Wow, three days later and this thread is still here? I thought this forum decided that nonsense, unfounded whackjob conspiracy theories, and generally unsupported reports had no place within the framework of Trans-Asian Axis? I guess maybe the Mods and Admins are on vaca this week?

The basis of this thread comes from the internet posting of one Christopher Story, someone known to have gone off the deep-end and into the murkiest conspiracy LaLaland of the internet.

Within the past week he's changed his tune about the Greenspan arrest in a fashion explicitly used by conspiratorial nutcases:

We stand by what we have posted on the jailing of Dr Alan Greenspan, but we are not yet further informed as to what has happened to him since that event. What we have now been told is that the jailing of Dr Greenspan has been exploited by Cheney-controlled MK-ULTRA-style disinformation specialists as a diversionary ploy to get people running around crazily looking for the wrong fox.

ALL of this is part of the ongoing financial lunacy and conspiracy inspired by one man, a man his own lawyer during his US tax evasion trial (convicted of tax fraud and sentenced to 8 years in federal prison (1995-2003)) labeled as "delusional".

Yet here is this thread within our real-world "World Politics and Politicians" forum as a searchable (via google et al) magnet or bait for all other internet conspiry nutcases to land upon these shores.

Let me be perfectly frank -- the existence of this thread in a TAA forum places the credibility of this entire forum at risk.
