    Get your welding torch.

I heard it was a dump truck that was modified.

They have submarines, helicopters, boats, and planes. Why not tanks?

Sometimes I think the government ought to just take over the smuggling business. More lucrative than taking money out of our pockets for simple taxes. LOL

Was going to say, they've certainly got the extortion part down pat.

I wonder if they were smart enough to modify the suspension to handle all that extra weight...

Notice the one in Rick's first post has a hydraulic stabilizer jack on the front like the kind you might find on a crane. I'm betting it is because the suspension has not been upgraded and cannot take the extra weight when sitting for prolonged periods.

Good eye Ryan. If I had to guess, I would say that is some sort of dodge pickup or suv. Look at the headlights and how the armor kind of looks like it follows the contour of the front end of a dodge, especially over the front fenders.

Close... Pretty sure that is the front end of an F-Series pickup. I've got the same headlight assemblies on my E-Series work van (albeit in black, not chrome). Easy to confuse the contours of the F-Series and a Dodge, they are close.

Personally I like the F-Series trucks better but a Dodge with the heavier duty Cummins would probably be a better base vehicle. In fact, pretty sure the guys that built the storm chasing TIV used a Dodge 3500 base and that is not much different than what these cartels are building.

Wonder if the cartels used an F-450 as the base since it is 1.25 ton.

Yeah, I didn't catch that jack there on the front. It looks like it is a F-350 Super duty.
