Do you think Olav has the old forum threads saved on a backup? It would be great to host a locked archive for review. I for one recall 9-11 and being on the forum for it with all the fast updates we all did there at that time. Also pertinent is the thoughts we had on the Patriot Act when it was first proposed and enacted. Its all there.

I would think he archived it all somewhere. I tried asking him before. I believe Darby has asked as well, but I think there was no response.

Olav has stated many times "I'm an Archivist" - which to me implies he is carefully recording all the data he collects someplace and keeping it for "all time".

Whether that is truly the case, only he can say.

According to my "following" on him, he has been. He's been involved in movie making and such. Not like I stalk him or anything, just check on him from time to time.

I tend to do that with people who were my friends.

I've changed my mind recently though, about such things. Once I have to walk away from something, that's it, I'm done, finished, all through.
