Thunderbirds or Blue Angels

I have enjoyed performances by both groups and have been totally amazed at the flying ability of both groups. It is a real toss up as to which show to see next. I am curious which group would have a higher rating on this board, no pun intended. My self, I like the paint scheme of the Thunderbirds, but I feel the Blue Angels are more prestigous.

I like the Thunderbirds better.

Then again, I'm biased - I was Air Force. I've seen both in air shows (and met the team that was flying in the late 1970s after they buzzed my air traffic control tower).

I thought they were pretty cool guys, even if I was just an Airman First Class and they were officers. lol

i think the F-16's and their paint scheme is neater. but the aircrews are an even match. both are the cream of the crop.

I grew up being taken to Blue Angel shows, so my fan loyalty is there.
