Hot Mic Catches Egyptian Politician Discussing ‘War’ with ‘Enemies’ Israel and America

Just last month, Secretary of State John Kerry quietly sent Egypt an additional $1.3 billion, even though Egypt has failed to live up to democracy standards. That largesse didn’t stop a prominent Egyptian politician from talking about Egypt’s “enemy” the United States in what some pundits are classifying as a classic and embarrassing “hot mic” moment.

President Mohammed Morsi gathered a group of politicians last week who thought they were speaking privately at a parliamentary meeting. But as seen in an Egyptian television video of the meeting — excerpts of which were later translated by the Middle East Media and Research Institute (MEMRI) — they were actually on live television, cringingly discussing secret ways to stop Ethiopia’s Nile River dam project which threatens water flowing to Egypt.
The New York Times blog reports:

Unaware that their words were being broadcast live on a state-owned television channel, many of those seated around the table said the dam was in fact a secret American and Israeli plot to undermine Egypt that must be stopped at all costs.

The participants learned they were on live TV only after Magdi Ahmad Hussein, chairman of the Islamic Labor Party, suggested that all present vow not to leak any information to the media. Before being told he was on television, Hussein described the U.S. as an enemy [emphasis added]:

I’m very fond of battles. With the enemies, of course – with America and Israel, but this battle must be waged with maximum judiciousness and calm. Even though this is a secret meeting, we must all take an oath not to leak anything to the media, unless it is done officially by sister Pakinam [el-Sharkawy, a Morsi aide]. We need an official plan for popular national security, even if we…

The viewer sees him being handed a note, which presumably points out that his words are not confined to the room. Hussein laughs, then continues with the anti-American and anti-Israel rhetoric: “Okay… Fine… The principles behind what I’m saying are not really secret… Our war is with America and Israel, not with Ethiopia. Therefore, engaging in a war… This is my opinion…”
President Morsi says out for the benefit of all in the room, “This meeting is being aired live on TV,” a comment which prompts laughter all around.

In damage control mode, as if he knew all along that he was on camera, Hussein followed up by saying, “I am not presenting a secret plan or anything. All the countries do what I am saying and what has been said by others. All countries with regional conflicts do that.”

“I say to the Egyptian people: Nobody can turn off your water supply – unless they want to turn the Egyptians into the world’s most extremist people. Imagine what this people would do if its water were turned off – what all 80 million of us would do to Israel and America if our water were turned off,” Hussein concluded [emphasis added].

According to the New York Times, someone afterwards could be heard off camera saying, “Why didn’t you tell me that earlier?”

Morsi later appeared to try to send a calming message to Ethiopia, even though other participants in the parliamentary session were openly discussing sabotaging their southern neighbor, including via covert operations, supporting rebel groups or destroying the dam altogether.

“We have a lot of respect for the Sudanese people in the north and the south, and we respect their decisions, and the same is true with regard to the Ethiopian people. We are not about to start any aggression against anyone whatsoever, or affront anyone whatsoever,” Morsi said.

“But we have very serious measures to protect every single drop of Nile water – every single drop of water,” Morsi added.

Middle East analyst Barry Rubin of the Global Research in International Affairs (GLORIA) tells TheBlaze, “Here we have possibly the most embarrassing open microphone scandal in history.”

In an article which discussed the scene, Rubin wrote: “Egyptian leaders discussed covert operations to destroy the dam or giving covert support to rebel groups. This gives some hints of what longer-term policy toward Israel might well be. Advocates of aggressive action included moderate politicians.”

Before it was revealed that they were on camera, liberal politician Ayman Nour, chairman of the Ghad Al-Thawra Party suggested leaking a false story to the media suggesting Egypt might be preparing for war. He said:

The Ethiopian newspapers say that Egypt has no military option. They say that Egypt does not possess the capabilities – no airplanes, no missiles – and that Sudan would not allow this… Indeed, Sudan’s position is nauseating. It is much weaker than it should be. But we could leak intelligence information.

We could leak that Egypt is trying to buy planes for aerial refueling, and so on. Even if this is unrealistic, it would bring results on the diplomatic track.

The water issue is so sensitive in Egypt, because the country’s agriculture is completely dependent on the Nile River. According to the New York Times, Ethiopian officials say the dam will not be used for agriculture, just for the production of electricity and therefore it should not substantially decrease the amount of water flowing to Egypt.

Obama will end the war on terror as soon as he helps al Qaeda win it

The Obama Administration has finally come to the conclusion that Syrian dictator Assad has chemical weapons which he will use against al Qaeda aligned, Muslim Brotherhood backed insurgents and rebels. So after calling for an end to the war on terror, the White House resident has now ordered the U.S. military to develop a plan to assist Syrian rebels in an overthrow of the Assad regime. Once accomplished, Assad will be replaced with a Muslim Brotherhood puppet as seen in Egypt and Libya.

Obama’s military planners are developing plans for arming Syrian rebels and insurgents (al Qaeda terrorists) to fight the forces loyal to Assad. Current plans call for establishing a no-fly zone in Syria from bases located in Jordon. (1) A safe zone will be created near the Jordanian border to train and arm anti-Assad forces. However this proposal leaves Syrian anti-aircraft capabilities untouched. Unless Obama puppet master (Valerie Jarrett) makes a deal with Vladimir Putin, this becomes a very dangerous idea. After all, if Syrian forces feel threatened they will shoot. This is what happens when plans are made by White House Lawyers rather than military professionals.

Of course, premier senate RINO John McCain is siding with the Free Syrian Army rebels, ignoring their al Qaeda link. (3) With the American Military standing down–the victim of massive budget cuts ostensibly the result of sequestration–where is this administration getting the money to support our enemies? The Nobel Peace Prize winner seems to enjoy overthrowing dictators and replacing them with Muslim Brotherhood approved thugs. Once Jordon falls under the rule of the Muslim Brotherhood, Israel will be the next target. An anti-Semite’s dream and God knows this administration has a few on its payroll.

Amazing, the thought processes of Barack Obama. He wants to end the war on terror yet plans to arm al Qaeda in Syria. (2) His office will unleash the assets that had been created to spy on terrorists and turn those assets on the American people. How is that hope and change working for you!

The White House’s Visas-for-Terrorists Program

A new Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General (DHS OIG) report raises more questions than answers regarding the circumstances behind the approval of a visa for a known member of a group identified by the State Department as being a member of a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

In June 2012, Egyptian Hani Nour Eldin visited the United States as a member of an Egyptian parliamentary delegation to meet with U.S. government officials and business leaders. During the course of those meetings, Eldin raised with then Deputy National Security Adviser Denis McDonough the issue of the release of Omar Abdel Rahman, the Blind Sheikh, from federal prison for humanitarian reasons.

Eldin’s presence at all these meetings is peculiar because in 1993 he admitted to being a member of Gama’a al-Islamiyya.

Gama’a al-Islamiyya is an Egyptian Islamist group first designated by the State Department as a Foreign Terrorist Organization in 1997. Gama’a al-Islamiyya has been linked, though indirectly, to the assassination of Anwar Sadat. In the 1990s, the group was linked to a string of terrorist acts, including the murder of Egypt’s speaker of parliament and a 1995 attempted assassination of Hosni Mubarrak.

In 1993, Eldin was arrested after members of Gama’a al-Islamiyya got into a shoot-out with Egyptian security officials at a mosque. In a 1993 article that accompanied the arrest, Eldin denied his involvement in the shoot-out but proclaimed he was a member of Gama’a al-Islamiyya.

As such, the strictest reading of State Department protocols means that Eldin should have been denied a visa. After hearing complaints from New York Republican Congressman Peter King, the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General did an audit of DHS efforts to screen members of Foreign Terrorist Organizations.

The heavily redacted unclassified report absolves DHS of any wrongdoing in this matter…

In a 2012 article for the Daily Beast when this story first broke, a State Department spokesperson told Eli Lake that the State Department had no information that suggested that Eldin was a member of a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

In the same 2012 article by Eli Lake (which was referenced repeatedly in the report), Lake proclaims, “Terrorists aren’t supposed to get visas. But Hani Nour Eldin was apparently invited to D.C. this week to meet with top officials. Did no one Google him?”

More than a year later it’s still not entirely clear why a known terrorist designated as such by the State Department was given a visa and allowed to meet with high ranking officials in the White House, giving him the ability to ask for the release of the mastermind of the first World Trade Center attack. This report seems to raise more questions than it answers.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says an Egyptian politician given a visa to visit the United States last month was vetted three times and not deemed a security threat.

Napolitano told the House Homeland Security Committee Wednesday that Hani Nour Eldin, a self-professed member of a banned Egyptian militant group, was cleared by the State Department before being granted a visa. She says he was vetted by the Homeland Security Department before being allowed into the country, and scrutinized a third time by the Secret Service before he was granted access to the White House.

The committee chairman, Rep. Peter King, a New York Republican, says he worries that giving a visa to a member of a State Department-designated "foreign terrorist organization" without telling Congress violated federal law.

A Brothers’ Day Card for Obama -- Marking Visa for Blind Sheikh’s Terrorist Organization

The Obama administration is the Hallmark Cards of Brothers’ Day, having done so much to bring it about: courting Brotherhood satellites in the Middle East from Day One, doing tireless “outreach” to Brotherhood organizations in the U.S. (including “hundreds” of meetings with CAIR by the count of one administration official), and helping the Brothers spread the Islamist Ascendancy Arab Spring from Egypt to Tunisia, Libya, and — coming soon, at an intervention near you — Syria. So grateful is the Brotherhood’s Egyptian mothership that its future plans include a new capital city, al-Quds (what the Zionist enemy calls “Jerusalem”) . . . which just happens to be the favorite city of John Brennan, Obama’s national-security adviser and assassinations czar.President Obama rushed in to join the Palestinian Authority and his good friend Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkey’s Islamist Prime Minister, in congratulating President-elect Mohammed Morsi.

But what better way to mark this momentous occasion than a Brothers’ Day greeting card?

There is, for example, the one Representative Peter King, chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, has just sent to Obama Homeland Security secretary Janet Napolitano. In the spirit of the times, Secretary Napolitano’s crack agency took a time out from not enforcing the federal immigration laws to issue a visa to a member of Gama’at al-Islamia (the Islamic Group), the Egyptian terrorist organization headed by the “Blind Sheikh” — Omar Abdel Rahman. It was the Blind Sheikh who started up the Islamic Group’s jihadist cell branch office of same in the New York metropolitan area in the late Eighties. That IG branch office bombed the World Trade Center in 1993.

Eight years later, after al-Qaeda came back to finish the job, Osama bin Laden publicly credited the Blind Sheikh with authorship of the fatwa that green-lighted the operation. The fatwa, which the IG’s emir issued from the American prison where he is serving a life sentence, did have that nuance and subtlety for which Abdel Rahman became globally renowned after earning his sharia doctorate at Egypt’s storied al-Azhar University:

Muslims everywhere to dismember their nation, tear them apart, ruin their economy, provoke their corporations, destroy their embassies, attack their interests, sink their ships . . . shoot down their planes, [and] kill them on land, at sea, and in the air. Kill them wherever you find them.

#more#The visa in question was granted by Napolitano’s minions to the Islamic Group’s Hani Nour Eldin. Interestingly, one rationale for creating the Department of Homeland Security — a sprawling blob of ever-expanding federal agencies that the bipartisan brotherhood of Big Government insisted would make us safer after 9/11 — was to correct the appalling visa-issuance practices that allowed the Blind Sheikh (and most of the 9/11 hijackers) to settle in the U.S. (as a religious worker!) after entering multiple times despite being on terrorist watch-lists. (As noted here before, I recount these infuriating lapses in Willful Blindness, as well as in this 2008 Commentary essay.) Under the guise of consulting with the Islamists who will soon be ruling the Brotherhood’s New Egypt, our post-9/11 Obama-style security means we no longer get duped into letting terrorists sneak into the country — now, we invite them in.

Chairman King does not think this is such a hot idea. After all, when we say the Islamic Group is a “terrorist organization,” we’re not just making conversation. Put aside for the moment the IG’s record of atrocities (many of which I recounted here, including the vicious 1997 murders of dozens of tourists in Luxor), committed for the express purpose of extorting the United States into releasing the Blind Sheikh. The IG is a formally designated terrorist organization under federal law, which means providing it with assistance is a serious felony crime — material support to terrorism — for which an offender can be sentenced to severe prison time. There are no exceptions in the statute for bureaucratic do-gooders. Just like there are no exceptions in the material-support statutes for lawyers, such as the Blind Sheikh’s attorney, Lynne Stewart, who is serving a lengthy jail term for providing material support to terrorists: Specifically, she used her access to her client to communicate his commands to . . . the Islamic Group.

Naturally, when Mr. Eldin got into the country to discuss governance in the Brotherhood’s New Egypt, courtesy of the Obama administration, he took the occasion to lobby Mr. Brennan’s deputy on the IG’s top priority — the Blind Sheikh’s release and repatriation to Egypt. Steve Emerson’s Investigative Project on Terrorism has the details, although there’s no word on whether Obama officials told the terrorist organization’s operative that the president would have “more flexibility” after the November election.

Representative King’s greeting card asks the Obama administration to explain why and how its national-security apparatus let Eldin into the country. Unfortunately, the congressman makes a wayward concession: after sensibly observing that it seems outrageous to enable an operative of a designated terrorist organization to enter our country, King oddly states: “I am aware that there may be legitimate diplomatic reasons to grant a member of a designated terrorist organization a visa to visit the United States, such as for example in furtherance of peace negotiations.”

Actually, that would be an entirely illegitimate reason: The government, at least ostensibly, follows a policy of not negotiating with terrorists for the commonsense reason that doing so encourages more terrorism. Still, as King points out, we are not negotiating peace with the IG — Obama has, instead, given the terrorist group an opportunity to directly petition his administration for the release of its murderous emir.

Many warned of the rise of the “granddaddy of Islamic terrorism,” the Muslim Brotherhood, in Egypt as the only viable and organized political entity. We were castigated as alarmists and Islamophobes. Speaking yesterday on Bitna al-Kibir, a live TV show, Tahani al-Gebali, Vice President of the Supreme Constitutional Court in Egypt, said the time was nearing when all the conspiracies against Egypt would be exposed—conspiracies explaining why the Obama administration is so vehemently supportive of the Muslim Brotherhood, whose terrorism has, among other atrocities, caused the destruction of some 80 Christian churches in less than one week.



Al-Gebali referred to “documents and proofs” which Egypt’s intelligence agencies possess and how “the time for them to come out into the open has come.” In the course of her discussion on how these documents record massive financial exchanges between international bodies and the Muslim Brotherhood, she said: “Obama’s brother is one of the architects of investment for the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood.”



Here the confused host stopped her, asking her to repeat what she just said, which she did, with complete confidence, adding “If the matter requires it, then we must inform our people"—apparently a reference to Obama’s support for the Brotherhood against the state of Egypt, which is causing the latter to call all bets off, that is, causing Egyptian officials to spill the beans as to the true nature of the relationship between the U.S., the Brotherhood, and Egypt.

She did not mention which of the U.S president’s brother’s she was referring to, but earlier it was revealed that Obama’s brother, Malik Obama, was running an African nonprofit closely linked to the Brotherhood as well as the genocidal terrorist of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir.

It explains, in part, how the leaders of the Holy Land Foundation were convicted of funding terrorism, specifically the Islamic terror group Hamas whose goal is to destroy Israel, and that this Holy Land Foundation was spun off of a US Muslim Brotherhood group called ISNA. Because the US government wanted to indict the leaders of the Holy Land Foundation, ISNA was put on a list of unindicted co-conspirators of the Holy Land Foundation to be prosecuted at a later time. And they would have been had that not come at the end of the Bush administration.

So considering all of that, you wouldn’t think an American president would be in bed with a group who is responsible for funding a terror group who wants to destroy Israel, our greatest ally and the only Western power in the Middle East. El Watan, one of Egypt's most widely circulated and read newspapers, has published a report discussing the Muslim Brotherhood's influence over the United States, especially in the context of inciting pro-Brotherhood policies against Egypt's popular June 30 Revolution, which resulted in the ousting of Muhammad Morsi and the Brotherhood from power.

Titled (in translation), "With Names, Identities, and Roadmap… El Watan Exposes Brotherhood Cells in America," it's written by investigative journalist Ahmed al-Tahiri, who begins the report by saying:

In the context of El Watan's ongoing investigation concerning the Brotherhood's cells and lobby inside America that support the regime of the ousted [Morsi], and which intensified their activities to attack and defame the June 30 Revolution, informed sources have disclosed to El Watan newspaper the names and cell entities of the Brotherhood and their roadmap of activities all throughout the United States of America.

The sources said that these organizations, which are spread throughout the States, agitated for and were supportive of the decisions taken by Muhammad Morsi's project to "Brotherhoodize" and consolidate power [in Egypt] and gave a favorable opinion to the general American public that Morsi's decisions were welcomed by the public [in Egypt]. Following the June 30 Revolution, these groups launched a malicious war in order to incite the American administration to take hostile decisions against Egypt, with the aim of bringing back the Brotherhood to the power.

El Watan then goes on to name names, saying that the following activists and entities are Brotherhood operatives working within the United States (reproduced verbatim):

As a most recent example, El Watan quotes from an American op-ed published on October 16 (just two days before the publication of the El Watan report itself). Titled "Egypt: 100 days later" and written by Ahmed Shehata of the Egyptian American Organization for Democracy and Human Rights, the piece appeared in The Hill, the Capitol's most widely circulated newspaper, published specifically for Congress.

The op-ed is certainly a prime example of pro-Muslim Brotherhood propaganda that actually tries to "shame" U.S. policymakers into returning the Brotherhood back to power in the name of "democracy."

Key excerpts follow:

While the U.S. must consider its own interests in the region, it is baffling and disheartening to think the current administration would choose to discount the suffering that continues to occur on a daily basis as well as the complete violation of democratic principles which it espouses to the rest of the world…. As this past week marked 100 days since the coup and the lives of the Egyptian people continue to be sacrificed, the United States cannot be silent any longer for the sake of their own interests and convenience…. To that end, Egypt represents a golden opportunity for the U.S. to uphold democratic values by pushing for the reinstatement of the democratically elected government, despite their shortcomings.

This would aid tremendously in showing the world that, above any one particular physical interest, stands the mantle of freedom and the rule of law.

Anyone familiar with the real happenings of Egypt knows that Shehata's assertions are complete opposites of the truth: the military ousted the Brotherhood in response to the will of millions of Egyptians--the people, the demos, as in democracy--who took to the streets protesting against the totalitarian Morsi government. Moreover, it is the Muslim Brotherhood and their supporters who have been committing numerous human rights atrocities--including the slaughter and persecution of Christians, the torture and murder of many Egyptians (including before the revolution), and the destruction and torching of some 85 Christian churches.

Shehata seems to think that, if the Muslim Brotherhood and their supporters terrorize, murder, destroy, persecute, and betray their nation--which is precisely why tens of millions of average Egyptians rose up against them (though you might not know that following Al Jazeera-led Western media that distorted the popularity of the revolution)--as long as they won "elections" (which from the start many authorities insisted they didn't), then that is all that matters; and, if need be, the U.S. must war with Egypt's military and people on behalf of the ousted terrorists--all in the name of "democracy" and "human rights," as Shehata's U.S.-based Brotherhood front is laughably called.

That such a shameless piece of Muslim Brotherhood propaganda can be published in the most influential and widely read Capitol Hill publication certainly goes a long way in validating El Watan's claims that the Brotherhood has its tentacles all around the United States' points of influence.

Criminal terror charges filed against Obama

Alleges involvement with Muslim Brotherhood

WASHINGTON –- Several prominent media sources in Egypt are now reporting that Egyptian lawyers have filed criminal terrorism charges in the International Criminal Court against President Obama in addition to the criminal terrorism charges previously filed in Egyptian courts against the president’s half-brother Malik Obama.

Malik Obama is quickly becoming a person of interest in Egypt for his alleged management of funds for a terrorist organization based in neighboring Sudan. A group of Egyptian lawyers, meanwhile have charged President Obama with crimes against humanity for his support of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.

The charges come as the criminal trial against former Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi is scheduled to begin in Egypt in January 2014. Morsi facing charges that he supported the Muslim Brotherhood in acts of violence directed against the Egyptian people.

President Obama is likely to be a subject in Morsi’s criminal trial because of evidence the Obama administration used the U.S. Embassy in Cairo to provide direct financial support to key Muslim Brotherhood political operatives, with the full knowledge and complicity of the Morsi government, as WND was first to report in August.

Criminal complaints filed at ICC

The Egyptian newspaper El Watan has reported a group of Egyptian lawyers has submitted a complaint to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, charging Obama with backing the group that incited widespread violence in Egypt both before and after what is known in Egypt as the “June 30 Revolution.” The Egyptian army coup d’état removed Morsi from the presidency July 3.

As first reported by CBN News, the complaint names several top-ranking Muslim Brotherhood leaders, beginning with the head of the organization, Muhammad Badie, as well as Mohamed al-Beltagy, Essam al-Erian and Safwat Hegazi.

The complaint charges that Obama coordinated, incited and assisted the armed elements of the Muslim Brotherhood in the commission of crimes against humanity in the period from March 7 through Aug. 18 in Egypt.

The complaint specifies the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt persecuted the country’s Christian minority, including the torching, destruction and plundering of some 85 Christian churches. The regime also scapegoated the Christian Copts in Egypt for their support of the June 30 Revolution and the removal of Morsi from the presidency, the complaint asserts.

The complaint alleges Muslim Brotherhood incitement against the Copts resulted in the murder of a 10-year-old girl who was shot and killed as she walked back from Bible class, the murder of a young Coptic priest who was shot in front of his church in the Egyptian Sinai with his body found mutilated and beheaded, and the murder of two girls, aged 8 and 12, who were riddled with bullets as they attended a Christian church wedding.

The complaint further alleges that since the Muslim Brotherhood denounced the Copts, entire towns and villages have been emptied of Christians. More than 100 Christian families, for example, have been driven from the North Sinai city of El Arish.

Muslim Brotherhood supporters are accused of extorting Copts by making them pay tribute money to Islamic overlords, while those unwilling to pay were attacked, with their wives and children being beaten or kidnapped.

In a YouTube video, CBN News contributor Raymond Ibrahim reported from Egypt details of alleged atrocities committed by Muslim Brotherhood members against Christians in Egypt.



Criminal complaints against Malik Obama

Former PLO member and native Arabic-speaker Walid Shoebat reported on his website that Youm7 television in Egypt has now confirmed Ahmed Nabil Ganzory – in his capacity as a lawyer and agent for Sadik Rauf Ebeid, a physician residing in the United States and an officer in the Egyptian Air Force – filed a criminal complaint against Malik Obama with Egyptian Attorney General Hisham Barakat.

WND reported in September that the complaint called for Malik Obama to be placed on Egypt’s terror watch list because of his involvement as an owner and investment adviser for the Sudan-based Islamic Dawa Organization, or IDO, and the organization’s umbrella group, the Muslim Brotherhood.

The following is a direct translation from Youm7:

Dr. Ahmed Nabil Ganzory, in his capacity as lawyer and agent for Dr. Sadik Rauf Ebeid, and resident in the United States of America, filed a complaint with Egypt’s Attorney General Hisham Barakat, against Malik Obama, accusing him of supporting terrorism in Egypt and for his involvement in managing the Islamic Da’wa Organization (IDO). The complaint also asks to include Chancellor Tahani Al-Gebali to substantiate claims against Obama. …

Complaint No. 1761 for the year 2013 reported to the Attorney General asked the Egyptian High Court to consider the suspicious activity of a group called the Islamic Da’wa Organization (IDO), which is owned and managed by Malik Obama. This group is now being investigated by international bodies and the attached evidence proves beyond a reasonable doubt that a close link exists between Malik Obama and some of the most notorious characters already wanted for their involvement in terrorism, as is consistent with the pictures and reports attached. …

The complaint also asks the court to bring in Malik Obama – a resident of the United States – to be questioned in regards to the terrorist groups in Egypt, whether by inciting or participating with or in any form of support punishable by law. It seeks permission to declare Obama a defendant in his right outside Egypt diplomatically, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the case of non-appearance and compliance for the investigation, the complainant requests monitoring [Mr. Obama] by including his name on all Egyptian airports and ports, and take the necessary legal steps. [emphasis placed by Walid Shoebat]

In August, WND reported Tahani Al-Gebali, chancellor of the Constitutional Court of Egypt, substantiated the claims made against Malik Obama. On a television news programs in Egypt, al-Gebali asked the court to bring Malik Obama to Egypt for questioning as “one of the architects” of investments made by the Muslim Brotherhood.

Ganzory, the attorney who filed the criminal complaint against Malik Obama, was identified in a recent interview on El-Balad TV in Egypt as an Egyptian constitutional law expert.

In the interview, Ganzory claimed he has “what it takes to convict Obama’s brother in financing terrorism.”

“Malik Obama will be brought to face justice in Egypt if and when these charges are proven,” he said.

In an email to WND, Dr. Sadek Raouf Ebeid, the U.S. resident who brought the criminal complaint in Egypt against Malik Obama, explained an attempt to serve the complaint to Malik in Kenya failed because he was not in the country at the time.

Ebeid further explained his attorney, Ganzory, is currently preparing to serve the complaint to Malik in the U.S.

Arguing that President Obama is complicit in advancing the activities of his half-brother, Ebeid said evidence WND has published suggests Malik Obama received unprecedented assistance from the White House through retroactive approval of tax-exempt status for the Barack H. Obama Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization created by Malik Obama in the U.S.

FOIA Discovery – Hillary Clinton State Department Facilitated Muslim Brotherhood Delegation To Enter U.S. Without Inspection…

Outlined in new documents obtained by The Investigative Project on Terrorism we find confirmation the State Dept coordinated the entry of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood delegation into the U.S. in April of 2012. Using a designation “Expedited Entry -or- Port Courtesy, normally reserved for high-ranking visiting government officials and dignitaries” which allowed them to skip basic airport inspections.



It’s no secret, either in the U.S. or in Egypt, that President Obama and Secretary Clinton were key allies to Egyptian Islamist President Morsi prior to his ouster from office.

The U.S. support for Morsi was a source of anger amid secular Egyptians against the United States administration for supporting the Islamists within the Muslim Brotherhood.

That mainstream anger eventually led to the Egyptian military acting on behalf of the majority of Egyptian citizens to remove the Islamist head from power. NEW YORK – The controversy that developed in 2012 when Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., and four other GOP members of the House sent letters to the inspector generals at the departments of Homeland Security, Justice and State asking for an investigation of the influence played by the Muslim Brotherhood on U.S. government officials in the Obama administration took on new light last week.

On the distribution list of the “smoking gun” email released in the Benghazi probe last week was a figure with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, Medhi Alhassani, who shares a similar background with Huma Abedin, the longtime aide to Hillary Clinton, reported former PLO-member and Arabic-speaking researcher Walid Shoebat.

As WND reported, Abedin had been a particular concern of Bachmann and other GOP congressmen who were calling for further investigation of the Muslim Brotherhood influence on the White House.

The email released last week in a FOIA request by Judicial Watch was from Ben Rhodes, a White House special assistant in the Office of the Chief of Staff of the National Security Council.

“It is obvious that as a Muslim Brotherhood operative, Alhassani wanted to blame the video for the violence that erupted in the Middle East,” Shoebat commented, referring to the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. compound at Benghazi.

“This aligned the Muslim fundamentalists with the Obama administration in at least one respect – each had a stake in blaming the video.”

WND has reported that in criminalizing the Muslim Brotherhood and prosecuting key Muslim Brotherhood leaders, Egypt’s military government has sought to embarrass the Obama administration for the support it gave the now-deposed government of Muslim Brotherhood lead Mohamed Morsi.

WND has also reported that Egyptian terrorists with ties to the Morsi government and the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt were perpetrators in the terrorist Benghazi attack.

The Muslim Student Association connection

Alhassani was the president of the Muslim Student Association, MSA, at George Washington University in 2005 and 2006.

He served internships with the White House, the State Department and the Labor Department while also working for the Managed Assets Department of the financial company Ferris Baker and Watts, according to a biography published in a document titled “Participants at the Citizen Dialogue Group” posted on the website of the Islamic Institute of Boston, or IIB.

In 1981, the MSA founded the Islamic Society of Boston in conjunction with Abdurahman Alamoudi, who was subsequently convicted to federal prison for 23 years for providing funding to terrorist organizations, including al-Qaida, with the guidance of Muslim Brotherhood spiritual leader Yusuf al-Qaradawi.

Before he was sentenced to federal prison for terrorist activities, Alamoudi served as an Islamic-affairs adviser and State Department “goodwill ambassador” to Muslim nations under former President Bill Clinton. He met with senior Clinton and Bush administration officials in his capacity as the head of the American Muslim Council.

The Islamic Society of Boston is where the Boston Marathon bomber suspects Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev worshiped.

In 2001, just after the 9/11 attacks, an article published on Scholastic.com established that Alhassani, when he was a teenager, worshiped at the Islamic Center of Boston’s mosque in Wayland, Massachusetts.


Benghazi email

Huma Mahmood Abedin served on the board of the Muslim Student Association at George Washington University in 1997, a year after she was hired to work on Clinton’s staff.

Subsequently, Abedin served as the “body woman” to manage Hillary’s personal needs during her 2008 campaign for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination.

In the first term of the Obama administration, Abedin served as deputy chief of staff for Secretary of State Clinton.

Shoebat pointed out there is “overwhelming evidence” the Muslim Student Association is a Muslim Brotherhood front.

The David Horowitz Freedom Center’s Terror Awareness Project pointed to documents seized by the FBI and entered as evidence in a Texas court showing the Muslim Student Association is “a legacy project of the Muslim Brotherhood.”

The report says the goal of the Muslim Brotherhood has always been the establishment of a world global Islamic state.

“The Brotherhood is an organization formed by Hitler-admiring Muslim named Hasan al-Bannain in Egypt in 1928. It was designed to function as the spear point of the Islamo-fascist movement and its crusade against the West. The Brotherhood spawned al-Qaida and Hamas. Its doctrines make up the core of the terrorist jihad conducted by organizations such as Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, Hamas, and the government of Iran. Its agendas have been clear since its creation: infiltration, subversion and global terror with world conquest as the goal.”

Farah Pandith

A common link between Medhi Alhassani and Huma Abedin is Indian-born Muslim Farah Pandith.

The Citizen Dialogue that posted the biography of Alhassani on the website of the Islamic Institute of Boston also lists Pandith as a member. Her biography says she was director for Middle East Regional Initiatives for the National Security Council in the White House, responsible for coordinating U.S. policy on Muslim outreach, a position she held from 2004 to 2007.

In March 2006, Pandith helped organize a conference in Belgium called “Muslim Communities Participating in Society: A Belgian-U.S. Dialogue” that brought together with their Belgian counterparts several U.S. Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated organizations, including the Islamic Society of North America, ISNA; the Council on American Islamic Relations, CAIR; the Muslim Public Affairs Council, MPAC; and the Muslim Students Association of the U.S. and Canada, MSA.

On Sept. 15, 2009, Secretary of State Clinton presided over a State Department ceremony in which Pandith was sworn in on the Quran to her new position as State Department special representative to Muslim communities.

On Sept. 19, 2009, Pandith spoke at a White House Iftar dinner held to honor her appointment as Clinton’s representative.
At about the 3:00 mark of her speech, Pandith made reference to Abedin, explaining it was the 13th Iftar dinner “shared” by both Abedin and Clinton.

Later in the speech, Pandith pointed to Clinton as being responsible for breaking new ground by beginning Iftar dinner Eid celebrations, starting in 1999.

Clinton later corrected Pandith, saying the practice started in 1996, the same year that Abedin first joined Clinton’s Senate staff.

Shoebat published a photograph showing Pandith and another unidentified woman with Huma Abedin, taken in what appears to be a State Department office.
In September 2013, Shoebat reported that two days after the Benghazi attack in which U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens was killed and the day before White House staffer Medhi Alhassani was copied by White House the “smoking gun” email on Benghazi written and distributed by Ben Rhodes, Pandith joined Secretary of State Clinton in the State Department’s Ben Franklin room to celebrate Eid.

Bin Laden Lived To Fight Another Day--Thanks To Bill Clinton

When President Barack Obama made the historic announcement in the White House East Room about the killing of Osama bin Laden, the air was thick with irony. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was there, and her husband’s notorious narcissism and cavalier attitude about governance had allowed bin Laden to escape–in 1998, three years before the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon.

In his stunning 2003 book Dereliction of Duty, Air Force Lt. Col. Robert “Buzz” Patterson, a presidential aide and carrier of the “nuclear football,” describes President Clinton’s gross irresponsibility toward national security. Patterson tells how, in the fall of 1998, the watch officer in the White House Situation Room notified the president’s national security adviser, Sandy Berger, that they had located bin Laden and had “a two-hour window to strike.”

Here is Patterson’s chilling account:

Berger ambled down the stairwell and entered the Sit[uation] Room. He picked up the phone at one of the busy controller consoles and called the president. Amazingly, President Clinton was not available. Berger tried again and again. Bin Laden was within striking distance. The window of opportunity was closing fast. The plan of attack was set and the Tomahawk [missile] crews were ready. For about an hour Berger couldn’t get the commander in chief on the line. Though the president was always accompanied by military aides and the Secret Service, he was somehow unavailable. Berger stalked the Sit Room, anxious and impatient.

Patterson continues:

Finally, the president accepted Berger’s call. There was discussion, there were pauses – and no decision. The president wanted to talk with his secretaries of Defense and State. He wanted to study the issue further. Berger was forced to wait. The clock was ticking. The president eventually called back. He was still indecisive. He wanted more discussion. Berger alternated between phone calls and watching the clock.

The dithering continued until it was too late–and bin Laden lived to fight another day. And to plot the Sept. 11 attacks.

That was not an isolated incident. On Sept. 13, 1996, while on the golf course with his lawyer friend Vernon Jordan, President Clinton had refused to take repeated urgent phone calls from Berger, who needed the president’s approval for air strikes on Iraq. Patterson wrote: “Pilots were in the cockpits, waiting to launch, targets were identified, everything was in place, all [Berger] needed was the go-ahead.”

He never got it. The protective cover of night lifted, and the mission was aborted.

There were other examples of gross and inexcusable incompetence. President Clinton twice managed to lose the nuclear codes that were necessary to activate the nation’s nuclear arsenal.

There is yet another Clinton irony in view of the relentless tracking and eventual killing of bin Laden by the U.S. military and intelligence agencies in a brilliantly executed operation. Patterson relates an incident that occurred during the Clinton administration’s very first week that typified its view of the military. Army Lt. Gen. Barry McCaffrey, the assistant to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, greeted a young aide in a White House hallway with a cheery, “Good Morning.”

The young aide replied, “I don’t talk to the military.” I consider that to be a firing offense for a White House pipsqueak.

Speaking of the military and also of Bill Clinton’s predilections, Patterson describes a sordid incident in which the president–the commander-in-chief–groped a female steward on Air Force One. As an enlisted member of the U.S. Air Force, she opted not to make an issue of it and settled for a personal apology from the president.

This incident troubled Patterson: “I brooded over the fact that if our commander in chief had been actually serving in the armed services, he would have been jailed. His immunity struck me as completely unacceptable.”

As the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) continues to make its way deeper into Iraq, gaining control of the country’s major cities, Megyn Kelly was joined by Ken King, the former Commander of Camp Bucca Prison where ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was held until his 2009 release.

King escorted al-Baghdadi on a flight to transfer custody over to the Iraqi government. The U.S. built a solid case for detention, but the Iraqi government decided to release al-Baghdadi. “Their decision to let him go was personally disappointing,” King said. “But I have to respect the decisions of a sovereign government.”

King said al-Baghdadi gave him a chilling warning when they arrived in Baghdad for the final transfer. “When we handed them off, he knew we were from New York and he knew he was gonna get out, in my mind,” King recalled. “Because as he left, he told us, he told me and the soldiers around me, 'I’ll see you in New York.'"

ISIS has built the reputation for being the most powerful incarnation of what began as an Al Qaeda affiliate in Iraq following the 2003 U.S.-led invasion. al-Baghdadi took over the group in 2010 and has a $10 million U.S. bounty on his head.

But the Obama administration shut down the Bucca prison camp and released its prisoners, including Abu Dua in 2009.

The Obama administration released 12 more terrorist detainees from a small US military prison in Afghanistan this week.

Reuters reported, via Jihad Watch:The Obama administration has quietly repatriated a dozen detainees from a small U.S. military prison in Afghanistan, moving a modest step closer toward winding down the United States’ controversial post-9/11 detainee system.

President Barack Obama, in a letter to Congress released on Thursday, informed U.S. lawmakers that about 38 non-Afghan prisoners remained at the Parwan detention center outside of Kabul, down from around 50 a few months ago.

A U.S. defense official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that a Frenchman, a Kuwaiti and 10 Pakistani prisoners were sent back to their respective home countries at the end of May.

The remaining detainees include Yemeni, Tunisian and more Pakistani nationals, and a Russian who the United States is also considering trying in a military or civilian court.

The transfers, which are not publicly disclosed, underscore the challenges the Obama administration faces in shutting down Parwan and the larger U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, which has been widely criticized by human rights groups since being populated in the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.

Many of the detainees have not been charged with a crime, but the release of any military detainees has the potential to intensify the political backlash the Obama administration is facing over its handling of suspected militants captured in Afghanistan and elsewhere since 2001.
