    Here we are. We find ourselves in the middle of the summer of our discontent, and the frustrations of an irate citizenry are boiling over. This should not shock anyone.

    Forced down our throats within months of each other last year, were the 'mother of all bailouts' known as "TARP", and the auto industry bailout. Both gigantic spending sprees ticked off Americans across the country, and a seething angst started to fester within, like a political tick about to pop.

    But, born from those two examples of political idiocy, came the "Tea Party" movement, the "Going Galt" movement, and the 10th amendment state's rights movement. All three movements making up one giant collective "pressure valve" with a mandate for a tired and angry lot, made up of Republicans, Libertarians, Independents and Democrats. They began to mobilize and organize...Neighbors, families and friends, all very aware of what is happening to their country, their lives and their futures...Coming together to exercise their constitutional freedoms, and engage their elected officials in relentless sessions of civil discourse. Tired of being ignored, they began making their voices heard, in earnest, in February of this year, during the first round of "Tea Party" protests.

    These events received a fair amount of mainstream news coverage, but were 'spun' into something more akin to a KKK rally. Although not shocking, these insinuations were an insult to all those who were doing exactly what the left did for 8 years during President George W Bush's administration. But alas,...Everyone seems to forget that the only supposedly acceptable dissent, is leftist dissent. All others need not apply. (*yawn)

    Still, in the 8 months so far this year, we've seen even more examples of spending run amok, rumors of taxes going sky high, the loss of our freedom to buy any light bulb we wish, and the real fear that our Grandparents may one day be forced to do without the health-care they so desperately need, or they'll die. And so, that "pressure valve" has been letting off steam since the August recess began a few weeks ago. In that time, those who dare question obama, his policies, his "lap dogs" in congress, and his thuggish organizing for America/ACORN/union beat-down squads, have been maligned, demeaned, demonized, degraded and just generally insulted to the point of violence.

    The president has suggested that those who are questioning him and his policies, should "get out of the way".
    The speaker of the house, and senate majority leader have declared all who are against the president and his policies are "un-American". And endless numbers of pundits and loud-mouths have concluded that those same families, friends and neighbors who have come together on their own to protest their misgivings about the state of our federal government, are exhibiting an anger that is "manufactured". They do not believe that regular ol' citizens are capable of comprehending the so-called "reality" of the numerous spending bills, of which most recently is the health care bill. They believe "Jim" and "Jane" Citizen are too stupid to have genuine individual concern in their hearts for the country they dearly love. They simply dismiss the fact that a majority of the American people find themselves at the end of a very long, shredded and worn rope and they're tired of hanging on for dear life. A frustrated people are asking their elected officials to start abiding by their Constitutional duties, and make their votes according to what is in the best interest of their constituents. Not too much to ask really. Yet those pundits...Those loud-mouths....And even those elected officials....They keep on insulting, and keep on dismissing.


    Do you hear that? That's the sound of that "pressure valve", building more steam.

    Our elected officials can dismiss and insult all they want to...But they should consider themselves warned as of now...They do so, at their own political peril.

    Let's get a few things clear...This anger and frustration didn't start with one man named barack obama. His policies have added to the "fire", yes. But this anger and frustration has been festering, for quite a long time throughout a few different Presidents, and multi-trillions of OUR dollars.

    There is a sacred trust that is supposed to exist between a constituent and their elected official. That trust is given in the hopes that the politician will abide by their Constitutional responsibilities and represent their constituents and their state, accordingly. But we find ourselves in this mess because the chain of accountability has been broken. On one end of that chain, we have the voters...Folks who for too long have simply pulled the lever for someone who "sorta sounds good" and then disengage from the political process as quickly as they pull the curtain and leave the voting booth. And on the other end of that chain, we have the politician...Ok ok, who in their right mind would trust a politician, right? Well...At the core of the issue is this: We SHOULD be able to trust them. We SHOULD be able to get on with our busy lives, and trust that our elected officials will properly represent us each time they vote. And in the end, if those elected don't have our best interests at heart, it is our job to hold them accountable.

    Our system of government was designed for a people that remain involved in the goings-on of government...At every level. Accountability is a citizen's most powerful political weapon. Remember that "pressure valve" I mentioned a while back? THAT is what happens when that disengaged populous finally "wakes up", and starts to fulfill their end of the Constitutional agreement between individual and government.

    The time for accountability is now...Before it's too late.

    And much to the chagrin of pundits, loud-mouths and elected officials alike,....If that accountability takes the form of loud voices and well-informed rants, it is the job of our elected officials to listen and then make their votes according to what they are hearing. They work for us...Not the other way around.

    One more time: Our anger isn't "manufactured". It hasn't been "organized" by anyone other than individuals who've come together, of their own accord. We're tired of the spending by both parties. We're tired of being ignored by our elected officials. We're tired of being dismissed with a generic email or boilerplate letter. We're tired of our money being thought of as "their" money. We're tired of being forced to pay for the willfully irresponsible. We're tired of being told that we'll be ok, and that those in Washington "know better". We're tired of being more informed that our politicians who look us in the face and either lie, or reveal that they are incredibly stupid.

    Got that? WE....ARE....TIRED.

    We are angry.
    We have had it.

    And we vote.
    And if our votes get us no where....Well....Our forefathers weren't stupid either.

    I've hesitated to step up and write this very thing. I've been watching the severity of the argument ranging from arrogant Senators and Congresscritters being incensed that merely mortal citizens would stand up to them.

    I've watched the President say things like "Stop listening to those people and let's get something done"... when the thing he wants done is AGAINST OUR WILL.

    What the President and Congress are FAILING to understand is that THEY do NOT RUN THE COUNTRY.

    It's time they woke up to the fact they are are nothing more than players in this game and we send them there with our money to try to get something better out of life for us and our families.

    That thing that is better, is a better life, the protections of our Freedoms, and out very lives in some cases.

    This so called "Health Care reform" is no such thing and people have finally, finally come to realize the the people who are in Congress are NOT working for us, they are working for themselves and their idealism of making America "more like Europe", more Socialist, more taking from "those who make too much money" to give it away "to those who don't make as much money".

    What a crock....

    America has AWAKENED and the President and Congress had BETTER start listening. They had better STOP ignoring our voice. Our votes DO count.

    Obama's Poll numbers have plummeted and are less than Bush's were.

    Congress has FAILED to raise their own/.

    Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the rest of the creeps on the Hill are coming to realize they ARE NOT ROYALTY and they do NOT COMMAND the US MILITARY FORCES, they do not command the PEOPLE, and the people of this country ARE NOT THEIR SLAVES, SERVANTS OR SUBJECTS.

    Those who serve in the Presidency, Congress and other places SERVE AT OUR PLEASURE ONLY. Not, for themselves.

    I think we need to do some things RIGHT NOW.

    1) Demand - absolutely DEMAND that Congress and the President protect this country from external threats.

    2) DEMAND that Congress and the President put funding BACK into the Missile Defense of this country and the military and stand up to these petty dictators in North Korea, South America and Iran - and tell Russia and China to either back us or be placed back on the "Axis of Evil" list.

    3) STOP mucking without future. Get your hands OUT of the pot, stop spending money on ACORN, and programs that help individual Senators and Congress people - STOP MESSING WITH HEALTH CARE.

    4) VOTE THEMSELVES A DECREASE IN PAY IMMEDIATELY and remove themselves from ANY sort of "Royalty like medical care system".>.. if what they want is good enough for me, and my family, then it is GOOD ENOUGH FOR A CONGRESS MEMBER. Congress NEEDS TO TAKE A PAY CUT.

    We need to show Congress that they do not live off of us for the rest of their lives. NO MORE CONGRESSIONAL PENSION!!!!! GET A REAL JOB like you should be doing in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The "Second American Revolution" Has Begun
    By Gerald Celente

    Kingston, NY -- The natives are restless. The third shot of the "Second American Revolution" has been fired. History is being made. But just as with the first two shots, the third shot is not being heard.

    America is seething. Not since the Civil War has anything like this happened. But the protests are either being intentionally downplayed or ignorantly misinterpreted.

    The first shot was fired on April 15, 2009. Over 700 anti-tax rallies and "Tea Parties" erupted nationwide. Rather than acknowledge their significance, the general media either ignored or ridiculed both protests and protesters, playing on "tea bagging" for its sexual innuendo.

    Initially President Obama said he was unaware of the tea parties. The White House later warned they could "mutate" into something "unhealthy."

    Shot #2 was fired on the Fourth of July, when throngs of citizens across the nation gathered to again protest "taxation without representation." And as before, the demonstrations were branded right-wing mischief and dismissed.

    The third volley, fired in early August, was aimed point blank at Senators and House members pitching President Obama's health care reform package to constituents. In fiery town hall meetings, enraged citizens shouted down their elected representatives. It took a strong police presence and/or burly bodyguards to preserve a safe physical space between the politicians and irate townspeople.

    The White House and the media have labeled protesters "conservative fringe elements," or as players in staged events organized by Republican operatives that have been egged on by Fox news and right-wing radio show hosts.

    In regard to this latest wave of outbursts, health industry interests opposed to any reform are also being blamed for inciting the public. But organized or spontaneous is not the issue. While most protesters exhibit little grasp of the complex 1000 page health care reform document (that nary a legislator has read either), their emotion is clearly real and un-staged.

    Rightly or wrongly, the legislation is regarded as yet another straw on the already overloaded camel's back. A series of gigantic, unpopular government-imposed (but taxpayer-financed) bailouts, buyouts, rescue and stimulus packages have been stuffed down the gullet of Americans. With no public platform to voice their opposition, options for citizens have been limited to fruitless petitions, e-mails and phone calls to Congress … all fielded by anonymous staff underlings.

    Now, with Congress in recess and elected representatives less than a stone's throw away, the public is exploding. The devil is not in the details of the heath care reform, the devil is the government mandating health care. Regardless of how the plan is pitched or what is being promised, to the public the legislation is yet another instance of big government taking another piece out of their lives and making them pay for it; again telling them what they can or cannot do.

    Though in its early stages, the "Second American Revolution" is underway. Yet, what we forecast will become the most profound political trend of the century – the trend that will change the world – is still invisible to the same experts, authorities and pundits who didn't see the financial crisis coming until the bottom fell out of the economy.

    Trend Forecast: Conditions will continue to deteriorate. The global economy is terminally ill. The recession is in a brief remission, not the early stages of recovery. Cheap money, easy credit and unrestrained borrowing brought on an economic crisis that cannot be cured by monetary and fiscal policies that promote more cheap money, easy credit and unrestrained borrowing.

    Nevertheless, Washington will continue to intervene, tax and exert control. Protests will escalate and riots will follow.

    Fourth Shot of the "Second American Revolution": While there are many wild cards that could light the fuse, The Trends Research Institute forecasts that if the threat of government-forced Swine Flu vaccinations is realized, it will be the fourth shot. Tens of millions will fight for their right to remain free and unvaccinated.

    Publisher's Note: The power of the Internet and new technologies is inexorably fermenting the "Second American Revolution." However widespread and emotionally charged, had the tax rallies, tea parties and healthcare reform protests occurred in years past, they might have been covered by the local media, but might not have made national headline news and thus would have died stillborn.

    Now, with the ubiquitous camera-equipped cell phone, universal access to YouTube, and millions of twitters and tweets, the uprisings cannot be ignored, contained, managed, spun or edited down. The revolutionary fervor will prove contagious.

    Can anything stop it?

    Trend Forecast: Before the momentum of the "Second American Revolution" becomes unstoppable, it could be derailed through some false flag event designed to deceive the public, or a genuine event or crisis capable of rallying the entire nation behind the President. In a worst-case scenario, according to Trends Research Institute Director, Gerald Celente, "Given the pattern of governments to parlay egregious failures into mega-failures, the classic trend they follow, when all else fails, is to take their nation to war."

    A false flag attempt, a genuine crisis, or a declaration of war, may slow the momentum of the "Second American Revolution," but nothing will stop it.

    I hope and pray your directives are "from your lips to THEIR ears", and that it sinks in.

    States aren't going through the logical process of reasserting their 10th amendment rights, for nothing. The next step will be to find ourselves at the door-step of the mid 1800's.

    I'll tell you what I feel scorned and betrayed over:

    Ted Kennedy has been going through some tough times. But shouldn't he be in the Planned Grandparenthood program? I mean if it is good enough for the people, it should be good enough for him. We are in tough economic times right now. He has lived a long life. We should be saving the money we are spending on him for those that would benefit more from it. Like someone who is younger that hasn't lived as long as Ted has. A person who has more to give to our soceity then Ted does. I mean times are tough out here and Ted should see that. I mean, he and/or his family must know that he is pickled and he has dain bramage and he better years are past. So, we should just give him a pain pill and spend the money on a more useful person in our society.


    There, I feell much better now.
