From here in Mid-Mo I can only receive part of the Anomalies Site. It has been a week or so since it loaded properly. Hopefully Olav can get it back to full force soon.

Well at least it's not locking my computer up now.

My guess is he's working on something - I'm getting about 1/3 of everything loading. Rest is red xs and blanks.

IF your outlook were configured correctly, it would open up an email window with the name/address filled in and perhaps the subject line as well (probably saying something like "Web email contact" or some other generic thing).

Peterle, your default email on your computer is set to Outlook. When you select an "email us" that has a formatted address, the default action is to reference what is set to mail default. Outlook will do that take over by default when installed.

And if you don't correctly configure it, it won't work right 90% of the time.

What you showed in that picture was not configured with an email address to be opened by a default program, such as Outlook. It was a form popup to send a text based email through their website. A form.

Well... no, *I* could embed videos a long time ago, but we turned it off. And yes we did have some embedded videos. The stuff isn't showing there now because when it was turned off the links were broken.

There weren't MANY but there were certainly some there.

I've been in contact with Olav. He upgraded UBB from version 4.x to 7.5.6p2, the most current version. That should eliminate a lot of the extremely long load times for the site. In the mean time he's still working on the display settings for the forum.

Yes, we are running different board software than AN. They are running UBB and we use vBulletin.
