Camping Survival has LifeStraw 20% off today only, shipped free. Grand total is $16 to your door!
Just use code "LifeStraw1Day" at checkout.
That's a REALLY great price on an already inexpensive price for a LifeStraw!
Ranger Up, which has some cool shirts and other gear, has 20% off everything, 25% off orders over $50, and 30% off orders over $100.
I know this is some pretty expensive gear but, this is probably the best price going out there for the latest in Gen 3 night vision.
TNVC has their PVS-14 with L3 Omni VIII tube starting at $2,850
That's $250 off their already extremely low price on them.
Some deals from DSG:
- Rainier Arms Raptor Ambi Charging Handle - $69
- Magpul MBUS Pro Front and Rear Sights - $125
- Adams Arms Mid-Length Piston Kit w/ Free Voodoo Mid-length 5.56 Barrel - $319
Prices only show up after you log in.
PSA has some great prices on some nice rifle kits.
Here's some pretty good night vision deals.
These are used NV optics that were used by contractors in Afghanistan and Iraq. They're Gen 2/2+ so they aren't the latest and greatest and, they're ATN brand which some people don't care for because of advertising practices. But this is an undeniably inexpensive way to get into the NV game!
I came this >< close to grabbing one of the PVS-7 models!
Here are the optics:
- ATN Night Spirit 2, GEN 2 3x Scope - $399.75
- ATN NVG-7, GEN 2 Dual Eye Relief - $729.95
- ATN NVM-14, CGTI Monocular - $799.95 (NOTE: These do not use typical PVS-14 mounts. They use dovetail mounts like the MUM)
- ATN PS-14, CGT Monocular - $799.95 (Not sure what type of mount these use)
NV is a serious force multiplier! If you haven't tried it before, you don't know what you're missing!
As I'm sure most of you know after my posting in the Firearms area of the board, "Kalashnikov Concern" imports are now banned from import (no word on temporarily or permanently) thanks to Obama Admin sanctions against Russia. This includes Izhevsk Saigas and Molot VEPRs, the most popular of these being the Saiga-12 and VEPR-12 semi-auto shotguns.
Needless to say since this ban was announced, they've been selling like hotcakes.
I just saw that AIM Surplus just got a shipment of the VEPR-12s in, the better regarded of the two shotguns, and will be listing them on their website Monday. Price will be $899.
If you were even remotely on the fence about one of these, I highly recommend biting the bullet and picking one (or more!) up. This could be your last chance.
I can honestly say, you won't regret it. As I posted before I've got a Catamount Fury 12ga that I converted and even with the Fury being mostly custom built by myself, I still prefer the VEPR. It just "feels" better.
I will add that if you do miss out on these VEPRs and end up regretting it later you might be able to satisfy that regret with the Fury 3 that is supposed to be coming in eventually. It is supposed to be very much like the VEPR but, I've not heard anything on when they will ever be available let alone price. Also the build quality, although decent, isn't as polished as the VEPR in my opinion.
Interestingly I'm not seeing a ton of great Labor Day sales with stuff I really want.
Primary Arms has some decent markdowns. Ended up picking up a BCM Gunfighter charging handle and one of their new 4-14x ACSS scopes for my DMR rifle build (the scope wasn't marked down). I ordered the scope a couple days ago and got it today. The glass is extremely clear and the features are numerous for such an inexpensive scope. Normally optics are one area you don't want to pinch pennies but after watching and reading about the extensive R&D and QA that PA put into this scope, I figured if it looked or felt like crap I'd just return it but so far it seems like a really good deal. I guess we'll see how it holds up. My only complaint is that the clicks for windage and elevation could be a little more defined.
One big sale is Uncle Sam's Retail Outlet. They're having 40% off store wide. I picked up a set of magnesium snow shoes (I've always wanted a set but they've been too expensive to justify ) and a couple extra bindings for them.

Some decent prices on some stuff.
I've been remiss in passing along deals recently.
So, here's a new one if you're looking for 5.56 ammo.
http://www.targetsportsusa.com/wolf-...59-p-4316.aspx
This is M193 spec 5.56 made in Taiwan and is reloadable brass. This is good stuff!
If you're looking for an inexpensive .308 AR, now is your chance! Right at Palmetto State Armory.
Add in an extra $100 for a receiver (that's what PSA has them for every now and then).
I've seen some DPMS .308s priced similarly but this is a much better deal. You're getting a stainless 18" barrel and a Nickel-Boron BCG.
You're not going to get LaRue performance out of this but, it is perfectly serviceable for getting into longer range shooting and won't break the bank.
And I just sold 800 rounds of .308

Just an FYI, Walmart has been carrying ZQI brand ammo in 5.56, .308, and 9mm.
The 5.56 sells for $10/30 rounds and the .308 sells for $10/20 rounds. They just recently had it on sale a couple weeks ago for $8/box for both.
It's not match ammo but it is brass cased and decently accurate. Pretty sure it is 145gr as all the ZQI ammo claims to be loaded to "NATO Spec". That's what my Portuguese .308 is.
Camping Survival is currently running one of their Mountain House food sales.
25% off #10 cans and 15% off pouches and buckets until 11/1.
The pouches are good for shorter term storage while the #10 cans are good for many years of storage.

Okay, if you don't have some sort of AR at this point, there's just no excuse. Unless you live in a "No Fun Zone" that is.

$470 shipped
Granted it's 1:9 twist so you're only going to be good up to the 62gr M855 rounds (but between that and 55gr M193, the basics are covered), it needs sights of some sort, and it only has a regular handguard but, this is a fully assembled, basic shooter AR for just $470 to your FFL. They're saying this comes out of the same plant as Troy and Mossberg ARs. Very hard to beat that.
Oh, and if money is an issue, they have 90 day layaway.
You could easily swap out that gas block for a low profile gas block and stick a free float handguard of some sort on there if you were inclined. The buffer tube is a commercial diameter buffer tube so if upgrading the stock, take that into account.
It's a no go in my no fun state, but I'm not in any particular need for an AR but that's a damn good price. That strikes me as a price worth purchasing 4 to put away for later.

I could get them here, but cannot spend freely at this time due to the house sale and so forth.
