Unexpected Visitor at the Bundy Ranch

    Published on Apr 11, 2014

The protestors at the Bundy Ranch Standoff received an unexpected visitor yesterday. An anonymous supporter from Austin TX took credit for dispatching 8 large pizzas to feed the hungry mix of militia and protesters who have been holding a line against federal agents from the Bureau of Land Management - who tasered a pregnant woman and cancer patient just days ago.

The order originated from the Pizza Hut in Mesquite, NV and came to a total of $98.13 cents.

Despite the Bundy Ranch being outside the normal delivery area - Pizza Hut delivered to the front line anyway and was not impeded by authorities.

I confirmed the order after speaking with Josh, the evening Manager who stated Operation Doughboy was carried out without incident at 1300 hours on the 10th of April.

This is just one of many small events revealing the great outpouring of support for the Bundy Family from all over the nation.

Donations and supporters are flowing in - to feed and reinforce the front line at the Bundy Ranch.

In hopes of preventing another Waco Texas incident - where the Federal Government murdered 76 Americans - including women and Children - A delegation organized by Nevada State Assemblywoman Michele Fiore is traveling to the Bundy Ranch to stand with them.

The delegation includes a Coalition of Western State Legislators, Sheriffs, and Veterans who are maintaining watch over the Bundy Ranch - and Assemblywoman Fiore said yesterday, "we are here because the Governor is not."

Meanwhile The Oath Keepers organization and the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, totaling over 40,000 current serving and former military, police, and first responders, have called on its members and all other patriotic Americans to join the vigil at the Bundy ranch.

If this keeps up Pizza Hut is going to need a lot more pizza.

Just got this mail from a friend who has had friends there for the last several days…

“We have several friends stuck in the traffic heading there and they have been passed by mobile tactical units and empty prisoner transport busses on the shoulder of the freeway. I am not optimistic that the BLM is actually backing down. About 25 miles from the ranch they are turning people around and have closed the freeway.”

    It may not be over…

VICTORY: Federal Agents Flee Bunkerville Citing “Safety Concerns”… Armed Citizen Militia Stands Down…

UPDATE [15:35 CDT] Following an early afternoon standoff with Bundy supporters and militia, the Bureau of Land Management is withdrawing federal agents from the area. There are reports of heavy traffic on I-15 as a result of a federal caravan of exiting agencies.
Bundy ranch cowboys and hands are standing by for the BLM to open the coral gates and release cattle rounded up during this week’s raid.
Communications to the area seem to have been restored. No shots have been fired.
The resolution at this time seems to be a peaceful one, despite earlier threats from federal agents that they would shoot into the crowd if they did not disperse.
You can watch a live feed (available at 15:40 CDT) with ********’ David Knight at Ustream.
Read the original report below: Victory for Citizen Militia: FedGov Pulls Out of Nevada: “Serious Concern About the Safety of Employees”
A couple hundred years ago some domestic terrorists got together and penned a Bill of Rights for a fledgling nation. Within their founding document they included a provision designed specifically to protect its newly formed experiment from tyrannical rule by way of arming its inhabitants so as to provide a backstop for those who would attempt to supplant their natural rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
This morning we have a prime example of why the founding fathers found these steps necessary and how powerful their decree really is to ensuring the freedom of Americans.
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
Over the last two days thousands of supporters have made their way to Bunkerville, Nevada where hundreds Federal government agents had begun rounding up privately owned cattle from public lands and cordoning off protesters into remote desert First Amendment Areas.
What made this particular “protest” different from previous peaceful assemblies like Occupy Wall Street is that many of those who arrived in Bunkerville were members of citizen militias from around the country – and they were heavily armed.
In short, this time around our overreaching Federal government was out manned and outgunned.
As reported by ********, the Bureau of Land Management and other Federal agencies have made the decision to pull their militarized assets out of the area.
A day after ******** blew the lid on Sen. Harry Reid’s link to the BLM’s land grab of the Bundy Ranch, the Sheriff of Clark County, Nevada, Douglas Gillespie, announced to tremendous applause Saturday that the Bureau of Land Management would cease their efforts targeting cattle rancher Cliven Bundy.
In an emotional response, Bundy told the Sheriff he had one hour to disarm the federal agency and to bring the arms to the platform where speeches were made this morning, and to take down their barricades.
According to a statement issued by the BLM, their primary reason for ceasing operations is because of safety concerns.
Based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of the public.”
“We ask that all parties in the area remain peaceful and law-abiding as the Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service work to end the operation in an orderly manner.
The “information on the ground” is that there are thousands of men and women standing by and that they were prepared to take action had it become necessary.

Though the government still maintains a court order for the rounding up of cattle, they have for the time being made the decision to walk away. This is not to say they won’t return in the future, but for today, the people are victorious.
Consider how these events would have played out had those who arrived to support the Bundy family not been armed; if they had simply showed up with protest signs and cell phones.
The end result would likely have looked more like this:
Rather than being tied up and pepper sprayed, the brave Americans who ventured to Bunkerville held their ground, 2nd Amendment in hand, and the government determined it was no longer in their best interests to pursue the matter.
A new day has dawned in America. One where the people see that real change can happen.
Activism really does work. This incident has proven that the Patriots and the militias are worthy adversaries. We have proven the power of social media and alternative news in the fight against tyranny. (Daily Sheeple)
The events of Bunkerville, Nevada show that the government, which so badly wants to control every aspect of our lives, can be defeated and sent packing.

Sen. Reid and Obama donors back company seeking $450 million in U.S. money

Three weeks before Election Day, Senate Majority leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., center, arrives for the dedication of a wind farm in Henderson, Nev., on Oct. 12, 2010. With him are, second from left, Kai Huang, deputy mayor of Shenyang, China; Jinxiang Lu, second from right, chairman and CEO of A-Power Energy Generation Systems, a Chinese company, and Tom Conway, right, international vice president of the United Steelworkers union. Reid’s support, and the plan to create jobs in Nevada, helped blunt congressional criticism that stimulus money was going to the Chinese company. (MSNBC)

I'm really glad the BLM personnel are being stood down.

I honestly didn't want to see any of them harmed since in the end, they are law enforcement just trying to do a job and put food on their tables. That said, it is their responsibility to introspectively look and consider what they're being asked to do and whether it is Constitutional.

This could have turned out very badly.

I've been mulling this over since last night...

I hope this was a real pull back by the FedGov and not a strategic feint to get folks to drop their guard so the protesters leave and the JBTs come back in after to do their dirty work.

I'm also wondering if there was any domestic drone activity keeping an eye on folks like this guy:

And kudos to him for having the stones to go out there and take a stand.

Needs to work on his gear a little though. He'd be able to cause some damage with his setup but he should get something a little better than a half converted Saiga with no optics and a plate carrier with no plates (soft armor maybe?).

Also, while he has good cover, he's not going to be able to traverse left/right all that well.

The REAL Bundy Ranch Story: Feds Forced to Surrender to American Ctizens

    Published on Apr 13, 2014
Here is the video you WILL NOT SEE on the mainstream media. The BLM did NOT simply "leave" and return the Bundy cattle. They were going to KEEP the cattle --- until a group of brave patriots and cowboys from 7 Western states stood up to sniper guns and FORCED the release themselves.

    Published on Apr 10, 2014
Nevada Rancher Cliven Bundy - of Bundy Ranch - is locked in a standoff with the federal Bureau of Land Management over illegal cattle grazing, endangered tortoises and property rights. It gets even better...

The fight involves a 600,000-acre area under BLM control called Gold Butte, near the Utah border. The is the habitat of the protected desert tortoise, and the land has been off-limits for cattle since 1998.

Five years before that, when grazing was legal, Bundy stopped paying federal fees for the right. Bundy stopped paying grazing fees in 1993. He said he didn't have to because his Mormon ancestors worked the land since the 1880s, giving him rights to the land.

"We own this land," he said, not the feds. He said he is willing to pay grazing fees but only to Clark County, not BLM.

"Years ago, I used to have 52 neighboring ranchers," he said. "I'm the last man standing. How come? Because BLM regulated these people off the land and out of business."

Nevada, where various federal agencies manage or control more than 80 percent of the land, is among several Western states where ranchers have challenged federal land ownership.

No shots fired. No one died. Some got tazered. A couple got arrested. Cows got rounded up.

If BLM has stood down as a feint, the response later won't be pretty at all.

I hope they understand they are breaking the Constitution and whether they are putting food on their tables or not, the final response by the people of this country won't end with them "keeping their jobs" if they don't grasp they are supposed to be ENFORCING the Constitution against their own government.

Fox News is stating right now that the BLM has "promised to move forward with this case".

Fox is talking about this right now.

    All the cows were returned.

The reporter made a 1 inch distance between two fingers and said "They were this close on both sides to pulling triggers."

The report said that the militia and ARMED cowboys outnumbered the feds 4:1 and that guns were drawn on both sides pointed at each other.

A former Sheriff was also involved on the militia side - and the discussion was to allow women to march forward as volunteers... the media would have been filming their deaths.

I think that's a little bit cowardly myself - but, it made the point to the Feds the people are serious about this and would have started a real war in this country right then and there.

it would NOT have ended there on that spot either.

    I saw that clip yesterday.

I have to admit I cringed a bit when I heard that for the very reason you bring up, it seems cowardly. On the other hand it is a PR tactic that works. And then again, the vikings are reported to have used shieldmaidens in battle.

Personally I think I would have preferred to have seen men geared up just as well or better than the Feds on the front line as a show of strength.

Reid smelling anything but rosy in ranch fight

Desert showdown blows lid off long-standing plans with Chinese

    Published: 2 days ago

Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev.

NEW YORK – When Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy refused to take his cattle off land the federal government demanded for the habitat of an endangered desert tortoise, it focused the nation’s attention on an arena Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., may have preferred to be kept quiet.

An investigative report published last week by ********.com drew a connection between Senate Majority Leader Reid’s involvement with Chinese energy giant ENN, Chinese efforts to build massive solar facilities in the Nevada desert and the showdown between Bundy and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, or BLM.

It wasn’t the first report to notice curious dealings involving the Chinese and America’s top Democrats.

Harry Reid’s last roundup: Exclusive: Joseph Farah exposes China deal possibly driving fed action against rancher

On Jan. 20, 2013, WND warned Chinese government-backed economists were proposing a plan to allow Chinese corporations to set up “development zones” in the United States as part of a plan proposed by the Chinese government to convert into equity the more than $1 trillion in U.S. Treasury debt owned by the Chinese government.

The next day, Jan. 21, 2013, WND documented the Obama administration had begun to allow China to acquire major ownership interests in oil and natural gas resources across the USA.

China grabs oil interests in USA

The first major intrusion of China in the U.S. oil and natural gas market can be traced to the Obama administration decision in October 2009 to allow state-owned Chinese energy giant China Offshore Oil Corporation, or CNOOC, to purchase a multi-million dollar stake in 600,000 acres of South Texas oil and gas fields.

By allowing China to have equity interests in U.S. oil and natural gas production, the Obama administration reversed a policy of the Bush administration that in 2005 blocked China on grounds of national security concerns from a $18.4-billion dollar deal in which China planned to purchase California-based Unocal Corp.

China’s two, giant, state-owned oil companies acquiring oil and natural gas interests in the USA are CNOOC, 100-percent owned by the government of the People’s Republic of China, and Sinopec Group, the largest shareholder of Sinopac Corporation, an investment company owned by the government of the People’s Republic of China, incorporated in China in 1998, largely to acquire and operate oil and natural gas interests worldwide.

On March 6, 2012, the Wall Street Journal compiled a state-by-state list of the $17 billion in oil and natural gas equity interests CNOOC and Sinopec have acquired in the United States since 2010.

    • Colorado: CNOOC gained a one-third stake in 800,000 acres in northeast Colorado and southwest Wyoming in a $1.27-billion pact with Chesapeake Energy Corporation.
    • Louisiana: Sinopec has a one-third interest in 265,000 acres in the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale after a broader $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.
    • Michigan: Sinopec gained a one-third interest in 350,000 acres in a larger $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.
    • Ohio: Sinopec acquired a one-third interest in Devon Energy’s 235,000 Utica Shale acres in a larger $2.5-billion deal.
    • Oklahoma: Sinopec has a one-third interest in 215,000 acres in a broader $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.
    • Texas: CNOOC acquired a one-third interest in Chesapeake Energy’s 600,000 acres in the Eagle Ford Shale in a $2.16-billion deal.
    • Wyoming: CNOOC has a one-third stake in northeast Colorado and southeast Wyoming after a $1.27-billion pact with Chesapeake Energy. Sinopec gained a one-third interest in Devon Energy’s 320,000 acres as part of a larger $2.5-billion deal.

On March 6, 2012, in a separate story, the Wall Street Journal described that China’s strategy implemented since 2010 by Fu Chengyu, who has served as chairman of both CNOOC and Sinopec, involved the following components: “Seek minority states, play a passive role, and, in a nod to U.S. regulators, keep Chinese personnel at arm’s length from advanced U.S. technology.”

Harry Reid and Chinese solar investments in Nevada

On April 3, 3012, Bloomberg reported Chinese billionaire Wang Yusuo, one of China’s richest citizens and the founder of Chinese energy giant ENN Group, had teamed up with Senate Majority Leader Reid to win incentives including land 113 miles southeast of Las Vegas that ENN sought to buy for $4.5 million, less than one-eighth of the land’s $38.6 million assessed value.

Bloomberg reported ENN intended to create solar energy farms on the Nevada land, despite the nearly 50 percent plunge in solar panel prices globally in the previous 15 months that led to the bankruptcy of solar equipment maker Solyndra LLC, which had received approximately $535 million in U.S. government loan guarantees.

Bloomberg further documented ENN had contributed $40,650 individually and through its political action committee to Sen. Reid over the previous three election cycles.

Subsequently, on Sept. 4, 2012, Breitbart.com reported lawyer Rory Reid, the son of Sen. Reid, had been appointed the primary representative for ENN Energy Group, fronting the bid by the Chinese company to build a $5-billion solar panel plant on a 9,000-acre Clark County desert plot in Laughton, Nevada.

A Reuters report published on Aug. 31, 2012, documented that Reid was recruited by ENN during a 2011 trip he took to China with nine other U.S. senators, supposedly to invite Chinese investment in the United States.

The Senate group accompanying Reid on his 2011 trip to China included six other Democrats and three Republicans: Richard Shelby, R-Ala.; Barbara Boxer, D-Calif.; Dick Durbin, D-Ill.; Mike Enzi, R-Wyo.; Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J.; Johnny Isakson, R-Ga.; Jeff Merkley, D-Ore.; and Michael Bennet, D-Colo.

“A tortoise isn’t the reason why BLM is harassing a 67-year-old rancher,” blogger Dana Loesch wrote last week. “They want his land.”

Loesch pointed out that Reid has been accused by ranchers in Nevada of using the BLM to control Nevada land, over 84 percent of which is already owned by the federal government, and to pay back special interests, including his top donor, Harry Whittemore, who first urged Reid to have the habitat of the desert tortoise moved before he was convicted of violating federal election laws by illegally funneling $150,000 to Reid’s 2007 reelection campaign.

Confirmed by a 71-28 Senate vote on April 9, BLM chief Neil Kornze served as a former senior adviser to Reid before he joined BLM in 2011, serving for the past year as the agency’s principal deputy director, according to a CBS local television news report broadcast in Carson City, Nevada.

In 2012, BLM and the U.S. Department of Energy published a “Final Pragmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States” that Inforwars.com charged established the basis for allowing the endangered desert tortoise to migrate habitats, paving the way to put solar energy development projects on acreage that includes public land at dispute in the Bundy standoff over grazing rights.

Loesch’s analysis of the BLM’s actions was echoed at the Moapa Valley Town board meeting last Wednesday when one of the local citizens rose to give a stirring defense of Cliven Bundy and issue a warning to the BLM.

“They can throw an army of men around there … with sniper rifles on people just like you are, men, women and children … out there, who believe they have a right to be there,” he said.

“Maybe you believe in some other place that you believe you can be. Someday they’re gonna throw that army of men around you. And then somehow they feel like they got the right … they can drop a damn tripod in the ground and set a sniper rifle on it, so if you cross a line, they can put a bullet in you. Who the hell is the man behind that trigger? I wanna know … which one of you guys gives that guy the authority to throw that rifle down? And when he does, which one of us is he going to shoot?”

“Good God, didn’t he grow up in this country? Are we gonna give it up? This is a helluva lot bigger than Clive Bundy.”
The audience erupted in applause as the man concluded his speech.

“And when Clive decides to go back in there after his cows, and they’ve got orders to shoot anyone who goes in there, I’m gonna be with him.”
Someone in the crowd piped up, “Carrying a gun I hope.”

“No, no,” he said, “because them son of a bitches will fire the next shot heard around the world … and we will fire the rest!”
The full speech can be viewed, below.

Earlier today, BLM announced it was terminating it’s operation at the Bunday ranch and would withdraw.

Reports: Company Tied to Reid's Son Wants Land in Bundy Standoff

    Rory Reid
    Sunday, 13 Apr 2014 08:48 PM
    By Greg Richter

The Nevada rancher who forced the federal Bureau of Land Management to back down last week may have been targeted because a Chinese solar company with ties to Sen. Harry Reid's son wants the land for an energy plant, several websites report.

A report on Godfatherpolitics.com, says Chinese energy giant ENN Energy Group wants to use federal land as part of its effort to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel-building plant in the southern Nevada desert. Rory Reid, the son of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, is representing ENN in their efforts to locate in Nevada.

Part of the land ENN wants to use was purchased from Clark County at well below appraised value. Rory Reid is the former Clark County Commission chairman, and he persuaded the commission to sell 9,000 acres of county land to ENN on the promise it would provide jobs for the area, Reuters reported in 2012.

In addition to the county acreage, the federal Bureau of Land Management at one time was looking at BLM property under dispute with cattle rancher Cliven Bundy. The BLM is headed by former Harry Reid senior policy adviser Neil Kornz.

According to BizPac Review, BLM documents indicate that the federal property for which Bundy claims grazing rights were under consideration by a solar energy company. Those documents have since been removed from BLM's website, but BizPac quotes from one of them:

"Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle."

"Trespass cattle" is a reference to Bundy's herd. Bundy's family has grazed cattle on the land since the 1870s, and Bundy maintains he has grazing rights to the federal land. But he hasn't paid his federal grazing fees in 20 years in a dispute with the BLM.

BLM agents hired contract cowboys earlier this year to seize hundreds of head of cattle and were moving in to seize the rest when militia members from across the country and other supporters showed up last week.

Citing a dangerous situation, the BLM backed off its efforts and returned Bundy's cattle Saturday, but it has vowed to continue fighting him in court and administratively.

In its effort to get Bundy off the land, it has attempted to get him to reduce his 1,000-head herd to 150, The Blaze's Dana Loesch reports. Bundy says his ranch would not be viable with a herd that small.

The BLM claims a need to control grazing on the land to protect an endangered desert tortoise. But Loesch and others note that in August, the tortoise population in a nearby conservation center was set to be euthanized because of underfunding.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service denied those reports, saying that only unhealthy tortoises would be euthanized and others would be relocated. But KVVU-TV in Las Vegas reported that the agency didn't say how many of the tortoises in its care were deemed "healthy."

Further, Loesch reports, Harry Reid pressured the BLM to change the tortoise's protected zone to accommodate developer Harvey Whittemore, one of the Democrat's top donors. Whittemore was convicted in May 2013 of making illegal campaign contributions to him.

"BLM has proven that they’ve a situational concern for the desert tortoise as they’ve had no problem waiving their rules concerning wind or solar power development," Loesch writes.

"Clearly, these developments have vastly affected a tortoise habitat more than a century-old, quasi-homesteading grazing area. If only Clive Bundy were a big Reid donor."

#OathBeforeOrders: All is not as it appears to be, it is the calm before a very large storm.

BUT ALL IS NOT AS IT APPEARS, PATRIOTS.....

It is the calm like you would find right before a storm. I mean this in all sincerity, but the unfortunate fact of the matter is that I was just sent some classified information that doesn't bode well for the Bundys or the patriot movement:

    #OathBeforeOrders

    PLEASE MAKE THIS GO VIRAL!

Doug Hagmann is the man behind the Northeast Intelligence Network.
He is the source of this story. He also writes for the Canada Free Press.
    http://www.homelandsecurityus.com/ar...588#more-10588
    http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/62376

Hagmann is the alleged source of the information below:

    9:01pm; 4-12-2014

    From Doug Hagmann (Code name)

At 1750 hours ET, I was contacted by my source within the Department of Homeland Security regarding the current situation at the Bundy Ranch.

To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. It is not. It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public.

This source stated that the retreat of the BLM agents and the release of the cattle was actually crafted as a potential plan yesterday (Friday, 11 April 2014) based on the following:

    1. A military assessment of satellite and drone surveillance imagery of the “patriot resistance. Drones under the control of the U.S. military were in use, taking real-time photographic images of not just the activity at the ranch, but "identifying the protesters, any arms and any supplies they might have or be carrying. “Mission accomplished.”

    2. Real-time communication intercepts between patriots on-site and their off-site support;

    3. Active monitoring of internet traffic regarding the coverage of events at ranch;

    4. The monitoring of real-time video from the scene.

This source stated that a response by the patriot movement was anticipated, although exceeded their expectations. Although this was a real operation, they also ran this as a test case for future government operations once they saw the response. They were also actively managing the media, in some cases threatening to cut off White House access to anyone covering the event.

Despite this, the coverage by the alternative media began to create a public relations problem that was not easily managed. Note the lack of acknowledgment by the White House regarding this event. They are intentionally framing it as a state issue, despite the fact that all federal response has been and continues to be from the White House. There is a reason for this – a reason that has not been identified in any of the public reports to date.

I will explain in further detail in a follow-up report on Sunday, after this source attends [redacted] to obtain more specific information about future federal operations. Regardless, according to this source, the government will take back ‘their land’ as they must to fulfill international obligations. It was never about grazing rights or anything other than

    (1) “securing clear title” to the land, and

    (2) further demonizing any patriotic resistance. It is my understanding, based on the information from this source, that it is a critical task to create a situation that will also advance their agenda of gun control and confiscation.

A more detailed report will follow on Sunday, 13 April 2014, with additional and much more specific information about their inside plans and future operations.

The ONE thing about this that makes my hackles stand on end is the fact that it is posted on Uncle Sam's Misguided Children's Facebook page, and Facebook (or NSA) is blocking it from being SHARED. This tells me that they don't want the information to go viral. If it wasn't true, they'd have nothing to be afraid of.......

    Intel source: Sunday update

13 April 2014: Special Note: As I stated in my report yesterday, additional information would be forthcoming today (Sunday). To those who object to the lateness of the hour for this report, it should be understood that I rely on my sources at their “convenience” (although convenience does not exist in the realm of exposing the agenda of the feds). Also, this is still a dynamic situation, meaning that federal assets and plans are still in play.

Narrative: As indicated in my report dated yesterday, 12 April 2014, I have been in contact with my primary source within the DHS as well as a secondary source outside of the DC area on multiple occasions throughout today. It is important for people to understand that the “breakdown” of the federal exercise is nearly as methodical and time consuming as the run-up to their arrival. The situation is still fluid, and there are federal assets still being debriefed. Based on the information obtained from both sources who are known to this investigator but who are requesting anonymity for obvious reasons, however, the federal initiative to claim the land at the center of controversy in Nevada remains intact. Perhaps the most important information derived from both contacts is that the situation is not over. In the words of the DHS source, “they [the BLM and other support agencies] will be back.”

According to both sources, plans are being made to physically return on or about the date of the “American Spring,” which is scheduled for 16 May 2014. The purpose for choosing that date or approximate time period should be obvious. The most vocal and visible leaders of the patriot movement will be busy organizing and attending the DC event. It is during this period that the BLM and support agencies, by way of their physical presence combined with court actions, is intended.

Additionally, I was advised by a separate intelligence source that it is important for us in the patriot movement to understand that the situation is much more important to the federal government than just the visible components , or the stand-off, at the Bundy ranch alone. Consider the following:

    • The current leadership wants to create [2014] as “the summer of rage.” They are astutely aware of the difference in public perception between the rural population and the urban areas, and intend to shape public perception against the patriot movement. They are already spinning the situation at the Bundy ranch into a “display of reasonableness” exhibited by the BLM, DHS and all federal agencies.

    • The current leadership is attempting to ramp up the rhetoric in the mainstream media about the dangers of the patriotic movement and the threat they posed to life, limb and liberty. Of course, this is untrue. The intent is to cast an even wider net of anti-gun ownership initiatives over those displaying such “radical” tendencies as shown at the Bundy ranch.

    • It is important to note that the intelligence source contacted by this investigator stressed that the leadership has every intention to stretch out future stand-offs and events, as such ultimately work to (or will be spun) to their benefit. It is their intent to “game the resolve and practicality of the people.

    • Additionally, it must be noted that Cliven Bundy is literally “the last man standing” in the way of this federal land grab. Over four dozen ranchers have fallen victim to the federal land grabs. Clear title to the state-owned land cannot be claimed unless and until all claims to that land, (the Bundy presence) can be removed. As many already know, the intent is for the federal government to hold clear title as collateral and ultimately conveyance to global interests. While many are aware of its value to Harry Reid and others, this is also about the resources under the ground.

Additional updates will be provided as further data is developed from source – and not before.

BLM Stealing Land in Texas Too

The Red River is the boundary between Texas and Oklahoma…or is it?

Byers, Texas along the Red River — The BLM stole 140 acres of the Tommy Henderson ranch thirty years ago. They took his land and paid him absolutely nothing. He sued and lost. Now the BLM is using that court case as precedent to do it again. The problem is, the land they want to seize is property that ranchers have a deed for and have paid taxes on for over a hundred years.

The BLM claims that about 90,000 acres (116 miles along the Red River)have never belonged to Texas in the first place. They will seize the land and it will seriously change the boundaries between the two states.

Total Lies By The BLM To Steal The Bundy’s Land, Which By The Way The BLM Is A Foreign Owned Asset

THe BLM did the same thing to the OX Ranch in the California new York mountains…..I used to live near the ivanpah valley and near the molycorp mine….they had a big waste water pipe blow up and they sent in “the turtle lady”

I got to know her and she said the desert tortoise was doing much better around the cows….good food partly digested…….her name was patty……another bit of information that is just something to think about…..on the clean-up of the “radioactive waste” that cost them about 13 million…..I was invited to a BLM and molycorp meeting, at the end they ask if there were any questions…..I questioned why the people cleaning up the waste were storing it in 55 gallon drums right next to the three trailers they were living in if was that dangerous…..typical answer was we will investigate the problem…..a couple days latter clean up was terminated(BLM is actually a sub-corporation of UNITED STATES INCORPORATED, a private foreign owned off-shore corporation since its last incorporation in 1925, copyrighted, trademarked and registered in Puerto Rico).Under the Reorganization Act of Washington District of Columbia, by it’s own private business charter, neither the BLM, nor any other federal/corporate agency has lawful/legal authority, jurisdiction or interstate nexus within the 50 state geographical landmass.

BLM, is actually classified as an: “Agent of Foreign Principle”, under the intergovernmental Personnel Act.

In other words, they don’t represent the Constitutional Republic or the interests of the American People but rather, a foreign owned principle i.e., the international banking/military corporate cartel of London City,
England known as Crown Corporation as their supreme authority.

This has been openly admitted and exposed through Supreme Court cases since and even before 1938.

A shield-maiden is one thing... I've fought chicks in armor - sword to sword and they are, pound for pound as good as many men when it comes to sword play. BUT, they can't dodge bullets any better than men can.

A show of strength though is exactly what they did. 4 to 1 odds, and the Feds backed off, as they SHOULD HAVE DONE.

That was the whole point I think. They are in the wrong on this, the US Gov is wrong on this, the BLM is wrong on this and it never should have gotten that far.

I have a feeling the BLM folks realized they were overmatched, called in for some reinforcements hoping the Patriots would disband and move off - but just in case they didn't they are calling in more big guns.

Watch the FBI and SWAT units show up next, along with federal police force officers in riot gear.

This won't be pretty at all and a lot of people are about to die.

Former BLM director gives insight into Nevada cattle battle
    By Ashley Kewish
    April 11th, 2014 @ 10:20pm

    Ashley Kewish

SALT LAKE CITY — The Bureau of Land Management continues to round up close to a thousand head of cattle grazing on Nevada federal land.

The owner of the cattle said he's done nothing wrong, but the the BLM says he hasn't paid grazing fees for more than 20 years.

Patrick Shea was the director of the Bureau of Land Management from 1997 to 1999. He said Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and his cattle were on his radar even back then.

"I wish Mr. Bundy would mind his law requirements and not try to play to the television cameras about confronting the evil federal government," Shea said.

Part of the law requires ranchers to pay grazing fees when their cattle roam federal lands. Shea said this protects the land from overuse and damage.

Bundy and his family said this isn't about unpaid fees.

"The grazing fees are quite minimal," said Bundy's son, Randy Bundy. "That was never the issue. We keep putting the federal government and the United States flag above everything. We are not anti-government. We are a pro proper government according to our Constitution."

Cliven Bundy maintains that he doesn't owe the federal government money, because he says his ancestors lived on the land long before the BLM was formed.

"I would pay my grazing fees, if I owed some, to the proper form of government," said Cliven Bundy. "I belive that is Clark County, Nevada."

'Wake up America,' says family involved in BLM cattle dispute
A man has been released after being arrested Sunday during an ongoing dispute over grazing rights between the Bureau of Land Management and a family in southern Nevada, and the family is calling for action.

But a federal judge disagreed and issued an order allowing the BLM to round up all trespassing cattle and auction them off. The action has led to confrontations, some of them violent, between federal rangers and Bundy's supporters.

"The public ought to know that federal officials live in dangerous situations and because some wacko, in my opinion, who is trying to make a confrontation, they should not sympathize or support that confrontation," Shea said.

Shea has seen both sides of the land-use debate. He represented activist Tim DeChristopher, who went head-to-head with the BLM over the 2008 sale of controversial oil and gas leases in Utah. In this situation, he believes the Bundys are disobeying the law.

"I consider them to be hypocritical in the sense that they do everything according to the laws as they interpret it, but when it's interpreted against them, they're unwilling to abide by it," he said.

Citing armed protesters, BLM returns seized cattle to Nevada rancher

Federal land management officials, citing concerns about safety, called off an effort to round up a rancher's cattle that it had said were being illegally grazed in southern Nevada. Cattle that had been seized earlier in the week were released.

By Paresh Dave This post has been updated. See below for details.
    April 12, 2014, 6:18 p.m.

After spending a week whisking away nearly 400 cattle they said were illegally grazing on federal land in the Nevada desert, officials facing a battalion of protesters with horses and guns decided to free those cattle in a stunning reversal Saturday afternoon.

A line of cattle calmly filtered out of a federal holding area at about 3 p.m. as protesters and law enforcement watched from alongside Interstate 15 near the Nevada-Arizona state line.

"Due to escalating tensions, the cattle have been released from the enclosures in order to avoid violence and help restore order," the U.S. Bureau of Land Management said in a short statement.

Federal officials have failed for 21 years to compel rancher Cliven Bundy to pay the fee required to let privately owned cattle use public land.

The government has said the cattle roundup was a “last resort” to enforce court orders ruling that Bundy had failed to pay more than $1 million in fees since 1993. Forcing him either to pay or to give up his cattle is a matter of fairness to the 16,000 ranchers who do follow the rules, U.S. officials said.

Two weeks ago, the BLM and the National Park Service began mobilizing helicopters, trucks, cowboys and rangers to seize Bundy’s 900 cattle.

The agencies moved nearly 400 to the holding area before suddenly announcing Saturday morning that the operation would end because of "grave concerns" about worker safety.
Bundy received nationwide support from people frustrated by what they described as government overreach, and at least several dozen of them brought weapons with them to Bundy's ranch 80 miles east of Las Vegas this week. Protesters scuffled with law enforcement at least a couple of times during the seizures. On Saturday, a peaceful standoff between law enforcement and protesters in the sweltering heat temporarily closed off a stretch of I-15 in nearby Bunkerville.
[Update: April 12, 7:52 p.m.: Las Vegas Sheriff Doug Gillespie said he spent all week mediating discussions involving the governor and both state and federal lawyers. Among the sheriff's concerns were unspecified threats received by nearby businesses and the safety of people at the Clark County Fair and Rodeo this weekend in Logandale, he said.
“I cannot interfere with the federal government when it is operating on federal land,” Gillespie said in a statement Saturday night. “But when a group of protesters threaten civil unrest or violence in this county -- it is my job to step in and ensure the safety of citizens.”]
Bundy, a 68-year-old father of 14, has argued in court that his Mormon ancestors began working the land in the 1880s, long before the BLM was formed, giving him rights that predate federal involvement. He says he only owes about $300,000.
"We're tired of being abused," Bundy told supporters Saturday during a rally broadcast online.
Meanwhile, lawmakers called for the protesters to leave the area so that the BLM could safely remove its equipment. But the protesters refused to leave until the seized cattle were released in the 150 square miles of scrub desert in the 600,000-acre Gold Butte area.
Environmentalists argue that the cattle take food from protected desert tortoises, smash rare plants and slow down the regrowth of fire-damaged vegetation. Their numbers should be kept in check, the land advocates say.
The cost of what had been expected to be a monthlong operation hasn't been disclosed. Critics have said the cash-strapped agency should be selling land to local residents instead of wasting money on what they see as a frivolous move. In Nevada, the BLM manages 87% of the state's land.
BLM Director Neil Kornze secured his position after U.S. Senate confirmation on Tuesday, four days into the cattle roundup. From 2003 to 2011, Kornze was an aide to Sen. Harry Reid, a Nevada Democrat and Senate majority leader.
The case is the latest flourish of the civil disobedience popularized during the 1970s Sagebrush Rebellion, a movement that sought greater local control in 12 Western states where the federal government administers 60% of the land.
Bundy couldn't be reached for comment.

    Yeah, I don't think it's over either.

Could you imagine the result had the citizens not been armed? They would have ignored them entirely.

I'm also guessing that each and every person who was there is now under a microscope and some of them are about to be whisked away and their lives ruined over technicalities or outright fabrications.

What you said is very sad because that's NOT how this country should be run.

The citizens stand up to a wrong - perceived wrong anyway - and then they get "wisked away" or whatever.

That is called political tyranny.... and if it happens it will merely confirm what we've all believed all along. The Government is too big and tyrannical.
