So I'm looking up a leet speak word...and I run across nub(newb, newbie) and that leads me to F.N.G....that article has a picture.
There's something very compelling about this picture. Who knows what the fate of this man was? Since it was 45 years ago, this person would be in his mid 60s if he is still alive. Vietnam combat deaths weren't that high until 67/68 so he probably got home ok. Just hit me funny this morning since my step father also spent his days in Khe Sahn and Da Nang although about a year later.
