    Default How High the Moon

I know most countries have laws concerning violating air space, but are there laws about space fly overs and if so what would the altitude be? Seems like it may be impossible to enforce?

no one can enforce it..... Unless it is "conventional airspace", that is going over the US at anything from about 45,000 and down. Anything above would require rockets to stop them.

That is pretty much what I suspected. I can't help but imagine there are satellites with "killer" military type weapons. Seems like I recall some kind of treaty prohibiting weapons in space. Ask any native American about treaties.

I also doubt that the Chinese, or North Koreans have signed any such treaties.

Reagan was probably correct about an enemy from beyond Earth being the only thing that could "unite" the countries of Earth.

Just for the record... 100,000 feet is considered "Space".
