The attorney general of the United States must be really busy these days. Too busy, apparently, to have noted that Florida’s ‘stand your ground’ law played absolutely no role in the murder trial, much less the exoneration, of George Zimmerman.

The AG spoke to a meeting of the NAACP in Orlando this afternoon and declared his distaste for SYG: “These laws try to fix something that was never broken.

The list of resulting tragedies is long and, unfortunately, has victimized too many who are innocent.”

Any opportunity to erode Americans’ ability to exercise their right to armed self defense must be exploited. Better the dark days of ‘duty to retreat.”And who better to lead that charge than the man who wants nothing more than to use government-funded schools to “brainwash people,” making guns socially unacceptable.

DOJ Sets Up Public Email Address to Take in Tips as It ‘Aggressively’ Pursues Zimmerman Civil Rights Investigation

The U.S Department of Justice is asking civil rights groups and community leaders to “actively refer anyone who [has] any information” that might help bring federal criminal charges against George Zimmerman, who was recently acquitted by a jury in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

The DOJ has reportedly set up a public email address to take in tips on its civil rights investigation. The department is hoping to get tips from across the nation as well as locally in Sanford, Fla.

That email address, which is now “in operation,” is Sanford.florida@usdoj.gov.

It is unclear why, if officials saw enough reason to open an investigation in the first place, the DOJ now needs tips to help with its probe into Zimmerman.

Barbara Arnwine, president and executive director the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, said the DOJ during a conference called on individuals and groups “to actively refer anyone who had any information” that might build a case against Zimmerman for a civil rights violation or a hate crime, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

“They said they would very aggressively investigate this case,” she added.


Also on the DOJ conference call was, “Sherrilyn Ifill, President and Director-Counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund; Laura Murphy, Washington Chapter head of the ACLU; and several national, Florida and Sanford-based “human relations” groups participated, Arnwine said,” the Sentinel reports.

Attorney General Eric Holder has called Martin’s death unnecessary and has promised the DOJ will work to “alleviate tensions, address community concerns and promote healing.”

Things have been quiet for the citizen thought police ever since AttackWatch.com closed up shop, but vigilantes seeking justice for Trayvon Martin were given a new job today as the Justice Department announced its dedicated email address for tips into its investigation into George Zimmerman. Zimmerman was acquitted by a jury Saturday night, but Attorney General Eric Holder has teased that he’s still very interested in pursuing an investigation into possible civil rights violations.

Of course, the FBI already conducted an investigation into Zimmerman, interviewing friends, neighbors and co-workers, and found no evidence of racism. NBC’s damning 911 call turned out to be edited, so that’s no help. The only logical step, then, is a nationwide fishing expedition for anonymous tips that might hint otherwise.

Hundreds of Houston residents marched Monday to protest the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin shooting - at one point blocking traffic along a section of the South Freeway.


"Our motto today is: We're fired up and we're not going to take it anymore," said community activist Quanell X.


The rally began about 7 p.m. at Byrd Funeral Home, 2517 Wheeler, near the campus of Texas Southern University. Organizers said that location was picked for a reason.


"This is where they wish to send young black men - to the funeral home," Quanell X said.


It was a dramatic theme that was repeated along the march route with protesters solemnly pushing a casket behind a hearse.


Bianca Fisher said she wasn't particularly surprised that the jury set Zimmerman free.



"The mission of the judicial system is to enslave black people," she said.


Benita Gordon brought her son, Devon, to the protest, which lasted about 90 minutes.


"We're walking tonight for Trayvon," she said. "We need fair rules all the way around."


Marchers shut down southbound traffic along Texas 288 at Southmore for about 10-15 minutes. No police were seen. (they were ordered to stand down) The crowds allowed an ambulance to pass, but other motorists were forced to wait.


"It's civil disobedience. The people are angry and have a right to be angry," Quanell X said.


A similar rally took part in California on Monday night, the Associated Press reports. Demonstrators briefly blocked all lanes of a San Francisco Bay Area freeway before being cleared by authorities.

Arnwine said the call was convened at about 3:30 p.m. by Tom Perez, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice, and included representatives from the FBI, and several federal prosecutors, she said. Also Monday, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. said a speech at the social action luncheon of the Delta Sigma Theta sorority, that he shares concerns about “the tragic, unnecessary shooting death� of Trayvon Martin last year, and he vowed to pursue a federal investigation into the matter, the Washington Post reported.

Caught on Tape: Pro-Trayvon Martin ‘Protesters’ Attack Houston Grandmother and Refuse to Let Family Take Child to Hospital

While much of the nation was focused on the pro-Trayvon Martin “protests” (practically riots) in Los Angeles and Oakland on Monday, demonstrators in Houston resorted to violence as they rallied for “justice for Trayvon.”




The demonstrators in Houston on Monday evening successfully blocked traffic on a highway overpass and the road below. A woman, badly in need of getting her 7-year-old granddaughter to the hospital due to an allergic reaction, found herself at the mercy of the rowdy protesters.






“I looked up and I see all the protesters, they’re everywhere…So, we got into the traffic and they’re stopping us and not letting us go,” the woman, who only identified herself as Georgia, told KPRC-TV.

Georgia’s daughter, who was driving the car when the incident occurred, first attempted to go around the protesters by driving on the grassy shoulder, but the crowd would not let them pass.

“One of them was hitting the windshield and I was just screaming, ‘We’ve got to get to the hospital,’ and they were screaming and chanting,” Georgia’s daughter said. “All I could think of was, I got to get my granddaughter to the hospital.”


That’s when Georgia rolled down the window to reason with the frenzied protesters. They responded by assaulting her.


“She said, ‘We’re trying to get my granddaughter to the hospital,’ and a guy just started hitting her,” her daughter recalled.

In the video shot by KPRC-TV, the crowd is clearly seen blocking their vehicle. The video also clearly shows a man reaching into the car and grabbing her. Georgia is certain she was hit by the man.

“It wasn’t peaceful,” she said. “It was terrifying.”


But according to Quanell X, the “community activist” who organized the protest, the demonstration was peaceful. He was also kind enough to encourage participants not to break any laws or hurt anyone.

Black vs White Murders, who’s really hunting who…

I don’t know about everyone else, but I’m tired of Whites pointing out every violent crime committed by blacks to try and offset the claims about Blacks being hunted down and killed by whites…

The Mainstream Media, The New Black Panthers, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Chris Mathews, the Communist Black Caucus and their merry band of race baiting Marxists with their faux accusations that Whites are hunting down Blacks like dogs and shooting ‘em in cold blood at every chance has left me weary and outraged.
Let’s not even talk about several generations of Blacks, brainwashed since birth to believe the outright lies spoon fed to them for nearly a half century and it not once occurring to most that they are being deceived by mouth pieces of deception, evil and hate who count on their ignorance and the faithful inconceivability of sock puppets to not research and question the misrepresentations of those with an agenda of their own.
Enough! So I decided to turn to the experts, i.e., the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) who maintains an extensive set of statistically-based tables that pretty much covers all criminal activity.
From previous visit to the tables, I also had a good idea what to expect- well not quite as it turned out.
However extensive, post 1987, absent from the tables is a category for Hispanics, Latinos, whatever one prefers to be called which until this year left the FBI clueless and in the dark as to actual the number of violent crimes committed by Hispanics. The result of which skewed the actual numbers, i.e., artificially and dramatically inflating violent crime stats for Whites while deflating violent crime stats for Blacks[i],[ii]. The blurring of the stats under Whites:
- serve as a prop used during the past twenty-five years plus by race baiters in collusion with the mainstream media who have long propagated the myth that Whites assault Blacks in overwhelming numbers ;
- began suspiciously and conveniently enough at a time when discussions on amnesty for illegal aliens in the 1980s were gaining steam and continues to date; and
- from 1987 to date served to keep Americans oblivious to the actual statistics of violent crimes committed by Hispanics.
All of the above assisted Progressives in their Blame White People Campaign while pushing immigration reform ahead and my guess is that the real numbers will not be released until after Obama achieves his Comprehensive Invader Amnesty.
Until then the government does not want the public to know how much crime Hispanics commit yet the one thing you can get both Whites and Blacks to agree on is that Hispanics commit a lot of violent crimes.

The next thing I noticed was the numbers didn’t match up between the two tables. I needed to make a fair comparison — and the number of unknowns don’t seem to account for the difference. Bad reporting at the local level could account for the numbers not adding up, but then so could a missing demographic.
The most recent tables I could find were 2011- The first table told me almost what I expected, the overall number of murder arrests was lower than I remembered, the percentage of blacks arrested for committing those murders was up.



The official Number of murders in 2011 was 14.612 which leaves us missing 6271 killers- hmm
As you can see from the table, over half the people arrested for murder in 2011 were black. There were enough people arrested that we can safely assume that the ratio would remain the same or very close if all the murders had been solved and all the murderers arrested. Unless some of the unknowns are that missing demographic.

Let’s allow for that- it makes the math easier. We know that just under 14 % of the total population in the United States is Black. It is also common knowledge that there is an unknown number of Hispanics running around the country illegally, therefore, guessing on the conservative side, and to make the math easier, let us assume that 70% of the population is White. We have a similar number of black and white arrests. The math is easy from there — 70 divided by 14 equals five and it generally accepted that the White population is closer 80 or 84% – that makes the number worse. The percentage of White to black arrests has hovered around the 50% mark for the last several years, so I feel comfortable using it…
The black population commits murder at 5 times the rate as the white population. Even if, all the unsolved murders were committed by whites, blacks would still be killing people at twice the rate whites kill people.
Now lets take a look at who is killing who.



448 Whites killed by Blacks vs 193 Blacks killed by Whites in 2011. Not a pretty number.
Once again, for the sake of simplicity, and because I’d rather err on the side of caution, so if we round the 443 whites, known to have been killed by backs down to 400, we can still safely say that blacks killed twice as many whites as whites killed blacks.
Now back to the percentages. We know that there are still at least 5 times as many whites in the country as there are blacks. That hasn’t changed from the example up above. Five times two is ten.
As simply as I can say it, a white person is ten times as likely to be murdered by a black as the other way around. A teacher in Texas put it this way:



It is worth pointing out that while white on Black crime are classified as a hate crime, far too often Black on White crimes are not.
Looks like Eric Holder was right about one thing, we do still have a problem with race, however, he believes that whites should suffer more and that blacks should be protected by the Critical Race Theory.
Oh well, moving on;
It looks like no more than 10% of the murders in the United States are racially motivated. If you don’t mind being murdered, the good news is, you’re a lot more likely to be killed by someone of your own race, regardless of ethnicity.
The next time someone parrots the Black Panthers, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson or the hysterical Communist Black Caucus talking about how whites are hunting down blacks and killing them like dogs, demand proof. Invoking Trayvon Martin is not proof. Demand from them hard numbers from a verifiable source.
I’m done. It’s long past time to cut out the bullshit.

A Florida man was severely injured when black teens teens beat him with a hammer a month after the Trayvon Martin shooting.
The media has been mostly silent on this brutal crime.
October Freedom’s Blog reported:

A fifty year old man, race undisclosed, is on life support after a near fatal beating. Police have arrested two black teens. The attack occurred near the community where the Trayvon Martin self-defense shooting took place.


The victim is from Winter Springs, which is 88% white. The victim was attacked in nearby Midway, which is 94% black. Both communities are within about a six-mile radius of Sanford.

The victim’s father was searching for answers after the attack.


The Daily News reported:

A Jacksonville business owner is searching for answers following a vicious attack on his son almost two weeks ago in Seminole County,Fla.


Frank Slavin, the owner of Slavin Gallery in Jacksonville, told The Daily News Friday that his son Mark Slavin, 50, has been in critical condition and on life support at Orlando Regional Medical Center since the attack on March 26.


“It doesn’t look good for him, it doesn’t look good at all,� he said.


Slavin said his son, a graduate of Lejeune High School, has massive injuries to his skull after receiving 13 blows to the head with a hammer. He said Mark, who is single and a salesman for a furniture company in Orlando,Fla., was so badly battered that he was unidentifiable.


According to an arrest report from the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, a man called 911 on March 26 to report hearing a man screaming for help. The caller said he saw two men pulling a third man from a vehicle and beating him with a hammer. The two dragged the man into nearby woods and continued to attack him, according to the report. The two fled the scene in the man’s vehicle before deputies arrived.


Julius Bender, 18, and Yahaziel Israel, 19, both of Sanford, Fla., were charged on March 30 by the sheriff’s office with attempted homicide, burglary with assault or battery and armed burglary in connection to the attack.


A tip received through the area’s Crime Line led investigators to Bender andIsrael, according to the release. Bender was identified through witness identification, and Israel was linked to the vehicle through forensic evidence.

It is not known how Mark Slavin is doing today after the brutal beating last year.


It is also not clear if this beating had anything to do with Trayvon’s death.

No More Nerf Guns or Cops-and-Robbers!: ‘Infuriated’ State Sen. Lays Down Law in His House After Zimmerman Verdict

A Democratic state senator—who argued earlier this year that stabbing a crazed gunman with “ballpoint pens” while he’s reloading is better than carrying a guns—has declared he won’t let his kids play cops-and-robbers with Nerf guns following the Zimmerman verdict.


Colorado Sen. Jessie Ulibarri wrote on his Facebook page that when his 15-year-old son asked Ulibarri if he could play cops-and-robbers, “[w]ith a dry mouth and wet eyes, I angrily told him that he could not go outside and play a simple childhood game.”

Ulibarri, a Hispanic, writes that “his stomach lurched and cold fingers of fear grasped at my throat” over the prospect of his son being racially profiled and hurt or worse if he’s seen carrying a Nerf gun.


More from Ulibarri: “I hope [my son] knows that I am not angry with him, but I’m infuriated with the world we’re raising him in. I’m angry at myself for limiting my son and denying him his youth because I’m petrified of what may happen to him for LWB (living while brown). I’m angry that black and brown boys are always seen as a threat, and never the joyful kids I know them to be.”


The Daily Caller adds:

Ulibarri has expressed his concern about children and firearms in the past. During one of the many debates in the Colorado legislature over gun control, another lawmaker asked a witness how she would suggest defending herself during an armed attack at a school if guns were banned.


“I mean, what are you going to use?” he inquired. “A ballpoint pen?”


In response, Ulibarri said, “There are other ways to address violence and it doesn’t mean we have our kids exposed to a whole crossfire of multiple folks in a room shooting simultaneously.”


“Congressman [Gabrielle] Giffords’ life was saved and so many others’ when very valiant folks stood up to defend themselves and protect themselves,” he continued, “and they did it with ballpoint pens.”
