I suspect that the real big "get" as relates to this sell will be solar powered hot water.

Some pipe, a box with a piece of clear glass on it and you can make hot water too. The problem is reliability. These things might make sense in central Texas but once you have to start dealing with below freezing temperatures their aggregate utility plummets.

I'd love to have solar panels on my house but not if I have to pay for them. They're too expensive to ever pay for themselves in my climate.

It sounds like bullshit to me, beetle. However this is a good thread idea. I posted a small item on a sub-survival thread concerning a possible- I reckon probable- better alt energy source. The product- (info booklet sells for 49 bucks- is also available by webducks- who sport it for 5 bucks. (toad recommended the snake style G-fu method. I also saw the videos and, like all, I'm skeptical, but tend to credit the australian engineer for mastering simple electric engineering. With magnets to crank it up. As all the gimmicks, - they say everthin u kin buy in de hardware for 100 bills- and it's so easy to do- you don't need to be a Tesler- your mother-in-law who cant read can do it.

Neverthe less- alt and independent energy is the future. The windmills are dynamite- in the correct regions. Those f.ers- do several 100 kms per second and give megawatt. The old co. - southern wind energy- had a couple doozies for about 3 gran. You need a tower- generator- battery- xtras- 30 feet or 10 meter min. Minus municipal ordinances.

I like the magnet idea. Actually, pretty attracted. It makes sense.

If you do your google-fu work, as toad suggested, you will find the manual available for 5 bucks + or - virus. I'm no physicist- but as a cheap- durable- electric energy source- magnets are KOOL. I was impressed. Magnets properly spaced create huge, increasing centrifical force. Spark- conduit-voltmeter- cable. I doubt it's as easy as they say since there are innuendos of shady dealings by the mob to supress the project, and illisions to the NWO control by oil energy.
