That they do. The "Black on Black" crime is WAY worse than the "White on Black" crime. And even worse, is "Black on White" crime.

While the kid might have had a bright future as a football player (no idea) and he might NOT have been doing a damned thing wrong, what possessed him to attack Zimmerman like that instead of disappearing into the dark like he was trying to do?

Zimmerman is still "innocent" until proved guilty.

New Black Panther leader Malik Shabazz threatens to burn Detroit down



Angry over steps being taken due to a financial emergency in Detroit, New Black Panther Party leader Malik Shabazz declared he would burn the city down.

"This is white on black crime," he said during public comment at the two hour meeting held Monday afternoon.

"This is white supremacy. Before you can take over our city, we will burn it down," he added.

According to the Detroit Free Press, Shabazz was one of about 100 angry and defiant Detroiters who attended the meeting.
The Detroit Free Press reported:

Detroit's financial review team this afternoon declared that the city is under a financial emergency and no consent agreement between the city and state has been adopted, a move that forces Gov. Rick Snyder to appoint an emergency manager within the next 10 days under state law.

State officials, however, are hopeful that an agreement can be reached before an emergency manager is named.

"In that 10-day window, if a consent agreement can be adopted, that's an alternative for the governor and that's what he prefers to see," said state Treasurer Andy Dillon.

Dillon said the Mayor, the City Council and the Governor would have to sign off on the agreement within the next ten days.

But some locals see the move as a "hostile takeover of a predominately black city," the Free Press added.

Local public sector unions that represent city employees are unhappy with the move as well.

The Free Press noted:

"I negotiated with 30 unions to get that agreement," said Ed McNeil, special assistant to President Al Garrett, AFSCME Council 25, who co-chaired the coalition of unions' negotiating team. "It's a shame. We are fighting for and sacrificing for this city to bring Detroit back together."

A post at Twitchy.com highlights some of the messages sparked by Shabazz's threat:

"For Detroit that probably qualifies as Urban Renewal," wrote one person.
"What? Theres nothing left to burn," wrote another.

"As an outsider half the city already is #NeedHelp," commented "NaturalEmerald."

According to the Free Press, security struggled to maintain order throughout the meeting as attendees chanted, "No takeover!"

Last December, talk show host Rush Limbaugh offered his advice for fixing Detroit: "Get rid of every liberal in government."

‘I Don’t Obey the White Man’s Law:’ New Black Panther Party Member Clashes With Anderson Cooper

During an odd and fiery interview on CNN Monday night, Anderson Cooper tussled with Mikhail Muhammad of The New Black Panther Party over the group’s reaction to the death of Florida Teen Trayvon Martin. The New Black Panther Party has offered a reward for the capture of Martin’s shooter George Zimmerman, and cited “street people law” during the interview Monday night as justification for charging murder against George Zimmerman while calling for a citizen’s arrest.

“He committed murder, he committed a hate crime,” Muhammad told Cooper of Zimmerman, explaining, “we decided to take it upon ourselves and coalition with other groups, with other black people who have had enough.”

Anderson continued to remind Muhammad that Martin’s father has explicitly rejected the “eye for an eye” rhetoric that some members of The New Black Panther Party have used, but the spokesman appeared to ignore the father’s request.

“We are military, we are here to support Trayvon’s family,” Muhammad argued, adding that the government wasn’t really there for Trayvon Martin and that “they have killed millions of black men and women so not only are we calling for justice for Trayvon.”

“You tell our justice department and Eric Holder and our President Obama to get off up their ass and do the work and the rest is done!” Muhammad went on to say. When pressed by Cooper on the legality, he responded that he could make a citizen’s arrest of Zimmerman, who has not yet been charged for anything, because the New Black Panther Party member doesn’t “obey the white man’s law,” but rather “street people law.”

He then went on to accuse Cooper of having a lack of concern for Martin’s family, which prompted a quick retort from Cooper: “Well sir, actually, you have no idea what’s in my mind, or my heart, or what I’ve been reporting on….. What I‘m wandering is aren’t you just taking advantage of a situation to try and get in front of cameras and get your name out, for your group, which is tiny?”

Media MSNBC Host Outraged After George Zimmerman’s Lawyer Allegedly Walks Out of Interview

If you ever want to get under MSNBC Host Lawrence O‘Donnell’s skin, just cancel an interview last minute and walk out. That’s allegedly what Craig Sonner, the Lawyer for Trayvon Martin shooter George Zimmerman, did Monday night. And O‘Donnell wasn’t happy about it.



According to O’Donnell, Sonner was scheduled to be on the show, but just minutes before he was set to be on, he walked out of the studio in Orlando. O’Donnell laced into him for it:

Craig Sonner has been the first guest in the history of this particular show, to get scared, to be terrified, so terrified of coming on this show that he has literally run away. He’s in our car right now, taking him home from our studio, afraid to face the questioning he would face on this show. Watch out for wherever Craig Sonner shows up next on television, because wherever he shows up next on television has an obligation to put him through serious questioning about what he’s doing and what he knows, and the contradictions in the things he’s already said on television.

In fact, HuffPo says, O’Donnell even later switched to an empty shot of the interview chair and started questioning it:

• “Who is paying you, Mr. Lawyer?”
• “Does George Zimmerman have a job?”
• “Did you represent him when he was arrested for assault on a police officer in 2005?”
• “Your client was not injured enough to go to the hospital that night. You say he sought some sort of medical treatment the next day. Do you have those medical records that you can show us?”

Rush: Why are Obama and Holder silent over New Black Panther’s bounty to capture Zimmerman?

Rush says that despite the New Black Panthers putting a ‘bounty’ on George Zimmerman, a private citizen, over the Trayvon Martin shooting last month, the Obama administration sits quietly as the situation escalates. Nothing is being said to calm things down from Obama Holder even though the New Black Panthers claim to have amassed a 40 person vigilante group to capture Zimmerman.

Rush says he shouldn’t be surprised as he’s predicted this kind of chaos, but still he finds it a bit stunning:

RUSH: In Sanford, Florida, the leader of the New Black Panther Party called for a $10,000 bounty for the man who allegedly shot and killed Trayvon Martin. A $10,000 bounty. When I first heard of this story, the first thing I thought of was the Duke lacrosse case. Everything here lined up perfectly, just as the Duke lacrosse case did for a stereotypical situation or cliche to be fulfilled. And before anyone knew the facts, look indeed what happened:

That stereotype was filled in, all the blanks were filled in, and everybody got into gear just as they did during the Duke lacrosse case. Now others are coming forward. The New York Times referred to the alleged shooter here, the shooter George Zimmerman as a "white Hispanic."

That's what I mean by reminding me of the Duke lacrosse case.



We looked it up, and it was the fifth time in the history of the New York Times they'd referred to an Hispanic as "white." A white Hispanic. You have to fill in the blank circumstance here, gotta fill in the blanks the right way just as the Duke lacrosse case was. So the bounty, New Black Panther Party offered is $10,000 for George Zimmerman. Why did they decide on $10,000? Why not 20? Why not five? How did they decide on $10,000? How would the death of Trayvon Martin be viewed if the accused party was a female or gay or white or Hispanic Jew? So the situation continues to unfold. By the way, the Southern Poverty Law Center classifies the New Black Panther Party as "a virulently racist and anti-Semitic organization whose leaders have encouraged violence against whites, Jews, and law enforcement officers."

So that's who the New Black Panther Party is, according to a left-wing group. Mark Potok, P-o-t-o-k, is the head of the Southern Poverty Law Center. (interruption) How can you do a bounty with no warrant for his arrest? How can the New Black Panthers offer a bounty? Well, if nobody stops them. (interruption) You think the New Black Panther Party should be in trouble for putting a bounty out? Well, you know, the New Orleans Saints head coach has just been suspended a year for having bounties in the National Football League, and the defensive coordinator of the Saints at the time, Gregg Williams, been suspended indefinitely. And the general manager of the saints Mickey Loomis been spent for eight games. All this starts on April 1st. (interruption)

Yeah. I'm just reporting what's going on out there: The New Black Panther Party with a $10,000 bounty on a man who hasn't been charged. I think that's why there's the bounty. They're upset, Dawn, that the legal system is not being fair with them here. Still, it is a... I have to admit, I was shocked when I saw that. I was shocked that... See, I was shocked that there hasn't been anybody stand up and say, "Whoa, can we cool this down a little bit?" Everybody's speaking on this... Well, not everybody, but the people making hay out of this are inflaming it and making it bigger -- I mean, from the White House on down -- rather than try to cool this thing off and slow it down and wait 'til we found out exactly what happened here.



But a $10,000 bounty. And the New Black Panther Party, don't forget, is the group that intimidated voters in 2008 in Philadelphia and a number of other places, and lawsuits were filed against them for voter intimidation and the Obama Justice Department (the attorney general, Eric Holder) just threw the investigation out. He just brought it to screeching halt. And the assistant attorney general, J. Christian Adams -- who was prosecuting the case against the New Black Panthers -- quit. He resigned and wrote a book, and we interviewed him. His book was about what was going on in the Obama Justice Department, miscarriages of justice, justice not being blind or colorblind or anything of the sort.

By the way, is not just the New York Times referring to George Zimmerman as a white racist. I think the whole media is doing this now. All of the mainstream media are now calling him a "white Hispanic." As I say, I had never heard that before. And we checked, and we could only find five previous such references to Hispanic as being white in the New York Times. So the New Black Panther Party with their bounty are calling for this guy to be kidnapped, or rounded up and brought to them for justice.

RUSH: So I'm getting e-mails. People want to know what the bounty is for. Here's what I've got:

"The leader of the New Black Panther Party called for a $10,000 bounty for the man who shot and killed black Florida teen Trayvon Martin, a case that continues to spark explosive emotions and strain the country’s racial tensions. 'An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth,' New Black Panther leader Mikhail Muhammad said Saturday when he announced the reward at a protest in Sanford, the Orlando suburb where the killing took place.
Members of the New Black Panther party called for the mobilization of 10,000 black men to capture George Zimmerman, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Zimmerman has gone into hiding due to death threats and the offer of the $10,000 reward, his legal adviser Craig Sonner said, according to Reuters.

"'He should be fearful for his life,' Muhammad said."

The New Black Panther leader who issued the bounty said, "He should be fearful for his life." Now, this is a bounty. Uh, where is the president on this? Where is the attorney general on this? I would think that somebody in authority would try to do something to calm this down, to quell this, until we find out what really happened. There are too many competing stories.

Nobody really is sure of what happened here, but we've got a stereotype that people are eager to fulfill that's the same stereotype that existed in the Duke lacrosse case. But I've been expecting the president all weekend long to stand up and put this bounty issue in perspective, to say, "We can't have this."

This appears to me to be an open sanction to vigilante-type justice. I know the president's in North Korea, but he could still say something about this.

And when he doesn't say anything about it, we're left to question why. And we don't know the answer to that, either. I remember the Rodney King circumstance. That was back in the nineties when the police officers in Simi Valley were found not guilty. I remember the riots that ensued after that.

George H. W. Bush went into action. He mobilized the Justice Department do a civil rights violation investigation into Rodney King to find out whether the Simi Valley Police...

Of course, that caused its own set of circumstances that riled people up.

But at least there was an effort back then to quell some of the anger. It wasn't successful. The riots happened. Reginald Denny was the guy yanked of the truck in LA in front of the helicopter camera. Everybody saw that.

But it's just a puzzling thing to me. Just by virtue of asking the question:

Where's the leadership? Where's the effort to slow it down, to cool this off, knowing full well it's a powder keg? I wouldn't think anybody, any reasonable person would want this powder keg to explode any further than it already has. Some people say that this speaks volumes about the kind of leadership that we have.

We have an election year, and could it be that the administration is restrained here because of that? Remember Obama's got trouble with his base. That's what this nonexistent-but-alleged Republican war on women is all about. Obama is not doing well with the female vote, and he's trying to improve his circumstances there. And throughout the polling data, his base is not that firm because they're not happy with the slow speed with which they thought they were gonna get a new kitchen or a new car or at least have a job. So he's a little tenuous here. So that could be one of the explanations. But that's what the bounty is for: $10,000 for the capture of George Zimmerman. And Muhammad, Mikhail Muhammad of the New Black Panther Party says "He should be fearful for his life" in Sanford, Florida.

RUSH: The New Black Panther Party, the last time they were in the news, you may remember this, since the Duke lacrosse case was when they and Minister Farrakhan sat down for dinner with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in New York. That was back in September of 2010. They met with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the lunatic that runs Iran, and Calypso Louie of the Nation of Islam. And they have offered a $10,000 bounty. They have put 5,000 black men on the case to track down George Zimmerman. They're offering a $10,000 bounty for whoever turns him over to them. I want to share with you some thoughts here from Jay Nordlinger, who is a friend of mine.

He writes a piece at National Review called Impromptus, and it's all about where we are in the country in terms of race. He says, "Every once in a while, something will happen that makes me think, 'Oh, yeah -- that’s why I became a conservative in the first place.' Does that ever happen to you?

... Robert De Niro made a joke, just a joke. But sometimes -- often -- jokes tell us something. He said, 'Callista Gingrich, Karen Santorum, Ann Romney.

Now, do you really think our country is ready for a white first lady? Too soon, right?' When I was growing up, the liberals around me seemed to think of everything and everyone in black and white -- literally."

I experienced the same thing. I have the same observation that Jay Nordlinger has. It is the left that doesn't see the humanity in people. They see the surface. It's the left who sees black and white, male and female, gay and straight, whatever, because they group-ify everybody, and they victimize everybody. And they don't ever just see people. They see race, they see gender, they see sexual orientation first. And Nordlinger writes here that when he was growing up, the liberals around him "had race on the brain. People weren’t people, with their virtues and flaws, but skin colors.

Does it occur to you that Michelle Obama is black?

"Not to me: It occurs to me that she’s a left-winger, a fitness enthusiast, a left-winger, a fashion-plate, a left-winger, a jet-setter, a left-winger, etc.," and I can say the same thing about Obama. I remember back on January 16th of 2009 when I first said, "I hope he fails," everybody said to me:

"How do you say that? It's the first black president!" I said, "I got past that after he won the election. He's not black to me. He's a left-winger. This guy has ideas I totally disagree with. That's who he is to me. He's not 'black.' He's not anything. He is a human being! He's a liberal or worse, who I hope fails implementing his ideas."

Now, everybody who criticized me knew exactly what I meant, by the way.

That outrage back then over "I hope he fails" was fake and ginned up just like practically every bit of outrage about me is. It is manufactured. This is just the way it is. But I got past the "historical" aspect of his election the day of the election, the day after his inauguration. "Okay, fine. We've elected our first black president. Now, who is he?" Because the media had not told us who he was during the campaign. He had not been vetted. In the same way, just as Jay Nordlinger talks about Michelle Obama, I really do not see a black woman.

I see somebody who's trying to force us to eat what she thinks we ought to eat, to exercise the way she thinks that we ought to exercise, and I see that that's none of her business, whether she's first lady or not. That's what I see. Now, Nordlinger says, "Does it occur to you that those other women...?" The ones De Niro mentioned: Callista Gingrich, Karen Santorum, Ann Romney. "Does it occur to you that those other women, those other wives, are white? Not to me," says Jay Nordlinger. "Frankly, I don’t know enough about them to think of them as anything at all. But I’m pretty sure that their skin color is one of the least important things about them. How sad -- how wrong -- to live in a black-and-white world.

"Of the shooting victim in Florida, Trayvon Martin, President Obama said, 'You know, if I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.' Yeah, so? What if he wouldn’t look like Trayvon? What difference does that make?" and I know what Nordlinger means, here. "What if the victim had been of Chinese ancestry, or a freckly red-headed Irish-American kid, or a kinky-haired Jewish piano student?" What prompts somebody to say, "Yeah, if I had a son he'd look like Trayvon." What is the point? This is really is foreign to me, the way the people on the left think and the way they view things.

Nordlinger continues here: "So? What is wrong with people? Do we really serve the god of biology?

"What Barack Obama’s offspring would look like: Isn’t that the least important thing about the Trayvon Martin case?" and he's right. It is the least important thing, what the kid looks like. This poor kid was shot, and the president of the United States' only public reaction is: "If I had a son, he'd look like" that? For what purpose does one say that? And what must you be thinking about this situation, to think that and then say it? The questions answer themselves, obviously. "If I remember correctly..." This is Nordlinger writing: "If I remember correctly, Chris Rock once had a talk show, which had Jesse Jackson as a guest.

"And the host, Rock, asked him, 'Could you tell me something, Reverend?

I’ve always wondered: What is it you do?' A few days ago, Jackson said, 'Blacks are under attack.'" Nordlinger writes: "That’s what he does. When Rick Santorum spoke out against Internet porn, he was supposed to have committed a political error: Why is he hung up on [porn] when we have big, big problems, serious fish to fry?" Why get so distracted about Internet porn? Well, my reaction was: Is somebody in favor of it here? It is a huge problem. Our cultural rot is a big problem. What was the big faux pas that Santorum made? I didn't see it as a faux pas. I'll be honest: I didn't understand everybody else thinking that it was a huge political gaffe.

There's a lot of stuff in this country that needs to be fixed. There are a lot of things that are wrong. Cultural rot is in the middle of this mix. Some of the cultural rot going on in this country is a direct descendant of political decisions and political programs that have been put into place. Santorum's mistake is that he assumes that a lot of people think and see things as he does. And a lot do, but the political class doesn't. The political class gets fixated on whatever the issue of the day is, as defined by the mainstream media, and then rolls with that. But he's exactly right here. I do not understand, and I have no problem saying so.

I do not understand the president of the United States not saying anything when a group of citizens issues a bounty for another citizen in the United States of America. The president or his Justice Department don't even seem interested in that. And then when this young kid gets shot in Sanford, Florida, the reaction is: If I had a son he would look like that? Sorry. That's the last thing that ever occurs to me when somebody gets shot. When somebody's murdered, the last thing that matters is that they look like me.

It doesn't compute. But the left, they see things like this purely as surface matters. These are political opportunities for these people. That's the sad thing about this. Here you have the death of a American citizen that's seen as a political opportunity.

There's no humanity in that.

There's no compassion in that. It's just -- as Dawn would say -- very sad.

Detroit fell to Democracy. Believe me. I lived there for a few years of my life.

"Democrats" in office caused ALL that happened to that state, and I'll tell you something, Coleman Young was one of the WORST mayors in all history:

Young's 1973 Mayoral campaign addressed the role of the violence inflicted upon a predominantly black city by a disproportionately white police department^{[citation needed]}. Young pledged the elimination of one particularly troubled police unit, STRESS (Stop the Robberies and Enjoy Safe Streets.) This one police unit had been connected to the death of eight black people in its first four months of operation and 18 people in its first 14 months. The unit's operations were suspended in 1972 by order of the mayor. In November 1973, Young narrowly defeated former Police Commissioner John F. Nichols (whom the previous mayor had to dismiss as Police Commissioner when Nichols refused to resign while campaigning for mayor. Nichols would later be elected as Oakland County Sheriff) to become Detroit's first black mayor. Young promptly disbanded the STRESS unit, integrated the police department and increased patrols in high crime neighborhoods utilizing a community policing approach.^[2] Young's effect on integrating the Detroit Police Department was successful with the percentage of black police officers rising from 19% in the early 1970s^[3] to 63% by 2000.^[4] Young, however, was not able to cure all issues related to crime and police, and the Detroit Police Department was viewed by some as having a pattern of an alleged reckless use of deadly force.^[5]

Trayvon Martin killing investigation starts over

(CBS News) - The investigation into the killing of Trayvon Martin is essentially starting from scratch, with the new special prosecutor and a team of investigators quietly re-interviewing witnesses and examining evidence related to the unarmed teen's shooting death.

The 17-year-old Martin has been dead for a month, and George Zimmerman, his admitted killer, remains free after telling authorities he was forced to shoot Martin in self-defense.


What happened right after Trayvon Martin's shooting?


The Sanford Police Department's lead investigator initially pursued manslaughter charges against Zimmerman, but was told by the state attorney that there wasn't enough evidence.


Here's what CBS News has pieced together from sources connected to the investigation.


On February 26th, the night Martin was killed, police questioned Zimmerman for five hours at police headquarters. The police report noted Zimmerman was "bleeding from the nose and the back of the head."


Police did not administer a drug and alcohol test or an immediate background check on Zimmerman, although they did both on Martin.


The next day, detectives re-enacted the shooting with Zimmerman at the scene. They also discovered Zimmerman had two prior arrests: one for assaulting a cop, the other for domestic abuse.


For the next two weeks, lead investigator Chris Serino pursued a manslaughter charge against Zimmerman.


Police interviewed at least six witnesses. But none of them saw how the confrontation began or the shooting that ended it.


Public pressure grew. On March 12, police gave the case to State Attorney Norm Wolfinger. He told them they needed more evidence to arrest Zimmerman.


Trayvon Martin's frustrated parents took their plea for justice to Washington Tuesday.


At a congressional forum on neighborhood watch groups and racial profiling, they thanked Democratic lawmakers for their support.


"As I said before, and I'll say it again - Trayvon was our son, but Trayvon is your son," Sybrina Fulton, Trayvon's mother said.


New details deepen Trayvon Martin controversy


Now, acting Sanford police chief Darren Scott is trying to calm a firestorm of criticism that race played a role. "I would like to answer questions here, but I will not comment at this time."


Tuesday, Scott said Angela Corey, the new special prosecutor won't let him talk publicly about the case. "It's not in the police department's hands right now, ok?" Scott said. "I can't pass judgment right now on anyone right now, so we're going to allow the outcome of this investigation.


But to Martin's angry parents and their lawyer, Ben Crump, this is double-standard justice. "It's bad when George Zimmerman makes a bad decision to do things with a racial implication," Crump said. "But it's a tragedy when an institution of law enforcement does it because that's all we have to believe in. If that fails us, what can his parents do? What can they do?"

Detroit fell to Democracy. Believe me. I lived there for a few years of my life.

"Democrats" in office caused ALL that happened to that state, and I'll tell you something, Coleman Young was one of the WORST mayors in all history:

I suppose you are correct. When the politicians figured they could get re-elected by offering more "fish for a day", they brought the fall on.

I see the principles of taking from one and giving to another as the problem though. When I work to get what I want, I tend to take care of what I have. I think you can go to most housing projects in most cities and see what people do when they are given something. They don't take care of it. I like the idea of helping people, but when we give them fish for a day they become dependant upon you. I don't believe this works. I believe the idea should be thrown on the trash heap. I would like to see us help people by teaching them to fish. I believe that once they have put some elbow grease into their endeavors they will work hard to maintain what they have gained.

The one who worked for it understands the effort it took. The one who is given a new housing project has no problem shredding it, because they know somebody will come build them a new one.

anyway, that is what I believe the problem is.

George Zimmerman has been in hiding since the killing of Trayvon Martin became national headlines.

Joe Oliver is a friend of George Zimmerman and has actively appeared on numerous network and cable news shows to defend him in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.Trayvon Martin’s supporters pack churches, swarm rallies and wear hooded sweat shirts in solidarity while friends and family of George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer who shot the unarmed teen to death, remain largely out of sight. The few that have defended Zimmerman did so reluctantly, most fearing public backlash.

Zimmerman, 28, has gone into hiding. His version of what happened on the rainy night of Feb. 26 has only trickled out from police and his attorney.

Zimmerman said he was pursuing the 17-year-old Martin because he was acting suspicious. He said he lost sight of the teenager and Martin attacked him as he headed back to his sport utility vehicle.

Zimmerman told police he fired in self-defense and was not charged, touching off widespread public outrage and protests across the country.

Martin’s supporters believe race played a role in the shooting. Martin was black; Zimmerman’s father is white and his mother is Hispanic.

“The family has had death threats, the father and mother, George has had death threats. Anything related to George is a target,” said Miguel Meza, who identified himself as Zimmerman’s cousin.

George Hall, a retired Presbyterian minister, said he was Zimmerman’s neighbor for 20 years in Manassas, Va., until about 2001. Hall said Zimmerman and his brother attended church, and he wrote a recommendation for Zimmerman for a police academy in 2004.

“Their parents taught them to treat everybody with respect. I’m tired of hearing about this race thing. It could be an element in it ... but I never would have thought of him as being a racist. His father was in the Army and was a white American and his mother was Peruvian. That makes him 50 percent Peruvian. A lot of stuff I hear, it irks me because people are drawing their own conclusions with very little evidence.”

Meza spoke only briefly to an Associated Press reporter over the phone. It wasn’t immediately clear if he had talked to Zimmerman since the shooting, but he said other relatives are afraid to comment publicly, even though they think he is being treated unfairly.

“The media has been quick to demonize George, but Trayvon Martin was no angelic boy walking,” Meza said.

Zimmerman’s attorney, Craig Sonner, has said in more than one interview that his client’s nose was broken during the fight with Martin.

The Orlando Sentinel has reported that Martin grabbed Zimmerman’s head and banged it several times against the sidewalk. Sonner said the gash on the back of Zimmerman’s head probably was serious enough for stitches, but he waited too long for treatment so the wound was already healing.

Oh, and finally you remember the New Black Panther guy who offered a $10,000 "reward" for the unlawful kidnapping of Zimmerman on national television? He was busted for allegedly being a felon in possession of a firearm in Georgia yesterday.

Incidentally, his bond was set at.... wait for it..... $10,000.
