[1] During the 10 days of Fajr, which this year falls on February 1-10, Iran celebrates Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini's return from exile and the victory of the Islamic Revolution. Iran's Deputy Interior Minister Mehdi Mostafavi likewise stated: "During this year's 10 days of Fajr, we will begin the first phase in the production of the nuclear fuel cycle in accordance with [our] industrial needs."
