MOSCOW, November 24 (RIA Novosti) - A leading Russian political analyst has said the economic turmoil in the United States has confirmed his long-held view that the country is heading for collapse, and will divide into separate parts.

Professor Igor Panarin said in an interview with the respected daily Izvestia published on Monday: "The dollar is not secured by anything. The country's foreign debt has grown like an avalanche, even though in the early 1980s there was no debt. By 1998, when I first made my prediction, it had exceeded $2 trillion. Now it is more than 11 trillion. This is a pyramid that can only collapse."

The paper said Panarin's dire predictions for the U.S. economy, initially made at an international conference in Australia 10 years ago at a time when the economy appeared strong, have been given more credence by this year's events.

When asked when the U.S. economy would collapse, Panarin said: "It is already collapsing. Due to the financial crisis, three of the largest and oldest five banks on Wall Street have already ceased to exist, and two are barely surviving. Their losses are the biggest in history. Now what we will see is a change in the regulatory system on a global financial scale: America will no longer be the world's financial regulator."

When asked who would replace the U.S. in regulating world markets, he said: "Two countries could assume this role: China, with its vast reserves, and Russia, which could play the role of a regulator in Eurasia."

Asked why he expected the U.S. to break up into separate parts, he said: "A whole range of reasons. Firstly, the financial problems in the U.S. will get worse. Millions of citizens there have lost their savings. Prices and unemployment are on the rise. General Motors and Ford are on the verge of collapse, and this means that whole cities will be left without work.

Governors are already insistently demanding money from the federal center. Dissatisfaction is growing, and at the moment it is only being held back by the elections and the hope that Obama can work miracles. But by spring, it will be clear that there are no miracles."

He also cited the "vulnerable political setup", "lack of unified national laws", and "divisions among the elite, which have become clear in these crisis conditions."

He predicted that the U.S. will break up into six parts - the Pacific coast, with its growing Chinese population; the South, with its Hispanics; Texas, where independence movements are on the rise; the Atlantic coast, with its distinct and separate mentality; five of the poorer central states with their large Native American populations; and the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong.

He even suggested that "we could claim Alaska - it was only granted on lease, after all."

On the fate of the U.S. dollar, he said: "In 2006 a secret agreement was reached between Canada, Mexico and the U.S. on a common Amero currency as a new monetary unit. This could signal preparations to replace the dollar. The one-hundred dollar bills that have flooded the world could be simply frozen. Under the pretext, let's say, that terrorists are forging them and they need to be checked."

When asked how Russia should react to his vision of the future, Panarin said: "Develop the ruble as a regional currency. Create a fully functioning oil exchange, trading in rubles... We must break the strings tying us to the financial Titanic, which in my view will soon sink."

Panarin, 60, is a professor at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has authored several books on information warfare.

MOSCOW — For a decade, Russian academic Igor Panarin has been predicting the U.S. will fall apart in 2010. Now he's found an eager audience: Russian state media, who are interviewing him twice a day.

A polite and cheerful man with a buzz cut, Professor Panarin insists he does not dislike Americans. But he warns that the outlook for them is dire.

"There's a 55-45 percent chance right now that disintegration will occur," says Panarin. "One could rejoice in that process," he adds, poker-faced. "But if we're talking reasonably, it's not the best scenario — for Russia."

Prof. Panarin, 50 years old, is not a fringe figure. A former KGB analyst, he is dean of the Russian Foreign Ministry's academy for future diplomats. He is invited to Kremlin receptions, lectures students, publishes books, and appears in the media as an expert on U.S.-Russia relations.

Mr. Panarin posits, in brief, that mass immigration, economic decline, and moral degradation will trigger a civil war next fall and the collapse of the dollar. Around the end of June 2010, or early July, he says, the U.S. will break into six pieces — with Alaska reverting to Russian control.

For seriously predicting that the United States will break into six parts in June or July of 2010, Igor Panarin has suddenly become a Russian state-media celebrity. Hardly a day goes by without another interview or two for the KGB-trained, Kremlin-backed senior analyst. The clamor in Russia for his ideas is growing, he says.

Panarin's disintegration divination comes complete with a map. In it, Alaska goes to Russia. Hawaii goes to Japan or China. "The California Republic" — the West from Utah and Arizona to the Pacific — goes to China. "The Texas Republic" — the South from New Mexico to Florida — goes to Mexico. "Atlantic America" — the Northeast from Tennessee and South Carolina up to Maine — joins the European Union. And "The Central North-American Republic" — the Plains from Ohio to Montana — goes to Canada.

Few Americans paid any attention to his novel views until this week, when the Wall Street Journal trumpeted them on Page 1. Within hours, the U.S. media began the counterattack.

This is preposterous, Time magazine said in a blog.
"The man knows nothing at all about American regional differences," wrote Justin Fox, Time's business and economics columnist. South Carolina is like Massachusetts? Tennessee will join with France? Idaho will find something to love about California? Wyoming will snuggle up to Ottawa? Alabama will happily report to Mexico City? "Yeah, right!" Fox wrote. "Has this man ever been to the United States? Has he never even heard of 'The Nine Nations of North America'? . . . Igor, do your homework!"

Ahem, yes, that 1981 "Nine Nations" book I myself wrote. Well, I was young. I needed the money.

The regional bloggers who find it useful to view the continent functioning as if it were nine separate economies or distinct cultures that pay little regard to state or national boundaries have been loudly a-chirp about Panarin for a while.

Russia Wants Alaska Back by Rad Raines MOSCOW - Russian leaders met today with Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice to dicsuss Russia's growing desire to acquire Alaska back from the United States based on the principal that the U.S. took advantage of the former super power's need for cash and lack of reputable leadership when it purchased the former Russian territory for 7.2 million dollars in 1867.

When asked what Russia would do if such a request were honored, one leader replied "We seriously feel like we are missing out on a part of our culture, our history and hot Eskimo sex."

The proposed offer of 5 billion dollars is no laughing matter. According to White House reports, Bush is said to have discussed the possibilty with Putin via telephone on more than one occassion.

"Why not?"..."It's too cold anyways!"..."Plus you got all that globaly globally warming stuff hapenning. I don't wanna be there when it melts and gets all slushy"..."Do you know how many Mexicans and paper towels it would take to clean that up?", Bush remarked between holes a recent golfing event.

Reporters for the Chicago Sun claim they have obtained an annonymous fax bearing the presidential seal outlining Bush's personal notes. "It's hard to make out the President's pennmanship" Fitz Reeves, a junior editior at the Sun adds. "He writes like a child!". When asked what was ledgible, Reeves wouldn't reveal much, but he did comment that if Bush wanted to make it happen, he could.

According to sources close to Reeves, Bush was demanding little more than for Russia to rename the territory "Bushica" if it did indeed acquired it.

Rice has also been tightlipped on the subject but said her trip to the former Soviet Union was "interesting". Rice plans to meet with the President this weekend at Camp David to discuss the meeting in greater detail.

A Test For Unity

Russian economist Igor Panarin, for instance, has gotten a good deal of press attention (particularly in Russia, but abroad as well) for predicting that the financial crisis will lead to civil war in the United States and the partitioning of that country. He even suggested on Russia Today that Alaska will want to join the Russian Federation and that former Chukotka Oblast Governor and oligarch Roman Abramovich would make a good governor there. Watch out Sarah Palin, it appears that Vladimir Putin can see Alaska from his house too!

In 1990, few were predicting the breakup of the Soviet Union.
But it came – only a year later.

With 2009 set to begin in a few days, there is someone predicting the breakup of the United States – a year from now.

His name is Igor Panarin, a former KGB analyst and the dean of the Russian Foreign Ministry's school for foreign diplomats – in other words, a serious fellow.

For him, it's nothing new. He's been making the same prediction for the last 10 years. But, until recently, no one took him very seriously. And then came the economic calamity that has rocked Americans and the rest of the world, too. Now, Panarin's predictions of an end of the United States, due to economic and moral collapse, is being taken seriously by many.

Panarin blames out-of-control mass immigration, economic decline and moral degradation for what he believes could be a civil war as early as next fall and a total collapse of the dollar. By June or July of 2010, he sees the U.S. breaking into six pieces.

Now, I'm not buying into Panarin's entire prediction. But I do think there's something to it.

I've been talking about this possibility more and more in recent years. I don't see how this house of cards we're building can possibly withstand the next significant windstorm. The political ties no longer bind. Only inertia and the threat of force hold us together.

The economic crisis is clearly visible to all – but all the wrong buttons are being pushed. In fact, the same people who got us into this mess are digging a deeper hole for all of us to climb out of.

The other two crises he points to have scarcely even been recognized by many people – out-of-control immigration and moral rot.

Nothing has been done to seal our borders, even though the American people have been screaming for it for years. The tidal wave of illegal immigration may have slowed only because of economic conditions.

Nevertheless, we are a much less united country as a result of the influx of tens of millions of people welcomed here by a federal government gone mad.

As for the moral degradation, if you don't know what I mean, you're part of the problem. America's founders made it abundantly clear when they ratified the Constitution that it was a document that would only work for the governance of a religious people – folks who understood right from wrong and would, for the most part, govern themselves. Does anyone really believe America is still a country like that?
I don't.

But it doesn't mean I'm giving up on America.
Just the opposite.

I am fighting to preserve the kind of America our founders gave us.

It may be that we can only rediscover that kind of liberty with the breakup of the United States.

I'm open to that possibility.

I recognize, all too clearly, I have little in common with most Californians, for instance. That's what drove me out of that state after 20 years. But where can a freedom-minded constitutionalist go these days? There are no new worlds to discover. There are increasingly fewer states dominated by freedom-loving people.

That's why I have postulated over the possibility of a secessionist movement of like-minded people. I'm not talking necessarily about the grouping of states, like the Confederacy of old. Frankly, I don't see that happening. But what if there were one place – one state – that attracted people from all over the United States to come live in freedom?
Would you go?

I might.

If Panarin's theory proves even partially right, we may wish we started such a movement much earlier.

Igor Panarin is a Russian political scientist who's been predicting for over a decade the U.S. will collapse and break apart in 2010. And, for whatever reason - envy, revenge, boredom - he's found an eager audience in the Russian state media. I wrote a post about his predictions in November, and the Wall Street Journal had a profile on Panarin this week.

Prof. Panarin, 50 years old, is not a fringe figure. A former KGB analyst, he is dean of the Russian Foreign Ministry's academy for future diplomats. He is invited to Kremlin receptions, lectures students, publishes books, and appears in the media as an expert on U.S.-Russia relations.

In recent weeks, he's been interviewed as much as twice a day about his predictions. "It's a record," says Prof. Panarin. "But I think the attention is going to grow even stronger."

He predicts that economic, financial and demographic trends will provoke a political and social crisis in the U.S. When the going gets tough, he says, wealthier states will withhold funds from the federal government and effectively secede from the union. Social unrest up to and including a civil war will follow. The U.S. will then split along ethnic lines, and foreign powers will move in.

Prof. Panarin is fairly specific about how he envisions the U.S. separating. Here's his map:

Note: Mr. Panarin is not alone. Several others have been predicting the demise of the U.S., including another Russian, Dmitry Orlov. Mr. Orlov's thesis is the conditions in the United States are now quite similar to those that occurred in the Soviet Union just prior to it's collapse and break up into disparate republics.

All Mexico needs to do is compromise a bit on Aztlan with regard to California and Arizona, but they are getting a lot more states toward the east. (Maybe where much is given more is required)

Maybe that is why we are seeing Russia and China so visible now operating in Central and South America.

Then with the help of Cuba and Venezuela and the rest of the Latin commies we're in for ugly times in this region.

I think that I have brought (in this thread) several of these issues to light in the past -- and have even been laughed at a few times. I wasn't being laughed at prior to 9-11 when I was contacted by not one, but TWO difference intel agencies in regards to some of the OPEN SOURCE data that was posted in this forum. I provided my sources and of course never heard anything else about it. The "sources" were news paper articles, and some contacts that were "eye witnesses" who didn't know what to do. I'd advised them to make contact themselves, and apparently did. The agencies wanted confirmation of the data I'd posted here, so they were later in contact with witnesses (we're talking about isses about people crossing the border, shoot outs with US authorities and the like). Suffice it to say, the idea of the Chinese owning/controlling Panama is scary. Everyone pooh poohs this with, "We'll be able to see them moving large numbers of troops"... I say, NO. Not if they are on the ground in small groups. We're talking a JUNGLE to hide in and organize. We're talking moving thouands or hundreds of thouands over the course of several months or years, to be in place at a jumpoff point (say mexico). And who is trying to increase their ties with China? Mexico. Just as predicted. Keep your eyes on this spot. The original concept, Clark for this thread was to show that not only could it HAPPEN, but that I believed when I started this thread there was evidence already that the plans were in progress. Hence the title name. Obviously it has grown immensely - and in intensity especially as of late. I guess I will leave the title though, since I still believe the ultimate goal for China is a ground based, all out invasion of the United States -- probably by the year 2015. They are putting assets in place, preparing for that goal and are attempting to match us on the technology front. If the United States does NOT become the premier technology center of the world in the next 5 years, then we will be left in the dust, and this invasion WILL occur.

Alright, last post to this for now. I've contacted the news papers I knew carried some of this information and asked if there were follow ups. Basically, I believe that we will see an "invasion" of US soil sometime in the next year to year and a half, if they are going to do it. I believe Cuba, China, perhaps North Korea and perhaps even Russia are involved in plans to assist in the destablization of the US economy, as well as put us into "alert mode", placing troops within our own borders, perhaps even taking portions of our land and holding it for as long as possible. Whether this is something they would do to get us off guard, or whether it is a diversion for something bigger, I don't know yet. As it is I am guessing now, but... the plan would be pretty easy to pull off. You can hit military installations with small groups of forces, and take one within hours. That's a fact and any military person (except of course the actual security forces on an installation) who've ever worked in the past 10 - 20 years at a US base KNOW what security is like. Secuity forces will tell you no one will get through.. but that isn't completely accurate. I have some former Special Forces buddies who say they can take five men and take a whole base in a matter of an hour. I'd have to see that to believe it, but I'm sure well trained men could take a large installation in no time (definately a larger force would be needed). Moving them would be no problem. They are already infiltrating as "illegal aliens". Look at the number of Chinese and Mexicans (perhaps Cubans?) who come over EVERY SINGLE DAY! I hope I'm wrong. I hope I'm way, way off the mark... but.. since this is a survival board, I need to bring these things up. Post your replies here, speculations, ideas and even your counter-intelligence (that says it won't happen). Thanks. Given this thread is specifically about Russia - I'll say this, the Russians and Chinese have NOT stopped what they were doing in 2001 and prior to that.

They have continued to attempt to do whatever they could on any scale imaginable, small to large, to foul up the US Economy and use other countries (can anyone say Cuba, Georgia, Taiwan, etc) to accomplish this task.

Those two messages up there were my very last message posted and my very first message posted (respectively) to that thread.

It's still a "Hot Button" issue with me.

The Mexicans are complicit in many things - one of them is pushing drugs across our border. Drugs are one more Communist attempt at the destruction internally of the US. People don't get it - they see things like "legalization of drugs" as the next step to civilization. They use things like "Alcohol" as comparisons. It isn't the same thing.

But communism has part and parcel of it's push to use any means necessary to gain a foothold on whatever economy or system they are trying to infiltrate.

The Communist Manifesto ought to be required reading. It was written in 1848 by Fredrick Engles and continues today to be used as the bases for the ultimate destruction of Capitalism.

I've been told recently "You need to study Socialism because you don't understand what it is" - of course, I was told this by self-avowed Socialists with Communist tendencies.

Regardless, I don't think I need to "relearn" what it was I learned long ago. And I don't think Mexico would WILLINGLY cave, but they sure as hell won't have a whole lot of choice when Chinese and Russian tanks are rolling through.

Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.


At Mrs. Nordman's request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following "Current Communist Goals," which she identifies as an excerpt from "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen:

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.

24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, healthy."
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a "religious crutch."
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state."
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man."
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the "big picture." Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture--education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use ["]united force["] to solve economic, political or social problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.

Finally, I mentioned Texas for a reason. Texans are, by and large, very Patriotic people. Their state is probably the only one that can "legally" Secede from the United States and become it's own republic.

I don't know how accurate that is, but I believe it is true.

Texas has a pretty damned good military all by itself.

I too have known about this for over a decade as I'm sure most here have heard about this. However, it needs to be said again and again to keep waking Americans up.

After seeing this subject now hit the news and current events with Russia, China, NK, Latin America and Eastern Europe makes me think this could happen soon.

All we need is a real chain of catastrophes in the CONUS to bring about unthinkable times.

I believe the Axis members and some NATO members are aware of the war plans they have for America.

It could be that some of our Left sided politicians have been making NWO concessions to the Axis over the years for preferential treatment once America has been consolidated because as closet communist they really admire them.

To most this subject is still unthinkable today; but who knows over the next 10 years?

It's not that the world ends, just TEOWAWKI in America with all the amenities and luxuries that we have enjoyed in the past.

The word "SHIFT" is a better description.

Where will America be after the Axis shifts its power in "One Clinched Fist" against it, when America is at its weakest moment?

The following is a transcript of a speech believed to have been given by Mr. Chi Haotian, Minster of Defense and vice-chairman of China’s Central Military Commission. Independently verifying the authorship of the speech is not possible. It is worth reading because it is believed to set out the CCP’s strategy for the development of China. The speech argues for the necessity of China using biological warfare to depopulate the United States and prepare it for a future massive Chinese colonization. “The War Is Not Far from Us and Is the Midwife of the Chinese Century” was published on February 15, 2005 on www.peacehall.com and was published on www.boxun.com on April 23, 2005. "To resolve the issue of America we must be able to transcend conventions and restrictions. In history, when a country defeated another country or occupied another country, it could not kill all the people in the conquered land, because back then you could not kill people effectively with sabers or long spears, or even with rifles or machine guns. Therefore, it was impossible to gain a stretch of land without keeping the people on that land. However, if we conquered America in this fashion, we would not be able to make many people migrate there.



Only by using special means to “clean up” America will we be able to lead the Chinese people there. This is the only choice left for us. This is not a matter of whether we are willing to do it or not. What kind of special means is there available for us to “clean up” America? Conventional weapons such as fighters, canons, missiles and battleships won’t do; neither will highly destructive weapons such as nuclear weapons. We are not as foolish as to want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons, despite the fact that we have been exclaiming that we will have the Taiwan issue resolved at whatever cost. Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves. There has been rapid development of modern biological technology, and new bio weapons have been invented one after another. Of course we have not been idle; in the past years we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind. We are capable of achieving our purpose of “cleaning up” America all of a sudden. When Comrade Xiaoping was still with us, the Party Central Committee had the perspicacity to make the right decision not to develop aircraft carrier groups and focus instead on developing lethal weapons that can eliminate mass populations of the enemy country.



From a humanitarian perspective, we should issue a warning to the American people and persuade them to leave America and leave the land they have lived in to the Chinese people. Or at least they should leave half of the United States to be China’s colony, because America was first discovered by the Chinese. But would this work? If this strategy does not work, then there is only one choice left to us. That is, use decisive means to “clean up” America, and reserve America for our use in a moment. Our historical experience has proven that as long as we make it happen, nobody in the world can do anything about us. Furthermore, if the United States as the leader is gone, then other enemies have to surrender to us.

Biological weapons are unprecedented in their ruthlessness, but if the Americans do not die then the Chinese have to die. If the Chinese people are strapped to the present land, a total societal collapse is bound to take place. According to the computation of the author of Yellow Peril, more than half of the Chinese will die, and that figure would be more than 800 million people! Just after the liberation, our yellow land supported nearly 500 million people, while today the official figure of the population is more than 1.3 billion. This yellow land has reached the limit of its capacity. One day, who knows how soon it will come, the great collapse will occur any time and more than half of the population will have to go.



We must prepare ourselves for two scenarios. If our biological weapons succeed in the surprise attack [on the United States], the Chinese people will be able to keep their losses at a minimum in the fight against the United States. If, however, the attack fails and triggers a nuclear retaliation from the United States, China would perhaps suffer a catastrophe in which more than half of its population would perish. That is why we need to be ready with air defense systems for our big and medium-sized cities. Whatever the case may be, we can only move forward fearlessly for the sake of our Party and state and our nation’s future, regardless of the hardships we have to face and the sacrifices we have to make. The population, even if more than half dies, can be reproduced. But if the Party falls, everything is gone, and forever gone!



In Chinese history, in the replacement of dynasties, the ruthless have always won and the benevolent have always failed. The most typical example involved Xiang Yu the King of Chu, who, after defeating Liu Bang, failed to continue to chase after him and eliminate his forces, and this leniency resulted in Xiang Yu’s death and Liu’s victory (during the war between Chu and Han, just after the Qin Dynasty (221-206BC) was overthrown). Therefore, we must emphasize the importance of adopting resolute measures. In the future, the two rivals, China and the United States, will eventually meet each other in a narrow road, and our leniency to the Americans will mean cruelty toward the Chinese people. Here some people may want to ask me: what about the several millions of our compatriots in the United States? They may ask: aren’t we against Chinese killing other Chinese?



These comrades are too pedantic; they are not pragmatic enough. If we had insisted on the principle that the Chinese should not kill other Chinese, would we have liberated China? As for the several million Chinese living in the United States, this is of course a big issue. Therefore in recent years, we have been conducting research on genetic weapons, i.e. those weapons that do not kill yellow people. But producing a result with this kind of research is extremely difficult. Of the research done on genetic weapons throughout the world, the Israeli’s is the most advanced. Their genetic weapons are designed to target Arabs and protect the Israelis. But even they have not reached the stage of actual deployment. We have cooperated with Israel on some research. Perhaps we can introduce some of the technologies used to protect Israelis and remold these technologies to protect the yellow people. But their technologies are not mature yet, and it is difficult for us to surpass them in a few years. If it has to be five or ten years before some breakthroughs can be achieved in genetic weapons, we cannot afford to wait any longer.

Old comrades like us cannot afford to wait that long, for we don’t have that much time to live. Old soldiers of my age may be able to wait for five or ten more years, but those from the period of the Anti-Japanese War or the few old Red Army soldiers cannot wait any longer. Therefore we have to give up our expectations about genetic weapons. Of course, from another perspective, the majority of those Chinese living in the United States have become our burden, because they have been corrupted by the bourgeois liberal values for a long time and it would be difficult for them to accept our Party’s leadership. If they survived the war, we would have to launch campaigns in the future to deal with them, to reform them. Do you still remember that when we had just defeated the Koumintang (KMT) and liberated Mainland China, so many people from the bourgeois class and intellectuals welcomed us so very warmly, but later we had to launch campaigns such as the “suppression of the reactionaries” and “Anti-Rightist Movement” to clean them up and reform them? Some of them were in hiding for a long time and were not exposed until the Cultural Revolution. History has proved that any social turmoil is likely to involve many deaths. Maybe we can put it this way: death is the engine that moves history forward. During the period of Three Kingdoms [9], how many people died? When Genghis Khan conquered Eurasia, how many people died? When Manchu invaded the interior of China, how many people died? Not many people died during the 1911 Revolution, but when we overthrew the Three Great Mountains [10], and during the political campaigns such as “Suppression of reactionaries,” “Three-Anti Campaign,” and “Five-Anti Campaign” at least 20 million people died. We were apprehensive that some young people today would be trembling with fear when they hear about wars or people dying. During wartime, we were used to seeing dead people. Blood and flesh were flying everywhere, corpses were lying in heaps on the fields, and blood ran like rivers. We saw it all. On the battlefields, everybody’s eyes turned red with killing because it was a life-and-death struggle and only the brave would survive.



It is indeed brutal to kill one or two hundred million Americans. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century, a century in which the CCP leads the world. We, as revolutionary humanitarians, do not want deaths. But if history confronts us with a choice between deaths of Chinese and those of Americans, we’d have to pick the latter, as, for us, it is more important to safeguard the lives of the Chinese people and the life of our Party. That is because, after all, we are Chinese and members of the CCP. Since the day we joined the CCP, the Party’s life has always been above all else! History will prove that we made the right choice.

Now, when I am about to finish my speech, you probably understand why we conducted this online survey. Simply put, through conducting this online survey we wanted to know whether the people would rise against us if one day we secretly adopt resolute means to “clean up” America. Would more people support us or oppose us? This is our basic judgment: if our people approve of shooting at prisoners of war, women and children, then they would approve our “cleaning up” America. For over twenty years, China has been enjoying peace, and a whole generation has not been tested by war. In particular, since the end of World War II, there have been many changes in the formats of war, the concept of war and the ethics of war. Especially since the collapse of the former Soviet Union and Eastern European Communist states, the ideology of the West has come to dominate the world as a whole, and the Western theory of human nature and Western view of human rights have increasingly disseminated among the young people in China. Therefore, we were not very sure about the people’s attitude. If our people are fundamentally opposed to “cleaning up” America, we will, of course, have to adopt corresponding measures.

Why didn’t we conduct the survey through administrative means instead of through the web? We did what we did for a good reason.

First of all, we did it to reduce artificial inference and to make sure that we got the true thoughts of the people. In addition, it is more confidential and won’t reveal the true purpose of our survey. But what is most important is the fact that most of the people who are able to respond to the questions online are from social groups that are relatively well-educated and intelligent. They are the hard-core and leading groups that play a decisive role among our people. If they support us, then the people as a whole will follow us; if they oppose us, they will play the dangerous role of inciting people and creating social disturbance.

What turned out to be very comforting is they did not turn in a blank test paper. In fact, they turned in a test paper with a score of over 80. This is the excellent fruition of our Party’s work in propaganda and education over the past few decades.

Of course, a few people under the Western influence have objected to shooting at prisoners of war and women and children. Some of them said, “It is shocking and scary to witness so many people approving of shooting at women and children. Is everybody crazy?” Some others said, “The Chinese love to label themselves as a peace-loving people, but actually they are the most ruthless people. The comments are resonant of killing and murdering, sending chills to my heart.”

Although there are not too many people holding this kind of viewpoint and they will not affect the overall situation in any significant way, but we still need to strengthen the propaganda to respond to this kind of argument.

That is to vigorously propagate Comrade He Xin's latest article, which has already been reported to the central government. You may look it up on the website.

If you get on the website using key words to search, you will find out that a while ago, comrade He Xin pointed out to the Hong Kong Business News during an interview that: "The US has a shocking conspiracy." According to what he had in hand, from September 27 to October 1, 1995, the Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachëv Foundation, funded by the United States, gathered 500 of the world’s most important statesmen, economic leaders and scientists, including George W. Bush (he was not the US president at the time), the Baroness Thatcher, Tony Blair, Zbigniew Brzezinski, as well as George Soros, Bill Gates, futurist John Naisbitt, etc., all of the world’s most popular characters, in the San Francisco Fairmont hotel for a high-level round table conference, discussing problems about globalization and how to guide humanity to move forward into the 21st century. According to what He Xin had in hand, the outstanding people of the world in attendance thought that in the 21st century a mere 20% of the world’s population will be sufficient to maintain the world’s economy and prosperity, the other 80% or 4/5 of the world’s population will be human garbage unable to produce new values. The people in attendance thought that this excess 80% population would be a trash population and "high-tech" means should be used to eliminate them gradually.

Since the enemies are secretly planning to eliminate our population, we certainly cannot be infinitely merciful and compassionate to them. Comrade He Xin's article came out at the right time, it has proven the correctness of our tit for tat battle approach, has proven Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s great foresight to deploy against the United States military strategy.

Certainly, in spreading Comrade He Xin’s views, we cannot publish the article in the party newspapers, in order to avoid raising the enemy’s vigilance. He Xin's conversation may remind the enemy that we have grasped the modern science and technology, including "clean" nuclear technology, gene weapons technology as well as biological weapons technology, and we can use powerful measures to eliminate their population on a large-scale.

The last problem I want to talk about is of firmly seizing the preparations for military battle.

Currently, we are at the cross road of moving forward or backward. Some comrades saw problems flooding everywhere in our country—the corruption problem, the state-owned enterprise problem, the bank’s bad accounts problem, environmental problems, society security problems, education problems, the AIDS problem, various appeals problem, even the riots problem. These comrades vacillated in the determination to prepare for the military battle. They thought; they should first grab the political reform problem, that is, our own political reform comes first. After resolving the domestic problems, we can then deal with the foreign military battle problem.

This reminds me of the crucial period in 1948 in the Chinese revolution. At that time, the People's Liberation Army’s “horses were drinking water” in Yangtze River, but they faced extremely complex situations and difficult problems everywhere in the liberated areas, and the central authority received emergency reports daily. What to do? Should we stop to manage rear areas and internal matters first before moving forward, or press on to pass the Yangtze River with one vigorous effort? Chairman Mao, with his extraordinary wisdom and mettle, gave the marching order "Carry on the revolution to the end," and liberated all of China. The previously thought "serious" conflicting problems were all resolved in this great forward moving revolutionary wave.

Now, it seems like we are in the same critical period as the “horses were drinking water” in the Yangtze River days in the revolutionary era, as long as we firmly seize the most basic principle of preparing for the military battle. The central committee believes, as long as we resolve the United States problem at one blow, our domestic problems will all be readily solved. Therefore, our military battle preparation appears to aim at Taiwan, but in fact is aimed at the United States, and the preparation is far beyond the scope of attacking aircraft carriers or satellites.

Marxism pointed out that violence is the midwife for the birth of the new society. Therefore war is the midwife for the birth of China’s century. As war approaches, I am full of hope for our next generation.
