It really is amazing how you can alter search engines if enough people say it.
Tippy tom was a bum that came on Opie and Anthony on occasion. He was funny for a homeless guy. Someone unleashed the hounds and knocked Michael and Farrah off the top. That's pretty amazing.

I thought the town drunk was named Otis? I don't remember Tippy Tom.
Bad enough to lose Ed McMahon, Farrah and Micheal, now you tell me Tippy is gone.
