For the youtube blocked...it's a young woman speaking to a rep who says that there are two groups of politicians.

One group represents the people that wish to be left alone and to be allowed to find our own way.

The other group seeks to plunder the wealth of the people and to dictate who gets health care.

She then asks the rep, that if he is in group two (she holds up a $20 bill) then to come down there and take her $20 as a down payment if he's brave enough to do so.
