Actually... everything is a conspiracy theory Peterle.



The Air Force, Army, Navy, CIA, and lots of other agencies, departments, etc in the US are constantly gaming the future. This is normal, and yet, they DO release these things.

I doubt if most remember it here but about 2000 or so the CIA released a paper. The paper was a prediction on the future of the world. ONE of the most important predictions made was that the US and China would be involved in a nuclear exchange and ground war by the year 2015.

Since then the Chinese have also revealed several papers (by military generals in their forces) that also state something similar (by 2013).

So, you see everyone is looking toward a future world. Each is looking to that world in a light that puts them on top. EVERY single "gaming session" is read in a way that helps America (or whomever is gaming it) be on top in the end.

They do this to the point of placing various scenarios on the table and walking through each and every possible out come. Once they find the proper "path" that is the planning that follows for the next 5-10 years to keep them pointed in that direction.

THIS is how "policy" is NORMALLY created and accomplished.

However, I can say that today, this is NOT have Obama does it.

Sure, I just have a lot of things on my plate right now. I'll get to it later. Don't people know how busy I am?

My yin yang is all fucked. My karma´s on a coffee break. Beetle was right: I had a full plate- tuna fish sandwich w/ lima beans...and I forgot to dance.

So no rain yet, but suprisingly enough, my threat to dance, and my absent-minded lapse...caused THUNDER & LIGHTNING.
