Default Tinfoil Time - Mil Buildup = EOW?

    Interesting.

OK...I'm not one to get wrapped around the axle about this, but I did listen to George Noory interview Alex Jones last night.

There's a lot of stuff out there about this, and a lot of it on less than reputable sites.

Google yourself out. "Specialist William Millay" = About 140,000 results (0.10 seconds)

Soldiers “End Of The World” Email Sends US Into Panic
Posted by EU Times on Nov 3rd, 2011 // 19 Comments

An interesting Federal Security Services (FSB) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the United States was thrown into a “panic” last week after one of its soldiers emailed his mother warning her to “prepare for the end of the world.”

According to this report, American Army Specialist William Millay [photo 2nd right], a 22-year-old military policeman from Owensboro, Kentucky, stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska had “growing concerns” over the massive military buildup by the US Northern Command (NORTHCOM) of troops and equipment being secreted through his base from Afghanistan, Japan and South Korea headed towards “staging areas” throughout America.

The US Northern Command is a Unified Combatant Command of the United States military. Created on 1 October 2002 in the aftermath of the 11 September 2001 attacks whose mission is to protect the United States homeland and support local, state, and federal authorities. The support that NORTHCOM provides to civil authorities is limited by the Posse Comitatus Act which limits the role of the US Military in civil law enforcement.

However, in the case of national emergencies, natural or man-made, the US Air Forces Northern National Security Emergency Preparedness Directorate (AFNORTH) would take charge of the situation or event.

US military, intelligence and political “flash traffic” intercepted by the FSB relating to this event show, according to this report, that Specialist Millay believed that the redeployment of these tens of thousands of US troops to the American Homeland was “somehow” related to the 9 November nationwide testing of the United States Emergency Alert System (EAS) that is occurring “coincidentally” with a vast number of disaster drills and exercises being planned for the same time period.

In a series of emails and phone calls to his mother, and other family members living in Kentucky, this report continues, Specialist Millay relayed his concerns and when asked by them of what preparations they should make he replied, “Prepare for the end of the world.”

The FSB notes in their report that the Kentucky region where Specialist Millay comes from is “heavily populated” by staunchly religious Christian conservatives who believe we are living in the “last days” and that President Obama is a “secret Muslim” whose goal is to destroy the United States so that a New World Order can be established ushering in the age of the “anti-Christ” foretold about in the Bible’s Book of Revelations.

What brings Specialist Millay’s email exchanges to his mother and family to the attention of the FSB, which according to this report detail nothing specific about US troop movements or potential actions, was the “heightened response” it elicited from the highest branches of the US government.

The FSB states in their report that Specialist Millay first came to the attention of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after email and phone intercepts were turned over to them by the National Security Agency (NSA) detailing the exchanges between him and his mother.

After reading the transcripts of the emails and phone calls made by Specialist Millay an FBI strike team assembled in Alaska to apprehend him…and then it gets strange.

According to FSB “initial contact” sources in [deleted], this report says, a “standoff” between the FBI strike team sent to apprehend Specialist Millay and US Army personal ensued with the Army winning out and keeping him from being taken by Obama regime authorities.

In the Monday edition of the US Army Times it was reported that Specialist Millay, who was arrested for “espionage” and was still being held by the US Army and would not be allowed to be charged by the Obama regimes Department of Justice for whatever crimes he’s alleged to have committed. It’s interesting to note, also, that neither the US Army nor the Obama regime has yet to publically state exactly what Specialist Millay was arrested for.

The US Army Times in further commenting on Specialist Millay’s arrest wrote:

“Friends from Millay’s hometown were “shocked” to hear of his arrest and said the charges were uncharacteristic of Millay. One friend, Janssen Payne, said Millay is “as loyal to his country as he is to his best friends.” “I just don’t see it,” Payne, 25, said of the Army’s accusations. “I just don’t see the motivation for him to do it.” Payne said Millay’s brother was a soldier and that Millay was a supporter of the wars and then-President George W. Bush when the two of them were in high school. “He was really patriotic and really loved his country,” Payne said.”

To what is now occurring, or maybe set to occur, in the United States this FSB report doesn’t say other than to mention that with the US Officers’ Christian Fellowship Corp having 15,000 members active at 80 percent of American military bases and an annual growth rate, in recent years, of 3 percent, it is not beyond the possibility that a coup may be planned against Obama.

Likewise, the FSB notes, it must, also, be considered that Obama may be preparing to establish martial law in the United States and rule under the existing Executive Orders he has granting him unlimited power to do anything he wants.

Whatever the outcome to this most strange of stories may be it is not in our knowing, other than note, and as always, that American may very well be the most dangerous country in the world to be in right now.

The arrest of Army Specialist William Millay, who is based in Alaska, has caused End of Times conspiracy sites to go nuts recently. The fact that Millay's Youtube postings were removed have only intensified the rampant speculation.

Millay, who is accused by the NSA of unspecified espionage, is being held in detention pending his case being heard in a military court. Grossly unsubstantiated speculation has indicated that Millay was warning his mother of specific events upcoming which held dire implications, however, this speculation can in no way be confirmed. For this reason, the internet rumor mill,to include the EU Times--which often publishes articles that seem to border on science fiction/ fantasy--has been running wild with speculation.

There have even been reports that unspecified sites have been taken down, although once again, completely unsubstantiated beyond the confirmed take-down of Millay's Youtube postings.

Some posts have speculated over an Army Northern Command takeover, while others point to doomsday scenarios regarding the Yu55 asteroid, which is now looping through Earth's orbital plain.

Still others talk of the Mayan calendar's being one year off, making the end of time 2011 instead of 2012, while others point to the November 9, 2011 takeover of the Emergency Broadcast System by the US Government, as ample proof of "something" going on.

Below is a clip from the article by the Army Times.

By Joe Gould - Staff writer
    Army Times

An Alaska soldier arrested on suspicion of espionage will face military charges, but he is not expected to be charged in federal criminal court, according to an Army spokesman.

Spc. William Colton Millay, a 22-year-old military policeman from Owensboro, Ky., is expected to be charged under the Uniform Code of Military Justice within the week, according to Lt. Col. Bill Coppernoll, a spokesman for U.S. Army Alaska.

“We are preparing to prefer charges against Spc. Millay,” Coppernoll told Army Times.

Millay is assigned to the rear detachment of the 164th Military Police Company, 793rd Military Police Battalion, 2nd Engineer Brigade. The unit, known as the Arctic Enforcers, deployed to Afghanistan in the spring, leaving at Millay at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson.

Coppernoll said Millay was arrested at Elmendorf-Richardson on Oct. 29 as the result of an ongoing FBI and Army Counterintelligence investigation, but declined to explain the circumstances that led to Millay’s arrest.

The Army has been taking a hard line on information security violations following the arrest last year of former intelligence analyst Pfc. Bradley Manning, who is accused of leaking hundreds of thousands of documents to the anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks.

“The Army is very serious about prosecuting any types of espionage, or leaks or any type of mishandling of sensitive material,” said Greg Rinckey, an attorney who specializes in courts-martial but is not connected to Millay’s case.

Rinckey said that it is possible Millay had access to sensitive information as a military policeman, but the case does not appear to be as serious as Manning’s. Nevertheless, the Army seems to be sending a message by getting tough with Millay, he said.

“The Army wants to send a message to other soldiers that this is not acceptable, and it will be dealt with extremely harshly,” Rinckey said.

Friends from Millay’s hometown were “shocked” to hear of his arrest and said the charges were uncharacteristic of Millay. One friend, Janssen Payne, said Millay is “as loyal to his country as he is to his best friends.”

“I just don’t see it,” Payne, 25, said of the Army’s accusations. “I just don’t see the motivation for him to do it.”

Payne said Millay’s brother was a soldier and that Millay was a supporter of the wars and then-President George W. Bush when the two of them were in high school.

“He was really patriotic and really loved his country,” Payne said.

At the time, Payne, Millay and their friends were part of a tight-knit group that filmed a several humorous shorts for YouTube. In a spoof of the “Die Hard” movies, Millay played a buffoonish “Bruce Willis” character.

Payne recalled Millay getting in some minor trouble as a teenager, but said he had straightened out since joining the Army. However, Millay had not been in contact with many of his friends for several months.

“Everybody’s really worried about what will happen to him, and we all just want him to come home, but I know that would just kill him,” Payne said.

I had read the headline on this guy today. It made it seem as if he had helped a foreign power.

My questions are...who did he help.

Also, why was he monitored. Does the NSA just monitor everything? That's illegal. Yes, I realize they can still do it, but it's against the law to monitor US citizens without a warrant. Even with the rights crushing patriot act in force, it STILL requires a warrant.

Some are speculating he was warning about this.

U.S. Army Alaska military police officer put in protective custody after warning mother of imminent threat – November 9/11

An Alaska military police soldier was put in protective custody after a FBI strike team tried to enter an Alaska military base to arrest him on suspicion of espionage. According to Army Times.com 22 year old Army Specialist William Millay, a military policeman from Owensboro, Kentucky, stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska was the target of the FBI Strike Team. The alleged charges stem from National Security Agency (NSA) wire taps of the United States military and all US soldiers. The NSA turned over wire tap intercepts to the FBI which sent a FBI strike team to Alaska to arrest Millary. The Army refused to give up Millary and immediately put him under protective custody until after the NSA and the FBI explains their actions to the US Army – eavesdropping and intercepting United States military personnel communications.

The attempted FBI arrests reveals that the NSA has been spying (espionage) on the US military and military personnel. Why are they now spying on the United States’ own military? They have been ordered by the White House to look for whistle blowers – people who are leaking information concerning ongoing illegal CIA false flag operations against the United States. They have been put on high alert by the White House and have been ordered to pay particular attention to information being leaked about imminent false flag attacks by the United States government against the United States people.

Late last month NSA data snooping computers flagged Army Specialist William Millay emails and phone calls to his mother, and other family members living in Kentucky, warning them of a imminent threat and that they should “Prepare for the end of the world.”

The NASA notified the FBI and they immediately sent a FBI strike team to Alaska to attempt to arrest Millay but left empty handed after the US Army Military Police challenged the NSA and the FBI charge of espionage. Being the US Army’s military police they issued their own red flag because of how the NSA and FBI became aware of what was emailed or uttered by Millay. It was clear to the US Military Police that the NSA is engaging in espionage against the US military. Espionage is the practice of spying or using spies to obtain information. The National Security Agency was set up to spy on foreign nationals and foreign governments, to collect and analyze foreign communications and foreign signals intelligence, not United States military communications.

The Monday edition of the US Army Times (posted on the Army Times website on Tuesday Nov. 1/11) reported that Specialist Millay was arrested for “espionage” and held by the US Army. They would not allow Millay to be charged by the United States government.

What was Millay so concerned about that he warned his mother and family to “Prepare for the end of the world.”? On Nov. 9, the federal government will conduct the first nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System. Also on November 9, 2011 (November 9/11) the Medical Reserve Corps will be conducting community medical exercises . Hospital personnel and various first responder agencies from the MidSouth region will participate in community medical exercises. The official government storyline is that these exercises will provide practical training experience to prepare for medical response during a large scale event.

On Wednesday November 9/11, hospital personnel will work with volunteer patients playing the role of injured victims to provide a realistic and practical experience in treatment and response. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and preregistration is required. In order to participate in this drill you must be a member of the Medical Reserve Corps.

Also beginning Nov 9/11 Exercise Pacific Wave 11 will take place.

PacWave11 will be held on November 9/11 as a multi-scenario exercise that will allow all PTWS (Pacific Tsunami Warning and Mitigation System) countries to exercise using a destructive local or regional tsunami scenario.

    Charges Preferred Against Spc. Millay

    Posted 11/7/2011

11/7/2011 - JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Nov. 7 - Specialist William Colton Millay, 22, a military policeman assigned to the 164th Military Police Company, 793rd Military Police Battalion, 2nd Engineer Brigade was formally charged today with attempted espionage, failing to obey regulations, issuing false statements, solicitation and communicating defense information.
Millay, of Owensboro, Kentucky, was apprehended Oct. 28 at 6:30 a.m. on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska by Army Counterintelligence Special Agents and Army CID for suspicion of espionage.

The charges are in connection with a joint investigation on Spc. Millay by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Army Counterintelligence and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations.

    General nature of charges:

Attempted Espionage: Spc. William C. Millay communicated and transmitted unclassified national defense information to an individual whom he believed was a foreign intelligence agent, with the intent to aid a foreign nation. Millay had access to the information through the course of his normal duties both stateside and on a previous deployment, and although the information was unclassified, Millay believed that it could be used to the advantage of a foreign nation.

    Failure to Obey General Regulations:
    1. Spc. William C. Millay failed to report multiple contacts with someone he believed to be a foreign intelligence agent as required by Army Regulation 381-12, paragraph 3-1(d).
    2. Spc. William C. Millay violated US Army Alaska Regulation 190-1, paragraph W-2b and W-4a by wrongfully concealing and storing two firearms and ammunition in his assigned barracks room.

False Official Statements: Spc. William C. Millay knowingly issued false official statements to Army Counterintelligence officials regarding: (1) the full scope of his attempts to contact foreign governments; and (2) the full nature of information he disclosed to someone whom he believed to be a foreign intelligence agent.

Solicitation: Spc. William C. Millay wrongfully solicited a fellow service-member to obtain classified information and tangible items for the purpose of delivering the materials to an individual whom Millay believed to be a foreign intelligence agent.

Communicating Defense Information: Spc. William C. Millay, having been entrusted with unclassified national defense information that could be used to the advantage of a foreign nation, willfully communicated the information to persons not entitled to receive it.

Millay joined the Army in November 2007, graduated from Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., and served in Korea and Fort Stewart, Ga. before being assigned to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in May 2011. Millay has had one combat tour of duty in Iraq from December 2009 to July 2010 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Millay remains in pre-trial confinement at the Anchorage Correctional Complex.
The case is under investigation by the Army Counterintelligence and the FBI.

    So we have two tales.

Telling mom or telling a foreign agent.

NSA spying on a soldier and the military not having any of it.

Sounds like a false flag in there somewhere.

Here supposedly is the original article: http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index1536.htm

Sorcha Faal wrote it, and he/she has been shown numerous times to be wrong.

Which isn't to say there isn't a useful purpose behind all that.

But obviously, come to your own conclusion.

Reading that link, he suggests a number of thing.
A coup against Obama? I find that very unlikely. Martial law? On what grounds?

If there are more troop movements going on, it would be nice to hear from some personnel on bases.

LOL well this part is fairly accurate of the Appalachian mindset. Not even saying it's wrong but alot of folks thought similar things about Reagan, especially Bush 1, Clinton pretty much who ever is in charge.

Peterle... I would advise you to be careful at this juncture. Here is WHY.

    1) I JOINED the USAF at 18. I worked for the President of the United States when I was barely 23 or 24 years old. I had a LOT of clout then. I might have been a "baby" but I was trained well.

    2) Emails on military installations are ALL captured and examined daily. My email at work, my web browsing history, ALL of it. I work on a base too and so do several others here.

    3) You will NOTE that I am VERY careful about saying certain things. I won't ever give anyone classified information. I won't give troop movements and I RARELY say "something just happened" unless it is something I know for a fact isn't CLASSIFIED.

This young man said something in email to Mom that was likely interpreted or was classified which brought the wrath of the FBI down on him.

Therein lies the issue. If it AIN'T classified, then it might be sensitive troop or equipment movements. We simply do NOT discuss that from work, or anywhere else because it can put the hurt on military members and their families (from terrorists) and secondly the folks on this SITE do not discuss such things open either.

We might post NEWS articles pointing to something everyone knows, but we NEVER speak about what we know personally.

Don't assume we don't know more sometimes, Peterle and just because a military member in the US is young doesn't mean you should discount his knowledge.

Abstract : Testing was conducted to verify satisfactory fit, carriage, and release of munitions from the F-111 aircraft. The munitions were fit checked in various configurations to verify physical fit and electrical compatibility. They were then flown on extended captive flights to insure that aircraft handling qualities were not degraded and/or to verify the integrity of the munition/aircraft configuration. Finally, as appropriate, the munitions were released at predetermined airspeed, dive angle, altitude, and wing sweep angles to verify safe separation throughout the aircraft/munitions envelope. The data from the completed tests were then analyzed and recommendations for certification forwarded to the F-111 system program office (SPO) for use in publication of the applicable handbooks. This report does not repeat all certification information, but provides configuration and mission summaries and elaborates on the various test problem areas encountered. (Author)

Low-Flying Navy Airship Will Be Hovering Over New York City Today

The U.S. Navy and the FAA will be conducting "capabilities flights" using a U.S. Navy MZ-3A Airship (a modified blimp, shown in photo above) in and around New York City today, 11/09/11, from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

According to NotifyNYC, the flights will be based out of Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, and will operate at altitudes of 1,000 feet and below. (The Empire State Building, Bank of America Tower, New York Times building and Chrysler Building are all over 1,000 feet tall.)

According to Wikipedia, the manned 178-foot LTA craft can remain aloft and nearly stationary for more than twelve-hours, performing various missions in support of technology development for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR).

According to its manufacturer American Blimp, the SPECTOR series of airships answers "the increasing demand for airborne surveillance by military, police and civil aid agencies."

And in case you forgot, today at 2 p.m. the country is conducting a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System. Totally a coincidence. Really.

    U.A. Navy sees blimp come-back

    Published 28 October 2011

In 1962, after forty-seven years, the U.S. Navy effectively terminated Lighter-Than-Air (LTA) operations; but the blimp is making a come-back, and on 26 October, the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory unveiled the MZ-3A airship; for now, it is the only manned airship in the U.S. Navy's inventory

On 26 October, at a ceremonious ribbon-cutting event at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in Lakehurst, New Jersey, NAWCAD and the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, unveiled the MZ-3A airship, which now carries the insignia of Scientific Development Squadron ONE (VXS-1) and the banner of the U.S. Navy.

“It’s been nearly 50 years since the last U.S. Navy Lighter-Than-Air platform cruised the skies over the New Jersey coastline,” said CDR Jay Steingold, Commanding Officer, VXS-1. “Today, the MZ-3A joins the ranks of her predecessors by sporting the emblems of the United States Navy, marking an important milestone in the history of naval airships.”

A Navy Research Lab release reports that after forty-even years, the U.S. Navy effectively terminated Lighter-Than-Air (LTA) operations on 31 August 31 1962, with the final flight of a ZPG-2 airship at Naval Air Station Lakehurst.

The MZ-3A, with red, white, and blue stripes painted on its rudders in acknowledgement of the Navy’s Centennial of Flight and earliest days of Navy airship operations, now serves as the only manned airship in the U.S. Navy’s inventory.

Built by Hillsboro, Oregon-based American Blimp Corporation, the MZ-3A is propeller-driven by two 180 horsepower Lycoming engines producing a top speed just under 50 knots with an operational payload capability of up to 2,500 pounds.

The manned 178-foot LTA craft can remain aloft and nearly stationary for more than twelve hours, performing various missions in support of technology development for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) concepts.

“Airships offer extreme utility in C4ISR roles and patrol missions where persistent stare and reliable communications are often more important than speed,” said Bert Race, MZ-3A Government Flight Representative and Project Manager. “Our MZ-3A has proven that an airship is a very effective platform for mission system research and development.”

The MZ-3A is government-owned and contractor-operated. The contractor, Integrated Systems Solutions, Inc., employs commercial blimp pilots whom the Navy has approved to command the airship.

Scientific Development Squadron ONE (VXS-1), stationed at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the U.S. Navy’s sole Science & Technology research squadron. Commissioned in December 2004, VXS-1 employs NP-3D Orions, RC-12 Guardrails, Scan Eagle UAS, and most recently, the MZ-3A in its support of NRL airborne research efforts.
