Oh, so they hit the wrong place. Whichever. lol

Understand this, though, Malsua... an Embassy is considered to be not ONLY the property OF the place they represent, but ALSO a piece of land in another country that BELONGS to the country represented by the embassy.... lol

In any case... where ever he is... is irrelevant.

Getting HIT in an Embassy is bullshit and an act of war.

Ecuador admits restricting internet access for WikiLeaks over election meddling

    By Cory Bennett

    Updated

Share on Facebook Share on Twitter

The government of Ecuador said late Tuesday that it had “temporarily” restricted the internet access of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, citing the group’s decision to release documents “impacting on the U.S. election campaign.”

“The Government of Ecuador respects the principle of non-intervention in the internal affairs of other states. It does not interfere in external electoral processes, nor does it favor any particular candidate,” the government said in the statement.

The admission ends several days of speculation after WikiLeaks proclaimed on Monday that a “state actor” had cut off Assange’s internet over the weekend, shortly after WikiLeaks published the apparent transcripts of speeches that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton had given to Goldman Sachs.

Ecuador granted Assange diplomatic asylum in 2012, and has allowed the transparency advocate to live in the country’s London embassy ever since.

“This temporary restriction does not prevent the WikiLeaks organization from carrying out its journalistic activities,” Ecuador’s statement added.

Since Oct. 7, WikiLeaks has been releasing thousands of pages of emails apparently taken from the personal Gmail account of Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta. Some of the messages — including the Goldman Sachs speeches and other exchanges with FBI officials — have been fodder for Clinton's GOP rival, Donald Trump, on the campaign trail.

After WikiLeaks claimed that Assange's internet had been axed, attention quickly focused on the United States as the possible culprit. But the anti-secrecy group soon pointed the finger at Ecuador, although it did accuse Secretary of State John Kerry of pressuring Ecuador into taking action.

The State Department flatly denied that charge Tuesday afternoon.

“Any suggestion that Secretary Kerry or the State Department were involved in shutting down WikiLeaks is false,” said State Department spokesman John Kirby. “Reports that Secretary Kerry had conversations with Ecuadorian officials about this are simply untrue. Period.”

The Ecuadorian government did not immediately respond to a request for comment on whether it had discussed its decision to severe Assange’s internet with the U.S.

But in its statement, the government stated: “Ecuador’s foreign policy responds to sovereign decisions alone and does not yield to pressure from other states.”

The Obama administration is investigating whether WikiLeaks’ ongoing Podesta dumps are part of a broader digital campaign that has already hit U.S. political organizations like the Democratic National Committee and Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

Various online outlets — ranging from WikiLeaks to the mysterious hacker persona “Guccifer 2.0” — have been publishing the documents purportedly taken from these groups, roiling the presidential race and sparking concerns about the overall integrity of the electoral system.

SO...they've dumped $1M into some account the Klintons have set up under Assange's name and will state this was a bribe Julian took from the Russian government.

Oh and the "toddandclare.com" they refer to in the email, is a dating site. Go ahead and check it out.

A front has released through US Democratic media an elaborate story accusing Julian Assange of paedophillia & taking US$1million from Russia

RELEASE: Full docs and investigation into the plot to frame Assange as a paedophile & Russian spy #PedoPlot https://wikileaks.org/Background-and...d.html?update3

    https://twitter.com/wikileaks

Background and Documents on Attempts to Frame Assange as a Pedophile and Russias spy
    18 October 2016

Earlier today the website DailyKos reported on a smear campaign plot to falsely accuse Julian Assange of pedophilia.

Here is the description of the plot from Mr Assange’s legal team, the investigative report into the front company and associated correspondence. An unknown entity posing as an internet dating agency prepared an elaborate plot to falsely claim that Julian Assange received US$1M from the Russian government and a second plot to frame him sexually molesting an eight year old girl.

The second plot includes the filing of a fabricated criminal complaint in the Bahamas, a court complaint in the UK and laundering part of the attack through the United Nations. The plot happened durring WikiLeaks’ Hillary Clinton related publications, but the plot may have its first genesis in Mr. Assange’s 16 months litigation against the UK in the UN system, which concluded February 5 (Assange won. UK and Sweden lost & US State Dept tried to pressure the WGAD according to its former Chair, Prof. Mads Andenas).

    Timeline 2016

May, when self-claimed dating agency "ToddAndClare" (T&C) approach saying they were contacted by the Russian government

Sep 3, T&C email Assange’s Swedish lawyer Per Samualson offering one million dollars for Assange to appear in a video advertisement for the "dating agency" ToddAndClare.com (See attachment). This is the first contact.

Sep 15, email sent from a member of Mr. Assange’s defence team to hannah@toddandclare requesting further details (See attachment)

Sep 19, hannah@toddandclare.com emailed with elaborate bonafides, proposed agreement and the claim that the source of the million dollars is the Russian government The email states that T&C was approached by Russian representatives in May 2016 and that "The source of the $1,000,000 is the Russian government". The email then goes on to "verify" bonafides by giving a detailed description of the interior of the house and desk of his lawyer, Helena Kennedy, who is a member of the UK parliament, including a reference to a photo of Tony Blair (Kennedy states that the Blair reference is accurate although out-of-date).

Sep 20, a representative of Mr. Assange’s defence writes to hannah@toddandclare.com stating that the proposal appears to be an "elaborate scam designed to entrap Mr. Assange’s reputation into unwanted and unwarranted publicity"

Sep 21, hannah@toddandclare.com writes stating that "The offer expires at midnight, October 31st 2016."

Late Sep, WikiLeaks announce a press conference for Oct 4 for its ten year anniversary.

Late Sep, Press widely misreport that WikiLeaks is going to launch its "October Suprise" against Hillary Clinton on Oct 4, misinterpreting its press conference call

Oct 4, T&C files its "Assange paedophile" libel through the UN’s Global Compact system alleging that there is an active criminal investigation in the Bahamas against Julian Assange for the abuse of an eight year old girl and claiming to have chat logs and photos. The allegation appears on the UN website with UN Gobal Compact letter head and is contextualised with a complex back story. The request targets the UN WGAD (part of the UN Human Rights system) which found that Assange is being illegally detained by the United Kingdom and Sweden.

Oct 4, T&C files claim through the UK courts, apparently using it as a method to place the paedophile accusation into the public record. (See attachment).

Oct 4, WikiLeaks holds press conference, where it becomes clear that its publishing of Clinton related documents will occur later

Oct 5, T&C UK court claim arrives at Ecuadorian embassy in London

Oct 7, Friday, WikiLeaks commenses release of the Podesta Emails

Oct 11, T&C pushes out Assange paedophile claim through PRWeb newswire service

Oct 12, UN Global Compact delists T&C, citing "integrity" issues

Oct 12, T&C issues press release opposing UN delisting with an elaborate story, claiming that Julian Assange is threatening US citizens (T&C)

Oct 17, Investigative report into Toddandclare.com prepared for Mr. Assange’s lawyers is concluded, finding "T&C Network Solutions exhibits the characteristics of a highly suspicious and likely fabricated business entity." (See attachment "FINAL REPORT T&C 17 Oct 2016").

Oct 18, The paedophile part of the plot is launched through US democrat-aligned web site DailyKos and pushed by pro-Clinton twitter accounts

    Confusion Surrounds Wikileaks Data Dump

    by Tyler Durden
    Oct 18, 2016 12:58 PM

While it is unclear if it was done on purpose or by mistake, or if it is new disclosure moments ago a folder within what appears to be the Wikileaks server seems to have opened at the URL: https://file.wikileaks.org/file/ which provides a glimpse into thousands of doc, pdf, wav, jpg and various other files, as well as dozens of subdirectories including Videos, Syria-files, Collateral Murder, Japan Bribery Affair, and many others.

Alternatively, this may be just a release of old Wikileaks files repackaged without a website wrapper: some readers have pointed out that some of the files in the directory can be found online.

It is unclear what the basis of this disclosure - if indeed that's what it is - although some are speculating that it may be the release of one of Wikileaks' so-called insurance file, if indeed the information proves to be new and credible.

Officials: Obama Administration played a role in Ecuador's decision to block Wikileaks' Julian Assange's internet access

    - NBC News

    ---------------

    Oct 19 2016, 6:15 pm ET

U.S. Urged Ecuador to Act Against WikiLeaks Leader Assange

Quiet pressure from the U.S. government played a role in Ecuador's decision to block WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange from using the internet at Ecuador's London embassy, U.S. officials told NBC News.

"It was a bit of an eviction notice," said a senior intelligence official.

Ecuador's government said Tuesday it had partly restricted internet access for Assange, the founder of anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks, who has lived in the South American country's London embassy for more than four years. A source familiar with the situation says the Ecuadoran government has been frustrated with Assange and his presence at the embassy in London for months and has been considering how best to proceed.

The action came after U.S. officials conveyed their conclusion that Assange is a willing participant in a Russian intelligence operation to undermine the U.S. presidential election, NBC News has learned. U.S. intelligence officials believe Assange knows he is getting the information from Russian intelligence, though they do not believe he is involved in helping plan the hacking, officials told NBC.

"The general view is he is a willing participant in the Russian scheme but not an active plotter in it. They just realized they could use him," said a senior intelligence official.

WikiLeaks has been posting the private emails of Clinton adviser John Podesta and other Democratic officials that the U.S. says were hacked by, or on behalf of, Russian intelligence agencies. WikiLeaks said Assange's internet access was cut off Sunday. In a statement, Ecuador said the decision was its own.

"Ecuador, exercising its sovereign right, has temporarily restricted access to part of its communications systems in its UK Embassy," the statement said.

"The Ecuador government respects the principle of non-intervention in other countries' affairs, it does not meddle in election processes underway, nor does it support any candidate specially."

The State Department said it did not pressure Ecuador or play any other role in blocking Assange's internet access.

"While our concerns about WikiLeaks are longstanding, any suggestion that Secretary (John) Kerry or the State Department were involved in shutting down WikiLeaks is false," State Department spokesman John Kirby said in a statement.

However, U.S. intelligence officials told NBC that a message was conveyed to Ecuador that it should stop allowing Assange to carry water for Russian intelligence agencies, and that Ecuador, though run by a leftist, anti-American government, was receptive.

The U.S. moves come as bipartisan concern is growing about the alleged Russian interference amid a daily release of Podesta emails.

Marco Rubio, who is running to retain his Florida Senate seat after losing the Republican presidential primary to Donald Trump, urged members of his party not to seek to capitalize on emails stolen by Russian spies.

"As our intelligence agencies have said, these leaks are an effort by a foreign government to interfere with our electoral process, and I will not indulge it," Rubio told ABC News. "Further, I want to warn my fellow Republicans who may want to capitalize politically on these leaks: Today it is the Democrats. Tomorrow it could be us."

FBI could only find 4 classified emails?

WikiLeaks Releases 23,000 Hillary Emails Marked “C” For Confidential (Classified)

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange told us a about a month ago that he had Hillary Clinton emails that could lead to an indictment.

Well 23,000 emails were just put out for the world to see and here they are.

    Enjoy!

    Update:
These are official cables sent thru State Department channels already released in July 2016. They still prove that Hillary knows what classification markings are.

Hillary Clinton told the FBI that she thought classification markings in the paragraphs of her emails at the Department of State were to organize messages in alphabetical order, according to the FBI’s newly released report on her private email server.

“When asked what the parenthetical ‘C’ meant before a paragraph within the captioned email, [Clinton] stated she did not know and could only speculate it was referencing paragraphs marked in alphabetical order,” read the FBI’s notes from the interview.
A “C” in parentheses in the body of an email is used to designate a specific paragraph as containing classified information.

Wikileaks Releases First Batch Of Emails Sent To And From President Obama's Secret Email Address

    by Tyler Durden
    Oct 21, 2016 5:11 AM

Just when it seemed we could not get any more email leak excitement, here comes Wikileaks with what it claims is the first batch of emails obtained from a secret address used by president Barack Obama (bobama@ameritech.com).
WikiLeaks reveals first batch of US president Barack Obama emails sent via secret address bobama@ameritech.com https://t.co/Ni95WAl8a6
    — WikiLeaks (@wikileaks) October 20, 2016
The emails appear to all have been released previously, however Wikileaks has filtered the set of emails which have the "bobama" term in the email address.

Here are some of the emails in the initial bucket:
An email advising Obama not to attend a G-20 November 2008 meeting:

    From: John Podesta [mailto:john.podesta@gmail.com]
    Sent: Tuesday, November 04, 2008 3:39 PM
    To: bobama@ameritech.net
    Cc: rahm@friendsofrahmemanuel.com;
Valerie Jarrett; Pete Rouse Subject: G-20

I don't want to bug you today, but the memo pasted below concerns a possible invitation to the G-20 meeting on November 15. On the chance that President Bush would raise this with you tonight, I wanted you to be aware that it is the unanimous recommendation for your advisors that you NOT attend. As long as you are aware of that, we can review the contents of the memo tomorrow.
    * * *
An email from Citi's Michael Froman laying out a group of "diverse" candidate for Obama's cabinet:

    From:fromanm@citi.com
    To: bobama@ameritech.net
    Date: 2008-10-06 20:38
    Subject: Diversity
    Barack --

Following up on your conversations with John over the weekend, attached are two documents:

-- A list of African American, Latino and Asian American candidates, divided between Cabinet/Deputy and Under/Assistant/Deputy Assistant Sectetary levels, as well as lists of senior Native Americans, Arab/Muslim Americans and Disabled Americans. We have longer lists, but these are candidates whose names have been recommended by a number of sources for senior level jobs in a potential Administration.

-- A list of women, similarly divided between candidates for Cabinet/Deputy and other senior level positions.

An October 30, 2008 email from John Podesta to Obama, one which appears to be from the early days of their relationship, which lays out Podesta's advice for an emergency national economic council.

    Barack,

Good meeting yesterday. When we got off on the idea of creating an emergency national economic council, we left unresolved two questions that were contained in my 2 page cover memo. First, should Daley or Tarullo run the interim economic staff team in the early days of the transition (with the expectation that once appointed the National Economic Advisor would take over)? These are presented as options 2 and 3 on page 2 of the memo. I lean towards option 3, with Tarullo in charge, but either would work. That needs resolution today or tomorrow so we can execute on Wednesday. Second, we need to decide on who should be on the interim outside council. There is a list of suggestions on the bottom of page 2. You added Warren Buffett to the potential list. How do you want to proceed? Pick from the list? have further discussion? Let me know.

Evidence that the Silencing of Assange Connects Directly to the Clinton Camp

    By Douglas J. Hagmann -

Fingerprints of Fabrication – More Effective than a Drone Strike: Exposing the Anatomy of a Take-Down

Julian Assange, the man behind Wikileaks and a threat to the criminal cabal of globalists working inside of the U.S. government, is the subject of multiple investigations, including two most recent, extremely serious and very curiously timed charges. In fact, it is suggested that these charges served, at least in part, as the basis for Assange recently losing his internet access.

A press release dated 18 October 2016 from Wikileaks details the charges, summarized as follows: “An unknown entity posing as an internet dating agency prepared an elaborate plot to falsely claim that Julian Assange received US$1 million from the Russian government and a second plot to frame him sexually molesting an eight year old girl.” Both are heavy duty accusations, to be sure.

In society and especially within prison systems (well, except for some Middle Eastern countries), pedophiles do not fare well. Mere accusations are often sufficient to make one a very poor life insurance risk. Accusations of espionage, including and especially to such levels of enrichment, can also be a death sentence.
Why not just drone the guy, one might ask? Well, that could work, too, however, the mere stigma from accusations of espionage and pedophilia might well be considered the “daily double” of professional extermination, without the property destruction and bloodshed. Such charges are far more convenient and effective than a drone strike, as no tears are shed for such societal dregs. As an added benefit, there’s a whole lot less explaining that needs to be done.

It is important to note here that the American public has been inundated with accusations that the nation state of Russia is behind the Podesta and DNC hacks. Recall that Hillary Clinton asserts that all of our intelligence agencies are pointing to Russia as the culprits behind the digital break-ins, involving Assange by association with the Russian operation. How utterly convenient, then, to see charges levied against Assange that he is the intended recipient of one million dollars. For the mindless spectators listening to the media pundits, case closed. For the independent thinkers among us, not so fast…

Neutralizing Assange – From the Pages of the Benghazi Cover-up Playbook

While scrutinizing the accusations against Assange, I sensed something very familiar about the origins of the claims against him. In fact, it was reminiscent of the attacks in Benghazi (which I’ve investigated and written about extensively), where the blame was attributed to an obscure internet video produced and uploaded to the internet by an equally obscure individual.

Stated differently, I’ve seen this same template, or identical method of operation before. In that instance, the origin of the video appeared to have been birthed by factions within the U.S. government itself, and by individuals working with or peripherally, at that time, to the Central Intelligence Agency and related organizations. Now this, possessing many of the same characteristics related to Benghazi. It appears to have been copied from the same “playbook.”

In the case of Benghazi, Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State and had a working relationship with the CIA and former and current national security advisors. They wrote the playbook and used it to mitigate the public relations disaster that would accompany allegations of weapons smuggling through the CIA compound in Benghazi. With regard to the Benghazi attack, I was clear that all was not what it appeared.

Now with regard to the charges against Assange, my investigation revealed that all is not what it appears. It is, in fact worse. If proven correct, the charges are not only spurious, but can be traced to political operatives inside the inner circle of Hillary Clinton campaign and equally important, intelligence operatives within that same circle. Simply put, Hillary Clinton, along with her inner circle of political and intelligence operatives appear to be present at the epicenter of both the Benghazi cover-up and the Assange accusations.

I do not write this lightly and understand the implications by publishing my analysis. I am therefore relieved upon finding the research of citizen journalists posting to Reddit, who appear to be arriving at similar conclusions. It was during my broadcast last evening when a listener sent me the link to the same Reddit thread I found earlier, giving me a bit of comfort knowing that others are beginning to take notice.

I must fully credit the posters at Reddit, some who would make great investigators based on their thoroughness and persistence. The cyber unit at the FBI would do well to pay attention, for there are some very talented cyber-sleuths who I would gladly welcome into my organization given their abilities and tenacity. Most of the so-called journalists of today could not find their way home with a map and a GPS, but I digress.

    Fingerprints of Fabrication

A fully documented investigative report would span many pages and contain numerous end notes serving as exhibits logged into evidence. For the sake of space and time, I’ll provide a simple overview of the general analysis based on my extensive research and investigation.

Central to the charges against Assange is a company identified as ToddandClare (toddandclare.com), an online dating site that reportedly offered Julian Assange, through his attorney of record, a million dollars for his participation in a video ad for their company. The money, it was alleged, would come from the Russian government and was initially made on or about 15 September 2016.

The Assange legal team obtains information about this entity, responding that it appeared to be an elaborate ruse to entrap Assange. Follow-up emails ostensibly from that same entity pose an October 31, 2016 “deadline” regarding their original offer, although contain certain characteristics of those emails suggest something more nefarious is taking place. It is critical to note that the odd timing of this “offer” corresponds with Wikileaks obtaining the yet unreleased Podesta emails.

On October 4, 2016 – the same day of Assange’s press conference where he was expected to disclose serious revelations involving the Clinton campaign, that same entity, ToddandClare, a participant in the United Nations Global Compact program known as KATIA,a screening project to protect women from online predators, apparently filed a report against Assange for the alleged online sexual molestation of an eight-year-old girl. Again, it is critical to understand the timing of the actions referenced.

Three days later, Wikileaks begins the incremental release of the Podesta emails.

As the news of the serious allegations made against Assange were made public, citizen journalists and amateur investigators posting to Reddit began their efforts to uncover who is behind the entity known as ToddAndClare. The findings posted on Reddit generally corresponded with my investigation being conducted in-house, with a few minor and inconsequential differences.

What was discovered and published on Reddit, and found through my use of proprietary databases that restrict access to approved investigative agencies, is a relationship between ToddAndClare and certain staff members of a database aggregator, trends analyzer and global think tank identified as the Premise Data Corporation.

The Premise Data Corporation is a highly praised and well-connected company whose co-founder is identified as David Soloff. Mr. Soloff happens to be a friend of Hillary Clinton, and is seen in pictures on social networking sites posing with Hillary Clinton.

In addition, Larry Summers is listed as being on the board of directors at the Premise Data Corporation. Summers is also associated with the Center for American Progress, which was founded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta.

So there you have it, exposed are the latent digital fingerprints of fabrication and connected to the Clinton Cabal, not Russia. There is more, but this should be sufficient to see that things are not what they appear.

WikiLeaks Bombshell: ‘There Is No US Election’

The whistleblowing organization also released Barack Obama's personal emails, showing that President Bush organized his transition to the highest office in the land before the 2008 election.

Posted on October 21, 2016 by Baxter Dmitry in News, US // 138 Comments

WikiLeaks couldn’t have made it clearer in a series of tweets on Thursday – the US election for the President of the United States is rigged. The establishment have selected their President and by hook or crook she will be “elected.”

Responding to allegations that WikiLeaks recent leaks have outed it as playing partisan politics, WikiLeaks fired back, “You are not a fan of publishing true information about corrupt ruling power factions who will take power on Jan 20?

There is no US election. There is power consolidation. Rigged primary, rigged media and rigged 'pied piper' candidate drive consolidation.
    — WikiLeaks (@wikileaks) October 21, 2016

On the day WikiLeaks publicized the release of emails from Barack Obama’s personal account, their Twitter account then stated that the outcome of the election was planned from the outset: “What election? It has been clear from the beginning who is going to win. This is, in effect, a power consolidation exercise.”

Considering what we now know about the behind-the-scenes rigging of the Democratic primary, the collusion between the DNC establishment and mainstream media, and the fact Hillary Clinton pushed for Donald Trump’s GOP nomination, can you possibly disagree?

    Are Presidents elected or selected?

WikiLeaks emails from Barack Obama’s personal email account reveal that the Bush administration contacted the future president multiple times before the election, secretly organizing the transition of power.

The 2008 transition had gone down in history as surprisingly smooth. Martha Joynt Kumar, in a book about the transition, said it “was the best in anyone’s memory, in part because 9/11 made everyone recognize that a transition is fragile time.”

Today’s revelations raise questions about why it was so smooth — suggestions Obama was selected by the shadow government, rather than elected by the people, are no longer tinfoil hat territory.
The most eye catching email in today’s leak contains a message from John Podesta about an invitation from President George W. Bush to the “President-Elect.”

Should that have read “President-Select?” Podesta sent the email to Obama before the election result was known.

    But it gets even worse.

The emails show a transition plan was being worked on long before the 2008 election had taken place. According to an attached memo in one of the emails, Obama was already discussing his transition to office with members of the Bush Administration, including then-Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, prior to the election.

As you have observed in your interactions with Secretary Paulson, he is apparently eager to involve you and your transition team extensively in his policy choices following the election.

    Are Presidents elected or selected?

Another attached memo acknowledges that it was unusual to start the transition process so soon.

We are now at the point of deciding how to staff economic policy during the transition, who should be the point of contact with Treasury and how to blend the transition and campaign economic policy talent.

Normally these decisions could be made after the election, and ideally after the selection of a National Economic Advisor, but, of course, these are not normal times.

Not normal times? Perhaps not in 2008. But eight years later, it seems nothing has changed. What was “not normal” in 2008 has become very much the norm in 2016.

Thanks to WikiLeaks and the unprecedented peek behind the curtains of power they have granted us, the shadow government has been exposed to the light. 2008 wasn’t a smooth transition of power, it was silky smooth power consolidation.

WikiLeaks’ variety of journalism – cold, hard, pristine truth – has more than ruffled feathers. The entire henhouse has gone mad. The ruling party are slavering at the mouth, and mainstream media has never been so easy to see through.

Watch CNN’s Scott Cuomo, the same guy caught lying to Americans about their First Amendment rights, put himself in the running for a Razzie Award after the network pulled an interview with Rep. Chris Collins as soon as he mentioned WikiLeaks.

Hey, when can we meet? I also want to get your Atlas folks to
recommend oversamples for our polling before we start in February. By
market, regions, etc. I want to get this all compiled into one set of
recommendations so we can maximize what we get out of our media

New Podesta Email Exposes Dem Playbook For Rigging Polls Through "Oversamples"

New Podesta Email Exposes Dem Playbook For Rigging Polls Through "Oversamples"

Earlier this morning we wrote about the obvious sampling bias in the latest ABC / Washington Post poll that showed a 12-point national advantage for Hillary.* Like many of the recent polls from Reuters, ABC and The Washington Post, this latest poll included a 9-point sampling bias toward registered democrats.*

"METHODOLOGY – This ABC News poll was conducted by landline and cellular telephone Oct. 20-22, 2016, in English and Spanish, among a random national sample of 874 likely voters. Results have a margin of sampling error of 3.5 points, including the design effect. Partisan divisions are 36-27-31 percent, Democrats - Republicans - Independents."
Of course, while democrats may enjoy a slight registration advantage of a couple of points, it is nowhere near the 9 points reflected in this latest poll.*
Meanwhile, we also pointed out that with huge variances in preference across demographics one can easily "rig" a poll by over indexing to one group vs. another.* As a quick example, the ABC / WaPo poll found that Hillary enjoys a 79-point advantage over Trump with black voters.* Therefore, even a small "oversample" of black voters of 5% could swing the overall poll by 3 full points.* Moreover, the pollsters don't provide data on the demographic mix of their polls which makes it impossible to "fact check" the bias...convenient.

    *
    ADVERTISEMENT

    x

Now, for all of you out there who still aren't convinced that the polls are "adjusted", we present to you the following Podesta email, leaked earlier today, that conveniently spells out, in detail, exactly how to "manufacture" the desired data. The email starts out with a request for recommendations on "oversamples for polling" in order to "maximize what we get out of our media polling."

I also want to get your Atlas folks to recommend oversamples for our polling before we start in February. By market, regions, etc. I want to get this all compiled into one set of recommendations so we can maximize what we get out of our media polling.
The email even includes a handy, 37-page guide with the following poll-rigging recommendations.* In Arizona, over sampling of Hispanics and Native Americans is highly recommended:

    Research, microtargeting & polling projects
    -* Over-sample Hispanics
-* Use Spanish language interviewing. (Monolingual Spanish-speaking voters are among the lowest turnout Democratic targets)
-* Over-sample the Native American population
For Florida, the report recommends "consistently monitoring" samples to makes sure they're "not too old" and "has enough African American and Hispanic voters."* Meanwhile, "independent" voters in Tampa and Orlando are apparently more dem friendly so the report suggests filling up independent quotas in those cities first.

-* Consistently monitor the sample to ensure it is not too old, and that it has enough African American and Hispanic voters to reflect the state.
-* On Independents: Tampa and Orlando are better persuasion targets than north or south Florida (check your polls before concluding this). If there are budget questions or oversamples, make sure that Tampa and Orlando are included first.
Meanwhile, it's suggested that national polls over sample "key districts / regions" and "ethnic" groups "as needed."

-* General election benchmark, 800 sample, with potential over samples in key districts/regions
-* Benchmark polling in targeted races, with ethnic over samples as needed
-* Targeting tracking polls in key races, with ethnic over samples as needed

    *
And that's how you manufacture a 12-point lead for your chosen candidate and effectively chill the vote of your opposition.*
    *
Here is the full report of "Polling & Media Recommendations" from "The Atlas Project."

Actually, I find them pretty tired at this point, however, I make an exception for Hillary.

I did watch Downfall some time ago and it is a pretty good movie.

Emails are basically "hearsay" evidence (he said she said), perhaps circumstantial, perhaps "thrown out", not even admissable for a GJ indictment, less a trial, on U.S. constitutional basis, or even a World Court, which it seems the Clinton team was banking on. What I found most disturbing in the wikileaks stuff were the purported preknowledge of Scalia's death, (wet work), the christ church earthquake, "some staffer's" snide remark about sacrificing to the god of moloch and Huma's connection to clitoral cutting, sharia law via mom plus dad's ties to terrorism. Sad world. Yet young people should have the opportunity of hope that not everybody is crooked, corrupt and sucking one into the deep dark hole of evil. .....Philly cops (according to the internet) raided DNC HQ and found massive clone type voter fraud. I vote for city-states and pray that wmd are held to a minimum.

Julian Assange faces US extradition after arrest at Ecuadorian embassy

WikiLeaks founder’s removal from London embassy brings seven-year diplomatic stalemate to an end.

Caroline Davies, Simon Murphy and Damien GayleJulian Assange is facing extradition to the United States and up to five years in prison after he was forcibly dragged from the Ecuadorian embassy in London on Thursday, bringing an extraordinary seven-year diplomatic stalemate to an end.

After 2,487 days in the embassy, the 47-year-old was arrested after Ecuador revoked his political asylum and invited Metropolitan police officers inside their Knightsbridge premises, where he has stayed since 2012 to avoid extradition to Sweden over sexual assault allegations which Assange has always denied.

Later on Thursday, he was found guilty of failing to surrender to the court and faces up to 12 months in a British prison.

At a central London police station, Assange was further arrested at the request of the US seeking his extradition over allegations he conspired with former US military analyst Chelsea Manning to download classified databases in what the US justice department called “one of the largest compromises of classified information in the history of the United States”.

The arrest provoked a fierce debate over Assange’s future and possible extradition. While the government defended the arrest over breaching bail as evidence that “no-one is above the law”, Labour and civil liberties groups condemned the US extradition request.

Labour’s Diane Abbott argued that it was Assange’s work to expose wrongdoing that had put him at risk of a US prison sentence, telling parliament: “It is whistleblowing activity into illegal wars, mass murder, murder of civilians and corruption on a grand scale that has put Julian Assange in the crosshairs.”

Freedom of speech advocates including US whistleblower Edward Snowden said that an extradition over the leaks constituted a risk to press freedom. Meanwhile, as others argued that the US charges should be considered separately to the Swedish allegations, prosecutors in Stockholm said that his arrest was “news to us”.

Events moved at pace as Assange later appeared at Westminster magistrates court to deny failing to surrender to court.

Finding him guilty, district judge Michael Snow said his behaviour was “the behaviour of a narcissist who cannot get beyond his own selfish interest”. He faces up to 12 months in jail when sentenced, and will face a separate extradition hearing via videolink on 2 May.

The US accuses Assange of “conspiracy to commit computer intrusion”, alleging that he assisted Manning in cracking a password to help her infiltrate Pentagon computers and download material to share with WikiLeaks. If convicted, Assange faces a maximum sentence of five years .

Dramatic footage showed him handcuffed, heavily bearded and with his hair tied back, gesticulating and shouting “UK must resist” as plainclothes officers carried him from the embassy shortly after 10am to a waiting police van. He was clutching what appeared to be a copy of Gore Vidal’s History of the National Security State.

One Assange supporter, who witnessed the arrest, said: “There were at least six men dragging Julian out and more uniformed police standing by. Julian was talking but he was bundled into a van. He looked dazed.”

Westminster magistrates court heard that when police arrived inside the embassy, Assange barged past them in an attempt to return to his private room. He had to be restrained after resisting arrest and claiming “this is unlawful”.

Outside court, Assange’s lawyer Jennifer Robinson said they had warned since 2010 that Assange would face extradition to the US.

“Unfortunately, today we have been proved right.” She said Assange thanked his supporters, and had said: “I told you so.”

Assange, an Australian national, was initially arrested for failing to surrender to the court after losing an appeal against extradition to Sweden, where he faced two separate 2010 sexual assault allegations.

Elisabeth Massi Fritz, lawyer for one of the two women accusers, said they would seek to get the Swedish police investigation re-opened “so that Assange can be extradited to Sweden and prosecuted for rape”. One of the women told the Guardian she would be “very surprised and sad” if Assange was extradited to the US. “For me this was never about anything else than his misconduct against me and other women,” she said.

Theresa May told MPs that she welcomed the arrest: “This goes to show that in the United Kingdom, no one is above the law.” Downing Street said the prime minister and the government were aware in advance that Ecuador intended to revoke Assange’s asylum status. A No 10 spokeswoman said while there had been “a dialogue with the Ecuadorian government from the start” the decision to revoke asylum “was one for them entirely”.

Explaining the decision, Ecuador’s president, Len*n Moreno, said: “In a sovereign decision Ecuador withdrew the asylum status to Julian Assange after his repeated violations to international conventions and daily-life protocols.” He accused Assange of interfering in the internal affairs of other countries, and added: ‘The patience of Ecuador has reached its limit.”

Why was Julian Assange in the Ecuadorian embassy?

The Ecuadorian ambassador to the UK, Jaime Marchan, said: “He was continually a problem to us, he was very disrespectful to the authorities, he has said that we were spying on him, he has said we were lying, we were agents of the United States.”

However, there was condemnation of the arrest from many quarters. Amnesty International UK said that if Sweden pursues extradition over sexual assault allegations, then assurances should be made over not sending Assange to the US. “There is a very real risk that he could face human rights violations” due to his work with WikiLeaks, a spokesperson said.

Ecuador’s former president, Rafael Correa, accused his successor of being the “greatest traitor in Ecuadorian and Latin American history”.

Julian Assange: key dates in the WikiLeaks founder's case

Snowden, the former US government contractor wanted for leaking details of US surveillance programmes, called the arrest a “dark moment for press freedom”. Meanwhile, actor Pamela Anderson, one of a diverse range of public figures and celebrities to have visited Assange, tweeted that she was “in shock”, and accused the UK of being “America’s bitch” and of seeking a diversion “from your idiotic Brexit bullshit”.

Manning downloaded four databases from US departments and agencies between January and May 2010, the indictment said, with the information provided to WikiLeaks. Some selected and edited material from WikiLeaks was published by the Guardian, the New York Times, Le Monde, El Pa*s and Der Speigel.

Assange’s arrest came one day after WikiLeaks accused the Ecuadorian government of an “extensive spying operation” against him, during which, it claimed, meeting with lawyers and a doctor inside the embassy over the past year were secretly filmed. Assange supporters reported increased police activity at the embassy last weekend.
