BLM Federal Thugs attempting to steal another Rancher’s Land in Texas

Filed under News, Police State April 16, 2014 Posted by: Rob Richardson

After failing in their attempt to steal a Nevada Rancher’s land last week, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is now setting their sights on ranchers in other areas of the country.
Tommy Henderson, a lifelong rancher in Texas, is locked in a vicious battle with the BLM who is trying to seize his 90,000 acres or land. Unlike the showdown in Nevada – where BLM officials claim Cliven Bundy has failed to pay them, what in my opinion are illegal land fees to begin with – Henderson has faithfully paid all federal fees, taxes and even has a legal deed to the disputed land.
But that isn’t stopping the BLM from going after the rancher.
In an attempt to steal this rancher’s land, and claim it for the Federal Government, the BLM is attempting to redraw the Texas/Oklahoma state line, so they can nullify the rancher’s legal deed to the land. Because the Red River splits the boundary between the two states, and that river has eroded some of the Texas land over time, the BLM is attempting to use that erosion to say the rancher’s land now falls inside of Oklahoma.
Tommy Henderson, who is facing the very real possibility of losing his ranch, commented on his battle with the BLM:
“How can BLM come in and say, ‘Hey, this isn’t yours.’ Even though it’s patented from the state, you’ve always paid taxes on it. Our family paid taxes for over 100 years on this place. We’ve got a deed to it. But yet they walked in and said it wasn’t ours. Originally, here the river was out there where it is now and it eroded and accreted up to here, and then it eroded and accreted back. Well, their interpretation is that it eroded up to here but avulsed back. So when you listen to them it is always erosion to the south because the property line follows it then, but it’s always avulsion when it goes north. So the boundary can move south but it can never move back north.”
If the BLM is able to use this bogus legal maneuver, and redraw the state’s line, Henderson could find himself without a legal Texas deed to the land that will now fall inside Oklahoma – at least according to the federal government.
As we noted last week while covering the Bundy Ranch saga, the federal government has laid claim to much of the Western United States. In fact, in Nevada where the Bundy Ranch is still under siege, the Federal Government has claimed ownership of 84.5% of the State’s land.
As the map below shows, Federal intrusion into the Western States has created an environment where these States have very little power over their own land.

Here is what the federal government claims they own in the Western states:
    Nevada: 84.5 percent
    Alaska: 69.1 percent
    Utah: 57.4 percent
    Oregon: 53.1 percent
    Idaho: 50.2 percent
    Arizona: 48.1 percent
    California: 45.3 percent
    Wyoming: 42.4 percent
    New Mexico: 41.8 percent
    Colorado: 36.6 percent
    Washington: 30.3 percent
    Montana: 29.9 percent

They are simply people who are preparing for the worst, hoping for the best like the rest of us and aren't outspoken about this - just ready for the worst case scenario.

I really think the government, Congress in particular needs to chill the hell out, back off and pull these damned over-reaching agencies off the people's backs.

This won't end well if the Congress doesn't get their act together - not for the country and NOT for Congress.

    Pledge of Nonviolence

    April 23, 2010 - 5:16 ET

Below is the Pledge of Nonviolence that Martin Luther King, Jr. asked those who believed in his message to abide by as well as his core principles of nonviolence.
I am going to ask you to make the same commitment to nonviolence and give you the opportunity to make that pledge public by having you ‘sign’ these documents below. -glenn

    Pledge of Nonviolence
    1. As you prepare to march meditate on the life and teachings of Jesus
    2. Remember the nonviolent movement seeks justice and reconciliation - not victory.
    3. Walk and talk in the manner of love; for God is love.
    4. Pray daily to be used by God that all men and women might be free.
    5. Sacrifice personal wishes that all might be free.
    6. Observe with friend and foes the ordinary rules of courtesy.
    7. Perform regular service for others and the world.
    8. Refrain from violence of fist, tongue and heart.
    9. Strive to be in good spiritual and bodily health.
    10. Follow the directions of the movement leaders and of the captains on demonstrations.

    The Five Principles of Nonviolence

    1. Non-violent resistance is not a method for cowards. It does resist. The nonviolent resister is just as strongly opposed to the evil against which he protests, as is the person who uses violence.

His method is passive or nonaggressive in the sense that he is not physically aggressive toward his opponent, but his mind and emotions are always active, constantly seeking to persuade the opponent that he is mistaken.

This method is passive physically but strongly active spiritually; it is nonaggressive physically but dynamically aggressive spiritually.

    2. Nonviolent resistance does not seek to defeat or humiliate the opponent, but to win his friendship and understanding.

The nonviolent resister must often express his protest through noncooperation but he realizes that noncooperation is not the ends itself; it is merely means to awaken a sense of moral shame in the opponent.

    3. The attack is directed against forces of evil rather than against persons who are caught in those forces. It is a struggle between justice and injustice, between the forces of light and the forces of darkness.

    4. Nonviolent resistance avoids not only external physical violence, but also internal violence of spirit. At the center of non-violence stands the principle of love.

    5. Nonviolence is based on the conviction that the universe is on the side of justice. It is the deep faith in the future that allows a nonviolent resister to accept suffering without retaliation. The nonviolent resister knows that in his struggle for justice, he has a cosmic companionship.

EXCLUSIVE: Al Qaeda eyes bio attack from Mexico Seeks white militias as allies

By Sara A. Carter (Contact) | Wednesday, June 3, 2009

    EXCLUSIVE:

U.S. counterterrorism officials have authenticated a video by an al Qaeda recruiter threatening to smuggle a biological weapon into the United States via tunnels under the Mexico border, the latest sign of the terrorist group's determination to stage another mass-casualty attack on the U.S. homeland.

The video aired earlier this year as a recruitment tool makes clear that al Qaeda is looking to exploit weaknesses in U.S. border security and also is willing to ally itself with white militia groups or other anti-government entities interested in carrying out an attack inside the United States, according to counterterrorism officials interviewed by The Washington Times.

He also states he's been talking about this a long time.

    Really???

When has Glenn been talking about "White Al-Qaeda"?

Was it on his Radio Show?

The last time I remember Glenn coming close to this subject was when he brought up the
    "Bubba Militia Effect".

There is a big difference between organized hate group gangs owning guns for crime and rural gun owners.

Toward the end this war game interview was Glenn really implying that if American Soldiers took sides with citizens to stand by their oaths to defend the Constitution instead of a tyrannical government was an unhealthy alliance?

This dove tails into some of the DHS terror assessment reports aimed at veterans.

    What is Glenn doing?

He gets everyone herded together to move into the 912 project that eventually evolves into the Tea Parties.

He requests all joining participants to send in information with pictures of themselves and if they like their family.

Most attending are Bible believing Christians that are beholden to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights preserving our freedoms here in America.

At these events Glenn acknowledges the protesting of excess taxation, eroding freedoms and the country going down the wrong path with out of control spending in Marxist-Socialism.

On his shows there is supportive talk of states succeeding from the union and
taking control back from the federal government. Creating new state legislation for gun manufacturing, openly supporting gun owners, shops and stocking up on ammunition. There is even talk of civil war.

    A
ll the while DHS is monitoring these Tea Party events and view the people engaged in this activity as possible security threats according to their new secret list of terror threats in America.

The majority of these folks attending are in opposition of:

    The New World Order
    The United Nations
    Gun Control
    The violation of Posse Comitatus
    The Federal Reserve
    The Income Tax
    The Ammunition Accountability Act
    The North American Union
, one world scheme to take America's sovereignty
    Universal Service Program
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), don't want to be chipped and tracked
    Abortion on demand
    Illegal Immigration

Then Glenn Beck endorses this film from a source that originated from who knows where that will sweep the everyone above on a terrorist list.

I hope he comes out and clarifies himself and the grass roots movements he's been fostering.

I hope there is real scrutiny over this film and it's origins or this movement on the Right will end up handing the current Administration the catalyst needed to move us into the next draconian phase of their Marxist-Socialist take over.

Calling All Oath Keepers to Stand Watch at Bundy Ranch

    Oath Keepers

Las Vegas, NV - -(Ammoland.com)- First, at the moment things are quiet here. 99% of the rumors on the internet are either blatantly false or wildly inaccurate.

No strong presence of federal agents has been seen. Remnants of BLM’s recent sojourn here are still present, such as the lights they had put up at their “field-headquarters” and no doubt we are under surveillance of all kinds, but there is no overt, visible massing of federal law enforcement.

We are, however concerned that the domestic enemies of the Constitution that infest the federal government might try to take advantage of folks going home, and attempt to make a move on the Bundy family. We feel certain that they will want to try again at some point, perhaps in a different way, even perhaps by executing a dynamic entry raid to attempt to arrest the Bundys. And we have heard that this is being discussed, though I have not been able to directly confirm it. But it is a real risk.

Therefore, to prevent such a raid, or to at least throw a monkey wrench into any such plans and make it more difficult for them, we’re doing the following:
1: We are calling on all Oath Keepers who can possibly get here to come to the Bundy Ranch to serve as volunteers on an ongoing, rotating watch.

That is not because there is any great emergency, but is a preventative measure – sort of like doing a rotation on the DMZ.

I am urging each and every Oath Keepers member who can, to get here and spend a bit of time to ensure that the Bundys are not alone. We need boots on the ground. We want you here, standing watch, which is appropriate for us Oath Keepers since our motto is “Not on Our Watch.”

We have six Oath Keepers here from New Hampshire (one of whom – Jerry DeLemus – is now the head of security for the ranch). We have one woman, Lori Storm, who drove down by herself from Nebraska, and one of our Board members from Nebraska, Steve Homan, is also here. We’ve got people here from Montana, Utah, Arizona, California, and Washington State. People are here from all over the country.

But people, however dedicated, will get burnt out and we need others to rotate in. We need you to step up and serve your turn on watch.

We are raising money to help with gasoline – just be sure to save all receipts for reimbursement.
(EA here: That may only be available on first-come first-served basis. Of the money we’ve raised thus far, we’ve given $12,000.00 dollars to the Bundy family, and we purchased a $1,000.00 generator, but we are now raising more money to help some folks traveling from afar.)

I will not ask you to do anything I am not willing to do myself. So, even though I have been away from my home and family since April 10 2014, I am still here, and I will remain here through April 19 2014, standing watch with the others. I was supposed to be speaking at a rally in Idaho on that day, but I canceled that because I need to be here to lead by example by also pulling a watch stint.

And I can think of no better place to be on April 19 than on ground where modern patriots followed the example of the Founders and stood firm in defense of liberty. Like their forefathers before them who stood at Lexington and Concord, they refused to bend the knee to tyranny, and they stood their ground. And that spot of ground may go down in history as the birthplace of the next American Revolution, where the tide was turned, and the people stood up.

BEHIND THE LINES – More Photos of ‘DC Federales’ – Preparing to Shoot Americans?

    April 16, 2014 By

    SPECIAL REPORT

    21st Century Wire

When Clark County Nevada Sheriff Douglas Gillespie left the podium at Saturday morning’s press conference at the Bundy Ranch, he left Cliven Bundy and his supporters believing that federal soldiers working for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) would be ‘standing down’, only that didn’t happen.

Was this is ploy by the BLM – to create a chaotic powder keg situation only hours later?

Why the BLM would withdraw from Gold Butte on the Bundy Ranch, but then secretly plan an huge armed confrontation – against Bundy cowboys and their supporters who were heading over to reclaim their stolen property – is astonishing.

Even at the moment of confrontation, the BLM did not appear to actually be fully standing down. What was the BLM expecting? Chief of the BLM issued a statement claiming that the absolute final stand-down order was given in light of ‘safety concerns for the public and agents’.

Reports on the ground that day also confirmed that even more armed Federal reinforcements were on the way, but luckily were caught up in stand-still traffic ten miles out from the scene. What were they planning?

Exclusive photos supplied to 21WIRE by a GMN photographer positioned behind federal lines at the Battle of Bundy Ranch, further reveal the scale and scope of Washington’s military operation on US soil.

Viewers can judge for themselves whether or not the US Federal government was playing a deceptive, deadly game with American lives - on both sides.

(CLICK ON PHOTOS TO SEE HI-RES ENLARGEMENTS)

FEDERAL CATTLE RUSTLING: Washington’s ill-conceived cow stealing operation ended in total failure.

EYE SEE YOU: BLM mercenary contractor spots our GMN photographer positioned on higher ground.

SIZING UP SITUATION: DC Federales begin to realize that citizens are determined to liberate Bundy’s herd stolen by BLM.

OVERWHELMING FORCE: BLM soldiers can’t work out whether they are in Fallujah or Nevada.

FINGERS ON TRIGGER: Federales ready to move, but not sure what they are doing (or why).

EMBEDDED MEDIA: Police escort for FOX News team and Bundy rancher talking on the ground near standoff.

VICTORY: Cliven Bundy’s cowboys flanked by hundreds of determined supporters on foot, moving to reclaim what is rightfully theirs.

SURVIVOR: Bundy herd member heads back home after being under federal incarceration.

HOW THE WEST WAS WON: Fearless and determined Cowboys driving their prize herd back to the Bundy Ranch.

‘HEY, WE WERE JUST FOLLOWING ORDERS’: BLM’s ploy could have easily ended in disaster – luckily no one was hurt this time.

Penny finally drops for BLM army as they finally stand down.

Harry Reid Labels Supporters of Rancher Cliven Bundy ‘Domestic Terrorists’, Reveals Federal Task Force Being Assembled

    Apr. 17, 2014 6:38pm Jason Howerton

Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) claimed on Thursday that armed supporters of rancher Cliven Bundy are “domestic terrorists” and reckless individuals who put their families in danger.

Speaking at a Las Vegas Review-Journal event, Reid was clear: “They’re nothing more than domestic terrorists. I repeat: what happened there was domestic terrorism.”

The rhetoric certainly will do nothing to ease already-high tensions after the Bureau of Land Management prematurely shut down its operation to round up Bundy’s “trespass cattle” on Saturday. The federal agency cited fears of public safety after having run-ins with armed militia members who traveled to Bunkerville, Nev., to support the rancher.

Bundy reportedly owes the federal government roughly $1 million in grazing fees, an amount he accumulated after he “fired” the Bureau of Land Management in 1993 over its decision to turn public land into a protective habitat for the state’s desert tortoise.

There are two court orders that permit BLM to execute a roundup of 500 to 900 of Bundy’s “trespass cattle,” Reid reportedly said.

Reid, who recently said the situation is “not over,” revealed on Thursday there is a federal task force being assembled to handle to the tense situation.

“Clive Bundy does not recognize the United States,” Reid said. “The United States, he says, is a foreign government. He doesn’t pay his taxes. He doesn’t pay his fees. And he doesn’t follow the law. He continues to thumb his nose at authority.”

“It is an issue we cannot let go, just walk away from,” he added.

If the feds go in there, hellfire the buildings, arrest and kill American citizens, Civil War II will have started. Someone needs to let Reid know that it's not going to turn out like he expects.

He really must want his solar plants to go in on that property.

Federal Judge: BLM Engaged In A Criminal Conspiracy Against Ranchers

Court opinion exposes BLM’s true intent against Cliven Bundy

    Source: Kit Daniels

For over 20 years, the Bureau of Land Management engaged in a “literal, intentional conspiracy” against Nevada ranchers to force them out of business, according to a federal judge whose court opinion exposes the BLM’s true intent against rancher Cliven Bundy.

    [IMG]http://static.********.com/bindnfocom/2014/04/041714blm.jpg[/IMG]

In his opinion of United States v. Estate of Hage, U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones reveals that after late Nevada rancher E. Wayne Hage indicated on his 1993 grazing permit renewal that by signing the permit, he was not surrendering his family’s long-standing water and forage rights on the land, the BLM not only rejected the permit but also conspired for decades to both deny his family’s property rights and to destroy their cattle business.

“Based upon E. Wayne Hage’s declaration that he refused to waive his rights — a declaration that did not purport to change the substance of the grazing permit renewal for which he was applying, and which had no plausible legal effect other than to superfluously assert non-waiver of rights — the Government denied him a renewal grazing permit based upon its frankly nonsensical position that such an assertion of rights meant that the application had not been properly completed,” Judge Jones wrote. “After the BLM denied his renewal grazing permit for this reason by letter, the Hages indicated that they would take the issue to court, and they sued the Government in the CFC [Court of Federal Claims.]”

And at that point, Jones explained, the BLM refused to consider any further applications from Hage.

“The entire chain of events is the result of the Government’s arbitrary denial of E. Wayne Hage’s renewal permit for 1993–2003, and the effects of this due process violation are continuing,” he stated.

    Judge Jones continued:

In 2007, unsatisfied with the outcome thus far in the CFC, the Government brought the present civil trespass action against Hage and the Estate. The Government did not bring criminal misdemeanor trespass claims, perhaps because it believed it could not satisfy the burden of proof in a criminal trespass action, as a previous criminal action against E. Wayne Hage had been reversed by the Court of Appeals. During the course of the present trial, the Government has:

    (1)invited others, including Mr. Gary Snow, to apply for grazing permits on allotments where the Hages previously had permits, indicating that Mr. Snow could use water sources on such land in which Hage had water rights, or at least knowing that he would use such sources;

    (2) applied with the Nevada State Engineer for its own stock watering rights in waters on the land despite that fact that the Government owns no cattle nearby and has never intended to obtain any, but rather for the purpose of obtaining rights for third parties other than Hage in order to interfere with Hage’s rights; and

    (3) issued trespass notices and demands for payment against persons who had cattle pastured with Hage, despite having been notified by these persons and Hage himself that Hage was responsible for these cattle and even issuing such demands for payment to witnesses soon after they testified in this case.

By filing for a public water reserve, the Government in this case sought specifically to transfer to others water rights belonging to the Hages. The Government also explicitly solicited and granted temporary grazing rights to parties who had no preferences under the TGA [Taylor Grazing Act of 1934], such as Mr. Snow, in areas where the Hages had preferences under the TGA.
It is necessary to note that under the TGA, according to Red Canyon Sheep Co. v. Ickes (1938), a rancher whose cattle had previously grazed in the area based upon adjacent land, water rights on the land, etc., has a right to a grazing permit over others who apply for a permit to graze the area without having previously grazed there.

So in this instance, Hage would have priority over Snow for a grazing permit, but the BLM willfully ignored this court ruling.

And after the agency filed for a public water reserve, according to Judge Jones, the BLM “sent trespass notices to people who leased or sold cattle to the Hages, notwithstanding the Hages’ admitted and known control over that cattle, in order to pressure other parties not to do business with the Hages, and even to discourage or punish testimony in the present case.”

“For this reason, the Court has held certain government officials in contempt and referred the matter to the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” he wrote. “In summary, government officials, and perhaps also Mr. Snow, entered into a literal, intentional conspiracy to deprive the Hages not only of their permits but also of their vested water rights.”

“This behavior shocks the conscience of the Court and provides a sufficient basis for a finding of irreparable harm to support the injunction described at the end of this Order.”

So in other words, the BLM willfully attempted to destroy the Hage family’s livelihood because Hage dared to assert his existing rights to the land which his family has held since the late 19th century.

And unfortunately the BLM is attempting to do the exact same thing to Cliven Bundy.

“Has Attorney General Eric Holder prosecuted any federal officials for criminal activity and violation of the Hage family’s constitutionally protected rights? No,” William F. Jasper, senior editor of The New American, wrote on the subject. “Has Sen. Harry Reid denounced this lawlessness and criminal activity by government officials and call upon President Obama and Attorney General Holder to protect the citizens of his state from the depredations of federal officials under their command? No.”

“With attitudes such as those expressed above by Sen. Harry Reid, it is almost a certainty that the recently defused Bundy Ranch standoff will be replayed again — and in the not-too-distant future. And the outcome could be much less amicable for all concerned.”

Sheriff Mack: federal snipers at Bundy ranch are mercenaries, hit men

Posted on April 18, 2014 by Dr. Eowyn

In an interview with TPN’s Dylan Scott Wednesday, April 16, 2014, Richard Mack, former Arizona county sheriff and founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA), said:

“One of our CSPOA members who was there earlier and got there before I did was phoning me and telling me that they were going to be killed. The federal snipers, several of them — I don’t know if you know this — but they were paid mercenaries. They’re contractors. They’re paid hit men.

He saw all the equipment and all the military weaponry that they had, and then he said, ‘Sheriff, they warned us that they were going to arrest us. Then they warned us that they were going to shoot us. I’m calling to tell you that they’re going to shoot us.’ He’s a 15-year law enforcement veteran that was telling me this. He said, ‘Please tell my wife that I love her, and I hope to see you later, but I don’t think so.’
I, at that time, went around the two lanes of traffic onto the side of the road, which is illegal to do, and I turned on my flashers. I buzzed it up there, and I got there right after that part finished, where my guy was that called me. The sheriff had just left, and he was the one that I think made a big difference.

All the people that were there watching, it was about 600, 700 people. My son and I stood there and watched in reverence at one of the most patriotic moments I’ve ever been a part of. There was about 500 people, all with tears running down their cheeks, watching these cowboys and cowgirls take these cattle back to their proper place.“

Harry Reid’s Predecessor Explained The Second Amendment

Posted on April 18, 2014 by stevengoddard

Hubert Humphrey was a very liberal Democratic senator in the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, before he became vice-president. He explained the purpose of the Second Amendment
“Certainly one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of citizens to keep and bear arms … The right of citizens to bear arms is just one guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard, against the tyranny which now appears remote in America but which historically has proven to be always possible.”
    – Hubert H. Humphrey, Senator, Vice President

That picture of those "snipers" shows very poor form. I could EASILY hit them at 300-400 yards away with a rest and some concealment. I could certainly keep them from firing from up to about 800 yards and I might get lucky and score a hit.

I could be behind cover and exposing a target so small that even a sub moa shooter couldn't hit at those distances. It's a matter of them not knowing you are there until you pull the trigger.

Besides, all it would take to disperse those guys is some men on horseback with shotguns. Charge up to them and disarm them.

Harry Reid: Bundy supporters 'domestic terrorists,' hints at federal task force

    April 18, 2014

While attending a Las Vegas Review-Journal “Hashtags & Headlines” event, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., ratcheted up the rhetoric against conservatives by calling supporters of rancher Cliven Bundy "domestic terrorists," the Review-Journal reported. He also told the Review-Journal that a task force is being set up to "deal" with Bundy.

“Those people who hold themselves out to be patriots are not. They’re nothing more than domestic terrorists,” he said. "I repeat: what went on up there was domestic terrorism.”

He also accused supporters of bringing children to the ranch to put them in harm's way in order to make the government look bad. He also accused supporters of using fully automatic firearms.

“There were hundreds — hundreds of people from around the country — that came there,” Reid told the Review-Journal. “They had sniper rifles on the freeway. They had assault weapons. They had automatic weapons.”

He also attacked Bundy, implying that in his view, the Nevada rancher is unpatriotic.

“[Cliven] Bundy does not recognize the United States,” Reid said. “He says that the United States is a foreign government. He doesn’t pay his taxes. He doesn’t pay his fees. And he doesn’t follow the law. He continues to thumb his nose at authority.”

The Bundy family did not respond to requests for comment on Reid’s remarks, the Review-Journal said. Reid was also asked by moderator Steve Sebelius what should be done about supporters “who are willing to shed blood for the cause.”

“I hope that’s not the case,” Reid said in response. “I repeat, we are a country of laws. … We can’t let this happen.”

The standoff between Bundy and the BLM ended Saturday when federal agents beat a hasty retreat after confronting protesters. No shots were fired during the week-long incident, but the situation became quite tense at times, almost to the point of bloodshed.

Since Saturday's withdrawal, a number of people expressed concerns federal agents would return to finish the job, perhaps in a violent and bloody confrontation. The Bundys warned supporters to be wary of unverified information, but Reid's statement Thursday would appear to validate those concerns. Reid told the Review-Journal he spoke with Attorney General Eric Holder, FBI leaders and Clark County Sheriff Doug Gillespie, and understands a task force is being set up.

“It is an issue that we cannot let go, just walk away from,” he said. Thursday's statement seems to echo comments he made earlier in the week when he said the dispute is "not over."

Reid's comments sparked an instant backlash from a number of people, including those on Twitter, according to a report at Twitchy.

"It's GOVERNMENT terrorism. Get it straight," one person said.

"Reid can beak the law and LIE & line his pockets," another person added. A number of other people suggested the same thing.

"Who was terrorized? I detest what Bundy did, but calling terrorist makes light of previous terroristic acts," said Twitter user "Will Dixon."

After excoriating Bundy and his supporters as unpatriotic terrorists, Reid moved on to his favorite punching bag -- the Koch brothers. According to the Daily Caller, Reid fell short of calling then "domestic terrorists" at Thursday's event, but did say they are "not good" for the country.

    Reid should tread lightly.

Just because his family stands to make millions on Solar at the expense of these ranchers does not make him immune to repercussions.
