    Default Presidental Election Exit Poll

    How'd you end up voting?

    Liberal

    or

    Socialist?

Select all that apply, or only the one that applies.

If you like, post your reasons, comments or remarks.

Thank God this crap is nearly over... so we can look forward to Four Years of whatever change occurred. lol

By the way, take this poll as an "Average" of what you voted. In other words, if you voted for Obama, then you voted "Democrat, Obama" and perhaps even Socialist.

If you voted for others on the ballot that were other than "Conservative" or "Liberal" then include that later on.

For instance, I am Voting McCain, Republican on the Senate and house and local leaders. On things like the ballot issues I voted CONSERVATIVE.

Thus, I selected McCain, Republican and Conservative.

    Make sense?

    Thanks all!

As an indication of the things we had on our ballot... At least state wide, I'm going to put down what my votes are for the various initiatives and amendments.

They are rather length and I'll provide a link for anyone that wants to read them, but basically I'm going to give the number, the vote.

At a later time I'll probably try to go into details on why I voted this way or that - if anyone cares, but I doubt they do.

I'm sure that some of the things we see here will be against the grain, or perhaps not. I'll try to list the minimal information about the ballot issues so you a clue - a bit later. Right now, numbers and votes.

46 - Y - Discrimination and Preferential Treatment by Governments
47 - Y - Prohibition on Mandatory Labor Union Membership and Dues
    48 - Y - Definition of Person
    49 - Y - Allowable Government Paycheck Deductions
50 - Y - Limited Gaming in Central City, Black Hawk, and Cripple Creek
51 - Y - State Sales Tax Increase for Services for People with Developmental Disabilities
52 - Y - Use of Severance Tax Revenue for Highways
    53 - N - Criminal Accountability of Business Executives
54 - Y - Campaign Contributions from Certain Government Contractors
55 - Y - Allowable Reasons for Employee Discharge or Suspension
    56 - N - Employer Responsibility for Health Insurance
    57 - Y - Additional Remedies for Injured Employees
58 - N - Severance Taxes on the Oil and Natural Gas Industry
    59 - N - Education Funding and TABOR Rebates

L - Y - Qualifications for Serving in the State Legislature
M - Y - Obsolete Constitutional Provision Relating to Land Value Increases
N - Y - Obsolete Constitutional Provisions Relating to Alcohol Beverages
    O - N - Citizen-Initiated State Laws

Note: A YES vote on any ballot issue is a vote IN FAVOR of changing current law or existing circumstances.
A NO vote on any ballot issue is a vote AGAINST the changing of current law or existing circumstances.

I had voted early because I didn't know if we'd be in town due to my brother's deployment coming up.

I voted for McCain, I voted for a couple Conservative candidates/issues, and I voted for other local candidates that I admit I didn't have background information on but were recommended on the Republican Voting Guide given out by our county's Republican HQ.

I'll vote when I get home from work.

But, I'm voting for Conservatives FIRST, McCain next and republicans last. I'm even thinking about voting opposition to the one town council nitwit who is a republican...that's my conservative vote.

    We're doomed.

0 has the Northeast sewn up, McCain is getting some central states. Florida is not looking good for MC but the panhandle isn't done yet. He's lost PA, if he loses Florida it's all over.

    Doomed.
