Obama Fundraiser, Convicted Of Fraud, Spills Beans

Jailed political fundraiser Antoin "Tony" Rezko, the Chicago real estate developer who helped launch Barack Obama on his political career, is whispering secrets to federal prosecutors about corruption in Illinois and the political fallout could be explosive.

Democratic Gov. Rod Blagojevich, whose administration faces multiple federal investigations over how it handed out jobs and money with advice from Rezko, is considered the most vulnerable.

Rezko also was friendly with Obama - offering him a job when he finished law school, funding his earliest political campaigns and purchasing a lot next to his house. But based on the known facts, charges so far and testimony at Rezko's trial, there's no indication there'll be an October surprise that could hurt the Democratic presidential nominee - even though Rezko says prosecutors are pressing him for dirt about Obama.

"I think this strikes fear into the Blagojevich administration and the Statehouse Democrats but not into the Obama campaign," says state Sen. Kirk Dillard, R-Westmont, a John McCain delegate to the GOP convention but an old friend of Obama.

Rezko, 53, a real estate developer, was convicted in June of scheming to use his clout with the Blagojevich administration to squeeze $7 million in kickbacks out of a contractor and seven money management firms seeking to do business with the state.

Within two months, Rezko was seen in U.S. Attorney Patrick J. Fitzgerald's office, along with his attorneys.

There has been no official confirmation that Rezko is talking but his sentencing has been postponed indefinitely and both sides say they are going to "engage in discussions that could affect their sentencing postures."

"They never would have delayed the sentencing if he weren't talking - it's proof positive," said Jay Stewart, executive director of the Better Government Association of Chicago.

In addition, attorneys say federal investigators have been questioning Blagojevich contributions around the state using information that only Rezko could have supplied. Finally, courthouse personnel requesting anonymity because grand jury probes are secret said Rezko has been repeatedly brought from his cell to the U.S. attorney's office to talk to prosecutors.

Rezko could have a lot to tell. He has raised millions of dollars in campaign money for many Illinois politicians and according to federal prosecutors used his clout to control appointments to state boards.

Obama has sent to charity $159,000 that Rezko raised for his campaigns for the state legislature, the House and the Senate. Rezko raised nothing for Obama's White House run.

Obama's name came up in testimony at the trial four times, twice in connection with an obscure legislative memo, as a guest at a Rezko party and when defense attorney Joseph Duffy told jurors his client was a friend of the senator.

None of the witnesses accused the Democratic nominee for president of doing anything improper.

But questions concerning Obama's relationship with Rezko linger, particularly over Rezko's role in the purchase of the Obamas' home.

The two have known each other for years, starting when Rezko offered Obama a job after he graduated from Harvard Law School in 1991. Obama didn't take it, but a friendship developed.

The men talked politics frequently and occasionally dined together with their wives.

In 2005, the Obamas paid $1.65 million for their home near the University of Chicago. The sellers wanted a parcel they owned next door to sell on the same day, and Rezko's wife, Rita, was the buyer. At the request of the Obamas, Mrs. Rezko later sold them a 10-foot strip of land to enlarge their lot. They paid $104,500.

The deal took place while Rezko was under investigation and when details of the cozy relationship surfaced, Obama said it was a "bonehead" error to have asked for the additional land because it looked like he was getting a favor.

"I regret it," Obama said at the time. "I'm going to make sure that from this point on I don't even come close to the line."

McCain and vice running mate Sarah Palin have mentioned Rezko little if at all. But Republicans have aired a television ad focusing on Rezko. And McCain aides have repeatedly tweaked their opponent over the real estate deal in e-mails to reporters.

"We're delighted to have a debate on judgment with Barack Obama, who bought his million-dollar mansion in a shady deal with a convicted felon," McCain spokesman Brian Rogers said in August.

Blagojevich, meanwhile, got a black eye from the trial.

One witness testified that Blagojevich talked about hiring him for a major state job while his $25,000 donation to the governor's campaign fund was lying on the table.

Two attorneys testified that Blagojevich hinted that they could get lucrative state contracts if they raised money - possibly for a future White House campaign.

Obama's name has not surfaced in accounts of the investigation since the trial. But Rezko himself raised it in a letter to the judge months ago.

"Your Honor, the prosecutors have been overzealous in pursuing a crime that never happened," he wrote. "They are pressuring me to tell them the wrong things that I supposedly know about Gov. Blagojevich and Sen. Barack Obama."

Obama Is Hit By 'Affair' Smears Following Claims That Attractive Aide Was Banned By His Wife

Denial: The woman, whose identity we have protected, rejected the claims

Barack Obama is the target of a shadowy smear campaign designed to derail his bid for the US Presidency by falsely claiming he had a close friendship with an attractive African-American female employee.

The whispers focus on a young woman who in 2004 was hired to work on his team for his bid to become a senator.

The woman was purportedly sidelined from her duties after Senator Obama's wife, Michelle, became convinced that he had developed a personal friendship with her.

The allegations were initially circulated in August, just two weeks before the convention at which Obama finally beat his opponent for the Democratic Party nomination, Hillary Clinton.

The woman, now 33, vigorously denies the vicious and unsubstantiated gossip.

And some Washington insiders suggested that she was the victim of an 11th-hour attempt to smear Obama by die-hard Hillary supporters.

But now the rumours have resurfaced, suggesting that they may be coming from elements in the Republican Party.

According to sources interviewed by The Mail on Sunday, the respected Los Angeles Times, the tabloid National Enquirer and the huge ABC television network have been provided with the woman's name.

In the most commonly-purveyed version of the rumour, she was 'exiled' to a Caribbean island because Michelle Obama objected to her job on the 2004 campaign.

A lawyer representing the woman said: 'Although her duties on the [2004] campaign changed over time, there was never any hint that Mrs Obama had any concerns about her relationship with the Senator or played any role in recommending a change in her duties.'

According to our investigation into the rumours, they originated with political veterans who claim to be loyal Democrats.

They have tried to persuade reporters that they have the woman's interests at heart.

One of the sources who has been circulating the rumours admitted never meeting the woman but claimed he has spoken to 'a group of African American' women who are
her friends and believe she was mistreated.

'They said she was removed from her position and the political scene because Michelle got wind of the fact that she had a close friendship with her husband,' the source said. 'She disappeared, then she reappeared in the Caribbean.'

The Mail on Sunday located the woman in the Caribbean, where she now works. She denied that Mrs Obama had raised any objections to her job on the 2004 campaign.

'No,' she said. 'Nothing happened. I just left ... at the end of the campaign.'

Asked about the claim that Mrs Obama accused her of having a close friendship with the Senator, she said: 'I have no comment on anything.

'I switched careers. That's it. I'm a Democrat and I support Senator Obama ... I don't have anything to say.'

She added that she emigrated to the Caribbean from the US after falling in love with the man with whom she now lives.

Senator Obama's team did not respond to our request for comment.

But one day after we contacted Obama's team, a London law firm informed The Mail
on Sunday that it had been retained by the woman to help her to counter the whispering campaign, which they said was 'absolutely false'.

In the Presidential race, polls showed that with just over three weeks to go until the November 4 election, Mr Obama is leading his Republican rival John McCain.

A Newsweek poll published on Friday showed Illinois senator Mr Obama ahead of the 72-year-old Arizona senator by 52 per cent to 41 per cent.

A month ago, that poll had the two candidates tied at 46 per cent. Other polls in the most contested states have also shown a swing toward Mr Obama. He seems to have benefited as voters anxious about turmoil on Wall Street and across the globe give him higher marks for economic leadership.

Addressing a public meeting in Ohio, Mr Obama called for a plan to help small American businesses hampered by the credit crunch to get loans for operating expenses and payrolls. He urged the world's finance ministers to take co-ordinated action to tackle the crisis.

'In this global economy, financial markets have no boundaries. So the current crisis demands a global response,' he said. Pushing a line of attack that seems to have helped him build an advantage, he said Mr McCain 'doesn't really seem to get what's going on' with the financial crisis.

Mr Obama mocked a McCain adviser for telling reporters amid a week of panic-selling on Wall Street that he didn't think it made sense for the campaign to speak daily on the markets.

'Senator McCain's campaign manager actually said that Senator McCain wasn't talking about the market because there's just not much a candidate for president can say – and they aren't sure what he'd say each day even if he did talk about it,' Mr Obama said.

Interesting how the slightest rumor of a McCain affair made its way prominently into the New York Times but, no such mention when it comes to Black Jesus!

Power Line reported that Obama is even quoted in this socialist newsletter.

Obama actively sought the New Party's endorsement and urged the Marxist members to join his campaigns. The New Party went so far as to claim Obama as an official member of their organisation. The New Party socialists were affiliated with the Democratic Socialists of America.

Of course, Obama has a long history of relationships with Marxists.
His first mentor in high school was noted Communist Frank Marshall Davis.
He admitted he attended socialist conferences during his college years in his first book, "Dreams From My Father", page 122:

"Political discussions, the kind that at Occidental had once seemed so intense and purposeful, came to take on the flavor of the socialist conferences that I sometimes attended at Cooper Union or the African cultural fairs that took place in Harlem or Brooklyn during the summers-a few of the many diversions that New York had to offer, like going to a foreign film or ice-skating at the Rockefeller Center."

Obama also wrote that he selected his friends carefully, the more Marxist and radical the better, page 100:

"To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist Professors and structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets."

And, don't forget Obama's pastor, mentor and father figure of 20 years, G-D AmeriKKKa Jeremiah Wright, who brought the black liberation socialist theology to the alter.

America Headed Toward National Suicide If Radical Gets Elected

Most of my mail from readers asks an important question: How has the greatest fraud, faker, liar and hypocrite in American presidential history managed to fool so many Americans? It is something that is constantly on my mind, as I consider Sen. Barack Obama to be the least qualified and most dangerous candidate in our history and that danger is compounded by our being in the most dangerous and uncertain times in our history.

Here's how I answer that question:

* The mainstream media has perpetrated the greatest piece of journalistic malpractice in history by converting itself to part of Sen. Obama's campaign apparatus. As they say, it is in the tank for Sen. Obama, and even if he were proven to be a pedophile, the mainstream media would merely praise his interest in children. There has always been some bias in political coverage, but the mainstream media is clearly over the edge and is deep into the worst kind of biased, fraudulent and dishonest reporting.

The mainstream media represents the major source of information for a huge segment of the population. I suspect if Sen. Obama supporters had been exposed to fair and balanced reporting during this campaign, Sen. Obama would have been laughed off the stage long ago, branded as unqualified, un-American and dangerous.

* Sen. Obama is a smooth and slick speechmaker and can be wound up by his handlers to say what people want to hear. For example, in the third debate, he didn't want to say he opposed offshore drilling, as he knows most voters favor it. So he slickly said he would consider it. That is the equivalent of the present vote he cast 130 times in the Illinois legislature - neither yes or no, a typical copout of the phony politician that he is. Many, unfortunately, judge candidates on their speeches, style, and charisma and don't bother to look at their record, associates, character and values. They judge the book by its cover and the easiest thing in the world is to phony up an attractive cover and title for a book. Unfortunately, few read the book or even scan a chapter or two. Yes, we may be on the brink of electing a blank slate.

* Sen. Obama has not been vetted but there is abundant evidence to indicate his actions, record, associates, character, and values are almost the precise opposite of rhetoric. He positions himself as a centrist, but has always been a far leftist. The classic example is his claim to be the nonpartisan savior that will rise above party and other divides and bring us altogether into an Obama-fashioned utopia.

In fact, he is a pure partisan, who almost always follows the party line (96 percent of the time according to one publication), who has never once took a strong stand against his own party on a significant issue and who has never once demonstrated a non-partisan approach to any significant issue.

He the most liberal man in the Senate, running with the third most liberal as his running mate. He has a history of extreme positions such as, in effect, voting in favor of infanticide and murder (his clear record against passage of the "Born Alive" bill in the Illinois legislature, to give infants born during a botched abortion the right to medical care and the right to life). He admitted during the debate that he voted present (not yes and not no) on that bill as well as on a bill to outlaw partial-birth abortion. He preaches on the difficult moral issue abortion presents but favors a bill that would outlaw all state restrictions on abortion. He views the main purpose of the U.S. Constitution to be the legalization of all forms of abortion and has never voted to restrict it in anyway (such as by requiring parental consent for minors).

* An extremist, a radical and a loony leftist now heads the Democratic Party, but that is not surprising, as the Democratic Party has fallen into the hands of its most radical and its most extreme elements. The liberals and the left-wingers are now in control. This phenomenon has been documented by David Horowitz in his book co-authored with Richard Poe, The Shadow Party. Mr. Horowitz correctly brands the party's recent approaches as dangerous and desperate, evidencing a willingness to suffer defeat in Iraq and an ensuing international calamity if that was necessary to discredit George Bush. The extent of its radicalism was demonstrated when the Democrats attempted to get the United Nations to send election monitors for an election in the United States. This is saying that the U.S. should be viewed as a Banana Republic and that the U.N. should monitor our elections (at a time when the U.N.'s Human Rights Commission was headed by the Libyan dictatorship).

When the matter was raised in the House of Representatives, the Democrats voted five to one to keep the doors open for U.N. monitors. A measure to block the request for U.N. monitors passed 243 to 161, with only 33 Democrats breaking from the party line. Mr. Horowitz and Mr. Poe, write, "Never before had U.S. lawmakers sought to openly, and in such great numbers, to allow foreign meddling in a US election - let alone by a body as morally corrupt as the United Nations, run by tyrannical regimes."

* How a political party and the national media could so conspire to inflict Sen. Obama on the nation has some more fundamental causes. That is the leftward drift of our nation to the land of moral bankruptcy, moral relativism and anti-Americanism. This has been documented in Judge Robert Bork's classic volume, Slouching Toward Gomorrah: Modern Liberalism and American Decline. Mr. Bork argues that the student revolt of the '60s against the Vietnam War was part of a larger trend that continues to this day.

He writes, "The revolt was against the entire American culture. The United States, it was said, was engaged in an immoral war only because the United States itself was deeply immoral being racist, sexist, authoritarian and imperialistic. The arrangements of the liberal capitalist order were themselves illegitimate, conferring power where none was deserved and withholding power from the poor and minorities."

This strong anti-American stream has carried over into our colleges and universities, into the mainstream media, and to a significant intent into the larger society.

* Sen. Obama broke his promise and his basic principles, rejecting public financing and going the private financing route. That has enabled him to outspend Sen. John McCain by a substantial multiple. With that advantage of additional television and other media ads, he also gets an incredible amount of free advertising from the mainstream media further multiplying his media advantage.

* All these forces came together in addition to two other overpowering forces. First, the global financial crisis, caused by Democratic Party malpractice in letting Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac run wild. That crisis put the economy into the forefront, sucking the air out of other key issues such as the war on terror. Second, there is the unpopularity of George W. Bush. Those two forces have been feeding Sen. Obama's candidacy.

This is where we are, but there is hope. With that kind of advantage running his way, Sen. Obama should have an insurmountable lead by now. But he doesn't and the election is still up for grabs. Pollsters are pointing out Sen. Obama hasn't been able to "close the deal." Just as he faltered in the primary against Sen. Hillary Clinton, he is faltering now in the general election.

Second, as the Obama candidacy looms larger on the horizon, he may attract more attention and the good sense of the American voter may at last start raising questions and asking whether we should gamble the survival of America and the free world on a relatively unknown, with a razor-thin resume, a band of dangerous associates, and a mountain of wacky far-left ideas, values and proposals.

Dick Morris argues the attention to Sen. Obama as he leads in the polls will force many Americans to have second thoughts on his candidacy.

We have to assume or at least hope and pray that the voters will come to their senses by Nov. 4, and not commit national suicide by electing Sen. Obama. They better ask themselves whether they know enough about Sen. Obama and whether they are willing to risk all on his presidency. They better compare him with Sen. McCain, who is a proven leader, not an unproven novice; who is an undoubted patriot, not someone whose associates and actions suggest he may be part of the liberal hate-America gang. They have to ask whether Sen. Obama understands foreign policy like Sen. McCain surely does, or is Sen. Obama someone who thinks Iran is a tiny country that poses no threat; and Americans must ask if they want a president who seeks victory in the war against terror and in Iraq, and is not a member of the Obama/Reid "wave the white" flag school that believes in appeasement, retreat, surrender and defeat.

And make no mistake about it: Sen. Obama is up to his eyeballs in organizations that promote voter fraud and the intimidation of banks into making bad loans. He is up to his eyeballs in work that promoted the radicalization of students (heading an organization founded and controlled by William Ayers, the unrepentant terrorist), and he has always been close with anti-American, racist, bigot types such as Father Michael Pfleger and Rev. Jeremiah "God Damn America" Wright. And make no mistake about it: He lies constantly when one of his past associates or positions gets exposed, because he knows the mainstream media will give him a free pass.

Here's the latest example of the deceiving, dissembling, deceptive Sen. Obama in action. I heard him asked about his connection with the voter fraud, bank-intimidation machine known as ACORN. He focused on the fact that years ago he was the lawyer in a lawsuit regarding the motor voter law, in which the U.S. Justice Department joined him. He made it sound like history just as he frequently says I was only eight years old when terrorist Mr. Ayers was blowing up the Pentagon and Capitol (conveniently forgetting that he was in his 30s and 40s when he had a long and close working relationship with Mr. Ayers, that involved, among other things, a project to radicalize school children). In the review he conveniently forgot about all of his other long-term close connections with ACORN.

On the ACORN matter, in a press release, he repeated the same dishonest approach, conveniently forgetting that his campaign recently paid ACORN more than $800,000. When Sen. McCain called him on the $830,000 payment during the debate, he simply ignored the issue. Here's what he said in the debate on this matter: "The only involvement I've had with ACORN was I represented them alongside the U.S. Justice Department in making Illinois implement a motor voter law that helped people get registered at DMVs."

That's the fattest lie ever told, as he has had relationships with ACORN since the beginning of his career. He was a trainer for them. He ran a registration drive with them. He, as already noted, gave ACORN an $830,000 payment during the primaries. During the primaries he also bragged to a group of community activists about his long relationship with ACORN. At another point he told community organizers including ACORN he would meet with them right after the election to set presidential priorities. The man simply can't tell the truth about his dangerous associates, suggesting he is not only just a liar, but also a pathological liar.

Recently, his Web site posted the lie that he had no connection with ACORN, but that was subsequently taken down when the campaign realized that even the mainstream media might not stomach such a blatant lie.

Remember that Sen. Obama and ACORN were right in the middle of the recent financial crisis. ACORN waged a constant battle to intimidate and harass banks into making bad loans, to further the cause of affordable housing, championed to an irrational extent by the Democratic Party, Sen. Obama and the likes of Rep. Barney Frank and Sen. Chris Dodd. Remember, Sen. Obama was the No. 2 recipient of financial contributions from those connected with Fannie Mae, the institution at the heart of the housing meltdown. As Sen. Obama was in the Senate for a short time, he would be the No. 1 recipient of the tainted Fannie Mae contributions if they were calculated on a per year basis.

Remember that Sen. McCain proposed regulatory reform to tighten the screws on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, while Sen. Obama and the Democrats were either opposed to the reforms or resting on the sidelines. Remember if you want the wrongdoers behind the meltdown investigated and made accountable, such as Sen. Dodd, Rep. Frank, and Sen. Obama, you better vote for Sen. McCain. Sen. Obama and the Democrats will not make their own party's wrongdoers accountable for what happened. Sen. Obama has never gone against the Party or the corrupt political machine in Chicago, which gave him his first political life. Only Sen. McCain has a long record of calling out members of his own party.

Voters better remember that record trumps rhetoric almost every time. Sen. Obama has pretty rhetoric but the ugliest record you can imagine. Here are just a few points to consider:

* He talks tax cuts, but proposes $1.3 trillion in new spending. Further his tax increases, which he would have you believe are only for the wealthy, will hit small business and the investor class hard, such as the now famous Joe "The Plumber." That will mean less business investment and job cutbacks and losses. Like Herbert Hoover, he proposes tax increases in bad economic times. His increases will hurt our businesses ability to compete in the international market, and also drive businesses and investors into overseas markets.
On top of all that, he admits some of his tax increases, such as that on capital gains, will actually decrease tax revenues. So in addition to tax increases that kill jobs and business, he will also increase our deficit with all the economic problems that entails. When all is considered he will be another Bill Clinton, promising tax cuts during the campaign, but inevitably raising taxes when in office.

* He says he wants to make America safer. But he fought laws and want amendments in the Patriot Act, which has been essential legislation to detect terrorists before they strike.
He wants to cut defense spending by tens of billions of dollars, and cut back on missile defense and other defense systems. He wants to surrender in Iraq and, if he had his way, we would have already left Iraq and turned the Middle East and its oil over to terrorists, al-Qaida and Iran. He wants to talk without preconditions to the autocrats in Iran, Cuba and Venezuela, starting down the path of appeasement and defeat a la Neville Chamberlain and his failure to confront the Nazis.

* He says he wants energy independence. But opposes offshore drilling and other ways to tap our domestic resource that in total exceed the energy resources of Saudi Arabia. He opposes nuclear and coal. Perhaps his energy approach is best summarized by his suggestion to check the air in our tires, and tune-up our cars.

* He taught constitutional law but seems to have little respect for our Constitution and the First Amendment. He encouraged prosecutors in St. Louis to threaten those who falsely criticized his campaign with criminal prosecution. He mobilized his supporters to flood a radio station with calls and e-mails to shut down two Obama critics scheduled to be interviewed. He asked the U.S. Justice Department to investigate an organization running ads critical of Obama. He has shown a willingness to use tactics of intimidation and harassment to defeat First Amendment Rights.

This should not surprise anyone. These are the tactics he used, taught, and encouraged during his days as a community organizer, during his work with ACORN, and during his long and continued work with the thugocracy at ACORN.

* He says he loves his country, but has had a long and close association with America haters.

* He says he has faith in the free market but has long been attracted to Marxist and socialist thinking. Just recently, he told Joe "The Plumber" on the campaign trail that it is good to spread the wealth around. He wants to rob Peter to pay Paul. He thinks he is Robin Hood. This is just another of his European-style approaches to government that has run that continent into the ground and most assuredly would do the same for this continent.

Massive Fund Raising Misdeeds Prove Obama is Bought, But Who owns Him?

In a July 25 column titled "Who Owns Barack Obama?" we discussed Obama's phenomenal fundraising juggernaut.

In July, Obamaboasted that, as of May 31, his contributor base numbered some 1.5 million people, with one-fourth, or $66.25 million of his $265 million, coming from those contributing $2,000, or more... some 33,200 people. Thus, the remainder, or $198.75 million, came from some 1.47 million people, each contributing $5, $10, $20... or, as Obama assured us, "whatever they could afford."

While it is true that Obama is the kind of guy who could read Bill Clinton's golf scorecard and make it sound convincing, simple arithmetic should have told him that $198.75 million dollars cannot be contributed by 1.47 million people in "$5, $10, or $20" amounts. Each of those 1.47 million people would have had to contribute, on average, $135 to create a pool of $198.75 million... and that simply does not happen. It has never happened before in American politics and it is not happening now.

But now, just days before the election, the Obama campaign has compounded their sins. They are now reporting that their contributor base has increased from 1.5 million to 2.5 million and that the total amount raised now approaches $600 million. If we can assume that 25% of their contributions still come from individuals giving $2,000 to $2,300, that base has now grown from 33,200 individuals to 65,000 in a time span of just three months, and the number of individuals contributing modest amounts... "$5, $10, $20, or whatever they could afford"... is now up from 1.47 million to 2.43 million, each contributing, on average, $185.

Anyone who believes that is actually happening will believe almost anything. So how are they doing it?

In our July 25 column we pointed out that UBS Americas, headed by Robert Wolf... along with George Soros, one of Obama's top two money men... had been accused of highly unethical and illegal banking practices in six months of hearings by the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. According to an article in The Nation, UBS Americas, a subsidiary of UBS, of Zurich, Switzerland, has advised wealthy Americans, including many of our worst villains, how to shelter funds from the IRS, as well as from prosecutors, creditors, disgruntled business associates, family members, and each other.

In a Statement of Facts in the recent criminal trial of former UBS executive Bradley Birkenfeld, it was alleged that UBS took extraordinary steps to help American clients manage their Swiss accounts without alerting federal authorities. For example, UBS advised American clients to avoid detection by using Swiss credit cards to withdraw funds, to destroy all existing off-shore banking records, and to misrepresent the receipt of funds from their Swiss accounts as loans from the Swiss bank. According to The Nation, UBS established an elaborate training program which taught bank employees how to avoid surveillance by U.S. Customs and law enforcement, falsify visas, encrypt communications, and secretly move money in and out of the country... "

It is the perfect instrument for funneling illegal campaign contributions into the coffers of an unscrupulous American politician. Putting two and two together, I suggested that a very wealthy individual, or cartel, wishing to influence the election of the President of the United States, could transfer unlimited sums of money through this device. A U.S. recipient, such as the Obama campaign, could receive hundreds of thousands of individual contributions via Swiss credit card transfers, with fictitious payees being entered by teams of paid staffers working in a "boiler room" setting. The owners of the Swiss accounts would receive periodic statements indicating: a) debits of varying amounts, up to $2,300 each, and b) offsetting credits provided by the cartel, or by the wealthy, but unnamed, "international financier."

For most of the super wealthy, especially those attempting to hide income and assets from U.S. authorities, an unexplained debit and credit of $2,300, or less, would not even raise an eyebrow. So who would ever know the source of such contributions?

No one.

Now, in an October 20 article in Newsmax, writer Kenneth Timmerman provides details from Federal Election Commission records that give substantial weight to my theory. In studying Obama's FEC filings, Newsmax found more than 2,000 donors who had given substantially more than their $4,600 limit ($2,300 in the primaries and $2,300 in the General Election).

The law requires that such excess contributions must be returned to the donor within 60 days of the donor going over his/her limit. However, many of the donors contacted by Newsmax said that they had not been contacted by the Obama campaign and that they had not received refunds.
But these are relatively minor infractions compared to 66,383 highly suspicious contributions, from 37,265 donors, whose contributions were not rounded to even dollar amounts. For example, Timmerman tells us that John Atkinson, an insurance agent in Burr Ridge, Illinois, gave a total of $8,724.26. He gave in odd amounts such as $188.67, $1,542.06, $876.09, $388.67, $282.20, $195.66, $118.15, and one of $2,300.

Sandra Daneshinia, a self-employed caregiver of Los Angeles, made 36 separate contributions totaling $7,051.12. Thirteen of her contributions were later refunded. However, in an odd coincidence those 13 refunds, in amounts such as $233.88 and $201.44, came to an even $2,300, the maximum amount allowable in any one election.

One contributor interviewed by Newsmax, Ronald J. Sharpe, Jr., a retired schoolteacher from Rockledge, Florida, is reported to have given $13,800... $9,200 over his limit. However, Mr. Sharpe does not remember giving that much money to Obama, nor has anyone from the campaign ever contacted him about a refund.

Of the 66,383 contributions in odd amounts, 44,410 were in unrounded amounts of less than $100, 15,269 contributions were in unrounded amounts of between $101 and $999, and 704 contributions were in odd amounts greater than $1,000.

Lest anyone suggest that these 37,265 donors either emptied their piggy banks or emptied their pockets and purses periodically and just sent it all to Obama, pennies and all, allow me to suggest something a tiny bit more Macheavellian. Those 66,383 contributions are the proceeds of conversions of foreign currency, smuggled into the country in foreign credit card receipts, and converted to U.S. dollars.

According to a Newsmax analysis, the Obama campaign finance reports contain some 370,500 unique names... a far cry from the 2.5 million contributor base claimed by the campaign. Of course, when your money is coming in large chunks from offshore accounts, such as hundreds of thousands of dollars at a time from the Middle East and from Third World African countries, then laundered though UBS accounts in Zurich, it takes a bit of creativity to put authentic-sounding names on all of it for the FEC records.

How massive is this crime? Since the Obama campaign has refused to disclose their complete contributor list (they continue to hide the identities of some 2 million donors), as the McCain campaign has done, Newsmax estimates that "Obama is financing his presidential campaign with anywhere from $13 million to a whopping $63 million from overseas credit cards or foreign currency purchases."

Given the massive voter registration fraud committed by Obama's supporters, the fraudulent votes already cast in early voting by itinerant out-of-state voters, and the massive crime involved in accepting tens of thousands of illegal foreign contributions, John McCain and Sarah Palin simply must close the gap in the closing days of the campaign. If not, we will inaugurate a man on January 20 who will have to be impeached before his wife has a chance to measure the White House for new draperies.

Gateway Pundit says he contacted the LA Times to ask about a video showing Barack Obama at a party for former PLO spokesman Rashid Khalidi, mentioned by the LA Times in this article: Allies of Palestinians see a friend in Barack Obama.

At Khalidi’s going-away party in 2003, the scholar lavished praise on Obama, telling the mostly Palestinian American crowd that the state senator deserved their help in winning a U.S. Senate seat. “You will not have a better senator under any circumstances,” Khalidi said.
The event was videotaped, and a copy of the tape was obtained by The Times.

HONOLULU, Hawaii – The late Marxist activist Frank Marshall Davis, frequently accompanied by young Barack Obama and his grandfather Stanley Armour Dunham, sold marijuana and cocaine from a "Chicago style" hot dog cart Davis operated near his home on Kuhio Avenue in Waikiki in the early 1970s, WND has established.

A credible source, a well-known resident of Honolulu who spoke at length with WND on condition he not be named, disclosed that Davis was the source of drugs consumed by Obama. Davis was also the author of an autobiographical novel boasting of "swinging" and sex with minors, a copy of which WND obtained from Andrew Walden, a resident of Hilo on the island of Hawaii and publisher of the Hawaii Free Press.
Obama, in his autobiographical book "Dreams from My Father," discloses that he used both marijuana and cocaine as a high school student living with his grandparents in their Honolulu apartment.

The source said that on more than a dozen occasions he purchased "8-balls" consisting of approximately 3.6 grams of cocaine from Davis at the hot dog stand when Obama was present.

"Obama was a young kid, about 14 or 15 years old," the source told WND. "I was told his name was Barry, and there was no doubt Barry knew Davis was selling marijuana and cocaine as well as hot dogs from the stand."

"Barry was also there with an older white gentleman I'm told was Stanley," the source said. "I thought Stanley was Barry's father."

WND has established that Stanley was Stanley Armour Dunham, Obama's grandfather.

"I bought cocaine from Davis at the hot dog stand," the source said. "The first purchase I made was in 1975. In total, I bought 14 purchases of cocaine from Davis. I bought what Davis called an '8-ball' that consisted of about 3.6 grams of cocaine. An '8-ball' cost $300."

As was established in "The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality," Obama lived with his mother and his Indonesian Muslim stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, in Jakarta from 1967 to 1970, when Obama was approximately 6 to 10 years old.

Obama's mother sent him back to Hawaii alone in 1970 to live with his grandparents while she and Obama's sister, Maya, remained in Indonesia to continue living with Soetoro.

Ann Dunham subsequently divorced Soetoro and returned to Hawaii to continue pursuing a master's degree in anthropology from the University of Hawaii.

For a period of three years, Obama lived in what he described as "a small apartment a block away from Punahou," his high school.

Obama's mother returned with Maya to Indonesia to complete her anthropology field work in Indonesia.

Obama reported that his grandfather at this time had a number of black male friends who "were mostly poker and bridge partners," describing them as "neatly dressed men with hoarse voices and clothes that smelled of cigars, the kind of men for whom everything has its place and who figure they've seen enough not to waste a lot of time talking about it."

Obama then reports that an exception was "a poet named Frank who lived in a dilapidated house in a run-down section of Waikiki."

The WND source confirmed this description matched Frank Marshall Davis's residence on Kuhio Avenue in Waikiki.

In "Unfit for Publication," the 40-page rebuttal the Obama campaign submitted to "The Obama Nation," the Obama campaign admitted for the first time, on page 9, that Frank Marshall Davis was the man Obama had identified in his autobiography as "Frank."

"Unfit for Publication" says under the heading "Reality" that Obama's memoir characterized Davis as a figure from his youth who "fell short" and whose view of race was "incurable," attempting to rebut the charge in "The Obama Nation" that Davis was a mentor to Obama during Obama's teenage years at Punahou.

In "Dreams from My Father," Obama admits his grandfather drank alcohol with Davis, "sharing whiskey with Gramps out of an emptied jelly jar."

Obama also admits in the autobiography that his grandfather took him "downtown to one of his favorite bars, in Honolulu's red-light district."

Both Walden and the WND source on Davis' drug-selling both affirmed that the bar involved was one of several then located in the largely black red-light district on Smith Street, at that time located near Honolulu's Chinatown.

Obama also admits drinking whiskey with Davis, describing in his autobiography that he drove to Waikiki to visit Davis and drink whiskey with him out of plastic cups. On that evening Obama had become upset learning that a black panhandler had approached his grandmother and scared her at a bus stop while she was waiting to go to work.

In the incident, Obama reports "reaching for the bottle, this time pouring my own," while listening to Davis explain that Obama's grandmother was "right to be scared."

Davis told Obama, "She understands that black people have a reason to hate."

In response, Obama said, "The earth shook under my feet, ready to crack open at any moment. I stopped, trying to steady myself, and knew for the first time that I was utterly alone."

Obama also admitted in his autobiography that in his first two years in college at Occidental he was involved with drugs: "I blew a few smoke rings, remembering those years. Pot had helped and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it."

Obama has never disclosed his source for purchasing drugs.

The Telegraph of London reported in August that Davis and Stanley Dunham smoked marijuana together and that Obama was first introduced to Davis by Dunham in 1970, when Obama returned from Indonesia.

Hard core
The Telegraph also documented that Davis was the author of "the hard-core pornographic autobiography published in San Diego in 1968 by Greenleaf Classics under the pseudonym Bob Green."

WND received independent confirmation that Davis was the author of "Sex Rebel: Black (Memoirs of a Gash Gourmet), from an established academic expert on Davis, who wished to remain anonymous.

In a forward to "Sex Rebel," Davis openly discussed that he lived the life of a sexual swinger, writing: "I admit, however, that my sex syndrome may be more complex than that of many swingers and swappers."

He continued to disclose, "Under certain circumstances I am bi-sexual." After enumerating various unusual and scatological sexual techniques he liked, Davis added: "I'm also a voyeur and exhibitionist. Occasionally I am mildly interested in sado-masochism."

Writing as Green, Davis admitted in the foreword that he "often wished" he had two male sex organs to double his sexual pleasure: "As you see, I partake of many of the variations that our Puritans label 'perversions' – a term which to me carries moral judgment and therefore has no place in my erotic vocabulary."

According to Walden, a typical passage beginning on page 274 of "Sex Rebel" describes Davis in November 1958 stalking Kapiolani Park in Waikiki. Davis, writing as Greene, "soon encounters two tourists – a Seattle couple he calls 'Dot' and 'Lloyd.'"

"Lloyd brags to the complete stranger [Davis] about Dot's figure," Walden explained. "After a few minutes of small talk to establish their mutual interest in 'swinging' … Davis then devotes almost all of Chapter 27 to a graphic and detailed description of their three-way sexual encounters over the next few days."

Although "Sex Rebels" is openly discussed as autobiography, Walden notes Davis/Greene frequently changes names and identities, even though Davis/Greene confirms that "all incidents I have described here have been taken from actual experiences."

Madelyn and Stanley Dunham came to Hawaii from Seattle, but there is no way in what is admittedly a fictional book to establish that "Dot" and "Lloyd" from Seattle were the Dunhams.

"Sex Rebels" also describes sexual encounters the fictional Greene and his wife had with underage children of both sexes, again without any possibility of reliably identifying the children who may have been involved.

Soviet activity
On Dec. 5, 1956, Davis appeared in executive session before the U.S. Senate Subcommittee investigating "the scope of Soviet activity in the United States," one of the McCarthy-era committees seeking to expose communists considered to be a security threat.

Invoking his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination, Davis refused to answer a direct question asking if he was then a communist. A year earlier, in 1955, a Commission on Subversive Activities organized by the government of the Territory of Hawaii identified Davis as a member of the Communist Party USA. The committee singled out for criticism several articles Davis published in the "Communist Honolulu Record" that were critical of the commission.

The commission also found objectionable a 1951 story Davis published, entitled "Hawaii's Plain People Fight White Supremacy," in the November 1951 issue of a New York City communist tabloid.

The two African-American writers Obama mentions to give "Frank" some context both had communist connections as well. Langston Hughes and Richard Wright were the two African-American writers most identified with the Communist Party USA in the 1930s.

Hughes, a prolific writer who was best known for his 1921 poem "The Negro Speaks of Rivers," told the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations in 1953 that he had been a communist sympathizer.

Hughes further testified there was a period of his life when he believed in the Soviet Union's form of government and that books he authored were written to follow the communist line. Wright, best known for his 1940 novel "Native Son," was the Harlem editor of the communist newspaper Daily Worker in 1937.

John Edgar Tidwell, a professor of English at the University of Kansas who produced an anthology of Davis' poems also confirms Davis joined the Communist Party. Tidwell argued Davis' radical poetry and newspaper articles "put him on a collision course" with the House Un-American Activities Committee and the FBI.

In his autobiography, "Livin' the Blues," Davis himself tells of being pursued by the U.S. government, saying it did not bother him.

Openly, he wrote, "I knew I would be described as a Communist, but frankly I had reached the stage where I didn't give a damn. Too many people I respected as Freedom Fighters were listed as Red for me to fear name calling."

Davis wrote, "The genuine Communists I knew as well as others so labeled had one principle in common: to use any and every means to abolish racism." Davis said he wrote to give "the widest possible publicity to the many instances of racism and the dissatisfaction of Afro-American with the status quo." to attend the international school there, preferring instead to remain in Hawaii and live with his grandparents in their apartment.

Obama The Chicken

President John F. Kennedy said, "Ask not what your country can do for you. Rather, ask what you can do for your country."

Barrack Obama says, "I think we should share the wealth" and thinks the Supreme Court should take an active position to redistribute wealth. He wants the government to take from you and give to unproductive people by taxing large corporations and wealthy people, forcing millions of customers to pay those taxes in the form of higher prices for the products sold.

The Christian Bible says, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you".

Barrack Obama says, "Get in your neighbor's face and argue".

The United States Constitution says the people have a right to bear arms.

Thirty seven individual States have a "Right to Carry" a gun law in effect.

Senator Obama's record on the Second Amendment is as follows: he has supported a complete ban on handguns, he voted to ban most rifle ammunition, he opposes the right to carry for self-defense, he voted to allow prosecution of citizens for using firearms for self-defense in their own homes.

Crime statistics show that over 2 million crimes, each year, are stopped by citizens with guns. Statistics prove that when a community institutes a gun ban, crime jumps. When a community says everyone can have a gun, crime drops in that town and goes up in nearby towns with a gun ban.

The US Constitution starts out by saying the People have a right to Life.

Obama says, "Let ‘live abortion' babies die".

Americans, like most people of this World, do not like secrets. When someone has a secret, that they don't want you to know, it is rarely in your interest. Obama, with the help of our major media, fights desperately to keep many things about Obama's life a secret. Obama doesn't want to discuss his long term relations with William Ayers, who organized bombings of government buildings in America. William Ayers is a two bit light weight compared to some of Obama's other conspirators.

Obama's religious faith is questionable. Is he Christian or Muslim? To most Americans, it doesn't matter, as we have a right to worship as we please.

But does a man who attends a "Christian" church for 20 years, where his minister screams, "God D** America!!" really believe in the Christian principle of "Love Thy Neighbor"? Obama said he was not aware of Reverend Wright's attitude towards America. The Bible says, "Thou shalt not lie", but obviously Obama does lie.

In "The Prince" which has been the "Bible" of all Kings and successful rulers, Nicollo Machiavelli says it is important for a leader to appear to have the five virtues: honesty, mercifulness, humanity, religious piousness, and be upright in all his doings. Obama fails in all five necessities.

In response to a lawsuit filed by Phillip Berg, Obama has refused to produce a valid Birth Certificate to The United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Speculation has been that Obama is not a citizen of the United States and now that speculation is that it may be so sinister, that he is an illegal alien.

In that lawsuit, Phillip Berg identifies that Barrack Obama has used the names:
BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, BARRY SOETORO, BARRY OBAMA, BARACK
DUNHAM and BARRY DUNHAM.

Who exactly is Barrack Obama and where did he come from?

In Executive Intelligence Review , Anton Chaitkin and Jeffrey Steinberg have said about international curiosity George Soros, "Soros had been bragging for years about his longstanding scheme to stage a "hostile takeover" of the Democratic Party. Through billions of dollars in donations to a select group of Democratic Party-linked organizations, such as MoveOn and ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now), and through his longstanding links to Service Employees International Union (SEIU) corporatist president, Andy Stern, Soros has established his financial and political control over the very grassroots apparatus that is supposed to give Obama the margin of victory on Nov. 4."

They go on to say, "From public accounts, Soros met Obama for the first time in March 2004, when Obama was an Illinois state senator, running for a vacant U.S. Senate seat. On July 27, 2004, Soros held a fundraiser at his New York home for Obama, which raised at least $60,000, mostly from Soros's family members, according to news accounts. On Dec. 4, 2006, then U.S. Sen. Barrack Obama traveled to New York City, to privately confer with Soros about a possible Presidential run in 2008."

"May 18, 2007, Soros was again host to an Obama fundraiser, this time at the Greenwich, Conn. home of fellow hedge fund manager Paul Tudor Jones of Tudor Investment Corp."

"According to the Greenwich Times, the 300 guests each kicked in $2,300 to the Obama campaign."

True to major media methods, this story is known by few people. A very few people in America even know the name George Soros, let a alone what he does. I do not judge him. The world is a very complicated place. I do believe however, that people should not be kept in the dark about events that affect their daily lives.

As William Holden said to Billy Holliday, in a 1950 movie, "Born Yesterday" when she asked why he thought that all people should be educated, "Because, a world full of ignorant people is a very dangerous place." This was the way Americans and our government thought 68 years ago. We believed it with every fiber of our being, until things changed when John Kennedy was murdered in broad daylight. After that, our entire system, starting with school education started going down hill. So much so that most College graduates have no idea what our Constitution says, what purpose it serves or what it takes to preserve that blueprint of a prosperous, peaceful society.

I predicted in President William Jefferson Clinton's first term, that he would be the last President we ever elect. Since then, I have been correct.

On October 20, 2008, Sorcha Faal, wrote in "What Does It Mean", the World's largest English language news service (according to them) stated: "A stunning report circulating in the Kremlin today states the Director of the United States Central Intelligence Agency, General Michael Hayden, has told both the Syrian President and Lebanon's Hezbollah Leadership that the next American president would the ‘last one' during secret meetings he held in Beirut this past week."

On October 20, 2008 Middle Eastern news service, Aljazeera reported a meeting in Hawaii of top military brass from China and the US. Denny Roy, of Hawaii's US government-funded East-West Centre, said "both countries are positioning each other for the possibility of some kind of military conflict in the future".

The next day, on October 21, 2008, The Press Republican reported that Military leaders from five countries met in Lake Placid, New York. Apparently these are very busy people doing very busy work.

On October 22, 2008, in What Does It Mean Sorcha Faal, wrote, "Top US Generals Flee To EU And Russia In Last Attempt To Stop World War". She explains that a non-fascist group of American military are asking the EU and Russia for help in averting a planned destruction, with nuclear weapons, of America this year. Most of the world knows that our leaders are crazy.

Now, the World should know that we know it too, and there are some of us trying to stop the maniacs from their course of implementing a New World Order, based on destruction and misery, to put themselves in absolute and total domination of the entire Earth.

What these crazy ones don't realize is that all attempts in the past to accomplish this have failed. They actually think they can do it this time. That is what makes them so dangerous.

On October 25, Sorcha Faal wrote about "Iranian Leader In Secret Meet With Obama At US Military Stronghold In Hawaii" She explains that "Top US Generals have ‘summoned' the presumed future American President Barrack Obama to an ‘urgent' meeting at the their strongest Military stronghold located in the Hawaiian Islands, and which is home to more military personal and hardware than any other US State." This is five days after the Chinese military had arrived.

Sorcha Faal, says, "Russian Military Intelligence reports to Prime Minister Putin today are stating that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has joined US Senator Barrack Obama in Hawaii at an emergency conference ordered by America's Top Generals in their effort to avert World War III and the collapse of the United States by the fascist forces within its own government it is currently battling."

"The American anti-fascist forces now headed by Senator Obama also appear to have had their main first condition met that President Ahmadinejad will step aside and not run for another term of office, which he appears to have agreed to".

I don't agree with the report that Obama is "anti-fascist". I would be more willing to believe that he is more easily controlled by the military than John McCain would be. On all of Obama's "issues" he changes direction like a mosquito in a hurricane. He has made his hate of white and brown people publicized in his books and his speeches have shown his distain for people who work for a living.

While these reports may or not be true, it is not a coincidence that both Barrack Obama and President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad used the reason of "illness" to disappear from the world political map, for the same few days.

Thanks to the major media, the one thing we do know about world affairs is that we don't know anything.

Whether WWIII is about to take place or not, whether the American psychos are going to nuke us, whether Barrack Obama is a good man or bad, whether Obama wins or McCain wins, the only thing that will truly restore the United States Constitution and enforce our laws, is for an overwhelming force to come to the United States, root out the traitors and give us our country back. It is too far gone for us as a People to reclaim it.

Barrack Obama is not a mystery. We do know that under the guise of "Change" he wants to totally rearrange American's way of life. He defies our Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land, he defies the will of the People and he defies God's will.

One of his "booboos" was telling reporters that he has campaigned in 57 States. America only has 50 States. But, the Organisation of the Islamic Conference does have 57 States. Either he has Islam on his mind or he doesn't know that America only has 50 States. Would a Harvard trained lawyer not know how many States we have in America?

At the University of Delaware in 1970, a chicken was elected as Homecoming Queen, because her managers never let anyone see her or know her past or her associates, while they promised everything the voters wanted. The only major difference between that Chicken and Obama is the chicken's name was Cynthia.

Most Americans are good people wishing no harm to others. Most go to church on a regular basis. Like all people, we want food, clothing, a roof, friends and family. Most don't covet riches. We just want to spend our lives doing what makes us happy, as long as we can provide for our families.

Our greatest error was in trusting our politicians, on the Federal level and locally. Our politicians are robbing us blind and persecuting us if we complain. They seem to think that holding public office is a license to steal, even from their friends and neighbors. As they rise in office, they become like third world dictators. As they get to the national level, they get drunk with power. They become dictators, passing law after law against their voters, as they spend our money partying and laughing all the way to their offshore accounts. They are genuinely envious of real third worlds dictators. Both George Bush Jr. and Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger have said they would like to be dictators. In the bathroom and in the board room and in the news room, scum sticks together.

One of the things Dictators do when they attempt their takeover of a nation is they cut communications. The first thing to cut is television and radio news programs. It is imperative that the populace not know what or who or where their enemy is or to be able to organize against that enemy.

America has been in a major news blackout for several weeks. All we see or hear on television or radio is "Election 2008". Day and night, all we here is that Obama and McCain are neck and neck. We have no idea what is going on in our government, our economy or the rest of the World. The World is a very busy place right now, but the American public doesn't even know it exists. Ignorance is not bliss.

America was once and can still be a friend and a benefactor to all people on this Earth. Or, we can be the greatest machine of destruction ever conceived by mortal man. We have the power to obliterate entire nations with fire power. We have the ability to destroy the majority of the world's crops. We have the knowledge and the technology to bring deadly diseases to large populations, and we can discriminate as to which populations. We have the political ability and the will to corrupt almost every nation on Earth to the detriment of its citizens. We can manipulate the international drug trade or we can destroy it. We can deny education or we can empower it. We can and will assassinate any leader on Earth who disagrees with our conquest for a New World Order.

But there is always one simple fault that all global megalomaniacs and community bullies have. They never understand that there is always someone out there that is faster, better and more ruthless than they are.

Let us believe that the one who is faster has goodness in his heart for all people on Earth.

History has proven that to be true. If, not, civilization would never have progressed this far. Look around us.............most people live a better life than their parents did and far better than their great-great grand parents did. Civilization progresses, not because of politicians, but in spite of politicians.

We can win this one. These new guys on The New World Order block, the sons and grandsons of the 1930s traitors, don't have the brains or the guts to pull it off. All they will do, if not stopped, is cause massive destruction.

But we need help on this one. And we need to work together, regardless of nationality. We should know soon what all these cross-nationality military meetings are about. Hopefully, they will destroy these international gangsters who hide behind religion and call themselves politicians.

CARACAS, Nov. 2 (Xinhua) -- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said on Sunday there were good chances for the Democratic candidate Barak Obama to win the U.S. presidential elections slated for Tuesday.

"It is not a small thing that an African-American attains the U.S. presidency," Chavez said.

Obama and rival Republican John McCain are in their final campaigning stretch ahead of the coming elections.

On many occasions, Chavez has expressed his disfavor with McCain, but he has adopted a different view on Obama, who was born to a Kenyan father.

"We don't ask him (Obama) to be a revolutionary, but to adapt himself to what is happening, to peace," Chavez said at a ceremony to inaugurate the construction of the Barinas international airport in his hometown of Sabaneta, 520 km southwest of Caracas.

Chavez said that a lifting of the U.S. economic embargo on Cuba and a withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq, could be a good beginning in case Obama wins the elections.

"The United States has everything to be a world power," Chavez said, but it should never infringe on the sovereignty of poor countries.

Thumbs up for Obama in Lebanon's Hizbollah bastions

BINT JBEIL, Lebanon (AFP) - Like other Lebanese-Americans in the Hizbollah bastion of Bint Jbeil, Hussein al-Sayyed speaks fondly of the American way of life and says he plans to cast his vote for Barack Obama.

In July and August 2006 the southern Lebanon town of Bint Jbeil near the border was the scene of ferocious battles between Hizbollah militants and Israeli troops, and it still bears the scars of that deadly 34-day war.

The United States and its regional ally Israel consider Hizbollah to be a terrorist organisation responsible for many attacks on Westerners and Israelis.

"I'll vote for Obama, that's for sure," Sayyed, a Shiite 48-year-old restaurant owner and fan of the late Iranian leader Ayatollah Khomeini, told AFP ahead of Tuesday's US presidential election.

Outgoing US President George W Bush is much resented in Bint Jbeil, where many residents believe that his Republican administration provided Israel with the laser-guided bombs that destroyed much of their town in the 2006 war.

"I am not against America, but I am against the policies of Bush," said Sayyed, who like many of his compatriots emigrated to the United States to escape rampant poverty and outbreaks of violence of the Middle East.

Sayyed worked and lived in New York for three decades. In 2000, when Israel withdrew its forces from south Lebanon after a 22-year occupation, he opened his restaurant and named it "Al Tahrir" - Liberation in Arabic.

"I am nothing without the United States. I could not have built this," said Sayyed, a portrait of Khomeini hanging on his restaurant wall.

Obama-Farrakhan Ties Are Close, Ex-Farrakhan Aide Says

A former top deputy to Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan tells Newsmax that Barack Obama’s ties to the black nationalist movement in Chicago run deep, and that for many years the two men have had “an open line between them” to discuss policy and strategy, either directly or through intermediaries.

“Remember that for years, if you were a politician in Chicago, you had to have some type of relationship with Louis Farrakhan. You had to. If you didn’t, you would be ostracized out of black Chicago,” said Dr. Vibert White Jr., who spent most of his adult life as a member and ultimately top officer of the Nation of Islam.

White broke with the group in 1995 and is now a professor of African-American history at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

White said Obama was “part of the Chicago scene” where Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. and radicals would go to each other’s events and support each other’s causes.

“Even though Chicago is the third-largest city in the country, within the black community, the political and militant nationalist community is very small. So it wouldn’t be uncommon for [Obama and Farrakhan] to show up at events together, or at least be there and communicate with each other,” White told Newsmax.

The Anti-Defamation League has denounced Farrakhan and his Nation of Islam as a “hate group.”

Farrakhan has called Jews “bloodsuckers,” “satanic” and accused them of running the slave trade. He has labeled gays as “degenerates.” In a 2006 speech, the ADL again condemned Farrakhan when he said: “These false Jews promote the filth of Hollywood that is seeding the American people and the people of the world and bringing you down in moral strength. … It's the wicked Jews the false Jews that are promoting lesbianism, homosexuality. It's wicked Jews, false Jews that make it a crime for you to preach the word of God, then they call you homophobic!"

Obama was careful to “denounce” Farrakhan’s comments – but not the man -- during the Democratic primary season earlier this year, but only after Hillary Clinton called him out for benefiting from Farrakhan’s support.

Farrakhan endorsed Obama in a videotaped speech to his followers at Mosque Miryam in Chicago in February. “You are the instruments that God is gonna use to bring about universal change, and that is why Barack has captured the youth,” Farrakhan said.

Once the news media and the Clinton campaign got hold of those comments from Farrakhan, demands mounted from all sides that Obama “renounce” Farrakhan.

But as he has done repeatedly throughout this campaign, Obama was careful to parse his words.

“You know, I have been very clear in my denunciation of Minister Farrakhan's anti-Semitic comments,” he said during one appearance on “Meet the Press.” “I think that they are unacceptable and reprehensible.”

Obama hastened to point out that Farrakhan had been praising him as “an African-American who seems to be bringing the country together. I obviously can't censor him, but it is not support that I sought. And we’re not doing anything, I assure you, formally or informally with Minister Farrakhan.”

But Obama, once again, was less than candid.

In 1995, according to a profile of Obama that appeared in the Chicago Reader newspaper, Obama “took time off from attending campaign coffees to attend October’s Million Man March in Washington, D.C.”

At the time, Obama was running for the Illinois Senate from Chicago’s South Side, a seat he won after getting surrogates to challenge the signatures on nominating petitions for his chief rival, the incumbent Alice Palmer.

The march, which fell far short of attracting the million men it advertised, was organized by Farrakhan and by Obama’s then-pastor, the anti-white black nationalist Wright.

Obama spoke at length with the Chicago Reader upon his return from the Million Man March. “What I saw was a powerful demonstration of an impulse and need for African-American men to come together to recognize each other and affirm our rightful place in the society," he said.

“These are mean, cruel times, exemplified by a ‘lock ’em up, take no prisoners’ mentality that dominates the Republican-led Congress,” Obama said.

“Historically, African-Americans have turned inward and towards black nationalism whenever they have a sense, as we do now, that the mainstream has rebuffed us, and that white Americans couldn't care less about the profound problems African-Americans are facing."

“Black nationalism” is a current of thought and political action in the African-American community that has been championed by the likes of Farrakhan, Wright, Malcolm X, the Black Panthers and Khalid al-Mansour. Obama discussed his attraction to black nationalism at length in his 1995 memoir “Dreams of My Father.”

Obama further parsed his words in a Feb. 25, 2008, presentation to a Jewish community meeting in Cleveland, Ohio, where he insisted that Wright “does not have a close relationship with Louis Farrakhan.”

And yet, just months earlier, Wright’s Trumpet magazine gave Farrakhan its Lifetime Achievement Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. Trumpeter Award, saying that Farrakhan “truly epitomized greatness.”

That award was the fruit of a long and deep relationship between the two men, White told Newsmax. In 1984, Wright accompanied Farrakhan on his much-criticized trip to meet Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, at a time when Gadhafi was considered an enemy of the United States.

Wright also accompanied Farrakhan and Jackson to Syria in 1986, where they successfully negotiated with Syrian strongman for the release of downed American pilot Robert O. Goodman.

Obama’s Speaking Style
In addition to the ideological affinity Obama expressed for the black nationalist movement, White believes that Obama owes much of his success as a public orator to speaking techniques that Farrakhan developed over the years, and exploited for years to great success.

“If you listen to the rhetoric and you take away Obama’s political jargon, you hear a religious tenor to it that is very much Nation of Islam-like. I don’t know if anyone has ever touched on it, but Obama’s speaking style is very Malcolm-like, very Farrakhan-like,” White said.

Any American who has listened to early radio or television interviews of Obama can hear how dramatically Obama’s speaking style has changed since he became a United States senator.

In clips dating from 2001 and even early 2004, Obama speaks haltingly and in long, rambling sentences packed with legalese and dense pseudo-academic rhetoric. But not today.

“As a former minister of the Nation of Islam, I know how they speak,” White told Newsmax. “I don’t know who was training Obama. But that style is not a ministerial style like in the Christian church. It’s a Nation of Islam style.”

White began in the late 1970s as a foot soldier in the Fruit of Islam, the military branch of Farrakhan’s Black Muslim group, then rose to become a minister of the Nation of Islam and a top deputy to Farrakhan himself.

Known initially as Brother Vibert L.X., and later as Minister V.L. Muhammad, he parted ways with Farrakhan not long after the Million Man March, after nearly 25 years within the organization.

White’s 2002 book “Inside the Nation of Islam” prompted death threats by Farrakhan loyalists, so he left Illinois and moved to Florida to teach at the University of Central Florida.

He told Newsmax that Obama’s remarkable speaking style, even his manner of standing at a podium to appear larger than life, is directly copied from Farrakhan.

“If the Nation of Islam can’t do anything else, it can train people how to speak. And nobody can outspeak a Muslim minister,” he said.

Earlier this year, a pro-Clinton blog run by former CIA officer Larry Johnson unearthed a 2004 photograph showing Michelle Obama and Farrakahn’s wife, Mother Khadijah Farrakhan, at an event hosted by Jackson’s Citizenship Education Foundation.

Newsmax queried Obama’s U.S. Senate office, his Chicago office and his campaign press office about his ties to Farrakhan, but did not receive a reply.

Ever since he appeared before the annual policy conference of the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee in June, Obama has attempted to convince the Jewish community that he is pro-Israel.

But his longstanding ties to Farrakhan, Wright and Palestinian activist Rashid Khalidi, among others, have disturbed many Jewish community leaders.

Sen. John McCain publicly chastised The Los Angeles Times on Thursday for not releasing a videotape the newspaper said it possessed of a 2003 dinner for Khalidi, where Obama reportedly accused Israel of carrying out a “genocide” against the Palestinians.
