Depends on where you buy it.

Buying a complete suit of it is probably a problem. Picking up something here or there or from Ebay probably won't get flagged.

True... but imagine spending your time collecting body armor, then you just happen to order say, 5000 rounds of something because you got a good deal and, hey there's this gun you've been gonna buy lately and then you hear "Knock Knock. Mr. Malsua, we need to chat with you come out with your hands up!"

OWS Organizer: “[Our] Objective Is To Make Revolution In The United States, Overthrow The Capitalist System And Build Communism”

    August 20, 2012

My father has always said, “You’re not paranoid if they really are out to get you.” Likewise, I, and many on the right, have been convinced since the beginning of the Occupy “movement” that the Occupiers are far more radical than they might want us to believe. It seems the Occupiers aim not for the logical address of concerns over our economic system, but of a radical overhaul that would achieve a dismantling of Capitalism in America. It turns out, we were right.

Former Amalgamated Transit Union Local 689 president Mike Golash, who until recently headed the third largest union local in North America, is now an Occupy organizer. He recently hosted the Occupy DC People’s Assembly and was quite candid in his admission of the group’s stated goal. In an edited video released Sunday, Golash expressed Occupy’s goals:

“Progressive labor is a revolutionary, Communist organization…Its objective is to make revolution in the United States, overthrow the Capitalist system and build Communism… We’re trying to learn something from the historical revolutions of the past: the Russian revolution, the Chinese revolution, the revolutions in Cuba and Eastern Europe. What can we learn from them so we can build a more successful movement to transform Capitalist society?… An organization has to be built which can bring down Capitalism. The Capitalists — they have their organizations: the FBI, the CIA, the secret police, the military, the army, etc., etc. They have organizations to maintain their power. It’s foolish to think that without a disciplined organization made up not of a few people but of millions and millions of people, can bring down Capitalism.”

Good- I’m glad we cleared that up.

I’m not insisting that this man speaks for every single member of the Occupy “movement.” However, far from some lone nutjob in an encampment, he is a leader, a representative of this movement and he confirms exactly what many on the right have contended all along- that this Occupy “movement” is not aimed at promoting economic liberalism, but instead aims to institute a “revolutionary, Communist” government. Of course, they don’t have a chance at instituting such a government, but that doesn’t mean they’re not dangerous to America and the foundations of sound economic principles.

While differing opinions are welcomed in America, we must be willing to view OWS as the danger that it is; it is a disjointed group of enraged, self-entitled radicals that view lawlessness as a legitimate measure that can be taken in achieving their ends.

Golash hopes to instill revolution in the same manner as those in Russia, China, Cuba and Eastern Europe. Ask yourself- How did those work out for everybody?

Umm... yes he does, and he speaks for the current Administration in this country who refuses to deny these people. Instead, he signs papers to bring more of these commies into the country.

Is DOJ 'Community Organizing' Occupy Activists at the RNC?

    August 29, 2012

What are uniformed field representatives of the Department of Justice (DOJ) Community Relations Service (CRS) doing assisting Occupy/anarchist activists outside the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Tampa?

Exclusive video captured by Breitbart News during Occupy/anarchist demonstrations outside the RNC Tuesday shows CRS field representatives, wearing DOJ logo polo shirts and hats, conversing with Occupy protesters.

In one case, a CRS representative and protester are seen to high-five each other.

CRS representatives are also seen relaying specific instructions to the activists about the location of prearranged buses that were apparently taking them to their next scheduled demonstration.

CRS’s mission, as expressed on its website, is to be a “‘peacemaker’ for community conflicts and tensions.” CRS was created as part of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as a conflict resolution body dealing specifically with community uprisings over racial issues. Its jurisdiction was later expanded as part of The Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, signed into law by President Obama, which lists the areas in which the CRS can act as including issues of "race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability."

The purpose of CRS is to mediate in ongoing disputes--not to foment them, or to become participants. However, there is evidence that the Obama administration may be using CRS as a quiet community organizing force.

In April, Breitbart News' Lee Stranahan reported that CRS had helped shape public opinion around the Trayvon Martin case. Building upon reports in the Orlando Sentinel, Stranahan pointed out that CRS representatives may have had "direct involvement" in forcing out Sanford, FL sheriff Bill Lee.

A spokesman for the agency told Breitbart News today that CRS field representatives are supposed to “remain neutral.” When asked if it is appropriate for one of the agents to high-five a demonstrator, he said, “If someone wanted to come up and shake your hand, wouldn’t you do it?....Their job is to keep things safe and nonviolent,” he added.

In what sense do the Occupy/Anarchist protesters fall under the Hate Crimes jurisdiction set forth by law? What were they doing at protests against the RNC? And were they requested by local law enforcement officials, or there on the DOJ’s behalf?

It appears that CRS may be expanding its presence not only in its numbers, but also perhaps beyond its jurisdiction.

As this article went to press, Breitbart News received the following statement from DOJ officials:

Personnel from the U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service (CRS) are currently present in Tampa, Fla., during the Republican National Convention, and will also be present next week in Charlotte, N.C., during the Democratic National Convention. CRS has had a prior presence in cities who have hosted major party conventions, including in 2000, 2004 and 2008, to help facilitate solutions to potential disputes that may arise during the conventions. Acting as an impartial third-party, CRS works closely with community-based organizations, civil and human rights organizations, local governments and law enforcement officials and provides various forms of mediation and conciliation services to help alleviate any tensions that occur.

    Developing…
