Pieczenik was Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under Henry Kissinger, Cyrus Vance and James Baker. His expertise includes foreign policy, international crisis management and psychological warfare.

He served the presidential administrations of Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush in the capacity of deputy assistant secretary.

In 1974, Pieczenik joined the US State Department as a consultant to help in the restructuring of its Office for the Prevention of Terrorism.

In 1976, Pieczenik was made Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for management.

At the US State Department, he served as a “specialist on hostage taking”. He has been credited with devising successful negotiating strategies and tactics used in several high-profile hostage situations, including the 1976 TWA Flight 355 hostage situation and the 1977 kidnapping of the son of Cyprus’ president.

He was involved in negotiations for the release of Aldo Moro after Moro was kidnapped.

As a renowned psychiatrist, he was utilized as a press source for early information on the mental state of the hostages involved in the Iranian hostage crisis after they were freed. In 1977, Pulitzer Prize–winning journalist Mary McGrory described Stephen Pieczenik as “one of the most ‘brilliantly competent’ men in the field of terrorism”.

He worked “side by side” with Police Chief Maurice J. Cullinane in the Washington, D.C. command center of Mayor Walter Washington during the 1977 Hanafi Siege. In 1978, Pieczenik was known as “a psychiatrist and political scientist in the U.S. State Department whose credentials and experiences are probably unique among officials handling terrorist situations”.

On September 17, 1978 the Camp David Accords were signed. Pieczenik was at the secret Camp David negotiations leading up to the signing of the Accords. He worked out strategy and tactics based on psychopolitical dynamics.

He correctly predicted that given their common backgrounds, Egyptian President Anwar El Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin would get along.

In 1979, he resigned as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State over the handling of the Iranian hostage crisis.

In the early 1980s, Pieczenik wrote an article for The Washington Post in which he claimed to have heard a senior US official in the State Department Operations Center give permission for the attack that led to the death of US Ambassador Adolph Dubs in Kabul, Afghanistan in 1979.

Pieczenik got to know Syrian President Hafez Assad well during his 20 years in the US State Department.

In 1982, Pieczenik was mentioned in an article in The New York Times as “a psychiatrist who has treated C.I.A. employees”.

In 2001, Pieczenik operated as chief executive officer of Strategic Intelligence Associates, a consulting firm.

Pieczenik has been affiliated in a professional capacity as a psychiatrist with the National Institute of Mental Health.

Pieczenik has consulted with the United States Institute of Peace and the RAND Corporation.

As recently as October 6, 2012, Pieczenik was listed as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

According to Internet Archive, his name was removed from the CFR roster sometime between October 6 and November 18, 2012. Publicly, Pieczenik no longer appears as a member of the CFR.

Pieczenik is fluent in five languages, including Russian, Spanish and French.

Pieczenik has lectured at the National Defense University.

It’s been a while, several years, but there’s a solid frame of reference for long-time CTH readers to understand a tweet today from the FBI.

The tweet (link here) takes you to a file folder of a previous investigation into the Clinton Foundation (destination here and pdf below).
The MSM and the internet have exploded with speculation about what’s going on and why would the FBI be transmitting this tweet, albeit doing so under the reasonable auspices of a FOIA release.
Those of you who remember the Zimmerman case, specifically our crowd-sourcing research and boots on the ground investigation, and more specifically how Don West used the approach of “francining” to signal only those who were deep in the weeds – well, you select crew have a pretty good understanding of what’s going on here, only on a much bigger scale.
Previously we shared the term “shadow government” was not a conspiracy issue. Quite the contrary, it’s very real.

“Francining” is speaking or communicating via a public broadcast in such a manner as only specific recipients would grasp the implication of the information shared. Those recipients would then automatically know what to do with the information. It’s like talking in an open code, ultimately only known to those immersed in the nuance.

Meltdown At The Justice Department Exposes Obama's Lies

Fewer than three of 10 Americans trust government to do the right thing always or most of the time, Gallup reports, and the years since 2007 are “the longest period of low trust in government in more than 50 years.” The details emerging about the multiple investigations into Hillary Clinton explain a lot about this ebbing public confidence in institutions such as the Justice Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Start with Attorney General Loretta Lynch. A cavalcade of former Justice heavyweights are now assailing FBI director James Comey for reopening the Clinton email file, and Justice sources are leaking that the director went rogue despite Ms. Lynch’s counsel not to alert Congress so close to an election.

But Mr. Comey works for the Attorney General. If she thinks Mr. Comey was breaking Justice rules by sending Friday’s letter to Congress, then she had every right to order him not do so. If Mr. Comey sent the letter anyway, and he didn’t resign, Ms. Lynch could then ask President Obama to fire him.

Our guess is that she didn’t order Mr. Comey not to send the letter precisely because she feared Mr. Comey would resign—and cause an even bigger political storm. But the worst approach is to let a subordinate do something you believe is wrong and then whisper afterwards that you told him not to. The phrase for that is political cowardice.

Ms. Lynch’s abdication began when she and her prosecutors declined to empanel a grand jury. It continued in June after her supposedly coincidental rendezvous with Bill Clinton on a Phoenix airport tarmac. She could have told Hillary Clinton’s husband that the appointment was inappropriate, or refused to let him board her plane. She says the conversation was “social,” but she allowed the ex-President to create the appearance of a conflict of interest.

“The fact that the meeting that I had is now casting a shadow over how people are going to view that work is something that I take seriously, and deeply and painfully,” Ms. Lynch conceded at an Aspen forum in July. The Clinton campaign compounded the problem by gossiping to the press that Mrs. Clinton would keep Ms. Lynch on as AG if she wins.

Ms. Lynch also abandoned her post when Mr. Comey staged his July media event dissecting the evidence in the Clinton email case and exonerating the Democratic nominee. The FBI’s job is to build a case, not make prosecutorial decisions. Yet Ms. Lynch later told Congress that rather than make up her own mind on the evidence she would merely “accept the recommendation of that team” at the FBI “and there was no basis not to accept it.”

Meanwhile, the Journal’s Devlin Barrett broke the news Sunday that senior Justice officials and FBI officials disagreed over how aggressively to pursue the Clinton Foundation for financial fraud and influence peddling.

FBI field agents—in New York, Los Angeles, Washington and Little Rock, Arkansas—wanted to pursue subpoenas and empanel a grand jury. Senior officials at Justice, likely political appointees, refused to give the FBI agents permission. But the agents continued to investigate under their current authorities, even after Justice denied their request to read the Clinton-related emails that the national-security team had uncovered.

In August a “very pissed off” Justice official dressed down Andrew McCabe, the bureau’s second-in-command who oversaw the Clinton email investigation, for looking at the Clinton Foundation in an election year. According to the Journal story, Mr. McCabe replied, “Are you telling me that I need to shut down a validly predicated investigation?” The official said no, but the message down the FBI chain of command was to “stand down.”

This follows Mr. Barrett’s previous scoop that Mr. McCabe’s wife received $675,000 in campaign donations from Clinton comrade Terry McAuliffe for a Virginia legislature race. The FBI says there was no actual conflict of interest because Mr. McCabe detached himself from his wife’s campaign, but the appearance of a conflict is egregious. Mr. McCabe should have been removed from the FBI probe.

Democrats and their media allies are now in attack-and-deflect mode, assailing the FBI agents on the Clinton cases as “conservative.” But considering that the Journal story is the first public confirmation in the heat of election season that the Clinton Foundation is under investigation, the agents were handling the matter professionally and discreetly despite Washington interference.

All of this reveals a Justice Department and FBI in turmoil, with some agents in semi-open revolt against their political leadership. This is terrible for those institutions, for confidence in government, and for Mrs. Clinton’s ability to govern if she does win next Tuesday’s election. These events mean she could enter the Oval Office under criminal investigation, with her right-hand aide Huma Abedin suspected of concealing evidence, and Congress investigating these compromised investigations.

The Clinton penchant for deception and secrecy bears much of the blame for this mess, but then so does the President who is currently responsible for the Justice Department.

Mr. Obama sent his own bad political message when he twice suggested in interviews, in October 2015 and April 2016, that Mrs. Clinton’s unsecured email setup did not endanger national security and that she had no ill intent. The norm is for the chief U.S. law-enforcement officer not to comment on ongoing investigations, and Mr. Obama’s prejudgment of the legal questions may have seeped down to the rank and file.

In Mr. Obama’s April 2016 absolution of Mrs. Clinton, the President said repeatedly that “I guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Department, or the FBI, not just in this case, but in any case.” He added that “Guaranteed. Full stop. Nobody gets treated differently when it comes to the Justice Department, because nobody is above the law.”

If Donald Trump wins next Tuesday, one major reason will be that the meltdown at Justice has shown how manifestly false Mr. Obama’s statements were.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch is facing a federal lawsuit to give details of a meeting she had with Bill Clinton days before she was to decide on his wife's fate.

The meeting in June was barely a week before the Justice Department which she heads dropped its probe into Hillary Clinton's private email server.

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) filed the lawsuit against the Department of Justice in Washington on Wednesday demanding more information about the meeting, which led to Lynch stepping aside from the server investigation.

As head of the Department of Justice, Lynch was supposed to be deciding whether to proceed with charging Hillary Clinton over her unauthorized server arrangements while she was secretary of state.

But she met with the Democrat's husband on June 27 on the tarmac of the Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport, Arizona. Bill Clinton delayed his flight's departure in order to grab face time with Lynch.

'Don't take off!' the former president shouted after a Secret Service agent told him Lynch was about to land, according to Ed Klein in his book Guilty as Sin, who writes that Clinton wanted to 'bushwhack' Lynch in order to discredit the server investigation.

Lynch was subsequently spotted leaving her jet and local media, who knew Clinton was at the airport, put two and two together. Despite Lynch's insistence that the half-hour meeting was a social call, a political firestorm ensued in which the DOJ's independence was questioned.

'Our conversation was a great deal about grandchildren, it was primarily social about our travels and he mentioned golf he played in Phoenix,' she told CNN affiliate KNXV/ABC15 shortly afterwards.

But the ACLJ is demanding more information about the meeting and is suing the Obama administration, which it slammed for its 'arrogance and inappropriate actions'.

'This Administration has gone out of its way to hide information from the American public – information that is extremely troubling,' said Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel of the ACLJ in a statement.

'The stakes are high. The American people deserve a Justice Department with integrity.'

It is the conservative group's fourth major federal lawsuit against the Obama administration.

Back in the summer Lynch said she 'would not do it again' because the tete-a-tete 'cast this shadow' over the investigation - and four days after the meeting she finally said she would accept whatever recommendations the FBI made about the case.

The effective recusal came only after pressure mounted when the meeting was disclosed.

The following week, on July 5, FBI director James Comey said the agency recommended no charges against Clinton for her actions - despite her and her team's 'extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information'.

That was until last Friday when Comey sent an explosive letter to Congress saying the agency had discovered new emails that might be relevant to the investigation.

FBI Director James Comey issued a mandate late Thursday instructing all available special agents from the Washington D.C. field office and Hoover Building headquarters to report to work immediately, federal law enforcement sources told True Pundit.

“We’re preparing for many arrests from the top down,” the FBI source said. “I cannot elaborate beyond that.”

When pressed to better define what “from the top down” meant in terms of possible suspects, the source refused to elaborate.

“You’re a smart guy; read between the lines,” the source said.

Based on case protocol, the FBI is either preparing to conduct sweeping search warrants in the Clinton Foundation investigation or ready to start arresting suspects. Or both. If a grand jury has been convened by the Justice Department since Comey’s decision to re-open the Hillary Clinton case last week, then the FBI could make arrests if indictments were handed down by Thursday (yesterday). If not, it is more likely FBI agents are being amassed for multiple simultaneous raids on suspects’ homes and businesses to secure warrant-backed evidence.

Will search warrants be served on Friday? Based on FBI protocol, Friday raids are unorthodox in cases not involving kidnappings or investigations where human lives are at risk. Preparation for wide-scale raids can take 48 hours or more, depending on how many targets are in play.

The Clinton investigation has reached a fever pitch this week fueled by alarming new allegations first unveiled on Wednesday by True Pundit. New revelations from newly-recovered Clinton emails, according to law enforcement sources, implicate the Democratic presidential candidate, her subordinates, and even select elected officials in far more alleged serious crimes than mishandling classified and top secret emails, sources said. NYPD sources linked to the probe said these new emails include evidence linking Clinton herself and associates to:

*Child exploitation
*Sex crimes with minors (children)
*Perjury
*Pay to play through Clinton Foundation

Erik Prince: NYPD Ready to Make Arrests in Anthony Weiner Case

Blackwater founder and retired Navy SEAL Erik told Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM that according to one of his “well-placed sources” in the New York Police Department, “the NYPD wanted to do a press conference announcing the warrants and the additional arrests they were making” in the Anthony Weiner investigation, but received “huge pushback” from the Justice Department.

Prince began by saying he had no problem believing reports that the FBI was highly confident multiple foreign agencies hacked Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

“I mean, it’s not like the foreign intelligence agencies leave a thank-you note after they’ve hacked and stolen your data,” Prince said to SiriusXM host Alex Marlow.

Prince claimed he had insider knowledge of the investigation that could help explain why FBI Director James Comey had to announce he was reopening the investigation into Clinton’s email server last week.

“Because of Weinergate and the sexting scandal, the NYPD started investigating it. Through a subpoena, through a warrant, they searched his laptop, and sure enough, found those 650,000 emails. They found way more stuff than just more information pertaining to the inappropriate sexting the guy was doing,” Prince claimed.

“They found State Department emails. They found a lot of other really damning criminal information, including money laundering, including the fact that Hillary went to this sex island with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton went there more than 20 times. Hillary Clinton went there at least six times,” he said.

“The amount of garbage that they found in these emails, of criminal activity by Hillary, by her immediate circle, and even by other Democratic members of Congress was so disgusting they gave it to the FBI, and they said, ‘We’re going to go public with this if you don’t reopen the investigation and you don’t do the right thing with timely indictments,’” Prince explained.

“I believe – I know, and this is from a very well-placed source of mine at 1PP, One Police Plaza in New York – the NYPD wanted to do a press conference announcing the warrants and the additional arrests they were making in this investigation, and they’ve gotten huge pushback, to the point of coercion, from the Justice Department, with the Justice Department threatening to charge someone that had been unrelated in the accidental heart attack death of Eric Garner almost two years ago. That’s the level of pushback the Obama Justice Department is doing against actually seeking justice in the email and other related criminal matters,” Prince said.

“There’s five different parts of the FBI conducting investigations into these things, with constant downdrafts from the Obama Justice Department. So in the, I hope, unlikely and very unfortunate event that Hillary Clinton is elected president, we will have a constitutional crisis that we have not seen since, I believe, 1860,” Prince declared.

Marlow asked Prince to clarify these revelations.

“NYPD was the first one to look at that laptop,” Prince elaborated. “Weiner and Huma Abedin, his wife – the closest adviser of Hillary Clinton for 20 years – have both flipped. They are cooperating with the government. They both have – they see potential jail time of many years for their crimes, for Huma Abedin sending and receiving and even storing hundreds of thousands of messages from the State Department server and from Hillary Clinton’s own homebrew server, which contained classified information. Weiner faces all kinds of exposure for the inappropriate sexting that was going on and for other information that they found.”

“So NYPD first gets that computer. They see how disgusting it is. They keep a copy of everything, and they pass a copy on to the FBI, which finally pushes the FBI off their chairs, making Comey reopen that investigation, which was indicated in the letter last week. The point being, NYPD has all the information, and they will pursue justice within their rights if the FBI doesn’t,” Prince contended.

“There is all kinds of criminal culpability through all the emails they’ve seen of that 650,000, including money laundering, underage sex, pay-for-play, and, of course, plenty of proof of inappropriate handling, sending/receiving of classified information, up to SAP level Special Access Programs,” he stated.

“So the plot thickens. NYPD was pushing because, as an article quoted one of the chiefs – that’s the level just below commissioner – he said as a parent, as a father with daughters, he could not let that level of evil continue,” Prince said.

He noted that the FBI can investigate these matters, “but they can’t convene a grand jury. They can’t file charges.”

“The prosecutors, the Justice Department has to do that,” he explained. “Now, as I understand it, Preet Bharara, the Manhattan prosecutor, has gotten ahold of some of this. From what I hear, he’s a stand-up guy, and hopefully he does the right thing.”

Marlow agreed that Bharara’s “sterling reputation” as a determined prosecutor was “bad news for the Clintons.”

Prince agreed, but said, “If people are willing to bend or break the law and don’t really care about the Constitution or due process – if you’re willing to use Stalinist tactics against someone – who knows what level of pressure” could be brought to bear against even the most tenacious law enforcement officials?

“The point being, fortunately, it’s not just the FBI; [there are] five different offices that are in the hunt for justice, but the NYPD has it as well,” Prince said, citing the Wall Street Journal reporting that has “exposed downdraft, back pressure from the Justice Department” against both the FBI and NYPD, in an effort to “keep the sunlight and the disinfecting effects of the truth and transparency from shining on this great evil that has gone on, and is slowly being exposed.”

“The Justice Department is trying to run out the clock, to elect Hillary Clinton, to prevent any real justice from being done,” he warned.

As for the mayor of New York City, Prince said he has heard that “de Blasio wants to stay away from this.”

“The evidence is so bad, the email content is so bad, that I think even he wants to stay away from it, which is really telling,” he said.

Prince reported that the other legislators involved in the case “have not been named yet,” and urged the NYPD to hold a press conference and name them.

“I wish they’d do it today,” he said. “These are the unusual sliding-door moments of history, that people can stand up and be counted, and make a real difference, and to save a Republic, save a Constitution that we actually need and love, that our forefathers fought and died for. For any cop that is aware of this level of wrongdoing, and they have veterans in their family, or deceased veterans in their family, they owe it to them to stand up, to stand and be counted today, and shine the light of truth on this great evil.”

“From what I understand, up to the commissioner or at least the chief level in NYPD, they wanted to have a press conference, and DOJ, Washington people, political appointees have been exerting all kinds of undue pressure on them to back down,” he added.

Marlow suggested that some of those involved in keeping the details quiet might want to avoid accusations of politicizing the case and seeking to influence the presidential election.

“Sure, that’s it. That’s the argument for it,” Prince agreed. “But the fact is, you know that if the Left had emails pointing to Donald Trump visiting, multiple times, an island with underage sex slaves basically, emails, you know they’d be talking about it. They’d be shouting it from the rooftops.”

“This kind of evil, this kind of true dirt on Hillary Clinton – look, you don’t have to make any judgments. Just release the emails,” he urged. “Just dump them. Let them out there. Let people see the light of truth.”

Prince dismissed the claims of people like Clinton campaign CEO John Podesta and DNC chair Donna Brazile that some of the damaging emails already released by WikiLeaks were fabricated, noting that “forensic analysis done shows that, indeed, they are not fabricated; they are really legitimate.”

“This is stuff coming right off a hard drive that was owned by Weiner and his wife Huma Abedin, Hillary’s closest adviser for the last 20 years,” he said of the new bombshells. “This is not from some hacker or anybody else. This is a laptop seized from a warrant in a criminal investigation.”

Prince confirmed that based on his information, Abedin is most likely looking at jail time, unless she cuts a deal with prosecutors.

“There’s a minimum of obstruction of justice and all kinds of unlawful handling of classified information,” he said. “Because remember, this laptop was in the possession of Weiner, who did not have a security clearance. And many, many of those emails were from her Yahoo account, which had State Department emails forwarded to them, so she could easier print these messages, scan them, and send them on to Hillary. That’s the carelessness that Hillary and her staff had for the classified information that the intelligence community risks life and limb to collect in challenged, opposed areas around the world.”

“That’s not who you want in the White House,” Prince declared.

On Wednesday FBI sources told Fox News' Bret Baier that their investigation into the Clinton Foundation is moving forward with a sense of urgency and that an indictment is very likely (it may not be one of Hillary, but still damning nonetheless). Those same sources also said they are certain Hillary Clinton's email server was hacked by foreign sources on more than one occasion while she served as Secretary of State.

Now, more bad news is in store for the Clinton White House Crime Syndicate, as a federal suit has been brought against Attorney General Loretta Lynch over her unscrupulous meeting with Bill Clinton on a tarmac in Arizona last summer.

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) filed the federal suit, stating that it is "forcing their [Obama administration's] hand."
"We’re taking the Obama Administration to federal court. Again."

ACLJ's complaint demands the following types of records be released:

• Any and all records containing the names of any DOJ official, staff or employee who participated in any discussion regarding the meeting between General Lynch and Bill Clinton that occurred on Monday, June 27, 2016, at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Any and all records, communications or briefings prepared, sent, received or reviewed by General Lynch or any other DOJ official, staff or employee, at any time, containing any discussion of or in any way regarding the meeting between General Lynch and Bill Clinton that occurred on Monday, June 27, 2016, at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Any and all records of any communication or briefing received by General Lynch, any DOJ official, staff or employee from Bill Clinton or his staff regarding the meeting between General Lynch and Bill Clinton that occurred on Monday, June 27, 2016, at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, Arizona, regardless of whether the communication or briefing was received before, during, or after the meeting.
• Any and all records of any communication or briefing prepared, sent, received or reviewed by General Lynch, her staff, or any other DOJ official or employee or any other person from June 13, 2016 to Sunday, June 26, 2016, containing any discussion of or in any way naming, regarding, involving or referencing Bill Clinton.

• Any and all records of any communication or briefing prepared, sent, received or reviewed by General Lynch, her staff, or any other DOJ official or employee after the meeting on Monday, June 27, 2016, between General Lynch and Bill Clinton at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, Arizona, containing any discussion of the press, responding to the press, or the content of any press release or public statements in connection with the meeting.

"We’re filing a lawsuit against the Department of Justice, to ensure true justice," reads a statement by the ACLJ.

"If the corruption and flippant disregard for the law won’t stop, neither will our Government Accountability Project, and neither will our lawsuits."

While we do not know what will come of the lawsuit, it's high time someone held the Obama administration's feet to the fire.

Party Time at the Justice Department: Free Pizza, and a Dancing Loretta Lynch


When the Obama Justice Department recently learned that it had killed off election integrity laws in North Carolina and Texas, political leadership decided it was time for a party -- a pizza party, to be precise. It was also time for Attorney General Loretta Lynch to dance. Literally.

This bizarre waste of taxpayer money and government time occurred on October 4, 2016, at noon at the Justice Department Voting Section offices at 1800 G Street, NW, in Washington, D.C.



The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, led by an Obama appointee, had just reversed a thorough 485-page trial court opinion upholding North Carolina's election integrity laws, including early voting reforms and Voter ID. Earlier, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals had upheld a federal court striking down Texas Voter ID.

It was time for the leftist lawyers at the Justice Department to celebrate.

An email went out from Chris Herren, the Voting Section chief:

All - in appreciation for all the very hard work that the section has been doing, [Deputy Assistant Attorney General] Justin [Levitt] would like to provide lunch for the Section.... We are thinking pizza, cookies and soda, around noon. .... We hope that everyone can be there.

All the "hard work," as we shall see, wasn't much, as the Voting Section has hardly filed any cases in the last seven years. I am told by multiple sources that high-paid lawyers and staff there spend days idling, doing nothing, while their managers hide behind closed doors.

Despite this lack of work, the section has continued to hire new lawyers, naturally with impeccable left-wing pedigrees.

Nevertheless, it was time to party.

Domino's Pizza delivered dozens of pizzas and soda to the conference room -- enough to feed a section with upwards of 70 federal employees, with all the lawyers making in excess of $110,000 a year and many making $155,000 plus benefits.

According to sources familiar with what unfolded, a feeding frenzy of free pizza followed. While the federal employees were devouring the pizza, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Justin Levitt addressed the crowd.

Levitt thanked everyone for their hard work, and what it would mean on November 8. What you did "would have a great effect on the election." An effect, indeed.
This wasn't a speech about enforcing federal law neutrally -- it was about affecting the election in North Carolina and Texas.

Loretta Lynch couldn't attend the pizza party, but an email about her reaction was passed around. Vanita Gupta -- the assistant attorney general for civil rights who blamed slavery for the riots in Ferguson and Baltimore -- spoke for the attorney general:

Hi Victorious NC team - Y'all won this fight. Decisively. Resoundingly. Proudly. The opinion is terrific and a real testament to your blood, sweat and tears over the last years. I was with Attorney General Loretta Lynch in Baton Rouge when I received Justin's email with the news of the win, and the Attorney General did a little dance in the conference room (just among DOJ family).

At least it was just among DOJ family, until now.

After devouring the free pizza, the DOJ employees trickled back to their offices, where they had little to do.



Since the beginning of the Obama administration, the Justice Department Voting Section has brought only a handful of cases, far fewer than the voting cases brought during the Bush administration.

This is why so many sources report to me that the Voting Section is mismanaged -- with lawyers having almost nothing to do.

Even after the Supreme Court struck down a federal statute that employed at least a dozen of these employees, the section continued to hire new staff, while idling staff who enforced the obsolete law.

The Obama Voting Section hasn't initiated and brought a single case under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act to fight discriminatory voting districts, even thought the NAACP has found and won meritorious cases. These were cases the DOJ could have brought and won, but didn't.

The section hasn't brought a single minority language case to help Spanish-speaking voters since 2012, and has entirely shut down enforcement of the law requiring clean voter rolls.

But who needs clean voter rolls when you can have a pizza party instead?

Top Democrats are ratcheting up their criticism of FBI Director James Comey for going public with a decision to revisit the Hillary Clinton email probe days before the election, with a few even hinting they want him fired -- though President Obama has shown little indication he'd oblige right now.

Valerie Jarrett, Obama’s chief adviser, reportedly is among those who want Comey gone.

“Valerie argued that Comey was interfering deliberately in the election process and had to be stopped,” a source told The New York Post. The same source said Obama, though, is “worried about the consequences of taking such an action – the tsunami of outrage that would come his way, and possibly become a major footnote, or worse, in the history of the presidency.”

The outrage from Democrats in recent days has been matched by applause from Republicans, in a reversal from the summer -- when GOP lawmakers were grumbling about Comey's decision not to pursue charges in the Clinton case and Democrats praised Comey's professionalism.

House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mike McCaul, R-Texas, called Comey a "hero" and ripped Jarrett.

“I don’t think Valerie Jarrett has any credibility here,” he told Fox News.

I do not confirm or deny that I work for any law enforcement or intelligence agency. However, I have intimate knowledge of the ongoing investigation(s) into what exactly was discovered at Anthony Weiner’s residence and the subsequent investigations that followed.

First, people must understand, the Clinton Foundation investigation and the probe into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server are two separate case files but they overlap, frequently.

To address her use of a private server, the investigation only pertained to whether classified information was transmitted, stored or archived. The FBI determined, internally, that all three of these criteria were met.

Due to the political sensitivity of the suspect and her aides, the Department of Justice demanded Director Comey abandon the probe and make a public statement, absolving Secretary Clinton of any wrongdoing as you have seen play out in the headlines over the past few months.

The Clinton Foundation probe has been taking place since the summer of 2015. It involves an incredibly complex array of individuals, countries, banks & politicians. The general specifics of the case can be publicly found in Peter Schweizer’s book, “Clinton Cash”, which is in fact, accurate.

In September of 2016, a raid was conducted by the NYPD in cooperation with the FBI’s Criminal Investigative Division, headed by Stephen E. Richardson. The raid turned up several devices belonging to Mr. Weiner & Mrs. Abedin. This included two cell phones, one laptop and router which was turned over to the FBI’s cyber-crime division.

A short but revealing investigation was conducted which revealed new emails relating to the original probe into Secretary Clinton’s use of a private server. These emails were originally deleted through unsophisticated means, meaning there was no program used to continuously overwrite the data until it is virtually irretrievable. Words cannot describe how good the NYPD’s computer forensic team is, they truly are the best in the world at what they do.

Getting back on point, the forensics team at the NYPD was successful in recovering 650,000+ emails in addition to an extensive archive of folders containing images and videos over 1.6 terabytes of data in total. Approximately 25% of the emails recovered tied directly into Hillary Clinton’s private email server and had classified markings.

In addition, very disturbing emails were also uncovered detailing trips taken by Mrs. Abedin, William Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Mr. Jeffrey Epstein and several others to the Bahamas. The amount of time varies between them, however. Hillary took 28 separate trips in total with and without Bill. This can be verified in public record with the FFA and flight logs. It is also important to note the Secret Service was not present on these flights. The rumors are out and I can confirm they are all true.

We are dealing with serial pedophiles. However, some of the motives appear to be to create bribes or “life insurance”

This archive of emails and files Huma had appears to have been kept with the intention of soliciting bribes. This is common practice in other countries as a means of political cronyism. However, there is more. The router seized and logs which were obtained from the ISP show that this bribe material along with classified information was purposely with clear intent being transmitted to IP ranges in the middle east, namely Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

When this was discovered, the FBI immediately took both Mr. Weiner and Mrs. Abedin in for questioning, as now we are dealing with a national security and potential espionage situation. Mr. Weiner quickly confessed to knowing about the bribe material and is in full cooperation with the NYPD, FBI & the CIA’s counter espionage team.

For Anthony Weiner’s cooperation, he may face lesser charges for helping convict Mrs. Clinton and William (Bill) Clinton. Huma is only cooperating to a point. She does not deny the material that was found. However, she refuses to provide details on who she was communicating with and is currently under observation while the FBI & CIA conduct a separate investigation into Huma’s ties with foreign actors.

There are a lot of moving parts and the more shocking evidence (the pedophilia) was used to gain leverage on the Department of Justice who have continuously stonewalled these investigations for political reasons.

Following Friday’s announcements, the President of the United States was briefed and warned that his interference into these investigations can and will lead to his arrest. Namely on the charges of treason (for stopping the investigation into a suspect accused of espionage) & obstruction of justice. He was placed under a gag order and was told if he speaks about the investigation, he will immediately be arrested.

The FBI is looking to charge: Hillary, Bill, Chelsea & Donna Shalala under RICO law in addition to the other offenses uncovered from the Weiner investigation. Loretta Lynch is slightly more difficult because she controls the DOJ. There is an internal battle between the DOJ and the Washington FBI office. The FBI has basically been forced to bribe the DOJ by going public if Lynch interferes with the new investigation. This is one reason you have yet to see a press conference from the FBI. However, things are starting to get dicy and cooler heads are not prevailing fast enough.

You may see within the next to two weeks, the NYPD or the FBI have an informal press conference confirming this information which has been leaked, already through anonymous internet posts, videos & former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Dr. Stephen Pieczenik.

There is also a third angle to this internal feud taking place within the Federal Government. Several members of the Intelligence Community have reached their boiling point with the President, Loretta Lynch, John Brennan, Valerie Jarret, Susan Rice & the head of the DEA, James Clapper.

This as initiated a “soft coup” of sorts which started with the resignation of General Michael Flynn who refused to take parts in acts of treason by the Obama Administration as it relates to the transfer of weapons & supplies to Islamic State of Iraq & Lavant.

This soft coup is not just a few individuals, it includes members of the NYPD, FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, DHS & Department of Naval Intelligence. In addition to a coordinated effort of retired & non-retired intelligence officers, analysts & commandos.

It is also worth mentioning M16, Mossad, Interpol & independent civilians like Mr. Julian Assange have also put their lives and careers on the line to help expose this hostile takeover of the U.S. Government by a criminal crime syndicate by means of political subversion.

There have been casualties already of leakers both of government and non-government. It is also worth noting, several U.S. Military Generals and Admirals have also agreed not to follow certain orders. This includes actions in Syria as it pertains to Russia, Turkey & Iran.

Cooperation in Intelligence meetings have literally come to a halt. Right now, the United States ability to conduct clandestine operations is virtually impossible because of this gridlock between the Political, Military and Intelligence Community.

However, this is another way the soft coup is gaining leverage. Susan Rice, the National Security Advisor to President Obama has not helped. She too could be facing charges of treason if the right factions within the Federal Government take control.

The political actors causing these problems are obvious in the public eye to anyone who understands even the rudimentary intricacies of how healthy government is supposed to function. Those basics which have been outlined by our Founding Fathers in the U.S. Constitution. A Constitution which I proudly swore to uphold and defend at all cost no matter the odds or advisory.

I outlined the resistance to the political coup which has taken place. I can tell you the political forces at work lack the intellectual ability to combat the Intelligence Community.

The leaks that have yet to come out are devastating to the government and in the next few weeks we will either have a peaceful transition of power or turmoil.

The Clinton Foundation probe can go one of two ways. It ends with those responsible for the heinous crimes going to jail or the bravest patriots I have ever had the privilege of knowing “resetting” our Republic & the world to a status quo.

Email Shows Clinton Camp Discussing ‘Making an Example’ Out of Leakers – Seth Rich Murder Still Unsolved

Within the 22nd round of the John Podesta email dumped by WikiLeaks, one email shows Clinton campaign strategist Joel Benson and Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta discussing ‘making an example out of’ suspected campaign allies that leak information about the Clinton presidential operation.

The February 2015 email begins with Joel Benson expressing his concern over loose lips closely tied to Clinton that had talked to the press.

While citing an article in the Washington Post that covered how Hillary Clinton had recruited consumer marketing specialists onto her team of trusted political advisers and cited sources close to the would-be presidential candidate at the time, Benson says that anyone whose name that is mentioned in the news shortly after meeting with Hillary should be disconnected from the campaign.

“But this is by far the most damaging story and most damaging type of story we can have,” Benson said in the email. “The press will love writing these. I did when I was a reporter.”

“I think we need a paradigm shift in how this world operates we have to convince HRC and probably WJC that her meeting with 200 people doesn’t help her. Hiring corporate wizards has never been a successful strategy in campaigns. And anyone whose name is in the paper 48 hours after they meet with her needs to be cut off completely from her campaign,” the Clinton campaign strategist wrote to Podesta.

Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta responds by agreeing with Benson’s point and said that “we need a strategy on this that goes beyond internal discipline.”

“This story could have been written without any of these big mouths blabbing,” Podesta says of the Washington Post piece.

When connecting the Clinton campaign’s desire to ‘make an example out of’ someone who spills information to the public and the suspicious death of DNC staffer Seth Rich, who is suspected of being WikiLeaks sources in the DNC leaks that exposed a democratic conspiracy to hand Clinton the nomination, one might wonder: was Seth Rich made an example of?

Of course, ‘make an example of’ means to apply consequences in order to create a chilling effect to prevent future unwanted results.

Rich worked for the DNC as a voter database employee and had landed a job with the Hillary Clinton campaign just days before being murdered.

The 27-year old DNC staffer was shot in the back multiple times during the early morning hours of July 10th, just blocks away from his home in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington DC. Police called the incident a robbery gone wrong but considering no personal belongings, such as Rich’s wallet, credit cards and cellphone, were not taken, suspicion that the killing may have been politically motivated has risen.

Rich’s murder also sparked speculation that the young DNC staffer could have been one of the latest deaths in a long string of mysterious deaths surrounding Bill and Hillary Clinton spanning more than two decades.

A month after the killing, Wikileaks offered a $20,000 reward for information leading to a conviction in the murder.

After persistent prodding by senior adviser Valerie Jarrett to remove James Comey from his job as director of the FBI, President Obama has agreed the time has come to fire America's top cop.

According to a White House source familiar with Obama's decision, Jarrett and the president held lengthy discussions over the past several days about the political and legal ramifications of firing the FBI director.

The president was furious with Comey for reopening the FBI's investigation of Hillary's emails 11 days before the election, then admitting two days before the election that he couldn't find any cause for taking action against the Democratic nominee.
But the president was reluctant to move against Comey for fear that it would open him to charges of obstruction of justice.

However, according to the White House source, Jarrett convinced the president that it was within his power to remove the FBI director for his ill-conceived and erratic interference in the presidential election.

She also argued that there would be bipartisan support in Congress for such a move against Comey, who has alienated both Democrats and Republicans
After the White House legal counsel agreed with Jarrett, Obama ordered his top advisers to draw up a plan for getting rid of the troublesome FBi director.

It has yet to be decided who will wield the hatchet—the president, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, or someone else—and exactly when Comey will be forced to go. So far, the only firm decision is that Comey will not be fired until after the election.

Other sources within the FBI report that Comey may be gone before the president has a chance to act. According to these sources, there is a mounting consensus in the FBI that Comey has inflicted permanent damage on the institution and that he no longer has the confidence of his staff.

According to these sources, Comey has lost the good will of his agents and some of his deputies, and more and more of them are clamoring for his resignation.

'I met with friends from the FBI and Justice,' said a retired Justice Department official, 'and they were all in agreement that Comey's jerky decisions—opening the case against Hillary without definite cause, then closing it without consulting with his top deputies—was flabbergasting and deeply disturbing for career law enforcement and prosecutors.
'Whatever support and goodwill Jim had until recently has been destroyed,' this source continued. 'He has injured the bureau and it will take a miracle for him to survive this.'

CIA Coup? Ex-Spook: Langley ‘Taking Traitor Trump Out Now’

Former spook John Schindler pronounced on Twitter Thursday night that the CIA is trying to take out President-elect Donald Trump before he is sworn in as president next Friday, January 20. Schindler has long accused Trump of being a Russian stooge.

Schindler’s bio for his Observer column reads, “John Schindler is a security expert and former National Security Agency analyst and counterintelligence officer. A specialist in espionage and terrorism, he’s also been a Navy officer and a War College professor. He’s published four books and is on Twitter at @20committee.”

Schindler made his comment about the CIA in reaction to a report by Washington Post columnist David Ignatius that an Obama administration offical told him Trump’s national security adviser retired Lt. General Michael Flynn made several calls to Russia’s U.S. ambassador the day last month that President Barack Obama imposed sanctions on Russia for allegedly interfering in the presidential election to benefit Trump.

Ignatius reported in a column published Thursday night about questions he has regarding Russia, Trump and the election:

Question 3: What discussions has the Trump team had with Russian officials about future relations? Trump said Wednesday that his relationship with President Vladimir Putin is “an asset, not a liability.” Fair enough, but until he’s president, Trump needs to let Obama manage U.S.-Russia policy.

Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, Trump’s choice for national security adviser, cultivates close Russian contacts. He has appeared on Russia Today, and received a paid speaking fee from the cable network, which was described in last week’s unclassified intelligence briefing on Russian hacking as “the Kremlin’s principal international propaganda outlet.”

According to a senior U.S. government official, Flynn phoned Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak several times on Dec. 29, the day the Obama administration announced the expulsion of 35 Russian officials and other measures in retaliation for the hacking. What did Flynn say, and did it undercut the U.S. sanctions? The Logan Act (though never enforced) bars U.S. citizens from correspondence intending to influence a foreign government about “disputes” with the United States. Was its spirit violated? The Trump campaign didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

If the Trump team’s contacts helped discourage the Russians from a counter-retaliation, maybe that’s a good thing. But we ought to know the facts.”

Schindler makes the point about monitoring phone calls being the job of the intelligence community and that the leak of alleged phone calls from Flynn to the Russian ambassador would have come from the office of the Director of the CIA John Brennan (aka the seventh floor at Langley–CIA headquarters located in Northern Virginia).

Schindler concludes that the CIA is trying to take out “traitor” Trump “now.”

Democrats Prepare for Violent Revolution

The Democrats, in the 2016 Presidential Election, lost Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin when it came to the Electoral College. While California became bluer, the realization that the Democrats are losing grip on their transformational agenda in the rest of the country has slammed the leftists square in the face. The disarray and civil war the liberal leftists accused the GOP of being capable of over that last eight years is now a reality for the Democrat Party. They have revealed too much of who they really are, and America has rejected their socialism, their divisive class warfare, and their unwillingness to protect the United States against enemies who want to destroy our way of life.

The liberal left utopia, however, is more than merely an ideology. For the American Left it is a religion. They hate any opposition, and are willing to do whatever it takes to either win over their opposition, or silence and eliminate their opposition. We saw this to be true during the 2016 Election. The tactics of street warfare, and something way beyond mudslinging, were disturbing.

While a liberal left Democrat failed utopia exists in places like California, Detroit, Chicago and the Northeast, Americans in the remainder of the United States have rejected the unsuccessful leftist policies that have left these places in severe economic trouble, and have encouraged a massive exodus from those regions by Americans who just can't survive under leftist rule.

In the past, Republicans would simply try to blend in with the Democrats. They refused to rock the boat. The GOP has always feared direct confrontation with the leftist Democrats because they believe the rhetoric about the swing voters, and how easy it is for the Republicans to anger those voters, and lose them. The problem is, the conventional wisdom they have always believed is a bunch of poppycock. That's one of the reason Trump's win was such a surprise.

He rejected that kind of strategy, which has always led to either putting a Democrat in office, or a very weak Republican in office. Trump's brand of politics is something different. He has taken strong stances on hardcore issues, and won't budge when under attack by the Left.

Historically, the liberal left Democrats have always accused their right-wing opposition of being paranoid, Bible-clinging, gun-toting conspiracy theorists. Now, it's the liberals who are suddenly worried, and stockpiling food, guns, and emergency supplies. Trump's 2016 win was a wake-up call. Their cheating, lying and violence was not enough to stop the man, and his very unorthodox approach to politics.

Rather than looking within, however, the liberal left have decided the problem is that they were too nice, and now they need to fight Trump, and the Republicans, every inch of the way.

Why?

The Democrats fear that either Trump is going to collapse the system as we know it, or their fight against him will do so. Either way, according to the liberal left, there will be a “Trumpocalypse”.

The liberal left feels more negatively about Trump than they did about George W. Bush, and the anti-Bush campaign took eight years to fully hatch. They have angrily protested Trump's election in the streets, they violently targeted his supporters, cried in their college classrooms, and screamed on various media outlets. They are in full preparation for social and economic collapse, or a violent revolution.

Under Obama, the liberal left Democrats thought the end of the Republican Party, and any opposition to leftist policies, was at an end. America had finally made the big left turn. They only needed, now, to disarm the crazy right-wing bastards. Then, with a faint whimper, the last of the opposition to the liberal left agenda would be gone. Hillary Clinton was a shoe-in, and Trump made her coronation a sure thing. Her victory was more than assured by his rise to the top of the GOP. Surely, there was nobody in America willing to vote for the crazy billionaire who represented everything the Democrats had taught American voters, especially the younger ones, and the minority ones, to hate.

Just to make sure, however, they unleashed everything in their arsenal. The attacks against Trump knew no limits. He was accused of sexual impropriety, accused of being a racist, and white supremacist, and someone who could not be trusted with the nuclear codes. The very name of Donald J. Trump sent liberals into a tizzy, because of the evil he represented. . . or, at least that is what they were told.

The election of Donald Trump was a shock to the system. Nobody on the left side of the aisle expected that Trump had a snowball's chance in Hell to win the 2016 Election. All of their skewed poll numbers said Hillary was going to win.

Unfortunately, for the Democrats, they believed their own bull.

Reality, it turns out, was something very different than the fantasy world the Democrats had been creating.

Conservatives and the National Rifle Association figured the panic buying of fire arms and ammunition would slow down once Trump's win sunk in. However, gun sales have remained high - but the type of buyers have shifted. The leftists are now buying guns.

With the unexpected win by Trump, a storm is approaching, the liberals believe. Maybe not the kind of apocalyptic scenario true preppers have long been expecting, but a storm, nonetheless.

Conservatives like myself have been predicting an economic crash is on its way, soon, for a long time. We haven't suggested that the financial collapse is on its way because of someone like Trump, however, but because the dollar has been artificially held up for so long that a downturn is inevitable. The Federal Reserve, however, holds the reins, and has been delaying any financial calamity.

However, with a new right-wing sheriff at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, they may very well be willing to unleash their own financial Armageddon. I have been suggesting for years that if a Republican won the White House in 2016, the leftists in important economic positions would do what they could to collapse the system in 2017 or 2018, and try to make it look like the fault of whoever that GOP President of the United States is.

Americans, after all, if fed the right story at the right time, will believe just about anything. And the Democrats, desperate to hang on to the last scrap of their power, are willing to say, and do, anything. The welfare of the United States is not what they strive for. Their aim is whatever is best for their leftist agenda.

The choice of Donald Trump, and the GOP Congress, should such a thing happen, will be simple. Do what they can to ensure the economic bubble doesn't burst, and continue the artificial support of the financial system, or let fall what must fall and then deal with the crisis in a manner more akin to what the Founding Fathers would expect. The latter, we must realize, because of the amount of time the system has been held up by government manipulation, is the more painful route.

The latter will not only be painful because of the economic consequences for our century-long socialism-influenced actions, but also because the American leftists are willing and ready to launch their own violent revolution while we are financially down.

Some suggestions are even questioning if the Trump presidency will ever get off the ground. ISIS, after all, is already promising a bloody inauguration day at the hands of Muslim terrorists. What if the liberal left is preparing to do the same - or worse?

A website, DisruptJ20.org, is promising to put into action a liberal left uprising against the Trump administration on January 20, 2017 as I write this. It is their goal to “block, obstruct, disrupt, and do whatever they can to prevent the onslaught that is going to happen with Donald Trump,” says Michael Moore.

They see themselves as the moral supremacists. Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press is fine as long as you agree with the liberal left. Disagreement with leftism is so upsetting that on college campuses they need safe zones to protect themselves from being offended by conservative thoughts or words. And, if the political right actually dares to score a political victory against the liberal left, it has been already determined that the right-wingers will pay the price.

The liberal left's delusional paranoia typifies them, and they have been busy teaching the youth that madness, as well.

Violence has become a norm. The younger generation has been taught so well to go off into violent fits with ease that we have been even seeing their violence erupt at various shopping malls during the Christmas season.

It's a communist uprising, in truth. It's what they've been working towards since before any of us were born. The real coup, however, began in 2008, after a century long reeducation of society. Yet, to their surprise, they somehow lost the White House in 2016. So, when the political angle doesn't work, that is when tyranny reaches into their bag of violent tricks. But, like all communist uprisings, it will all begin as something good and meaningful. It will be launched as a peaceful protest.

Darkness always first appears as an angel of light.

Could the Inauguration Day revolution be something akin to the Tet Offensive?

Could the liberal left tyrants be planning an offensive aimed at the new Trump inauguration in order to foment rebellion nationwide?

Could this be an activation of their angry brown shirts we've seen glimpses of at Trump rallies during 2016, or during riots in black neighborhoods in recent years?

The liberal left believes that they've been too nice, and now they are willing to go for broke. To unleash the revolution. To finally bring about their long awaited Marxist regime.

The timing, if the liberal left does actually do such a thing as use violence against the Trump administration on Inauguration Day, would be interesting from a historical perspective, considering that reports are also circulating that ISIS is planning a series of “Jihad” attacks on Inauguration Day, as well.

U.S. special forces will already be on high alert when Mr. Trump takes his oath as the 45th President of the United States on Friday, January 20, 2017, in Washington, DC. They will be so busy looking for Islamic terrorists that they won't realize the true threat is from within. The liberal leftists want desperately to sabotage the Trump administration, and possibly overthrow the entire government. For their socialist big government agenda, the ends justifies the means.

Besides, under Obama, the veil was raised. Why worry about exposure now? They've been poking the right-of-center groups in the chest for years, trying to instigate a violent response, and they never got it. Now, they may be realizing, it is up to them to initiate the violence. It is up to the leftists to finally launch the true coup. Or, at least that is what a lot of people think.

I am not as convinced that the violent actions of revolutionary liberal leftists will be launched any time soon. The liberal left has always worried about the fact that conservatives are armed. The 2nd Amendment has always been the one thing that has protected us from such a takeover.

So, while there are liberal left groups out there, and Islamic terrorists out there, aiming to be a problem for Donald Trump's inauguration, I find it more likely it will be a Muslim terror attack than a liberal left launch of a violent revolution.

This is not to say we will not see the occasional leftist crazies doing stupid things.

We have already seen liberal left loonies go over the deep end and do some crazy stuff. A passenger on a JetBlue flight went nuts when noticing Ivanka Trump was on board. The person admitted to being a Hillary voter, and claimed Ivanka's father is "ruining the country." I guess the liberal left mantra is that everyone should be treated with respect, unless you're Republican - and especially unless you are a Trump supporter or member of Trump's family.

A group of artists have voiced their unhappiness with Trump by telling Ivanka Trump they are not happy with the fact that Donald' Trump's eldest daughter has been featuring their work on the walls of her home. The artists, who joined together to form Halt Action Group, have started an Instagram campaign called “Dear Ivanka” to protest President-elect Donald Trump through his daughter, Fox News has reported. Many of Ivanka’s Instagram photos show her posing with the pieces of artwork in her apartment.

Ivanka Trump is also being targeted on AMAZON, where reviewers are trolling her products and leaving less than complimentary reviews.

Reviews of the Ivanka Trump Women's Issa boots, for example, included reviews like "These boots were perfect for wiping my feet on the Constitution and trampling the civil liberties and basic human rights of my fellow Americans. The spike heel is ideal for grinding democracy into the ground, or simply kicking the downtrodden as you stride past."

Another Amazon user called them "two extremely right boots" in her one star review and added that the "sizing and all other info is in Russian, but they are made in China."

The list of stinging insults is a long one, and virtually every Ivanka Trump product on Amazon has at least one scathing review designed as a barb against the businesswoman, particularly as she relates to her father's political agenda.

The liberal left agenda of claiming Trump is some kind of Hitler has dug so deep that even the Royals have fallen for it. With Trump's election following Brexit so closely, misguided Prince Charles has actually claimed that what is going on raises a specter of a coming holocaust.

Remember, the leftists have said continuously that they don't trust Trump with the nuclear codes, and they have somehow, in their mind, equated his position of stopping Muslim immigration because of the threat of terrorists being intermixed with those refugees on par with what Germany did with the Jews. Their hysteria goes beyond insanity, and the liberal lefties are gnashing their teeth in anger and fear because of their anti-Trump derangement disorder.

Therefore, it is no surprise they are also up in arms because Trump has said he plans to strengthen and expand the nuclear capabilities of the United States. From a conservative point of view, however, the timing is perfect, since Russian President Vladimir Putin has his own sights set on strengthening the Russian military. Putin's making a pitch for bigger and badder nuclear weapons, saying that Moscow must “strengthen the military potential of strategic nuclear forces, especially with missile complexes that can reliably penetrate any existing and prospective missile defense systems.”

Is all of this we've discussed here enough for the liberal left to set off some kind of a violent revolution? Yes. But, they won't. Not yet, anyway.

“Yesterday was the trial balloon for a coup d’état against the United States,” he continued. “It gave them useful information.”
The article was shared by celebrities such as Hollywood star Mark Ruffalo, musician Questlove Gomez, House of Cards creator Beau Willimon, and #BlackLivesMatter activist Shaun King, legitimizing the conspiracy theory while gaining thousands of favorites and retweets.

Democrats introduce bill to take nuclear football out of Trump's hands

Two Democratic lawmakers introduced legislation Tuesday that would prevent President Trump from launching a nuclear weapon without a obtaining a congressional declaration of war.

Foreign Policy reported that the bill was introduced by Sen. Edward Markey, D-Mass., and Rep. Ted Lieu, D-Calif. The article notes that Lieu has a paper sign outside his office that reads, “Alternative Fact Free Zone.”

Under current law, the U.S. president can order a first-use nuclear strike even if the U.S. is not under nuclear attack.

Trump was asked by ABC News Wednesday about the responsibility of receiving the nuclear codes and responded that it was a “very sobering moment." “It’s very, very, very, scary in a sense.”

During the campaign, Hillary Clinton made it a point hit Trump on his temperament and what she called his erratic use of Twitter. She said, “A man you can bait with a tweet is not a man we can trust with nuclear weapons.”

Markey said in a statement that nuclear war is the “gravest risk to human survival," and he is concerned that Trump suggested in the past that he would consider a launch against terrorists.

Markey was likely referring to Trump's comments in March, when he was asked a hypothetical question about an ISIS strike and responded, “I would never take any of my cards off the table.”

Trump was also criticized during the campaign when he said, “Let it be an arms race” with Russia.

The bill has gained support from various global disarmament groups and former-Secretary of Defense William Perry, who served under President Clinton.

In August, The New York Times wrote extensively on the president's responsiblity with nuclear codes. The report said that it is up to the president to decide whether a nuclear attack on the U.S. was real, and, in turn, could have only minutes to decide if it warranted a nuclear response. The sitting president could launch as many as 925 warheads—about the equivalent of 17,000 Hiroshima bombs.

“There’s no veto once the president has ordered a strike,” Franklin C. Miller, a nuclear specialist who held White House and Defense Department posts for 31 years, told The Times. “The president and only the president has the authority to order the use of nuclear weapons.”

The New York Times report said a spokesman for the National Security Council refused to say if there is anyone in the chain of command who could overrule a president’s order.

The Independent newspaper reported that, in the event of a U.S. nuclear strike, Trump would essentially be giving his Secretary of Defense the authority to authorize the launch. If his secretary refuses, he could be fired and the president would turn to the second-in-command.

“Between the time he (the president) authorizes one and the time it’s carried out, there are other people involved.”

Actress Sarah Silverman called for a military coup against President Trump on Wednesday night in the midst of violent riots in Berkeley, California.

In a screaming all-capital-letters tweet exhorted her almost 10 million followers to “wake up & join the resistance,” a term from World War II that anti-Trump rioters have used to define themselves.

She then outlined her preferred scenario for the violent overthrow of the legitimately elected government, still in all capital letters.

Ex-Obama Official Suggests ‘Military Coup’ Against Trump

In a blog post for Foreign Policy magazine, Rosa Brooks, a former Obama administration official, outlined four ways to “get rid” of President Trump, including declaring him mentally unfit for command or carrying out a military coup.

Brooks is a Schwartz senior fellow at the New America Foundation, which is funded by billionaire George Soros’s Open Society Foundations. She served from 2009-2011 as Counselor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and served as a senior adviser at Obama’s State Department.

Her posting is titled “3 Ways to Get Rid of President Trump Before 2020,” although the piece actually outlines four ways.

In what seems to be a deliberate tactic, Brooks repeatedly questions Trump’s mental stability, claiming that the president’s first week in office “has made it all too clear: Yes, he is as crazy as everyone feared.”

Brooks, who is not a mental health professional, offered no evidence for her armchair psychological evaluation other than citing policies that she doesn’t like.

Remember those optimistic pre-inauguration fantasies? I cherished them, too. You know: “Once he’s president, I’m sure he’ll realize it doesn’t really make sense to withdraw from all those treaties.” “Once he’s president, surely he’ll understand that he needs to stop tweeting out those random insults.” “Once he’s president, he’ll have to put aside that ridiculous campaign braggadocio about building a wall along the Mexican border.”

And so on.

Nope. In his first week in office, Trump has made it eminently clear that he meant every loopy, appalling word — and then some.

Brooks listed four ways to get rid of a “crummy” president.

• Elect him out of office after his four-year term. “But after such a catastrophic first week, four years seems like a long time to wait,” she wrote.
• Impeachment. However, she lamented, “impeachments take time: months, if not longer — even with an enthusiastic Congress. And when you have a lunatic controlling the nuclear codes, even a few months seems like a perilously long time to wait.”
• Utilizing a claim of mental instability to invoke the 25th Amendment of the Constitution, which sets the path for the commander-in-chief’s removal if the “president is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”
• A military coup. She writes: “The fourth possibility is one that until recently I would have said was unthinkable in the United States of America: a military coup, or at least a refusal by military leaders to obey certain orders.”

Regarding her suggested military coup, a creative Brooks proposes preposterous scenarios that she fears Trump might try to play out:

What would top U.S. military leaders do if given an order that struck them as not merely ill-advised, but dangerously unhinged? An order that wasn’t along the lines of “Prepare a plan to invade Iraq if Congress authorizes it based on questionable intelligence,” but “Prepare to invade Mexico tomorrow!” or “Start rounding up Muslim Americans and sending them to Guantánamo!” or “I’m going to teach China a lesson — with nukes!”

When it comes to invoking the 25th Amendment, Brooks argues for appealing to the “ambitions” of Vice President Mike Pence.

That Amendment states:

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

“Surely Pence wants to be president himself one day, right?” Brooks writes.

“Pence isn’t exactly a political moderate — he’s been unremittingly hostile to gay rights, he’s a climate change skeptic, etc. — but, unappealing as his politics may be to many Americans, he does not appear to actually be insane. (This is the new threshold for plausibility in American politics: ‘not actually insane.’)”

During the 2016 presidential campaign, opponents of Trump similarly attempted to delegitimize his policies by raising questions about his mental health. As I wrote at the time, the template for such attacks may have been set more than five decades ago when such claims were deployed against Senator Barry Goldwater during his 1964 presidential campaign, which was widely considered a threat to the political establishment.

That theme has continued into Trump’s first two weeks in office.

Earlier this week, U.S. News and World Report ran a story titled, “Temperament Tantrum: Some say President Donald Trump’s personality isn’t just flawed, it’s dangerous.”

Apparently violating the so-called Goldwater Rule, established by the American Psychiatric Association after similar attacks against Goldwater, the magazine quoted numerous health care professionals attempting to categorize Trump’s mental stability. The APA’s Goldwater Rule forbids psychiatrists from commenting on someone’s mental status unless they first carry out an examination and the doctor is authorized by the patient to speak to the public.

The U.S. News story, for example, quotes John D. Gartner, described as a “practicing psychotherapist who taught psychiatric residents at Johns Hopkins University Medical School” as claiming Trump is “dangerously mentally ill and temperamentally incapable of being president.”

The Independent newspaper this week ran a story that also attempted to diagnose Trump. It was titled, “’Malignant narcisissm’: Donald Trump displays classic traits of mental illness, claim psychologists.” The article similarly cited mental health professionals commenting on Trump’s alleged psychological disorder.

The Independent article partially drew from a New York Daily News story from this week titled, “President Trump exhibits classic signs of mental illness, including ‘malignant narcissism,’ shrinks say.”

“Narcissism impairs his ability to see reality,” Dr. Julie Futrell, a clinical psychologist, told the newspaper while pointing out that she never actually treated Trump.

During Goldwater’s candidacy, the campaign to distort the public’s perception of the politician culminated in an infamous 1964 article in Fact Magazine, which surveyed members of the American Psychiatric Association, or APA, on Goldwater’s mental stability, though none of the psychiatrists had personally examined the presidential candidate.

The New York Times reported on the Goldwater smear:

The survey, highly unscientific even by the standards of the time, was sent to 12,356 psychiatrists, of whom 2,417 responded. The results were published as a special issue: “The Unconscious of a Conservative: A Special Issue on the Mind of Barry Goldwater.”

The psychiatrists’ assessment was brutal. Half of the respondents judged Mr. Goldwater psychologically unfit to be president. They used terms like “megalomaniac,” “paranoid,” and “grossly psychotic,” and some even offered specific diagnoses, including schizophrenia and narcissistic personality disorder.

Only 27 percent of the respondents said Mr. Goldwater was mentally fit, and 23 percent said they didn’t know enough about him to make a judgment.
