Police Identify Two Men In Home Invasion Of Border Patrol Agent
TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson police say they've arrested one man and found another dead following the home invasion of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.

The agent was unharmed in the invasion Sunday morning. He told police that four armed intruders forced their way into his house.

The intruders fled as the agent fired at them with his service weapon.

Monday morning, police say they found the charred remains of the SUV that the intruders allegedly drove away in.

They also found 1 of the suspects in the case - 20-year-old Cristian Gomez - dead from a gunshot wound.

Police later arrested 19-year-old Mark Escobar Junior in connection with the invasion.

Escobar was booked on suspicion of first degree murder.
