Well, first off, I remembered the picture from seeing it elsewhere.

Next, I did "Nun frisked" image search in google.

The 6th or so image had a "by line" of Dean Shaddock. I then google searched Dean Shaddock and found the Wiki page with the picture by him.

I downloaded the "original" picture to my computer, right clicked / Details which gives the Exif data. The exif data had a date and his name attached, case closed.

Wow, the TSA is full of horse manure. Seriously, I have an idea.

Why don't you just search the people that match the patterns of the terrorist attacks instead of people you randomly pick? You know. Muslims around the ages of 18-40 with no baggage or return ticket.

That's called "Profiling" and everyone is screaming about "racial profiling" therefore that's not the politically correct thing to do.

They are worried about being sued by Muslims. But some white guy will just get his head kicked in by some cop if he complains.

Which is why this certain type of profiling should not be called "racial profiling".

CAIR: TSA Can Only Pat Down Muslim Women’s Head, Neck

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has issued a travel notice to Muslim airline passengers, warning them that new regulations from the Transportation Security Administration violate certain religious rules.

According to CAIR, the TSA’s new “enhanced pat down” policy should be limited to searching only around Muslim women’s head and neck if they are wearing a hijab and that Muslims objecting to the enhanced full-body scans have the right to request the pat-down procedure be done in a private place.
    From CAIR’s press release:
Special recommendations for Muslim women who wear hijab:

    * If you are selected for secondary screening after you go through the metal detector and it does not go off, and “sss” is not written on your boarding pass, ask the TSA officer if the reason you are being selected is because of your head scarf.

    * In this situation, you may be asked to submit to a pat-down or to go through a full body scanner. If you are selected for the scanner, you may ask to go through a pat-down instead.

    * Before you are patted down, you should remind the TSA officer that they are only supposed to pat down the area in question, in this scenario, your head and neck. They SHOULD NOT subject you to a full-body or partial-body pat-down.

    * You may ask to be taken to a private room for the pat-down procedure.

    * Instead of the pat-down, you can always request to pat down your own scarf, including head and neck area, and have the officers perform a chemical swipe of your hands.
In February, the Figh Council of North America, a group of Islamic scholars, issued a fatwa, or religious ruling, that full-body scanners violate Islamic law.

“It is a violation of clear Islamic teaching that men or women be seen naked by other men and women,” the ruling states. “Islam highly emphasizes haya (modesty) and considers it part of the faith. The Qu’ran has commanded the believers, both men and women, to cover their private parts.”

According to the Detroit Free Press, CAIR endorsed the fatwa.

If any passenger refuses the full-body scan, new regulations call for new, enhanced “head to toe” pat down procedures. “Pat downs are one important tool to help TSA detect hidden and dangerous items such as explosives,” a TSA statement issued on Oct. 28 stated. “Passengers should continue to expect an unpredictable mix of security layers that include explosives trace detection, advanced imaging technology, canine teams, among others.”

According to the TSA’s “Head-to-Toe Screening Policies,” the agency may carry out closer inspections, depending on what a passenger is wearing.

Baggy or loose clothing often draws extra scrutiny from security screeners.

The Solution to TSA Groping and Scanning

    By John Galt
    November 16, 2010

The story of John Tyner has proven to be another black eye for bureaucrats nationwide and a reinforcement of the warnings after September 11th that hiring burger flippers to handle security positions would end in a disaster. The disaster in this case though is not a terrorist attack or threat thereof, but another abrogation of that damned piece of paper behind the glass which used to be the basis for the rule of law inside the United States. Tonight on my radio show I discussed a solution, a brilliant one I might add, as proposed by my charming wife during a conversation we had earlier.

The presumption behind a pat down and grope your groin search is that you, the passenger, are guilty of hiding something. The same philosophy or idea can be applied to the full body scanner which pilots are objecting to now due to the invasion of privacy. Thus the premise that you are guilty before being declared innocent and allowed to proceed is the methodology used by the TSA which is a direct violation of the concept of Due Process.

Thus if you are flying a simple solution. These cards can be typed up or written up on an index card or feel free to print this screen and hand it to your grope happy TSA agent when you fly:

If you are going to be treated like a criminal, politely ask the officer two questions:

    1. Are you a law enforcement officer?

    2. If so, are you willing to abide and uphold the Constitution as per the oath you have sworn to uphold?

Presuming both questions are answered “yes” then per the Supreme Court ruling of Miranda v. Arizona you wish for your rights to be read to you as per the card above, in the event that a violation to your Constitutional right of due process is incurred by the actions of the TSA officer.

No guarantees you’ll get on your flight, but in my non-legal non-binding opinion, this might hold water in a court of law since there has been no warrant issued nor reasonable causation for such a search to take place. In other words demand to be Mirandized every time you are pulled out of the line for the body scanner or gropefest inspection. If that doesn’t work, just remember the Stasi had other methods to force its citizens to cooperate also.

In the mean time, I’ll continue my course of action by persuading others not to fly and hoping that once two or three major carriers go bankrupt, again, that perhaps they just might figure this out and the EL AL security solution might finally be adopted to put an end to this insanity.

I have an incident to share that occurred late Friday afternoon, November 12, 2010, around 5:15 in the Dayton International Airport.

I realize the publishing this publicly on the internet puts me into a delicate situation, given that I am a high profile blogger and author. This is a difficult incident to share, but it needs to be said...Because I will not be a silent victim. I will share the facts of the incident in as a matter of fact manner as I can.

I checked into my flight and had a boarding pass printed that included “plus infant.” My baby and I were flying from Dayton, OH, to San Antonio, TX, so I could run in the San Antonio Half Marathon. I was taking my baby along because he is still breastfeeding for part of the day.

I entered the security line, removed the special formula that I had with me for the baby, as well as my quart size baggie with my other liquids. I went through the x-ray machine and metal detector, carrying the baby, with no incident.

Because I was traveling with baby formula, I knew to expect that they would test it with the paper circles for explosives. The TSA agent took all of my belongings over to the table in the center of the explosive screening tables. She asked me, “Are you aware of the NEW policies for carrying liquids through security that were instated 4 years ago?”

(capitalized to show the emphasis that she placed on that word.)

I replied, “Yes, I fly with him every several weeks.”

She scanned the formula, then turned to me and said, “Remove your shoes and stand on that black mat for a patdown.”

I said, “OK, what do I do with the baby?”

“You cannot be holding him.” (I am traveling alone.)

So I placed him into his stroller. She instructed me, “Spread your feet apart and hold your arms out to the side.” I obliged.

She patted my left arm, my right arm, my upper back and my lower back. She then said, “I need to reach in and feel along the inside of your waistband.”

She felt along my waistline, moved behind me, then proceeded to feel both of my buttocks. She reached from behind in the middle of my buttocks towards my vagina area.

She did not tell me that she was going to touch my buttocks, or reach forward to my vagina area.

She then moved in front of my and touched the top and underneath portions of both of my breasts.

She did not tell me that she was going to touch my breasts.

She then felt around my waist. She then moved to the bottoms of my legs.

She then felt my inner thighs and my vagina area, touching both of my labia.

She did not tell me that she was going to touch my vagina area or my labia.

She then told me that I could put my shoes on and I asked if I could pick up the baby, she replied Yes.

She then moved back to my belongings to finish scanning them with the paper discs for explosives. When she finished she said I was free to go.

I stood there holding my baby in shock. I did not move for almost a minute.

I stood there, an American citizen, a mom traveling with a baby with special needs formula, sexually assaulted by a government official. I began shaking and felt completely violated, abused and assaulted by the TSA agent. I shook for several hours, and woke up the next day shaking.

Here is why I was sexually assaulted. She never told me the new body search policy. She never told me that she was going to touch my private parts. She never told me when or where she was going to touch me. She did not inform me that a private screening was available. She did not inform me of my rights that were a part of these new enhanced patdown procedures.

When I booked my ticket, I was given no information that the TSA had changed their wand and unintrusive patdown procedures to “enhanced” patdown procedures that involved the touching of all parts of your body, including breasts and vagina on women and testicles and penis on men. I was not informed by any signs on the front side of security about the new procedures. I had not seen any media coverage about the issue, so I had no idea that this was a new government sanctioned policy.

Another important piece in this story, the Dayton airport does not have the new body scanners. I was not given any other search options. It was enhanced patdown, or nothing. (And I would have opted for the body scanner, if I were going to be subject to a sexual assault.)

I asked to speak to a supervisor immediately. I had a very unpleasant conversation with him that lasted 20 minutes. I moved to the back of the security area, made a few phone calls, including to my lawyer. He did some quick research, and learned that I had indeed been sexually assaulted because she did not follow the SOP (standard operating procedure) for the new search.

During our first conversation, the TSA acting manager of the shift told me that the TSA agent who sexually assaulted me was supposed to inform me about the new search procedure and tell me when and where she was going to touch me. He also apologized on behalf of himself and on behalf of the agent who sexually assaulted me. I was not allowed to speak to the agent who sexually assaulted me, nor did the acting manager provide me with her name. (I did not have the presence of mind to look at her nameplate, as I was in shock.)

I also spoke with the Dayton police, the Dayton airport police, and left a message for the TSA manager for the Dayton airport. I intend to request the TSA to arrange for counseling services to be provided to me, so I can deal with the aftermath of the sexual assault that took place, caused by the specific touching actions and failure to inform me of the policies by the TSA agent.

I am speaking out against the TSA and share my sexual assault case to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else, anywhere.

I will not be a silent victim of sexual assault by a TSA agent. Total Sexual Assault.

I am calling for immediate change to this new enhanced body patdown search.

I am calling for the TSA agent who sexually assaulted me to be fired.

I am calling for you, a fellow American, to stand up against these new enhanced full body patdown search procedures of the TSA.

Please note: I do plan on flying back to Ohio on Monday, because it will take me too long to drive home from Texas. I do not however intend to fly again until this search policy of sexual molestation is revoked by the TSA.

I will leave you with this thought: “It is acceptable and encouraged that a TSA government official can do something to an American citizen that US military personnel cannot do to a member of the Taliban.”

DA promises to prosecute overly touchy pat downs
    Tuesday, November 16, 2010

    Lyanne Melendez
    More: Bio, E-mail, News Team

SAN MATEO COUNTY, Calif. (KGO) -- The San Mateo district attorney's office has a warning for all TSA personnel at SFO -- anyone inappropriately touching a passenger during a security pat down will be prosecuted.

Incoming San Mateo DA Steve Wagstaffe says any complaints of inappropriate touching during an airport security pat down will land on his desk.

"The case would be reviewed and if we could prove the elements of it, that it was inappropriately done with a sexual or lewd intent, that person would be prosecuted," he said.

    Related Content

The charge -- sexual battery. "If it is skin to skin, if someone were to take their hand and put it underneath somebody's blouse and touch someone inappropriately and go skin to skin, that's a felony, and if it's done simply over the clothing, according to California law, that's a misdemeanor," Wagstaffe said.

More pat down searches are expected because some passengers are refusing to go through the image scanning device. Homeland Security announced more scanners are on the way as part of the enhanced security measures at all airports.

Homeland Security Sec. Janet Napolitano has said a passenger's privacy is protected.

"We built privacy concerns into the procedures when they were deployed," she said.

Not all travelers are buying Napolitano's claim.

"It's ridiculous and it's not safer, they are just doing it to have us more fearful and there is no reason for it," passenger Cathlyn Daley.

But many passengers at SFO do not mind the enhanced security.

"I would much rather go through a little uncomfortableness and know that I will be safe or a least know that everything was done to protect me," passenger Suzanne Beaty said.

    A few however, do.

"A stranger groping you basically," passenger David Barth said.

Passengers should know once they go through security, a TSA officer can ask them to submit to a pat down.

"At that point somewhere in that process you get to a point where you can't withdraw and you will be searched whether you like it or not," ABC7 legal analyst Dean Johnson said.

Wagstaffe has yet to receive a complaint.

SFO security screeners work for a company contracted by the TSA but undergo the same training and comply with the same regulations as TSA employees.

As for the assurance that the images from body scanners are never saved, tech blog Gizmodo obtained 100 saved photos after filing a request through the Freedom of Information Act, just a few of the 35,000 photos that were stored on a machine at the federal courthouse in Miami.

Gizmodo eliminated identifying features before posting them, but the pictures demonstrate the security issues still being worked out with the machines.

I've been reading a ton on this subject all over. There are about 20% of the people who post on the subject who are in the "I'd rather be felt up than blown up".

    I.E. Security at all costs.

The big argument is "if you don't like it, don't fly". What these idiots fail to understand is that airline security is no longer privately handled by the airlines. It's now the government sanctioning it. This means, I have 4th amendment rights.

One of the cops on NJgunforums said "You'd scream bloody murder if I just randomly picked people for an enhanced frisk, why is this ok just because it's for flying?" and he's right.

Here's a video from the NJ legislature. They're taking a stand about these blatant 4th amendment violations from the TSA.

This is bipartisan. The guy who talks at the beginning is a Republican from a dark red area of NJ. They also introduce the ACLU lady who is right in what she says, albeit I suspect for the wrong reasons.

Freedom Watch with Judge Andrew Napolitano interviews Allison Mchose(My NJ state rep!) and Mike Doherty the guy in the previous video.

    Great interview.
