    Default Murder most foul

Certain events of late have caused me to do quite a bit of soul searching. As I have mentioned in past posts at one time I ran with a hard bunch. I was going to post this over at anomalies, but TAA seems to be a more mature bunch. So here goes...

I wonder if I am the only one that posts here that knows anyone who has committed murder. I have,so far, known 2.

One was convicted of killing four people. He was executed by the State of Missouri a few years back. He always came across as a quite fellow, although he did not seem the sharpest knife in the drawer. I knew him as a customer of the music store I worked at during that time.

The other person I know had his sentence commuted to life. He was convicted of killing his wife and the guy she was cheating with at the time. I consider myself good friends with his younger brother.

Another one of my friends served 4 years on robbery charges. Before he became a coke freak , he was a very good drummer. So far as I am aware he has not murdered anyone.

I do not consider killing in time of war a crime for all the military folks out there.

Like I said I have been doing a lot of self-reflection. I no longer run with that particular crowd, but that is not to say my friends these days are saints by any means.

I am just trying to figure out if I am an anomalie, or just a guy in the wrong place and time.

I can't say I know anyone with any sort of history like that.

Come to think of it, since I lead a pretty boring life of working most of the time, I can't say I know all that many people at all! No regrets over it since most people suck anyway (present company excluded ).

I've known a few thieves, definitely some adulterers and perhaps a couple statutory rapists but no murderers.

    Present company excluded of course!
So far as I know none of my electronic friends are murderers. Not that that is a bad thing.

A friend helps you hide the bodies, a good friend brings the shovel?
