    OBAMAS NEW WORLD ORDER

SOMEONE BETTER PAY ATTENTION TO THE REPUBLICAN CO-SPONSORS OF THIS TRASH TOO

    Obama's Global Plan: adam_cohn@obama.senate.gov

I found out about this last night, so I Googled it today (The Global Poverty Act) & found out a lot of information (I suggest that each of you do the same .... many alerting forums), there is a Bill that's in Congress called "The Global Poverty Act", this bill was written by Senator Obama & if it gets enacted, it will cost the American taxpayer $845 Billion & plus more funds every year...now, this Act has lots to do with the United Nations & it has clauses added in, like the ban of all small hand guns & there are a few others but the jest of this Act is that the United Nations will be taking over the laws of our country (think not, if they can ban all small hand guns, our ownership of these guns will be illegal...so if that flies, what's next that we're going to have to live with by the United Nations)...

The poverty that we have in this country will not be part of the aid that this bill will furnish, this bill covers only other countries, not ours...now with this bill costing so much money, where do you think that the money is going to come from to pay for it, Mr. Obama is wanting to let the tax breaks of 2002 or 2003 that the Bush Admin. put into effect expire, so your taxes will be going back up again & of course this is only one thing that's going to help pay for it & you can bet that there will be other increases in our taxes...I understand that there are quite a few other clauses added to this bill that is going to affect all Americans, not only in their pocket books but ours rights that are guaranteed in our Constitution, "Like the right to bare arms" ....another thing, why isn't the news media carrying this information before the American people, so that all of us can see what the (Congressmen) are trying to sneak by the American people..... I hope that I have s tirred each of you & your interest enough to pass this around to all the people in your address books, I know I'm very concerned & I have sent it out to all the people in my address book.....scream out loud....we're being had again!!!

Resolution adopted by the General Assembly

[without reference to a Main Committee (A/55/L.2)]

    55/2. United Nations Millennium Declaration

    The General Assembly

    Adopts the following Declaration:

    United Nations Millennium Declaration

    I. Values and principles

    1. We, heads of State and Government, have gathered at United Nations Headquarters in New York from 6 to 8 September 2000, at the dawn of a new millennium, to reaffirm our faith in the Organization and its Charter as indispensable foundations of a more peaceful, prosperous and just world.

    2. We recognize that, in addition to our separate responsibilities to our individual societies, we have a collective responsibility to uphold the principles of human dignity, equality and equity at the global level. As leaders we have a duty therefore to all the world’s people, especially the most vulnerable and, in particular, the children of the world, to whom the future belongs.

    3. We reaffirm our commitment to the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, which have proved timeless and universal. Indeed, their relevance and capacity to inspire have increased, as nations and peoples have become increasingly interconnected and interdependent.

    4. We are determined to establish a just and lasting peace all over the world in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter. We rededicate ourselves to support all efforts to uphold the sovereign equality of all States, respect for their territorial integrity and political independence, resolution of disputes by peaceful means and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, the right to self-determination of peoples which remain under colonial domination and foreign occupation, non-interference in the internal affairs of States, respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, respect for the equal rights of all without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion and international cooperation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural or humanitarian character.

    5. We believe that the central challenge we face today is to ensure that globalization becomes a positive force for all the world’s people. For while globalization offers great opportunities, at present its benefits are very unevenly shared, while its costs are unevenly distributed. We recognize that developing countries and countries with economies in transition face special difficulties in responding to this central challenge. Thus, only through broad and sustained efforts to create a shared future, based upon our common humanity in all its diversity, can globalization be made fully inclusive and equitable. These efforts must include policies and measures, at the global level, which correspond to the needs of developing countries and economies in transition and are formulated and implemented with their effective participation.

    6. We consider certain fundamental values to be essential to international relations in the twenty-first century. These include:

    • Freedom. Men and women have the right to live their lives and raise their children in dignity, free from hunger and from the fear of violence, oppression or injustice. Democratic and participatory governance based on the will of the people best assures these rights.

•. Equality. No individual and no nation must be denied the opportunity to benefit from development. The equal rights and opportunities of women and men must be assured.

    • Solidarity. Global challenges must be managed in a way that distributes the costs and burdens fairly in accordance with basic principles of equity and social justice. Those who suffer or who benefit least deserve help from those who benefit most.

    • Tolerance. Human beings must respect one other, in all their diversity of belief, culture and language. Differences within and between societies should be neither feared nor repressed, but cherished as a precious asset of humanity. A culture of peace and dialogue among all civilizations should be actively promoted.

    • Respect for nature. Prudence must be shown in the management of all living species and natural resources, in accordance with the precepts of sustainable development. Only in this way can the immeasurable riches provided to us by nature be preserved and passed on to our descendants. The current unsustainable patterns of production and consumption must be changed in the interest of our future welfare and that of our descendants.

    • Shared responsibility. Responsibility for managing worldwide economic and social development, as well as threats to international peace and security, must be shared among the nations of the world and should be exercised multilaterally. As the most universal and most representative organization in the world, the United Nations must play the central role.

    7. In order to translate these shared values into actions, we have identified key objectives to which we assign special significance.

    II. Peace, security and disarmament

    8. We will spare no effort to free our peoples from the scourge of war, whether within or between States, which has claimed more than 5 million lives in the past decade. We will also seek to eliminate the dangers posed by weapons of mass destruction.

    9. We resolve therefore:

    • To strengthen respect for the rule of law in international as in national affairs and, in particular, to ensure compliance by Member States with the decisions of the International Court of Justice, in compliance with the Charter of the United Nations, in cases to which they are parties.

    • To make the United Nations more effective in maintaining peace and security by giving it the resources and tools it needs for conflict prevention, peaceful resolution of disputes, peacekeeping, post-conflict peace-building and reconstruction. In this context, we take note of the report of the Panel on United Nations Peace Operations and request the General Assembly to consider its recommendations expeditiously.

    • To strengthen cooperation between the United Nations and regional organizations, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Charter.

    • To ensure the implementation, by States Parties, of treaties in areas such as arms control and disarmament and of international humanitarian law and human rights law, and call upon all States to consider signing and ratifying the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

    • To take concerted action against international terrorism, and to accede as soon as possible to all the relevant international conventions.

    • To redouble our efforts to implement our commitment to counter the world drug problem.

    • To intensify our efforts to fight transnational crime in all its dimensions, including trafficking as well as smuggling in human beings and money laundering.

    • To minimize the adverse effects of United Nations economic sanctions on innocent populations, to subject such sanctions regimes to regular reviews and to eliminate the adverse effects of sanctions on third parties.

    • To strive for the elimination of weapons of mass destruction, particularly nuclear weapons, and to keep all options open for achieving this aim, including the possibility of convening an international conference to identify ways of eliminating nuclear dangers.

    • To take concerted action to end illicit traffic in small arms and light weapons, especially by making arms transfers more transparent and supporting regional disarmament measures, taking account of all the recommendations of the forthcoming United Nations Conference on Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons.

    • To call on all States to consider acceding to the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-personnel Mines and on Their Destruction, as well as the amended mines protocol to the Convention on conventional weapons.

    10. We urge Member States to observe the Olympic Truce, individually and collectively, now and in the future, and to support the International Olympic Committee in its efforts to promote peace and human understanding through sport and the Olympic Ideal.

    III. Development and poverty eradication

    11. We will spare no effort to free our fellow men, women and children from the abject and dehumanizing conditions of extreme poverty, to which more than a billion of them are currently subjected. We are committed to making the right to development a reality for everyone and to freeing the entire human race from want.

    12. We resolve therefore to create an environment – at the national and global levels alike – which is conducive to development and to the elimination of poverty.

    13. Success in meeting these objectives depends, inter alia, on good governance within each country. It also depends on good governance at the international level and on transparency in the financial, monetary and trading systems. We are committed to an open, equitable, rule-based, predictable and non-discriminatory multilateral trading and financial system.

    14. We are concerned about the obstacles developing countries face in mobilizing the resources needed to finance their sustained development. We will therefore make every effort to ensure the success of the High-level International and Intergovernmental Event on Financing for Development, to be held in 2001.

    15. We also undertake to address the special needs of the least developed countries. In this context, we welcome the Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries to be held in May 2001 and will endeavour to ensure its success. We call on the industrialized countries:

    • To adopt, preferably by the time of that Conference, a policy of duty- and quota-free access for essentially all exports from the least developed countries;

    • To implement the enhanced programme of debt relief for the heavily indebted poor countries without further delay and to agree to cancel all official bilateral debts of those countries in return for their making demonstrable commitments to poverty reduction; and

    • To grant more generous development assistance, especially to countries that are genuinely making an effort to apply their resources to poverty reduction.

    16. We are also determined to deal comprehensively and effectively with the debt problems of low- and middle-income developing countries, through various national and international measures designed to make their debt sustainable in the long term.

    17. We also resolve to address the special needs of small island developing States, by implementing the Barbados Programme of Action and the outcome of the twenty-second special session of the General Assembly rapidly and in full. We urge the international community to ensure that, in the development of a vulnerability index, the special needs of small island developing States are taken into account.

    18. We recognize the special needs and problems of the landlocked developing countries, and urge both bilateral and multilateral donors to increase financial and technical assistance to this group of countries to meet their special development needs and to help them overcome the impediments of geography by improving their transit transport systems.

    19. We resolve further:

    • To halve, by the year 2015, the proportion of the world’s people whose income is less than one dollar a day and the proportion of people who suffer from hunger and, by the same date, to halve the proportion of people who are unable to reach or to afford safe drinking water.

    • To ensure that, by the same date, children everywhere, boys and girls alike, will be able to complete a full course of primary schooling and that girls and boys will have equal access to all levels of education.

    • By the same date, to have reduced maternal mortality by three quarters, and under-five child mortality by two thirds, of their current rates.

    • To have, by then, halted, and begun to reverse, the spread of HIV/AIDS, the scourge of malaria and other major diseases that afflict humanity.

    • To provide special assistance to children orphaned by HIV/AIDS.

    • By 2020, to have achieved a significant improvement in the lives of at least 100 million slum dwellers as proposed in the "Cities Without Slums" initiative.

    20. We also resolve:

    • To promote gender equality and the empowerment of women as effective ways to combat poverty, hunger and disease and to stimulate development that is truly sustainable.

    • To develop and implement strategies that give young people everywhere a real chance to find decent and productive work.

    • To encourage the pharmaceutical industry to make essential drugs more widely available and affordable by all who need them in developing countries.

    • To develop strong partnerships with the private sector and with civil society organizations in pursuit of development and poverty eradication.

    • To ensure that the benefits of new technologies, especially information and communication technologies, in conformity with recommendations contained in the ECOSOC 2000 Ministerial Declaration, are available to all.

    IV. Protecting our common environment

    21. We must spare no effort to free all of humanity, and above all our children and grandchildren, from the threat of living on a planet irredeemably spoilt by human activities, and whose resources would no longer be sufficient for their needs.

    22. We reaffirm our support for the principles of sustainable development, including those set out in Agenda 21, agreed upon at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development.

    23. We resolve therefore to adopt in all our environmental actions a new ethic of conservation and stewardship and, as first steps, we resolve:

    • To make every effort to ensure the entry into force of the Kyoto Protocol, preferably by the tenth anniversary of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in 2002, and to embark on the required reduction in emissions of greenhouse gases.

    • To intensify our collective efforts for the management, conservation and sustainable development of all types of forests.

    • To press for the full implementation of the Convention on Biological Diversity and the Convention to Combat Desertification in those Countries Experiencing Serious Drought and/or Desertification, particularly in Africa.

    • To stop the unsustainable exploitation of water resources by developing water management strategies at the regional, national and local levels, which promote both equitable access and adequate supplies.

    • To intensify cooperation to reduce the number and effects of natural and man-made disasters.

    • To ensure free access to information on the human genome sequence.

    V. Human rights, democracy and good governance

    24. We will spare no effort to promote democracy and strengthen the rule of law, as well as respect for all internationally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms, including the right to development.

    25. We resolve therefore:

    • To respect fully and uphold the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

    • To strive for the full protection and promotion in all our countries of civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights for all.

    • To strengthen the capacity of all our countries to implement the principles and practices of democracy and respect for human rights, including minority rights.

    • To combat all forms of violence against women and to implement the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.

    • To take measures to ensure respect for and protection of the human rights of migrants, migrant workers and their families, to eliminate the increasing acts of racism and xenophobia in many societies and to promote greater harmony and tolerance in all societies.

    • To work collectively for more inclusive political processes, allowing genuine participation by all citizens in all our countries.

    • To ensure the freedom of the media to perform their essential role and the right of the public to have access to information.

    VI. Protecting the vulnerable

    26. We will spare no effort to ensure that children and all civilian populations that suffer disproportionately the consequences of natural disasters, genocide, armed conflicts and other humanitarian emergencies are given every assistance and protection so that they can resume normal life as soon as possible.

    We resolve therefore:

    • To expand and strengthen the protection of civilians in complex emergencies, in conformity with international humanitarian law.

    • To strengthen international cooperation, including burden sharing in, and the coordination of humanitarian assistance to, countries hosting refugees and to help all refugees and displaced persons to return voluntarily to their homes, in safety and dignity and to be smoothly reintegrated into their societies.

    • To encourage the ratification and full implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its optional protocols on the involvement of children in armed conflict and on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.

VII. Meeting the special needs of Africa

    27. We will support the consolidation of democracy in Africa and assist Africans in their struggle for lasting peace, poverty eradication and sustainable development, thereby bringing Africa into the mainstream of the world economy.

    28. We resolve therefore:

    • To give full support to the political and institutional structures of emerging democracies in Africa.

    • To encourage and sustain regional and subregional mechanisms for preventing conflict and promoting political stability, and to ensure a reliable flow of resources for peacekeeping operations on the continent.

    • To take special measures to address the challenges of poverty eradication and sustainable development in Africa, including debt cancellation, improved market access, enhanced Official Development Assistance and increased flows of Foreign Direct Investment, as well as transfers of technology.

    • To help Africa build up its capacity to tackle the spread of the HIV/AIDS pandemic and other infectious diseases.

    VIII. Strengthening the United Nations

    29. We will spare no effort to make the United Nations a more effective instrument for pursuing all of these priorities: the fight for development for all the peoples of the world, the fight against poverty, ignorance and disease; the fight against injustice; the fight against violence, terror and crime; and the fight against the degradation and destruction of our common home.

    30. We resolve therefore:

    • To reaffirm the central position of the General Assembly as the chief deliberative, policy-making and representative organ of the United Nations, and to enable it to play that role effectively.

    • To intensify our efforts to achieve a comprehensive reform of the Security Council in all its aspects.

    • To strengthen further the Economic and Social Council, building on its recent achievements, to help it fulfil the role ascribed to it in the Charter.

    • To strengthen the International Court of Justice, in order to ensure justice and the rule of law in international affairs.

    • To encourage regular consultations and coordination among the principal organs of the United Nations in pursuit of their functions.

    • To ensure that the Organization is provided on a timely and predictable basis with the resources it needs to carry out its mandates.

    • To urge the Secretariat to make the best use of those resources, in accordance with clear rules and procedures agreed by the General Assembly, in the interests of all Member States, by adopting the best management practices and technologies available and by concentrating on those tasks that reflect the agreed priorities of Member States.

    • To promote adherence to the Convention on the Safety of United Nations and Associated Personnel.

    • To ensure greater policy coherence and better cooperation between the United Nations, its agencies, the Bretton Woods Institutions and the World Trade Organization, as well as other multilateral bodies, with a view to achieving a fully coordinated approach to the problems of peace and development.

    • To strengthen further cooperation between the United Nations and national parliaments through their world organization, the Inter-Parliamentary Union, in various fields, including peace and security, economic and social development, international law and human rights and democracy and gender issues.

    • To give greater opportunities to the private sector, non-governmental organizations and civil society, in general, to contribute to the realization of the Organization’s goals and programmes.

    31. We request the General Assembly to review on a regular basis the progress made in implementing the provisions of this Declaration, and ask the Secretary-General to issue periodic reports for consideration by the General Assembly and as a basis for further action.

    32. We solemnly reaffirm, on this historic occasion, that the United Nations is the indispensable common house of the entire human family, through which we will seek to realize our universal aspirations for peace, cooperation and development. We therefore pledge our unstinting support for these common objectives and our determination to achieve them.

It’s no secret that the United Nations, with assistance from members of the Executive and Legislative branches in the United States, has been actively working to reduce Americans’ accessibility to firearms. In 2012 President Obama, along with then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, spearheaded a backdoor move that would have imposed gun control on the United States through foreign means by signing a global disarmament initiative known as the Small Arms Treaty. Though that attempt failed, mass shooting incidents at Sandy Hook and elsewhere have kept the pressure on gun owners with the President having made repeated suggestions that he would mandate gun restrictions through Executive Order should state and federal legislatures fail to act.

Given the rocky history between America’s gun owners and the United Nations, chances are that the push for disarmament will continue with more ferver than ever before. In fact, a recent job posting at the United Nations website suggests that the organization is not only working to get guns out of the hands of American citizens, they are actively preparing personnel to assist in what they call “disarmament, demobilization and reintegration” activities. And if that’s not bad enough, the duty station for this key U.N. Peacekeeping Operations department is New York city, suggesting that the organization believes such operations may be commencing in the United States at some point in the future.

If you’d like to join them in their efforts to confiscate firearms then you can apply directly at the United Nations Career Opportunities page:
Posting Title: Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Officer, P4
Job Code Title: DISARMAMENT, DEMOBILIZATION AND REINTEGRATION OFFICER
Department/ Office: Department of Peacekeeping Operations
    Duty Station: NEW YORK
Work Experience: A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration or related area. Experience working within peacekeeping, peace-building or development programmes operations is desirable. Experience with small arms control, conflict/post-conflict crisis management, economic recovery is desirable. Experience coordinating multiple partner agencies, funds or programmes is desirable.
Languages: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post advertised, fluency in English is required.
    Full Listing / Video Commentary
According to the United Nations information page on ‘DDR’ operations, the New York post will involve various aspects related to the process by which a governing organization would confiscate firearms, all of which target what the U.N. calls “small arms.”
Disarmament is the collection, documentation, control and disposal of small arms, ammunition, explosives and light and heavy weapons from combatants and often from the civilian population.
Demobilization is the formal and controlled discharge of active combatants from armed forces and groups, including a phase of “reinsertion” which provides short-term assistance to ex-combatants.
Reintegration is the process by which ex-combatants acquire civilian status and gain sustainable employment and income. It is a political, social and economic process with an open time-frame, primarily taking place in communities at the local level.
The objective of the DDR process is to contribute to security and stability in post-conflict environments so that recovery and development can begin. DDR helps create an enabling environment for political and peace processes by dealing with security problem that arises when ex-combatants are trying to adjust to normal life, during the vital transition period from conflict to peace and development.
Ambassador Faith Whittlesey, a U.S. delegate to the UN Small Arms Conference, warned in 2012 that the organization’s intention is to eventually disarm all Americans in the name of peace.
“In New York, right here on our own shores, we’ve got a Trojan horse. They won’t accept U.S. firearms policy. They want to take the decision away from the U.S. electorate and undermine our Constitution.”
It would seem that the heavy militarization of domestic law enforcement agencies coupled with ‘Doomsday’ legislative actions and Executive Orders designed to seize Americans’ resources and firearms in the event of a declared emergency may be synchronized with the involvement of foreign troops and officials. In fact, a press release from The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense and Emergencies confirmed in 2013 that America’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be coordinate with foreign militaries and security teams during disaster operations on U.S.-soil:
Several documents signed during joint work of Russian Emergency Ministry and FEMA
The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry and the USA Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) are going to exchange experts during joint rescue operations in major disasters.
The document provides for expert cooperation in disaster response operations and to study the latest practices.
In addition, the parties approved of U.S.-Russian cooperation in this field in 2013-2014, which envisages exchange of experience including in monitoring and forecasting emergency situations, training of rescuers, development of mine-rescuing and provision of security at mass events.
It’s no secret that the US government has been preparing riot gear, guns, ammunition, and detention centers for a major calamity that will likely involve violence and widespread civil unrest. Should such an event ever take place the first order of business will include a declaration of martial law. And just as we saw during Hurricane Katrina, when the U.S. Constitution has been suspended gun confiscation is soon to follow.
“No one will be able to be armed. We’re going to take all the weapons.”
    -New Orleans Police Chief
The majority of our service members who will be called upon in times of emergency may realize what is happening and refuse to negate their oaths to the U.S. Constitution when push comes to shove.
But foreign “peace keepers” deployed under the U.N banner will have no such convictions. They’re already here and they are getting ready… for you.

The UN Is Positioning to Lock Down the US

    The Common Sense Show

    Not on my watch!

I have been writing that my military sources tell me that their greatest fears are beginning to become realized because the United States will be, in the relatively near future, this country will be under martial law and the bulk of the occupation force will be comprised by foreign troops operating under the flag of the United Nations.
Under the heading, “Hiding in plain sight”, the United Nations is advertising for the following position:
Posting Title: Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Officer, P4
Job Title Code: DISARMAMENT, DEMOBILIZATION AND REINTEGRATION OFFICER
    Department/Office: Department of Peacekeeping Operations
    Duty Station: New York
Job Description: A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration or related area. Experience working within peacekeeping, peace-building or development programmes operations is desirable. Experience with small arms control, conflict/post-conflict crisis management, economic recovery is desirable. Experience coordinating multiple partner agencies, funds or programmes is desirable.
    Analysis of the Job Description

Peacekeeping is normally the euphemism reserved for gun confiscation and population subjugation. If there is any doubt to the veracity of this claim, the following phrase “Experience with small arms control“, should remove any doubt as to what is coming. Further this job description uses phrases such as “demobilization“. Further, the phrase “reintegration” is also significant. By definition, what is a re-education camp designed for? Quite simply put, it is designed for reintegration back into society. Back into society from where? This question can be answered with a pair of four letter words, FEMA Camp.
    , UN controlled FEMA Camp

No doubt that some people, wanting to remain in a state of denial, will ignore the term used in the UN job advertisement, “small arms control“, which is significant since because we know that Secretary of State, John Kerry, illegally signed the UN gun ban treaty representing an unconstitutional end run around the Second Amendment.
What is highly significant is that nobody seems to be talking about this illegitimate imposition of foreign troops on our soil and this notion is represented in the phrase “conflict/post conflict management“! What conflict/post conflict management? Conflict management is another euphemism reserved for one of two possibilities. First, this implies there will be a civil war. With over 260+ senior military officers fired by Obama for not embracing the future need to fire on American citizens, speaks clearly to this point. Ask yourself, what would be the one thing that this administration could do that would guarantee a violent response from many of the people? That one thing would be to start seizing private guns. Foreign troops will be operating under the UN flag in the pursuit of this agenda. Obama is in the midst of purging the military leadership who will not indiscriminately fire upon American citizens who would resist having their Second Amendment rights obliterated by this present administration. Secondly, in order to create the manufactured need to impose martial law, the administration would need a pretext, a false flag event. I have been covering the pretext for nearly a year. In fact, the pretext has been rehearsed repeatedly since last fall.
    Rehearsing for Martial Law

Last fall, FEMA, DHS and select foreign entities extensively rehearsed for the following contingencies in the following list of preparedness and disaster drills planned and carried out over a six week period:
    6. Great Shakeout Drill Scheduled for October 17, 2013
The Grid EXII drill was the most concerning of these drills because it rehearsed an EMP attack upon our grid and estimates at the time forecasted a 90% mortality rate, in America, following such an event within two years.
The most telling part of these drills is that they all have in common the need to impose strict martial law in which the tenets of EO 13603 will come into play.
Last fall, I expressed serious concerns over so many of these drills taking place in such a short period of time. I raised the question of martial law arising from any one of these events going hot. In hindsight, I think I was too close to the truth as to what is coming because even the Russian media invited me on a news show that is distributed in New York City and Washington DC, as well as in 35 other countries.
On October 28, 2013, I was contacted by reporter and producer, Victoria Mashkova, from the Voice of Russia (formerly Radio Moscow), and was invited on to their radio program to discuss the possibility of martial law coming to America. I accepted and in the early morning hours I participated in a 10 minute interview.
Inside of the United States today, there are untold numbers of Russian troops for which I have received reports of sightings from first-hand witnesses. It is quite apparent that Russian troops will be used as a UN force whose purpose is gun confiscation, American citizen detention and Lord knows what else when martial law is finally declared. The Russians have a vested interest to conceal their true intentions related to why they have thousands of troops inside of our country. As I lay out the events connected to the interview it will become increasingly clear that I was invited to appear on VOR to completely discredit the notion that America would be going into martial law. Now, if I was a merely some crazed conspiracy theorist, this Russian version of the mainstream media would just simply ignore me. However, when they go out of their way to discredit my views as it relates to them, they clearly have something to hide and were operating from a state-sponsored agenda.
Voice of Russia Attacked Dave Hodges to Conceal Russian Participation In Martial Law Preparations

After inviting me to appear on the VOR, the producer, Victoria Maskova, had requested a bio which I provided as detailed below:
“I am a retired college basketball coach. A former mental health counselor. I have taught graduate and undergraduate psychology, sociology and research classes.”

At the beginning of the interview, the Russian host, Kate Zickel, introduced me as merely the “Host of The Common Sense Show” and there was no mention of my academic credentials. Immediately, I felt this was an attempt to marginalize my credibility by ignoring the requested credentials I provided VOR with regard to my background in which I characterized myself as a researcher, someone who is knowledgeable about social systems as well as human nature. Over the past several years, I have done enough mainstream radio media interviews to recognize a “set up” when I see it coming.
Make no mistake about it, VOR is a propaganda instrument of the Russian government and their handling of the interview and post-interview situations pointed to their propagandizing of their interview of me. After the interview, their post-show analysis categorized me as an extremist for stating that America was prepping for martial law. If we were not prepping for martial law then what the hell were the nine referenced FEMA/DHS drills, taking place in a six week period, in which foreign troops played a prominent role, used for ?
Look at item number five in last year’s martial law preparation drills. “5, Nine-week training course for UN Peacekeepers in CONUS to learn Urban Warfare, English, and US weapons systems beginning late July for 386,000 troops to be completed by October 1st“.

Please note the designation and use of the terms “386,000 troops” and, “UN Peacekeepers in CONUS to learn urban warfare”. This does not leave much to the imagination now does it?
In Part Two of this series, I will present the evidence about how far this plot has advanced and how we are all in a lot of trouble.

UN Expert: We Might Have To Migrate People Out Of California If Drought Continues

Dry fields and bare trees at Panoche Road California drought

    Gregory Urquiaga

Dry fields and bare trees at Panoche Road, looking west, on Wednesday February 5, 2014, near San Joaquin, CA. California drought has hit the Central Valley hard.

A United Nations climate change expert said that if California's severe drought continues, eventually, the U.S. might have to migrate people out of California, CNBC reports.

More than half of California is currently seeing "exceptional drought" conditions. Wildfires have been ravaging the state. And water is running low. The drought is "the greatest water loss ever seen" in the state, and had already cost the state $2.2 billion.

"Civilizations in the past have had to migrate out of areas of drought," said Lynn Wilson, who serves on the U.N.'s climate change delegation, told CNBC. "We may have to migrate people out of California."

Of course, this is a last-resort option and isn't likely to happen anytime soon. But Wilson said migration "can't be taken off the table."

Some scientists, citing dry periods in California from the past millennium, say the drought could last up to 100 years, but it's expected to last at least through 2015. There's some hope that heavy rainfall brought by El niño could help the situation.

Farmers are relying on groundwater, rather than water from reservoirs and rivers, to keep producing their crops, but that will eventually run out, unless this water is replaced. Researchers at the UC Davis Center For Watershed Science say the groundwater depletion is a "slow-moving train wreck."

Ok... time to resurrect another thread.

What say you guys to this....

Multiple reports of MANY UN vehicles being moved around. Not just in one area where they might be stored for US troop uses.

But, Texas, Virginia, Connecticut..... And people are posting images of trucks hauling lots and LOTS of them.

This guy caught them in Lexington, VA:

    https://www.facebook.com/jstern37?pnref=story

    This one:

    http://myfreshnews.com/eyewitness-un...repared-troops

Another convoy of UN trucks on 67 just outside of Cleburne TX they turned north on 174 headed towards Burleson reported by another patriot in Texas.

EYEWITNESS: UN TROOPS IN TEXAS: “30 UN Vehicles Fully Loaded With Combat Prepared Troops”

    76661

An eyewitness Facebook post warning is going viral that shares one Vietnam Veterans recent experience down in Dallas, Texas. The warning, reposted by American Gun Rights-Texas who are requesting confirmation of this post, warns of 30 United Nations vehicles, fully loaded with combat prepared troops, driving down I-30 towards Garland, Texas.

Are these UN troops here preparing for economic collapse in America? Is this related to Iran ships approaching the US border? Is this tied to this warning from John Moore via Susan Duclos: Military Vehicles Moved Through US At Night, Hidden In The Day?

Some of this was reported by Alex Jones.... But it's also being reported in other places and some of the images are from people I see posting on FB sometimes. I don't know anything more than what I am reading. Matt Bracken is posting some information as well - though no images yet.

U.N. Vehicles, Mysterious Troop Movement Spotted In VA, NC, W.VA, Ohio

    TOPICS:Brandon TurbevilleMilitaryUnited Nations
    JUNE 26, 2016

    By Brandon Turbeville
In the midst of reports circulating around an uptick in U.S. military movement inside the United States, a recent sighting of U.N. vehicles being carried on flatbed trucks is now making its rounds on the Internet and alternative media networks.
The U.N. vehicles were spotted near I-81 near Lexington, VA and were being carried by flatbed, two to a trailer.
Not much information exists beyond the sighting, except to say that there have been numerous reports of an increase in military movement in the NC, VA, West VA, and Ohio region.

For the past day or so, military convoys have been witnessed traveling both North and South, with lines of equipment ranging from Humvees, troop transport trucks, and tankers to military personnel following the convoy in civilian vehicles. Interestingly enough, many of the soldiers traveling in the convoy were seen wearing helmets, an unusual procedure for a simple convoy. In addition, the convoys were carrying what appeared to be construction equipment.

Although the troop movement may indeed have been a routine convoy and the United Nations vehicles may also have been a routine shipment from a manufacturing facility or even a simple and benign transport, the controversy brewing in the United States elections and the potential for civil unrest, the dangers of economic collapse, and the potential conflict with Russia are all potentials for use of United Nations “peace keepers” inside the United States as many have posited in the past as well as for some type of “martial law” scenario.
The fact that the sightings of the new military movements carrying construction equipment are taking place at the same time that U.N. vehicles are being sighted in the same vicinity have many wondering whether or not the U.S. military is working with the U.N. in setting up some type of field base. Others, however, are taking a more relaxed view pointing to the regularity of military convoys and the need to transport new U.N. vehicles in some way or other.
At this point, we must be clear that all we have is speculation regarding the sightings and that the purpose of this article is only to report the sightings and the theories being put forward by commenters and commentators.
If you have any other information regarding the mysterious troop movements seen in the South and Midwest or the U.N. vehicles and their destinations or purpose, please feel free to post in the comments below.

Those trucks on the flatbed are brand new and are on there because the manufacturer is in VA.

I swear to Jesus, if I win this $300M+ Mega Millions drawing coming up, I will buy a fleet of these trucks and a couple black helicopters, hire a couple drivers and pilots, and just go around fucking with people so they post their conspiracies about a UN invasion on the internet.

Conspiracies aside...why does the UN need so many of these stupid trucks and why are we paying for them to have more toys?

Yes, I know, it comes from the UN budget...25% of which we pay for. I bet if we reduced their budget to say, 1% of what it is now, they wouldn't need these fucking trucks any longer.

Of course since this is a works program, those people building it are out of a job. Boo Hoo.

Obama Administration and UN Announce Global Police Force to Fight ‘Extremism’ In U.S.

On Wednesday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced at the United Nations that her office would be working in several American cities to form what she called the Strong Cities Network (SCN), a law enforcement initiative that would encompass the globe.

This amounts to nothing less than the overriding of American laws, up to and including the United States Constitution, in favor of United Nations laws that would henceforth be implemented in the United States itself – without any consultation of Congress at all.

The United Nations is a sharia-compliant world body, and Obama, speaking there just days ago, insisted that “violent extremism” is not exclusive to Islam (which it is). Obama is redefining jihad terror to include everyone but the jihadists. So will the UN, driven largely by the sharia-enforcing Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the pro-Islamic post-American President Obama, use a “global police force” to crush counter-jihad forces?

After all, with Obama knowingly aiding al-Qaeda forces in Syria, how likely is it that he will use his “global police force” against actual Islamic jihadists? I suspect that instead, this global police force will be used to impose the blasphemy laws under the sharia (Islamic law), and to silence all criticism of Islam for the President who proclaimed that “the future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.”

What is a global police force doing in our cities? This is exactly the abdication of American sovereignty that I warned about in my book, The Post-American Presidency: The Obama Administration’s War on America. The Obama Department of Justice made it clear that it was exactly that when it distributed a press release last week announcing the “Launch of Strong Cities Network to Strengthen Community Resilience Against Violent Extremism.” In that press release, the DoJ complained that “while many cities and local authorities are developing innovative responses to address this challenge, no systematic efforts are in place to share experiences, pool resources and build a community of cities to inspire local action on a global scale.”

So if the local and municipal effort to counter the euphemistic and disingenuous “violent extremism” is inadequate and hasn’t developed “systematic efforts are in place to share experiences, pool resources and build a community of cities to inspire local action on a global scale,” the feds – and the UN – have to step in. Thus the groundwork is being laid for federal and international interference down to the local level. “The Strong Cities Network,” Lynch declared, “will serve as a vital tool to strengthen capacity-building and improve collaboration” – i.e., local dependence on federal and international authorities.

Lynch made the global (that is, United Nations) involvement clear when she added: “As we continue to counter a range of domestic and global terror threats, this innovative platform will enable cities to learn from one another, to develop best practices and to build social cohesion and community resilience here at home and around the world.”

This internationalist character was brought to the fore by the fact that the Strong Cities Network was launched on September 29 not at the White House or the Department of Homeland Security, or at the FBI headquarters or anywhere else that might be fitting for a national project, but at the United Nations.

Even more ominously, the DoJ press release says that the Strong Cities Network “will strengthen strategic planning and practices to address violent extremism in all its forms by fostering collaboration among cities, municipalities and other sub-national authorities.” Sub-national and international: the press release then quotes Governing Mayor Stian Berger Røsland of Oslo, Norway, a participant in the Strong Cities Network, saying: “To counter violent extremism we need determined action at all levels of governance. To succeed, we must coordinate our efforts and cooperate across borders. The Strong Cities Network will enable cities across the globe pool our resources, knowledge and best practices together and thus leave us standing stronger in the fight against one of the greatest threats to modern society.”

But what is that greatest threat, exactly? Remember, the DoJ presser says that the SCN will “address violent extremism in all its forms.” It also says that it will aid initiatives that are working toward “building social cohesion and resilience to violent extremism.” “Building social cohesion” is a euphemism for keeping peace between non-Muslim and Muslim communities – mostly by making sure that non-Muslims don’t complain too loudly about, much less work against, rapidly expanding Muslim populations and the Islamization of their communities.

The DoJ presser noted that at the launch of the Strong Cities Network, “welcoming remarks” would be offered by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Prince Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein and Mayor Bill de Blasio of New York City. The involvement of New York City’s Marxist internationalist mayor is yet another warning sign.

Assert American sovereignty and individual rights. Contact your representatives now. Exhort them to oppose SCN now. Exhort them to keep America free – while it still is.

NY Passes Nation’s First ‘Terrorist Registry’ And The Implications Are Scary

Would you be a terrorist in a Hillary Clinton administration if you owned a 'weapon of war', AR-15?

    Via Rare:

Following the Orlando nightclub shooting, New York’s state senate passed a bill it’s touting as a “Historic First-Ever State Terrorist Registry Proposed to Protect the Number One Terrorist Target in the United States – New York.”

The basic concept is a lot like a sex offender registry, only for suspected terrorists:

Registrants would be required to complete a standardized registration form and law enforcement agencies would collect a current photograph, fingerprints and a DNA sample….

The New York State Terrorist Registry would be made available to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

And like the Sex Offender Registry, the non-confidential information of each registrant, would be available to the public.

New York joins terror-busting network 'Strong Cities' as activists fear program will target Muslims

New York City is joining a new global, terror-busting network to try to combat homegrown extremism, a move that immediately raised concerns among civil liberties advocates who fear it will unfairly target Muslims.

Mayor de Blasio on Tuesday announced the city’s involvement in the program — the first of its kind — at the United Nations, along with U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Paris, Minneapolis, Rotterdam, and Montreal are among the 25 cities around the world that have also signed up for the program — dubbed “Strong Cities” — which encourages participants to communicate directly with one another about suspicious activity while “respecting the fundamental rights of citizens.”

De Blasio, speaking at the UN, said New York joined because the group will target “intolerance” and make the city safer.
De Blasio said the anti-extremist network would target terrorists, as well as hate killers like Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof.

“The Strong Cities network will be a message to all families who have lost loved ones because of extremism that something is being done in a new and powerful way,” de Blasio said.

He also stressed that the alliance would not focus on any one type of extremism, and pointedly referenced past violent attacks like the 1994 shootings on greater Boston Planned Parenthood clinics and the racially motivated Charleston, S.C., shooting in June that killed nine African-American churchgoers.

“We will be vigilant against all forms of violent extremism, whether it’s based in religious, or racial, or nationalistic or ideological intolerance,” he said.

But civil liberties activists were nervous the program would mirror other anti-terror initiatives, which they feel have unjustly targeted Muslims.

Last week, 20 groups sent the mayor a letter asking for a sit-down to discuss the city’s involvement with the partnership, expressing reservations about other anti-extremism initiatives like Strong Cities that come out of the Department of Justice.

The groups — including the New York Civil Liberties Union, the Association of Muslim American Lawyers and the Justice League NYC — also said they were concerned the city would eventually become active with the Justice Department’s “Countering Violent Extremism,” or CVE, programs, which they say “overwhelmingly” target Muslim communities.

“The concern is that Strong Cities is opening the door to the kind of problematic CVE program we’ve seen in Boston, Minneapolis, and Los Angeles,” said Michael Price of the Brennan Center for Justice, which signed the letter.

(Marcus Santos/Marcus Santos For The News)
He said there’s no proof that efforts to combat violent extremism at the level of social workers and school teachers — as “Strong Cities” recommends — ever worked and they often just end up alienating the community.

In the letter, the groups cite the recent arrest of a Muslim high school student in Texas on suspicion of bomb making — when he actually brought a homemade clock to school — as evidence of how “high levels of suspicion” harm the community.

It also referenced the NYPD surveillance programs that spied on Muslims, instituted under ex-Mayor Bloomberg, as an example of the kind of program they hoped to avoid.

Donna Lieberman, executive director of the NYCLU, said she appreciated de Blasio’s comments about diversity, but said “today’s announcement raises concerns because what we have heard about CVEs indicates that they can be counterproductive, violative of constitutional rights and stigmatizing.”
NYCLU’s Donna Lieberman said such programs can be 'stigmatizing.'

(Richard Harbus/for New York Daily News)
A spokeswoman for the mayor said the city is not joining such a group.

    The NYPD declined to comment.

In her speech to the United Nations, Lynch cited the important work the Justice Department has done in Boston and Minneapolis — two CVE cities — as places that are helped by partnerships like Strong Cities.

In a release announcing the program, officials said the group will allow municipal leaders to discuss ways they’ve tried to combat “violent extremism,” as well as strengthen ties between local and national authorities in the same country.
