +5

The U.S. aviation safety agency's top official said on Monday he has asked for a review of all U.S. air traffic control contingency plans and security policies following the incident

A: Since Friday morning, more than 3,700 flights have been canceled at O'Hare Airport, the nation's second-largest airport by passengers, and Midway Airport, the nation's 21st largest.
Q: Which airlines have been hardest hit?
A: United Airlines and its regional partners canceled 1,579 flights, according to flight tracking site FlightAware.com. American Airlines and its regional carriers canceled 1,415 flights, Southwest Airlines 601 flights and Delta Air Lines 46 flights.
Q: How did airlines decide which flights to scrap?
A: The vast majority of flights canceled by American, Delta and United were on their regional partner airlines. Those jets, which fly to smaller cities, typically carry 50 or 75 passengers, compared with the 150 or 200 on larger planes. Yet they still require the same amount of work for controllers.
Q: So did this just affect Chicago?
A: No. As planes fly across the country at high altitudes, they are handed off from one regional control center to another. There are 21 such facilities. The one in Aurora covers 91,000 square miles of airspace over five states and hundreds of airports.
Q: What did the FAA do to keep planes flying?
A: Responsibility for any air traffic flying above 18,000 feet in that region has been split up among the four neighboring air traffic control centers in Minneapolis, Kansas City, Cleveland and Indianapolis. Further, the FAA is redirecting transcontinental flights around Chicago's airspace.
Q: What about flights to the Chicago area?
A: Traffic below 18,000 feet is being handled by 19 regional facilities, which hand off approaching flights to the individual airport control towers for clearance to land.
Q: If the FAA was able to create such a backup system, why were so many flights canceled?
A: First, it took some time to get the plan in place. Next, there was a problem sharing data between the various control centers. Since the fire took out telecommunications, there was no easy way to exchange flight data between Chicago and the four neighboring centers. The FAA was typing in flight-plan information for each plane and printing it out on a strip. To safely manage that process, the number of planes in the sky had to be reduced. The government has since been able to automate much of the process, significantly improving the number of planes that can be handled.
Q: What are delays like now?
A: The FAA said Monday that the takeoff and landing rate at O'Hare was at 80 percent of the rate last week at the same time. Midway's rate was at more than 90 percent of the prior week's rate. Luckily for the airlines and passengers, the area has experienced mostly calm weather, with no severe thunderstorms that could further slow flights.
Q: When are operations expected to get back to normal?
A: The FAA says it will have the Aurora center open on Oct. 13.
Q: Why will it take two weeks to fix the problem?
A: First, crews are cleaning the area damaged by the fire, making sure the building is safe. Other crews are reconfiguring space on a different floor to house new equipment. The work involves replacing 20 of 29 racks of fiber-optic cables and other telecommunications equipment and re-establishing more than 600 circuits, "so it's a very, very large job," FAA Administrator Michael P. Huerta said.
Q: In light of the fire, will the FAA change how it operates and secures these facilities?
A: Huerta said the agency might need to treat some buildings, like the center in Aurora, differently because they are more critical to the national air traffic system than others. Over the next 30 days, the FAA will conduct a review of its contingency plans for unexpected events like Friday's fire, as well as security at its facilities.

Shooting at Kentucky high school leaves student injured

A student from a Louisville, Ky., area high school was rushed to the hospital Tuesday after a gunman opened fire, authorities said.
The student's injuries are non-life-threatening, according to police officials who briefed reporters after the incident at Fern Creek Traditional High School.
Authorities did not offer any information on the gunman, only that he fled the scene and that it's an isolated incident.
News cameras captured the scene at the suburban high school as police escorted students with their hands raised from the high school to a nearby softball field.
Louisville police are expected to release a formal statement on the shooting later Tuesday.
This post will be updated with additional details as they become available.

When they’re yelling “Allāhu Akbar” while beheading someone…

It has EVERYTHING to do with Islam

Last Thursday morning as Colleen Hufford arose and readied for work, her thoughts very likely were on the day ahead, things needing to be done, realizing that tomorrow would be Friday and maybe even thinking up weekend plans with her grandchildren. Little did she know that she was en route to becoming another statistic, a sticking point in the manic affirmations of America’s leaders that her death, like so many before hers, “had nothing to do with Islam.”
But the truth is Ms Hufford’s grisly demise has everything to do with Islam, as does the death of the victims of Nidal Hasan in the Fort Hood rampage, the beheading of British Army drummer, Lee Rigby, in May of last year and countless other victims of this sick death cult we know as Islam.
Let’s not mince words here, the constant attempt at redefining reality by our leaders’ insistence that the Muslim violence we are witnessing on a daily basis has nothing to do with the Muslim religion, is frankly offensive and in the end encourages more and ever grislier acts of terror.
In “problem solving 101” we learned that location and formulation of the problem was the first step in finding a solution. However, covering one’s eyes and pretending there is no problem will not make the problem disappear. In point of fact, it will only make the problem bigger and much harder to solve.
So long as western leaders, like Barack Obama, David Cameron and others continue to insist that these acts of violence are mere “workplace violence” or “isolated instances” they will continue to provide cover to the insidious and duplicitous cancer growing in our midst.
I’m certain there are Muslims that do not agree with the violence, just as there were Germans that disagreed with the Nazis. We saw the results of the quiescence of the Germans who were too timid to speak out against the Nazis. We are beginning to see the results of the silence of so-called “moderate” Muslims.

Plot to bomb holiday event leads to 30-year term

    By NIGEL DUARA, Associated Press | October 2, 2014 | Updated: October 2, 2014 9:32am

FILE - A Nov. 27, 2010, file photo provided by the Multnomah County, Ore., Sheriff's Office, shows Mohamed Mohamud. Nearly four years after 19-year-old Mohamud showed up at a Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Portland, Ore., and triggered what turned out to be a fake bomb provided by the FBI, he is scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014.

    1 of 6

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — One thousand, four hundred and six days after he screamed "God is great" while police officers dragged him into a waiting van, a young Somali American was sentenced to 30 years in prison for plotting to detonate a bomb.

His intended target was a downtown Portland square one night after Thanksgiving 2010, where thousands of revelers watched the mayor light a towering Christmas tree. The bomb was a fake, part of an elaborate FBI sting with Mohamed Mohamud as its target.

Mohamud was 19 then, a fact a federal judge in Portland took into account when sentencing him Wednesday to three decades in prison. His attorneys asked for a prison on the West Coast, and pledged to appeal his sentence.

In their telling, Mohamud was a vulnerable, confused teenager, a prime target for the FBI sting. By playing on his Muslim faith, the undercover agents posing as jihadis lured him into a six-month plot that effectively brainwashed him: The Oregon State University freshman who entered the plot left it fully radicalized.

But U.S. District Court Judge Garr King rejected that analysis. While Mohamud was indeed young and lacked the means to carry out a terrorist plot, he had the will and ambition, King said Wednesday.

When given the choice to participate in an internal, peaceful struggle, Mohamud instead declared he wanted to "become operational." He maintained that course even after being told he would see corpses and body parts.

Prosecutors had sought a 40-year term for Mohamud, now 23. But King said the defendant's youth and remorse for his actions helped lower his sentence.

King said he believes the actions of undercover FBI agents edged into "imperfect entrapment," the idea that while they didn't fully entrap Mohamud in a legal sense, they encouraged him to commit wrongdoing.

"This is a sad case," King said.

Mohamud and his parents spoke before he was sentenced.

"The things I said and did were terrible," Mohamud said. "The hardest thing is to go over the (undercover agents') tapes, to see myself, to hear what I was saying."

His mother, Mariam Barre, begged the judge for leniency.

"Give him another chance," she said through tears on the witness stand.

His father, Osman Barre, said he has watched his teenage son become an adult in prison and mature in the process. But King said Mohamud's youth aside, the sentence had to both punish him for his actions and serve as a warning for anyone planning similar acts.

FBI Director James Comey said Wednesday that King's remarks about "imperfect entrapment" will have no effect on the agency's sting operations.

Osman Barre was the first person to alert the FBI of his son's early leanings toward violent jihad, something he later said he regretted. The alert led the FBI to launch its sting operation.

Comey said Wednesday that parents in a similar situation ultimately have no other recourse, and he's unsure whether Mohamud's case would discourage them from coming forward.

"I just don't know what the alternative is," Comey said.

Jurors rejected Mohamud's entrapment defense at his January 2013 trial. The sentencing was pushed back a year after the government disclosed that warrantless overseas wiretaps helped make its case. The defense unsuccessfully sought a new trial.

Man with Ebola virus flew roundabout trip to U.S.

The first reported case of Ebola in the United States is spooking airline investors and raising the prospect that some frightened travelers might stay home despite repeated reassurances from public-health experts.

Details of the man’s 28-hour trip from western Africa emerged Wednesday. He flew on two airlines, took three flights, and had lengthy airport layovers before reaching Texas on Sept. 20.

Still, federal officials say other passengers on the flights are at no risk of infection because the man had no symptoms at the time of his trip.

Thomas Eric Duncan left Monrovia, Liberia, on Sept. 19 aboard a Brussels Airlines jet to the Belgian capital, according to a Belgian official. After layover of nearly seven hours, he boarded United Airlines Flight 951 to Dulles International Airport near Washington, D.C. After another layover of nearly three hours, he then flew Flight 822 from Dulles to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, the airline confirmed.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Duncan sought medical care Sept. 25 in Dallas after falling ill the day before.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Disease at the National Institutes of Health, told The Associated Press that even though Duncan took several flights to reach the U.S., his lack of symptoms at the time made it “extraordinarily unlikely” that he infected anyone else on the planes.

Still, the incident spooked airline investors. Shares of United and other leading U.S. airline companies dropped 2.8 percent or more. Shares of European carriers fell by similar margins.

“The fear is if this gets worse, it would affect people’s travel behavior,” said Joseph DeNardi, an analyst with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Health officials “sound confident that they’ve got it under control. Hopefully they’re right.”

The CDC typically notifies an airline when it learns that an infectious person traveled on that carrier. The airline then turns over the flight manifest to the CDC, and health officials notify other passengers while the airline deals with crew members.

In this case, the CDC told United but not the public what flights the man took. In an interview Wednesday with the AP, Dr. Thomas Frieden, director of the CDC, suggested that doing so would divert public-health resources away from controlling an outbreak of the virus. He said the CDC was focused on finding and tracking anyone who came in contact with Duncan after he began showing symptoms.

Public health officials have assured fliers that airports in Africa, Europe and the U.S. are taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the virus, including screening passengers for fever.

An outbreak of SARS — severe acute respiratory syndrome — crippled air travel in Asia in 2003. Michael Derchin, an analyst with CRT Capital Group, said it is too early to draw a comparison between one Ebola patient and the 2003 SARS outbreak. He noted that SARS is an airborne disease that health officials say is transmitted more easily than Ebola.

Is this last story in the correct thread? Doesn't seem to me to be a conspired terror plot by the infected man ... flying Africa>Belgium>DC>Dallas doesn't really seem like a "round about trip" either.

Let me explain my thinking here.

No, he seems to be just a guy visiting the US. He also was in Liberia. He's a Liberian. 12% of Liberia is Muslim, they are off the radar as they are not "Middle East".

So what better way to infiltrate the US than to send someone who isn't from the places we're watching, right?

    Where is Ebola? Liberia.

What if we take a "convert", and send him through a roundabout method to the US and make sure he's prepared to do his duty for Jihad? We allow him to be "infected" and do a test flight in to "visit relatives". If he suddenly has ebola when he gets there.. COOL. If not, well, we'll try again.

But, he will get through. He's not a threat. He's going while he's well and not sick. He's going to be in the MIDST of the infidels when he becomes contagious.

Now... if we can get 20 guys through into different areas of the planet before they become contagious - WOOT!

    See my thinking?

"And then we'll have him go to the ER when the early symptoms start and trust that the ER docs will not see any issue and release him back into the general public and then he'll go back to the ER a couple days later when he's getting sicker."

I have no doubt that any anti-US groups, like AlQ/ISIS are watching and planning based on this.

But if this was really a directed test, I'm guessing he would not have just gone to visit family and hit the ER once he found himself getting sick. He would have taken those early symptom days and spent time at the mall and at bus/train depots (since the security isn't as tight as airports), and went to visit a lot of friends. Maybe check out a few of the mega-churches in the south. etc.

But now that it's gone this way ... why not try it with a dozen or twenty likely-infected folks and have them purposefully spread things around?

    Geometric progression, Brykovian.

Remember, walking through 4 airports puts you in contact with thousands, who then travel all over the world.....

One man, sick or somehow spreading the germs (any germs) is going to spread it quickly.

    Just to be clear....

    1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 1024, 2048.... is a geometric progression.

    1 guy infects 2. 2 infect 2 each. Etc.

Walking around a crowded mall and wandering through churches might be a tactic. But strategically it's easier to JUST TEST things.

Now... I want to also be clear. I'm speculating. I have no idea what this guy's background is. The majority of Liberia are Christians.

I was postulating that it would be possible, and easier to get someone from a country like that through security than sending someone in from, say, Syria, right?

So if you are careful with your terrorist-recruiting in a place like that - where the disease already exists (they don't have to weaponize it, or inject it into willing or unwilling victims) and send them on a "normal trip" with a side stop or two, or through several airports to avoid detection, pass the germs around... well, what could be simpler?

DHS Chatter: Suspected Terrorists Planning to Infect Themselves With Ebola

    Posted on by News

    by SHTFPlan.com

A friend of mine recently attended a local conference with speaker Perry Stone. One of the most interesting topics was the use of Ebola as a weapon by terrorists. When we think of weaponized Ebola, we think of some high-tec way of distributing the virus in the air or water supply. For a terrorist willing to sacrifice their own life, the deployment is much more simple.

Perry stone told the conference attendees that he has three sources at high levels within the government: two within DHS and one within the CDC. All have confirmed that there is chatter of suspected terrorists inflicting themselves with the Ebola virus and then traveling to the US to infect others. Again, this information is anecdotal and twice removed from the so-called “sources”. However, when logically thinking about how terrorists operate, it’s a frightening reality.

AND radical Islam is spreading quickly throughout those countries. In fact, Nigeria with 60 million Muslims has already adopted Sharia law throughout many of its northern states. What this means is that we have a very large population of Muslims who will continue the trend of radicalization and hatred towards the western world.

Take Ebola patient zero in the US. He traveled freely from Liberia to the US. Since the incubation period of the virus is up to 21 days, people can appear healthy and board planes in these countries.

And last but not least – Terrorists are willing to give up their own lives to kill others in the name of Allah

To a normal person, the thought of self-infliction with Ebola sounds mad. However, for a terrorist, it means glory in the name of Allah.

So let’s put this threat together and see if it’s credible:

    • We have several Muslim dense countries within Africa, and radical Islam is spreading quickly through the region.
    • It just so happens that many of these countries are out of control with Ebola infections.
    • Many unconfirmed terrorists have VISAs which allow them to travel freely from these countries into the US, and there is little restrictions in these countries in terms of inbound and outbound flights.
    • Terrorists are willing to kill themselves in the name of Jihad. It seems VERY credible to me that a terrorist would self-infect themselves by finding individuals infected with ebola, thereby weaponizing themselves. So long as they are not on the terrorist watch list, they can board a plane and make their way to the US. From there, they can wait until they get symptoms and start purposefully infecting others in highly populated areas. Why would they want to put themselves through that agony though? Well, perhaps some can deal with the pain until death, but perhaps some of them will commit suicide when the symptoms become unbearable or they are no longer mobile. Will this threat really manifest? With Black Friday shopping and the Christmas season coming up, it seems very easy to find densely populated areas to infect. However, any major city can be a target at any point in time.

In addition to the above:

    Radical Islam in Sub-Saharan Africa

Last updated on: October 31, 2009 12:31 AM

According to World Bank estimates, Sub-Saharan Africa, the region south of the Sahara Desert, has the world’s largest proportion of people living on less than a dollar-a-day. Situated between the Indian Ocean to the east, and the Atlantic Ocean to the west, the region encompasses more than 50 countries and about 250-million Muslims, or one-fifth of the world’s Muslim population.
Traditionally home to the moderate and more tolerant Islamic Sufi sect, Sub-Saharan Africa is now grappling with pockets of radical Islamists seeking to establish strict Islamic law among some of the region’s more disenfranchised communities. Kenyan Ali Mazrui [maz-ROO-wi] of the Institute of Global Cultural Studies at New York State University at Binghamton says radical Islam is spreading in two major forms. He adds, “There’s the revivalist trend, which is not necessarily politically explosive, and there’s the radicalizing trend, which can be politically explosive. The revivalists can be quite conservative and politically accommodating. You’ll find aspects of that in some African countries, including on the eastern seaboard. But the radicalizing tendency which is more recent is definitely politically ominous in some respects, although the causes of it have to be sought beyond the borders of the African continent.”
Somalia, Eritrea and Kenya are among the Sub-Saharan countries where people are increasingly leaning toward radicalism. Nigeria, home to some 60-million Muslims, has already seen Islamic law adopted across its northern states, often contributing to religious tensions and violence. But many analysts note that it will be very difficult for more radical elements to convert traditionally moderate Sub-Saharan societies on a large scale. Moreover, Ricardo Rene Laremont of New York State University at Binghamton points out that radical Islamic elements have not had an opportunity to rule in many Sub-Saharan countries. He goes on to say, “They are there operating in the most marginalized elements of society, saying that they are providing an alternative to states and countries that don’t work. And because they’re providing alternatives and because their constituency are those people 15-25 [years old] who are marginalized, they then have a political constituency that they can mobilize.”
Most analysts agree that poverty, corruption and political alienation are contributing to the spread of radicalism in Sub-Saharan Africa. Some blame 19th century European colonialism for remapping ethnic territories, marginalizing Muslims and, in some cases, leaving a legacy of inter-communal strife. They point out that Muslims in countries historically dominated by Christians, such as Ethiopia and Ivory Coast, do not wield political power relative to their large numbers. Some experts blame Saudi Arabia, Iran and Libya for financing and exporting intolerant brands of Islam to Africa. But George Washington University’s David Shinn, a former U-S Ambassador to Ethiopia and Burkina Faso, says it would be wrong to attribute this phenomenon to any one reason or country. He adds, “I think there are many reasons, and the reasons often vary from one region to another. I think it’s very important to understand what these causes are, and to try to get to the bottom of them. I have a suspicion that some of the problems that exist in Sub-Saharan Africa are rather dissimilar than those that exist, say in the Middle East and South Asia.”
Ambassador Shinn, who served both Republican and Democratic administrations in the 1980s and ’90s adds that social inequality, alienation and isolation of certain groups on religious or ethnic grounds warrant more attention in some Sub-Saharan countries. He says, “Some of these i ssues have to be looked at with greater care because these are the feeding grounds or the parts of Africa where it’s easier for more committed extremists from outside the region to move through to gain local support and assistance, even though the local people in those cases are not the ones who are providing most of the foot-soldiers for extremism and terrorism.”
Many analysts cite the bombing of the U-S embassy in Kenya in 1998 as an example of the type of threats posed by radicals moving into the region from the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Because of this relative ease of movement, some experts say the West needs to confront this phenomenon more urgently. David McCormack of the Center for Security Policy in Washington warns that radical elements endanger the moderate, constructive Islamic forces in countries such as Kenya and Nigeria, and pose a threat to American interests. He says, “The United States really has to start doing more to address these threats. They need to include Sub-Saharan Africa as part of the international security framework and not merely treat it as a dumping ground for humanitarian aid.”
But other analysts note that the United States has enhanced its security presence in Africa to deal with extremism and terrorism, and recently increased economic assistance to the continent. Nevertheless, most analysts agree that more needs to be done. Among them is political scientist Ali Mazrui of Binghamton University, who says the radicalization of Sub-Saharan Africa is inexorably tied to the Middle East. He adds, “The West has to remember that because eastern Africa is so close to the Middle East, it has to address Middle Eastern problems themselves. The two major ones that are generating passion are, of course, the Palestinian- Israeli issue and what is regarded as an imperial role by the United States in both Africa and the Middle East. So those have to be addressed external to Africa if we are to make sure that Africa itself doesn’t go up in flames.”
With Africa on its way to becoming the first Muslim continent, most analysts agree that the West needs to do more to stem the tide of radicalism, by increasing assistance to moderate Muslims, enhancing cultural exchanges and encouraging the study and understanding of Islam in western universities.

Man shouts ‘Jews, Jews, Jews,’ fires on group walking near private school

A man driving a distinctive Toyota fired on a group of three men walking along Old Pimlico Road after shouting “Jews, Jews, Jews” from his driver’s side window, according to a release from Baltimore County police.
The men weren’t hurt, although police found a hole in the glass window of Bais Hamedrash and Mesivta of Baltimore, an all-male private school.
The shooter was driving from Green Summit Road when he came across the group in the 6800 block of Old Pimlico Road at about 5:30 p.m.
“As the vehicle came closer, the driver held a weapon outside the car window,” according to a release. “The weapon appeared to be some type of BB or air gun. The driver yelled ‘Jews, Jews, Jews’ at the victims and fired the weapon in their direction.”
Although it is unclear if the victims were of Jewish faith, the shooting falls on the same day as Rosh Hashanah, commonly referred to as the Jewish New Year. Police called the shooting a “bias incident,” in the release.

A Muslim Beheaded Two Christians in NJ… And the Media IGNORED It

Posted on October 2, 2014 by JJ Camp

    by Ed BrownFebruary 26, 2013
28 year-old Yusuf Ibrahim had been charged with killing 2 Christians, beheading them and cutting off their hands – eventually burying them in his backyard. It’s also alleged that Ibrahim set fire to a car belonging to one of the victims in order to destroy evidence.

New Jersey Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa spoke to reporters about the crime:
“We allege that the defendant was ruthless and calculating in the manner in which he carried out the killings and attempted to prevent identification of the victims by cutting off their heads and hands before burying their bodies.”
Pamela Gellar of Atlas Shrugs said the murders “appear to have been a ritual killing, religious in nature . . . The victims were Coptic Christians and the murderer was Muslim (and we are painfully aware of the status and treatment of Coptic Christians under Muslim rule in Egypt).”

A very disturbing story indeed. One that we don’t particularly want to read or hear about, but one which certainly qualifies as “news we should know.” But the mainstream media feels differently. They don’t think American’s should know that a Muslim has murdered 2 Christians on U.S. soil and desecrated their remains, committed arson and then dug shallow graves for the corpses in his backyard.

They even refused to report the story minus the religious aspects. That’s hard to understand without assuming it IS in fact the religious implications which the mainstream outlets are attempting to avoid because it’s the same mainstream news media that embraces every other story of shootings and murders – as long as those stories are, obviously, devoid of implications for Islam.

    Why is that?

To prove to you this story does not exist on any of the upper crust agencies, I personally went to the google search engine(and implore you to try this for yourself of course as verification) and entered the search term: “christians beheaded in new jersey” … I scanned the first 20 results (first 2 pages) and there is not one single reference to ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN — or any other major news outlet. I then changed my search term to ‘christians murdered in new jersey” and received the same exact storeis with zero mention from the mainstream. No ABC, no FOX, no CNN, no nothing! These are news websites that are normally found at the very tip top of all news results. It’s not a case of them being beat out of the top 20 by any means.

I’ll state here that I cannot attest that broadcast outlets didn’t report on this story. I can’t implicate television in this media black out, but I suspect it’s just as guilty. If YOU, our reader, saw this reported on major news networks please leave a comment on this article and let us all know because I’m not trying to indict any media which isn’t actually guilty of ignoring this story and subsequently ignoring their obligation to the American People.

To those agencies who have bought a subscription to the philosophy of ignoring matters revolving around Muslims committing crimes against Christians – or U.S. troops, because you either fear or are in alignment with the philosophies and political correctness and “taboo” which is currently being sold across this nation and this world regarding the insulting of Muslims, or Islam or Jiahd, then I charge you with undermining the welfare and safety of the Citizens of this nation which is much more important than following along with the current administrations insistence that all things Islam and Muslim be off limits and that the followers of those ideologies be afforded some sort of special treatment no matter how violent a crime they’ve committed.

Your omission of this story from your archives is a mistake you will never forget in the years to come as these types of crimes continue to escalate in frequency and severity.

All that being said, what can you the reader do to shift your support to news media which DOES bring you serious reporting on these unpleasant but necessary news stories regardless of political agendas?
    The Bow
Being on the backside of this industry I can offer a couple of suggestions: Stay off of mainstream news sites. If you do find yourself in need of their info, always leave their site by Xing out of the browser window cold turkey.

    • Read only what you went there to read and exit WITHOUT clicking on another link or advertisement. Either action benefits the website.
    • Likewise, when on a website which you ARE interested in supporting, always make sure you DO exit by clicking a link or advertisement. The ad clicks help cover the cost of hosting and allows the website to sustain it’s own costs.
    • Leaving by clicking a link instead of Xing the browser helps to lower “bounce rate” which is a somewhat semi-important factor in determining a site’s value.

The outlets which did report on the beheading deaths of the 2 coptic Christians in New Jersey, according to google’s results for the term “christians beheaded in new jersey” are as follows:

    http://www.copticworld.org/articles/1775/
    http://www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message2149439/pg1

It was even reported on non-U.S. media:

    http://europenews.dk/en/node/64584http://monctonnews.net/muslim-who-beheaded-christians-in-new-jersey-charged-with-murder/

Americans should forsake mainstream news media immediately in my opinion. It’s quite obvious that they have long since abandoned us in favor of playing politics with Washington elites.

Parent Speaks Out Trespassing Incident At Moore High School

    Posted: Oct 01, 2014 6:10 PM CDT Updated: Oct 01, 2014 6:15 PM CDT
BY LISA MONAHAN, NEWS 9 – BIO | EMAIL

MOORE, Oklahoma -An Arab man accused of trespassing at Moore High School is being questioned by police.

Sgt. Jeremy Lewis said there is no threat to Moore High School, but they are investigating an incident on Sept. 23, where an Arab man with a thick Arabic accent entered the school unauthorized. He allegedly asked suspicious questions to students and teachers at school.

Police would not disclose the nature of the questioning, but multiple sources tell News9 the man asked about school security. Specifically, he wanted to know how many police officers are present on campus each day and where is the nearest police station.

According to Moore Schools Superintendent Robert Romines, a teacher was also approached by the man. The man allegedly inquired about enrolling his students at the school.

Moore Schools Administrators warned parents of the situation in a letter sent home with students, Wednesday.

“Why did it take so long for this to come out?” asked Stephen Vaughn, while picking up his son after school.

The letter stated the principal was notified of the incident until Sept. 26, one day after the highly-publicized attack at Vaughan Foods in Moore.

10/1/2014 Related Story: Police Locate Subject Of Unauthorized Entry At Moore HS

“Can’t go to school or work, always something to be worried about,” Vaughn said.

Vaughn was already on edge after learning the suspect, Alton Nolen admitted he beheaded a co-worker and stabbed another at Vaughan Foods in Sept. 25. Given the recent events, he said he is even more concerned the Arab man was able to gain access to his son’s school.

“We take this very seriously and that’s why we are working with Moore schools and they will possibly notice a difference in the patrol at the schools,” Lewis said two officers are always on duty at the school.

He also assured parents in a news conference the matter will be fully investigated.

“It’s very concerning. This is something we need to fix as a police department and we need to fix this as a school district,” said Lewis.

Police located the individual, who is cooperating with investigators. He does not face any criminal charges, at this time.

The Moore Police Department is encouraging students and teachers to be vigilant in reporting anyone or anything suspicious on a school campus.

FBI: Militants may be working on plan to strike US

    / Daniel Crane

WASHINGTON (AP) — An al-Qaida cell in Syria that was targeted in American military airstrikes last month could still be working on a plan to attack the United States or its allies and is “looking to do it very, very soon,” the head of the FBI says.
“Given our visibility we know they’re serious people, bent on destruction,” FBI Director James Comey said.
The Khorasan Group, a small but battle-hardened band of al-Qaida veterans from Afghanistan and Pakistan, was the target of U.S. strikes near Aleppo, Syria.
In an interview broadcast Sunday on CBS’ “60 Minutes,” Comey said the militants were “working and, you know, may still be working on an effort to attack the United States or our allies, and looking to do it very, very soon.”
Senior U.S. officials have not said whether the group’s plots have been disrupted.

LIBYA: ‘ Islamist’s Could Use Stolen to Order Jet-Liners in Terrorist Acts Mirroring 911 Attacks ‘

    Rate This

#AceNewsServices – LIBYA (Tripoli) – October 06 – Islamist militias in Libya took control of nearly a dozen commercial jet-liners last month, and western intelligence agencies recently issued a warning that the jets could be used in terrorist attacks across North Africa the Free Beacon reported on September 02 2014.

‘ Libyan Commercial Jetliners Stolen to Order’

“There are a number of commercial airliners in Libya that are missing,” said one official. “We found out on September 11 what can happen with hijacked planes.”

‘ Libyan Commercial Jetliners Stole to Order ‘

The official said the aircraft are a serious counter-terrorism concern because reports of terrorist control over the Libyan airliners came three weeks before the 13th anniversary of 9/11 attacks and the second anniversary of the Libyan terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi.

Four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, were killed in the Benghazi attack, which the Obama administration initially said was the result of a spontaneous demonstration against an anti-Muslim video.

A senior State Department counter-terrorism official declined to comment on reports of the stolen jet-liners.

A second State department official sought to downplay the reports. “We can’t confirm that,” he said.

Meanwhile, officials said Egyptian military forces appear to be preparing to intervene in Libya to prevent the country from becoming a failed state run by terrorists, many with ties to al Qaeda.

Libya remains an oil-rich state and if the country is taken over completely by Islamist extremists, U.S. counter-terrorism officials believe it will become another terrorist safe haven in the region.

The officials said U.S. intelligence agencies have not confirmed the aircraft theft following the takeover of Tripoli International Airport in late August, and are attempting to locate all aircraft owned by two Libyan state-owned airline companies, as security in the country continued to deteriorate amid fighting between Islamists and anti-Islamist militias.

Fox New Reports USAF Father/Son, Targeted Online By ISIS Followers

    October 7, 2014

Fox New Reports USAF Father/Son, Targeted Online By ISIS Followers

Fox News’s Catherine Herridge is reporting this afternoon that “the FaceBook pages of an USAF service member and his son were “swarmed” by offensive messages — after Islamic State sympathizers urged followers to target them online — a virtual attack that coincided with an Army bulletin warning ISIS may try to track down U.S. military families on social media.” The Army bulletin, according to Fox News, had warned that “Islamic State militants were calling on supporters to scour social media for addresses of U.S. family members and “show up [at their homes], and slaughter them.”

Fox News is also reporting that late last month (September), Islamic State sympathizers harassed a USAF member…who had posted pictures on FaceBook from a flight over Iraq during a recent bombing campaign. According to the Fox News source, “ISIS found the service member’s social media profile; and, then linked it to his son’s FaceBook account. The son is believed to be in his early teens.” The victims FaceBook’s pages were then “swarmed” with derogatory messages such as kafir, or non-believer, in an online, flash-mob style attack,” the network said.

“This is the real deal,’ a counterterrorism source told Fox News. “They want to find them [U.S. military], raise their profile, in the eyes of a potential “lone wolf.” The militants apparently encouraged others to join in the digital harassment.

“A post on one ISIS-linked Twitter account , translated for Fox News, said: “We have a raid on an American pilot account at 9:00pm Mecca time — who is participating in the crusader’s bombing. Retweet this, if you are ready to be part of the raid.” Fox News was told that the Defense Department was made aware of the incident; and, shortly after the notification — both accounts went dark.”

The U.S. Army’s Threat Integration Center warned their personnel late last month that “service members should limit the number of people with access to their social media profiles…after ISIS called on its supporters to use the Yellow Pages and FaceBook to track down addresses.

“This document is a reminder to stay vigilant,” the Army said. “It provides renewed emphasis on force protection measures to ensure the safety and security of our DoD components, defense critical infrastructure, personnel, and communities.” V/R, RCP
