When, a decade ago, Russian economist Igor Panarin claimed the United States was on the verge of disintegration, almost no one took him seriously.

But things have changed since then.

After an elected US official, Texas Governor Rick Perry, hinted at secession in April 2009, people really started to pay attention.

He claimed then: “Texas is a unique place. When we came into the union in 1845, one of the issues was that we would be able to leave if we decided to do that.”

His comments about possibly leaving the Union caused a media firestorm.

Igor Panarin has, for over a decade, been predicting that the United States will fall apart by 2010. He says: “I feel that in November, at the end of November, the US will see a second wave of the economic crisis. And so, by the summer of 2010, this could result in the disintegration of the US into six pieces.”

Panarin also has his own idea of what the country will look like: “I think the Atlantic zone, which is the area of Washington DC and New York City, will join the European Union. The zone of Texas and the surrounding states will be its own Texan republic. The Californian coast will be under Chinese influence. The Northern and Central States will be under Canadian influence. Alaska, in my opinion, will rejoin Russia. The Hawaiian islands will be under the joint protectorate of Japan and China.”

It seems like many people are questioning now for how much longer the States will remain United. In 2005, the video game “Shattered Union” was created. It shows rising separatist sentiment, the possibility of California and Texas seceding, and a second Civil War that sends the nation into chaos. It’s currently being developed into a major Hollywood film.

The Russian economist also says that the current community spirit “demonstrates how the American dream has shattered,” adding, “For the first time in US history, there is a deficit of bullets in gun stores. This says that Americans no longer trust the Federal Government.”

Without trust, it may be pretty difficult to maintain any kind of Union.

Red Dawn 2010: This Ain't No Movie

I have been coming across many waves of information lately concerning the "Red" communists in China. I also have seen something I DO NOT LIKE and it wasn't yesterday or today. It was on Oct. 3, 2009 when I first saw "Red Dawn 2010". Immediately after seeing the photos of the "supposed sets" on the set in and around Detroit, my first instinct was this ain't no movie. Detroit is probably the most hard-hit city in the United States of America during beginning phases of "greatest depression" we are descending into. Detroit is already experiencing food problems (probably not known to many) massive unemployment is common place, $500 starting bid home auctions and NO BUYERS in vacant neighborhoods, and an automotive industry (destroyed by design) in shambles and at the mercy of outsourcing to China. Hummer has already been sold to China as the US economy spirals out of control.

Look at the posters and banners of the movie set. That is too creepy. Who owns the US by propped up debt? China. Where are all the automotive factories being outsourced to? China. What is the US automotive hub? Detroit. Where is this supposed "movie" being filmed? Detroit. Could it be possible this plays into Igor Panarnin's predictions of US collapse/breaking into regions?. Could it be possible places like these are collateral for re-payment if the United States defaults because it's insolvency finally is declared?. To add some more wood to the fire, The insignia of the Chinese Red Star depicted in the 'movie' just happens to be the same exact to the 'T' insignia of the Chinese PLA (Peoples Liberation Army). Coinicidence?. I think not.

Red Dawn - One Clenched Fist

In 1984 a Russian defector named Anatoliy Golitsyn wrote of the period following the collapse of communism. He warned of a renewed attack on the West, engineered by KGB strategists. He said that this attack also had an economic dimension. In his 1984 book, New Lies for Old, he wrote:

"Liberalization in Eastern Europe on the scale suggested could have a social and political impact on the United States itself, especially if it coincided with a severe economic depression."

The communist strategists have long been looking for such an opportunity. According to Golitsyn, the communist tracks Western economic developments. They watch for developing weaknesses.

There was another Russian defector named Jan Sejna, who wrote during this time progressive leaders would be elected in Europe and America, they would move their governments toward socialism.

In his 1982 book, We Will Bury You, he wrote:

"Our relationship with the United States would be the vital element in this phase. By fostering belief in our policy of friendship and co-operation with America, we planned to receive the greatest possible economic and technological help from the West, the same time convince the Capitalist countries that they had no need of military alliances."

Indoctrinated elected American progressives in government would blindly put trust in both Russia and China.

Jan Sejna also wrote during this time:

"Capitalism would suffer an economic crisis that would bring Europe to its knees and stimulate the influence of progressive forces in European governments. They believe America would be withdrawing its commitments to help former allies".

Once America had abandoned the defense of Europe, Russia would be convincing the Europeans that the US was pursuing a self-interested policy and even conspiring actively against them; thus we would increase Americas isolation.

The Progressives in America lower defenses and offer access to US military secrets and provide strategic transparency. They remove nuclear deterrents and defund strategic facets of the US military to lead the world in a socialist Utopian world peace.

Once Americas defenses are compromised and trades US sovereignty for world citizenship, she becomes consumed with internal transformational social problems.

Russia and China join forces with their allies to unite in "One Clenched Fist" to dismember America and take her seat as the world leaders and become the new multi-polar world powers.

Red: Russia would launch several invasions points along the borders and or within this region, notice the East Coast is also Red.

Green: China would launch several invasions points along the borders and or within this region.

Russian Expert Predicts Obama Will Declare Martial Law in America by End of 2012

Susanne Posel Igor Panarin, dean the Russian Foreign Ministry School for future diplomats, believes that President Obama will announce martial law by the end of 2012. He explains: “There’s a 55-45% chance right now that disintegration will occur.” In 2009, Panarin lectured at the Diplomatic Academy where he said that he believes that the US will begin to collapse in 2010. He compared America to Nazi Germany and blamed the US for the global financial crisis that destroyed the Russian economy.



Panarin said that American society is in decline, referencing school shootings like Columbine. Combined with the banker bailouts in 2008 as proof that the US is no longer the global dominating economy, Paranrin believes that the American dream is over. He asserts that mass immigration, economic decline and moral degradation will plunge America into a civil war that will center on the collapse of the US dollar.



Panarin created a map of how he perceived the US would divide. He asserted that parts of the US would be taken over by foreign interests. Considering the social climate emerging in America, Panarin’s words seem prophetic.

Lubbock County Judge Tom Head said on a local FOX affiliate station that he is convinced that Obama’s re-election would spawn civil unrest which would justify the US government’s use of martial law to quell the public. Head is seeking an increase in local taxes to “beef up” the Lubbock County Sheriff’s office and district attorney’s office. Head expressed concern that Obama would deploy UN NATO troops onto US soil should civil unrest be declared. Head said: “He’s going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the U.S. to the United Nations, what’s going to happen when that happens? I’m thinking worst case scenario. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe…we’re not just talking a few riots or demonstrations.”

In March of 2012, Obama signed the National Defense Resources Preparedness (NDRP) executive order that declared peacetime marital law. Obama granted himself authority over all domestic energy, production, transportation, food and water in the name of National Security. The NDRP has roots in the Defense Production Act of 1950 wherein the US government was empowered to dispense “national resources” in the event of a national emergency that would define any or all Americans as a challenge to the government.

Control over all US citizens would be required to maintain continuity of government. The president and advisors would be able to use this directive as they saw fit if the situation warranted. It was no mistake that the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) declared the domestic US a “battlefield”. The ability to detain any American citizen without charge or trial, solely on suspicion is key to the power of the NDAA. As defined in the NDRP, the President allocated control over American resources to specific federal agencies to oversee their dispensation.

• The Secretary of Defense has power over all water resources
• The Secretary of Commerce has power over all material services and facilities, including construction materials
• The Secretary of Transportation has power over all forms of civilian transportation
• The Secretary of Agriculture has power over food resources and facilities, livestock plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment
• The Secretary of Health and Human Services has power over all health resources
• The Secretary of Energy has power over all forms of energy

Under Nazi-controlled Germany, the beginning of Totalitarian control was evidenced in May of 1942 when freezing of food prices led to national rationing in 1943.

With the Nazis controlling resource dispersion, all citizens needed ration cards to obtain food, gas, and even a vacation pass that allotted the restriction of movement. Between the NDAA and NDRP, a Nazi-model of control over the general population in America is laid out. The Executive Branch, having been given the power to control all resources that are necessary to sustain all citizens, they have forced Americans to become completely subservient to the US government.

The executive order is not permitted by the US Constitution that states: “All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” The advent of executive orders completely circumvents the power of the Congress and gives the Executive Branch unilateral power.

The use of executive orders has become popular as a way to control America in wartime and advent of national emergencies. Obama has set a precedent by announcing the pre-cursor to suspension of the US Constitution during peacetime. The first suspension of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights was performed by Abraham Lincoln during the US Civil War. This enabled Lincoln to authorize the unlawful detainment of “political prisoners” without Congressional approval. The second declaration of unconstitutional detainment of US citizens was ordered by President FDR in 1941 with the roundup of Japanese-Americans who were sent to detainment camps to be held without charge during WW II.

For the past 30 years, plans for the takeover of America have been laid in a long line of executive orders. By stifling Congressional approval, the Executive Branch has been empowered to detain any and all US citizens, suspend all media and restrict any and all Americans in any and all ways deemed appropriate by the President. We are in the midst of a Fascist takeover of our Constitutional Republic.

In the following video commentary Russian General Konstantin P. Amid hundreds of thousands of signatures calling for secession of individual states from the United States of America, one can’t help but consider the past warnings of former KGB analyst and Russia’s head of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomats, Igor Panarin, who in 1998 theorized that the United States could potentially break up into six autonomous regions.

In brief, according to the Washington Post, Panarin says that mass immigration, economic decline, and moral degradation will trigger a civil war and the collapse of the dollar.

Over a decade after he made his controversial predictions, many who ignored his warnings are now taking note. With U.S. economic growth in an unabated decline, and ethnic and political groups polarized like never before, Panarin’s prescient theories may soon become reality.

I emphasized [in 1998] the three main reasons which, in my opinion, could lead to the collapse of the U.S.
The first one is the moral and psychological factor and the stress of the American population.
The second one is the financial and economic problems.

And the third one is the increase of anti-Americanism in the world.

It would fall into six parts, and I back this up with several factors. First of all there are the ethnic, economical and geographic factors… totally different ethnic groups and ethnic interests.

Texas and the Gulf of Mexico coast are the fuel and energy complex. California is Silicon Valley and high tech. Panarin’s analysis led him to develop a map of what the United States as we know it today may look like in the future:

While controversial and completely unfathomable for most Americans, the U.S. government certainly looks to be taking Panarin’s warnings to heart. They have been actively preparing law enforcement and military personnel for large-scale economic breakdown and civil unrest, with urban training exercises that include tanks and infantry taking place across metropolitan areas as recently as last summer.

With the Presidential election behind us and Barack Obama having been re-elected for a second term, nearly a million Americans across all 50 states have given their approval for their respective state governments to move forward with seceding from the Federal government. While the so-called secession movement currently exists solely as a petition by the people for a redress of grievances, any such secession, were it to come to pass, would essentially yield a breakup of the United States of America. Governors and state congressional representatives have distanced themselves from the movement thus far, but that’s not to say it won’t build momentum over time.

With the federal government stocking over a billion rounds of ammunition, riot gear and armored personnel carriers for domestic use, it seems as if officials overseeing domestic security operations understand the risk, especially with tens of millions of Americans arming themselves at unprecedented rates over the last few years.

Panarin’s predictions, made in 1998, may not have come to pass in 2010 as he originally suggested, but events are unfolding in such a way that his message cannot be ignored.

Should the US economy continue to deteriorate, it would have the effect of causing desperation and anger throughout the populace. Blame and finger pointing come next, and that could very quickly descend into violent uprisings and what essentially amounts to civil war between ethnic and political factions.

It’s happened before in the United States, albeit over a century ago.

Could we once again be facing a crisis of our Union so serious that the north, south, east and west will one day meet on the battlefield?

I may have posted this before when it was originally posted but I can't remember...

While the general premise of a split up of the US holds merit as a possible future outcome, there are a lot of issues with his map. I question if Mr. Panarin really has a grasp of US demographics. I definitely don't see the Virginias, Carolinas, Kentucky, and Tennessee as siding with New England. I also don't see Idaho, Utah, Arizona, and probably Nevada as siding with the West Coast states.

Also, Alaska will never peacefully come under Russian control nor will any of the other red states come under foreign control. Hell, Mexico can't control what it has now let alone the whole of the South. The only exception to that would be the Federal government forcing state level governments to allow militant Hispanic separatists (La Raza, MEChA, etc.) to gain serious power but, I suspect most of the states would separate before then and I think that that issue is limited to the Southwestern states. I could see southern California coming under Mexican influence because of the demographics and how the state level government has already allowed illegal aliens much greater power than most other states. And if anything, the new turn-key nuclear power of the Plains States would annex Canada.

The last head of state of the former Soviet Union, Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, has warned the US of an imminent Soviet-like collapse if Washington persists with its hegemonic policies.

Speaking at a Thursday conference on the future of the Middle East and the Black Sea region in the Turkish city of Istanbul, Gorbachev noted that disintegration was the atonement that the former Soviet Union made for its mistakes and the same fate awaits the US if Washington continues to repeat similar blunders.

On 26 December, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the world's first and largest Communist state, was formally dissolved into fifteen independent republics, marking an end to the Cold War.

He said the Soviet Bolsheviks sought to undermine Islamic values while in power, and noted that during the Cold War era, the world powers used religion as a tool and a weapon.

Gorbachev denounced the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan during the Cold War era as an “unpardonable mistake” and pointed out that the US is now repeating the same mistake.

The United States and its allies launched the war on Afghanistan in 2001 as part of Washington’s so-called war on terror. The offensive removed the Taliban from power, but after 11 years, the foreign troops have still not been able to establish security in the country.

I’m sure this guy is just running his mouth but if there really is this kind of imperialism inside the Kremlin then the world is in for some hurt. Can you imagine Russia invading Alaska? That would be insane. America has some 20,000 troops in Alaska including the 11th Air Force, two brigade combat teams, an Combat Aviation Brigade, a Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, the United States Army garrisons in Alaska as well as tenant organizations. A National Guard Infantry Group and the 17th Coast Guard district.

Against that Russia would throw, in theory, 4 Armies, Pacific Fleet, several independent brigades(mechanized and airborne), Naval Infantry brigade, 3rd Air Force, and several other units. It would be one hell of a fight. Remember this because as unliely as it is, this couldvery well be what Putin is thinking. Stay Tuned..
