BREAKING: Midnight BLM Protests… Minnesota In Total Chaos… Thugs Target Cops

    http://conservativetribune.com/midni...ign=manualpost

Multiple instances of Black Lives Matter protests have erupted across the nation in response to the police involved shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. What began as mostly peaceful protests have, in some cases, deteriorated into complete chaos Saturday evening.

According to Minneapolis’ Star Tribune, protesters have become unruly and shut down I-94 — a major interstate. Multiple reports of injured officers are surfacing on social media. Reports from local news sources say protesters have assaulted police officers with glass bottles, rocks, construction rebar and a variety of debris, resulting in serious injuries.

Police have responded with riot formations, tear gas, “stun grenades” and other forms of crowd control. The situation remains chaotic as the hour grows late.

In Baton Rouge, LA, just blocks away from the site where career criminal Alton Sterling was shot by police for resisting arrest, Baton Rouge police department officers have been forced to deploying rubber bullets and pepper spray to control the crowds, who continue to create havoc in the streets.

Other cities, including Chicago, Ferguson, and San Antonio have reported large BLM protests. Police report a random shooting at San Antonio police headquarters. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, but the suspect is still on the loose.

This has been a violent, tragic weekend for the law enforcement community and all signs indicate a continued assault on American police officers. Even worse, President Obama continues to throw cops under the proverbial bus and is NOWHERE to be found as BLM rioters continue to use violence to further their mission of issuing public verdicts before investigative conclusions are determined.

Scores Arrested in Protests Over Police Shootings in St. Paul, Baton Rouge

Black Lives Matter protests planned across the US 0:21

Scores of protesters were arrested and five cops injured in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Saturday night as demonstrations continued nationwide over police violence against African-Americans.
Around 100 protesters were taken into custody in Saint Paul, police said, while more than 30 people were arrested in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Both cities continue reel after the deaths of two black men at the hands of police last week.

Police said on Twitter that people on an overpass were "throwing objects at officers, dumping liquid on officers" and others were throwing rocks and a construction material called rebar. Police also said a molotov cocktail was thrown at officers.
Police were heard telling the crowd, "leave the interstate now or you'll be subject to a use of force" shortly after 10:30 p.m. Police blamed "aggressors" for throwing objects at officers, and said police were using "marking rounds." Five officers were injured, and two were taken to the hospital. All are expected to be okay.
Authorities used smoke bombs when 200 protesters refused to leave the roadway just after midnight. By 12:45 a.m. Sunday, police said they were clearing debris from the road in order to reopen the highway.

Prominent "Black Lives Matter" activist DeRay McKesson was among those arrested.
Baton Rouge resident Marie Flowers came to the protest with her three children.
Pointing to the crowds along a fence surrounding the police department she said: "To me, this is just a snapshot of north Baton Rouge and how frustrated they are. They are so frustrated with this bull crap."
At one point, she gestured to her 12-year-old son and said they were there to protect men like him. "Black boys are being killed and this is just the culmination of what has been going on for decades," Flowers said.
A reporter for public radio station WNWO was also arrested, the radio station said.

'No Justice, No Peace': Americans Protest In the Streets 2:17

The deaths of Sterling and Castile renewed scrutiny of the use of deadly police force on African-Americans. As a protest was underway in Dallas Thursday, a gunman who said he was upset at white people opened fire on police officers, killing five officers and wounding seven others in what officials described as a targeted attack. The gunman was killed by police.
Hundreds of people also marched in West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale Saturday as part of the Black Lives Matter movement in demonstrations that ended peacefully.
Protesters in Fort Lauderdale chanted "No justice, no peace" and "Hands up, don't shoot." At one point the protest stopped outside a Broward County jail and prisoners banged on windows in support, but the protest was largely calm.
"It's love out here. Everybody is happy and peaceful. It's not something that we are coming to tear another race down," a rally organizer told NBC Miami.

Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke, Jr., reacted to the shootings of police officers in Dallas, calling President Obama the “Cop-Hater-in-Chief” and strongly criticized the president’s comments on polarizing incidents between police officers and minorities.

Appearing on Friday morning’s “Fox & Friends” program on the Fox News Channel, Sheriff Clarke was asked about those who carried out the attack, but quickly turned his focus to the president.
“This is beyond belief for the American law enforcement officer,” he said. “I want to know, have we heard from the Cop-Hater-in-Chief Obama yet on this? Have we heard from Mrs. Bill Clinton who threw up the hashtag Black Lives Matter yesterday? They exploited the situation, two situations. One in Louisiana, one in Minnesota.”

President Obama was in Poland for NATO meetings at the time of the shooting in Dallas, and denounced it as a “vicious, calculated and despicable attack.”

Hillary Clinton issued a statement on Twitter, saying, “I mourn for the officers shot while doing their sacred duty to protect peaceful protesters, for their families & all who serve with them.”

Sheriff Clarke was referring to incidents earlier in the week where Philando Castile of Minneapolis and Alton Sterling of Baton Rouge, La., were shot dead after altercations with police officers. The Black Lives Matter protests in Dallas were in response to those incidents.

The president commented on those incidents, saying, “These are not isolated incidents. They are symptomatic of a broader set of racial disparities that exist in our criminal justice system.”

David A. Clarke Jr., a Democrat, was elected to a 4-year term as the sheriff of Milwaukee County in 2002, and was re-elected in 2006, 2010 and 2014. In those elections he won, respectively, with 74%, 78%, 74%, and 79% of the vote. In April 2016 he was named Law Enforcement Leader of the Year by the Federal Law Enforcement Officer Association Foundation.

Obama Blames "Easy Access To Guns" For Surge In Violence Between Police And Minorities

    by Tyler Durden
    Jul 9, 2016 7:03 PM

Some were wondering how Obama would spin the surge in violence between police and minorities into yet another push for gun control.
We didn't have long to wait.
Speaking in a news conference in Poland, the US president made the claim that contrary to all evidence, "racial relations have improved during his presidency", to wit:

Now, when it comes to crime, generally, I think it's just important to keep in mind that our crime rate today is substantially lower than it was five years ago, 10 years ago, 20 years ago, 30 years ago. Over the last four or five years, during the course of my presidency, violent crime in the United States is the lowest it's been since probably the 1960s, maybe before the early 1960s. There’s been an incredible drop in violent crime.

So that doesn’t lessen, I think, people’s understandable fears if they see a video clip of somebody getting killed. But it is important to keep in perspective that in places like New York, or Los Angeles, or Dallas, you’ve seen huge drops in the murder rates. And that's a testimony to smarter policing, and there are a range of other factors that have contributed to that.
Reading from a teleprompter, Obama said he's tried to get all Americans to listen to each other on matters of race, and added that he believes his voice has "been true in speaking about these issues." Oddly enough it would appear that all Americans have not listened. What he didn't say is that under his divisive, race/class/ethnicity-baiting presidency, whether due to his social politics or his disastrous economic agenda which has let the Fed's market boosting, monetary policy as the only game in town, and led to record wealth redistribution that has transferred trillions from the future to the richest 0.01% now (one look at a chart of the $19.3 trillion in US debt should be sufficient evidence) gun sales under Obama have been absolutely unprecedented, as even the NYT has shown:

As we reported two weeks ago, under Obama, background checks for guns reached 141.4 million through the end of May, amounting to sales of about 52,600 a day, according to the FBI... And 2016 is on pace to surpass last year’s record.
But ignore all that. Instead, Obama pledged on Saturday to seek ways to calm racial tensions and reduce divisions between police and minorities during his final months in office, but he warned that easy access to guns nationwide exacerbated the problem. "The proliferation of guns among the U.S. citizenry contributes to lethal encounters between minorities and police, heightening the danger law enforcement officers face in even routine interactions with the public," Obama said.
Odd: no comments about "Obama's city", Chicago, where "only" 10 people being shot on any given weekend is considered a victory. The same Chicago which has ultra strict gun laws, that is.
Just like Hillary Clinton, Obama also blamed YouTube clips:

"with respect to, finally, the issue of police shootings, there’s no doubt that the visual records that we're seeing have elevated people’s consciousness about this. And the fact that we're aware of it may increase some anxiety right now, and hurt and anger. But it's been said, sunshine is the best disinfectant. By seeing it, by people feeling a sense of urgency about it, by the larger American community realizing that, gosh, maybe this is a problem -- and we've seen even some very conservative commentators begin to acknowledge this is something maybe we need to work on -- that promises the possibility of actually getting it done. So, it hurts, but if we don’t diagnose this we can’t fix it. "
It hurts even more if the president makes a disastrously wrong diagnosis of what is causing it - a diagnosis that conveiently ignores Obama's own contribution to this soaring social violence.
As Reuters adds, Obama spoke at the end of a week in which five policemen were killed by a sniper in Dallas and two black men were killed by police in Minnesota and Louisiana. He said he would bring together civil rights and law enforcement leaders for talks at the White House next week after returning from a trip to Europe.
Continuing his push to pivot from last week's events to another push for more gun control, Obama said that “part of what’s creating tensions between communities and the police is the fact that our police have a really difficult time in communities where they know guns are everywhere,” Obama said adding that “If you care about the safety of our police officers, then you can’t set aside the gun issue and pretend that’s irrelevant."
Like in Obama's native and very strictly gun-controlled Chicago, for example?
    * * *
Ok fine, lots of guns, we get it. But is that the disease or the symptom of something far more rotten inside US society?
Not according to the president, who said that the violence isn’t a sign of deeper divisions in the U.S. “America is not as divided as some have suggested.”
So there you have it: guns kill people, not tens of millions of desperate, unemployed people who increasingly have nothing to live for
Obama's comments came one day after Donald Trump said that “racial divisions have gotten worse, not better” during Obama’s eight years in office. “Too many headlines flash across our screens every day about the rising crime and rising death tolls in our cities,” Trump said in a video message.
Sticking to his only strong suit, rhetoric written by others, Obama preached unity in the face of rising anger sparked by the killings of black men at the hands of police in Louisiana and Minnesota, and a massacre of five law enforcement officers in Dallas one day later: a combustible escalation from which there is no way out, and certainly which empty words will do nothing to resolve.
“Americans of all races and all backgrounds are rightly outraged by the inexcusable attacks on police, whether it’s in Dallas or anyplace else,” Obama said. “We cannot let the actions of a few define all of us,” he said, calling the shooter in Dallas a “demented individual” without using his name.
Obama said that it was “very hard to untangle the motives” of Dallas shooter Micah Johnson, a 25-year-old military veteran who told a police negotiator he was upset by police killings of black men, including those in the past week.
Actually no, Johnson's motives were quite clear - he told police he wanted to kill white people and especially white police officers, even though the police officer who killed Philando Castile, Jeronimo Yanez, was hispanic. Johnson was then quickly killed by a bomb delivered by drone.
Obama noted that protests against the police in many cities over the killings of Alton Sterling in Louisiana and Philando Castile in Minnesota have been “almost uniformly peaceful” and that “you’ve seen, uniformly, police handling those protests with professionalism.”
Indeed, if one sticks their head in the sand and ignores the numerous and rapidly rising incidents across the country where either cops of blacks were shot in just the past 24 hours, then Obama is correct.
Perhaps the most troubling part of Obama's message was the following: “You’re not seeing riots and you’re not seeing police go after” peaceful protesters, he said, drawing a contrast with civil unrest of the 1960s. All else equal, we would expect the number of riots to surge.
    * * *
After delivering this speech, Obama cut his foreign trip short and elected to return to Washington on Sunday night after visiting Spain. He will visit Dallas early next week, with the goal of bridging divisions between police and minority communities, the White House said.

    BLM is Obama's KKK

Just like Southern Democrats of the past with their charming smiles and warm handshakes that disguised their use of the Ku Klux Klan to handle the dirty work of keeping blacks down and intimidated so that they could not exercise their Constitutional rights of political discourse, President Barack Obama has begun to use the Black Lives Matter organization to the same purpose.

In front of the cameras, Barack Obama speaks of despicable acts of hatred, while his Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, encourages those responsible for the murder of Dallas policemen that she has their back, to take comfort that no harm will come to the terrorist organization known as Black Lives Matter.

In the past, racism demonstrated by blacks was shrugged off as a somehow healthy expression of long-held oppression. While there is no dispute that oppression happened and that blacks had been treated in inhuman ways in the past, the argument was always that there was no possibility of black racism due to the lack of power in the black community, but that has changed. There has been a black president, a black Attorney General, a black Supreme Court justice, numerous black professors, news reporters, TV hosts and sports figures for a long time. The idea that blacks cannot prosecute their racism into oppression and discrimination is no longer true.

Micah X. Johnson changed all of that when he demonstrated that his racism left to fester and grow with the understanding that it was acceptable for blacks to be racists, but not whites and that murder of police officers was encouraged by the Black Lives Matter organization, he took action against police, something BLM has called for many times in public, openly and without censure by the Obama Administration. In fact, Barack Obama welcomed members of this terrorist organization and complimented them on their actions in Ferguson and Baltimore, all of which lead to the destruction of property and injury to others.

It has long been known that Barack Obama has no interest in racial harmony and that he has openly fomented the increased racial divisions in this nation. Why? Because Barack Obama is and always has tried to prove his dedication to the "cause." As a Hawaiian born of a Kenyan and a girl from Kansas, both black and white, he has not, for all the time spent in Chicago, ever been able to prove to other blacks that he was "down for the struggle" but in supporting, aiding and abetting Black Lives Matter, he has been able to put that notch in his pistol.

I am not making an accusation here, nothing written above is in dispute, it is fact. It is a demonstrated strategy, but not even so much as his legacy or his stature as a president, but rather the community organizing that Barack Obama plans as an exit strategy to the White House. (and, this is speculation on my part) that he intends to lead the Black Lives Matter organization or something like it, to take racial hatred to a new level, much beyond anything Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton or even Louis Farrakhan have ever been able to establish. With his status as a former president, he will be in a position to call action of the UN against the United States.

Obama's weak denunciation of the shooter in Dallas speaks volumes as to the fact that he encourages this sort of behavior among the black population. Any other president would have sworn to get to the bottom of Johnson's connections to the Black Lives Matter organization. But, he didn't do that and his AG went out to reassure that no pressure would be applied to Black Lives Matter in order to determine the openly avowed connections. This is direct aid and comfort and an impeachable offense.

Imagine for a moment if it had been a white shooter with connections to a Tea Party or Patriot group. To see the level of racism in the president, one might only imagine his rhetoric had that been the case. It also demonstrates that Black Lives Matter functions as the KKK had in the past, as a militant and active organization acting on racial lines for powerful political figures.

Five stages of Urban Guerrilla Warfare - 2016 Edition: A Two Front Assault on America

In light of the recent Black Lives Matter turmoil, a repost seems appropriate.

    Originally published June 21, 2016.

PZ Comments: The history of urban guerrilla conflict informs understanding of contemporary American political discourse and protest, which is exclusively done in urban areas as seen on your nightly news. Our founder and intrepid staff writer/researcher YTZ unearthed a RAND report by terrorism and security expert Brian Michael Jenkins from the dusty recesses of 1971 to highlight elements of this dynamic.

To refresh your memory or to give context to those younger, in 1971 gas cost 40 cents a gallon, postage was 8 cents per stamp, the NASDAQ appeared and fresh turkey was 43 cents a pound.

Vietnam was winding down, Apollo 14 made the 3rd moon landing, Nixon was President, the Weather Underground led by Bill Ayers (of Obama buddy fame) bombs the U.S. Capitol Building and the legal decision Swann v. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education establishes the failed federally mandated public policy of “busing”.

Link to Jenkins' Full 1971 Rand Report (pdf)

Into this volatile domestic political mix, Americans experienced riots, mass protests, the publishing of “The Pentagon Papers” and numerous signs that the American age was changing direction under the leadership of Richard Nixon. Interestingly, the reclusive RAND think tank issued this paper into that environment. Tellingly, it elucidated upon the failures of the Maoist rural rebellions and shone a light upon the emerging focus of guerrillas into the cities.

What was forecast back then has become solid reality today – the Islamist massacres in Paris and Orlando, 2016 Marxist political mob riots in San Jose and Chicago and the urban core violence perpetrated by ethno-militias acting as the armed wing of the Progressives who now control the Democratic Party.

Watch: Ferguson 2014: Stepfather of deceased Michael Brown exhorts the mob to "burn this bitch down"

The upcoming convention of Republicans in Cleveland this summer likely will show this phenomenon in 1080i HD to a rapt audience. That the forces for such can assemble, perform actions on the objective and disperse with full media coverage should indicate to all but the densest that it is a coordinated, well funded effort at political intimidation.

What characteristics do modern American political/guerrilla entities exhibit? How will you know them to recognize what is happening? YTZ has distilled the source document in her inimitable fashion to its essence, a politico-military bullion cube for some strong thought on your part. Let it steep and infuse your mind with the flavor of the times. Without further delay, for your review and consideration, here is YTZ's summation and contemporary spin on Jenkin's hypothesis:

YTZ notes: I had found an old RAND report that according the footnotes

"this paper was written originally for presentation to the working group on Military Operations in Urban Areas of the Military Operations Research Symposium at the Naval Postgrad school, Monterey, California, November 17th, 1970. Subsequently it was requested for use in course work by the United States Army Institute for Military Assistance, Fort Bragg, North Carolina".

It has been my observation for quite some time now that we are under attack by an urban guerilla insurgency and that it is a two front war - the first is by Collectivists of the Progressive/Fabian flavor who seek to destroy the foundations of private property, free markets and individual liberty to impose their marxist utopia, headed by elite technocrats who know how to make the "best" decisions for everyone enforced in a unilateral, top-down manner. The pointy tip of the spear for this front is Black Lives Matter and Social Justice Warriors. The second front is an attack by Totalarian forces, who seek to weaken/threaten/intimidate the West to bring it under the umbrella of the worldwide Caliphate they are seeking to build. The shock troops for this front are Islamic jihadists and refugees funded by the Saudis and exported worldwide. The two groups for the moment are allies for the moment as a free and open West is their common enemy. Jenkins' paper lays out a foundation for action that both Progressives and Islamists within the West, and in particular, the US, are exploiting and "community organizing" around.

    Stage 1: Violent Propaganda Stage

Publicity for the guerrillas is the key objective of the first stage.

“The World is watching”. Consider that almost all guerrilla operations are really “armed propaganda” for mass consumption to convince a population to accept the "new consensus". Public relations "experts" and their handmaidens in the media craft a "narrative" that they relentlessly project through all channels of mass media. As a contemporary update, look at the "narrative" myth created by Ryan Julison that Trayvon Martin was an innocent, unarmed child ruthlessly gunned down by a white vigilante and to this day has resonance as "truth" in many communities. Everyone has a personal electronic device at this point and any event can make it onto the “news”.

Targets are chosen for maximum propaganda effect. Most are symbolic of perceived "economic exploitation" or "oppression" (World Trade Center in '93 and on 9/11) and some meet other objectives for funding, resources, etc. In Latin America, several guerilla groups conducted bank robberies to fund their activities until they co-opted university students and gained access to student funds that were redirected to the "cause". Compare and contrast this with the recent Black Lives Matter occupation of university campuses, and their ever-escalating demands, usually centered around funding of "black only" faculty, support staff and "scholarships".

Breitbart: 25 Nutty Demands from Black Lives Matter

"We demand several black financial advisors whose sole purpose is to find and distribute scholarships and financial aid to and for black students specifically"

I would post that the Black Grievance Industry is well past this checkpoint.

I would further postulate that the Saudi financed Islamic hijra movement has reached this milestone as well, with the high resale propaganda value of the 9-11 attacks, as well as the Ft Hood massacre and other attacks on US soil designed to signal their presence and intent to "fundamentally transform" America and fold it into the arms of the worldwide caliphate they are attempting to build.

    Stage 2: Organizational Growth Stage

Propaganda and delegitimization of the government or culture remains a key priority. The “Government” has taken it on as a mission to auto-delegitimize under the guidance of radicals, leftists and fellow travellers deeply embedded in the infrastructure of the current Regime and each day brings a fresh outrage to average citizens at a criminal and corrupt Administration that is out of control, out of touch and untethered to any chains that may have tied it to the precepts of the Constitution. "Sanctuary cities" are another example of Fabian propaganda and delegitimization at work.

Misdirection and forcing of resource allocation. Section 8 and the new HUD/DOJ diktats mandated "disadvantaged" groups be resettled into successful, stable majority white communities is one modern disruptor that is a 2016 spin on an old doctrine. Another contemporary example is the “1.9 Billon for Zika” and "Green Jobs" funding (Solyndra et al) ... pray tell, to do what with? Any emotionally tugging news story that is answered by vague Federal and State programs that cost Billions, with no elucidated realistic plan of action and milestones is, to put it bluntly, a mass extortion and graft scheme that enables selected groups and individuals to launder vast sums in a massive wealth redistribution scheme and further fund the American downfall.

Make conditions intolerable in order to precipitate a coup by disaffected elements within the government. The purging of white, Christian heteronormative male career military especially within the intelligence and operations/combat arms elements and their replacement with ideologically pure “affirmative action” but not necessarily competent selections echoes the strategies of Leftist Latin American guerrillas. As an example of how the existing organizational structure of the military is exploited to conduct the actual takedown of the existing structure, Jenkins outlines in 1944 young Army officers worked directly with student groups to coordinate street demonstrations, sit-ins and occupation of radio stations and other key targets as a joint covert operation to overthrow the government by the military. The emplacement of loyal unquestioning partisans within the structure of the military, and specifically, intelligence and operations communities, is not by accident. Remember, unlike Latin guerillas, modern Fabians advance their agenda incrementally and with great patience. There is a reason the "turtle" is the unofficial symbol of the Fabian socialist ideology.

Violence is also deployed as a means of coercing the government (or culture) into refraining from or emplacing policies and procedures, such as gun control, banning conceal carry rights, ending "Stop and Frisk" street searches, etc. Contemporary examples in Ferguson, Baltimore and other vibrant locales illustrate this exact point. The most recent example is the complaint of a co-worker of jihadist Omar Mateen that although complaints about him were lodged with HR, the company did nothing "because he was muslim". The rush to (over)charge in recent political trials (George Zimmerman, Baltimore PD) is deliberate in order to provoke riots, inflame already aggrieved minority communities and to disrupt the normal judicial process as well as delegitimize it. Heavy handed DOJ "civil rights investigations" compel local police departments to sign "Consent Decrees" making equal application of statutes untenable. The end to New York City's successful "Stop and Frisk" policy has caused gun violence to soar in the city.

In this stage, to grow the organization, the guerrillas need access to money and weapons. This is interesting, as American small arms sales have increased year on year since Obama ascended into office. America is now flooded with arms, some of which are redirected by the Obama regime to arm their proxies (Mexican drug trafficking organizations, Islamic terrorists and urban thugs. See example of Fast and Furious BATFE arms smuggling and trafficking operation).

This also explains the new emphasis on occupying university campuses with demands for funding for "blacktivist" services and students, which will be used as a giant slushfund for street operations of the wider campaign. The fact that student activity fees are mandatory and generated mainly from "white, privileged" students makes the confiscation and redirection even sweeter in the eyes of the guerillas - an updated racial Robin Hood scenario.

In my view, the Black Grievance Industry has passed these milestones successfully.

Reports that the Islamists have been smuggling and stashing weapons into both Europe and the US should give any rational person pause, once it is placed into the bigger picture/timeline. Mosques are used as indoctrination centers, weapons caches, logistics nodes and sources of funding for operations. They also insert agents into front line positions at airports for intelligence gathering.

    Stage Three: The Guerrilla Offensive

Real, rather than symbolic targets become the objective. When Police Departments and other “control” points such as National Guard Armories start getting attacked, you know that you are in this phase. This has already happened in Ferguson, Missouri in a limited fashion.

Armed assaults grow in frequency and intensity. Note the demographics of who is assaulting whom and that the absence of racial category information in mainstream news indicates that the perpetrators are not of a group that helps the progressive cause or advances the narrative. This is so common in the current year that it almost does not bear mentioning. That armed attacks happen notably in very restrictive zones for firearms hints that the real purpose of “gun free zones” and restrictive firearms legislation is paradoxically TO PROVIDE UNARMED VICTIMS that will drive fascist control efforts.

*Update: As we were finishing this up to post, an Islamic jihadist attacked a prominent and popular "gun free zone" gay nightclub in Orlando, FL. The Mayor was quick to declare a "state of emergency" which fits with the template to force the state into over reaction and creation of discomfort for the innocent residents of the area attacked.

Read: 50 Dead in Orlando, State of Emergency Declared

Police and other security forces withdraw into garrisons, allowing the guerrillas to control the streets and begin to construct a shadow government-in-waiting.

Controlling the narrative and communicating the guerrillas' long term aims to the masses becomes the main focus of propaganda. This happens DAILY in contemporary America by a fawning, collaborationist press.
50 people are reported killed in the #PulseNightclub attack, making it the deadliest gun violence incident in US history.

    — Newsweek (@Newsweek) June 12, 2016

Arms are stashed in anticipation of an armed uprising. Complementary to the guerillas' actions, middle class America is arming itself at a rate that boggles the uninformed mind but is perfectly logical in light of decades of progressive programs to dispose and disenfranchise them - a not irrational reaction to the insane policy choices made by our current radical Marxist, Islamic leadership. To paraphrase Bill Ayers, you don't need a weather forecast to tell which way the wind is blowing.

Stage Four: Mobilization of the Masses

Provoking repression becomes a key objective in order to generate mass support and momentum. This is also part of the aforementioned auto-delegitimization.

They must force the government (or culture) to act as oppressor to convince others of the righteousness of their cause and that the government is no longer an ally but an enemy. This is the forcing of a Fort Sumter moment upon the people, who will be strongly encouraged to grant moral superiority to the guerrilla cause and all its minions. Think on this point with every “police brutality” incident or “dindu nuffins gets shot in da hood” news item.

The judicial system is a core target. If documents can be destroyed, witnesses intimidated, evidence tampered with etc then the government is forced into extraordinary measures to carry out justice, giving rise to claims of repression, corruption, illegitimacy etc. Also consider the role of racial Balkanization within the Judiciary, particularly relevant to the current Judge Curiel/Donald Trump brouhaha. With radicalized, activist judges embedded within the structure, biased judgments to achieve political ends are ever more common.

Continued violence directed at police to induce them to become “trigger happy” allow the guerrillas to claim that the police unilaterally brutalize the population without cause and goad the government into punitive measures such as curfews, which inflame the larger resident populations inconvenienced by such decisions. In Obamerica this has resulted in a rising toll of Police duty deaths as urban enclaves and whole cities relaxed any policy of policing deemed “racist” by the political charlatans that activate the guerrilla forces and other radical agitators.

The guerrillas may launch waves of terror against their opposition and pin it on the governments internal security forces. This is a standard operating procedure in the Third World and is called a “false flag”. It also happens among allies and Western nation states. One need look no further than the “Years of Lead” in Italy perpetrated by Operation GLADIO operatives, and one may even suspect it in the FLQ Crisis (kidnap/murder of Pierre LaPorte).

General strikes are called so that unoccupied workers may be converted into street fighters. Long term deliberate and systemic unemployment achieves the same ends. Consider that America's labor involvement of working age people shows 100 Million or so people who could work as out of the labor force, supplying a vast manpower pool as the guerrilla forces will require. A simple look at official vs actual unemployment illustrates the point that Americans are now the primary psychological operations target of their own “government”. Idle hands are the Devil's plaything.

Riots occur with increasing frequency as a means of misdirection and to provide cover for the guerrillas so that they can carry out other operations, such as assassinations and armed assaults. The goal of riots is also to provoke the government into over reaction and taking heavy handed measures that affect the population at large, triggering discontent and anger. Paid agitators are deployed, and barricades are constructed so that the guerrilla forces can direct the mob and deny the government easy access to their own lines of supply. This template was carried out during the ongoing “Ferguson” manufactured unrest. Ponder when “riot” came to be something you were no longer surprised by. Note the year of your observation.

Widespread riots quickly wear out the police, allowing the guerrillas greater freedom of action and movement. The police may even be driven out of entire areas of the city, ceding control to the guerrillas. The better organized guerrillas will move among the mob, further inflaming them and directing them to specific targets. Rioting is by nature "directionless" and requires intervention by guerrilla forces to keep them motivated and on target. That professional agitators are at work in contemporary riots is undeniable. Local governments act as professional agitators in their own communities for personal political aggrandizement at no cost to themselves- witness the shameful display of civic leaders in Baltimore in the wake of the Freddy Gray riots. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and her “space to destroy” ideology doomed the city.

Even more recently, there was the shameful coordination of the Mayor of San Jose and the police forces to redirect Trump rally goers INTO the center of the mob.

Stage Five: Full on Armed Urban Uprising

The masses are armed. The guerrillas are in control of the media to give directions to dissidents, and in control of the Narrative. The guerrillas occupy or destroy key government facilities. The objective is take over of the government, with a shadow government already staffed and in place.

Note before the final stage - full armed uprising and overthrow - that the shadow government already is in place. Let that sink in. The unhelpful bureaucrat at the DMV, the guidance counselor in your child's school, the Human Resources director at your firm. As the last vestiges of civilization retire or are forced to resign, those sympathetic to the guerillas will be free to overtly engage in what they up until recently had to accomplish on the down-low.

Hacked messages of #BlackLivesMatter leader reveal Obama admin’s plan for ‘summer of chaos’ and martial law

Posted on July 5, 2016 by Dr. Eowyn | 95 Comments
U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch is coordinating with Democratic activists to so disrupt the upcoming Republican and Democratic National Conventions that martial law will be declared.
That’s the stunning discovery revealed in a series of direct messages between three activists.
On Friday, June 10, 2016, someone hacked into the Twitter account of #BlackLivesMatter (BLM) leader and former Baltimore mayoral candidate DeRay McKesson. McKesson later confirmed the hack to The Baltimore Sun.
On June 11, 2016, a Twitterer who calls himself The Saint (@TheSaintNegro) tweeted a direct-message conversation on June 10 between KcKesson and another BLM leader Johnetta Elzie (Netta), in which the two discussed talking with Attorney General Loretta Lynch about plans to bring on martial law by causing chaos at the upcoming Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, PA, so as to keep Obama in office.
Here’s the conversation over the course of several days between black activists DeRay McKesson (DM) and Johnetta Elzie (JE), and between McKesson and a “white ally” named Sam (S):
JE: “Have you spoken with Mrs. Lynch [Attorney General Loretta Lynch] recently about the plan for the summer and fall leading up to the elections.”
DM: “We spoke two weeks and they want us to start really pushing how racist Trump is now instead of waiting so the others can start getting the protesters ready to shut both conventions down.”
DM: “If we can get both conventions shut down for messing over Bernie and for having racist Trump, then get martial law declared so Obama can stay in office we will win. Call you soon when I get to my dads so I can use his landline and we can talk more on this.”
DM: “We have to make sure that we use our voices to keep people disrupting Trump all summer and through the fall so martial law can be declared….”
S: “I wanted to touch base with you about the summer of chaos. So far we have over 2,000 people bused in from different cities and another 6,000 to 8,000 expected to drive into Cleveland for the Convention.”
S: “They will not be ready for the crowds we are bringing and they will blame Trump for it, especially if we shut it down. The GOP will have to replace him at that point or we will continue the disruptions nationwide.”
DM: “I will pass the info along. Good work, Sam. You never let us down. It’s so important we stop Trump. He can not be president. He will destroy everything we worked so hard for and we can’t trust….”
DM: “…today and he [Sam?] confirmed that there will be around 10,000 protesters disrupting the [Republican] convention. Plans are being made for other cities as well for upcoming Trump events. Ads have already been placed looking for people to help. I know you don’t care for them [white people] but this is the time we need our white allies doing a lot of the work for us. They are the ones who listen the best.”
JE: “That will put fear into the GOP and the country when they can’t have their convention for all their racist supporting Trump. We’ve worked too hard and closely with the Obama administration to have that racist ass take it all away and Hillary…. You know I can’t stand those white allies, but yo right this is the best to use them. They hang on every word you say and will do whatever is asked. I just hate all that kiss ass they try to do. Like that changes who they are.”
DM: “We have a lot of white allies volunteering for Trump’s campaign to pass along information to us before it’s made public so we know when rallies are coming up before they are announced. That way we can plan major disruptions in those cities in advance. We just have to keep our names out of this and let these [white] people do the work for us by pushing how Trump’s racist ways will destroy….”
JE: “That’s all those white people are good for in my eyes. I couldn’t imagine even pretending to like that racist ass Trump even to get info on his events. I’ll be glad when we shut his ass down.”
DM: “With the support we have from Mrs. Lynch and the help we’ve got from Sam and others it won’t be hard to cause enough….”
Here are screenshots of The Saint‘s series of tweets:
The authorities seem to be taking seriously the plan to disrupt the RNC. As reported by Alice Speri for The Intercept, June 23, 2016, local police and federal agents from the FBI, DHS, and Secret Service are knocking on the doors of activists and community organizers in Cleveland asking about their plans for the Republican National Convention that will begin on July 18.
On June 29, 2016, Deray McKesson sort of confirmed the plan when he went public with warnings about “possible” protests at the DNC and RNC, as reported by USA Today.
In fact, a recent survey showed that as many as 67% of Democrats want Obama for a third term.

    The Rule Of Law

    By Karl Denninger

    Seriously folks?
You don’t understand why The Ticker has faded to black?

    REALLY?

Let me start with this: Why do drug dealers shoot each other on street corners?

Answer: Joe the drug dealer cannot call the cops and tell them that Jack the drug dealer ripped him off and sold him a bag of oregano instead of weed. Joe also can’t sue Jack. Thus, when the threshold of his tolerance is crossed Joe has only the use of direct force available to him because he has no recourse to the law to settle his dispute with Jack.

The FIRST foundation of civil society is The Rule of Law. Without it there is literally nothing other than the Law of the Jungle, commonly known as “he who has the biggest teeth (or the most guns) and is willing to use them first wins.”

Let me remind you that Han Solo, who is widely regarded through the Star Wars series as a hero, shot first at Mos Eisley. George Lucas edited that in the second release of the film (and later had to put it back after fan outrage) but it is a fact that Han shot first in the original theatrical release. Why did Han shoot first and kill Greedo? Because he knew there was no Rule of Law and he had no recourse to the law, which incidentally was later proved to be an exactly correct expectation when he was made an ornament in Jabba’s castle.

Now I want you to stop reading, go get an adult beverage or a cup of coffee, and think long and hard before you continue reading about the above.

    Why?

BECAUSE THE ABOVE IS THE ISSUE THAT, IF WE FAIL TO ADDRESS IT IN THE PRESENT TENSE, RUNS THE RISK OF RESULTING IN AN IRREVOCABLE SERIES OF EVENTS IN THIS COUNTRY UP TO AND INCLUDING POSSIBLE CIVIL WAR.

Did you go get your drink, consume it, and think?

Good — you may now continue.

This site was founded back in the early part of the financial crisis, spring of 2007 to be exact, because the Rule of Law was being blatantly disregarded — specifically, with regard to “Prompt Corrective Action” and banks that were paying out dividends with fictitious earnings.

Did anyone go to prison for doing that? No.

Did anyone go to prison for selling “good investments” to clients that they described in their own internal emails and on recorded internal conference calls as “vomit” and “dog squeeze”? NO.

Did anyone go to prison for claiming to Congress (and all testimony to Congress is under oath) that they were “adding liquidity” to the system during the meltdown when I found, in public records, that in fact over $60 billion was pulled from the system into the maw of Lehman’s collapse? That facially appears to be perjury, incidentally. The answer is again NO.

How many hundreds of thousands of Americans lost jobs and homes as a direct result of this? How many lives were ruined? Now ask this: How many people were made whole on the damage they suffered as a result of these acts, all of which were facial violations of the law?

    NONE.

It is broadly illegal to price-fix via any mechanism where market power exists. So says 15 United States Code, Chapter 1. Go read it. Virtually the entire US Medical System operates on business models that are facially in violation of that section of law. The latest outrage is an off-patent device called an “Epipen” used for severe allergic reactions; if you need one and don’t have it you have a very good chance of dying. They cost about $60 10 years ago, and are about $100 today anywhere else in the world. Except here in the United States — where they’re $400, and if you get on a plane, buy a bunch and bring them back to sell (to make a profit and undercut the price) you go to prison. The exact same sort of price-fixing with the direct support of the US government and FDA is present in virtually every area of medical practice — from drugs to devices to hospitals. All of this facially appears to be illegal; were I to even have had a discussionwith a competitor on fixing pricing when I ran my Internet company that would have been a federal offense.

How many people are dead — broke — or both as a direct result of these practices? There is an entire industry that accounts for nearly one dollar in five spent on all items in our economy and it has multiplied its share of spending by a factor of roughly six through the use of these tactics. You, I and everyone else in the country are being overcharged by a factor of five times as a result,it’s destroying the Federal budget and has or will destroy state and local budgets also. You can’t run a car repair shop without quoting prices before you start turning wrenches and yet it is essentially impossible to get a price, nor to bind the hospital to any figure they give you, for a procedure before it is done.

What did you see this last week with James Comey? The head of the FBI stood at the podium and described, facially, a felony violation of the law, which I remind you does not require intent, and then said “no prosecutor would bring the case.” Then, one business day later, he sat in Congress and described knowing that a second felony violation of the law, perjury, had taken place and yet he insisted that he needed a “referral” to “investigate” it.

Folks, if you were being interviewed because the cops thought you robbed a bank and on your kitchen table was a bale of marijuana do you think they’d need a “referral” to bust you for the weed? You know damn well the handcuffs would be on you in seconds, so why weren’t they on Hillary?

Next, if there was no intent as Comey claimed he could not find why did she lie repeatedly, both to the public and Congress, about the presence of classified information on her server? You don’t lie about something you aren’t trying to hide and you don’t hide something that doesn’t incriminate you! Prosecutors argue this every single day before juries and get thousands of convictions every year on exactly that basis — the accused lied about something they did and that lie is evidence that they knew what they were doing was wrong as that’s the only reason to lie about it!

Another section of the same law attaches liability to anyone who is involved in these acts and fails to report them. That facially involves Bill and Chelsea Clinton as well as Hillary’s entire senior staff! This issue is, again, not just limited to Hillary’s conduct. As persons with security clearances (with the possible exception of Chelsea) they all were aware of the law and their positive obligation to immediately report any breach of security of classified information, and failure to do so is a criminal offense.

Finally, contrary to Comey’s assertions (which were also a lie, and since they were made to Congress were also Perjury, a felony violation of the law) there indeed are people who not only have been but are being prosecuted for quite-similar violations of the law with regard to classified data. Specifically there are service members who have been arrested, not just demoted or had their security clearances revoked, for putting classified information on unauthorized devices. One, Kristian Saucier, faces 20 years in prison; there is no apparent public evidence that this individual ever allowed anyone outside of trusted Navy circles to see the images. Comey made the blanket statement that the government does not prosecute people who do not give said information intentionally to our enemies; his statement before Congress was a lie.

If I, as an ordinary person, fire a gun I own every single round that comes out of the barrel until it comes to rest. Even if I am perfectly justified in drawing and firing that weapon if I shoot an innocent person I remain responsible for the round that did not go where I intended it to and the results of same. Now contrast this with the police of any stripe, who may fire indiscriminately, emptying weapons containing dozens of rounds even into targets that are facially wrong such as a pair of women in a truck when they are seeking a man in California, and yet they are never held accountable for the damage those rounds do to either person or property.

How many people are dead in Orlando not as a result of a terrorist but rather due to the rounds fired by police, along with their intentional 3+ hour delay in entering the building? Where are the manslaugher (or felonious assault) charges for the persons who were hit with wildly-sprayed rounds from police weapons during that breach? Why has there been no accounting for those rounds and the persons killed by them? Why is there never any accounting for said rounds fired by the police wildly and with outrageous disregard for innocent persons in the vicinity? You or I would be charged immediately for such a flagrant display of gross negligence, likely with multiple felonies.

If that’s not enough the shooter in Dallas was cornered — “treed” if you will, isolated in a parking garage from which he could not escape. Rather than wait him out and arrest him, then go through this entire pesky “due process” thing including a trial and sentence even though he was not presently shooting at anyone the police instead mounted a bomb on a robot and blew him up. You got that folks? Yeah, he was obviously guilty as hell but if you catch someone having just killed your daughter and he’s cornered in your shed, either out of ammo or choosing not to shoot at that time, you cannot blow the shed up rather than arrest him! Due process of law? What’s that?

You idiots cheered that on too and yet what you just invited the next guy to do is throw a grenade or make damn sure he has a really BIG bomb with him instead of surrendering when cornered! If one person has no right to due process of law THEN NEITHER DOES ANYONE ELSE — including the cops.

Folks, all of what has gone on of late is traceable and chargeable to the destruction of The Rule of Law. The destruction of millions of American’s financial status, their wealth, their freedom, their health and frequently their very lives are destroyed because CERTAIN PEOPLE, namely the rich, politically powerful, those wearing a “blue” costume of some sort or those who happen to run big corporations can and do whatever they wish and are simply not prosecuted for violations of the law that you, I, or anyone else would be and are.

When you back a bear into a corner it will attack you because it perceives that as the only remaining course of action that it has available to it other than death.

We created the conditions under which drug dealers resort to shooting each other because we made the consensual act of trade in and consumption of certain substances a crime, and by doing so denied them any other recourse under the law for disputes among themselves.

They are at fault for shooting at one another but it is our responsibility because we intentionally removed their recourse to the law.

We created the conditions under which millions of Americans, most of whom are not drug dealers, believe they have no recourse to the law through our willful and intentional acts and then we sit still, swill beer and post on Facebook when the fact that ordinary Americans have no recourse to the law as soon as someone rich, powerful or wearing a costume who wants to screw them is shoved in our faces instead of demanding that all of this crap stop. That message – “you have no recourse” -has been driven in day after day as every “important person”, cop or company you care to name pulls some stunt that would result in anyone else facing down an immediate felony indictment and walks away laughing or, equally as bad, collects hugs, donuts and, for corporate executives, million dollar bonuses.

Specifically, and in reference to recent events, it is our refusal to demand that police officers be held accountable for every round they fire just as is any other person.

It is our refusal to demand that those in political power who perjure themselves are prosecuted while if you lie you go to prison for obstruction of justice.

It is our refusal to demand that the cops who claimed they had video footage of an innocent man shooting and plastered same all over the media when they knew they did not be prosecuted for intentionally causing him to be subjected to death threats and have his reputation destroyed while if he had told the slightest untruth to said cops he would have been charged with obstruction, lying to investigators or both. Worse, instead of tendering that demand and sticking to it we bring the cops donuts, pay for their lunches and post all sorts of laudatory crap on social media, cheering on the lies!

It is our refusal to demand that an officer who claims to pull over a car for a broken tail-light when both lights are clearly illuminated on the dashcam video and then shoots said motorist be immediately brought up on murder charges and as prime evidence of his guilt we use his intentionally false statement that he was stopping the car for a broken taillight.

It is our refusal to demand that police officers who steal property under so-called “civil forfeiture” when they have no actual offense they can charge the owner with be prosecuted and imprisoned for grand theft and the entire department so-involved dismantled for Racketeering, exactly as you or I would be if we all got together and held people up at gunpoint claiming that they had committed some crime, stealing everything they owned.

It is our refusal to demand that executives in the medical and pharmaceutical industries face the music for conduct that facially appears to violate hundred-year old anti-trust laws that not only mandate a decade long prison sentence for said executives they come with company-ruining fines big enough on a per-count basis to destroy any corporation that pulls this crap.
It is our refusal to demand that all of the “finance professionals” who sold mathematically impossible schemes in the pension and insurance space to teachers, police officers, firemen and others go to prison and have their firms confiscated for promising that which is impossible.

And it is our refusal to hold accountable all in a given role who are aware of this rank corruption, have taken an oath to uphold the law and have violated that oath by either not doing their job directly or sitting silently while others refuse to do so. It is illegal for a person to be associated with Daesh even if they do not personally commit a terrorist act. Given that fact why can any member of a police force or other government agency, whether federal, state or local, cover up or refuse to investigate blatantly unlawful behavior without everyone involved in same being charged as co-conspirators when the law clearly defines that someone who acts as an accessory before or after the fact is equally liable.

If this issue — the utter destruction of The Rule of Law — is not addressed now there is a very real risk that the spiral of events that has been growing, first slowly and now exponentially, could erupt into literal war within our own nation.

If it does you had better get up and look in the damned mirror because it is the collective inaction and refusal to demand the restoration of the Rule of Law by the American people that has and will lead to this outcome. There is no violent repression — by police or anyone else — that can stop it.

Only restoring the Rule of Law so everyone has equal recourse to the law will stop and reverse what is otherwise inevitable.

It is for this reason that I have decided that for the present I am going to go enjoy whatever time is left in a reasonably-peaceful society here in America instead of writing for your consumption, for I neither believe that this relatively-peaceful state of affairs will persist for long nor do I believe any material number of people will lift a single finger to do anything about it other than whining on so-called “social media.”

Eight years is enough time to see whether or not there is any indication that any material percentage of the public gives a good damn and absent a marked change in the evidence my verdict is in.

Han was not wrong in his assessment of the state of Rule of Law in the Star Wars Universe. We must not, as a society, allow that assessment among people in this nation to continue on the path it is on here in the United States or the outcome will be the same.

What Happens After Cops Start Getting Shot?
    July 9, 2016 | admintam

(TFC Op-Ed) Washington, DC – The airwaves are full of pundits screaming about violence against police officers. These are the same pundits that disregarded the warnings of experts in the field of insurgency when the Ferguson riots broke out and chose to dismiss the rioters as “thugs.” They continued to cheerlead for more police militarization even after the first officers were shot in targeted killings. They are now continuing their efforts to support police militarization. Those of us that warned of this last year, have watched in horror as all of our predictions came true. We are now in the fourth stage of the cycle of insurgency. The fifth stage is open insurrection. It is time for officers to dismiss the pundits on Fox News that have never held a firearm outside of a range and listen to people that know what they are talking about. None of us that have made these warnings did so because these are things we want to happen, we did it in an attempt to stop them from happening. A year after my first article on the subject, every single prediction has come true. Can the pundits on Fox News say that? No, and listening to their rhetoric has caused more cops and innocents to die.

To understand where we are headed, we have to know what has already happened. For a bit of background, review a brief synopsis of the cycle of insurgency from an article written in August of 2014:

    Pamphlets:

Prior to the digital age, pamphlets were the main method of spreading dissent around the world. The pamphlets examined and questioned the authority of the contemporary governments and control systems. In the modern world, pamphlets have been replaced by blogs, memes, social media, and to a smaller degree, adversarial journalists.

    Reactive Protests:

Once the seed of dissent is planted, people take to the streets to voice their opposition to the government. These protests occur after the control systems of the era attempt to diffuse an offending incident.

    Preemptive Rioting:

Preemptive rioting follows a period of reactive protests that go unanswered by the government. The people begin taking to the streets and destroying private and public property as soon as an offending incident takes place, rather than waiting and hoping for the government to police itself.
Military or Law Enforcement backlash and crackdowns:

These riots and small incidents of resistance trigger a government reaction. The control systems of the country tighten their grip on the people and further curtail civil liberties and infringe on people’s rights. The government crackdown fuels the resistance movement as more people tire of government intrusion.

    Widespread rebellion and insurrection:

At some point during the crackdown, an incident occurs that tosses a match into the powder keg of dissent. At this point, open rebellion occurs.

We are now in the Fourth Stage and the media that you falsely believe represents the views of the American people are calling for a harder crackdown. From the same article last year, written before NYPD officers were ambushed while sitting in their car:

“Without serious reform in what’s left of the justice system, the future is not one of officers walking free after killing an unarmed person; it will be one of officers becoming the target of sporadic violence. Despite the propaganda, being a cop in the United States is safer than being a trash collector. That will change, and officers will become targets of opportunity for those that previously sought reform through peaceful means.

“Those in departments that have excused the actions of their officers and made significant peaceful reform impossible, have now set the stage for their officers to be shot while sitting at traffic lights. Only 61% of murders are solved in the United States. Imagine how hard it will be to solve an officer’s murder that is completely random and lacks a direct connection to the shooter. Without a clear motive, there is no place to even start investigating.”

Certainly, departments all over the country will be issuing memos explaining the new security procedures to counter the threat of targeted killings. Some officers may have already received one. Allow me to guess its contents. The memo suggests riding in pairs, only answering a call once back up has arrived, sitting at separate tables when you eat in a restaurant, and performing all actions as a team to provide greater security. I’d be willing to bet that the phrase “safety in numbers” is somewhere in the memo. These tactics will all fail. The attackers will simply upgrade from firearms to pipe bombs. An even worse scenario is that officers do succeed in making themselves too difficult to attack. The insurgents will stop targeting cops and begin targeting their families while the officers are at work. This is what has happened in every insurgency in history.

It is extremely important to note that in all of recorded history, an insurgency that matured through the phases and reached this stage has never been quelled through force. Ever. It may have been delayed, but the insurgency simply went underground until opposition forces relaxed. In some cases it took 800 years to achieve an insurgent victory. Once an insurgency reaches this stage, it wins. It is that simple. See: Irish Republic Army.

At this point, in a form of bizarre just deserts, the only option law enforcement has is the same option it offered to the American people, which prompted this cycle: comply or die.

Certain police departments may believe they are isolated from the violence because of their geographic location. They aren’t. Because of social media, events that historically would have only prompted violence within the immediate vicinity can prompt violence on the other side of the nation. We are so close to an open insurrection in this country that it boggles the mind. If police proceed with a law enforcement crackdown, events could spiral out of control and open insurrection could happen tomorrow.

Some in the media are calling for the arrests of the leaders of Black Lives Matter, Cop Block, and other organizations. This is possibly the worst move law enforcement could make. This gives the cause martyrs. To continue the Irish comparison, after the Easter Rising the British government arrested, interned, and even executed some of the rebellion’s leaders. The names of those men are still recited in songs today, 100 years later. It fanned the flames of rebellion and as Éamon de Valera is said to have remarked while waiting for the British government to decide between executing or imprisoning him, “every one of us they shoot brings ten more to the cause.” Today, with social media, the effects of martyr-based propaganda are even stronger. As a more recent example, ask those associated with the Anonymous collective how much influence people like Jeremy Hammond, Aaron Swartz, and Dennis Collins hold. Two of them are deceased, one sits rotting in a federal prison, and yet they are still massive recruiting tools.

Is this guy really saying to give in to violence? Yes. That is exactly what I am saying. There was an opportunity for a negotiated peace after Ferguson. Law enforcement chose to refuse. Law enforcement chose to dismiss the threat. Law enforcement chose to listen to pundits within the media that were only interested in pandering to their viewers. Now, that time has past. My best advice: immediately decommission the MRAPs, end no-knock raids for non-violent offenders, make certain the suspect is home and that you have the correct house before executing a raid, issue body cameras to all officers, end intrusive electronic surveillance, decommission the drones, and adopt a “do not fire until fired upon” policy. The end result of this scenario will be law enforcement demilitarizing; the only thing left to determine is how many cops and innocents die along the way.

Those in political office do not care about police officers’ lives. The last time the United States came this close to an open insurrection we had a President that understood insurgency. In fact, he understood it so well that he is responsible for the SEAL Teams and Green Berets having the role they have today. He understood that once it reaches a certain point, violent revolution is inevitable. He said:

“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable.”

Of course, this is President John F. Kennedy. The threat of open insurrection was during the Civil Rights movement. The reader may still be under the false narrative that the Civil Rights movement was a nonviolent movement. While Dr. Martin Luther King played an important role in the building the movement that would finally achieve victory, he was most important in the first stage of the cycle. In the end, it was not “I have a dream” that forced the passage of the Civil Rights Act, it was “I have a gun.” The reader can take a detailed timeline of the Civil Rights movement and compare it to the stages listed above. For the sake of brevity, we will jump in at the point where the targeted killings of law enforcement began. John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert, had this conversation:

    Robert Kennedy said

“The Negro Reverend Walker…he said that the Negroes, when dark comes tonight, they’re going to start going after the policemen – headhunting – trying to shoot to kill policemen. He says it’s completely out of hand….you could trigger off a good deal of violence around the country now, with Negroes saying they’ve been abused for all these years and they’re going to follow the ideas of the Black Muslims now…If they feel on the other hand that the federal government is their friend, that it’s intervening for them, that it’s going to work for them, then it will head some of that off. I think that’s the strongest argument for doing something…”

    President Kennedy replied
“First we have to have law and order, so the Negro’s not running all over the city… If the [local Birmingham desegregation] agreement blows up, the other remedy we have under that condition is to send legislation [The Civil Rights Act] up to congress this week as our response…As a means of providing relief we have to have legislation.”

John and Robert avoided an open insurrection by recognizing the signs of insurgency and providing relief. There is no person in political office at the national level that has this foresight today. The changes will have to be made at the local and state levels. The reader may be wondering why this historical tidbit was left out of their high school history book. It really isn’t in the government’s interest to tell citizens that the fastest way to achieve reform is to begin shooting government employees.

Officers and politicians can ignore this article as they have the articles over the last year. If they choose to do so, they should rework their fiscal budget to buy more flags to put on coffins. Those funerals are inevitable without immediate and drastic reform.

Please, post this this article to your local police department’s Facebook page. While many may be cheering the idea of open insurrection, most do not understand the casualties and hardships associated with an insurgency. Since the federal government is unwilling to intercede, it is up to the American citizen to try to stop this from occurring. We have to take responsibility and stop the scenarios laid out above from happening.

Day of Rage Protests Are Scheduled for July 15th in These American Cities

There’s a war in America right now. Black vs. white. Citizen vs. police officer. Race grievances have become an industry, and business is booming.

The rage is boiling over across the nation. First, videos emerged that showed the graphic deaths of two black men at the hands of police, with what appears to be no reason. Protests erupted over these deaths, and then they became violent as one man shot 11 police officers and 2 citizens at a rally in Dallas, Texas, killing 5. That sparked a war on law enforcement officers and a nationwide spree of violence against cops. Some people are even more extreme, declaring open season on white people in general.
But it’s about to get even worse.

The hacktivist group Anonymous is now calling for nationwide Day of Rage protests on Friday, July 15th. The video below promotes the protests.(WARNING: There is some disturbing and graphic violence in this video.)

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEWtsSffvQg

Day of Rage Protests Across America

While I firmly believe that we are being distracted and manipulated so that we stop paying attention to the machinations and corruption of presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton, the fact remains that being anywhere near these protests greatly increases the chance that you could become a victim of violence. When the mob mentality takes over, normally decent people can commit heinous acts.

Use this as a list of places NOT to be on Friday the 15th. While the video by Anonymous does specify non-violence and denounces the actions taken against police officers that were not involved in these deaths, with the tagline “Day of Rage” I think it’s safe to expect emotions to be running very high on both sides of the line. No matter how great your empathy might be for those who have unjustly lost their lives, these protests are not safe places to be.

These are the locations and times for the protests:

I strongly feel it won’t end with people marching and chanting.

The safest crowd is one that you’re not in. All of these places have the strong potential to become battle zones. Stay home.

And if your home happens to be in or near one of these areas, be aware that your city could be under siege. Make plans to stay safe and hunker down with emergency food and purified water, or to go someplace safer.

    Stay safe, friends.

Atlanta officer fired after fatally shooting man in Midtown

    by: Nefertiti Jaquez Updated:

Channel 2 Action News has confirmed the Atlanta Police Department has fired an officer-involved in a deadly shooting.

Watch Channel 2 Action News at 6 p.m. for a LIVE report on the latest developments in this investigation.

Officer James Burns fatally shot a man suspected of breaking into a car more than two weeks ago in Midtown.

Burns has been fired from the force as a result of that shooting.

"We know the officer did not id the person in the vehicle" Sgt. Warren Pickard said.

Channel 2’s Nefertiti Jaquez learned Burns was notified on July 1 that he was being stripped of his badge.

At first, the police department would not comment on the case since it was being reviewed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigations.

But now it's going on record saying it's terminated the 34-year-old officer because the investigation revealed he used "unnecessary and unreasonable" force.
It all unfolded on June 22 in the parking lot of Monroe Place apartments off of Piedmont Road.

"We have not been able to determine that this was an aggressive situation, we have not been able to determine if the person that was shot posed any immediate threat to the officer,” Pickard said.
This all started when an off-duty officer working security at this apartment complex called in for backup when he spotted a man breaking into a car.

When Burns arrived on scene, he said he spotted Deravis Caine Rogers.

When Burns arrived on scene, he said he spotted Deravis Caine Rogers.

According to the officer, Rogers jumped into a car and tried to drive away when he opened fire and shot Rogers in the head.

Police said the evidence suggests the officer fired his gun without really knowing who was in the car and, when he opened fire, he violated the department's policy.

"The person was already in the car when the officer arrived on the scene. The vehicle was already in motion,” Pickard said.

While Rogers' family said it's happy the officer was fired, it said it won't be satisfied until she's charged with murder.

"Something has got to be done. I don't know what, or how, Officer James Burns was wrong,” Pickard said.

Officer James Burns with Atlanta police was fired more than two weeks after police said he shot and killed a man suspected of breaking into a car in Midtown.

It all unfolded on June 22 in the parking lot of Monroe Place apartments off of Piedmont Road.

Initially, we were told Burns shot and killed a 22-year-old when he attempted to take off in a car. Now, police said that the officer actually had no idea who was in the car and that he had no evidence of car break-ins at the time.

BUT HERE'S THE BACKSTORY--from the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the day after the shooting:

Man escaping from scene of car break-in is killed by Atlanta police

An Atlanta police officer shot and killed a man who police said had been trying to break into a car in Midtown late Wednesday. The police said the man was shot as he tried to drive away, but they left a question unanswered.

What did Deravis Caine Rogers, 22, do that prompted police to open fire?

Officers may use their service weapons when they believe they or others are in danger of serious injury or death, but it was not known Thursday whether Rogers tried to drive toward the officer. No information was released on whether he was armed.

“I don’t have answers yet to this question as the agents are still working to collect that information,” a GBI spokeswoman told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The GBI is investigating the shooting, a protocol that has been in place for APD since earlier this year.

According to police, an off-duty officer was patrolling the parking lot of a Monroe Drive apartment complex where he lives when he spotted a man trying to break into a car.

The off-duty officer, whose name was not released, called for additional officers and then ran after the suspect, Officer Kim Jones said. But the officer was unable to catch Rogers, who got into a silver car as on-duty officers arrived at the scene, police said. Officers tried to stop Rogers, but he continued driving, Maj. Adam Lee said.

One of the on-duty officers fired on Rogers, hitting him in the head. Rogers drove a short distance before crashing into an SUV parked at the Cirque Daiquiri Bar and Grill. He was taken by ambulance to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he later died, police said.

Rogers, arrested twice in DeKalb in 2014, was convicted of two counts of entering autos and sentenced as a first-time offender last year. twice in DeKalb County in 2014 on entering auto and drug charges, records show. He was convicted in Jan. 2015 and sentenced to three years, according to court records.

APD Chief George Turner announced in January that the department would no longer investigate its own officer-involved shootings.

Since blocking roads with crowds seems to be a big MO with these groups, I decided to pick up 4 of these Sabre Defense 5oz Aerosol Pepper Grenades.

2 are going in the door pocket of the work van and 2 are going in the chest rig that is also in the van.
