These documents are being released as a result of a federal court order in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the State Department on May 28, 2013
The State Department turned over 1,000 records to the Clinton Foundation, beginning in January 2014, for review prior to public release.

Administration knew of arms being shipped from Benghazi to Syria
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it obtained more than 100 pages of previously classified “Secret” documents from the Department of Defense (DOD)and the Department of State revealing that DOD almost immediately reported that the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi was committed by the al Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood-linked “Brigades of the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman” (BCOAR), and had been planned at least 10 days in advance. Rahman is known as the Blind Sheikh, and is serving life in prison for his involvement in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and other terrorist acts. The new documents also provide the first official confirmation that shows the U.S. government was aware of arms shipments from Benghazi to Syria. The documents also include an August 2012 analysis warning of the rise of ISIS and the predicted failure of the Obama policy of regime change in Syria.
The documents were released in response to a court order in accordance with a May 15, 2014, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against both the DOD and State Department seeking communications between the two agencies and congressional leaders “on matters related to the activities of any agency or department of the U.S. government at the Special Mission Compound and/or classified annex in Benghazi.”
Spelling and punctuation is duplicated in this release without corrections.
A Defense Department document from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), dated September 12, 2012, the day after the Benghazi attack, details that the attack on the compound had been carefully planned by the BOCAR terrorist group “to kill as many Americans as possible.” The document was sent to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Obama White House National Security Council. The heavily redacted Defense Department “information report” says that the attack on the Benghazi facility “was planned and executed by The Brigades of the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman (BCOAR).” The group subscribes to “AQ ideologies:”
The attack was planned ten or more days prior on approximately 01 September 2012. The intention was to attack the consulate and to kill as many Americans as possible to seek revenge for U.S. killing of Aboyahiye ((ALALIBY)) in Pakistan and in memorial of the 11 September 2001 atacks on the World Trade Center buildings.
“A violent radical,” the DIA report says, is “the leader of BCOAR is Abdul Baset ((AZUZ)), AZUZ was sent by ((ZAWARI)) to set up Al Qaeda (AQ) bases in Libya.” The group’s headquarters was set up with the approval of a “member of the Muslim brother hood movement…where they have large caches of weapons. Some of these caches are disguised by feeding troughs for livestock. They have SA-7 and SA-23/4 MANPADS…they train almost every day focusing on religious lessons and scriptures including three lessons a day of jihadist ideology.”
The Defense Department reported the group maintained written documents, in “a small rectangular room, approximately 12 meters by 6 meters…that contain information on all of the AQ activity in Libya.”
(Azuz is again blamed for the Benghazi attack in an October 2012 DIA document.)
The DOD documents also contain the first official documentation that the Obama administration knew that weapons were being shipped from the Port of Benghazi to rebel troops in Syria. An October 2012 report confirms:
Weapons from the former Libya military stockpiles were shipped from the port of Benghazi, Libya to the Port of Banias and the Port of Borj Islam, Syria. The weapons shipped during late-August 2012 were Sniper rifles, RPG’s, and 125 mm and 155mm howitzers missiles.
During the immediate aftermath of, and following the uncertainty caused by, the downfall of the ((Qaddafi)) regime in October 2011 and up until early September of 2012, weapons from the former Libya military stockpiles located in Benghazi, Libya were shipped from the port of Benghazi, Libya to the ports of Banias and the Port of Borj Islam, Syria. The Syrian ports were chosen due to the small amount of cargo traffic transiting these two ports. The ships used to transport the weapons were medium-sized and able to hold 10 or less shipping containers of cargo.
The DIA document further details:
The weapons shipped from Syria during late-August 2012 were Sniper rifles, RPG’s and 125mm and 155mm howitzers missiles. The numbers for each weapon were estimated to be: 500 Sniper rifles, 100 RPG launchers with 300 total rounds, and approximately 400 howitzers missiles [200 ea – 125mm and 200ea – 155 mm.]
The heavily redacted document does not disclose who was shipping the weapons.
Another DIA report, written in August 2012 (the same time period the U.S. was monitoring weapons flows from Libya to Syria), said that the opposition in Syria was driven by al Qaeda and other extremist Muslim groups: “the Salafist, the Muslim Brotherhood, and AQI are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria.” The growing sectarian direction of the war was predicted to have dire consequences for Iraq, which included the “grave danger” of the rise of ISIS:
The deterioration of the situation has dire consequences on the Iraqi situation and are as follows:
This creates the ideal atmosphere for AQI [al Qaeda Iraq] to return to its old pockets in Mosul and Ramadi, and will provide a renewed momentum under the presumption of unifying the jihad among Sunni Iraq and Syria, and the rest of the Sunnis in the Arab world against what it considers one enemy, the dissenters. ISI could also declare an Islamic state through its union with other terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria, which will create grave danger in regards to unifying Iraq and the protection of its territory.
Some of the “dire consequences” are blacked out but the DIA presciently warned one such consequence would be the “renewing facilitation of terrorist elements from all over the Arab world entering into Iraqi Arena.”
From a separate lawsuit, the State Department produced a document created the morning after the Benghazi attack by Hillary Clinton’s offices, and the Operations Center in the Office of the Executive Secretariat that was sent widely through the agency, including to Joseph McManus (then-Hillary Clinton’s executive assistant). At 6:00 am, a few hours after the attack, the top office of the State Department sent a “spot report” on the “Attack on U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi” that makes no mention of videos or demonstrations:
Four COM personnel were killed and three were wounded in an attack by dozens of fighters on the U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi beginning approximately 1550 Eastern Time….
The State Department has yet to turn over any documents from the secret email accounts of Hillary Clinton and other top State Department officials.
“These documents are jaw-dropping. No wonder we had to file more FOIA lawsuits and wait over two years for them. If the American people had known the truth – that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and other top administration officials knew that the Benghazi attack was an al-Qaeda terrorist attack from the get-go – and yet lied and covered this fact up – Mitt Romney might very well be president. And why would the Obama administration continue to support the Muslim Brotherhood even after it knew it was tied to the Benghazi terrorist attack and to al Qaeda?
These documents also point to connection between the collapse in Libya and the ISIS war – and confirm that the U.S. knew remarkable details about the transfer of arms from Benghazi to Syrian jihadists,” stated Tom Fitton, Judicial Watch president. “These documents show that the Benghazi cover-up has continued for years and is only unraveling through our independent lawsuits. The Benghazi scandal just got a whole lot worse for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.”

The clear takeaway from the movie that cannot be refuted is that no one came.
The Obama administration abandoned Ambassador Stevens and all of the Americans on the ground in Benghazi.
You also learn from “13 Hours” that the CIA officer in charge, “Bob,” gave the Benghazi security forces a stand down order.
“Bob”, who is now retired, would not be interviewed for the book “13 Hours” or the film, but this weekend he anonymously spoke to the far leftWashington Post to defend himself and his actions in Benghazi. And, he lied. He said (anonymously) he never gave the stand down order. Yet, it is clear by the authors and several men who were on the ground that the stand down order was given while Americans were dying in a massive terrorist attack less than one mile away.
What is also very disturbing from the movie is the way the CIA treated the security personnel on the ground in Benghazi. In this day and age, it is hard to imagine such pompous, elitist, abrasive and abusive men and women in such high level positions of power at the Central Intelligence Agency. The male and female agents in Benghazi, as depicted in the movie, could not have been more offensive and ignorant to the men who reported to them. They were mean, condescending and arrogant assholes. If this behavior is even remotely accurate the CIA ought to be ashamed and apologetic. And classes and training on basic communication skills should be made a priority at Langley.
We also discover from “13 Hours” that the Obama administration created a huge lie to cover up their failures. There was no YouTube video and there was no protest.
That was all just a big lie to put Obama back in the White House. Benghazi attack was a carefully planned and organized terrorist attack on the US.
Today we know that Al-Qaeda is on the run – all over the Middle East. We know that Hillary Clinton is still lying about Benghazi. And, we know that no one was ever held accountable for the failures. We still have no idea what Obama was doing as the men sat on a rooftop in Benghazi for 13 Hours.
13 Hours is much more than a statement on failed leadership. It is a statement on dysfunctional government. It is a statement on abusive assholes in the CIA.
But 13 Hours is also statement of heroics and skill and professionalism. Thank God for the heroes of Benghazi. It would have been much worse without their courage, talent and prowess.
Pray for the heroes of Benghazi and for the brave men and women who protect this great nation. Pray that American leaders learn to value our heroes again. And, pray that truth and justice will be served.

Movie about Somalia military disaster leaves out Clinton episodes
A new film about the ambush of U.S. special operations soldiers during a mission in Somalia nearly a decade ago leaves out important “behind-the-scenes” details that few Americans have ever heard, according to an author and military researcher familiar with the battle.
Tom McKenny, co-author of “The Clinton Chronicles” – a book and video exposing alleged Clinton-era scandals – said the film, “Black Hawk Down: Leave No Man Behind,” doesn’t quite do justice to the 100 U.S. Army Rangers and Delta Force troops ambushed in Mogadishu, Somalia, on Oct. 3, 1993, by forces loyal to wanted warlord Mohammed Farrah Aidid.
“The American public has never been told some of these things,” except as relayed by McKenny several years ago in “Chronicles,” he said.
Relying on first-hand accounts and interviews with the family members of soldiers involved in the so-called “Battle of Mogadishu,” McKenny said the movie – which is No.
1 at the box office this week – does a good job of depicting the bravery and mettle of American troops under fire. Eighteen troopers were killed during the 18-hour battle, and 73 were wounded. An estimated 500 enemy were killed, according to reports.
But it just doesn’t tell the complete story, he says.
Little-known details
On Oct. 3, a force of about 100 Rangers and Delta Force troopers rappelled from more than a dozen Black Hawk helicopters into a building complex in Mogadishu, after several Cobra helicopter gunships sent missiles into many buildings thought to contain Aidid and his Habr Gidr clan leaders.
The Army’s mission was to capture two of Aidid’s top lieutenants; they and others, including Aidid, were being held responsible by Washington and the U.N. for a June 5 ambush that had left 24 Pakistani peacekeepers dead.
Early into the mission, however, the American force was ambushed by hundreds of Aidid’s men. Two of the helicopters were shot down, and the entire company of U.S. troops was immediately surrounded and pinned down.
According to Philadelphia Inquirer reporter Mark Bowden – who penned a book with the same title as the movie and on which the film is based – the American force immediately began taking hostile fire when they landed.
“Fire was getting heavier. To officers [at] the command center, it was as if their men had poked a stick into a hornet’s nest,” Bowden wrote.
McKenny said one incident that wasn’t in the movie had to do with the rescue mission commanders put together to extract U.S. troops.
“After the troops began to take terrible casualties and [a pre-staged] reaction force could not get to them, it was necessary to force, at gunpoint in some cases, the Malaysian and Pakistani commanders to move their tanks in and rescue the American troops,” he told WorldNetDaily.
McKenny said History Channel depictions of Bowden’s book “shows tanks finally – after some of the soldiers had died unnecessarily – shows the armor moving in to take care of the situation, but it was many, many hours too late.”
Shortly after the battle, the Clinton administration and, specifically, the late Les Aspin, Clinton’s first defense secretary, were criticized heavily by military experts because the American force had been sent in to a known Aidid stronghold without proper air and armor support.
Indeed, commanders for the mission had requested Bradley armored personnel carriers for their men, but Aspin and the Pentagon refused the request.
“Every Ranger who was there (at the battle) knew that it was absurd not to have tanks or armored personnel carriers and other air support denied them for political reasons,” McKenny said.
The author also noted that James Smith, a former Ranger captain and father of Cpl. Jamie Smith – who bled to death after he was shot in the leg during the battle, because he could not be evacuated – returned a letter of condolence from President Clinton. In rejecting it, he sent a letter of his own, blaming Clinton for the Mogadishu debacle.
Also not in the movie was an after-action incident between Clinton and the parents of two Delta Force soldiers – MSgt. Gary Gordon, 33, and SFC Randy Shughart, 35 – who were killed in action but posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for their actions.
McKenny said that family members were invited to the White House to receive the medals. Clinton reportedly invited the parents of Gordon and Shughart into the Oval Office for a private meeting.
When he did, “he stuck his hand out to shake the hands of the parents, but Randy Shughart’s father refused to take Clinton’s hand.”
Then, McKenny said, “he looked Clinton in the face, told him he was responsible for his son’s death, that it was for no purpose and that he wasn’t fit to be president or commander in chief.”
Smith, who had his left leg amputated after being wounded in Vietnam in the mid-60s, later said Clinton also didn’t take responsibility for the decisions that left the Rangers without heavy armored support.
In a another incident, the author said that weeks later family members of many of the dead were called to Washington, D.C., to testify at congressional hearings into the debacle.
“When Clinton heard they were in town, he called them into his office for a meeting and told them that part of the reason they were dead was their own fault,” McKenny said. “He said they may have been responsible for their own deaths because they were ‘too aggressive’ in Mogadishu.”
One other incident that didn’t make the movie – or the American press, McKenny said – happened after the wounded soldiers were brought back to Walter Reed Army Hospital outside Washington.
“Clinton was advised to go see them, but he didn’t want to,” McKenny said. “Somewhat reluctantly, he finally did go. When he got there, he offered to have his picture taken with each one of them. At least four turned him down, saying they wouldn’t dishonor their dead friends or their uniform by having their pictures taken with him.”

BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) – Serbia’s authorities are investigating reports that a cargo package bound for the U.S. containing two missiles with explosive warheads was found on a passenger flight from Lebanon to Serbia.
N1 television said the package with two guided armor-piercing missiles was discovered Saturday by a sniffer dog after an Air Serbia flight from Beirut landed at Belgrade airport.
Serbian media say documents listed the final destination for the AGM-114 Hellfire missiles as Portland, Oregon. The American-made projectiles can be fired from air, sea or ground platforms.
Local media said the missiles, which are about 1.5 meters in length, were packed and labeled as model rockets.
N1 reported Sunday that Air Serbia is helping in the investigation. The Serbian flag carrier says “security and safety are the main priorities for Air Serbia.” (link)
FLASHBACK 2014 – Washington (AFP) – The United States plans to sell 5,000 Hellfire missiles to Iraq in a $700 million deal, officials said Tuesday, as Washington tries to help Baghdad retake ground captured by Sunni militants.
The US government, which has been reluctant so far to take military action in support of Baghdad, has rushed hundreds of the missiles to Iraq to help the Shiite-led government counter jihadists, who have seized areas north and west of the capital.
The proposed sale is the largest yet of the lethal missiles, which the Iraqis fire from AC-208 Cessna Caravan planes and other aircraft.
The deal calls for 5,000 AGM-114K/N/R Hellfire missiles and related equipment, parts, training and logistical support worth a total of $700 million, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency said in a statement Tuesday.
“Iraq will use the Hellfire missiles to help improve the Iraq Security Forces’ capability to support current on-going ground operations,” the agency said.
The State Department has approved the deal and US law requires the government to inform members of Congress of a possible weapons sale. Lawmakers are not expected to try to block the sale. (link)

DOJ Drops Bombshell against Hillary Clinton’s Email Investigation: “It’s a Law Enforcement Matter”
Tim Brown — May 3, 2016 Hillary Clinton has laughed off the probe into her illegal email server which has compromised hundreds of classified documents. She has mocked the FBI at every turn and said there would be no way she would be put in handcuffs. To top it off, she's even claimed that the FBI's investigation is nothing more than a "security review." However, the Department of Justice has shot that down and claimed that the investigation into Clinton's crimes are "a law enforcement matter."
Appearing on Fox and Friends, Judge Andrew Napolitano explained that the DOJ has turned down Freedom of Information Act requests. Instead of them acknowledging that the investigation was a "security review," as Clinton has told Americans, they reasoned that they could not comply with the FOIA requests because the investigation was "a law enforcement matter."
Napolitano added, "We now know that it's not a 'security review.'"
The judge explained that the DOJ would have no problem in complying with FOIA requests if this was simply a security review. He then dropped a bombshell.
"This is the first time the Justice Department has acknowledged this is a federal law enforcement matter," he said. "But I doubt Mrs. Clinton will start saying that."
Of course, Bill Clinton took up for his wife in a similar manner to what she did concerning his adultery with Monica Lewinsky when she said there was "a vast right wing conspiracy" after her husband. Bill said that this investigation is nothing more than a "game" that has been played on his wife by her political opponents.
Still, Napolitano believes this is a very serious matter and said that "dozens and dozens" of FBI agents are investigating not only Clinton's illegal email server, but also the Clinton Foundation, which has become nothing more than a slush fund for the Clintons to do whatever they want and even engage in criminal activity.
In May 2015, Rep. Michele Bachmann said that the Clinton Foundation was nothing more than "an international money laundering ring," and later it was reported that the Clinton Foundation may be at the center of Russians obtaining the uranium from the land in western united States.
Napolitano commented back in November that he did not believe that Clinton's name would appear on any ballot in the general election in 2016 because of the legal matters that are building.
"It is difficult to believe that the federal prosecutors and FBI agents investigating Clinton will not recommend that she be indicted," said Napolitano. "Inexplicably, she seems to have forgotten that they were monitoring what she said under oath to the Benghazi committee. By lying under oath, and by misleading Congress, she gave that team additional areas to investigate and on which to recommend indictments."
The question is, when is someone going to bring some charges against Hillary Clinton?

Among the most interesting aspects of their "additional views" is a timeline that contrasts the story top Obama administration officials were telling in public with the very different story some of those same officials were sharing with one another in private emails, conversations and documents. The administration, including Secretary Clinton, knew that Benghazi was a terrorist attack—from witness accounts, from their understanding of the history of violence in Benghazi, and from the nature of the well-planned, complex attack. Yet, they led the public to believe the video and a protest were to blame in Benghazi.

In response to the question, "We have reports that the White House said today that the attacks in Libya were a terrorist attack. Secretary Clinton has since blamed her statements on changing information received from U.S. intelligence reports. She and others have claimed that the 10:08 p.m. statement was not meant to ascribe a motive to the attack. Yet, Sullivan knew the morning of September 12th—based on the press release from the embassy in Kabul—that people had heard it exactly that way.
Moreover, whether or not the intelligence information changed, Secretary Clinton's public and private statements remained unchanged—publicly tying Benghazi and Cairo together and privately recognizing the violence in Benghazi was a terrorist attack with nothing to do with a protest or video.
Moreover, to the extent any intelligence analysis incorrectly reported on a protest or a video in connection with Benghazi, Secretary Clinton and other State officials, who knew better, simply ignored them. As just one example, in her conversation September 15, 2012 with the president of Libya, Secretary Clinton made no mention of anything in the CIA talking points that administration officials later claimed were the best assessment available at the time, and those talking points made no mention of a video in connection with Benghazi. In short, Secretary Clinton and the administration knew better than to rely on flawed intelligence reports. Intelligence assessments may have changed.
News reports may have changed. But the eye witness accounts remained same—and not one said a protest had occurred. Yet, once Secretary Clinton and Ben Rhodes set the message, the truth became an afterthought.

Following the Benghazi consulate attack in 2012, then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton secretly worked with Google to reroute email traffic away from her private computer server and use public Google mail servers instead. That clandestine move, by Clinton and Google, served to cloak her inner circle’s communications from lawmakers, public scrutiny and criminal investigators, according to intelligence sources.
These bombshell revelations shatter Clinton’s repeated claims and testimony that she solely used her private server in her Chappaqua NY home to conduct government business at State. But it also, for the first time, reveals that previously undisclosed computer servers were employed by Clinton and her aides for conducting official government business. Lawmakers have been on a dogged and often frustrated quest to secure all of Clinton’s emails during her tenure as Secretary of State. She has maintained in interviews and testimony that all emails were warehoused on a single home home brew server during her four years in office.
According to sources, Clinton’s former and privately-paid information technology guru Bryan Pagliano worked with Google programmers to convert Clintonemail.com’s server. Pagliano, now a federal witness for the FBI in Clinton’s criminal investigation, has been granted immunity in exchange for his cooperating with federal agents. Sources confirm Clinton and her aides used Google’s servers for their private email backbone during November and December 2012, a very turbulent period in Clinton’s State Department tenure.
Last week, revelations surfaced proving Google’s internet search algorithms are weighted to favor Clinton, by scrubbing negative results and stories about the Democratic presidential front runner. However, her colluding with Google to shroud government and personal emails is far more troubling and dangerous. Google brass has been accused of intentionally boosting Clinton’s presidential campaign. Helping the Secretary of State divert email, however, likely propels Google into the realm of the FBI’s criminal investigation as a possible accomplice for potentially damaging national security infrastructure.
Clinton has stressed that the use of her private email set up was to foster the convenience of using one mobile device, not squelch transparency and skirt federal record laws. These recent bombshells, however, detail a very different story and for the first time highlight a definitive pattern of possible criminal intent for the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate, sources said. The Federal Records Act mandates that all copies of all old work-related emails be preserved. Rerouting and thereby cloaking email content, few would argue, appears to violate the tenets of that law and likely many others, including the Espionage Act.
Likewise, the use of public servers shared by Google’s 425 million subscribers in 2012 raises additional concerns over the security of the sensitive, classified, TK (Talent Keyhole), and other top secret data sent and exchanged over these networks, especially when dealing with sensitive compartmented information. While a home brew server is not nearly as secure as a government-maintained computer server, both options are more reliable and safer from hackers than a public Google server, especially given the sensitive nature of correspondences sent to and from the country’s top diplomat. For several reasons, Google Mail is a problematic choice to maintain secure email because all email content is scanned, or “indexed” by robots or Google personnel. That data is ultimately stored separately by Google and thereby presents an additional security risk if the servers are ever breached. Google mail is often hacked, especially the private accounts of U.S. government brass. But this plays to the central theme of the entire email saga, as Clinton has been accused of many things except protecting her emails.
So, instead of the normal email traffic flowing through Clinton’s home server — which she maintains was guarded by Secret Service 24 hours a day — incoming and outgoing emails were instead being routed through public servers in Mountain View, California; Lenoir, North Carolina; and Council Bluffs, Iowa, according to records and intelligence sources. These servers were also shared by hundreds of millions of Google subscribers throughout the world.

Now Part II of the Exclusive Story
It’s like a bad spy movie involving a third-world government. Or perhaps a slap stick comedy. The Secretary of State reading, sending, receiving sensitive emails with national security secrets, threats and classified or top secret intelligence over Google’s public Gmail. We expect this from chatting soccer moms but not from the top diplomat of the United States.
But it gets even worse.
Intelligence sources confirm Clinton and her aides also accessed emails through a customized Gmail-like interface publicly hosted by the tech giant and set up specifically for the Secretary of State and her aides by Google programmers. True Pundit has learned Clinton also accessed her emails via the Gmail app on her mobile devices.
Equally alarming to Clinton and Google colluding to divert emails, True Pundit has found that there are an untold number of emails Clinton has yet to turn over to regulators, despite swearing under oath in federal court that she is not withholding any additional emails. But intelligence sources cooperating with True Pundit say this is simply not true.
The bulk of Clinton’s emails which were diverted using Google have never been provided to anyone: not the State Department; not Congress; not the U.S. House Select Committee on Benghazi. Therefore, their content likewise remains secret.
Switch Followed Turmoil
Amid questions and pressure from lawmakers following the attack on Benghazi, Clinton faced a barrage of harsh questions and criticisms. In early November 2012, U.S senators urged the immediate creation of a temporary Select Committee to investigate the Benghazi attack. This followed a letter sent by over 50 members of the House of Representatives to President Obama and Clinton requesting responses to oversight questions, how the State Department protected the Benghazi compound, contradictions in the administration’s public statements of the attack as a deliberate terrorist attack or a spontaneous protest (prompted by a YouTube video), and numerous other wild discrepancies.
During the same time frame, members of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs notified Clinton she would likely be called to testify at a public hearing on Benghazi within weeks. Following Clinton’s return from Albania in early November, according to sources, Clinton’s home server and her Clintonemail.com website were reconfigured to route all email using Google’s mail servers as its networking backbone.
So, instead of the normal email traffic flowing through Clinton’s home server — which she maintains was guarded by Secret Service 24 hours a day — incoming and outgoing emails were instead being routed through public servers in Mountain View, California; Lenoir, North Carolina; and Council Bluffs, Iowa, according to records and intelligence sources. These servers were also shared by hundreds of millions of Google subscribers throughout the world.
Critical Gap in Emails
U.S. Rep.Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., chairman of the special House committee investigating the Benghazi attacks, has complained about mysterious gaps in Clinton’s emails. For instance, Gowdy notes there are scant emails found relating to Benghazi and Libya. “There are gaps of months, and months, and months,” Gowdy has lamented.
Forced by a federal judge’s order, the State Department has been slowly releasing Clinton’s emails to the media and the public. These add to the emails Clinton has turned over herself. Only a handful, however, were included from the time frame in question, while the other emails that were released span the entire tenure at State without similar alarming gaps. The November following Benghazi was perhaps the most intense, turmoil-filled period of Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State. Consider the surrounding events:
* David H. Petraeus resigned his position as CIA Director and admitted to having an extramarital affair.
* The Department of Defense released a detailed timeline of the Pentagon’s response to the attack.
* U.S. intelligence and counter-terrorism officials testified in congressional public and closed hearings about Benghazi.
* Former CIA Director David Petraeus was grilled in closed hearings to both congressional intelligence committees where he testified that he knew that the attack was a terrorist attack linked to al-Qaeda affiliates and not sparked by a protest over an anti-Islam video, as White House officials and President Obama had said for weeks afterwards.
* News outlets hammered Clinton for holding back key reinforcements who were ready to deploy and help Americans under siege at the Benghazi consulate among hundreds of other breaking new developments from the media.
*Clinton and aides during these events left the United States on Nov 12 to travel to Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Burma, Cambodia, Israel, Palestine, and Egypt. President Obama joined Clinton in Thailand and Burma.
Yet the State Department has only a handful of outgoing emails from Clinton during this time frame? Impossible to believe. This beckons two simple questions: Where are these emails? And is the American public supposed to actually believe that no emails exist from the most tumultuous period of Clinton’s public office?
Alleged Injury Prompts Email Switch Back
On Dec. 7, the House Committee on Foreign Affairs announced that Clinton would testify, as early as the following week, at an open hearing on the Benghazi attack.
On Dec. 15, Clinton allegedly faints and suffers a concussion. As a result, her aides announce that they no longer expect her to testify at the hearing on the Benghazi attack until she is medically cleared to do so.
Within days of being excused from testifying, Clintonemail.com’s mail servers were switched from Google Mail back to Clinton’s private server in Chappaqua, NY, according to intelligence sources.
Clinton never used Google for her domain’s email again, intelligence sources said.

Documents from Nancy Pelosi’s computer were leaked by the Romanian hacker “Guccifer 2.0,” including a memo showing that the House Minority Leader knew the Obama Administration and Hillary Clinton lied to the American people about Benghazi and choose to hide those facts.
The memo states all talking points and background information about the Benghazi attacks and included in a bold font that UN Ambassador Susan Rice’s claims about an internet video were “later proved false.”
In the memo, Democrats also detail that her claim “contradicted some early reports” but they did not mention that Hillary Clinton also promoted that fabricated story about the internet video when she spoke at the transfer of remains ceremony to honor the four Americans killed.
E-mails released by the State Department proved that Clinton knowingly lied to the American public and corresponded with her daughter about the fact that the attacks were linked to a terrorist group.
Clinton later famously defended those remarks claiming “what difference does it make.”
Clearly it made a difference to Nancy Pelosi, who corrected the record in the memo.
Democrats were issued talking points in the memo to respond to the Benghazi attacks, they were basically as follows: call people who question it “conspiracy theorists,” attack Republicans for turning it into a witch hunt against Clinton, and blame the GOP for “voting against funding diplomacy and development.”
At no point in the talking points did they mention the fact that both Clinton and Rice lied to the American public about what caused the attacks.

Arms dealer had threatened to expose Hillary Clinton’s talks about arming anti-Qadhafi rebels.

The Obama administration is moving to dismiss charges against an arms dealer it had accused of selling weapons that were destined for Libyan rebels.
Lawyers for the Justice Department on Monday filed a motion in federal court in Phoenix to drop the case against the arms dealer, an American named Marc Turi, whose lawyers also signed the motion.
The deal averts a trial that threatened to cast additional scrutiny on Hillary Clinton’s private emails as Secretary of State, and to expose reported Central Intelligence Agency attempts to arm rebels fighting Libyan leader Moammar Qadhafi.
Government lawyers were facing a Wednesday deadline to produce documents to Turi’s legal team, and the trial was officially set to begin on Election Day, although it likely would have been delayed by protracted disputes about classified information in the case.
A Turi associate asserted that the government dropped the case because the proceedings could have embarrassed Clinton and President Barack Obama by calling attention to the reported role of their administration in supplying weapons that fell into the hands of Islamic extremist militants.
“They don’t want this stuff to come out because it will look really bad for Obama and Clinton just before the election,” said the associate.
In the dismissal motion, prosecutors say “discovery rulings” from U.S. District Court Judge David Campbell contributed to the decision to drop the case. The joint motion asks the judge to accept a confidential agreement to resolve the case through a civil settlement between the State Department and the arms broker.
“Our position from the outset has been that this case never should have been brought and we’re glad it’s over,” said Jean-Jacques Cabou, a Perkins Coie partner serving as court-appointed defense counsel in the case. “Mr Turi didn’t break the law….We’re very glad the charges are being dismissed.”
Under the deal, Turi admits no guilt in the transactions he participated in, but he agreed to refrain from U.S.-regulated arms dealing for four years. A $200,000 civil penalty will be waived if Turi abides by the agreement.
A State Department official confirmed the outlines of the agreement.
“Mr. Turi cooperated with the Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls in its review and proposed administrative settlement of the alleged violations,” said the official, who asked not be named. “Based on a compliance review, DDTC alleged that Mr. Turi…engaged in brokering activities for the proposed transfer of defense articles to Libya, a proscribed destination under [arms trade regulations,] despite the Department’s denial of…requests for the required prior approval of such activities.”
Turi adviser Robert Stryk of the government relations and consulting firm SPG accused the government of trying to scapegoat Turi to cover up Clinton’s mishandling of Libya.
“The U.S. government spent millions of dollars, went all over the world to bankrupt him, and destroyed his life — all to protect Hillary Clinton’s crimes,” he said, alluding to the deadly Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
Republicans hold Clinton responsible for mishandling the circumstances around that attack. And Stryk said that Turi was now weighing book and movie deals to tell his story, and to weigh in on the Benghazi attack.
Representatives of the Justice Department, the White House and Clinton’s presidential campaign either declined to comment or did not respond to requests for comment on the case or the settlement.
Turi was indicted in 2014 on four felony counts: two of arms dealing in violation of the Arms Export Control Act and two of lying to the State Department in official applications. The charges accused Turi of claiming that the weapons involved were destined for Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, when the arms were actually intended to reach Libya.
Turi’s lawyers argued that the shipments were part of a U.S. government-authorized effort to arm Libyan rebels.
It’s unclear if any of the weapons made it to Libya, and there’s no evidence linking weapons provided by the U.S. government to the Benghazi attacks.
“The proposal did not result in an actual transfer of defense articles to Libya,” the State Department official told POLITICO on Tuesday.
But questions about U.S. efforts to arm Libyan rebels have been mounting, since weapons have reportedly made their way from Libya to Syria, where a civil war is raging between the Syrian Government and ISIL-aligned fighters.
During 2013 Senate hearings on the 2012 Benghazi attack, Clinton, under questioning from Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky), said she had no knowledge of weapons moving from Libya into Turkey.
Wikileaks head Julian Assange in July suggested that he had emails proving that Clinton “pushed” the “flows” of weapons “going over to Syria.”
Additionally, Turi’s case had delved into emails sent to and from the controversial private account that Clinton used as Secretary of State, which the defense planned to harness at any trial.
At a court hearing in 2015, Cabou said emails between Clinton and her top aides indicated that efforts to arm the rebels were — at a minimum — under discussion at the highest levels of the government.
“We're entitled to tell the jury, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, the Secretary of State and her highest staff members were actively contemplating providing exactly the type of military assistance that Mr. Turi is here to answer for,” the defense attorney said, according to a transcript.
Turi’s defense was pressing for more documents about the alleged rebel-arming effort and for testimony from officials who worked on the issue the State Department and the CIA. The defense said it planned to argue that Turi believed he had official permission to work on arms transfers to Libya
“If we armed the rebels, as publicly reported in many, many sources and as we strongly believe happened and as we believe at least one witness told the grand jury, then documents about that process relate to that effort,” Cabou told Campbell at the same hearing last year.

What Marc Turi describes is exactly what CTH had independently documented in 2013 and 2014 regarding the Libyan covert arms program coordinated by Hillary Clinton’s State Department and the CIA Director Leon Panetta in 2011.

A stunning set of new emails from Hillary’s unsecured server show that Hillary Clinton was directly responsible for the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens.
The Benghazi investigation emails, released on Monday, show that Hillary gave the precise location of Chris Stevens a total of five times via her unsecured email server, which terrorists may have then intercepted. Conservativedailypost.com reports:
There were five relevant emails in the cache of Clinton emails that placed Ambassador Stevens in harms way:
March 23, 2011: In this email, Clinton’s then-chief of staff Jacob Sullivan wrote to Clinton about the NATO mission in Libya. Sullivan also wrote that someone named Bill was “trying to make sure Chris Stevens gets into E. Libya.”
March 27, 2011: This is an email between two State Department officials that was then forwarded to Clinton. Regarding his location and travel plans, the email said, “The current game plan is for Mr. Stevens to move no later than Wednesday from Malta to Benghazi. He will stage off shore initially for a one day visit during which he will have meetings with TNC interlocutors and get a sense of the situation on the ground. The goal of this one day trip is for him to lay the groundwork for a stay of up to 30 days.”
April 8, 2011: An email among State Department employees that was later forwarded to Clinton said, “Security situation in Benghazi remains quiet. Chris Stevens & team are in the hotel, moving only for meetings as required.”
April 10, 2011: Another email among State Department employees later forwarded to Clinton marked said, “The situation in Ajdabiyah has worsened to the point where Stevens is considering departure from Benghazi. The envoy’s delegation is currently doing a phased checkout.
April 24, 2011: A final email among State Department employees later forwarded to Clinton: “Stevens will be meeting with MFA in one hour and will make a written request for better security at the hotel and for better security-related coordination. He still feels comfortable in the hotel. They are looking into the idea of moving into a villa, but that is some way off.”
Read the email closely. It begins at the bottom with Hillary (H) writing in the subject line “Chris Smith.” Yes, Chris Smith was one of the Americans that was also killed, but it shows that the wrong name remained in the email chain. No one corrected it. And no one can argue that they were focused on “the situation,” because if they truly were, they would never have revealed his location 5 separate times in unsecured emails. Clinton claims to have been deeply affected by the death of an American Ambassador, yet she can’t even remember what his name is? Hillary allowed Benghazi to happen, she placed everyone at risk with her incompetence, and she is to blame for why he cannot go home to his family.
The emails above are from a chain of emails that reveal Ambassador Stevens‘ location was readily available to anyone who could hack into Hillary Clinton’s unsecured private email server. Which, according to the FBI, was not very hard to do. It is very possible that these emails were intercepted, but Hillary failed these Americans several times. She failed them when she declined to adequately supply and arm them when they requested it for months, she never answered their requests for help that night for 13 hours, and she still to this day lies about how she left our Americans exposed to an attack. She didn’t care then, and she never will. But we do. Here’s an awesome tribute video to Amb. Chris Stevens:
It is possible that we will never know whether terrorists intercepted the emails on Hillary’s non-secure personal server, especially given how many programs Clinton has used to wipe her server clean, but we do see a pattern here and the American people are not believing the lies she continues to spew.
To make things worse, we know she doesn’t care. The mere fact that she is willing to put her own electoral chances above the lives of four Americans, including a U.S. ambassador, should tell you all you need to know about her.
And remember this: the Democrats rigged the election FOR her, it isn’t like they got stuck with her. She was their choice, they championed her as their nominee. So that speaks to many Democrats and reveals how corrupt and dishonest the entire party is.
It’s time for America to stand up and say no. The time has come for us all to unite, and put an end to the Clinton Cartel before it is too late.

How Hillary welcomed money from those she knew to be funding jihadist killers.

WikiLeaks released an August 2014 e-mail from Hillary Clinton to John Podesta, who currently serves as her campaign chairman, stating that the governments of Saudi Arabia and Qatar have been “providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region.” Evidently President Obama has not heeded Hillary’s concern, or chose to ignore it. In December 2014, Obama praised Saudi Arabia’s significant role in helping to fight ISIL (also known as ISIS and the Islamic State) during a meeting in Washington with the Kingdom’s Minister of Interior Prince Mohammed Bin Naif Bin Abdulaziz. And at a meeting he hosted with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar, at the White House in February 2015, Obama said, "Qatar is a strong partner in our coalition to degrade and ultimately defeat ISIL."
Putting aside Obama’s state of denial, which has characterized his whole approach in dealing with the Middle East mess he helped to create, the information in Hillary’s e-mail is not particularly surprising. Saudi Arabia and Qatar have been playing us for years, pretending to be allies in countering terrorism while actually helping to advance the terrorists’ jihadist agenda. For starters, Saudi Arabian government front groups and individuals linked to the government have been implicated in possible involvement with the al Qaeda 9/11 attacks on our homeland. A member of the Qatari royal family, Abdallah bin Khalid al-Thani who headed Qatar’s ministry of Interior until 2013, is said by American intelligence services to have tipped off the 9/11 mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed back in 1996 when he was already under indictment on terrorist charges, as FBI agents were closing in on Mohammed while he was in Qatar. In addition, ABC reported, based on statements from U.S. intelligence officials, that “bin Laden himself visited Abdallah bin Khalid al-Thani in Qatar between the years of 1996 and 2000.” Both countries’ funding of ISIS and al Qaeda in Syria and Iraq are just a continuation of this long pattern.
What makes Hillary’s e-mail noteworthy is the irony that the governments of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and groups aligned with them, have not only been major funders of ISIS and other jihadist organizations, as she indicated, but they also have been big funders of the Clinton Foundation for years. Hillary has had no trouble taking money for her foundation from regimes that fund terrorists, oppress women, execute or imprison gays and apostates, and severely punish the exercise of free speech.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia contributed between $10 million and $25 million to the Clinton Foundation through June 2016, according to the Clinton Foundation’s own website (which only reports in ranges of total contributions). Wealthy individuals with close ties to the Saudi royal family have donated millions more. For example, Nasser al-Rashid, a multibillionaire adviser to the Saudi royal family, has donated between $1 million and $5 million.
A group calling itself Friends of Saudi Arabia also contributed between $1 million and $5 million. The National Review described the group as “a thinly veiled public-relations organ of the repressive Saudi regime.” National Review quoted a critique of Friends of Saudi Arabia by Ali Alyami, executive director of the Center for Democracy and Human Rights in Saudi Arabia: “These are Saudi apologists. The country depends on propaganda. . . . When I saw the name ‘Friends of Saudi Arabia,’ I knew exactly what they were going to do and who was paying them. I just wrote them off.”
Although the Friends of Saudi Arabia group was trying to create a false positive image to American audiences of conditions for women in Saudi Arabia, which in fact are amongst the most repressive in the world, Hillary Clinton did not write the Saudi propaganda group off as long as the money kept flowing into her foundation’s coffers. As Alyami observed, “Our government and our people are for sale, and the Saudis know how to buy.”
The State of Qatar and a government-run World Cup Qatar host committee have also contributed to the Clinton Foundation. The State of Qatar gave between $1million and $5million to the Clinton Foundation. Qatar’s World Cup host committee, known as the Supreme Committee for Qatar 2022, donated between $250,000 and $500,000 to the foundation. The Supreme Committee for Qatar 2022 is an extension of Qatar’s government. Its Board of Directors is headed by Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and consists of other high-level government officials such as the prime minister.
It has been all about pay-for-play, buying access and favors during Hillary’s tenure as Secretary of State and looking forward to more of the same during her possible presidency.
In a letter from Senator Charles Grassley, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary, to Attorney General Loretta Lynch dated August 15. 2016, Grassley noted that prior to Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State, “Qatar was the recipient of approximately $271 million in military related export deals. During her tenure, Qatar was the recipient of approximately $4.3 billion – a 1,482% increase.” Saudi Arabia received a 97% increase in such export deals during her tenure.
With Hillary Clinton as president, we may hear some tougher talk than we have heard from President Obama criticizing Saudi Arabia and Qatar for their support of jihadist groups and their funding of the spread of jihadist ideology. However, it will be just words, since Hillary will not want to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs for her foundation.

So the cat is out of the bag, here's the REAL story. Amb. Stevens was sent to Benghazi post haste in order to retrieve US made Stinger missiles supplied to Ansar al Sharia without Congressional oversight or permission.
Hillary brokered the deal through Stevens and a private arms dealer named Marc Turi.
Then some of the shoulder fired missiles ended up in Afghanistan used against our own military.
It was July 25th, 2012 when a Chinook helicopter was taken down by one of our own Stingers, but the idiot Taliban didn't arm the missile and the Chinook didn't explode, but had to land anyway.
An ordnance team recovered the serial number off the missile which led back to a cache of Stingers being kept in Qatar by the CIA.
Obama and Hillary were now in full panic mode and Stevens was sent in to retrieve the rest of the Stingers.
This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the stand down orders given to multiple commando teams.
It was the State Dept, not the CIA that supplied them to our sworn enemies, because Petraeus wouldn't supply these deadly weapons due to their potential use on commercial aircraft.
Then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus after he refused to testify that he OK'd the BS talking points about a spontaneous uprising due to a Youtube video.
Obama and Hillary committed treason...and THIS is what the investigation is all about, why she had a private server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and why Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was because of a Youtube video, even though everyone knew it was not.
Further...the Taliban knew that this administration aided and abetted the enemy without Congressional approval when Boehner created the Select Cmte, and the Taliban began pushing the Obama Administration for the release of 5 Taliban Generals.
Bowe Bergdahl was just a pawn...everyone KNEW he was a traitor. So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised...and a woman that is a serial liar, perjured herself multiple times at the Hearing whom is running for POTUS.
Only the Dems, with their hands out, palms up, will support her. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft was called in...because the administration knew our enemies had Stingers.

The second suspect arrested in connection with the deadly 2012 attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya, has made his first appearance in federal court following his capture last week.
Mustafa al-Imam, a 46-year-old Libyan national, faces three criminal charges related to the attack, which killed four Americans.
Mr. al-Imam was captured last Sunday during a Navy SEAL-led raid in Misrata, on Libya’s north coast, U.S. officials said. He was taken to a U.S. Navy ship at the Misrata port for transport by military plane to Washington, D.C.
His first appearance in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia before a magistrate judge Friday was brief. Mr. al-Imam’s court-appointed attorney, Matthew Peed, hadn’t yet finished explaining his client’s legal rights to him before the case was called.
Magistrate Judge Deborah Robinson postponed a detention and preliminary hearing until Thursday and ordered him held without bond until then.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Opher Shweiki said Mr. al-Imam “poses a serious threat.”
Mr. al-Imam, whose small frame was enveloped by an oversize orange jumpsuit, was led into the courtroom by U.S. Marshals. He said nothing during Friday’s hearing other than his name and to agree that he could understand an Arabic language interpreter.
The only other person publicly charged in connection with the attack, alleged mastermind Ahmed Abu Khattala, is now standing trial in the same court.
Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and U.S. information management officer Sean Smith died as a result of the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi. Security officers Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were killed in a subsequent attack on a nearby government annex.
Mr. al-Imam faces three criminal charges that were filed in May 2015 but only recently unsealed: killing or conspiring to kill someone during an attack on a federal facility, providing material support for terrorists and using a firearm in connection with a violent crime.
The only court document unsealed in the case is the criminal complaint, which lists the charges. Prosecutors offered no other details about his alleged involvement in the attack during Friday’s hearing.
Mr. Abu Khattala has pleaded not guilty to the 18 criminal counts he faces, which range from murder of an officer of the United States to conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists.
